Justin Verlander gives up 2 HRs in Tigers' 2-0 win over Mets

"The tigers completed a three game sweep wall ruining Justin Verlander season debut, beating the mets two zero. Eduardo Rodriguez surrendered just two hits while striking out 9 over 8 innings. He was backed by consecutive homers from Riley green and Javier Baez in the first inning. Verlander gave up three other hits over 5 frames. His first start since landing on the injured list before the season. Alex Lang picked up the save as Detroit improved to 13 and 17, the mets are 16 and 16 following their 7th loss in 8 games. Dinesh Welcomes January 6 Prisoner Jake Lang to the Show

"Guys, I'd like to welcome to the podcast. This is gonna be just by audio, Jake Lang. Now Jake Lang is a January 6th political prisoner. He is incarcerated. So he's going to be calling from jail, but this guy got to tell you is no ordinary January 6th defendant. He gets my most resourceful January 6th political prisoner award. Why? Because he organizes press conferences. He sets up websites, he raises money for January 6th defendants. He's creating a media platform. He's the most enterprising resourceful guy, I have known, and he's doing it from jail. I mean, it'd be hard enough to do from the outside. Jake, welcome to the podcast. Thanks for calling in. I appreciate it. Let me ask you this question. It looks like the January 6 footage, a lot of it. Maybe all of it has been turned over to Tucker Carlson, it may be that it will also be shared with or at least some of it with January 6th lawyers, do you think this is going to make a difference? Can you talk about the early efforts of the house GOP and whether they are moving in the right direction? Thank you so much for having me back on brother. This is, I mean, obviously it's a step in the right direction. They're moving a little slow footed for me personally. Kind of playing games releasing it to Fox. You were keen on January 6th coverage the second year anniversary Fox did in abhorrent job covering January 6th. They didn't mention it literally all day, then Tucker Carlson did like a ten minute segment on us, which was pretty paltry. And so I really don't trust Fox and soccer to give the 14,000 hours of video footage. It's proper breadth and it needs to be released independent journalists like gateway pundit and other people out there that have put in the time and effort and energy to already sift through this and find horrific abuses of police brutality and all different types of situations where it could exonerate me and all the other Jan sixers.

"But actually, it's really amazing how bleak the numbers are. In 1980, white people made up 96.6% of the members of professional orchestras by 2014 with a large increase in non white orchestra musicians that cited, the number of white people decreased a whopping only 87.9% of professional orchestras. So in almost 35 years, there was less than a 10% increase in diversity in professional orchestras. Asian Pacific islanders in our orchestras began to be measured in 2002. And at that point, they made up 5.3% of orchestra members. By 2014, they had increased only to 9%. So to be clear, that isn't even close to a majority of orchestra members. But that increase was definitely better than the increases for black Latino and Native Americans, which were minuscule. The report actually also demonstrated the dearth of Asian Pacific islanders in other specific areas of classical music, including opera, composition, conducting arts administration and the boards of leading cultural institutions. In other words, leadership roles. In all those things, Asians are scarce. In fact, Grammy Award winning conductor Xinjiang said at times you feel like an endangered species. Zhang is one of a very small number of Asian female conductors leading major ensembles. And this is one of those weird twists in life. Sometimes Asian Pacific islanders can be represented as musicians or individual contributors in a business, but there are a few in leadership positions who gain notoriety. Outside of Yo-Yo Ma, the award winning cellist, Midori, the amazing violinist, and Lang Lang, the pianist. I have to admit that I can't name many other well-known API classical musicians. And prior to researching this episode, I definitely couldn't name one conductor or classical music composer of Asian Pacific Islander descent. But we want to make sure that you don't suffer the same lack of knowledge as us. So we're going to highlight a few notable creators for you. First up, let's talk about one of the most well-known Joe long, a Chinese American composer who was born in Beijing, China in 1953. He was born into an artistic family and loved playing piano, but he was caught up in the cultural revolution where from approximately 1966 to 1976, arts, especially European style art, were discouraged or even outlawed. So it wasn't until the end of the cultural revolution that Joel could continue his musical studies in composition, conducting and music theory. He attended the central conservatory of music and baiting from 1977 to 1983. Fun fact, during the cultural revolution, he was forced to drive a tractor and work on a farm with extremely harsh conditions. After completing his studies in Beijing, he ended up moving to the U.S. to work on his doctorate at Columbia University, achieving it in 1993. Over the years, he's had several different roles as a musical director and composer in residence, including at his Alma mater, Columbia University. One particularly interesting role he had was as the musical director for music from China that was focused on helping raise awareness of traditional Chinese music. However, they changed their focus with him there and began including more modern composers like Joel himself. He's been a citizen in the U.S.

Debbie and Dinesh Reflect on the Anniversary of January 6

"Today is the second anniversary of January 6th and in fact, we were planning to have one of the January 6th, not just defendants, but prisoners, who is, I believe, no longer in D.C.. I think he's now in a prison in Pennsylvania. This is Jake Lang. He's been on the podcast. He's called in before from prison. And we were trying to arrange that kind of a call through his cousin, but it's a complex business and somehow it didn't come about, but isn't it hard to believe that two years later, you've got people whose trials have not yet occurred. There is still incarcerated based upon this absolutely preposterous assertion by these judges that they're a danger to the community. Well, to be honest, you know, you know how I've been fixated on this on this alleged serial killer. We're going to talk about that a little later. But I mentioned you're talking about the Portland. Yeah, about Brian coburger, but we'll talk about that later. But I did say it looks like they treat him better than they treat the January 6th defendants. Now what do you mean by that? I mean, they did great his house. They did kicking his windows. In fact, we talked about how even that's super stupid. And what are we talking about? So on December 28th, I guess it was the FBI. They could have easily this guy Brian kober went home. Following him, actually, and it's come out, and we'll talk about this on the other segment. But what I mean by they treat they treat him better is in prison. Like he's not in solitary with no due process. No, he's going to get his day actually yesterday. He got his day in court. You know, he went back to Idaho. So prompt trial. Yeah. And in fact, there's some discussion about how does it make sure you get a non biased jury with all the media reporting. So anyway, so what I'm saying is he's getting better treatment than the January 6th defendants who for two years. Think about it for two years, many of them have been in prison with no due process.

