You have multi baggers and a lot of these are pretty obvious trends Stuff that tell you. Try and say yeah. That makes sense. That's happening in how you're not guessing. What the currency rate is six months or a year from today or interest rate. You're just saying that's motion. that's in motion. I see it then you figure out. How do you express that view through public securities. Were up too much rask. usually i'm trying to get here right with the inflection star. It's so i'm early in the process of buying cheap bond cash flow or balance sheet. Whoever else it is. And then i stay with the trend. Either until the train gets discovered evaluation goes to fair value or something changes in the trash. Okay so i love. My age had their kids ten years later than the last generation and so it should be obvious that hassle formation and single family home demands all push back a bit and now it's coming and there's a huge demographic move people out of the cities into the suburbs you have people leaving a high tax northeastern california stage. They're moving to alert cost states of places with better job opportunities. There's actually a lot of population move right now in the united states and know i think when i tell you this all makes sense. The data's there the question is will it continue figure. And then how do you make money and you know with is the gap right now in low income housing and affordable housing as you call it. The developers like million our homes very profitable. But they haven't been in an entry level stuff by friends. And i think you play by owning the guys that make the components. Don't have to guess which state wins. I don't have anything. I guess that the guys who make siding and make vinyl windows Roofing supply and make up plumbing all this stuff that's needed in at home especially lower and guys. I mean that have so much demand. They can't slowly orders the best place to be in business. One you know you have unlimited demand is figure out how ramp up fast enough the problem businesses would be able to watch your stuff so these guys have can have some problems wrapping up in hiring people and they'll be margin pressure and all these other problems but the demand is there and it's gonna keep going and now this trend changes if they raise rates fifty up south trade change if they raise rates hundred ups in on the end. What does that mean. It's one hundred dollars more each year each month on your mortgage like. I don't think that's going to change anything because you can't fit to kids in a single bedroom apartment anymore. It it'll solve itself. So these are sort of trends. I like and i don't think anyone who would ever push back and say copy you know. This trend isn't good one. Good one more question of how long's last. What's the valuation is priced in those questions. I think educate people can demands and in so much as you believe it will continue. It may be a prediction. But it's really not a prediction. "How to read the New Testament Letters. Let's start with a question from Damian in Minnesota Hey. Tim and John. My name is Damian. Leverett and I live. Live in Saint Paul. Minnesota I'm a classically trained theater actor and performer, and listening to these episodes has made me wonder if it could be a fruitful practice for churches to have people like me. Trained in speaking complex texts in an active embodied way, read the letters in their entirety in live gatherings. What do you think about this idea is? It's stupid. Are there any pitfalls or problems that you'd foresee? I'd love your advice. Thanks for all you do all right. I'll respond first Damian your idea is the opposite of stupid. It's actually brilliant and so important, and yes, you should do it. No questions asked. All Right? That's my first response. was here's John for sure? Yeah, you. We talked about how these letters were originally heard. Read Aloud. Yeah, that's right and that there is something about. Hearing it all in one sitting that helps you Kinda feel the shape of it in a different way. I noticed when I read. I get really stuck like what did that sentence mean? I don't keep moving. But, if you're in a situation, where just being read aloud in listening to an audio version of the Bible, that's really powerful, so so if you have a vision for using your experience in theater. Who had just ministry nonprofit, he called word sewer ministries, but essentially he memorized all the books of the New Testament. Did he do all of them well? Reflection afterwards, but his main thing was to recite whole books the New Testament in one go for groups of people with such a booming. Yes, wonderful destroy had a uniquely amazing voice yeah. So yes Damien I. It's a wonderful idea. It should be normal I. Think this kind of ministry should be normal in the life of a local church. The New Testament isn't more thoroughly connected and expurgated. It made me wonder. Wonder whether Paul as a Hebrew scripture scholar, who understood that it was as you call it. He Meditation Literature. Do you think it's possible that he crafted his epistles in that same way so that people would need to hear them and read them over and over to really get the depth of meaning just curious. Thanks for all you do God bless. It's great question. I thought that was really insightful. Question. It is true especially Paul the his letters are hard to understand. There are or you could say there are many parts that are difficult to follow. And you remember at some point in the series. I mentioned passage in Second Peter where Peter felt the same way That's right. Yeah, yeah, he says there are some things of Paul's letters that are hard to understand. However the question is. Is that intentional? He could. Is it a bug? My hunch is that for Paul's letters that it was expensive to write. Letters can talk about this future episodes. How how letters were actually produced and how expensive it was and the process involved, but I think part of it was just the way he communicated through these letters and the way his mind work. was like a beautiful mind. In terms of. Is this guy crazy or is this guy brilliant? I think it seems you can just feel bursting out of sentences in Galicians that there's whole volumes. He could riot on what's underneath just a couple of sentences and so? I think you actually could. You. Do need to read them over and over at least I have for years, but I'm not sure it's necessarily because he crafted the way. The Hebrew literature is crafted I. Think it's he was raised on that literature, and so he certainly is shaped by it and talks things by, but I think it's also just the nature of him his unique personality, and then the letter medium. How would you think I hear what you're saying there? Yeah, he not designed with the same maybe. Maybe intention analogy that scroll in the Tanakh would have been designed potentially, but he had internalized that design, and that tradition, and that tradition so much that it undergirds everything. He sang by Medicare, eating on Hebrew Bible, and then meditating on what Paul's writing. Yes, as cool chemistry that happens totally which I've noticed. Yeah, yeah, working on this project with you so many things come pop a lot more when when I start to see the things that that Paul was seeing And which are things that you've been pointing out these patterns and themes inside?

