"Evaluate her music. You mentioned in your review, you mentioned the sort of decreased specificity in the songwriting, which I think is accurate on this record. I wonder does that seem like a reaction against, I don't know what in Norman or the reception because you would think the reception was so positive, but is it a reaction on some level? Or does it just feel like kind of the slightly lesser cousin to Norman like the stuff that just kind of like didn't quite hit as hard, but like here we still are. I think the scope of this record is much smaller. And in some ways, that's good. I think that lust for life honeymoon to their detriment are kind of meandering. Don't really have a central point that they're trying to make. And this record is like a lot leaner and clearer in what it's trying to say than those two albums. The flip side is that what it's trying to say is it's hard being famous. And sometimes I don't want to be. And that with the exception of take care, it's really hard to make an entire record. Compelling on that team. The collaboration we didn't know we needed. Oh, let's talk of mine. But yeah, I, to me, that is both the kind of streamlining emphasis of this record and what makes it feel like a minor work compared to this really sweeping statement she was making on the last record. And I think she would probably agree with that too. It feels intentionally smaller and more intimate. It is at the same time, though, definitely still jumbly inasmuch as there are pieces that do feel like they could belong on other albums. And I think some actually literally did have intent to belong on past some. Like, wild at heart, that could be on ultraviolence or even a very polished cutoff born to die. There's still some whole hog Lana pieces on it that I think make it such a nice rich portrait of the person the portrait that she's given us off lyric and lyric and in music. I wanted to pick up on something we alluded to a little bit, but could America handle a conservative pop star right now. And if so, islana that conservative pop star. I don't think she's a pop star. I'm gonna pick that bone actually. Oh fine. But like, I think she's on that level. I don't consider her conservative. I don't think she would identify her politics. I really liked a phrase that you used as white delusion instead of white privilege. I think she represents someone who maybe didn't have to think about a lot of these questions until fairly recently. I don't think she had to really consider what feminism was before the whole born to die conversation. And I still don't think she has a clear understanding of what it is as a political movement in one of her Instagram nodes she is talking about how feminism needs to make space for fragility and for women who look and act like me and the whole point of feminism is that the entire culture that was all the only type of women who were accepted and valorized were people who performed a certain kind of fragility and looked roughly the way that she does. So I think that she sometimes is thrust in this position of having to make statements about things that she has never had to be terribly informed about and maybe that is a broader, more relatable thing about her to people who are like looking for someone more moderate or looking for someone who hasn't had to have a stance on all of these social issues that are suddenly really in the public discourse in a way that they hadn't been 20 years ago or something. And by me, you even talk about this at the top of your review in terms of Lana talking about the need for everyone, including the capitol rioters to wild out. It's not a statement I can imagine Katy Perry making. You know, Taylor Swift. I just can't imagine that. Ariana Grande. Ariana Grande. Yeah, she can't imagine. Whether it's empathetic or skeptical or whatever, I just couldn't imagine anybody else engaging with it in that way. And I think you opening your piece with that, it was like a little bit of a chill kind of like, huh, what's really cooking here? What's this? Where do the delusions lie? And some part of me wonder is to how where her PR team is, but on second or third thought, I think it actually is sort of savvy in the sort of sideways way and this is a crazy word, but kind of refreshing, again, and sort of a sideways way to see her so clearly and so lucidly as this person who she's been serious all along. She has been dead serious. You know, I think there's so much to be said about what's anticipated from a pop star or a star of her caliber and what we get. And it's not just, I think it's our version of the aughts, teen queen, gone wild degeneracy, where they're going nuts at clubs and getting photographed by paparazzi. But she's a poster. You know, it's this online degeneracy that's really made her for better or worse like a very clear image of a very certain type of person. It's not menacing, but it reflects back a very certain mindset. Do you think that mindset provides sucker to people who don't find it elsewhere in contemporary popular music or pop or whatever framing? Do you think that it provides a certain kind of like wink wink, nudge nudge? Maybe. Sucker is hilarious. Yeah. It's like the next next album title. There is something I will say is like very inhabitable about her music. And I think it does make for a certain type of Stan. And it does make for a certain type of listen. When you listen, Nielsen and white dress are as white as her dress. And you know, you can become the main character of her Lana