"After the kids after they set that aroma. No aroma. No, ya Lang Lang incense. I don't want to smell anything. Other than too much aftershave on the boys in camera, okay? I'm going to make a donut mountain, but I need quite a lot of donuts to make a substantial good thing for her and her mates. Easier to stack though I imagine them profiteroles. Has anyone has anyone got any experience of making a profiterole or donut mountain? Will I need glaze as some kind of like glue? Will they? What about toothpicks? Couldn't you use like put a series of toothpicks down or like shez lipsticks? But when the kids come in intoxicated. There's no Roman. And no toothpicks. But Christian O'Connell show, podcast. Thank you very much, everyone, sitting in the 6 world weeks so far. Fixed breaks myself haven't died yet. I wouldn't even trust myself to fix my bicycle brakes. Too important, too dangerous, too much of an amateur. My good luck, rob 6 word week so far, spent $1000 on a Halloween decorations. That is obscene. Where did you go Patsy by the way, the Pope? Photos wherever you went. Looked amazing. What did you do? In the western suburbs, not a lot of houses do it, so I did some Googling apparently Finch street in malvern east. Was they place to go and was it ever? It was packed. This idea. Who has he been setting up a website which is the best suburbs? That's most of them. So I did some. I'd failed on the call. Filed on Dua Lipa. I had no other option. I thought she's got to have Halloween. Is amazing. Who tries to another summer? We do. Also, Halloween started so early this year. On the right of 4 o'clock and they were ghosts out there. Yeah. And they've got like giant mega buckets as well to get all the chocolate. So what did you see? There was heaps of paper adults dressed up as well, like phenomenal, but it was really funny. One house had really gone out like there was a massive big red back spider. On their balcony, all their owners well, I thought that owners were dressed up and I was having a chat to the lighter, you know they had the smoke, machine, the guide it was fantastic. I don't recognize you. What the house number you have again? And I said, oh, you guys, well done. This looks fantastic and she goes, are we not actually the owners we've been hired to perform? Well, they actors. And I thought hashtag Marvin, yes, so they actually. Yes. And it was brilliant. I'll tell you what, that's what we all go next year then. Malvern. You're kidding me, someone's like money to hide and just get out the front there. Yeah, the whole street gets involved. It was fantastic. You pretending to be it. Did you say I'm not from around here? I've driven me. No, I didn't. I thought. Probably looked obvious that we weren't. All right, so yesterday went round there was about 20 of us who went round to a friend's house. And whenever we all meet up, there's about 8 or ten different families now. One of the guys Andy, you've met used to work in this building. He hosts a quiz. And so yesterday was like four rounds, you're all put into random teams like four of you and it's a really good fun. All the rounds yesterday was guess the song clip, right? But all the clips were in 8 bit. Okay, so I've got the quiz here, actually. "All right, textual 6 words. How should we go in so far? O four 7 5 O three one O four three. Jackie boy, what's it for you? Remind me to go to the dryer cleaner. I always forget about the dry cleaner. We've had a doona cover there since August. That's some record. So we're in November now. Today, how shall you call you? No. If it's hanging on one of those big racks, I guess, so suits, dresses for the cup, and then a duna. The other so I have trouble picking things up from there and taking things there. So if I put something in the back of my car, must remember to take that to the dry cleaner. It can stay in there for months as well. But after not having won a suit for three years because of COVID, for some reason I've got the awards night that we had on Saturday and now I've got to wear a suit again on Friday. It requires a suit. It's not like you. I'm going to the premiere of phantom of the opera. A tough time. I want you to sing along with it. I love it. I've never seen it. Yeah, you'll love it, Jack. It's very powerful. Now, can you tell me this? Also, it's been put on by opera Australia. Is it an opera? It's a musical. It's a musical. It's not strictly a classic one. Yeah, it's not strictly like you want to understand what they're singing about. It's just they're doing these sort of mainstream productions lately. But so if it's an opera Australia production, is it going to be? What are you talking about? I don't want to go do the opera. Why? I want to go. You love Andrew Botticelli's. Time to say goodbye. You love that. That's not right. But I can't do two and a half hours ago. Why are you going? I don't know. You had to go. So I'm kind of thing to go to musical. I'm not putting the calendar a month ago. That's the same way. I never have any say. Once it goes into calendar, there's no say is there once it's in. It's happening. We have no say in that. Yeah. And mom's got Gordy for the night at all. You can't muck with it once it's in the calendar. In Patsy, what's your 6 word? Yeah, audio refuses to wear trekkie decks. So today, school has got an excursion to sovereign hill, which is fabulous, the kids have been looking for a good old classic school trip here, isn't it? Yeah, looking forward to it. So when they go on excursion, they have to wear sports uniform, which at this time of the year, Maine's polytope in shorts. Yeah. And I looked at the weather map yesterday and I said, oh. It's a bit fresh, isn't it? Or it's 11° in ballarat tomorrow with bane to sovereign hill before you know how cold it gets hail 40 K wins today. No. I'm wearing shorts. Kick it off again. Oh shoot, no, I don't want it coming home with the sniffle. So you said she can't wear shorts. Of course she can't. It's a living degree for the chill of 5. Okay, plus a mom screwed up taking a seat. She in some sort of fur coat. No, she's wearing shorts and I said, well, how about we compromise and you pack your track your decks? Just so if you cold, you can put them on the mom not doing that. That's ridiculous. But she knows everything at the moment. She knows better than me. Oh, how dare she have her own opinions? Yep, that's right. They do often hope better than us. Well, I had to get dressed in the lost property close one time because my dad sent me to this one. It was a mish mash, wasn't it? Oh, the shame of going to the law. It was a threat, wasn't it? When you go, I forgot my kit. Well then, you'll have to go don't say sir. The last drop. And that mishmash of ill fitting stuff is like a crop top you've got to do. But Christian O'Connell show podcast. How should we go so far? You can tell us in 6 words Kidd has gastro more sleep, please. That's some John. John, we get everything that's going on in there. This is when he's not bad, though. 20s a lot, Jack can handle 20. 20 after what happened New Year's Eve, she had a party you see that still gets talked about. All I can say would have been clear to say on air was, there was an. Aroma. We all know what I'm talking about. There was an aroma, okay? There was an aroma. And I was told to my face, dad, you're being paranoid. There's no Roma. The gaslighting you. I know. I know that aroma. You don't was cool once. I know, that sweet smell. It's unmistakable, okay? Now, we've got some incense on a go. That is not you. That's how you party. That is not your Lang Lang, so I've said they can't, I do not want to smell the waft of an aroma. Anyway, I said, do you know what, though? We're going to do something this year because you're turning 16. Dad wants to make you something. So I said, you know, what I'm going to make you and your mates are profiterole mountain. I went, no, you know what? I won't make you a profession. This is my 6 one week. I'll make you a donut mountain. So I'm going to make a donut mountain. Perfect. After the kids after they set that aroma. No aroma. No, ya Lang Lang incense. I don't want to smell anything. Don't Be Mad, Get Yourself Together

