Wow wow that's the squid game game right there. I mean real for real because it's trenchant critique of capitalism the likes of which we are not likely to produce in this country. Yeah no but. I also think there's something important about the fact that not only would that not come out of the us it also may be couldn't come out of the us because it seems to be critique of capitalism in a place that doesn't identify capitalism centrally as we do here. I think that there's something about the international way in which capitalism and almost like a metaphor for america plays out as something faren inside of that world. You know what i mean. I think that that's probably right. I think the the fact that they are jogging about a country that's located with a neighbor. That is a authoritarian communist country. And then they are also very close to china who they do most of their trade with and they are supported by the west there between these like massive powers. I think that that creates this particular lens. It they have about the world system of capitalism. So we've seen hunger games seen battle royale. We've seen the running man. They get really creative figuring out ways to piss me off in also. Keep me off the show. Which is you know. I took my hat to them for that But i said something on twitter. And then i realized ira couldn't respond because he is I think this is the second time he's been busy. What did he get paid for this time. I don't know. I don't know what we shouldn't even discuss it. Yeah let's not even bring it up all right. Let's get to the news. I can't think of any dumber fights with bigger consequences in congress than a fight over the debt ceiling again lifting the debt. Ceiling doesn't cost any money. It doesn't add any debt. It merely allows the government to pay the bills that congress has already racked up but if congress doesn't lift the debt ceiling the united states government would default on its debt causing a global economic meltdown for weeks senate. Republicans have been filibustering democrats attempt to lift the debt ceiling. But with just two weeks to go until default mitch. Mcconnell made an offer on wednesday to drop the filibuster and let democrats raise the debt ceiling but only until december third which also happens to be the day. The government runs out of money again And of course Schumer accepted the deal today. They announced that the deal is going to go through Democrats are saying that. Mcconnell blinked and are calling this a victory. What do you think dan. I think we learned to have very important piece of this week. Which is mitch. Mcconnell has eyelids just otherwise just like an undead soul staring and the grim reaper. Sort of staring into your is kind of my favorite. Relatively unfunny joke is when people say on twitter. House mitch mcconnell at night and i always say he sleeps during the day hanging upside down but that is not funny he one hundred percent blinked right in to the credit of senate democrats. We can talk about why. It's temporary relief. But everyone said every capitol hill reporter who loves to just write initial connel's talking points in the form of articles mostly held them politico. But not just let go said he would never blink and he one hundred percent blinked. I l argue the other side just because why not cause you love t missile Okay mitch it's clearly look. It is clear. I'll give you the benefits of the blink right so We get two more months in those two more months that we get until the government potentially defaults Democrats get to hopefully Finish negotiations over. Build back better. Pass that. Pass a bipartisan infrastructure. Bill pass everything without the threat of default or an actual default even worse Hanging over them so in that sense. Democrats are quite happy that they get to do this for two more months. But aren't we just in the same exact place In another two months. And like doesn't mcconnell. I mean is he gonna blink ben what what would make him blink that In two more months the first blinks the hardest. John i mean yes like this is crisis deferred crisis averted one hundred percent. Yeah right which is basically. We've gone from a huge fear that the global economy will collapse before halloween. Two huge fear that the Classy for christmas chiefs here. But i think that buried in this is a real admission of weakness from mcconnell and this whole time no one pretends to be strong to hide weakness better than mcconnell. And i'm not saying. Mcconnell is weak in the sense that if we just give enough money to amy mcgrath again we'll defeat him in two thousand twenty six or he's going to be deposed by josh holly or ted cruz. He benefits from the fact that the senator is far right. Flank have never had a single friend in their life so they're not likely to persuade a majority of their colleagues jim but he is weak because the most influential member of his party hates him hates him wants to depose him attacks him in statements that we only see when certain reporters tweet them out. He the