"People are supposed to study the law there to take the words to heart so focused attention is the first thing red god is looking for him deuteronomy and the second thing is obedience is following these things now is one really big piece here and with lawyers in the room. I'll say this delicately. But i think with some authority from biblical scholarship in that is the word law is a slippery term here when you talk about the law of moses in the greek that word law is no muss and it's the word that paul uses. It's the word that is the root of legalism and cetera so law in the new testament sense implies rules implies ten commandments implies councils that people are expected to follow but in the hebrew the word torah is not equal to the greek word law. Torah is not no muss. Torah is more revelation teaching. It's all that god has to share with us so when you hear it saying you know read this law. Follow this law. Do this law. It sounds kind of like this heavy burden of rules being dumped on. You and i think that's how a lot of people read this. That's not the hebrew approach. I think much closer might be instructions after all the torah the five books of moses more than half stories so if it's clearly not just a book of rules torah is much broader than that and perhaps some of the misunderstanding as we assume that every time the word law appears in our english. Bible that it's referring to rules arbitrary rules even at times but no tour is much broader than that and i think instructions might be a better term. Bob did the hebrews understand that because we've talked in the past sometimes about by the time of christ. There were a lot of rules on. How far person could walk on the sabbath day and what they could fix so if they understood or should have understood it was broader than just laws. Is there a reason that they got off and moved away from the philosophy. I'm trying to understand. There's a lot of history here. We can't go into but was the disease. And the pharisees somehow misunderstood and started tons of rigs is. It almost sounds like garden administrative law nowadays. Where you know everybody. Here's a well aware than our government in our state's administrative.

"Number seven deuteronomy fourth quarter two thousand twenty. One john pauleen. Welcome ladies and gentlemen. We are now conducting lessons. Seven law in greece in the courtroom. Deuteronomy dr john. Pauline is our moderator and ashley of the great north will offer our opening prayer heavenly father. We are thankful for this special sabbath day and for the blessings of modern conveniences that allow people from around the world to gather for the sabbath school class. We ask for your blessing on each one of us. In especially upon john pauline as he leads us in this discussion this morning in. Jesus name amen alright. We are in the seventh of a series of lessons on the book of deuteronomy in the old testament and the title of this particular lesson is law and grace and since those terms are not used in deuteronomy. Exactly the way that they're used in paul. For example the lesson starts us in a couple of other places so we will go there right from the start. One in your handout. It says read galatian to twenty one. Which is the memory text for today. I do not nullify. The grace of god for if justification comes through the law then christ died for nothing lord so justification here righteousness does not come through the law. It does not come through works and the question. I would like you to think about. Is what's wrong with works righteousness. Why is that a problem. Don't you think isn't what god wants. Is that we give attention to his instructions. Follow through on that. What's wrong with that with the zinc. Wires paulson negative about works righteousness. One response is selfish motivation. Okay neil couldn't be because of what he had been through prior to meeting christ in how much time he had spent in works instead of business. So you're suggesting maybe what kind of works is a problem. The purpose for the works Okay another chad comment is because it does not address. The real issue iris. I have an aunt that just died a few weeks ago. And you know what to was kind person. He would qualify as a good neighbour and human being the tragedy is. I have no idea where she really stands in her. Walk with god. And when i look at people in europe a lot of people around so good they have no need for god thad good in themselves and i think that's the problem. I think in the spiritual realm we cannot really come to god in our own righteousness in our own goodness than we have. No need for him. And that's the opportunity of broken nece when we realize our broken this we realize our need for him and we come to appreciate him for who he is because we are loved and accepted not reject it or works. Righteousness it's interesting..
