"I mean it's slowly getting better. I mean, if you look at Renée Elise Goldsberry, who was Angelica in the original cast, she was Mimi on Broadway at 35 in rent. Mimi is someone who dances but one she's a stripper. And two, she dances and does all the 35 you wouldn't cast someone like that. You would cast a 20 year old, and she did. Yeah, let's go Miranda is really done an amazing service to theater. Right. I mean, and I love that, you know, Natalie, who is also Latin my voice teacher. She is just like, you know, we in the heights was like the big thing for us because we had never really had a shilling, and I had never seen it. Until the movie, I loved it. And then also one of the songs that I did a while that I did breathe from as one of my songs to work on with her. And I was like, this is amazing, but also it makes me want to cry and die a little bit inside. What are you doing? It's about families and failing and that's fun. But yeah, so right, right. But the musical is wonderful. I think he's phenomenal and I think he always surrounds himself with really good talented people, which is great. I remember when I was when I was like, the people he's surrounded him with and Hamilton, because they do the gift to the world. As far as absolutely. But he is not as he has enough humility to book people around him who are better singers than here. Right. Because he is, I mean, he's wonderful. He is. But the guy who played Aaron Burr? Leslie Odom junior. Amazing. Yeah. That guy's voice is a freaking stick of butter. Yeah. You're just like, you know, right, it just melting and gorgeous and amazing. Exactly. Well, that's why when in the heights came out and he can't cast Anthony around most of the main characters on Broadway, Lynn played that part. And so if you know what I'm saying, I love, I think he's just precious and adorable. But when Lynn gave himself the little smaller part of the ice cream salesman guy and I was like, when up his vocals, he practiced I'm so proud of him. Like, yay, 'cause even he was like, he was on a decent tenor. He's like, I'm an okay ten or at best. And I'm like,.

"Welcome back to the show. We've been talking about joint chiefs of staff. Chairman general milley defining critical race defending critical race. There because he wants to learn more about white ridge. So sarah what struck you most about the general's statement well. I was so heartened to see him speaking. We need more leaders that read more not less that wanted dial in. He talked about not only reading. You know about our history warts and all but also reading theories and and Strategies of enemies foreign and domestic. This is the one of the highest leaders in our military. The highest ranking military leaders. This is also about the people that he oversees his rank and file. There was a kind of shocking statistic that came out of cnn that said one in ten people charged in the us capital insurrection. Our veterans and i remember martha rabbits saying right here on our show. That is someone who so dialed into the military that it was a shock to see people that put their lives on the line to defend it attacking it on that day. I think to get to the why this is happening. Where we're at. You have to look back at everything. You can disagree. You can debate but removing it or reducing. It is not the answer. So i actually found him so engaging and what the heck is matt gaetz still doing working. I know it's alleged. But like when i looked at him asking a question. We talk all the time about accusations and things that are going on. He should at least get question abilities taken from him until we figure out what's going on his massive life right now exactly so a meghan. Think that hearing a top military official ring alarm bells make people start taking this more seriously. Well if it's from the military. I mean it's entirely possible. I actually wish we would do an entire show. debating both sides of critical race theory because it is an issue that is really bubbling up in the country. I wouldn't call it a wedge issue. I would call it just a culture issue that people are dealing with. I've been following it very closely and the criticism from the right isn't as simple as we. Just don't want to talk about racism in the country. Because i personally believe we need to address all facets of racism in the united states of america and obviously the experience of african americans black americans in the country ever since george floyd. We really need to reassess. What's going on that being said. The big criticism of critical race theory is that it leaves out other minorities. Asian americans and jewish americans and actually the asian specifically chinese american community has come out really hard against critical race theory. The chinese american citizens alliance of greater york called critical race theory quote hateful divisive manipulative fraud. And i think if we're going to talk about hate crimes and racism. It has to include the blanket of other minorities including asian americans and jewish americans especially during a time where we are seeing rapid spikes in hate crimes and violence towards these minorities as well so i think that's the criticism and this is very nuance and when you're talking about what we're going to potentially be teaching our children what i want to teach my children that all racism is wrong that all all bigotry is wrong of any kind and that includes all minorities including african americans so that's where the nuance in this issue comes in it's not just as simply as republicans don't want to talk about this. Republicans hate the military. Actually think that's really really dangerous. Rhetoric and every single member of my family serves in the military except my sister. Bridget and i'm here to tell you they are not bigoted people. They are all of different races as well serving in the military and i find it actually quite offensive. The idea that we we in the members of our military aren't taking racism seriously. Well i think it says the fact that it's critical race. They're talking about slavery mostly and the history of slavery in this country. Which is i think what that's about of course we all want to talk about everybody's history but this is critical race theory. It's pacific Okay grammy and tony winning hamilton star. Leslie odin junior was talking about his latest production. Whoopi was here the other day. And you can see that.