songs. And it is, it is a lavish thing, especially would be curious to see what her non white fans are like. But if I could speak personally, it is the idea of being a sort of perfect 50s angel, a sort of Shirley Temple, teenager, heartbreaker, to be hot and young and bulletproof in a couple ways, but also very vulnerable in a couple of ways. It's cool. It's all lives. As a kid say it's a mood. I am sort of always shocked that there are not more kind of like aesthetic Lana tiktoks like they would kind of like be good for aesthetic tiktoks, and maybe they're out there and I just haven't encountered them, although given that I spend three hours a day on TikTok, it seems unlikely, but I'm always surprised they would provide good rich, very, very textured homes for that kind of thing. I get that you have to be attentive to TikTok professionally, but I'm sorry. I don't know how you do that. Oh, no. Come on. Where are you? No, that's the wrong answer. That's not the right answer. This is the hotbed of Gen Z and post post Gen Z this is where all the action is. It's not anywhere else. This is vital. It's vibrant. It's theatrical. It's hilarious. It's provocative. It's home. These are my Friends, Mina. I want you to listen back to this later. And I'll play it. I'll play it for my therapist. How about this?.

"Around my lady I'm joined Lindsay Zola as here, Lindsay, hello. Hi. Lindsey reviewed the new Lana Del Rey album for The New York Times. Joining us also for the first time mean the top of Coley is here. Mina. What's up? Mina reviewed the album for pitchfork. We are going to be talking about Lana, which means we are going to be talking about American conservatism or iconography or the tug of war of willpower. I don't know what we're going to be talking about. We're going to be talking about California and leaving California. Actually, just a quick sidebar to the two people who emailed me separately about our Grammys episode informing me that both black pumas and her are played on the radio in California. I want to say to you that I appreciate you underscoring my New York centric understanding of radio programming and also want to acknowledge that that is a strange thing. So thank you for sharing with me. It remains strange. While we are in California, back to Lana Del Rey, chemtrails over the country club. It's newly out. We have the authors of the two definitive reviews. Mina, let's kick it off with you. Can you talk a little bit about this album, especially in context of Norman Rockwell? Because to me at least, they feel like if not exactly of a piece, we're in a similar era to me in my ear, but I wonder if you could talk about where they sit together and also in the bigger picture of Lana. I think it might be beneficial to begin. Maybe at the beginning, we don't have to do this elaborately. We can start with the tail as old as time. Actually, I'd probably begin in like 1950, which is sort of blended with 2011. This woman named Nala del Rey came out with a pop album that for so many was sort of out of nowhere, ex nihilo. And it was this singular strange document that blended together so much American detritus and a really specific style of American detritus. There was this image bank sort of yanked from an America that exists only. And symbols and signs, you know, Gatsby sugar daddy's cherry pies, Marilyn Monroe. She revealed a lot of things that I think a lot of people consider flat ridiculous or sort of like worn down by time. And speaking of that era, Mina is gonna take me to the red table later in this episode about 2012, although 2011 and 2012. So I'm looking forward to that. But please talk more about these shop Warren symbols of a decayed and yet still glorious American history. I think both of you and Lindsay did excellent reviews of born to time when it came out. I honestly had now read that in years. I was really grateful for the opportunity to revisit it. It was like I was hopped up on frosted flakes when I was reading it. It's honestly I thought it was like, damn, let's go. This is like, yeah, like what's 2011 means? Yes. Anyway, we'll come back to it. Please continue. I feel like whenever I reread my old pieces, I feel like the healthy attitude is just light discussed. But I've been doing this a long time. I've worked that. I've worked at both out of my system and also it is in my system so irretrievably that like I just it's just there always. I don't acknowledge it. I just know it's there. Yeah, it's easy to sort of press those memories down. But speaking of memories, we're talking about Lana, her aesthetic load stars. You know, they're not just idiosyncratic for pop star to have, but they're sort of pretty strict. The year ultra violence came out her second album, the now defunct website, tiny mixtapes, published a literal index along her second album with a sort of audit of all of the tropes and themes and the words that see sort of cycles and recycles. Oh, wow. I don't remember that. Shout out to tiny mixtapes. The gone too soon. Absolutely. You know, I was thinking about this and it's not exactly a limited imagination she has, but it's sort of an imagination that's really disciplined and very narrow and one that she would sort of sharpen as sort of the decade continued. Lindsay, do you find that imagination, those specific touchstones, especially dating back to the beginning of Lana's career? Did you find them refreshing? Did you find them limiting? Did they seem preposterous? Did they seem an organic development of coming out of