Every Founding Father Said You Cannot Have Liberty Without Virtue
"And this is in my book read discovering americanism I would argue that the three most important books I ever wrote American Marxism liberty and tyranny and rediscovering americanism Rediscovering americanism being the heaviest He explained in his book and I quote liberty in short can not be discussed in the abstract As if it were totally independent of public virtue and the framework of institutions John Adams knowledge that freedom is a delicate plant that even watering it with the blood of martyrs is dubious nutriment Impels them to outline a practical system for liberty under law Liberty must be under law There is no satisfactory alternative The liberty without law endures so long as a lamb among wolves Even the compass of civil laws does not sufficiently hedge liberty about Under cover of the best laws imaginable freedom may still be infringed If virtue is lacking Damn near every founding father said you can not have liberty without virtually Kirk says what sort of government then will stimulate the indispensable private and public virtue comprehended in the golden rule And the answer of course is a constitutional republic that's on
Fox News' Chris Wallace Confronts Mayorkas Over Border Chaos
"That This is my alleged Homeland Security secretary You're only job is to be the secretary of Homeland Security to secure the homeland It's written in the job title Here's my orcas when he's Chris Wallace and Fox system hey I got an idea to secure the homeland It's just crazy ideally How about we build a wall Well that might stop some people not all but might stop some people from crossing into the United States illegally That's a crazy idea Maybe we should try that and listen to my orcas response Check this out Why did you allow them in the country in the first place Why didn't you build forgive me A wall or a fence to stop them from walking in this flood of people coming across the dam It looks like a highway that allows them to cross the rail ground It is this policy of this administration We do not agree with the building of the wall The law provides that individuals can make a claim for humanitarian relief That is actually one of our proudest traditions So you can make a claim for humanitarian relief So I'm just checking Can you do that In the middle of the desert on the Texas Arizona Mexico border at four o'clock in the morning Now if you're a liberal listening you're confused right now But I asked that question deliberately and for a reason Why can't you do that Why can't you make an asylum claim at three 30 in the morning at the Texas Mexico in Arizona border somewhere in the middle of desert Well maybe because we don't have an office there We don't have an office there We don't have some personnel there from ice or CBP whatever to entertain your asylum claims So how would you if you were gonna do an organized asylum claim process How would you actually do it Just a question just throwing that out there for the leftist Well I've got an idea Maybe you would build a wall and an actual hard border to the United States which would encourage people who wanted to enter the United States to enter through what we would call ports of entry or points of entry correct Pour its points airports You know the legal organized way So how would it work then You would walk through a port of entry you would make an appointment whatever it may be you'd go to a consulate overseas You would make an asylum claim that could be entertained by a judge or some kind of advocate or adjutant there And they could actually determine if you were entitled to asylum That's how a sane person
Trust Science? Without Science We Wouldn't Have COVID-19
"You make science the ideal and you don't really know what you're using science for then you're going to do all sorts of goofy and nature pushing experiments halfway around the world. Because you think that you can reengineer human beings that is a belief that came out of johns hopkins back in the eighteen seventies. It's this police. German historicism that human beings are not made in the natural order or a natural law. But if we look through microscope if we got enough smart people in a room we can reengineer you. That's how you get these sociopaths. That run the cdc and nih that that quite honestly are incredibly dangerous given the amount of power they have and they they believe it's their life mission. Not just the control you. That's that's part of it. it's to reengineer you. It's it's that. Human beings are not made in a certain way. Is they say oh you try and stop me. I'm going to change human behavior. We're going to change human dna. That's the whole idea of how this entire virus came and this we have to trust science. Yeah without science. Wouldn't have this virus meaning that the way that science science has been operating. The western world is not science to be able to protect human equality as we know it or natural liberty or god or deigned liberty now. It's the tried to have mass social control and to try to make you comply and let me just say one thing about the vaccine. I'm not getting the vaccine and there's nothing you can say that will make me and if you chose to get the vaccine. I'm not like a vaccine. Shame or i don't do that. Everyone makes their own decisions and mark. You had a great segment on that where they tried to call you anti vaccine even though you took the vaccine the point is this though. We all know what's really going on here is that they are now circling the unvaccinated which i am a member of and they are going to use every single form of corporate power mythic ridicule mockery governmental power to try and have a trial run for. What's coming next. This is the frontlines of the most important issue in our time. Are we going to allow on elected unknown and unchecked bureaucrats in the fourth branch of government to be able to comment in direct concert with the top one hundred companies and go after people's deeply held medical decisions or we actually going to push back against. This is the question of our time and quite honestly a lot of republicans have been playing ball for this for parts too

Machiavelli Demystified With Dr. Khalil Habib