"Most white people just like most black people in most Hispanic people. You gotta work for what you get. You don't just, you're not born with a debit card. And an 8 50 credit score. You got to work for it. And then the thing that bothers me is that why you mad that white people are working for it. And you're not. You know what I'm saying? You're mad 'cause white people send up a legacy for their kids and you're mad because their kids go to the best schools 'cause their parents own properties. You could have about property, but you wanna buy Gucci. You could own property, you could set up wealth for the next generation, but you wanna ball now and you don't wanna ball Vader. You don't want them to have wealth generated. You wanna just do and have fun now. You wanna play while you're in college. You didn't get your degree. Don't be mad at a white person because they went to school and you were playing going on a girl house every night. Don't get mad at them. Get yourself together.

"You know, some people probably think to themselves and they say, be Tatum you're wrong. White people aren't on an attack. You just making this up. I'm around white people. And there's white people that I know that can not express how they feel. Or they would get fired. I can say the same thing that white people say and nothing will happen to me. Nothing. When I was on the police department, some of my buddies who were on a police department who were white, like literally, I used to talk about Black Lives Matter while I was a cop. And I used to bash them because they deserved it. Now, look at them now. Lawsuits after lawsuit, Candace Owens just came out with a documentary and I'm going to see her premiere tomorrow where she exposes Black Lives Matter for who they are. And I can say it all day long. I can say they're fraudulent organization. I can say they ain't helped the single black person on Planet Earth. And if a white person were to say that, on the police department, in their personal life, they would be fired. They would be doxxed. It would be called a racist and they would be fired.

"Candace Owens went on Tucker Carlson. How do I not get a spot on Tucker Carlson? God, dang, she got spot every week. I want to spot on Tucker Carlson to somebody. Anyway, Candace Owens kid on there and she's always just dominating. That's probably the reason why. But she's on that just dominating. And the concept of the idea about white lives matter, 'cause her and Kanye West was at the London. He had a London fashion show and her and Kanye West had warty shirts that says white lives matter. And you know, what could it crowd just literally lost their Salvation? They could not understand how black people can support white people. Just imagine it. Think it is. They literally beat white people up, slapped them over the head through coffee on them, turn over tables and say, you better wear a Black Lives Matter shirt. Are you better support black lives? You better say Black Lives Matter. They make you put the black squirrel in your Instagram and know them white folks ain't never talk to a black person DNA life, but they got a black squirrel on their Instagram because they were forced to, they were coerced into doing it. But then that a black person say, white lives matter too. Oh no. You're a sellout Uncle Tom coon, you hate your people. I mean, all of these crazy things that people are saying to Ken is on. And this is the first time I didn't even ask her. About who initiated, but in the article that daily wire wrote about it, she, I would say admitted, admitted it's not the word. She ended up mentioning that Kanye West came up with the idea kind of at the last minute. He said, hey, I want you to be a part of this fashion show. I'm assuming he flew her out to London, which was probably a fun flight. He flew out to London, probably on the private jet because you know Kanye is a billionaire. So that probably was a cool little experience. And then when she got there, he put the shirt out there and said, hey, let's do this. And she said, let's go.

How Deuteronomy Addresses Gender Distinction

"Neither sex is may wear the clothes of another sex. It sounds like cross dressing me. What does deuteronomy say about that? Yeah, that's exactly what it says. A man can wear women's clothing and vice versa. If it Bible is based on distinctions, God is not a manner distinct, got a nature or distinct man and animal or distinct good and evil or distinct parent and child are distinct and men and women are distinct. The only inherent distinction in the human species is not racial, it is sexual. There are two beings in the human species, male and female. That's from genesis.

"Dennis, I want to ask you, what is the difference in your opinion between deuteronomy, why is deuteronomy so different than exodus leviticus numbers? So deuteronomy got the name from the Greek deutero is two and almost as law. This is the second law. In other words, this is Moses. This is all from Moses, and he says I'm summarizing everything that preceded. There are more laws in deuteronomy than in any other part of the Bible. 245 mistaken. And I try to explain every of them because they're spectacular profound. Deuteronomy alone whistle blow your mind at who my mind. The founders of America quoted deuteronomy more than they quoted any other secular or religious they quoted the French enlightenment thinkers on this second and deuteronomy first. It's an extraordinary book. That is amazing. I didn't even know that. I didn't know that. I didn't even know that when I wrote it.

"Chelsea Gabbard leaving a Democrat party is pretty interesting to me. I always say, if you are a Democrat, you know they come on TV, they go on Fox News and they talk about all my parties doing this. And you still a Democrat. And then I don't know what to tell you. I don't know if I believe what you're saying. If you are a Democrat, you're remaining a Democrat, but then you're coming out and espousing conservative values is very suspicious to me. So I'm not shocked that tussie gabbert is leaving the Democrat party. Now, before you conservatives get in your feelings and get all jump on the bandwagon, she did not say she was going to become a Republican. And if you ask me, if anybody that's serious and in a political climate that we're in, if you leave the Democrat party, you should be a part of the Republican Party. You don't leave the Democrat party to be an independent or a libertarian, or the Green Party. You are not serious about politics. You may want to and your mind you may think it's appropriate is more conducive. I would say, I would say not conducive, but consistent with what you believe, but you have no political future in the Green Party.

