Jesse Watters Calls Out Lindsey Graham

"When Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine? Remember how angry Republicans were? Or how upset they were? How fired up they were when Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine, Ukraine is not a state of the United States. Remember this, senator Lindsey Graham play cut 53. There is no off ramp in this war. Somebody is going to win and somebody is going to lose and I hope and pray and do everything in my power to make sure Ukraine wins and Putin is in charge of a state sponsor state sponsor of terrorism, that designation needs to be given to Russia. He's earned that designation. We need to pour it on when it comes to helping Ukraine. Jesse watters calls him out for this play cut 51. Why they had to raid president Trump's home 90 days before an election. Yeah, you know, and I love having you on Lindsay, you know, you and I have a debated about things. And I've seen you pretty spitting mad over Ukraine, but you don't seem as mad as you were about this. Then you've been mad about Ukraine. I don't understand why people aren't lighting their hair on fire. I don't understand why people are not in the streets. This isn't like, oh, well, you know, let's just see what's in the warrant. I mean, they've been doing this. This is the third election. This is a third election. We know they doctor evidence. We know they plant evidence. We know they hide evidence. We know they lie. We know they leak. I mean, this is not anything new. This has been, this has been years they've been doing this. We can't just say, oh, you know, we're waiting for the guy to come out and give a statement about what is predicated. I mean, what? These people are out of control, senator. This country is at like, we're on the edge of a cliff, man. I'm telling you, this country is at the edge of a cliff here. Lindsey Graham doesn't agree with that. He's just kind of like, his head is like, oh yeah, okay, okay. For him, it's all about the regime. It's not about the country, no, but if Vladimir Putin invades Ukraine, oh man. It's all in.

James Gunn With Hit the Lottery Despite Disgusting Tweets

"Done is about to hit the fucking lottery. Part of the problem is you can't avoid grunge last two films where goddamn money makers. The first two Guardians of the Galaxy films grossed just under $2 billion. That means this guy could almost put shit on toilet paper and it would get a green light. He could still work again if he handed that in to a top fucking studio head. But even though he won't direct the third film, Disney is still using the script he wrote for the third film. And that means he'll be paid a lot of dough for that. On top of that, he was on the contract for the third movie using his script, but the offensive tweets occurred years ago. So technically he didn't breach the contract he signed with Disney's Marvel Studios to direct the third film in the franchise. That means if you follow this, he's in a very unique payer play situation with the studio. And that means there are people who estimate that due to this unique situation, this fuck face could receive a payout of 7 to $10 million, if not more. And I know that makes him very happy. I could see him listening to this show and laughing and smiling like he fucking beat the band. Now, here's a twist. And an example of how Hollywood rewards bad behavior. There's a possibility that gun might return to maybe develop and direct another marvel movie. So I ask you, what was his punishment? Really? What happened, you know, what did they do to him? But what exactly happened so bad to

Unleashing the Beast: A New IRS

"Appalled here because somehow the answer to not having enough tax revenue is to just, oh, hire more IRS agents and then you'll be all set. Look, again, I'm not advocating that people not pay their taxes. Let me be very clear on that because it's actually critical that people pay what they owe, otherwise will turn into a country like Greece, which if you recall during the European debt crisis, it came to light that nobody was actually really paying what they owed. There was this huge underground economy and I think one example they showed us was swimming pools, right? Because you had to pay a certain tax, you had a swimming pool and so nobody had a swimming pool allegedly and then it turned out when you went and did these aerial photos from high above in a plane. It turned out they're all these swimming pools. What do you know, right? So people were trying to avert the taxes that they would otherwise face. And this is what happens if you live in an economy where the government is so onerous as to tax, in fact, too much, which we can save that debate for another time. I would just argue in this particular instance that it's going to have the opposite of the intended effect. In other words,

David Goldman: China Is the Most Formidable Strategic Competitor

"David, I want to play to you a couple of video clips from the man who sadly bears the title of commander in chief first was from the campaign for election and then the second one is from actually the Oval Office. So this is Biden before he was president. China is going to eat our lunch, come on, man. They can't even figure out how to deal with the fact that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the east. I mean, in the west, they can't figure out how they're going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system. They're not bad folks, folks. But guess what? They're not competition for us. Not bad folks not a competition, then I guess he was mugged by reality and this is what he had to say a few months later. Our last night, I was, I was on the phone for two straight hours with Xi Jinping. And you all know as well as I do. These folks, and it was a good conversation I know him well. We spent a lot of time together over the years. I was vice president. And but, you know, they're going to get moving, look at these lunch. Not competition, or they're going to eat our lunch. You're the expert you've literally lit a written the book. Which is it? Tell us China is a competitor or somebody who's going to take it all away from us, David. Well, China is the most formidable strategic competitor. The United States has ever had. And it's ascendance to a place of dominance in the world where bankers poor, less secure and generally quite miserable. So I'm against it. The thing to remember is that 40 years ago, excuse me. The average Chinese was making $200 a year in U.S. terms. Now it's closer to $20,000 a year. No other country has brought so many people up the income scale so fast.

Noel Casler Explains How Trump Corrupts Everyone in His Orbit

"People famously know that you worked on the apprentice with Donald Trump and, you know, started talking quite openly about a lot of things about him a long time ago, but you said what you're seeing from Trump's vast tentacles of corruption. Toadies on loan from Doug ducey acting sicko fans, you just said it should be very illuminating for those who wonder how Trump got away with so many crimes in his New York City days because people from New York are like, he's always been a crook. We've known that from day one, right? And you look right up through what's happening right now. You're like, oh, of course, he has somehow loyalists and people that are destroying evidence and God knows what, right? Absolutely. He's always had a skill, a 6th sense to attract men and some women around him that he could corrupt. You know, he can look into a crowd and see the kind of guys that are going to do his bidding. The dogs that hunt, so to speak. And that's what his security team was. You know, keep schiller was an NYPD sergeant rammer, who would knock down doors of drug dense in The Bronx, you know? He was the guy who knocked the door down. He went up to Trump in court and said, you need to hire me, right? And Trump hired him. And then when you're walking around with a detail of X NYPD cops, you get away with stuff in New York City, right? Because it's an impenetrable sort of wall of authority. And Trump knows that. And you know, we could probably get into it, but the Secret Service stuff seems very, I worked with a Secret Service ton tons. I did inaugurations. I did the tree lighting at The White House, all kinds of stuff, where the president was at. The Secret Service under Trump was a different Secret Service. You know, and I went to high school with Bobby engel, the guy he tried to choke in the back of the SUV, and he was like a marine kind of jarhead cop type. And that's the type that Trump will suck in. And it's almost like before they know it, they're doing his bidding. Do you know what I mean? Who is the guy? They all set out with the intention of being corrupted, but being in Trump's orbit will corrupt you by osmosis.