"Habib. Welcome back to the charlie kirk show. Charlie's fit to be with you so we kind of stumbled into machiavelli. Last conversation and i promised our listeners. We will get back to it commonly you'll hear on cable television with almost no explanation. Someone say well. That's very machiavelli by this politician. Or that's very maquiavelian. And i think people at best have a very surface knowledge of machiavelli Who was this man. And why was he so important. So machiavelli was born in florence italy and you lived during the middle of fifteenth century. And he lives at a time during the renaissance where there was growing frustration with politics with the church Time for corrupt and it was a movement known as the renaissance that wanted to revive classical virtue stress. The emphasis of moral education on restoring civic harmony and restoring as states crap essentially machiavelli comes in and crashes in on this party and says that's a no go. You can't restore politics on classical moral virtue. And so what. He wants to spread in books like the prince which bookies most famous for today although does this is many years ago was one that people mostly focused on. He presses that of politics requires a cunning. You have to be manipulative. You have to be willing to use force there when you're gonna have to break with traditional moral virtue To essentially affect transition in politics for example One of his many critiques of the renaissance and the attempted to bring christianity in classical moral virtue. Together in a modern republic machiavellian. The prince talks about a situation in which a group of christians in a small town wanted to deal with criminals unchristian grounds and he says well this guy treasury borja who was a brutal dictator essentially showed mercy to the innocent by crushing. These people not turning the other cheek so in other words you measure your your use of force in relation to your end goal and if it's to bring about law and order you don't do it by a holding some kind of classical moral virtue forces necessary and so that forced burns the reputation of some kind of gangster Sort of a low philosophy a politics but It's incredibly influential and foundational in many
House votes to protect abortion rights amid state challenges
"The U. S. house votes to protect abortion rights in a mostly symbolic gesture Washington Democrats say abortion rights are under threat after the Supreme Court allowed a Texas law that would ban most abortions in the state to take affect yourself speaker Nancy Pelosi this is about freedom about freedom of women have choices that the size and timing of their families on Friday the house passed legislation two hundred eighteen to two hundred and eleven that would guarantee a woman's right to an abortion but Republican opposition will doom the measure in the Senate no Republicans voted for the legislation congresswoman Jackie Walorski a Republican from Indiana spoke on the house floor my colleagues on the other side remain obsessed with killing unborn babies in the name of female empowerment Jennifer king Washington
Texas Congressman Kevin Brady Fights For The Unborn
"Congressman. Brady welcome to the mike gallagher. Show how you doing. Hey go get individually with you sam. How are you doing. And you're right there is Thank you for your leadership on so many conservative issues including especially pro-life you're just all over our region every day and i'm grateful and congressman brady has what's called the eighth congressional district which is just north of houston the At pretty much the most conservative republican district in america it's like eighty percent of it is it isn't it isn't it. Great to be in the pro-life state where we have the heartbeat law. Here pre born congressman. Yes so much. So and i'll tell you we are It has it has caused you know just to uprising Here in congress among nancy pelosi and and democrats in fact today this morning They rushed to the house floor a bill that basically provides abortion on demand through birth As the law land in america it will Eight imposes on demand. Boertien removes nearly all the pro-life protections for the unborn and abolishes state laws on pro-life issues including texas and others and then As any including those the prevent late term abortions. Which look i i don't understand How you know in months seventh eighth and ninth win. The baby is born alive from botched abortion. That they're they are. That is not considered a life and This bill i think goes to the worst of all of that. We know in texas The heartbeat bills already saved over two thousand lives of babies and many of them are babies of color Which is i think. Important for us to be protecting those who don't have a voice in and you've made that tastes beautifully for so many years.
Nixon Foundation Honors Gov. Pete Wilson
"I'm up with very little sleep this morning because we had a blast. Last night i came out to california with the fetching. Mrs hewitt so that we could celebrate with three hundred of his closest friends and staff family. Admirers donors supported governor. Pete wilson's career. Originally we had scheduled this at the nixon foundation at the nixon library. And your belinda. For the thirtieth anniversary of. Pete wilson governor of california in nineteen ninety-one and of course the virus got away to postpone it to april and then we postpone it until last night which was serendipitous from the perspective of the fetchy. Mrs hewitt i as we met for the first time on the same time i met. Pete wilson for the first time. That a pete wilson fundraiser at mission bay hosted by the san diego young republicans in one thousand nine hundred seventy eight. What behind the ears. Ohio kid thinking no. This is a pretty good place. Look at all these cute girls in that went over there. And pete wilson was working the crowd the only campaign out at ten. He went ten eleven and the one that he lost was the one that i won. Because he had an event which. I met the fetchy mrs hewitt but we worked with bob wide. His longtime chief of staff and the room was full and rocking yesterday. Great reception the governor was there. Mrs wilson wilson is a star people who live in washington. Dc new gail from people's time in the senate remember peak is a marine yearly. But we be leftover that he's a marine enlisted became. An officer is older brother. Let him there as listed managed that you know break. You're on if you joined the marines. And pete did anyway right out of jail after that law school after that. Advance work for a young richard nixon running for california governor in nineteen sixty two. That didn't work out. Well for president nixon but eventually it did for the country and for president nixon pete went and became an assemblyman then. He became the mayor of san diego for twelve years. Then it became the united states. Senator for eight years and then he became the governor of california for your great governor is a great senator largely responsible along with dan. Quayle and ronald reagan for the passage of star wars sti which many credit with the collapse of the soviet union. Finally governor wilson was just in federal. He doesn't change that age. He's the same guy and there is a tribute videos. Very funny thing. They can either be terrible or great. This was great
