Tell us what happened when you got here how you got into the fashion industry. Oh, yes. So I was born in racing stuff Korea. I went to school in South Korea study game design. I worked for a gal. Yeah. yeah i worked for a game company for about one year after the graduation mrs video games yeah video games and one day i thought about my future and if i can't working at korea probably going to have the state withdraw and i'm going to get married in the way the korean guy in leave like everyone else i know and i just didn't like the fact that i could imagine might future in it's not going to be dead different from what i imagine so excited to come to the u._s. because i wanted to go into myself more and i wanted to have a more uncertainty in my life so yeah i'm yes exactly i know close and you chose manhattan tell us you know what your impression was of new york city that made you choose that right away so before i came to the u._s. and i searched like different cities in different countries where i could go Oh, and in New York. I mean they're like the schools, I wanted to go, and there was there is a good jobs. I'm wanting to right after Zion planet, everything according means, so I thought New York should be my city you know where my life. Absolutely. And you actually went to a school that I went to Parsons. Yeah. Yeah. wonderful place now you after parsons you got a job in the fashion business tell everybody what you were doing o._s. sure so a process like writing for the summer break there was a job fair at the school so you have time i didn't even know exactly what kind of career and when you to pursue just one thing i was i wanted to have a job like related to drawing so by chance i got an internship at a textile design company cold tom cody designed in manhattan and there were florida someone who has a good joint skews rather than with a good test tile techniques so yeah so we kind of chose each other and line love to learn new things about fashion and textile there this is how i got into the fashion distri her fit and this was for women's fashions yeah yeah awesome but then you also told me when we Taught that you wanted to be more entrepreneurial which fits in perfectly with your wanting more adventure in your life. And you wanted to do something that was more you, you wanted to do you wrong? And once again, it was a dog who was your inspiration caliphate. Oliver hours. You're so only was my ex co worker stock was really cute. Like toy, poodle. He was a nicer to Moscow that the company everyone loved him so much. And it was at the company Christmas party. The owner of Oliver on you to make a Christmas custom for him to give him some extra kipness, and it was nothing like professional, the drew something on a piece of fabric, and made a tech top for all your and, yeah, that was the light bird moment. When I realized that, yeah, this is what I wanted to do. And this is something that could choline everything I learned so far and. Us. I'm going to change challenging for learning new thing. So they stowing more even more fashion. It's perfect. And it's so exciting when you have that light bulb moment. Right. I mean, I had it when, you know, I was made a dog coat for Sophie, my little puppy that I had gotten people kept stopping and saying, oh, isn't that cute, and all of a sudden, when everything comes together in your mind, it's like, wow, it's, it's very exciting, right? Yeah. It's, it's was like, really, really exciting. And, you know, like everyone will the designers and even other people they want to, you know, find the job like a dream job that enough to work, and it's they're really passionate about so. Yeah, the MoMA was pretty exciting and yacht. There was the yeah. Cool, the beginning of an adventure. How'd you come up with the name, less Sheehan blue? At the time I wanted to find something that you know what I I didn't even say until now. My husband is French. The big difference. Yeah. So, yeah, that's big part of my life. And I am in New York. I want you to come by something and I love some watch. So which is French and New York. And my friend was just talking about is French pulled up, and then friendship, will you noise? The most popular dog in New York. Yes for a few years now. And there was a new breed like blue friendship will dog at the time came out. So I wanted to call it so Lewis, young blue. So I decided to come to the US because I wanted to show to myself more, and I wanted to have a more uncertainty in my life. So, yeah, ensure yes. Exactly. I close. And you chose Manhattan. Tell us you know what your impression was of New York City that made you choose that right away. So before I came to the US, and I searched like different cities, in different countries, where I could go, and in New York. I mean they're like schools. I wanted to go, and there was there is a jobs, I wanted to write that for Zion plan everything, according many soy, thought New York should be my city where my life. Absolutely. And you actually went to a school that I went to Parsons. Yeah. Wonderful place. Now. You after Parsons, you got a job in the fashion business. Tell everybody what you were doing. Our sure. So a person's like right for the summer break, there was a job fair at the school. So at the time I didn't even know exactly what kind of career. And when you to pursue this one thing, I knew was, I wanted to have a job like related to drawing so by chance I got interested at textile design company, cold. Tom, Cody design in men, and they were looking for someone with as a good joint skews, rather than, whereas, a good test tile techniques, so yeah, so we kind of chose charter and line to learn new things about fashion. I went on birth swore in South Korea study game design I worked for a gal. Yeah. I worked for a game company for about one year after the graduation. This is video games. Yeah. Video games and one day. I thought about my future and define cute working at Korea. Probably agreed to have the stem with John and I'm going to get married with the Korean guy and live like everyone else. I know. And I just didn't like the fact that I could imagine my future, and it's not going to be that different from what I imagine. So decided to come to the US because I wanted to show into myself more, and I wanted to have a more uncertainty in my life. So. Yeah. Ensure yes, exactly. And you chose Manhattan tell us, you know, what your impression was of New York City that made you choose that right away. So before I came to the US, and I searched like different cities in different countries where I could go and in New York, I mean, the schools I wanted to go, and there was like a jobs I wanted to right after Zion plan, everything, according means, so I thought New York should be my city, you know, where my life. Absolutely. And you actually went to a school that I went to Parsons. Yeah. Replace now, you after Parsons, you got a job in the fashion business. Tell everybody what you were doing our sure. So a person's like right before the summer break. There was a job fair at this all the time. I didn't even know exactly what kind of career. I want you to pursue just one thing. I knew was I wanted to have a job like related to drawing. So by chance I got an internship at a textile design company called Tom Cody design in Manhattan, and they were Florida's someone who has a good throwing skills rather than whereas a good test style techniques. So yeah. So we kind of chose each other and line to learn new things about fashion and textile. This is how I got into the fashion industry. Perfect. And this was for women's fashions. Yeah. Yeah. Awesome. But then you also told me when we talked that you wanted to be more entrepreneurial which fits in perfectly with your wanting more adventure in your life. And you wanted to do something that was more you you wanted to do right? And once again, it was a dog who was your inspiration health about all her. And you know, like, everyone like all the designers and other people. I mean, they want to find the job like a dream job that been knocked toward and it's they're really passionate about so. Yeah, the MoMA was pretty exciting. And it was really cool the beginning of an adventure. How'd you come up with the name Lucian blue? At the time. I wanted to find something that you know, like, I didn't say until now my husband is French. The big difference. So yeah, that's big part of my life. And I am in New York. I wanted to combine something I lost some watch. So which is French and New York, and the my friend. I was just talking about is French pulled up, and then French bulldog is the most popular dog in New York. Yes. For a few years now. And there was a new breed like blue French bulldog at the time came out. So I wanted to call. It solution bloom is the dog in the French. Yes. Yeah. Yeah.