the 2000s? How did they strike you upon first notice? On first notice very puzzling and kind of out of nowhere. I think that she seemed very much like a reactionary figure with that first record, both a reaction against a certain type of hashtag empowerment pop that was coming out of a lot of female artists at the time. This is the teenage dream era, which is a whole different type of American pastiche in pop but a much more optimistic one. And I think she also was taken as a reactionary presence in the world of quote unquote indie music, which, you know, we're so far beyond even knowing what that means in 2021, but we're sort of at a time and a decade ago where that still meant something to some people and she was kind of seen as an interloper in that world. So she was kind of getting reaction from both sides and in some ways pushing back against dominant trends in both of those worlds, the indie rock world still being very male dominated at that point. I think there's been a huge resurgence of female artists in the last decade, but it was they're very much resist feeling of just like, you know, to shout out to who weekly, but who is this woman? What's kind of the dominant question? And I think another question was the extent to which irony and kind of post modern pastiche was playing a part here and being a was saying, she was bringing these touchstones back from the past and it was the reaction was kind of like issue series, is she messing with us? Does she really have this intimate connection to the glamorous days of the movie stars of the 1950s and just like Elton John's songs that everyone knows the lyrics? I think in one of my more cruel perhaps reviews of her album, which was my review of honeymoon, which I did look back at him was like, but I think I called you to the red table. You're coming. We're all the red table. Always ready to go there. But I think I had called her references Wikipedia deep, which I still kind of like stand by. But I think that over time she has refined her approach and very much doubled down on yes, she was serious. Yes, she was earnest to the extent that we are ever going to know the real person, Lizzie grant, that she has in one of her more sort of controversial statements recently, but she's made quite a few, but really doubled down on this sense that I don't have a persona. This is who I am. And I think that at the beginning when she first came on the scene, she was taken as someone who was all persona. And still perceived that way by some people, but what she is at least telling us and has been over the last decade is that this love of these particular touchstones and these very wide swaths Americana signifiers is coming from.

"Get to say she's she showed up cute. Her hair is like wavy in gorgeous. Her makeup is on her. Eyeliner is on point or i should by resolution on my computer. Not so hot head okay. She looks awesome. I could not pull it together. I am work from home. what do you do. i mean. Listen you guys have a ton of help. That's it for the honesty of the artist. Thing that that's the truth. I think that one don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it like we. I think we're we're taught. I think as women we are definitely taught just tough it out and that is like there's a lot of that's great but there's a lot of mess up things that can come from that because he thinks you don't have to endure something alone so i do ask for a lot of help like i mean for those who are listening like i have my hair me girls that come for big press days and they are the ones that helped me truly so you didn't. You didn't do that yourself okay. I'll say lana did not. Lana is not not this. This is like professional work. Line did not do this herself to make very very clear of cans. The girls that i have like group is they are rock. So it's all it but but showing for example like showing up to work like going to ask you. I think if you're not having a great day you don't have the choice to stay home. You have to go so it's prioritizing. Make sure you take your right supplements. Make sure you get a lot of sleep. Make sure that the team around you is supporting you and that you have great dialogue with them and you feel safe route now. But it's a team effort. No does this alone and you are the things that they do. It alone is lying to themselves. No you don't do it alone. You have in this industry. You have a lot of a lot of people who are hopefully helping you and have their best your best and no. I didn't do it. How many times have you heard us. Talk on this podcast. About how complicated heated styling tools are. Guess what now. I have found one. That is not complicated. The conair not dr. All in one dryer brush is kind of amazing. It has a detachable brush head so you can sort of use it like a regular hairdryer then when you put the brush head on you can detangle dry style and volumizer hair. All in one step. It has a large oval brush. Doesn't twist or wrap up your hair in these complicated ways. That are really confusing. Your hair doesn't get caught in it. You use it. It's very intuitive around. Brush just pull it through your hair to create waves to create volume to smooth it out. It has an ion generator so that hair. Follicles much smoother. After you use it. And i love it. The bristles are flexible. They're not hard. This isn't going to hurt your scout. The bristles are really soft. Just like a regular brush. It has a thousand watts of power. Three heat settings a cool setting which is so good..