"Entered eleven. They released the developer preview earlier than ever. You can't just go install like a Beta you gotta flash it and it's mostly developer facing stuff But the stuff that is facing a real humans is a chat heads. Bubbles are making a grand comeback There's this like conversation section which I actually initially got wrong announcement post where they basically taking a whole bunch of all your chats. And they're putting him in a separate area notifications they might actually finally do real screen recording natively thank. God and they also are going to have better sort of APP security permissions and the big one is scoped storage. Which means that just like on the iphone Android APPS aren't going to be able to just look at whatever they want on your story to They'll only be a look at their special section unless it gets special permission to look at like generalized storage. So in the same way that like I dunno on the iphone at like I need permission to look at this and the more ended up soft to do that in the same way that macos. Catalina is constantly asking you look at the desktop. That's coming for android there. You Go Anyway a bunch of developers are going to have to contend with that and Google's finally just stopping saying please update your APPs to support the stuff. They're just making them do it. Because security I guess because some of the the scope storage stuff was already an android ten right. It was entertainment. It was Andrew. Ten is like hey we gotta do this and a whole bunch android volkers went. Oh like okay. Okay. We'll we'll do it next year but like please please look at this and now they're like. Yo we're doing this. Why are they doing this through the play store? You can't issue update if you don't support this thing because they can't so it's it's this gets into like the wildly complicated territory of the difference between Version of Android a the API version of android and which API version your APP targets in addition to all of that there's a new complication in android. Eleven where you can target the newest and latest. Api IF YOU WANNA use the newest stuff you need to target that level of API like you WANNA use the cool new thing. Api twenty-seven you have to follow API twenty-seven rules right but sometimes like there's like features in it that are knowing whatever and so now they're letting you like dynamically opt in stuff in weird ways. You can opt inner opt out of certain parts of the API. It's just It's radically complicated is but I'm getting at well. I'm just saying apple puts out a new version of Iowa's everyone has to hop to do what apple apple because they'll just put it across the entire install base very quickly or if you want to target the newest and greatest phone which is where probably the spending customers are. They'll have it whatever you got to follow the rules. Dandruff has Greg Google. Broadly has android. It's while they complicated. Api situation has placed or approval process. Which another Leverett can pull. Yep Right and then it has placed services on the phone which is yet a third and it also has Ads If you want to use ads on your APP the Google on one of the bigger ad networks and they have different rules there as well including it especially for apps that are like for kids they now have the Google play subscription thing which is another layer of approval But the biggest complication of all. That's more important than any of this is. The vast majority of android phones are a couple of years old. You know they don't have the latest and greatest operating system and so there's literally no incentive for developers to like update to do things like get rid of the side drawer that interferes with the back button and the Pixel 'cause you know half a percent of users have this stuff and so it doesn't bother ninety nine point five percent of your users like where's the incentive to like put the effort into updated. I'm not calling developers lazy. I'm saying that they're following the incentives at the ecosystem offers them. You know. They're putting their time into other things that bring them more return. Sure Google has to do things like change. The incentive structure and one of those changes is like making scope storage or requirements Which is like well. Okay now if I if I don't do it my APP BREAK. And that's they're doing that in part because it's like a it's a privacy and security issue. Yeah but where is it a requirement like we're in that stack of things where they can issue requirements is it a requirement that is it's the API level if you WANNA target and you want to be and if you want your APP to work I believe on android eleven okay and I think that the game there is still the newest phones will run end? Eleven if you want to run in the newest phones you got to work with right right. Yep and then if you but you can you can target the API and have it still working like older versions of the US in some cases so wildly complicated. Yes What else standard eleven I mean that's the big stuff big consumer facing stuff. There's a you know you could go and look at like android police and nine to five Google. And they had just a blast of a day just finding all the features weren't technically announced earlier.