"It's in her best interest or is it because he's getting cut of that multi-million dollar deal. I think the quick question what happens next. She's been so private her entire life about her private life. She's now a spoken out. We've all heard it. What what's the next step. So no one really knows but something that was very interesting with after britney spoke there was a recess and when the court returned for court appointed counsel said that She requested that future court proceedings be sealed so we don't totally know what's gonna happen but they seem to suggest that the public won't be allowed to listen in anymore. Well liz in the film and outside of yesterday's hearing we saw many of brittany is hard core fans who are part of the freebritney movement which began in two thousand nine largely based on their feelings that something was very wrong. How much credit do you think they deserve for starting to bring these issues to light. I think they feel vindicated for bringing britney situation and to be honest the conservatorship system at large under a bigger spotlight. Well okay it was really interesting to listen to you liz. I'm wondering what happened to all the medical records. We don't really know where those are right or have they been brought to the attention of the court all her medical records so a lot of the records and documents and what's been happening in the court has been sealed to the public by the cork. So we don't now a lot of now so it's still. It's still an open conversation. And you know that we still by guess people still to be thinking about poor brittany. She's going through a hell of time. But it's it's an interesting story. We're going to keep watching this. I guess and thank you for coming on and elucidating the new york times presents. That's the name of her Framing britney spears jockey wrench streaming now on hulu abc channel. We'll be right back house armed services committee hearing yesterday joint chiefs of staff chairman general mark milley joined the battle over teaching critical race theory and zero in on one particular target watch. I want to understand white rage. And i'm white and i want to understand it. So what is it that cause thousands of people to assault this building and try to overturn the constitution of the united states of america. What caused that. I wanna find that out. I want to maintain an open. Mind here and i do want to analyze it. So what is wrong with understanding having some situational understanding about the country which we are here to defend. And i personally find it offensive that we are accusing the united states. Military are general. Officers are commissioned noncommissioned officers being woke or something else because we're studying some theories that are out there. What's his shaking his head about. What is that about worry about your own problems. Sorry i mean isn't about time we all find out more about right. rage is all about. I mean it's time isn't it. I think so. I think it's really important for us to find out what happened. That led to the january sixth insurrection. And i think the reason why. Republicans and conservatives don't want us to learn more about systemic racism and race is. Because that i believe is what led to the insurrection. And that is why they block the january sixth commission. I have been trying to understand what is going on with this sort of new manufactured wedge issue and it really is a manufactured wedge issue because everyone that is really learned about critical race. Theory knows that this is not something that is taught in elementary schools public schools. This is something that is taught in law school. Because i'm a lawyer. I know that this is something. That came out of the harvard law school and was taught by derek bell a harvard law scholar. But what i have just recently learned is that someone named christopher rufo said it on twitter. He is sort of the manufacture of this wedge issue and he set the goal is to have the public read something crazy in the newspaper and immediately think critical race theory we have codified the term and will re codify it to annex the entire range of cultural constructions that are unpopular with we will eventually turn a toxic as we put all of the various culture insanity under that brand category. That is what this is about. That is it. And i am just so disgusted that so many people fell for it. And you're seeing people at school and school boards fighting over alleged critical race theory which doesn't even exist in schools. Teach our kids about the unfortunate history of this country because when you know better you do better right well. They don't want to teach that history of of race but they seem to be very interested in in history when it comes to take down confederate statues then we have to preserve history. Interesting anna a. Why wouldn't the military want to study white extremism right now. Of course they should. Of course there's also a january six and listen general milley. The military commanders have under them men. And women of all creeds all colors all ethnicities all were fighting and serving under the same flag. and i can't get past the hypocrisy of all these republicans supporting juneteenth but not wanting to teach what's behind juneteenth and a sunny just said this is a manufactured issue. Republicans have always been very effective and very good at coining terms and phrases that they demonize and weaponized and turn into wedge issues and boogie monsters..