You didn't like his policy. Just say you did like his policy, or you didn't like him as a person, move on. But to lie and say he's a racist and all this stuff, it's just absolutely stupid to me. And I don't get why that's not more common. The only reason 'cause she's hot. That's it. Can I be honest with y'all? The only reason she got a place on her 'cause she's hot. The only reason anybody listening to her 'cause she's fine. Can we just, nothing, she said, make any sense. She's a complete liar in a fraud. Because if she say that she'd been telling Donald Trump that he should not condone white supremacy, and she's there with him every day. And I got the clips, baby. The forgotten man hooked me up. "In these crazy times, people constantly ask me what can I do? What can I do? Well, here's one thing you can do. You can help our Friends at the alliance defending freedom. These guys are heroes. In fact, I wanted to have Tyson langhart for he's a senior counsel at ADF and director of the center for academic freedom at ADF to talk about to us about something they're working on now. So you get some sense of what these heroes at ADF are doing Tyson Lang hoffer, who is currently in loudoun county, Virginia, welcome to the program. Thanks for having me here. You tell us about the case of Pam Ricard. This is just so classic. I mean, the evils that people are dealing with that parents are having to deal with with schools effectively telling them we can do what we want with your kids. We don't need your permission. I mean, this is as un American as anything imaginable. It's happening now and you guys at ADF are dealing with it. You're fighting the battle. So tell us about the case of Pam Ricard. Yeah, sure. So Pam's a middle school math teacher in junction city, Kansas. And. A year ago, Pam was forced to basically was forced to use pronouns of students at the request and she said, look, I'll be happy to use their name, but I just don't want to lie to the students. But on top of that, the school told her that she had to use the legal name and biological pronoun communicating with parents, but yet when the students who use the preferred name and she said, okay, so what you're saying is she had to participate as a teacher. She was being told to deceive the parents. This is what she was being told to do.

Adam Laxalt: Opponents Rely on Out-Of-State Donors

"Your opponent is a radical radical leftist This isn't hyperbole She supported this Minnesota freedom funding where they were actually bailing out people who were rioting and burning down America's cities If that were a Republican like you doing that you'd be in jail right now in a gulag in Washington D.C. This is a radical Don't let her get off with this moderate crap It's all an act Yeah look the only reason some of these races are tight it's because these Democrats have unlimited money and my opponent has for example 90% of her money comes from California New York and they're showering in these small dollar donations And all these things our candidates got so outspent over the summer that they're buying these races They're recasting themselves this centrist a lot of our candidates couldn't respond over the summer and now that we're all up on TV and we're actually able to tell the other side of the story It doesn't matter how much she pretends like she supports law enforcement The reality is all the law enforcement that supported her in 16 when she was a former AG she got law enforcement They all flipped to me because they knew that during BLM and during the last few really tough years for law enforcement she was nowhere to be found And every major national vote where she could have made her third she voted with the Democrats And as she does for the economic agenda for the border policies and so they just are willing to say whatever it takes to win and we need small dollar donors And I know by the way I know it's a tough time And the inflation crisis is hitting our donors Much harder than is their rich donors from San Francisco and New York But they need to dig deep they got to help candidates like myself and Adam Lang sol dot com And these key races

J6 Political Prisoner Jake Lang Shares His Story

"Got a call from our new friend in prison, Jake Lang, Jake, welcome to the program. God bless here. Thank you for having me on. Jake, we've said very little about you, so I want you to take this opportunity while you have the phone to tell my audience who you are and why you are there. I'm Jake Lang, January 6th, political prisoner, have been locked in solitary confinement for over 20 months for defending my country and our constitution on January 6th from communist coup by the Joe Biden regime that has persecuted over 900 red blooded solid American citizens and throwing us in jail and slapped us with multiple felony charges, all for standing up against tyranny and against the solen election. And we are in the midst of a battle for our country and for our nation and the January 6th political prisoners and the Patriots are the frontline patriots in this battle. And we're surviving by the grace of God and we're thriving in these horrible conditions that we've been placed in God is still been able to give us so much grace and so much mercy and connect. I mean, literally tens of thousands of us on our families all across the country, our prayer group calls and different legal funds and actually an amazing event happening September 24th year in Washington, D.C. called January 6 solidarity press conference and truth rally that I'll tell your audience more about here in a little bit. But we're fighting back, we will not give up. We will not surrender.

"Say, I'm teaching in an episcopalian school, you may as well be teaching in a pagan communist school. I mean, at this point, the Episcopal Church, the Church of England, these places have gone over to the dark side decades ago, many decades ago. But I don't think it's as bad in Ireland, okay? I don't think. Right. Well, these are prisoners of conscience and what they do and which is so important is that they force all of us to look at our own lives and to do what you just did to say, would I do the right thing? Would I be willing to speak the truth when it's not just unpopular, but when it may get me thrown into jail, folks, if you really believe this is ultimately the point of my new book letter to the American church, if you claim to believe what Christians say they believe, then you should have no fear of these things. You should know, God is with you powerfully when you dissent from telling lies. When you do these things, we all need to live our faith in that way or stop pretending we have faith. When people

John Zmirak: Teacher in Ireland Chooses Prison Over Lying to Children

"Piece now at stream dot org titled. This Christian teacher in Ireland chooses prison over telling hellish lies to children, would we do the same? And in it, I ask, what are the things that you would be willing to go to prison rather than say? I mean, there are certain things if they told me to say I'm going to go to prison. I'd say I'm without meeting them. Like, yeah, the 2020 election was the most secure in history. Yeah, the Democrats care about black Americans, best interests. No Stacey Abrams does not look fat in that dress or any dress. She looks fabulous. I'd repeat those kind of things. What I would not do is teach to children as a teacher, tell children things like Jesus was an impostor whose body rotted in the grave. Caesar is God. I wouldn't tell them abortion is a morally acceptable choice. That same sex marriage is good. Or I wouldn't tell them biological sex isn't really real God or Darwin or whatever. Sometimes it makes mistakes and puts a boy in a girl's body or vice versa. And what matters is the gender inside your head would you need to discover others have to respect it and affirm it via surgery and hormones. That's what you're saying when you use the they pronoun for someone who's gender confused. You are saying that their illusions are real and that they should obey them. You are repeating Satan's voice in that person's head.

