Outer loop ramp to go west on 66 blocked by work you will probably need to go down to route 50, Arlington boulevard, either go west to nutley street and then back up to 66, or you can double back on the inner loop and catch the westbound ramp to 66 at exit 49. Now you can do go west bout from the interloop. You apparently can not go eastbound from the inner loop. That ramp apparently blocked also on the inner loop after Georgetown pike two left lanes getting by the work. A 95 couple of very minor work zones after Quantico and then again after garrisonville, southbound, had the right lane block very, very small effect on your drive toward Fredericksburg. In the district crash activity, the color found was going to be through Adams Morgan, 18 street northwest, southbound, near Florida avenue, the right lane was blocked by the crash. "Shooting incidents in parking lots in the Bailey's crossroads area. Over the past 6 months may be related according to fairfax county police. The most recent happened Wednesday night at a parking lot on Leesburg pike county police say after a car meet up was held that night, county police found several cars had been hit by gunfire and two people had minor injuries. On September 23rd, police responded to a lot on south Jefferson street, where two cars had been hit by gunfire, no one was injured, and on July 16th at a parking lot on Leesburg pike, a driver leaving a car meet up, had his car hit by what police think was gunfire. One person there was left with a minor gunshot wound. Fairfax county police want to hear from anyone with information about the case. Also, some folks who ride metro rail are going to be without Wi-Fi for a while. Metro says Wi-Fi and cellular service is out between Smithsonian and farragut west on the orange, blue and silver lines, and between metro center and farragut north on the red line. The problem is a faulty breaker, metro says repairs won't be complete until early January. Maryland property values see a big jump, but there are things property owners should keep in mind. This year, a group of assessed Maryland properties, commercial and residential, saw an increase in value of 20%. That's the biggest increase since the pandemic started. Residential property values are up for the 5th year in a row, and the boost was seen in all 23 counties and Baltimore city. "You're headed westbound on 66 dealing with the accident scene, just before getting to the manassas rest area that multiple lanes blocked as of now, traffic is getting by single file on the far right shoulder. Once you get past the accident scene, you get moved into the far left lane because the work zone, of course, is blocking all those lanes on the far right hand side, so you don't have single lane as you head over towards sudley road. Eastbound side of 66 headed past 29, according to the listener, the left lane is blocked with that work zone. Continuing towards the beltway, you're not going to find any delays, per se, westbound 66 headed past route 7 and the Leesburg pike, left lane is what's getting behind that work crew. If you're headed on I 95, the northbound ramp to the outer loop of the beltway was dealing with an accident scene, as of now, looks like that has officially cleared. In Maryland, the southbound side of the BW Parkway dealing with an accident scene on your approach towards route 50, unclear how many lanes are blocked, but I am seeing a delay start to build through that area would be extra careful. If you are headed across the bay bridge, it looks like you do have your standard traffic patterns, but it is quite foggy out there. Now there is work on the interloop of the beltway, tysons, between one 23 and the Dallas toll road, you're down to two right lanes there getting by. Now you will find in Maryland, a little heavier, beltway topside outer loop, as you approach Georgia avenue, two 70 is good to go out of Frederick south toward the lane divide. Still nice and quiet between the beltways 95 and the BW Parkway. George avenue between gold mine road and market street up in brookville, traffic there had been alternating through utility work. It is escaping our camera view because the normally westbound looking camera is looking east at the moment, luckily enough. So we had the crash activity on the inner loop as you climb the hill toward exit 31, again blocking a right lane. That really the biggest flight they were able to Maryland in the district, the crash investigation canal road lanes block in each direction between Arizona avenue, northwest and the chain bridge. I don't think you can get in on the chain bridge and the investigation continues in earnest there. Georgia avenue, northwest, both directions between Quincy avenue and New Hampshire avenue, lanes blocked through petworth for a police activity. 66, the long running work zone works on plural from Leesburg pike, exit 66 to suddenly road exit 47, getting by in a single file through much of this work zone, 66 express lanes are open for business and taking your money, make sure you have an easy pass or easy pass flex between 29 Centreville and 29 Gainesville. Out in Frederick, route 40, west Patrick street in the area of route 15. It's actually right at hoak place that we had reports of an overturned vehicle there. You want to watch for the cleanup and some delays through that area. Two 95 southbound in the district in the area of east capital street have the right and center lane blocked due to a crash earlier things are starting to pick up through that spot. No reported problems outside of that as you make your way around the beltway 50s in good shape as well. 95 on the Virginia side, no reported problems. That is blocked. And then as you get closer to the beltway, you'll find two left lanes getting you by exit 64, the ramp to the outer loop from eastbound 66 also blocked as the work goes on. In the district on the freeway, eastbound. After Potomac park all the way to the third street tunnel, the last report that worked on was still very much intact. Single left getting by and the ramps for the 12th street expressway for main avenue Southwest, and for the third street tunnel still shut down as a result, at least they were at last report. On the Maryland side, remarkably quiet pleased by all means keep up the good work, 50 eastbound, no reported delays across the bay bridge 50 westbound to right lanes getting by holding the left lane for two way traffic, which you know is coming later today, but for the moment getting across the bridge too late destruction without delay. All right, in Virginia 95 northbound slowing going into woodbridge in the main line, the rec one 23 is along the left side, two lanes to the right there will get you by beyond it. You are fine leaving woodbridge headed into Springfield. There was a fender bender on the beltway inner loop. It's up near route 7, Leesburg pike, everything safely on the right shoulder. It is not a factor, nothing to slow you down right now. 66 is looking good. Gainesville east is you make that ride headed toward the beltway. We have that work that is at the end of the ramp. It's on those shoulder, business two 34 north. On that ramp to go east on 66, there's not a merge area, so traffic has to stop to get on to 66 so that will obviously slow some traffic. Three 95 is good to go coming out of Springfield early. No issues all the way up toward the 14th street bridge. The delay in the district is on D.C. two 95 south, the ramp to east capital street had been closed because of police activity. Wisconsin avenue in northwest is blocked between M and K streets, had some fire department activity there. You'll find the bellway in Maryland, getting a little heavier now. As you approach colesville road toward George avenue, just volume So far, nothing to report in your way. We're fine at a Frederick on two 70 south, heading toward the lane divide, still looking good without delay between the beltways on 95. That's going to be the order of the morning. There's going to be a lot of highest ending water before we get rid of this rain and the water finally starts to recede, extra caution, if you're just hitting the road this morning, do so with extreme caution. And if you can delay your travel this morning, do so. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor. Hope they've gotten all that stuff out of the roadway down by Stanford that vehicle fire from early in the midnight hour near exit one 40 was over on the right side.