"She'll be joining us after this commercial so stay with us. Still ahead tony and grammy winning superstar of hamilton leslie. Odom junior talks about unveiling his latest production. That's really one from the hard. So we've been talking about the latest developments in this story of britney spears efforts to enter years long conservator ship here to fill us in on all. The details is the senior story editor at the new york. Times co creator of the documentary. Framing britney spears liz day. Welcome welcome to the show so nice to have you here. Thrilled to be here okay. So you felt premiered in february and it stirred up a lot of buzz about the situation with britney's thirteen year conservatives conservative ship overseeing largely by her father jamie spears yesterday for the first time she spoke directly to the court and the magnitude of what she said shocked a lot of people including people on our show here. You listened in on her testimony. Tell me something what stood out the most view and do you think it was a good idea for her to do this publicly so i am also still in shock. You know britney drop some major bombshells she said. I just want my life back. I truly believe this. Conservatorship is abusive. My dad and anyone involved in this conservatorship should be in jail. I deserve to have the same rights as anybody does. It was really chilling and most notably. She said that she didn't know that she could file to end the tour To end the conservatorship in the last thirteen years which is incredibly shocking. And other thing that she said is that she's never spoken out about it before because she didn't feel like she believed so i think it was a good idea for her to speak publicly for people to hear it directly from her lewis. You wrote a piece for the new york times on tuesday revealing information you'd obtained from confidential court records given all the research you've done on brittany story for all these years. What were you surprised to learn from these documents. So the entire time we were doing our research for the documentary and in our reporting we heard a lot of times that you know britney wants to be in this. This is good for her. You know if she wanted to get out of it she would have filed to to get out of it. And what we discovered we the new york times genie's confidential court records that actually privately behind closed doors. She's been pushing to end this for a really long time much longer ago than anyone knew and she was even questioning her father's fitness as her conservator because of his drinking. I have illegal. No britney's father jamie spears. Who has been in charge of her. Conservatorship said through his lawyer that he sorry to see his daughter in so much pain and that he misses her and loves her very much. Hi liz i'm really furious. I think a lot of people are right. Now is very hard to listen to yesterday. Apparently the state of california is going to allow open slavery to happen and her family as clear. Slave owners are allowed to go unchecked. What britney says has been done to her reads like a human rights crime and again. I do a lot of work in the human rights. Space with people like alexei navalny's. She says she was is located. Medicated forced to work against her will her capacity to reproduce which this is one of the most damning things was controlled in the hearing. She says quote it's embarrassing and demoralizing and. That's the main reason i've never said it openly. I honestly didn't think anyone would believe me. What does it say about our society in our culture that at a time not wanting to hear. Trust this woman and do you think that we've learned from our mistakes. And what can we do. Just average americans to help right now. Because i don't believe she's safe. I don't believe the play. She's in right now. These are people that could do. God knows what to her and honestly thank god. This woman hasn't killed herself yet. There's been a lot of interesting discussion out there where people are pointing out about the way she was treated twenty years ago. And you know how that would never happen today. But i think it also raises the question of who might be getting this sort of treatment today in twenty years from now. We'll look back on and think. Wow that was unfair. The way that they were judged or talked about you know and you note about the human rights issues of it. All and i think something. That was really interesting for us. In our reporting in research with how the letter of the law the rules of conservatives in california can really differ from what plays out on the ground behind closed doors. Now let's britney spoke quite clearly when she said quote. I been in denial. I've been in shock. I am traumatized. I just want my life back unquote. She wants to end this conservator ship but doesn't want to submit to yet another evaluation before hopefully having it removed. Did you get any sense that her wishes have a chance of being taken into account this time so i'm not sure. Anyone really knows britney noted that she herself has been doing a lot of research and that there are cases in which a judge has terminated conservatorship without the person having to undergo know a year long of poking and prodding from rounds of doctors but britney also noted that the judge has granted that if no one in the family of jack's which seemed to suggest or be aimed at her father talking about her father. We've heard claims of difficult relationship between brittany and her dad from everything you've researched and seen. Do you believe jamie spears was acting. Perhaps in good faith to protect his daughter at least when this started. I think there's a real debate over whether he believes he is indeed acting in her best interest but clearly she did not feel that way and it's raised a lot of very concerning allegations about the way he has treated her. But i would say that experts on conservatorship point out that there's real conflict of interest when he is making money off of the conservatorship so he signs up for her to do a big deal..