senators who hoped to run for president know that they strengthen their hand by doing so by bucking. Mcconnell and mcconnell is incredibly unpopular and not unpopular and the way most congressional leaders are where it's like they're liked by their party but but disliked by independence and the other party mitch mcconnell's approval rating in the in the most recent politico morning council is seven point underwater with trump twenty twenty voters. He has no juice in this situation and that is why he pushed democrats the budget reconciliation because every path that doesn't include budget reconciliation. Democrats doing it without him ends up with him looking really weaken further. Inflaming a base. It is trying to defeat his candidates in two thousand twenty two. Do you understand this. Reconciliation thing because it's one thing i didn't mentioned in the intro because it is quite complicated but like why don't democrats want to lift the debt ceiling on their own through reconciliation. And why do republicans want them to so badly while there is the. I'm not saying these are good reasons on either side to be very clear But the main reason is that if you deal with the debt ceiling through regular order you can suspend it to a date you can say we're going to suspend dealing with this until january first two thousand twenty three or january third twenty eighty seven right if you do it through budget reconciliation because the very stupid rules of budget reconciliation. You can only lifted by a certain dollar amount. Democrats fear that by lifting it to a certain dollar amount is opening them up to additional attack. It's mitch mcconnell was telling reporters or his aides or winking and nodding reporters at that's that is the brilliance of his plan is going to make democrats take this votes we can. They can run ads against marchelli. Raphael warnock maggie hassan. Whoever else that is. What is the reason i think. Mitch mcconnell really wants because that's a stupid fucking reason it's so stupid i it is this. It's the stupidest thing. It's one of the stupidest things i've ever heard and we've had a lot of stupid things on this show that we've had to talk about for the last several years but the idea that okay. Republicans already are going to run ads against democrats that they all voted for and proposed trillions of dollars spending that are going to add to the debt even though that's why they're not gonna all paid for but they're going to say that right Then even if we lifted the debt ceiling without a dollar amount and just lifted it. They'll say democrats allow themselves to spend more money again ally but they're going to run the ad anyway..

Yes new host our anniversary specials and stuff. I'm so excited. This is great. Welcome back so happy to be here. Thank you for having me back. I worshiped the two of you in a way. That's not normal so it's really good for me to be here. Oh good we love that delusion bring that with you into the what have you been doing since we saw you last update us. I don't know if you know this but this thing happened called a pandemic since then. I don't know if you aware of that. 'cause i that was a live show. How about there was no cova testing. There was no mass. That was just we just went out. We just like one out and didn't even think about that. since then i have filmed season. Ten american horror story only ten ten seasons. Only i feel like there are seventy eight me too. So we are in the middle of that airing and that took almost a year to do ten episodes. It was intense because there were the colored protocol significantly slowed down our pace like in a way that we would normally have done it and then there were a couple of shutdowns so we finished like a week ago out partying in the hamptons. Like ramona singer is that why they're shutdowns leslie. I know. I don't know how i for every day of my life. I'm like well. this is it. i've got it now. i've got it. It was not me but the funny thing is we had more trouble with shut down post vaccine so it was that delta camp there we shot without vaccines we started in november and went through may without one shutdown with nobody getting it no problems and then it was when we went back after a lot of people have been vaccinated. That things started to happen. So what's beyond got vaccinated. You know the mindset was like well let's go we a good three weeks off the everything's open and then a way you could still get covered. I can picture concert master ryan murphy thinking. Oh there's a season of american horror story in this pandemic moment we're like is he taking notes and who will play leslie. Grossman and the american horror story about this filming. I'm sure he is. That would be very meta an exciting so anyway. Frankly i've just been working like working working a lot which has been good for me because it was able to waylay my anxiety which is extreme and intense Well you know. We're anxious people too fun. Let's keep going. Can i say something. I would love to be and just watch you work because