Monkeypox Is Not a Public Health Emergency

"The White House has declared monkeypox a public health emergency. Sort of like Michael Scott, declaring bankruptcy. The Health and Human Services secretary Xavier becerra basically went out to the middle of the office and shouted. I have declared a public health emergency. Here he was yesterday. In light of all of these developments and the evolving circumstances on the ground, I want to make an announcement today that I will be declaring a public health emergency on monkeypox. Okay, and then Xavier becerra said to reporters quote, we are prepared to take our response to the next level in addressing this virus, and we urge every American to take monkeypox seriously. I'm not going to take monkeypox seriously. On a personal level. Sorry, not going to. I don't mean like, I'm not worried about people getting monkeypox or transmitting monkey box. On a personal level, I have zero concern about getting monkeypox, and you shouldn't either unless you are engaging in promiscuous sex with people you don't know. That's all. This idea that everybody is equally vulnerable to monkeypox in the same way that you were vulnerable to COVID is totally crazy. And the fact that the federal government continues to push this line is ridiculous on its face.

Democrats Are Reading Too Much Into the Kansas Abortion Referendum

"So the dawn holds new hope for the Democrats, their new hope is really not rooted in I think any political reality, but it is growing in tenor and in light and what that hope is is that abortion is going to somehow jog Democrats out to the polls and this is going to swamp Republicans in 2022. This is a theory that I think is incorrect, but it is indeed what Democrats are hoping they're pegging those hopes to the slim read of what just happening Kansas. So in Kansas, in a 60 40 outcome, that was sort of a shock considering the Kansas is a pretty red state. The voters of Kansas decided to uphold state constitutional protections for abortion. There's a referendum, the FM said that we are going to take the issue of abortion out of the hands of the state courts and we're going to put it in the hands of the legislature by taking it out of the constitution. The wording of the actual amendment was incredibly difficult to read. It was confusing. There were misspellings in it. It was a bad piece of text, but that's not enough to explain why exactly this thing went down to flaming defeat 60 40. And so the media have decided that what really happened here is people are so excited about abortion. They're going to show up and they're going to vote for Democrats. Now, there are a few problems with this particular theory. One is the voting constituency in Kansas and in this particular primary race. Basically 15 to 20% of the Republican based voted in favor of keeping abortion in the state constitution, which means those are not people who are going to start voting for Democrats. Those are just people who don't want abortion radically curbed in the state of Kansas, not quite the same thing. The second issue is somewhat related, which is that when it comes to abortion, abortion is a one off. It is a single issue. When it comes to voting for your Congress person when it comes to voting for your senator, it's a bundle of issues. It's a bundle of positions. And so you might not be totally on board with your congressperson or senator's position. When it comes to abortion, but you might be on board with everything else. And so you vote for them anyway.

Thanks, doctor gorka for having me. All right, so this isn't an extended promo. This is about you. This is about your life story. And just trying to talk some sense into this whole concept of being the right weight and how so many systems are stupid starvation systems or calorie counting and all that goth. So I found your story originally when we chatted fascinating. So tell us how you got into the industry and originally your struggle with the whole question of healthy weight and the right weight. Yeah, so I spent my first 25 years training at the classical ballet dancer. And I was chronically met with injury. I had stress fractures in my back and my feet. I was always under eating and over exercising to achieve this aesthetic that is demanded by ballet. Right, so you've got to be as light as a butterfly, but then able to dance around for hours on stage. This is the dichotomy. That's right. It's so tough. And I had a pretty successful career because I just constantly bought through it and danced through one injury after another. And the cumulation of my career, I found myself performing up in New York's every dancer's dream. But instead of finding myself up there in the spotlight, I found myself in the ER. I thought I was having a heart attack. I didn't know what was going on, but after a whole bunch of different tests, the physician said that I was simply underfed and over exercised and I just couldn't do it anymore. So then what happens? What was your big life decision? Tell us about the journey from there to where you are today. Well, I was devastated. Like any professional athlete, it was my identity. Didn't have any idea what I wanted to do, but I knew the significant impact nutrition or really lack thereof had on my own sport performance. So I went on and I studied exactly that. I earned my PhD in sports nutrition and chronic disease. And studied what happens to our metabolism when we chronically under eat when we die at all the time.

A Look at the Inauguration Speech of President John F. Kennedy

"Is what I think I would love to say is candidacy's promise here. He said, look, we may not accomplish everything we're setting out to do here. In the time frame that many of you are going to impose a hundred days, thousands of it. He said, but if we at least begin, we can begin the process of moving forward. He then reminds them going back if you remember our first statement where he says not from the generosity of the state, he reminds the people that they have a part to play in this as well. He says, in your hands, my fellow citizens more than even mine are more than the state he's implying will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded each generation has been someone to give testimony to its national loyalty. Wow. Again, Democrat, John Kennedy, talking about nationalism, talking about national pride, national loyalty that we step up because this is the country that has given us the hope and the birth of freedom and liberty that we have. And he famously used by saying the graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe. Reminding us that America is the bright shining light of the future that Ronald Reagan talked about The Shining city on the hill that was mentioned. He understood this Kim to understand that we have played a great part in keeping the world free, pushing back against fascism and nazism and totalitarianism and communism. We were still in the first stages of some of this, but he said, we've done this already and we have to continue to do it. He discusses that this is going to be a struggle. And in this struggle, it is something that to not move away from. He says, now the trumpet summons us again not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need, not as a call to battle, going battle, we are, but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle year in and year out. Rejoicing in hope, patient and tribulation, a struggle against the common enemies of man. Tyranny, poverty, disease, and war, it self.

Now I was a first group guy, so this is my area of operations as well. And I'm obviously I am a 100% believer that we can not allow Taiwan to be pushed around and we can't allow the Chinese to tell us where Americans can and can not go. But I am at a loss to figure out why right now Nancy Pelosi seemed to have a unilateral need to conduct foreign policy into Taiwan. Do you have any idea what she's actually up to? Well, the charitable view is that Pelosi wants to show the flag and tell voters that the Democrats really aren't soft in Taiwan. And a child, which, of course, the Republicans will attack the Biden administration for. The less charitable view is she's doing freelance diplomacy with the idea that we're going to show the flag and intimidate the Chinese and tell them that we're going to stand by Taiwan in a situation where we are not prepared militarily to defend it. Provocation from weakness is the opposite of peace through strength, which is what I believe in. And what she's doing, I think, is exceptionally dangerous and stupid. "light" Discussed on Light Hearted