"Views darts live right. Now re framing britney spears after the embattled pop icon breaks silence and pulls no punches in court about being angry depressed and pleading for control of her life. Back co creator of the framing. Britney spears documentary. Liz day has the latest on. What's next for britney critical condition joint chiefs chairman general mark. Milley chooses a side in the war over teaching critical race theory. I want to understand white rage. And i'm white and i want to understand it. So what is it because thousands of people to assault this building. How some congressman didn't by his battle plan plus the tony and grammy winning superstar of hamilton. Leslie odom junior talks about how his latest production is a family affair and as celebration of a second chance. It live here come hot topics with. We'll be sarah haynes joy behar sunny hostile in megan mccain and ana navarro. Now let's get things started good morning and welcome to the view. What be is out again today with her. Sciatica problem was so worried about at this point. But i think it's under control. Anna is here with us and so let's say a one of the biggest hot topics this morning. It's all over. The tv is the passionate plea that britney spears made in court yesterday to end the conservatorship. Her father set up in twenty eight which he claimed that over concerns about her mental health. That's what that was about. She lost control of her career finances and other aspects of her life and she claims that she couldn't even this is really something she couldn't even remove her. Iud without permission. She's thirty nine years old. I believe you've been all over this topic. Meghan what do you think of her testimony. Yeah i mean it's ironic. Yesterday after the show. I actually moderated a panel on human rights violations with two people that work space and someone who had actually fled the country because of the human rights violations. He experienced and i was absolutely sick to my stomach. Listening to the audio. I felt physically ill. I had to take pause in bed after. I listen to it. This is a woman who is pleading for her freedom pleading for her life by any card-carrying definition. This is a definition of human trafficking. She is being forced to work against her will. She is being forced to be put on medication as extreme as lithium which could do long-term damage to her brain. Because she didn't eat it she's not allowed to have agency over her body over her reproductive rights and she is extensively being kept as a slave and working as a slave for her family and these conservatives. Mike concern right. This moment is these are people that will do this to this woman for thirteen years. Thirteen years what can they do right. Now retaliating i actually believe this has reached the level that the fbi needs to be involved and extradite her from her home away from these people this very moment because these are people that could continue the abuse in real time. I think it's that extreme on a level of how we treated this poor woman in the media go back years and years as we saw in the documentary. We have been brutally unkind. We have not listened to her her instagram. Which i have followed for years is very strange. She never seemed like someone who was in my opinion telling the truth or in control of herself. And i am not. I am not surprised by this. But it's much more extreme than i ever could have possibly imagine. I feel horrible for her places like saturday night. Live have made fun of her the past few years because of things like her instagram. It was the only way she had to speak to the world and it is her fans that did this the freebritney movement of the people who started this and i hope to god they get her out of this environment in this situation today. I think it is at that level and if she weren't any other person not named brittany spears. This is a human trafficking issue and should be treated as such okay. Sarah a feeling that strongly about it. And what is your biggest takeaway from what you've been watching. We'll specifically the documentary. Where i learned more about this story. It really highlighted the problem with stigmatizing mental health In the documentary. The attorneys says. She's never seen anyone get out of one of these conservator ships. So i don't under- no the numbers but it seems very rare that people are able to free themselves from these situations it holds people prisoner from from doing basic things