Biden slips into political quicksand amid Haitian migrant buildup
"Starting off the show. Tonight we have a discussion about joe biden. Apparently he's doing more deportations than trump specifically deporting more asylum seekers than trump did well. Yeah we don't have the other categories of deportations as the numbers that That we came across. And it's a shocking number. I don't know the entire number. But i have here the us Moved over six thousand. Haitian asylum-seekers from the border at del rio so that's just haitian asylum-seekers just recently with you know the whip's did see that. Oh i saw that very scary stuff. There was ice agents. I guess they're ice. Sported patrol agents. Scroll on horseback whipping people catalyst. Yeah like cadillac. Wrangling them with whips and hitting them with the long whip. It looked incredibly frightening and in and scary to be in that situation with a bunch of armed men on horses attacking people who are just trying to escape the hellish life of living in haiti. And do you think the biden voters expected this to happen because the people on the left like biden love to position themselves as the friend of the immigrants they acted like trump was the worst for immigration and right immigration. I mean right. When joe biden got elected like somebody. I know got a deportation letter. Just and they're telling him oh. It's been a lot worse recently under biden. They told him that his friends sorry like his friends. That like is also a legal immigrant. Types may know some other people like that well according to the same place that you're looking here. It's says twitter account. Aj plus they're citing cnbc saying that biden is using what's called title forty two to expel asylum-seekers without a right to a hearing so you know what asylum is right. Yeah when you leave somewhere that is you're gonna die there or they're gonna put you in prison for the rest of your life or thereafter you for for whatever reason and the numbers here are just shocking. According to cnbc under trump and remember trump had four full years. And we're not even through year number one biden four hundred and forty th over four hundred. Forty thousand people were Were expelled under this title. Forty two during the trump administration and six hundred ninety thousand have been expelled under the biden administration under title forty two so that's a tremendous level of increase because if if biden is able to keep up the same amount over the next three years. Yeah he'd be like twenty four hundred weight. It was six hundred ninety thousand right now so yeah that'd be well over two million people well so you know that is just absolutely horrifying because these people if they are indeed being prosecuted or persecuted. They're going to be sent back to likely their deaths or likely to a prison cell. Yeah it's probably worse for you if you try to leave and then they find out about that absolutely it is. Let's see there's other story here from cnbc biden. Administration appeals judges order. This is from less than a week ago to stop. Expelling migrants under trump era pandemic policies. So there was a judge who said they need to stop using title forty. Two and biden is appealing so this is yet another example of how joe biden is more like trumpy than the trump haters thought. That trump was like people hated trump for all these different reasons and biden has continued trump's policies and crank them up. Yeah my friend. Sent me this weird video of biden today. It was him when he was younger. You know he. He's always been in government office. So i don't know what his title was at the time but he was being interviewed. Probably a senator or something. Yeah and he was saying he was saying. What do people think. I care more about bosnia than haiti because it's white people in bosnia and it's you know black people in haiti and then he just went on and said well if haiti sank into the ocean. I wouldn't care just like that was his answer to that was like what is that supposed to mean. Well i'll tell you clear what it means. It means he has no empathy right to say that about another an entire group of people living somewhere on the planet to say they just if they just all died one day he would have no concern whatsoever for that and you juxtapose that against what he says while he's running for office which is to make himself seem like this all caring. Oh the democrats we care about people that's clearly. Bs tel aviv From penn and teller thought he was going to heal us all with his love. Is that what taylor said. Y- you read that on the show. It was numbered teller's lider new saying let pendulum but tell her was going along with pen from what i could see. So presumably teller didn't disagree otherwise he wouldn't have been in the photo op. Yeah just mixed them up. Sorry according to the story here. Cnbc biden administration appealing. A judge's order to stop using a trump era pandemic policy that allows for the rapid expulsion of migrants without giving them a chance to apply for asylum. So they're using covert as the excuse. The departments for his just cove it. That's why we had to have horseback riders with the because of it. It's just you covered. The department of justice filed an appeal of district. Judge emmet sullivan's ruling thursday bars. The federal government from expelling migrants under the public health law known as title. Forty two sullivan. The ruling to go into effect in fourteen days the appeal is the latest move by the bided administration to address the twenty year high surge of migrants from mexico and central america crossing the border illegally which remains a political flashpoint between republicans and progressive democrats title forty two is first introduced by donald trump in march of twenty twenty over concerns about the corona virus pandemic. It gave the government the power to turn back any migrant caught crossing the border illegally regardless of their country of origin to supposedly stop cove nineteen. So if you had managed to escape from north korea and you made it to the united states which is no easy task. Mind you. it's one thing to get here from haiti or guatemala. Or duress or something. It's a whole other story to get here from north korea. But if he'd managed to and they caught. You did it cover. Nineteen you gotta go back to north korea and you back to north korea where you would certainly either be put into a hellish prison labor camp and then of course all your family members have probably already been put into a prison labor camp. Because that's what they that's how they roll over north korea. If you try to escape or you do something bad. They punish your whole family for it. So you know you're going to prison and it's going to be like the worst possible prison labor camp experience basically on the planet right now if they don't just go right ahead and just summarily execute you but this quote from a man at the border a haitian man with two children. He says the. Us government