"Have still been really busy at that time. I think i think it very much was. Yeah the end you know. There were a few agricultural products produced on these islands. That were famous turnips. Apparently the sand is the soil is very very sandy and and very poor the islands but there were certain things grew. Well were turnips. Some i think cheese and there were some livestock production. But i think it was. No one has ever really made money on agriculture. And the elizabeth islands my understanding and in eighteen seventeen. There was an eminent domain. Taking in which the federal government took seven acres of land from the then owners. Which was i think. The boat was the boat and family and the family of governor bowdoin of massachusetts and that that same parcel seven acres is now been transferred to deficient wildlife massachusetts. Fishing wildlife agency. Which administers to this day. As it's outlined by a stone law at the corner which there's a small graveyard around the lighthouse. I want to get back to tarpaulin cove and a couple of minutes but let's talk a bit about cutty hunk cutty. Hunk island is the westernmost of the outermost of the elizabeth islands and their There was a lighthouse there at one time the light was established there in eighteen twenty three and i guess it's pretty obvious but why was that lighthouse built than time. Well again. i presume it was part of the same impulse There were a lot of wrecks around cutty hunk. Maybe more than a hundred. It was really this big big relief that that had southwest from cutting hung sow and pigs and and there is really treacherous waters. So i i think the lighthouse related to that. I kinda know the answer to my next question. But i wanna get your take on it and i i was there on cutty hunk about twenty years ago so not quite sure what's happened between then and now the structures but what happened to the lighthouse on cutty hung and part two. Is there anything left from that light station on cutting hung. My understanding is that there was an i. Don't you'll know the date of this. I think there was a decision. Made by the coast guard to decommission that light and to replace it it. The structure was was knocked down and to replace it with a poll that had a light on the top to the great regret of the people of cutty. Honk at this time. Everybody's nostalgic for that lighthouse and that has been reflected in in a lot of support for the tarpaulin cove lighthouse. It's not on cutty hunk but it's within the town of ghazal and And people are very keen that they're not be more demolition of the only remaining lighthouse in the town. Yeah i think it was. It was forty six forty six or forty tag quite a long time ago that it was taken down. The coast. guard has found themselves in the position of of managing historic structures which is far from their mission. Their mission is to provide aids to navigation And and related related Things and nowadays since people don't use lighthouses really as their primary navigation aide of the coast guard really wants to get out of old brick lighthouses. And so they've they've they've tried to pass this off to other to other bodies. Yeah as you when. I was there on cutting hung twenty years ago and got out to the former lighthouse. Site the nondescript steel tower was still standing. I think it was kinda rusty when i was out there. I don't know if it's still the same structure. There was also an oil house released. The remains of it from the light station of the only building still standing. Although i don't think it had a roof and The foundation of the keeper's house was interesting to see that same tower. Still out there. I believe it is i. I've not been to that exact site out of the west end of cutty hung where someone pigs reef starts. There's a very funny ruin. Which is these large pyramidal. Concrete blocks that we're foundations for. I think military radio tower. That was right at the bluff And that was for world war two doing sub. Watch out there. Those fell as it eroded that point eroded those fell out of the beach. The fishermen referred to that as little egypt have this these three big concrete pyramids lying on the beach that i thought that was wonderful. Designation also outed the west cutting hunt near the light station. There's memorial to the monument. Yeah that's on the island in western pond which is in theory. where god's no built his little stockade and sixty three or whatever And no one really knows. It's there conflicting interpretations of the of the reports from that time. Right my friend Symond concert roberts. So i wrote the book everyday. Heroes true story of a lighthouse family. When she was a little girl there at the light station she would play ghazal. she called it donald. That's good yeah and She'd like to pretend she was rapunzel with their hair flowing. Down from the lighthouse to excite that. She had a good time. What other things is a cutty hunk island known for Cutty hunk island is known for its its fishing. It's it's one of the. It's one of the best fishing spots in new england all the current and all of the You know all the movement of water there. It's always been a A site for striped bass and bluefish fishing there were famous fishing club stare and on pascal and next to it where before the invention of kind of before leisure airplane travel people would come to new england and engage in this fishing. They were long spindly peers that that went out into the surf zone. And you could sit out on the end of that long pier and and cast out into the current and people caught big fifty pounds stripers. She thinks it's quite a lot of record books. And that faded of course with the invention of air travel and people could go far and wide on vacation but there still sort of a few echoes of that to the stand. There are still fishing guides on cutty. Honk who take out in a cutting huck bass boats. There's a particular boat design that joy associated with cutty honk and Is perfect for those waters. So you really pretty far out there. It's a solid hour on the ferry to get out there and there aren't many islands for example on the coast main. There's very few islands that are that are further offshore than that is quite a. It's quite an isolated location. There's no business israeli functioning in the wintertime. Replace glad. "Then we're talking about some intermediate, maybe middle of the week events showing some movies in the park. Maybe some coast guard themed movies, The Guardian finest hour, that kind of a thing. And one other idea we have, we're going to try it out in the next couple of weeks to make sure it's we don't kill anybody is I climb the light at night. But letting groups of 15 or 20 people climb up at night and get a feel for what it might be like to work in that lighthouse, trying to carry oil up there and maintain it at night. We thought we might do that three or four times during the summer, if we can do it safely. Yeah, yeah, I'll bet that'll be a big attraction. I know it Portsmouth harbor lighthouse here. We have occasional nighttime tours actually. We call them haunted tours. So there's certain things we talk about on those. But but even for people who might not, you know, buy ins any of that stuff to be there at night is a really special thing to climb. We have a lot of people here at night. And a lot of people in the winter at night. You know, we get periodic ice shoves since we have 200 miles of open Lake toward buffalo. We get a northeaster. Much like you do a New England. It comes right down that Lake and it can show ice up 15 or 20 feet on the lighthouse. So people come to see that when it happens. Yeah, yeah. Well, of course, we've all seen ice pictures around a lot of the lighthouses on the Great Lakes. We don't get that so much on the ocean here with salt water that tends to happen more. You have the fresh water of the lakes. So one thing we haven't mentioned about the light station, another element of what's there is the gift shop. That's in the museum building, right? That is in the keeper's house museum. Yes, it's last year since we couldn't open. We photographed all our merchandise and put the gift shop online for the first time and had, you know, a fairly good result. At least it gave us a little income for the last year. This year, the sales have been almost double what our best year was ever. We did remodeling inside change some displays. And greatly upgraded the merchandise. A lot more specific marblehead lighthouse merchandise that isn't available in any place else. Plus, just generally a higher level and a lot of more local artists merchandise. Sounds good. So the online gift shop is still happening, right? So if people can't get their physically, they can look at the online gift shop. They can go to our website and there's a tab up there for gift shop and that opens up, you know, all of the merchandise, and we ship it. It's done through an eBay shop kind of a thing so that it makes a little easier on us. Yeah, it was actually looking at some of that..

"Somewhere between the grand river, which is east of Cleveland and that Detroit river. That leaves about two thirds of the south shore of Lake area around that two thirds, probably a quarter. Gave a pretty wide range of locations. Sandusky bay is probably the best natural harbor, certainly in the western basin. And it's surrounded on the north side by a pretty rocky shore and 24 islands out in the Lake. So there were a lot of things to hit. And what was sandusky bay known for that time? Actually, the town was so dusky, was then called Portsmouth. And I live in Portsmouth New Hampshire. I know you do. Yeah. Timber was being shipped out of this area, mostly for boat building. You know, had not started really the limestone quarrying at this point. But farming and those kinds of things were, you know, those goods were being shipped around. Of course, in 1825, the area canal opened. And suddenly, the markets from the Great Lakes became, you know, accessible on the east coast. So that was a big boom. Shortly after the lighthouse was built. So let's talk about some of the historic highlights of marblehead lighthouse. First of all, the height of the tower today is not the original height of the lighthouse. It's kind of out at 50 feet high about 25 feet in diameter at the base. It's all built a lot of native limestone that was quarried locally. There is a quarry in the park and we're trying to ascertain right now, whether that was the Corey that the limestone was carried from. We're going to plan on developing that a little bit next year and opening it up. So people can see what these early quarries look like, but had to be raised in height, so the light would be seen farther offshore, right? Because larger ships needed to. The water here is not very deep. Even off the lighthouse, if you go out a quarter mile, it's only about 20 feet deep. This is a very shallow end of the Lake. And, you know, as the shifts got larger, they had to move out beyond the islands on the light needed to be visible further out. And you got to raise the light to do that. So the lantern of the lighthouse where that was actually relocated from someplace else, the top section, the lantern section. In 1898, they decided to raise it by 15 feet. And even as robust as that limestone structure was the engineers didn't feel it would take the weight of the addition. So they actually built a brick liner inside the lighthouse and then raise that 15 feet above the stone. So it's actually two lighthouses and one. There is a place that you can see between the two, which is kind of strange. But we're not sure why they left that open. In 1899, I believe the presque isle light one is now called the land lighthouse was decommissioned actually for the second time..