you strike me as such a stone pro who then is super fund to hang within a like i mean just the nature of the ryan murphy shows how like all these people come back you know again and again there must be this group of people working together time and again. It really is that way and i have to say. It's the most fun job i've ever had. And you'd think because of the the subject matter that it would be weird and twisty dark it isn't at all also were so lucky and it's not rocket scientist so i'm really happy to be there and now that i've had the chance to do it for several years like very attached to that crew. Do you know what i mean. I have really good friends and every department and there's such incredible collaborators so we sorry we do have a lot of fun. Although now i hadn't worked with. Sarah paulson since auto clips. And now it's not possible anymore for me to work with our. It's not it's not. I mean when. Are you not at dinner with sarah in holland. Listen i first of i. Can we talk about holland taylor for a second. Can we just talk about for one second job. That's literally job so holiness summoned that. I had admired for many many years and was show called bosom buddies and it was tom. Hanks was a sitcom tom. Hanks in peter scolari wonderful. Yes the original work it. You go exactly. Holler played their boss. I want everyone to go to youtube and type in bosom buddies being banned chair. There is an episode where she visits apartment. And there's this whole physical bit with the beanbag chair shantung. Hangs you're doing a thing with a lighter with cigarette and a lighter while they're doing their lines. My point is i just long admired her for many years obviously with her incredible work and she is one of the few people who is so much better in person and as a person than i had imagined she would be as brilliant and funny and wonderful and kind and caring. I love her in a way. That's not possible. She has been on. Keep it oh right. She's been interviewed are myself And it was the most warm person. And i and i also like love the The shock on her face. As i started asking her about like Ventures things she'd been in like when she was on soap opera. Like how do you know these things. And i was like you know what i did not have friends as a child. She's also one of these people. I had loved her anyway. And then when sarah paulson won the emmy for the oj show. She tweeted ferret. Is i was so good. And so like exactly. The attitude like up here comes and they are. They are so wonderful together. I mean when you're with them together like this is exactly exactly right anyway. What i was gonna say working with. Sarah has now become a not possible thing and she loves to hysterically. Laugh only on my coverage. Yeah what other ryan murphy question before we get started. How has your time in. You know the like ryan murphy players different than when you first were part of it on popular well..

"We love get a little job in town you. Hey you insignificant piece of shit. Why don't you just go get a dinky little part timer. And then of course if this relationship had actually gone on long enough he would eventually resent her for not making more money at her little part time job. Because that's how this goes right. I always worry for the girls on talk. You know you're of the community you're part of the community. See you know the community way. Like i first of all things on my. Add list. when i got up to just now One guys. I'm i'm gonna start buying hand sanitizer at botham bodyworks and none of you can tell me anything. Go fuck yourself. Okay if i have to be in a pandemic still gonna be smelling like warm vanilla sugar in. That's just is what it is. I'm not explaining myself to you if you don't get it. You need to get it. To jesse i cannot believe i'm talking you. I m a little starstruck. That was the second thing. I thought truly. I am a little starstruck. Because like you understand i you know i think we all turn to various coping mechanisms during this pandemic thankfully mine was not like hard drugs or like you know. I don't know intense cat fishing or like whatever it is i would do normally for you know not normally but do like an intense place was not doing that. I was watching talk. And like you like anyone who comes up on my f y p i feel like they are so famous to me when i'm talking to them like i really do feel like are more famous to me right now like Name name a celebrity. Like a paul rudd but someone around there. lake Ben affleck. no. I'm so i'm so. Sorry edit that out we know. That's jason that's a jason. They won't know why okay. So like soccer fron okay. Zach ephron if i saw zach ephron street i would not freak out rate your But if i saw Let me think of talk personality that that lady who calls everyone her tater tots. Oh my god. Y'all for our. I would fuck in shoe lover. Sixty-nine is that her name. It's something like that she's goal would lose my fucking mind and it's like it's like the reverse vander pump fact right because like the thing you would see someone. I'm