John Zmirak Discusses Enoch Burke, Jailed Teacher in Ireland

"I always want to talk to you about everything at once. So what should we talk about first? Well, since we're talking about a January 6th political prisoner, potentially calling you from America's gulag, I think it's appropriate to speak to someone who's in a European good luck. Enoch Burke is sitting in prison in Ireland, the Republic of Ireland right now, because he was teaching at a Christian school there run by the church of Ireland, which is the Anglican church there. And a student there, and a young student claims that he's transitioning to be female. And wants people to use the pronouns they and them. And enigma is an evangelical Christian from a large and fervent evangelical Christian family. And he said he wouldn't do that. He's not going to affirm a demonic lie that some activist convinced this kid of he's not going to participate in and encourage this kid ruining his life by following this fantasy to get himself chemically castrated maybe physically castrated. Dosed with dangerous hormones made medically dependent on the pharmaceutical industry for the rest of his life, all in service of demonic confusion. He said he's not going to do it. He's going to use the correct biological pronouns for this book.

Incarcerated Political Prisoner Jake Lang Calls in From Prison

"Very pleased to welcome to the podcast Jake Lang. Now Jake is actually calling in from prison from incarceration. He's a 27 year old January 6th political prisoner. He has been incarcerated for over 540 days. He and his team recently released the film, it's called the truth about January 6th, Debbie and I watched it last night. You can watch it a J 6, the number 6 truth dot org. It's intended to bring truth and awareness to what happened on January 6th. Jacob, thank you so much for calling in. I know that your free time is, well, you get so little of it and it's a little shocking to me that you have been incarcerated for over a year, when is your trial scheduled? Hey, Jeanette, God bless you. Thanks for having me. My trial is not till January 9th, 2023, two years being a political prisoner in this country without a free and fair trial, speedy trial. No constitutional rights anymore, man. I mean, this is so outrageous. And is it the reason is the reason for your incarceration, the judge's determination that you are somehow a danger to the community, they feel like you're a threat if they let you go home and show up for trial when you're due. Yeah, I say, I say that that position that all these judges are taking as politically biased, they need to hold some of us for their democratic handlers. To basically show fidelity to the Democratic Party and not let the January sixers go home and await trial like normal

And with that, let's talk about the young star comes out she may have young superstar out of the UFC as ten and O fighting out of Sweden. I see Darren tills over there training with them now. Everyone I've heard from Chael Sonnen, Darren till they talk about this guy's training and work ethic and he's just a killer and I mean he's been just mauling people and smashing people in the UFC most recently fought the space and when the kids need the Chinese kid one second. He just like picked him up, picked him up from behind and was like carrying him across the ring and like yelling at Dana White as he's carrying this guy. I mean it was kind of humiliating for the opponent but my God it was impressive that was against Shang Lang Lang Lee back at the UFC two 67 below which verse Tex era and he's just been on a tear and I know you've had a chance to watch some of his previous fights. He's got Gilbert burns coming up talking about him getting potential title shot or maybe who they talking about crack at Colby Covington after this one. It just seems like he's moving so fast through the ranks. I'm dying to hear your thoughts on this kid after you've had a chance to look at some of his fights. Before I go into that, you mention a name. You mentioned a great Chael Sonnen. And for you, fans that didn't see our last week's podcast where we had both shell and Anthony Smith on. I was out in Vegas and they were out in Vegas, obviously, doing the same thing I was doing. I was covering with them because obviously they're the experts when it comes to this stuff to the MMA stuff, but they were gracious enough to allow me to go with them on ESPN during the coverage of them as the door Covington fight. So they were good enough to come on with us the Monday after the fight. And break it down in our episode last week. They were magnificent. I know I said it to them directly when we did that show, but I have to say, again, for those of you who didn't see that episode, go see it. Really? See that episode with me and Ken with gel and with Anthony breaking down what happened in UFC two 72 with Mazda door and Covington. It was that good that it forced me to say it again. As far as trauma of well, here's my breakdown of this prodigy because he looks like a prodigy. Obviously this budding superstar. He's not defeated for me, that's one of his strengths. Why? Because he has to learn how to lose. And he fights that way. Like he doesn't want to learn, and he's never going to learn. He fights with that kind of supreme confidence where that's not, that's not so easy to say. You know, not everyone fights with that supreme confidence where their belief where they know there's only one result when they get into that ring or in this case that cage. And the result's going to be them. You know, being the winner. Obviously. I think about him a little bit. I can't help it when I see these guys who are so good on a mat. And so serious and so talented and so technically solid too. It reminds me a little bit of maca chef. Oh, who's a protege of the great Khabib? He reminds me in that class and when I talk about these guys and he's kind of special ways that I am right now. Obviously it all connects for me, at least, to Khabib. Maybe the greatest of all time. Who retired 29 zero, I believe that's what it would be tight. But that shows you how great he is and how great I think he is, just to bring me to a name like that. You know, I know he's got a long way to go. But to bring me to a name like that, that it connects me to him and speaks volume for what he shows me in so many ways. First of all, he's a superior wrestler. That's advent in on the mat. Smart, forget about the ferociousness and all that stuff to see. Smart and just great technique. You know, he could be the strongest. I always said about Mike Tyson. How strong it was for the great punch he was with that. But that wouldn't have meant anything really. If he didn't have the technique to use those qualities, make a guy miss, get inside a guy, take away his jab. You know, go to the body, go to the head, make a miss, make him pay. Create openings without the technique. That ability, you know, wouldn't have been recognized on a stage that it was recognized to the level that it was recognized to a level that it was obviously that it produced what it produced. This guy has that to go with the talent. He's so strong. But he's so smart, his technique is unreal. His pressures relentless, he, I talk about fighters, and I'm going to use the same.