"Be shown from within the lens again. is that the idea probably not on a day-to-day basis. The coast guard has a a you know modern ellie gay by but we are hoping they will give us permission to Have a lit on special occasions. One of the nice things at point sur is You can walk down the trail to the lighthouse and you're looking right at the lane out. You're not looking for. I'm looking at the lens. You're not looking up at the lands. You can't you can't go to. The base of the white house. Woke up at it. But it's just beautiful looking through the lantern and seeing the ocean so soon as we get all the engineering and the money. Then we'll start giving some thought to how to interpret it How will show it but probably on every tour will open the curtains or the shades or whatever it will to to let people see the the land in place that is so exciting. The it's extremely rare for a historic for nolan's especially a first order lens to be put back inside the lighthouse from whence it came. We had a meeting with the coastguard curator and we had people from the board of seattle k. We had the very capable are Curator for california state parks our local district and we had volunteers Involved and between the curator's assurances that we could make the land turn in museum box essentially and see. Ceo cavs insurances that it would be paid for and the volunteers who who have Lots of expertise and a lot of fields engineers and whatnot blacksmith and blacks. Yes that we can make that tower seismically stable which is our first task. But then we can make the lantern the right humidity and the right temperature. Because as as you know as soon as you take that for now lands out of out of tower and out working. It's no longer a piece of equipment. It's it's a museum artifact. Museum keys are nearby. Lighthouse point pinos in pacific grove. Here on the monterey peninsula is still using its original eighteen fifty-five for alan's it is a piece of equipment it rotates every day Where where our lands is now a precious commodity the right humidity and whatnot. Were sure i have one human interest story on the land. You don't find of course. It rotated beams awhile and win. The beans are showing against the mountains. You can see the beans booming okay. Apparently there was a guy. Victor my will not name who had a motorcycle. Try to Race the beam down highway. One said he He was going faster than the speed of light in other words. Boy i have to tell them that. I was impressive. Wow interesting so to question for either or both of you. I know of course like like everywhere. Like a all museums and lighthouses. The light station was closed for a while due to the pandemic Question one is has it reopened and number two in in general when when you do tours How those work we have reopened are challenged was. We were closed for over a year to redo the bridges to the top. So the very weekly. Were to open to reopen and March of twenty twenty week closed and we reopened in the fall of twenty twenty four tours smaller tours less often and then we closed again. In december of twenty twenty. We started giving tours again. I think in march of twenty twenty one and we have been lurching forward with Unfortunately fewer volunteers who wanna meet with the public right now. We are giving to tours of week..

"Many years ago As plate tectonics moved inform the west coast of the united states. The sting came above water and moved north. Knew the location. It's at today which happens to be a perfect place relaxation. So what we're looking at. There is a giant rock. That i'm sure people ask all the time is that you is a rock as it is. It's is there soil there while there is there is soil top right. The soil was actually brought him by the keepers to have their gardens. It's iraq okay. That's interesting so there was no soil there naturally and i remember caroline. You took me to the light station in two thousand fifteen of before we got there. We had to drive through. What appears to be a cattle ranch for cattle. All around us lying around standing around What's the story with that. That's actually interesting in south. That's the Historically was called the l. sir rancho. It's now the ulcer ranch and it was formed in eighteen thirty four when the land was granted to Governor alvarado a mexican governor of california. He traded it with his. I think father-in-law. Who was wanted to cooper or john cooper. It's changed hands many times One of the benefits of the elsehwere rancher the elsa rancho is that when cooper owned it california became a state and he was actually an american many california's mexicans or spanish. You on land did not fill out the proper paperwork that it certified cooper was able to do that and the ranches come down through. The years changed hands Handful of times more or less intact. It's a very large piece of property. Some of it was given off to state parks to form andrew malaria state park. But it is mostly the same mexican land grant. And what's interesting is most private land in california has to give access to the beach but not old mexican land grants so there is a beautiful beach just north of the lighthouse on the ranch property but it is off limits and it probably would be off limits anyway 'cause it snowy plummer habitat and things so But people always want to go to the beach or it's no no no. Let's talk about the history of the the lighthouse bit First of all of basic question. Why was the lighthouse. Needed at point sur. In the first place well first of all. It's point it's a rock as you describe that juts out into the pacific ocean. So it's a natural place to have a light as a as a warning but maybe more important. It's also the function as an aid to navigation. Eh ships transit the syphilis coast. They need to make a chorus. Change at point. Sur if you're coming from the south house you and you're headed north to get to san francisco. You need to make a slight adjustment at point. Sur and go wore northeast. So it's it's job as an agent. Allegation is probably the primary one. The construction of the light station is pretty interesting. I believe via the top of the the rock or bluff. There's like three hundred sixty feet high. Approximately that about right. So have you seen one sixty one okay and maybe a couple of inches ever. Yeah yeah So is quite a a daunting task built a light station there. Can you tell us about that. Well it was built in late eighteen eighties. The light western on in august eighteen eighty nine And that was before there was a proper road mixer. There was a a track all caught That went inland in the hills to the mountains. Rising from the ocean in big sur quite steep some of the steepest in the world so getting down the coast..