bender pump rules like my friend. Leslie grossman put it brilliant land. She said it's like she saw jocks. And she's like i felt like i treated him like a muppet. Like i get a picture of me. I don't care like you don't say anything else that we're taking whatever goes to bed. Sit down i like exactly. That's how you feel 'cause you're like party favors right. You're like minute. Take a picture with the silly moustache a move on and posted social media but with ticked off people. It's it has a different. It has a A higher importance than a youtuber. I would say to me in terms of like how much of a talker can affect you. Because you're holding it so close to your face and you can only get it in that form physically affect you like with your phone dropping on your face. Yeah yeah and then you're f y p is just so personal so if i like with so when i talked to someone like you or like even miles who has show on our network make it cute. I fucking love miles. He was one of the first people that i fell in love with on talk. He makes beautiful drinks and food. And he's just like i don't know so educated and sweet and smart and thoughtful and a good person and i was really seeking out that comfort at the being a pandemic but then i wanted to start to get whatever was like filling that void where i don't watch bravo so much anymore and i wanted to start to get a little bit more tea or a little bit more pop culture jason but sort of reimagined and you were one of the people that i responded to you. There's so many people that like. Honestly i can't even pick one to hate on because there's so many of them so i don't even focus on most of the people that do pop culture but when someone does do pop culture and they catch my eye to very rare and i respect them so i was thinking. Oh my god. Like jesse's kind of like a celebrity to me. That so weird that like when i have to retake something that this person that i only see in like perfect videos like seeing me be vulnerable like. That's so interesting to me. So i am a little starstruck will you. And my mom are my biggest concern. No do you. Are you feeling it though like do you ever do you ever recognize. Oh my god this is really. I don't want to say it like this. Because that sounds so strange. But i have i have. It was funny. I was in a shoe store with my boyfriend. And of course boyfriend who is never gonna let me live it down and i were wearing masks right and i so whenever i got you know a little bit of attract attention A little bit of attention on talk. It was after. I dyed my hair red because i have brown hair but i started dyeing my hair red and so now. That's how people who didn't know me pres tick talk. Associate me you know with. That's what they associate me with me. So i ag- i saw meena shoe store and we talked and i followed him back so when he started talking to me piece it together i know you are and he was like i i was like this is so funny silly whatever and we were just you know limiting a little bit and then he said you i noticed your hair and that was the kicker for me that was so hilarious armel hair no one in my like actual i r. l. world knows or would like think about me as a redhead. You know i. This is like for me okay. I'm loving this. I'm living vicariously through. It's almost narcissistic. Because like i will tell you. There's nothing like coming up online because like you are just literally putting things out into the void and if the people find you it feels like a blessing and like every person that finds you is. It's so exciting. Because like oh my god how nice right at the same time. It's scary because some people are really mean to you and so like you only got high like an then when you start to get recognized in public. That's really exciting. Because you just were a person who's putting stuff out online and like maybe hoping for quote unquote the best. Which is that people would repeat. Acknowledge and appreciate you and seek out more but like when you get recognized you feel like oh my god. It's kind of like. I dunno working more than i thought it would. And it's it's very exciting. In the most exciting part i think will being online and like sometimes you can see like People who have like heavy stand twitter presences. They recognize someone but like sometimes when someone comes up to you the way that guy dead which by the way. There's probably a lot of people who recognize you. Don't say anything. Because like i still sit and wonder sometimes like when i've walked in two rooms and like everyone has been staring at me. I still wonder. I'm like do all of these people know in hate or like me from online or do i look pretty like ice but i'm like wow they're not mean like you wind up leg negotiating that thing but then what's when someone like that comes up to you. You're trying to place it because it's weird. It's like a new thing you're like what the flake. Oh shit. this is like real life now. John in this is so exciting because this is like someone not his like appreciated the thing. I've been doing.