"lang lang" Discussed on The Essential Oil Revolution

"It takes just the story behind it, right? It takes about 5000 pounds of rose petals to distill one pound of essential oil. I mean, that's huge, right? That's an entire house. So that behind itself that for me and that would be when I recommend to people because of the story behind it. Look at how much rose petals it takes just to make us this beautiful bottle of rose oil. The story behind that. And because it is such a grounding oil and you want to be grounded when you're when you're in your manifestation practice. Walk us through your morning manifestation practice if you don't mind. I'm super curious. Yes, I would love to. I would love to. So every morning, so I am a mom of two young boys and it's very important for me to put me first. Me and my energy first. And I could talk forever about just the societal constraints why maybe we as moms are taught and led to not put ourselves first. But I come from a belief that when I take care of myself first, I can then better serve my family. And that's been proven time and time and time again in my family. So I get up at an early riser and no I didn't used to be. And it wasn't always super fun when I was in it still isn't always great on the cold mornings here. But when I get up ahead of my family and to a quiet home to take care of myself first and start my manifesting routine, my entire day transcends into exactly how I wanted to unfold. Versus I used to wake up to kids screaming, mommy, come get me out of bed or something happened or, you know, whatever. I wasn't in control of my mornings. And so when I wake up my morning routine is I wake up ahead of my kids, I get a workout in, and then I sit down and I'll meditate for 30 minutes to an hour. I journal. What's coming up for me? What came up in my meditation? I'll diffuse oils during that time when I meditating and journaling. And really tuning into myself, what do I feel? What are my feelings? What are my intentions for the day? I do a lot of visualization in the morning and then also before I go to bed the night before about how I want my next day to play out. And I do that same thing in the morning. And really my morning routine is about an hour and a half. And then I get in the shower and get dressed for how I want to look and feel that day. And then I go on to my mom routine. Doing all the mom thinks. So it's a very quiet centered process, all about me and what feels good for me. And that usually involves every day a workout a meditation and a journal. You're really not just giving lip service to the outage of putting your oxygen mask on first. Or filling your cup up so that you can fill other cups up. You really are living that every single day or I imagine most mornings. And it can't be easy getting up that early as I imagine you go to bed pretty early. Yeah, usually by ten, ten 30 for sure. Yeah, you know, I've taught myself that it's important for me to get a good night's sleep and I've taught myself, you know, that needs to be about 7 ish hours. I can function on that. And I also take really good care of myself, you know, in terms of the supplements and the vitamins and meditation is also a form of rest, right when you're quieting your mind even on a week. So yeah. Yeah, that's wonderful. So you use rows as part of that practice or it was one of your favorite go tos. What are some of your other go to oils? Or was there anything else you wanted to share about rose before we move on to a different oil? No, I think rose speaks for itself. I would just encourage if anybody hasn't tried it. It's definitely worth the investment. Definitely worth the investment. And then the next oil that's part of my morning routine is Idaho blue spruce. And Idaho blue spruce is because it's the highest frequency oil. It's higher than rose. And it's a steal of a deal, for sure. I love love, love, Idaho blue spruce. I love the way that it smells. I love that it's at a higher frequency than greens like broccoli or wheatgrass has a frequency of 70 and Idaho blue spruce is 428 for reference megahertz. So it has 6 times more frequency, which I mean. Talk about bang for your buck there, right? And when you're talking about early in the morning meditation when you might be feeling tired when you might be feeling, you know, your mind and your body is fighting you in terms of letting go and getting quiet, you really need this frequency. This extra help, right, to raise your energetic frequency to give you some energy for you to feel that pull. And Idaho blue spruce does that for me. I wonder how it compares to Idaho black spruce or especially the northern lights black spruce that grows underneath the aurora borealis. It's such a, I know they've done some preliminary frequency studies on it, but I don't know if I need to look up the latest research on it. I'm curious about the difference between the black and the blue spruces and yeah, it's funny everyone kind of goes to rose as the highest frequency but you're right, it's not. It's the spruces. Yeah. It's such a great smelling oil as well. And what's your third oil that you like to go to for this? This was a toss up when you guys asked me this question, but I went with highest potential. Because is that not what you're going for when you're manifesting, right? You're a nice highest version of yourself. Your highest potential. The scent and aroma is so uplifting, yet it gives such a calming, gives me such a calming vibe. I had to go with high potential because it fits exactly right. Exactly what I'm looking for. This is an oil that I use not only do I diffuse, but often I will put a drop across my forehead too. As I go throughout my day. I love this one. I make it into a roller balls all the time to give as gifts. To people because it just, every time I give it to someone, I kind of have this inward smile of just like, you're gonna have a great day to day, you know? I need put this on. It's so great. What oils make up the highest potential blend? So Lang Lang is in there, Jasmine is in there. There's an Australian blue in there. That's what makes it kind of that blue a bluish color. I love that. And the length, the linguine is what gives the calm and soothing for me and sort of harmonizes if you will. I love that about it. Do you find a difference when you're using oils for manifesting as far as the way you use them topically versus diffusing or internally and the effectiveness it has for your practice? You know, I don't. I think I'm an and person. I'm gonna end to mom. Or is not part of my vocabulary it's and always..