"The light station was later absorbed into the laurent station for its operation. Since they're both navigational aids and sharing the same property there was some consideration since the houses are stock military designs historic by age but not really historically significant so there some consideration to demolishing some of them that simply weren't needed but there was a lot of interest in public for something being done with them to repurpose them and not get rid of them so in response to the public interest. The bureau blend management. Put out a call. Four requests on how organizations that would step in and say number. One we aren't we appropriate for the site and designating legislation so people who wanted to run a bed and breakfast which was really ocular choice for how we should use the houses that was just not compatible but we had the walk said she river Which has an environmental component has done some programs on site. They successfully submitted a plan to use the houses and the nature conservancy which is a national organization the some nature preserves around the country including one nearby jupiter island called blowing rocks They stepped in to take one of the other houses which they are going to restore some of their intern housing. And then some of the other houses we're going get preserved regardless of their and used by the bureau of land management for things like site office and americorps intern housing and then one of the houses which is number lifespan. down by the waterfront. There was some concern as to whether or not it was Potentially unsightly or if it had too many issues for the roof may not justify fixing it up but with closer inspection and more consideration on the needs and uses of the site. We got a new roof but on it and we are working to get that fixed up to be using it for some offices and meeting. Space the coastguard. Px used to be here on site which had closed out right around the time you can by for your interview last time. That building also has some roof issues but again not quite as bad as the initial appraisal thought they might be so we are looking at how we can get that fixed up to use it as well. Some of the things that onsite to that. We're not so much a plan to get rid of them but which their status was fuzzy back. Then the radio beacon building here on site. We had one of the early radio beacons in the nineteen twenties and the concrete building eighteen. Twenty eight is still there so it's had some remediation for things like lead paint and his best does and does need some further work done to but it will become an exhibits about the radio beacon system which a national network with the lighthouse service and important part of our history. The dock here. We had been something wanted to get fixed up and it's still in pretty deteriorated shape from lack of me during the latter part of the coast guard as but we did get official approval. The it can get replaced. They're gonna do some removal of the deteriorated planking but leave the pilings and as soon as there are funds available. We'll get rebuilt. It's it's not the original would there. But it's in the same spot that doc has been since eighteen eighty three and so it's very important part of interpreting the lighthouse history. And so we're happy to have that sort of formally approved and one of the houses go screwed houses up. It's been on the plans for the finally within the next year. We'll finally get heavily remodeled with some restrooms which have been long in demand. Our visitors onsite sure and another thing kind of speaking of planning for the future understand. There's going to be a major bridge. Replacement project happening fairly soon. How's that going to affect you so they we are next to. Us highway one as a four lane. Drawbridge from the nineteen fifties and that drawbridge needs to get replaced which will create a lot of noise in that dust from the demolition as well vibration issues from placing the pilings. And it's going to be about a four year project which should be real fun for local traffic. It'll be great once it's done but our building is a historic naval housing building from nineteen forty two. And while it's a wooden building on the proximity to the the noise and dust and things as would be a problem regardless it's nineteen forty two naval housing building. It's a wood structure so for the most part. It's fairly safe from vibration issues except for the fact that it's Footers and has Chimneys a contractors working on the bridge have given us great assurances and done a great number of monitoring tests and will be doing them while progress to make sure. The chimney building doesn't fall over from when the pilings in. But it's certainly something we're very concerned about. Engel need to for the safety and comfort and noise of everyone involved here will be having to move out of the building for a couple of years while the work is done. We'll be moving back in of course but it will require relocating possibly to some temporary trailers as we work on those buildings on site if we can get the px in hind which includes getting funding to do so that might be our our new visitor center particularly for the gift shop in admissions. But it will. It will certainly be a challenge while this is all going on and we thought we might have to be moving right around this time by as big projects or want to do. It has hit some delays. And that's been pushed back and so it keeps being in a bit of state of flux. We know it's going to happen. We know what's going to happen soon. Yeah exactly when things are getting really. A big part of the project remains a little uncertain and that affects how we have to do things years or on the edge of seats about some of it. Yeah i understand that. It's definitely a pain but it sounds like something that absolutely needs to be done so another thing. I'd like to talk about a little bit as The occasional column you do For the us lighthouse. Society news blog. The columns called bright ideas and some of the columns. I think most of them actually have been about important. Lighthouse builders and designers engineers people like orlando poe. Paul pelts I've learned a lot from reading them. you know. I knew a little bit about some of these people. But you've uncovered a lot of Interesting material on their work and on their lives. How have you been able to do the research for those columns. The whole grittiest thing came about originally. Because i was cataloging. Some of our records here from the national archives. And i needed to tell who the heck these signatures were from. These district engineers inspectors so i dug around on mine and found the annual reversible lighthouse board and could find names to go of the dates and i said well if i'm gonna compounds information for our district i might welcome pile along the way all the other districts because i can't find this information In the depth that. I'm looking for There was some information from the. Us light society's website but more extensive on dates and things like that and how it was organized. So i put this together. And i slapped up on my homepage. Because i figure if i'm gonna take the trouble to find this for my own edification all share it with everybody also. They can help them. I've been happy to hear that has been useful lissome other researchers and i started to get kind of as i visited more lighthouses curious about the architectural side of things. I have no background in architecture. Engineering.

"And as it slowly went down. Probably from the bottom of the first landing to the bottom of our sandpit. It would have moved gears which would have moved wheels. That moved an apparatus that had a bullseye slash panel arrangements on it. And it's fun of those bull's eyes were ruby. Red glass doors is what they often called them. And so as the apparatus rotated around the fix part the lens. Let's say you were steady at sea. You've seen five seconds of red light an eighty five seconds of steady white light. So that you've seen the red flash coming at you but the white light didn't move at all and so that was a full rotation would have been a two and a half minute rotation that's what would have created our night pattern. There was a shipwreck. The metropolis early in the history of kartik beach lighthouse about two or three years after it was established. The requisite in january eighteen seventy. What is significant about that shipwreck metropolis. The metropolis is significant for us because our lighthouse keepers housed dozens of shipwreck survivors I think the quote says that the first night he furnished food and shelter. This is our first principal keeper. Burs he says he. I furnished food and shelter for sixty one persons that night and for about seventy six for breakfast and dinner and also shelter them that night and gave them breakfast. The following morning saturday. They left at noon for the steamer. For norfolk virginia And that was january thirty first eighteen. Seventy eight so you can just imagine. Of course they have rations here. So that's how i always imagine. They had enough food to feed that many people. If seventy people showed up to my house right now to eat they were not all eat right so it must have been just interesting to think about. How did they have that much. Food on site had to be with rations and the amount of trauma because scores of people die. There's varying accounts but it's it's above eighty people who died so if you think about the trauma of the people in that house that night and then another night that's a really memorable experience for any lighthouse keeper. Sure we had three here on site who must have all been part of that. That's not even our first or their first traumatic experience. The nuova taveres happens really soon afterwards illuminated and one of the guys from the working party. Building the keeper's house so while our keepers are living on site but in temporary shelters one of the guys working on the house drowns after he's asked to join the surf men and not only that. But i know that for years after the metropolis even they find remains of bones of people they assume are lost on the metropolis here buried on the beach. Another point in the history of the light station. I was reading a believed there was a second keeper's house that was moved to the light station in nineteen twenty. Tell me if. I have that right of the sounds like an interesting story. Can you tell me about that. I sure hand so the these lighthouses next to the cortex sound to our west in the atlantic ocean obviously to our east within the kotex sound. There's a lot of transportation going on that needs assistance through beacons so they set up light station. There are called the long point light station eventually. The depot that's there and it's a very interesting place their keepers get paid about fifty percent more than our keepers get paid or than our principal keeper gets paid because they're in charge of creating naphtha. Gas it's like a federally funded gas station where the retort and they're trying to make gas filled aids to navigation instead of oil three keepers. Their principal keeper has his own house and then a duplex. Assistant keeper's house but by nineteen fourteen is producing the gas there anymore and eventually the site becomes empty. There's just houses sitting there. So by nineteen twenty. It's determined that their principal keeper's house will be put on a barge and brought to the coretec beach light station which will allow our assistant keepers to quit sharing one side of a duplex. So it's a lot of work to bring house over and very very shallow water. And i can see from the the paper that we have here that it is slow going once they get the house over to this side of the water. It's slow going to actually get it into place Says working party arrived moved storehouse back lot of january and february. It's his work progressing slowly on house moving which i can imagine because they're trying to do it in february but eventually they do move it onto site that the site is originally sort of a mirror. Duplex i mentioned are elliptical walkway but one side mirrors the other side. So your the lighthouse you have. A duplex keeper's house in on either side. You have a storehouse sometimes also used as a summer kitchen or even as a woodshed but when they bring that. Light keeper's house over from long point. They move the north storehouse and they move east of the lighthouse in it sits. I can see photographs for another couple of decades but our site is no longer a mirror image of itself but the second lighthouse or the second assistant keeper moves into that house so that each keeper has his own independent swelling. And i do think that must have been helpful early. On in the history of the tower we concede that are keepers are not getting along and there's a variety of reasons for that but it certainly stems in part. I'm gonna speculate from having to families to pretty large families. Living together we have eighteen people living on one side of our what seems to be a pretty big house but eighteen. People sharing three bedrooms in an attic can be pretty tricky. I'm guessing so. I think that was in everybody's best interest to have a third house for a third keeper. But then of course thirteen years later we electrify an unfortunately get rid of that third position and there were back to having to papers and they stay in the larger house. The ho- isolated was nearly days. Obviously the outer banks or tourism center today but It must have been a lot more isolated. In those early days the keepers were allowed to have their families here on site which i do believe made this sort of coveted location as opposed to any screw pile lighthouse of course and because we did.