mag. Meghan rattled off some of the examples in some of the other. Things are like small purchases driving in the car with your boyfriend. You know you get into her autonomy like the. Iud's the medication. Even just lightning up on therapy. And if someone who's done a lot of therapy it can be exhausting so to be able to say. Hey i need a minute. Or i need a break or need to recover. If you're doing good work on your mental health. It involves your voice as well. The other thing is. I think that we also have weaponized it against people who speak up because a lot of people suffer in silence but when you speak up it can be used against you like it is being used consistently for thirteen years against her in my own experience having been open about postpartum some struggles. I've had insurance coverage life insurance. You can be denied which was for certain policies when you've had mental health care so i think the more we shine a light on this field and the broad spectrum of there's a difference between psychosis and extreme behavior and people along the spectrum that are battling some different issues and that with the right therapies medications. All these things people could be very high functioning so this is a reflection of an antiquated view of mental health. And i agree with megan. She needs to be freed immediately. Okay all right so sunny conservatives ships are supposed to be a last resort for those who can't take care of themselves that's what they're about. So what do you make of. Britney's case mega. You can speak to legally to if you want. Yeah well. This is completely unprecedented. This is an unprecedented conservatives ship case because there are two types of conservative ships. There is one over a person and one over in state and she is under both types so when you think about a conservative ship over an estate that makes a little bit more sense to most people because some folks just aren't good at managing their estates so not many people are financial planners not many people understand how to take care of their money and so in that sense. You may understand okay. She may be wasn't good at taking care of her money. She had an addiction to shopping..

But once he pulled back the curtain things changed, seeing just how much misogyny and racism and homophobia lies beneath this. "Of the movies. Some of the movies. We liked one. We got plenty to talk about. We really do. And but I mean, I do think it was. The people did have not seen these movies that you haven't seen the movie. And that was some of the complaint was like this year, where they finally took away some of the clips. Was the year they probably needed the clip right? Because it's like I didn't nobody saw these movies. Many people spent $20 a minute and he didn't give you a taste of what the movie would be like. Totally. That's a Yeah, like you agreed. Agree with you 100%. Well, the The ratings plummeted to a record low down 50% over last year, which was already look. They need a host. They just gotta stop messing around with this. Just stop it, and they need your losing. If you want to get anybody back, give us a brand name. Give us something to entertain us. You just need someone you need Some star power. Someone funny. Who could make fun of these people? I agreed. Now, I will say. Holly and I texted this picture at the same time to each other last night wasn't and he was early on the red carpet, but to me Revolutionizing in one fell swoop in the most perfect way. The red carpet up the game like Keith the Stansfield, who he was nominated for supporting actor for Judas and the Black Messiah and shows up In a belted jumpsuit with white collar. I mean, he owned that he looked hard. I mean, he owned that Look, It's amazing bid on it was beautiful. He's got a little bit of a change. I mean, I could see like I'm like, Why hasn't Harry warned this? Why hasn't Lenny Kravitz It was so amazing. And then, um, I also thought that, um, I got Leslie Odom Jr Jr in his gold. Leonie. That was a custom bree Only major, which metal thread. He looked gorgeous, and I'm not a fan of gold notes. But I'm telling you, it was so well made. I mean, I think that was one of the things because we saw Dr 100 a day day and dander dairy Vera weighing a metal dress, but it looked keep it looked like a fabric that we weren't from. This goes in the 8100%. It looks so cheap to me because he had a different office she wore to the after party that looked gorgeous. I love the hammered metal