A Debate with Dr. Rashad Richey on Mask Mandates in Schools
"Welcome to debate night here at turning point. Usa headquarters honored to have with us today. Dr ritchie a very well known radio talk show host in atlanta also a college professor amongst many of the things. I'm sure i'm forgetting and today we're gonna be talking about co the mandates schools mass and so much more. The way that this conversation will go is a doctor. Richard will begin with some thoughts of for two minutes uninterrupted. I'll respond with two minutes uninterrupted and go back and forth in that format for about a minute each will take about a ten second break or a little bit break and then we'll just kind of have at it and so dr richard. Thank you for being here and the floor is yours. You being trouble charlie. All right. here's the thing mask. Mandates in schools are water was inappropriate. And here's why first of all the vast majority of american voters actually support mass mandates for schoolteachers and for those who are inside of the school system But look what it actually does and mask mandate people that argue against it. They say this is an true general civil liberties but think about it. A dress code is that in a true civil liberty. A vaccination mandate. Is that an intrusion on civil. Let me bring you back to k through twelve education again. One hundred percent of all public schools in the united states of america require vaccination to enter vaccine passport. Already play not a two percent of private institutions require a vaccine in order to ten. Let's go to the mask. Mandate the mask mandate protocol is in place for the safety of students. This is based on verifiable science ninety percent of those in the field of science the field of study they say yes it actually decreases the spread of covert nineteen. But now you have people around this country literally rather than throwing on the mask. They rather throw fist. They're fighting schoolteachers. They're fighting those that oppose them and they are threatening to fight school. Board members because of a mass mandate. I have not seeing this kind of activity at school board meetings over anything except for these mandates but remember mandates are already in place school boards. Have the statutory authority to implement administrative law given to them by the states based on the construct of the tenth amendment of the us constitution. These school boards well within the constitutional right and statutory authority in order to implement such a protocol justice. They have the ability to say. Here's the dress code. Here's the vaccination requirement. Here's the teacher credentialing requirements and. Here's what it takes to to the next grade.

Gov. DeSantis Sidesteps Biden, Announces Florida Will Purchase Monoclonal Antibody Treatment Doses Directly
"Last week. We highlighted how joe biden decided to try and prevents the distribution of monoclonal. Antibodies going to florida. Joe biden basically said that he wants florida's senior citizens to die. And you're on your own even if you're vaccinated. Even though half the people the monoclonal antibody treatment centers were vaccinated. Joe biden wanted nothing to actually help people in florida so a republican a press. Release writing republican and. We have plenty of those. Like the governor of arkansas who smirks on television and says oh yeah. Joe biden has called the back they would just allow the order from joe biden to throughout the federal government doesn't want monoclonal antibodies. I'll write a letter. What does ron descent to stu. Rhonda santa's calls up the manufacturer of the monoclonal antibody treatment center. I'm going to buy from you directly. I don't care what the federal government says. We are going to get the monoclonal. Antibodies for our people. I don't if i'm breaking the law from the federal government. I don't care. My people need the monoclonal. Antibodies that was rhonda santa's willing to defy federal statute to actually give his people what they need. That's called courage. Prudence creativity and
'I'm Called by the Gospel to Accept You... That Doesn't Meant I Have to Approve of Your Lifestyle'
"Let's go back to two thousand fifteen when you said that. The supreme court makes this law saying that Two men can get married or two women can get married and it's a funny thing right because we can still say well. I love my gay friends just the way that i love my my friends that they don't work they don't walk with jesus i love them but i'm not going to say that's a good thing i'm not gonna say it's great that you're not walking with jesus i'm gonna love you but i have my conscience won't let me affirm you in that. It is a strange thing that you and i have gone to point our lifetimes. We're not that old but we're the quote unquote law of land has for the first time ever become into to what this says in a very bold way so when that happened because i didn't know you in twenty fifteen how many others who else was boldly speaking about this. You know to be honest with ya. Everybody seems to be silent about all the issues. And so i think because i did come out and say something and nobody else. Was everybody just kind of gravitated to us. And so we had this wave of growth not just in the church but most of all on social media and i tell people look. I'm not a jerk for jesus. I know i'm super demonstrative. About what i believe but acceptance and approval or two very different things. I'm called by the gospel to accept you no matter what you choose to do. That doesn't mean you have to approve of your lifestyle. We speak the truth in love but we can't speak love at the expense of truth because if you just speak love and no truth and it's not loving nor is it truthful and so nobody was really saying anything and i saw the nefarious plan. I said look this is going to open pandora's box and we see now that we're fighting what i call the alphabet colt. Lgbtq b. l. Am the whole deal and so we were right. We were right to say that this is going to open pandora's box. It's always been about the kids and it's about the kids now it's about indoctrination of our young people and so that's where we are and now pastors are like oh my goodness we. We don't want to say anything about it because that doesn't make us loving no the gospel proclaims that we have to call seeing what it is.