Supernatural traditions Some people think that go site is there to appease ghosts that might be responsible for making things go wrong and a theater and its productions while others believe that the ghost light is there to actually comfort and reassure the ghosts that someone's always come home and that is so cute. Cute. A personal favourite theory of mine is the back in the day people thought that actors were not going to heaven and so the ghost, light I know. And so the ghost light is there to on the stage when theater goes dark so that actor stuck in purgatory can continue to act on the stage and fulfil. Their dream. Theatrical. Says We. So that's survive. As you can see a little bit of spooky a little bit of silly. What's not like what's not to like So be sure to subscribe to go slight today and follow us on instagram. If you haven't already yet go slight C. T. C. and don't forget to leave the light on. The light on..

"Mentally. Ill mentally ill different. Your brain hasn't developed at three or four years to be diagnosed with any kind of like. That's what that's how I think the things that your brain can't provide to the science behind it and this all just push out the air but the brain that the things that bring just like your brain fully developed so you're in your mid twenties those those those factors aren't present at twelve but feeling uncomfortable in your own skin and to a sense where you feel like you should be a different gender. That's not the same thing in my in my mind. I feel like it's not the same thing because we've all had like we. We've all known kids who from a young age exhibited tendencies of maybe liking a certain type of people or being a certain type of way and then as they got older whether they did it or not it kind of came out like Oh shit okay. Cool that was like that. He was a kid like you know he always kinda wars mom shoes like I. I'm not putting it out there but you know I'm related to someone who was like that like we're always like you know like okay. Cool that's cool. You know saw saw the person the opposite sex multiple times done it. A DA seem but doesn't every child young everybody young boys on their minds period to know first of all. I got a cousin for years. Old Dispute Defeat into that is the case. You could also argue you. Correct that and don't say correct because then that kind of makes it sound like you're making it seem like it's wrong but my thing is if that is something that they do what then stops one person from going onto them just being a pan sexual gender is that what was what stops one person from going on being gendered and the other person going on live. Their life is is gay. I don't think it's like some people can argue that there are some nature nurture to it but I think generally it's kind of like what we discussed when we talk about making it as a as a as a good person you're going to happen regardless it doesn't matter the person around you how they influence you your parents. If you're going to be a shit hole of a person it don't matter how good your parents you you're going to be a shit hole of a person and not the I personally under my belief. That's how I feel about this stuff. If you're going to be someone who loves the same sex as you or is attracted to same sex. You don't matter how many pussies your father shows in your face. It don't matter how many strip clubs forces you to that Shit won't matter because ultimately you're either going to do it and hide it or you're just going to live a lie and that's fine too. If you can deal with that on your conscious thing is no one should have to. It shouldn't be this damning to your life if you're like you know he. She is twelve learning who they already young age have tons of thoughts on this but two hundred limit will kill me here at someone question my own gender for a long time starting at a very young age I think we place too much emphasis on gender when children are yon the focus on gender kind of goes away as they get older. And it's thousand being such a big deal in a way. It's like getting extensions when you're young because you WANNA be Taller. It just won't be a big deal on some years and that's real because there's a lot of shit that's a big deal when you're younger that don't that doesn't even like think about how often you have the talk of what's what what boys can do what girls can do you. We had a talk with kids. You'll have talk with adults like if I go yoder's girl. I know peep game. Her name is Jonathan Ye. Yeah Okay Cool. What's up with Jonathan? She she's dating this guy that ended up if your kid if I'd say my friend. Her name is Jonathan she immediately. That's the boy's name so as you get older you kind of shadow. Joe's kind of those walls of all everything doesn't fall into these categories of but I mean I'm Brendan was right. Girls Colors Boys Colors. Girls Toys Boys Toys. Or you know what girls are like what boy should like. So I mean I guess once we get into the point of society never put you know if I could you know. She wants to play with fucking actually figures. Go ahead but I just think it's also crazy how one sided. It is because the guy who wants to the low kit. The son who wants to play with the barbies he gets looked at as fucking weird. Like what the fuck are you doing but the little girl who wants to play with the fucking gi? Joe She gets a commercial. And now she's a spokeswoman for for the NFL because he made it in a man's sport. I really don't like talking about these types. I don't have kids yet and I just you're on you're on adult. Yeah I wanna I I WANNA try to raise my kid to as best that I can raise them. I want I want. I want my kids. It'd be like me but at the same time. I don't want us to be like me. I want to be better me as everyone wants for their kid. That's the later on in life. It's it's it's a I don't Wanna say like something crazy and then okay. Well let's break it down. Do you guys have an issue with Dwayne Wade support of his son. Transitioning to a girl. His choice is That was literally a yes or no can support. We're wants you'll you have a problem because support or no okay? Do you have a problem? I mean that's his kid so no okay if your kid present you like and it's crazy how picking and choose. We are wish shit because we'll see here until we're blue interfacing. Go Kids Today. Grow at a rate that none of us experience. Even you is twenty five like you're close raid. You'RE CLOSE TO A. You're the closest to a kid in this room. Yes but even compared to that they grow at a rate that none of us can fucking understand. It's right it's scary but when it's like but we put a limit on what they're able to kind of. It's like you talk about that yet though. You're Still Twelve Dad. I Program Computer for you. Oh not just because I don't work like like it's funny how we pick and the