I was super impressed with Cameron. Michaels and of course Miss Van G. E. Oddly was a treat Asia. O'hara did an amazing job as the emcee of the night but can I just say that I was gagging so hard over Naomi. Smalls that face that body those legs. I am Shuck. It wasn't as positive of an experience but it happened. I actually Hoover Baker got blocked by Jax on twitter. I was super curious. He was talking about the Ferrari versus Ford or Ford versus Ferrari Blah Blah Blah Blah movie. And I just asked a simple question. I asked him if he ever ended up watching the movie drive. Because it's actually a really good movie if you watch it. He didn't like that and blocked me. And whatever Jack's while we're on the topic of Andhra pump rules. Let's go ahead and start with news. It was revealed that vendor pump roses. Tom Sandoval called Jacks angry and projecting. And even though. I don't really see eye to eye with Tom. Sandovol too much right now. He is absolutely correct based on well the fact that he blocked me. You can't say anything to Jack's without him blocking you. And that is the sign of a madman. There was some hot drama with one of the former real housewives of New York. She was on for only one season and to be totally honest. I kind of forgot about her. Do you guys remember Jewels Weinstein or Wayne Stein? Whatever she wasn't very memorable she was the woman who constantly constantly constantly talked about her Jewish and Asian heritage. Like anybody cared Blah Blah Blah. We'll see all of a sudden got interesting because she was arrested over the weekend for assault way to keep it classy tools. Do you remember that little troll that she was married to Michael while she allegedly punched him in the face while in a parking lot? Doing one of the custody switch over so. I don't know if the kids were going from him to her or from her to Michael Whatever. The case may be kids. Were in the car. She was yelling at him and punched him and the kids saw. It was reported later that the kids actually did see the physical altercation between mom and Dad. So yikes Yikes. Yikes moving onto Tuesday's news. Ninety Day fiancee's Darcy Silva is back in the news. She heard that her ex is Tom. Brooks and Jesse Miester. Even though Tom is her. Current Co Star on the ninety day fiance spin off. That's currently airing. They have broken up. And it's super awkward. Darcy says it was like a slap in the face when she heard that Jesse and Tom are now friends. I totally get it. I wouldn't want my ex's being friends. In fact this reminds me of another ninety day. Fiance couple do you remember when Larussa who I love? I Miss Lewis a so much. She was dating. That guy can't think of his name right now but he was like super cute and she dated him for several months. She dumped him on nine. Eleven if I remember correctly and then he went off and started hanging out with colty super. Lame will apparently. That's with Jesse and Tom have done. And Darcy feels like it's a slap in the face. I have to say I agree with her. I don't do that often. But there's really no reason for these two to be friends except for the fact that they have a mutual disdain for Darcy. So take that as you will. I love a celebrity do gooder and made me so happy. I had to post this on my instagram page. I loved seeing a candid shot of Mr Leonardo di caprio. He was walking on the streets of New York City with his friend from the show. Entourage Kevin Connolly you remember. He played e will they were photographed giving directions to Aranda man on the street. Who was carrying a paper map? I mean swoon central. Yes but who carries a paper map I mean and he was like a young ish person like it was very very mind boggling but it was so nice to see Leonardo di Caprio doing such a good deed. Let's move to some vander pump rules drama and this really kind of pissed me off. Why don't people ever read anything? I swear people just look at headlines when they're browsing through the Internet and don't actually read stories. I wrote a story about Tom. Schwartz and Katie. Maloney's Vegas wedding and yes they got married in Vegas. If you would have read the article you would have realised that the marriage that they televised for US Bravo fans that took place in the woods. It was a beautiful wedding but it wasn't a legal wedding. I am super bugged by the fact that it was Lance Bass of course from instinct fame. That is the one who discovered the fact that their marriage was not legally binded so they ended up getting married for real. This time in Las Vegas this whole Lance Bass thing like is he thirsty a F- is he going to be on vendor pump. Rules eventually is he. Nancy drew like why was he able to figure out that their wedding wasn't valid and they weren't able to nobody on either of their legal teams publicists. Nobody was able to figure it out unless it was fake. Not sure it seems super super foe to me. Let's move onto Wednesday. And a congratulations from the taste of reality team to Teddy Mellencamp from the real housewives of Beverly Hills she welcomed child with Edwin Aura. Gave I don't know how to say his last name and can be honest. I don't care I don't care about Teddy. I don't care about her kids. I don't care about her husband. But we've got another season