Professor Files Lawsuit Over University Vaccine Mandate
"Welcome back by friends. I'm dennis prager and a professor on todd. Zoecke z. y. W i c k by a professor of law george mason university and a fellow at the cato institute in august believe it was august. Let me see here. you wrote a piece in the The wall street journal was august professor. There why gogga's that's right down is so you wrote a about why you're not going to follow your universities. Demand that you get a vaccination for cans covert in order to be able to return to campus and you cited the fact that you had in fact cova and in fact was was when you took tests. You've had the antibodies to kovin. They stay continued to stay in your body and so you sued. george mason. Is that correct cats correct and it's okay. Yup no no you go ahead. Yeah so i so. I tried to resolve this the nice way. Then it's wages. I tried to torch mason claims to the place the respect science that Respects truth so. I reached out over the summer After i contacted by immunologists and i did a full immunity workup including an anti bodies tests. That showed that my anybody's level With comparable to somebody who had been fully vaccinated And And there's more there's more than you needed that but this is sort of a slam dunk case is this is how you measure of somebody's immune protection listens how they measure whether somebody needs a booster shot for any for any disease whether it's measles or covert or anything else And so. I reached out. And i said here's here's the evidence They blew me off. I reached out to again. And i'd attached an affidavit from my immunologist as well as to leading public Stoller sir. I'm sure you're familiar with jay body charge at stanford martin cool dorks harvard. The presenting all the evidence to show this george mason again. Just blew me off Issue their policy saying that everybody had to get back and and so i reached out to the new civil liberties alliance at that point and some ask them to represent me so we brought a lawsuit eventually george mason and they're giving the medical exemption after all this In civil and changed the rules so that wasn't being disadvantaged as much as i had so the lawsuit itself has been resolved. But now there's you know many cases now following raising the same issue as vaccine mandates of spread around the country.

Border Crisis Sparks Calls for Change in Immigration Policy
"June twenty first two thousand nineteen jv pritzker signs measure to help protect illegal immigrants in illinois governor jv pritzker in june of two dozen nineteen signed three bills designed to protect illegal immigrants in illinois that would prohibit law enforcement agencies from coordinating with federal immigration authorities. Pritzker sign the keeping illinois families together. Act which prohibits local law enforcement from coordinating with immigration customs enforcement. Now this was two years ago. Why am i mentioning this. Because you have blue states by the way this is one of thirty examples of blue states that have been signing laws that prohibit police officers and local sheriffs in da's from coordinating with federal officials. That's an act of secession. That's an act of nullification saying we don't want any part of this. Federal compact and we as republicans and conservatives sat idly by like. Oh yeah that's bad. Let's keep going to the courts they've been ignoring the courts and ignoring the laws for years. And so then when one point eight million illegals come into the country to change the country permanently by the way what do we do. We beg joe biden for help. So what are the democrats do when things start to trend in a direction. They don't like they take action. The democrats have the willingness to reshape. Destroy the country. Republicans are getting there now. Some people emailed us and they said well. Charlie couldn't joe biden nationalize the national guard. It is very rare to do so usually only done with the consent of the governor and prayer pet presidents have rarely federalized a state or territory guard without the consent of the governor in the wake of hurricane katrina president. George w bush declined to take control of the louisiana's national guard due to the objection of governor kathleen blanco. But this is such an easy thing. First of all joe biden can't nationalize state troopers. Secondly he can't nationalize texas rangers. Thirdly the governor of texas would say i'm sorry what did you design a piece of paper. There's still our national guard. They're not gonna listen to you federalized nationalize i mean federalize. And so what should have been done. And what's still can be done. Is every single. Texas ranger national guard member state trooper that can be allocated should be deployed to the southern border with handcuffs and arrest authority and charter flights. Ready to send people back where they came from
Is Decertification of the 2020 Election Within the Realm of Possibility?
"Talk about the big d. word decertification. What does that mean. How what would it take to get to that. What does even the precedent if that happens. Is this realistic. I always want to manage. The expectations of our listeners is decertification realistic. I mean i've i've talked to a bunch of attorneys here in georgia and a pretty people saying that there is a legitimate way to get certified. The election and i've heard other people to the contrary so it's really. It's hard to say. But i i mean with what happened here in georgia without a doubt laws. Were broken. That compromise enough ballots that the election. Can't legit. I can't necessarily be verified. You know like even the chain of custody documents in dekalb county that recently came out where there's a law that says when you pick up ballots from eavesdrop boxes. You have to immediately bring them to the elections office to then the time stamped and signed count. How many ballots in the dropbox. You signed a piece of paper. There's a whole process and over forty to sixty thousand ballots violated that process where some of them weren't until the next day according to the timestamped. Then there's like. I think it was like fifteen thousand ballots. Don't even have a time stamp so someone would have picked up these ballots from dropbox had 'em for god knows how long and then tournaments we don't know what it's like there's so much sloppiness bit occurred in this past election that you know i'm not a hundred percent. Sure if there's anything we can do about getting you know trump back in office sir. Decertifying the previous election but in someone wants asked me why are you investigating and it's sort of like if someone is killed right. We still investigate. Even we can't bring the victim back because we need to get to the truth of what happened so that we can prevent it from happening