things that we alike. We'll be quick as my kid is so smart. My kid reading eighth grade learning level. Your your kid read about transgenders him get to read about that though but why. Kenny opened his mind. And that facet like. It's weird. How we how we kind of do that because of you said Daddy I just. I don't know I wanNA do the sport. Shes stupid like I'll be like I WANNA do lay. Okay Go Ballet Da- I just feel better and this type of shit right like no one should ever look at you crazy because your support aside. He's not doing better. It's just crazy like Morris. Chestnut did ballet. I don't care who your wife wants. The fog can care less. He has a decent size winter. He's GonNa come out one of these days. I'm always going to be devastated. The idea that you just I don't know man is so I just I just I just want to bring it back to. I don't WanNa see the old fashioned days where I don't because those in those old-fashioned days there's a lot of people who didn't fit in in areas. That's what I'm saying. I don't want people to feel uncomfortable in their own skin or whatever the case may be. I don't want my child to be exposed to Shenanigans. That so fucked up I just I know. But that's just me no it is just you just understand. That's fucked up. That's all right. That's fine I'm okay with. I don't have a problem with people that are by no means but it sounds like you. Do you just referred to that Shit Nigga. No no I have gay friends. I don't have a problem with you. Understand how your gay friends would feel about you referring to the alternative lifestyle as Shenanigans. Okay like Shenanigans. At three years old. I mean if they're twelve years old it's just it's just nuts when I see what I see like my family members I like. I like the fucking generation after me obviously younger than me. They fucking had a boyfriend like two days ago then they got a girlfriend. They got another boyfriend. And that's just that's just not that's shenanigans about like. You cannot tell me that you want this and then you want this book in the top you could. You could want it bro. Come on on the topic of talking about a child feeling more comfortable as the opposite gender. You weren't calling that Shenanigans as a what I need you to repeat that again in a child feeling more comfortable in the opposite gender. Are you calling that Shenanigans? Because that's what it would like. What does that mean then? Then is that what I just said? Wake like Dad. I don't like the way you dress me. Well how would you like to be dressed in all the things they pick or girl shit so like? What's Shenanigans stop it like what age? We're talking no no. We're talking about an age late. You say and do two hundred talking about in a manner that doesn't fit the clearly laid out timeline. What a boy should be wearing to you. I mean because in in the country like girls wear like fucking jeans every day. Without we've been over this it doesn't matter to girls. This doesn't apply girls. This is another conversation. That's what I'm saying is eight minutes finish. This is another conversation that once again. We don't talk about the hypocrisy on male versus female responsibility in this country. Because we're looking at what Dwayne Wade is doing right a great. You can argue his his his ex wife or his the child's mother she's obviously not famous and da Da. But this is all coming down to how Dwayne Wade's handling it. I think doing what he's handling. Fine I listen. I think it's beautiful. I think it's beautiful. I think the whole idea of telling people how to raise their children. He's the go to the wayside but that's still once again. We're talking about the Archaic Shit earlier about the your parents passed down to you. You can't go to a family gathering what I wanted the motherfuckers telling you what you should be doing. I mean we would all hopefully support our child if it came to that. And that's that's right. That's what we said. Yeah I'm I'm hoping I don't have to ever make that decision but I it. The scary part is the people who do shit like hold up the fence denying that there are people who feel this way. That's what's keeping this type of talk from being news in like until those people die right until those people die in less people. Think like that then. This is going to continue to be news. I mean your point on hypocrisy is a spot on because even us. We're quick to watch a girl on girl porn but we did point definitely not watching that and it's it's beautiful. Oh great because a girl all day long and society has made it. It made a trope. It's vitro right yeah. I don't know if he has seen sex addicts is a TV show on Netflix. Why what it's actually. This Hilarion passed it to schools. Push it on this kids. They're still trying to find themselves. What School Omar to where? They're trying to push on for him to be a girl no they they better not be pushing it on my. That's I mean that's all over on TV on the new users. They're talking to their schools that you know they keep pushing they keep pushing out a very young age two three four years old if they want to be a girl. That'll be a girl if you want to be a boy. I think that's way too young. Who's pushing that society now? But that's y'all right now news articles. Everybody's sharing that shit on facebook. Not everyone not everyone not disk because I every damn day. Hey what'd you learn at school today? Numbers not I could be a boy so so. If that's come from somewhere it's coming from somewhere it's just. I think there's a lot more of a if I my son don't turn out that way so if you don't turn out that way then if someone else's fault if be does and I don't think that's the case I don't think schools are actively going. Hey guess what. I'M NOT GONNA call anyone a boy girl today because I don't want to upset nobody. School School is kind of like. They're just pushing more equality. Now I guess. And that's what they should be pushing equality because the shit is you know. Filling Omar is going to be like that. But what Omar's best friends like that? He's running around calling his best friend a faggot. He won't know you would hope he knows better. How can he know better when he knows damn? I saw that in the kitchen talking about gay people in how stupid and ugly. And that's that's not where racism comes from definitely like kids go on on my son and then find out that your kid is calling a little black kid a monkey mind. We definitely teach them not to judge anybody. Because your uncle but you can't teach them not to judge something he doesn't understand it when people don't want to have the conversation because they're afraid we have. The conversation is going to make him interested now. You're in this area. We're now he has to. He has to go wait my parents they tell me about this. We've had the conversation we've had the conversation okay..