"Mom now that is absolutely me. No this is the most important moment life right now show. here's fat. yes. I appreciate it. Thanks buster this. Is the numbers game with sarah lang's lang's reporter and producer friend. That'll be dot com. Sarah let off the show today. It's pretty clear. I think the tampa bay rays the best in baseball are excuse me best team in the american league. Would you agree with me absolutely. I mean you know here. They are playing the red sox again. And we start to think okay. Is this where the red sox can make their move get back to where they were in the division and yet again the racist continue to dominate. I mean you know. They've done what they need to do. Against bad teams. I mean if we look at what they did against orioles this year that helps pat a lot of their sats but it's not just padding because we've seen good teams not beat those bad teams teams that they need to and the race do that. Yeah the raise are thirty. Five games over five hundred and they're seventeen games over five hundred against the baltimore. Orioles sorry to bring up some ugly numbers for ya and so when people. I sent out on twitter. The idea that the of the best team in the american league a lot the pushback was well. Yeah that's against yours. Unlike yankees play the orioles. Red sox play the orioles. The blue jays. Play the orioles. And nobody's played with more efficiency than tampa bay. Exactly i mean. They had a plus seventy nine run differential against oriels this year. That is the second highest are run differential of any team against the single opponent in the divisional era was the nineteen seventy. Four dodgers against the padres was the only one larger was only plus a d. too. So it's not that far different and you need to beat those teams just as much as you need to be able to beat teams like the red sox but what really stands out to me with the raises that this race team is exactly what we've come to expect from these raise teams lately. I think they really good defense. Especially in the outfield where they lead the majors outs above average and the bullpen is really really carrying them and was able to carry them through a period. When they didn't have quite as much offense and now they have wandered. Ronco who cannot not get on base is a third game on base streak. It's among the longest ever for a player as young as he is and he was brought up at a time when they kind of needed some offense in he didn't get off to the great start initially and no one would have put the hopes of an entire offense on a twenty year old player. But here he is. He is starting to carry them and he's been playing so well as we talked about last week for this last month or so so i did a pre game show on as cast Over the weekend with vince. Control neo Part of the as broadcast team and he mentioned that most people probably couldn't identify the five race. Starters i said well you know what i. That's not special. Because like kevin cash can identify a month out. Who's going to start day after day but one guy we're going to be talking a lot about is the guy was on last night louis. Patino good lord of his stuff is awesome me watching that game last night. That's a guy you can see in october. Controlling bats absolutely and he's the type of pitcher who you know. I feel like the rays have done so much with. I mean he was are the you know. He had so much expectation everything else when they got him from the padres but he was the type of pitcher where when they got him you knew he was going to get to that potential and then some and maybe it took a little bit longer or whatever else but although swings and misses lhasa. Cy you tweeting about that early on through like the first or second inning. And he's absolutely type of pitcher that they can utilize in that perfect raise way especially on october. Twenty one years old right. The giants might be in first place nationally west but it feels like only matter of time before the dodgers run them down there now game and a half out in the national league west. Got the two of them on sunday night baseball this week. Tell me what you're seeing in the dodgers now because it does feel like this is this surge where they're going to pass the giants it does and this feels like the moment where we can talk about the dodgers depth. We can talk about how great they are. Cody bellinger as a platoon player at this point and they have so many other guys that they're able to do that. I mean you know The game last night was on. Espn and i believe they highlighted in the lineup Heading into the game the first seven players lineup had all been all sir at some point in their career and then the guy batting eighth was will smith who has had an incredible month and has the fifth most home runs of any dodgers catcher under At the age of twenty six or under which is notable because they are young catchers in the hall of fame in mike piazza. And you know they've just been firing on all cylinders and the thing that really stands out to me with them is the pitching and the fact that has been able to weather a handful of different storms. That they've had on field and also field david three point. Oh four era. Overall as a team the next lowest era in this is combining relievers and starters the next lowest era in the majors. Of the dines at three point two eight. i mean that is a significant separation. And that's really what we've seen from. The dodgers seems in the last few years as they've really been dominating the national league alright for thursday. Just give you heads up. Let's talk about the best pitchers in baseball We do this list with you every every year..

"Definitely like Driven into my head at some point And i can't necessarily remember all of the explicit places that i would hope that but it was very clear very clear to me in the same way that growing up. You know you have to wear a dress to look like a little girl but also keep your legs closed like all that kind of stuff which is also a part of it And i'm not even. I think what was confusing for me and trying to figure out how to express my sexuality. Express my femininity as that. I was told that when you are a very sexual person it has to come. Across like mae west are madonna. Or i know grace jones. You know like it has to be a big production. But i'm an introvert. And i don't necessarily want to come into the room. Lang lang boy wants to come over here. You know. I didn't want i don't want to do that So people you know they. They are they here. They read that. I talk about sex and desire a lot in expect. I don't know they expect this really this larger than life image of sex with me. And you're not necessarily going to get that. I remember one guy said you walk so goofy. Sex is amazing. And i was like. Oh okay thanks. I don't know what that means. He was trying to say that. You know. I don't seem like i am. You know someone you don't want to let go of and the bedroom or whatever and i just have to be like you know what i am a silly goofy person and it's not until we are in the comfort of my home that maybe you're going to see a little bit of the mae west. Come out and i just kinda had to the exploration with media system in trying to be dom an episode. That really helps me a lot because it let me know. I don't have to try on a costume. You know are good. Just a figure more out what works for me And just go for it and not worry about like. I can't worry about how you're going to think. I look Or higher. You think i should be. I really can't. i'm tired. And i think also just having been working in and being decide dissatisfied with my professionalize i was like i can't be dissatisfied with my professional life and my sex life. Something's gotta give some somewhere. I have to be happy You know and i it was the bedroom and then now the professional life stuff is happening so i feel much better about myself go. They're still like those body. Image issues are still like popping up which better though i kind of have to beat back with a stick sometimes but Yeah i i think when we're unhappy in one place then it comes out someplace else and you have to figure out if i can't control this environment. I have to control that environment. So that's that's what That's been really helpful for me. And you know i was actually thinking about the last line of the book about how the power vaccine i think. Somebody tweeted to me or something. Like that. And i was thinking about people who are really mean online. Now just like you can say. I really love apples and someone comes in. And that's because you're a stupid bitch like what five. I'm just talking about apples. And i think what that is is. They don't have power in the way that they can have power is by ruining somebody's day just coming in his shitting on their parade and that makes them feel good. That gives them this rush. That that you know is very heavy whereas for me. I want people to feel good and i want to feel the so. That's my power and is making making sure that i feel good at some point when i'm having a really bad day just finding something whether it's treasury run or a romance novel something like that that That i can write down. At least i had this for today. You know because if these other people were to write that down in a gratitude journal. I mean someone cry today like what. Why are you proud of that. Yeah so i've been thinking a lot about Power and how he tried to Regain that in a way in a world where we are constantly losing control and constantly losing pallor bike. Are we going back into lockdown. Because that seems imminent you know. We can't control that. We can't seem to control other people's habits. So what can we control. We can control our hobbies and how we treat other people so that maybe becomes contagious. You he mentioned kind of in passing. You mentioned romance novels and wondering if there's anything you've read recently or that you're reading right now that you would recommend that you want to mention blue. Okay so i think it might be cheating because I'm going to do an event with her but the dating playbook just came out By rashawn that's really good Be saying editor. She's your grand central. Right yeah yeah And i recently read tests. A bailey's latest. I think has happened on summer That was pretty good and Rebecca weatherspoon's cowboy series that she just started. I love that. I've been really interested in reading About black mexican cowboys and getting more of that is that when i do i remember being younger and reading cowboy romances and just not really enjoying them because a lot of them were Native they were based excuse me they were based in native stereotypes and they were just really uncomfortable It was a lot of kidnapping of white women and the young was a mess. So i just never went back to that but i wanted cowboys in the last year so I've been reading those books. That some of the stuff i could reading. Can i ask you about a romance romance. My favorite genre and you mentioned something called ashes in the wind by kathleen woulda with the book. And i've got a flag. This is that a good book too. Is that a recommend recommendation I think so if you keep in mind. The context of winner was written right. You have to do. Yeah so it is about This woman She is she.