I'm still a scrawny little one fifty one. I would think you're one. You're not one it or not. I am so i did it. That's one thing that i did gain a little weight during this This past year. Just a smidge. I know but i gained about between five pounds. Roughly i i just did during that aerosmith saw. Yeah well i. I know i haven't seen you guys in a long time but man you know i hear you all the time. Obviously and stay in touch. He's off This are you out of town you home. Yeah you know what. I'm actually on vacation and believe it or not your jaws drop to the floor and i tell you this i'm in florida. Oh wow evolve. Yeah because consumers. That is the one thing the last time i think we of the last time we talked to showroom is right at the beginning of the pandemic and we're making fun of him like dude. You're so at such paranoia such paranoia guys israel and then all of a sudden yeah the entire world shut down room was right right just like tracks tell you. This is the first light. This is the longest distance. I've gone with my family. You know throughout this whole pandemic and you know being in florida you know we. We drove here. I don't. I don't fly on airplanes right now. I wanna do that personally. It's just me. But i'm just kind of everything. Yeah true that's true. And i've always been somewhat of a germaphobe. Those don't know. Dude i have. I have a portable potty porta potty in my pacifica that we drive and i refused my family and i will not go into public restaurants. So all right you have body in your car then you immediately dispose of it. Wash it out like what's the process there. Yeah yeah well. We know. I'm able to know this is like a legit body man. I mean you could take a massive dumping it. if you on it feels it off. I mean it's it's it's a legit thing. Eighty the smell them which off audie. You're doing that in front of your kids and your wife now. yeah well. I do know this this this van. We We got the these curtains you put in the back. It's great man honest to god. Even i wish i had this pre pandemic and post pandemic. they'll probably still want to have brits. do we. Were able to drive straight to florida not even enter a public indoor space. I mean it's just awesome. True of sure. He was like so excited. He's gotta poop very excited at our age when you poop. It's a good thing. Wow now sure but you're gonna have your did your kids. They home school. They get to continue to do that now. Look my wife and i. This is the toughest decision that we have ever had to make in our lives and Lakota school district for our kids. Go to school. They gave us a at the beginning of april. We had to decide for this upcoming season. Do you wanna watch your kids into virtual learning option. Which i'm thankful they are offering again or do you want to lock him into going back to school. When you made the decision you couldn't go back on it and we decided i don't want to do this but we're doing virtual learning option again. We're gonna home school. Our kids another full year and it sure it's painful to me. I want my kids to go to school. I believe in in prison education. But i also believe that this pandemic is far from over and so i'm going to continue to do what i feel necessary for myself to keep my family safe plain and simple and you guys died so wait a minute so see. This is where we always gotta goof. I'm unsure is but you're going to be like out at foo fighters and all this stuff true. That's a good point to be honest with stuff. I don't wanna do well. Here's here's where i draw the line. Okay i it's outdoors. You know. I believe in and being outdoors around people. If i'm close. I will wear a mask outdoors regardless in fighter. I plan to worrying amass that entire. Take it off. that's me so i don't care what people think. I'm gonna wear a mask because we're than likely people are going to get. You know to close. I don't know whether they're vaccinated blah blah blah vaccinated. Yeah all about well my kids all i share not vaccinated yet. They can vaccinate. I'm and the the risk of getting seriously. Ill is low but you know i don't know i just don't want to also i don't want to continue to spread it just because you're vaccinated. You could still spread and obvious about spreading. But the kids thing okay. You know the The food fighters just had like a scare a covert scare in their camp and they cancelled the show. What was that last night. Yeah or the seven teams on the nineteenth. I think forum in los angeles all that wouldn't it that would be so cincinnati to be excited to the fighters coming and then they go now. I know i saw that and thought. Oh god here you right. I mean like i said that's an outdoor qods or feel good about it being outdoors. You know. we've gone to the beach here. i'm in i'm in. I'm in bradenton right now. So i'm like really close to anna. Maria island is true are is anyone else allowed to use your party. That is in your vehicle neighbors. No no no no just my wife and kids. I don't know if i could be driving knowing. My wife is dropping diablo. Yeah yeah. I get that. It's not for everybody. It is awesome when it comes to the i mean. Let's be honest you know i. I'm reading the fact of going back into a concert bathroom like you know. Excessively guys wrestlers over the freaking. You're walking in. And i don't even know time i wanna go into a public restroom will ever be again like i don't blame you. Well here's the thing like we tell everybody else do what you wanna do. Your family roles. Were not judging. You not sure you ever gonna come back to the radio station. I wouldn't i would love to. Yeah i would. I definitely you know but at the same time i i you know. My biggest fear is being indoors and unmasked that i think is concern even though unvaccinated. It's funny because you know goof on here the we go the way. Technology is now. This thing has made it where you sure you could have done your show from the porta. Potty in florida you know. That's probably next. I probably should drop to seven. That's what is funny. I mean the cats out of the bag. I mean you've made it before. Sure i've been doing my radio show from home over the past year. Honest you're listening to hide about doing your show from who carry. A lot of people are