The twin cities If you're in that area, you know, certainly you're making You know, a city wage. And if you're able to maintain that, and move here to New Hampshire, you probably be better. You know, it's like I did the same thing. I come from Seattle. I got my house for 25% of you know the cost of houses going? I mean, you can't get in the Seattle in Seattle proper. You can't get a home for like Sub $500,000. Yeah, actually downgraded because I'm like I actually have too much home and like, And so I end up a I ended paying like half. I think, my hope. My my.