with her on real house of Beverly Hills and even though I am not thrilled with Teddy Reality Star of course. I'm happy for her that she had her third baby and the baby is happy and healthy. They didn't name the baby I but it has come out since that. They named the baby dove. So congratulations to the family. More on Ru Paul's drag race. The season twelve her mere is coming your way sooner than later. It debuts on Leap Year Day the twenty ninth of February which falls on Saturday and the drug test were spilling the T. on season twelve. They didn't interview with Season Ten Alumni. Ms Cracker for Yahu TV. We got to know the thirteen girls. That will be starring on the new season. I asked readers who their early picks were and a lot of people are saying. Cherry Pie is definitely a front runner as is random Sikora and Brita filter. I have to say I'm super excited for Jackie Cocks. Her mom is in one of the Rue Paul's drag race facebook groups that I'm a part of just love that show so much and her mom was uh hardcore just the most proud gleaming mom about her kids debut. Andre Grease and for that. I am team Jackie Cox. All the way speaking of a coming soon season twelve. We're moving from route Paul's drag race to the latest from American Horror Story. The cast was announced and I am shook yes. Some of my favorites are coming back. Kathy Bates Queen Sarah Paulson Bravo Lover. Comedian podcast host. She is one of the CO hosts of Bitch Sash another Bravo. Tv breakdown podcasts. She's also an actress. I'm talking about. Leslie Grossman love her. Billy Lord is coming back of course. Carrie Fisher's daughter. Evan Peters who I have such a crush on he's coming back but drum roll please. I am shook with to my core to announce that my first crush ever MacAulay. Culkin is going to be on the Twelfth Season of American Horror Story. All I have to say is.

See that was at the time when when that show. Because everybody was trying to do, you know trying to sort of capture the nine oh, two one thing. You know, and make these sort of on Somboon pretty young people shows at FOX was doing him and NBC was trying to do and. And so you know, they were just trying to recreate all the all those all those popular shows. And of course, none of them really worked as well as nine oh, two one oh in the heights only lasted for for twelve episodes. But that song man, that's on charted huge. Michael Jones, like I'll have a summer home your expenses today. They're just stuff that is irrelevant. Like, you were saying least Democrats are asking pointed questions about specific things. Right. They're just trying to reconvicted him for things. He's already admitted. Exactly. They're very one note while the Democrats are well rounded and insightful. There you go. And we rejoin now elder home homes Norton of DC. Locker room talk. What's the concern about the election in particular? The answer is yes. Then couple that with Karen McDougal, which then came out around the same time. And then on top of that, the stormy Daniels matter. Yeah. These things happen. In the month before the election and almost one after the other. The stormy Daniels revelation where prosecutors. And officials. Prosecutors learned of of that. That. Matter. And prosecutors stated that the officials at the magazine. Contacted you about the story in the magazine. Of course is the national inquiry. Is that correct? They did. Were you concerned about this news story becoming a public right after the access Hollywood study in terms of impact on the election? I was concerned about it. But more importantly, Mr. Trump was my next question. What was the president's concern about these matters becoming public in October? As we were about to go into an election. I don't think anybody would dispute this. Belief that after the wild fire that encompass the Billy Bush tape that a second follow up to it would have been pleasant, and he was concerned with the effect that it had had on the campaign on how women were seeing him, and ultimately whether or not he would have shot in the general election negotiated the hundred and thirty thousand dollar payment. The one hundred and thirty thousand dollars a number was not a number. That was actually it was told to me by Keith Davidson that this is a number that means Clifford wanted you finally finally completed that deal as it were on October the twenty twenty s. Days before the election. What happened in the interim? Contemplated? Whether or not to do it. Wasn't sure if she was really going to go public. Against some communications back and forth between myself and Keith Davidson. Came to either do it or don't at which time again, I had gone into Mr. Trump's offices. I did have to each and every conversation. And he told me that he had spoken to a couple of friends, and it's one hundred thirty thousand not a lot of money, and we should just do it. So go ahead and do it. And I was at the time with Alan Weisselberg where he directed us to go back to Mr White super office and figure this all out. Thank you. Mr chairman. Mr. Cohen, do you know land patent? I'm right here. You know Lynn Patton. It's a big I asked Linda come today in her personal capacity to actually shed some light. How long have you known this, Pat? I'm responsible