working. Sure i'm thankful i'm able to do that. I mean you know whatever. And i feel like i you know it's not for everybody. I get that i wouldn't push you know. It's it should be an individual decision. You can do it whether you can manage to do it. Successfully and for me and i feel more focused at home. You can just you know. I got my own space in my basement. My own studio built seven years ago little. I know that someday it was going to help me in the middle of a frigging pandemic bomb shelter for human bomb shelter. It's the world the bombs prick. I am looking forward to seeing you guys at the foo fighters concert and like i said i am a little nervous about it. Sure i certainly am. But i only in mass. You know if you if you if you go to fighters you'll know which one is true. He looks like johnny knoxville. Or the the the The the guy from toy story except from story but he'll have a mask on. My hair is a lot longer though. You might not even recognize. Now i'm gonna have had on more than likely i maybe even abandoned kinda hold it back my hair. My wife's been here and she does a great job. But i haven't got a legit. I none of my family. My kids all my wife. We haven't had a haircut and you know this whole time. More sixteen months about manscaping. Do you have like a big bush out. That i take care of on my own pictures approving keep things cleaned up out. I want to send me a picture. I want to tweet out. Wow since the beginning of this year has just been putting the slot. Mach- believe at hard rock alone now. How much of. That was the stimulus. Money the government gave out all matter. It's going right to the riaan and so they pay back the winnings out of that but the prophets still in june was like nineteen million dollars in june alone. That's after they paid out all the winnings the revenues. That's amazing it is. I mean i heard symptom of how things you know. People have been cooped up mean. I was in gatlinburg and stayed out of gatlinburg while i was on vacation. Yeah yeah but i mean. I've never seen people like that. That many people. I we drove down the strip one day. Our students at schools universities to have a kobe shop before they come back in the fall. Which is weird because you have to do other shots or mandate right but the differences right. Now we're still acting under cove on some -mergency approval from the fda. I see okay and Everything changes when the fda says that you know they're now confident that go into regular rotation. We're still again. That could come in the next two or three weeks unfold. So i mean the governor signed it saying that you know the only. I'll tell the emergency authorization. Changes to normal frugal. It makes sense. It just sucks at. "More sustainable protecting our environment so that you know using methods protecting the environment. so you are a discoverer. Were kindred spirits on that level but the way that we do it is that we will take a plant material or an animal material. We recently did a project with poultry and we will actually use different chemicals to extract the components the compounds that are present in that food material that plant or animal material and then we actually use very powerful analytical tools to detect those and the i kind of analytical tool is what's called chromatography so that extract that we've made may contain a thousand different compounds in chromatography is a method for fraction eating. Ask separating it so that you get in one end of the machine you put the mixture and out the other end come the individual compounds one at a high and then what you do is we have analytical methods to look as each of those compounds comes out it goes into a machine called a mass spectrometry and that mass spectrometer essentially measures the mass of that compound to four or five decimal places and then it also it blows the molecule lap and when reason people getting the chemistry is because they liked the blow up things. You make something haven't yet you put two chemicals together at boom outcomes. These come from smoke or something. This is not into it. I still remember as i was a kid in my mother's basement. Lawing something up in having a big blue stain on the ceiling from it but here what we do is we blow these molecules up under jerry control conditions and then we may show the fragments of them and from the size and the charge of those fragments. We can do something about the structure of those molecules. In fact by comparing that pattern of fragments is sort of like a fingerprint. And so by comparing that frightening pattern with patterns that our president faces of thousands tens of thousands of molecules. We can oftentimes actually masur or identify. What those compounds are so out of that thousand compounds that we have in that mixture maybe we can measure four or five hundred of them and identify. We can measure them all and say how much of them are there but we can identify. Maybe you know forty or fifty percent of and from that we can learn and you know those are molecules that have been discovered by many different people over the years in drive maybe in different plans or different things but we're saying oh that's presley can kale or in byerly or in some other thing like that and maybe we didn't know that it was present in that plant before but now we're discovering it.

Because i think i feel like you're a purist in that sense like you want the baseball but when you watch it and you compare it to football basketball and then how the action and and how fast the games move. Baseball's not like that and to get younger people to to watch it. How do you feel about like other things that you'd think baseball could do to change that. He knew art and there are. I actually think major league baseball kind of knows what they are and they don't seem to be moving enough in the direction of doing so one is just deadening the baseball which they said they were gonna do going into this season and in spring training the balls were not dead. They were as lively as they've been the last couple of years. Were in in the very early going. This isn't really enough data to draw firm conclusion. But i don't think the baseball's or any less lively than they've been the last couple of years and the problem is more balls. Hit into the seats. Means fewer balls hit into play for fielders to feel. And there's less there's less fielding great feeling bad fielding always saw some bad fielding i watch some of the white sox game last night very bad feeling and there's and there's less base running.