look of that dress. But in the gold, it did just look so cheap when they said that they had somebody, Sauder that dress. I'm like cider. It looks like the flimsy Rocco Di, You had to have been very interesting cause she looks sexy, and I like to in the to get back to the tribute when they went to her, and they're like hated Prince Purple Rain win an Oscar. She's like It probably wasn't even nominated, and that's a bunch of Bs. And they had to bleep bleep, right and she was right. And then she just looked like a sex. Them because she didn't have any chance of winning. She wasn't worried about wearing gold. But I was wrong because it could have been cooler, But it just didn't show up. But I mean, her revenge was that her body looked amazing her hair in her makeup per collection, So I mean, it would have been fun have been her last night. But and then the other guy who just Jumped out at me after I get done drooling over the Keith Stanfield in his Saint Laurent jumpsuit was the guy. That woman Holman Domingo in the pink suit, magenta, hot pink rock like to see you wearing that really were so we knew him from the walking dead. Yes. In one night in Miami. He just looked amazing. So those guys and then Brad Pitts little ponytail. He looked amazing. All right. So here is some surprises. I fat, so Diane War. And who's zero for 11 for song songs as self Oh, it, said 11, and I think it's 12. So she's zero for 12. Winning best songwriter, but as best songwriting, But last night was the very first time anyone has ever dressed her because she always were suits like tuxedo looking suits. But last night she had on white suit by Valentino and this beautiful, sparkly turtleneck underneath and white heeled boots. She looked really pretty. I liked that look a lot. I thought we gotta talk about Julianna. She wanted to win so bad I know and her song that was sung in Italian and Sophia Loren's movie Life ahead. It was redone and in Italian, and it's actually getting Billboard Top play. Oh, really? Yeah, but I think the right song one for that was her winning that some kind of bores me fight for you. Yeah, Like I thought the Leslie Odom Jr song was sounded really It was good. That was, you know, they never give the song much attention, and they didn't even have it play during the Children that was in the previous show, which I thought was kind of like that choker they used Yeah, Some of that energy it could have, you know, but anyway, what else? Alright. Don't recognize Margot Robbie getting back to the 18 again. Neither pit Notice how none of the anchors do that show anymore. No, they don't want to fly to the West Coast. They don't want to do it. I actually liked the gal. I don't don't know who she was. He started Hamilton. I got her name. Let me tell you what it is. Her name is she was talking to Margot Robbie and her husband. I was like, Who is there? Yana do voice, okay. She was green Arena Do boys. She's in Hamilton and little rare. Holloway was the guy that was with her? They were great. I thought they were fun. But she's also going to be in West Side story. Okay, um, and by the way, what? But should we really need a Steven Spielberg? West Side story's Anybody excited? OK, No, This is just like we I think you and I are on the same page, Draco and Julius and it's kind of everyone because it looks It looks kind of fun, but I don't care trailer. It looks like it is his exact replica. Of the sixties. One the sixties one. Yeah. Did you like by? Can we go back to fashion for a second job? We're gonna jump forward at like 4 30 talk about, you know, maybe West Side story, But we also have to talk about, you know more than why didn't we recognize my girl, Abby. Because she had frazzled hair with thick shaggy bangs and a long limb pony tail and she did. We've seen her on the red carpet. She's so gorgeous. Just it was like I don't know why Last night was there were some hair disasters Because Laura Dern on the 20th anniversary of Bjork, wearing a swan decided we're in an ostrich with some love, and she gave us an ostrich dress. But then she didn't back it up with sexy hair. And posing with her legs. That dress had a slip. Rocco, We never got to even see the status Lynn she had on gorgeous shoes, a blackfella chew with like a silver like it was a diamond management thing, And but she didn't work. If you're gonna wear velvet and feathers, ostrich feathers, Okay, which is the severe look, no matter what. Because people will say you swallowed the swan..