for Lynn patent joining the Trump organization and the job that she currently holds. Well, that's I'm glad you acknowledge that because you made some very demeaning comments about the president that patent doesn't agree with the fact despite my with your racism, she says that as a daughter of a man born in Birmingham, Alabama that there is no way that she would work for for an individual. Who was races? How do you reconcile the two of those? Neither should I as the son of a holocaust survivor. Oh, my God really Gwent after part. I guess we're saying is jailable president over three hundred times. I've not heard one time racist cop. Out of his mouth in private. So how do you reconcile it? Do you have proof of those conversations? I would ask you to tape recordings of those conversations. No, sir. That's not true, sir. That's not true. You have a tape. Anybody? I have taped in many times, if you taped individuals maybe one hundred times over ten years is that a low estimate because I've I've heard it's over two hundred times. I don't think I think it's approximately one hundred from what I recall, but I would ask why we? You have proof. Yes, or no. I do where's the proof s MS Patton? How many people were black? Our executives at the Trump organization is zero and we can go through this year. I would ask me I would ask unanimous consent. This has nothing to do with the jailable impeachable. Let me go a little bit further. Did you collect one point two million dollars? Or so from Nevada's I did for access to. The Trump administration. No, sir. Why did you collect it because they came to me based upon my knowledge of the enigma? Donald Trump what he thinks. Please let me know did they pay you point to dollars. Give them vice. Yes, they did. They a multibillion dollar conglomerate came to me looking for information, not something that's unusual here in DC looking for information. And they believe that I had a value. So how many times? Was the insight that I was capable of offering them Amanita willing to pay many times. Did you meet with them? For one point two million dollars. How many times did you meet with them? Relevant in person as well as telephone access whenever they need. How many times yes, that's a question. So did you ever talk? I spoke to them on several occasions. They know this is a disaster. Times six times. Wow. What is this one hundred thousand? I also would like I would like to. Not years. Oh, did you get money from the Bank of Khazakstan? It's not a Bank of Kazakhstan, it's called PTA PTA. PTA bank. Did you get money from them? I did or what purpose the purpose was because the former CEO of that Bank. Had obstructed with over. Six billion dollars and some of the money was here in the United States, and they sought my assistance in terms of finding locating that money and helping them to recollect it. So are you saying that all the reports that you were paid some estimates over four million dollars to have access and understanding of the Trump administration? You're saying all of that was just paid to you just because you're a nice guy. Nice guy. But more importantly. Record reflects that. You're not a nice each and every contract contain well laws in my victim of that Sam, I will not lobby government relations lobbying comes out. Great shock to Mark Mark meadows in descend me their contract, which stated specifically that they wanted me to lobby that they want to be to provide access to government, including the president that information that paragraph was crossed out by me initialled and written in my own handwriting says, I will not more bad research government relations work. Novartis representatives say that it was like they were hiring a non registered lobbyists. So you disagree with that? I don't know what they said, sir. But the contracts have you ever contacted anybody in the administration? Yes. To to advocate on behalf of of any aspect of any of your contracts. I asked unanimous. Mr Chairman, I ask I ask unanimous consent. The gentleman Famas expired may answer the question he's going to convict him. Referring to sir. Mr Chairman, Mr Chairman. Thank you, Mr Chairman. I'm please camel picture. The joker anything worth watching on TV today. Nick. But Mark Hamill. The American people are tired of being lied to. They have been lied to by President Trump. It'd been lied to by the president's children. They have been lied to by the president's legal representatives represent William lacy. Clay of democrat of Missouri. Even lied to by his congressional human. Who were still devoted to perpetuate and protecting this giant con game on the American people? Now, Mr. Cohen, I'd like to talk to you about the president's assets since by law. These must be reported accurately on its federal financial disclosure, and when he submits them for a Bank loan, Mr. Cohen, you serve for nearly a decade as then businessman Trump's personal attorney in so-called fixer. Did you have did you also have an understanding of the president's assets and highly value those items? Yes in November twenty seventeen Crain's New York business reported that the Trump organization. He doesn't care about being a trainer. Going back to at least Friday. To influence grains, ranking of the largest private