"You emotionally centered and balanced Helping you to make sure that you get good sleep at night which is necessary because we we need to have plenty asleep because we heal in our sleep We you know no matter what's going on We could have like a really stressful day. But if we can get a good night's sleep the next day things are just you know. Problems don't seem as big so That is why think like frankencense is a really powerful oil to have on hand. And then like i said it's really good for skin. I use it for myself for scarring so those those like my top five on their own. They're great on their own. But then the other when i was saying that it's real very versatile so i like the fact that within those five. There's a lot of different combinations you can do. So like. For example the lemon lavender peppermint you can put those three together to help with like respiratory discomfort irritation because of the seasonal changes. And that's just a great blend. You can put it in your future. You can make a roller out of it. You know rolling on your Arolla like on my neck and like my chest area But the and. Then there's also like lemon and peppermint you know diffuse it in the house to you know so everything smells like fresh and clean but also it's a really good surly like in the mornings. Have a good start to the day. Just kind of really motive is like a motivational blend and then limited citronella. You know in the diffuser outside to help. Keep away pests But then also you know limited nell is also good. Like in bathrooms to help with With different odors and then frankencense and lavender at night to help get a good night's sleep. So i like these because you can kind of mix and match. Yeah with wheels are so many different uses and competitions that you can use. I love it so a maryland. What would you say to someone that told you. They were just too busy us. Essential oil well first of all. Tell them that using essential oils that it's easier than they think. But because i do think that many people you know when they say they're too busy they're associating using essential oils with making your own cosmetics making your own laundry soap or making your own air freshener And i mean some people go that route. But i think that there are also a lot of different products In the marketplace that have pure essential oils as the ingredients that are just a safe and effective as a diy options. And now it's just a matter of when choosing a company doing the due diligence to make sure that the essential oils that they're using are truly pure and and not synthetics I think that's that's the most important piece But then you know. And while. I might make. I'm i do make soap. M own body oils but i purchase my own laundry soap. Because i don't want to take the time to make it but overall it's about switching to plant based products that don't have those problematic ingredients at cost the health problems or other side effects. So which however is you know the best way to get to that goal. Then you know that's that is what's what's gonna be important to help you stay healthy. Yeah absolutely. I find that it really just comes down to education. People assume it takes a lot of time or they assume they have to know you know all the ins and outs to be able to use essential oils but once you learn the very basics with you can go listen to episode number. One of this podcast. It's under twenty minutes long. It tells you everything you need to know to use them safely and effectively and boom. You're empowered you're ready to go. Then it's really just a matter of steps baby steps into slowly changing the choices that you're making about the products you're using or the things that you're reaching for for support but using essential oils can be as simple as holding a bottle opening it up and smelling it boom. You've just and it doesn't have to be where you know you start off with like ten fifteen oil. You know your collection can just be lavender and peppermint you know to start off or lavender limited peppermint And then and as you use them you say okay you know. Well i kinda want something. I want something relaxing. But i wanna floral and it's like okay. Well now we've you know we're we're going to suggest you know something else Geranium or or lang lang or something like that And then say well. I kind of like the tree you know maybe now when you suggest in pine and you know one of the spaces or you know the for grand for it so it it just it just grows and then everybody's like oh and i don't have teacher i'm like okay. Yeah now you get to teach you and before you know it you've got a nice little modest collection And you say oh. I thought i didn't have to and you don't even need to have like you said a big collection to get started. But even if you do just because you're using essential oils does not mean that you are now joined in as in the granola club as i like to call because a lot of people have fear around that i was watching a documentary on amazon prime and the other day that pink did the singer. She did a little documentary behind the scenes of order tours and she pulls out some thieves sprayed and she starts spraying spraying thieves around. Her kid was sick. And you know is pink. The the epitome of granola crunchy will stop absolutely not you but she uses thieves. So you know you're you're in with the cool kids to even if you don't go you know full blown. Essential oil world. It's it's not that yeah for everyone. I know some There was a guy he was like. Well when i was talking about essential as he's like well. I like taking showers. I'm like i said as using essential oils doesn't mean you don't bathe that. That's not what that me i said. Just because there there are a few people that said. I don't have to shower because i use pachulia answer to have all that pachulia doing is just pachulia over steak. That's not. That's not the funniest thing i've ever heard. I love it. America's you're full of so many just quick easy tips. I love it. Will you leave our listeners with just one.