"And they'll know what way we all know that television is going to change a little bit, at least in the short term in terms of how they're able to film shows and what this shows are actually about. All because of Corona virus. This's the Colleen and Bradley Show My talk 1071 streaming live at my talk one of 71 dot com Everything entertainment Colleen Lindstrom Bradley train, eh? And I wanted to tell you about Two different projects, one that I believe is actually done. And one that is just getting started on DH. One of those is called Love in the time of Corona virus. Have you heard about that? I've heard of it, but I have not watched. So this is a this is AH TV show are like kind of a documentary style show. But it is about people and the way that they love in the time of Corona virus. That sounded gross. It doesn't mean it's not gross. But what the way that they filmed? It is they actually used among others. Leslie Odom Jr. And his really life wife, Nicolette Robinson. And this is a free form Original show called Love in the time of Corona, and it premieres this Saturday at eight o'clock. It's a love actually type limited Siri's that follows several different people. In couples or not in couples and how they experience love during the Corona Corona virus pandemic, But the thing is that these air characters that they're playing So the genius thing that they did here is they found like Leslie Odom Jr and his actual real life wife was also an actress Nicolette Robinson, and they were able to play the these parts. They play a married couple who's in the midst of deciding whether or not they want to have a second child. During locked down, they film the show in their actual Ella home. They used the social distance guiding this social distancing guidelines. They ended up hiring her sister. Nicolette Robinson, sister as a production assistant so that she was the only one who could come into the house to adjust the cameras. It just is really fascinating to hear how creatively They have made new television for us use like adhering to the restrictions around Cove in 19 for I think A lot of people in this moment, It's very easy to get sidetracked by all of the things that are going wrong. For all of the things that were not doing the way we perhaps hoped we could be doing them. But I will say that there is a tremendous amount of innovation and you know Just I don't know, intellectual capital that people are actually employing to do things to get through this moment in a way that does give me probably more hope than maybe some other people would have in this moment, like people are going to figure things out, and it's It's weird, and it's It would be nice if we didn't have to. But, you know adversity sometimes really does teach us how to do things in a different way that often will lead and I think I've said this before, So I'm just repeating myself. But We'll probably have lessons for us or innovations that will continue beyond This particular crisis that we're in right now? Absolutely. The other show that I wanted to tell you about this to me is fascinating as well is a new sketch comedy show. By the stars. Lily is her last name pronounced Sing Lily sing. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. She will perform. It's all sketch comedy, so she'll do a range of different sketches. And she will play every character in each sketch. That's cool. Serve a one woman show. Isn't that ST Coleman? But what? Yes, totally. And what's awesome about it is that You know? Oh, no, I remember it was awesome about it, but it was going to be good. Okay? No, totally believe, anyway, the show will feature musical parodies. It does not have an air date just yet. But it will be shot in her actual home with minimal crew and safety procedures enforced it, but it reminds me a little bit of how NBC did Saturday night live. Yeah. And how they employed all and it just stretched it feel fella could stretch the imaginations of The comics on Saturday night, Live to be in their own space and find ways to manipulate the space that they were in to be the characters that they were portraying and then their use of technology. I just To your previous point. I think that this Especially for creatives in this time. Especially for creatives who usually create in community. This's pushing people to get outside of their comfortable boxes of creativity. Well, I mean, we've done it on this very show. I mean, the three of us are in three different rooms. We used to be in two different rooms, and we used to spend a fair amount of time in one room together before going Tio. Those two separate rooms. So Thea mount of like physical space we were occupying has decreased, obviously since then, But I don't think the quality of some would argue. Perhaps the quality of the product we've been delivering has suffered in some ways, but that's probably more of a a matter of taste. Listen to the Fourth segment of the first hour, But I would say that I think it just force us to get comfortable doing different things. And it wasn't comfortable and easy in the beginning, but it was kind of like, well, it's either that or you're not doing this, and I think in this moment, we're all like, okay, let's do this right in a way that we, you know. Yeah, I mean, and we found technological ways that actually, the technology has already been there, right? Have to invent anything or like pay big bucks to get some sort of technology toe. Help us do our show. We literally just employed Existing technologies to help us interact and see each other and connect in ways that didn't require the physical. Space when I do really quickly just want to say this because we do talk about how we're all in separate rooms. We it is important.