companies in New York, according to your. You said. Four point five billion in revenues twenty sixteen. Public filings suggested revenues were actually less than one tenth of there to your knowledge did the president or his company ever inflate assets, our revenues. Yes. And was that with the president's knowledge our direction everything's done with the knowledge at the direction of Trump throws. He would do that. It depends upon the Ossetian. There were times that I was asked again with Alan Weisselberg, the CFO. To go back in to speak with an individual from Forbes because Mr. Trump wanted. Each year to have his net worth rise on the Forbes wealthiest individuals list. And so what you do is you look at the assets. And you try to find an asset that has say, for example, forty Wall Street, which is about one point two million square feet. Find an asset that is comparable find the highest price per square foot that. And apply it to that building. Okay. Or if you going off? Tune into another episode of four man front role, our friend, Leslie Grossman has tweeted the Republicans to our willingness so badly. It's honestly fantastic to watch shelters. Nikki said Mr. meadows attempt to dispel the reality of the president's racist backfired ever, so beautifully her color commentary on right now following her is amazing shelter. "It is time for around the dial. I stop Tara area. No. I wanted to do a quick check in with several shows that I've mentioned recently. Good trouble quit that show Lindsay speech club quit that show outlander probably about to quit that show. I have a finished the season finale yet. But it seems like they're pivoting to make it more about their dump daughter and tear idiot fiance, and I don't care, and I quit probably will quit that show too. And after the season three finale, please hold your tomatoes. Probably going to quit the good place. It is it's such a slog for me. Now, like all of the charm of it has gone. And the reason is it has because it stakes are the highest stakes possible. It also has no stakes at all. And the problem is like they, you know, it's it's fine. If you want to change the game and completely like just up and your whole premise from time to time. But it's like if feels like they're doing it on a mid episode basis at the. You're describing stuff where it's like we can't do this or else. Okay. First of all, they they keep describing like these horrible tortures that they're going to suffer. If everything goes wrong, which it never nothing ever goes wrong. Really? And we're going to have to see some of those tortures those jokes are going to keep landing because you can't just describe these horrible fates, and then not have it actually befall anyone that we see on camera or else. Like, I don't believe you Dr. I mean if that's not a surprise. But the problem is like it just the premise like this is like SCI fi where anything can happen. And that's just like anything can write you out of like the plot holes that you put yourself in where it's like, well, all of a sudden, there's a judge where did the judge come from is God is the judge. God. We don't know if this actual health doesn't seem that bad. It's just a bad party. We have to go through this portal. Now, we have to go through this portal. Now, we're all in Janet's dimension or whatever. Like, it just it feels like it could keep going like this forever. And and if the central point is, you know, what it feels like it feels like it's getting a virus from doctor who. Hindes being nonsensical happenings, which is like. Yeah. The part of Dr Who would always loses me, and I feel I feel what you're saying here in regards to that anyways. Yeah. I mean, I just we got to the end of the fin- the phenomena was like, I don't care about this show anymore. Like if the purpose of it is to get Chidi and Eleanor together. Like that's a bad purpose because those two have no campus Trie, a yeah. By them as a moment. And especially in the finale where it was like, let's watch these highlights from their wonderful relationship as grew over time flake plead ever saw any of this shit. It's like a montage of stuff that never happened in our universe. As far as like, we've seen like, I I know people wanna live the show, and I I get it. But like, it's just it to me. It's like it's edged too far into Sifi where it's like now, I feel like they accomplished the purpose of like getting people to be to be better. Like that was the whole point. Point of the season two finale until they decided to make her shady again with Eleanor like you had me had be oh, you lost me. Again. It's like if the point of this is like existence on her this. Syfy? There's no relief for any of us. Like, I know I don't to watch the show. Anyway, Joe defend your show. Well, so it's interesting because like all of the the sort of structural criticisms, I have to agree. Like, yes, I think all of that is true. I would have loved for them to have lingered for like a whole season on earth where they were sort of doing good deeds for people in helping ensure that seemed to be like a little sweet spot for them. You have the good relate the cool episode with like Jason's family, and then you had like Eleanor with her mother with Leslie Grossman, who, you know..