"The people. They are WanNa sex you up. I WANNA put in your butt mind. Take off your clothes. Oh I mean she comes inside and takes her clothes off for you to make love to me. Good that we can do it too. We all ooh. And this is what I'll do Warner sweet love and six you. People especially the younger and vulnerable generation family. Put up with a lot of bullshit. They shouldn't under the belief that family something important. What was handed down to us right. Just like there's a lot of assumed notions that had been handed down to us as the younger generation that we were told to take and run with the problem with that is they got. Us fucked all the way up the same way that certain cultures in the past got Sir and minority groups fucked up like. Oh you're supposed to be good we opposition. Oh Na fam- like this is different you know we're going to have been on the show. He's got our here. We Want Ben to lay down because I heard where it doesn't a bedroom. It's like muscle memory. Leave the toys homebake bit? Why are you on all fours? What are you doing person? But no so. I think there's a lot of things between marriage relationships. Success Markers for success like the whole own a house thing. That's not everyone's dream. It is not it like not so. Falker you to tell me that. That is a marker for success. I made it when I got my house like no. That's not true. Fuck Outta here. That's not for me. I want to somehow. I want a high rise in New York. I WANNA condo. I want to hire it in Europe. Where window of Florida windows and ceiling the floor tiles. Pretty high up there because a lot of Glasgow. Well I'M GONNA wake up naked my Dick my dick on a on a glass wall. Everybody could see in the city of nests. Fine if you if you feel like you made it when you bought a house that's dream in small. Well what? But that's some that's a dream and who are we to say somebody though some people's dreams are that correct some definitely definitely. I definitely agree. I think beasts point is people that buy a house shouldn't be thought it in people's faces. Look I made it because I bought a house. Oh yeah that's the argument isn't equity because your parents aren't telling you guys go get some equity. They're not telling you guys go get some property for the most part they're saying. Hey guys you know live comfortable going to find you a wife and you guys are going to have a couple of kids and you can get the white picket fence. You can get a house and yeah then come leverage you like. That's like the what that's how it was pitched to you. Maybe Paris could just be better with how they voice it but I feel like my parents were like that. But it's like your whole like your slice of America Americana right like the American dream. That's the American dream. That's not the same for everybody. We got three hundred sixty five million bucks in his State. My bet country. You're telling me we all got a dream. We are going to have the white picket fence. Williams Ben Fenner Suraj Atta Lisa Sound. Like a whole. It sounds like the fucking fantastic foreign is bitch. They all got the same dream false. I definitely agree. You know and I just think there's no rule we get told. Shit from parents to the younger generation. There's no room for nuance there. And I think parents use that as a as a tool of guidance as a tool of known talking he started with that right. I'm always like this. I know you're not talking about me but I am for sure all about the White House two car garage white picket fence in Adl beads. It's all about living comfortably. It's that that you're American. That's the American dream though living. We're not knocking where you pretty people interpreted wrong. But you don't think there's some irony in the sense that the American dream is living comfortably when America as a country was all about fucking up comfort comfortably when we listen to the Queen. But we decided. Nah This ain't for us. We WanNa do it our way. We WanNa do our shit like America is that Brat Child that somehow it worked out for and you go like you were like. Yeah Wash them off right. He leaving home to La. He'll get famously Obama. You can't even act now all of a sudden it's the Rock Guy you're like Oh fuck like when. Did this happen. The United States. Do you know what you. Yeah you know. You know that you know they kid that you're like how does he keep chances timeout? You you said the United States is is is like the rock like score. Scorpion King Rock. Okay. We're hoping we're hoping he does. He keeps going towards that he might fall off score. Okay okay okay. I was about to relax but a slyke America started off as a country where it was like not being offered him. Oh fuck it worked out. You know the guy that always has good jobs a fucking good like you. How our work for Wolf states? How you know states like those guys and I feel like if that's what we came on as a country we should then tell people to just settle as your dream because we didn't just settle. America was built on the back of people who didn't want to just settle through. Those mobs fucking pilgrim's they wanted what the Indians had and they killed. They wanted more. They didn't settle now. We don't recommend killing anybody. Relax relax came through. Yes you already told us what you did. What you guys do. We went to dinner. Jay Gaubert's I know. What Florida is Florida? Fuck Floor Jay Gilbert. So how was that wonderful? Love at one of my favorite steak restaurants love. It haven't been you guys have to try both and if you haven't been together. I heard I heard this a really good steak place in Newington group Chris. I think that's what it's called my. My don't don't first of all someone else's yum if someone says sesame place in you go. That's interesting when I went. Then you give your reason why they'll just be like don't take it back. It wasn't a Yuck is just. The price wasn't worth the quality of I went to Ruth Chris with crystal. I think I took it there for birthday. Maybe like that and we had the Tomahawk steak son. I never had a Tomahawk steak but it was the big dinosaurs stick with the bone sticking out the side own my God. It felt like I was eating meat. Gum Lake I was chewing. I was like Yo like it was like Gotcha Gotcha Gotcha but If it's like that because what money would you didn't get enough bang for your buck. Texas roadhouse that shit is like the opposite right. No it's super trash. Oh I thought. Texas roadhouse gave you a lot of Shit. That shit was mad expensive. I asked for. I think it was a medium. Well steak that she gave me that shit like read it was it was it was horrible That was one of the worst experience but I would never say but they got. They got the APP. Apple cinnamon butter the Wyndham. What the their brand was excellent. That's less red lobster right like I don you call a Momma's business. Yeah so what you guys get what? My wife didn't special she got. She'll tell you in a second I got the I got a nice ten. Ten ounce steak with the potato spuds and the cream corn member Salvi and right now. It was amazing dessert. A had me a creme brulee which was expelled C. R. E. E. B. R. U. L. E. Creme Brulee that. Yeah Yeah Yeah. It was a great so we bought a bought a bottle of wine. Her I shared. It took it down. She's been supporting me through a career change and when it takes off it's ready. I liked that there. You go there what you doing what you do what you knew career band. Let us know it'd be some that we can help you out way or by someone or some shit like that and go for low key. I really do I do too much. You know I do much like we kind of went into it saying we weren't GonNa do much and you know we got when I say we Sofiane I went out and got crystal some stuff and she was taken aback by it and it was too serious but it was. It was like it was cute. Sophie driving around and she's like. Oh yeah of course it would like this and I was like you know. She wrote on the car fucked. Ko But You know I it. I mean fucking Queensland Queensland so yes it is really slim that's it don't look like the way too. Yeah they get stopped Fox grow grow down right there. That's no I know. This is slim at Queen's first date takes unexpected turn when a policeman pulls them over for minor traffic violation. There's this lady where she the pro sports college player chase young get suspended for borrowing money to fly his girlfriend to the Rose Bowl back in April. I hate the fucking trashes fuck. He broke the whole family. Member is back on. If you got money from the coach maybe okay but from his own family member. That's stupid let's go out. Let's see Blake. Fuck yourself because somebody in the family snitch. Bitch is crazy NFL. I know what you're talking about. A solution to jet football coach ashes here football trashes. Your you guys might not we make the playoffs. That's what do you mean the playoffs. See that will. We're in. I say that when we had a first place for I say that when we don't say tied we haven't lost a no one the NFC east in two years but when you lose to the Eagles in a couple of weeks you're going to be on it nuke exactly exactly fucking bitch you see. I'm trying to do some Bell L.. Let you know that your team trash to fucking giants. My Team Street trash trash. But as he got forty security and we'll try to play and nature four touchdown passes on a losing effort. Nobody deceptions he. Has the most touchdown passes in three last three games with them and how many wins is that we lost six. Not Yeah we dropped again to the Vikings when we don't get talked about enough hawks. I picked me answer Mr Wilson. I I call him Mr Bad man. Jesus he's bad or you think. Is We give them a little more. High Lamar is doing just fucking different. But it's close. Oh so you can't talk to the player. Lamar yes I think he can earn. You can still win. Yeah yeah because MVP remaining got a bunch of women for. We're not doing anything in the playoffs. Your mom but I think he. He earns that off the fact that it's the second year Gotcha. He's still kind of deserves. I'd I just know the patient's going to be in trouble and I say that because the teams that are looking to be the best in the AFC all have the type of quarterback that can give and has given Belichick and the Patriots Prompts Baltimore Pages in the playoffs. You money on Baltimore how are you. I'm not even win in Patriots Played Baltimore two weeks ago. I said the Raven's are going to beat the Patriots barely. Beat them. You're right no it'd be able to thirty seven to twenty but now oh. Belichick has a formula formula when he played cabinet check against scrambling. quarterbacks is fucking fucking terrible. I won't bet against them. You don't got to. I wouldn't either when I I I said I said the Raven's are going to beat the Patriots and still pick the Patriots because I just knew it was a smart picnic and then they beat him thirty seven at twenty. So I if the Patriots have to face the chiefs chiefs at the Patriots. Let's say you're going to get by like they always do. But let's say you got to face the chiefs and then the ravens. Those are two tough back to back games against quarterbacks who could make plays that can give them issues. I think the niners are for real. They gave him away last night. I don't think they're for real food for real what they're giving. Though like that deficit they're supposed to beat the teams that they play and it's not their fault that those teams aren't the best but I look at their schedule. They we almost lost the game to Pittsburgh whose son certainly something look good all of a sudden all these lands. You're right I the fuck that though my thing is when your best receivers Mayo Sanders and he just got hurt correct. That's an issue. Matt Brady went out in a tight ends so I don't know I think Lamar EP right. Now and Seasons another so season. Second Russell Wilson. Yeah not yet very close I won't be NBA Nine NBA. Oh steph curry. Got Hurt says last time we spoke I got a bet with EG egg. Shell too that the warriors he bet the warriors won't win more than twenty S S. We thought it was ten. He put twenty because I know him. Ray had ten twenty. He's he's a food. Yeah I think at the very least they're gonNA get like thirty. Maybe go five hundred starting healthy but you know what maybe they shouldn't even get healthy. Maybe it's she's not. It's not an you can't you can't go off when in back to back championships and being in the finals for like eight years in a row and then go let's tank through in your mind me. He'll looking good. Well tell you can keep your head of his out Sam Ashby. He looked like me on that plane. He's hurting your he. He ain't hurting us because he plan. So fucking fucking can use them. We don't need him there. Really Fuck Him Bitch. As Dion waiters he had an edible on an airplane in fucking doc. He was dying. Your Mommy kills someone else you sure about what the fuck it is black and blue bloom black but then look what..