We're Sorry To Say It, But Thin Brows Are Coming Back

"Well a few weeks ago. Bella hadid wall thinner more arched brows. She was going to con film festival. She was wearing that black dress. You might have seen it with that gold lung like necklace. And she's never had really bushy brows but have browse with china and more sculpted than average browse. This spot more conversation in the beauty world and thanks to all things nineties trending at the moment which you'll see every way thin- browse are actually back. But don't worry we're not talking about that pencil thin sort of one hair. And that's all you've got weight is talking about more of an odd and more sculpted and coveted confirmed it. They interviewed new based brow expert. Joey healy and he said yes. It's influenced by the nineties but what we're saying is a bit more structure so instead of that boy brow that was really beacon straight with stray hairs everywhere. We're just seeing more sculptured more lifted and he says the trend is partly to do with the pandemic as well so after every year wearing mosques. The focus is back on the. Is we sean. This last week's episode with lana tren but because we're not saying the lower half of the face. People are really tending to put more emphasis in more effort into the upper part of the face. And that's with more seen sort of sculptor browse when we say the and we just mean fina then really thick. We daren't mean really really thin erin now. How do you feel about that much better. Obviously when i wrote about it hurt. My soul's took me ages to grow out of my butchered thin browse. I have naturally quite thick brows. But i think it's really good. Because i don't think everyone falls into that kind of bushy brow- car delving category so it doesn't mean you can't find a trend to match your browse since ted if using product after product to kind of fill them in and make them really bushy. I think it's great to see a trend that kind of encourages people to work with what they've got. I agree and to be honest. I was never going to have that. Really bushy-browed look it just wasn't possible with my brows eyed thin them out too much and it just wasn't what i had so i've kind of gone from eighty brow with a bit of lift at the art because that's what suit in my face so suddenly i'm on trend and i didn't even try. I mean show my brows nee doing in the pandemic because they haven't been done for quite a while but i'm all for this and i'm also you know what who cares about trans. Just do whatever suits you face

"Awards ceremony. Much to the chagrin of johnny stompanato. Not only did not want all of hollywood gossiping about annuity gangster as her bow. She remained resolute in her desire to remove stomp from her life in any way possible stop remained supremely offended and let. Lana no is much. When she returned home that night she got the bask in the glory of being one of the top five actresses in the country for a few minutes and then stop arrived in their never ending. Fight resumed for lawn. His daughter cheryl who often tried to drown out the couple's violent rows hands over her ears in her bedroom. It was like a bad dream. Come to life. Every day was as bad as the last every day had the potential to be even worse. She didn't think he could have gotten any worse than lex barker. Lex was lot of second husband. He was known around town as the actor who played tarzan at a series of our. Ko movies in the early fifties but cheryl got to know him as something even worse. According to share lex had repeatedly raped her since she was ten years old. He did it for years when lana was on set and he threatened shero with further violence if she ever said anything when lana found out she gave lex twenty minutes to get his shit together. "And so. But then like tj really wanted me to get in and russell a little bit. And then nyah was going to kick me out so you have to stand there. And so he had to even fight for that with thence because he was like no. I think it's important for her. The show that she's improving in the ring that's the baby. Fae side of it is that she does want to get an russell and they're telling her go off and stand out there and that would have gotten action. Yes and it was kind of in some ways. I understood like vince was in some ways. Trying to recreate. What like mirrow did to me. In two thousand fifteen when he would be like they would want we want launa he would send me to a different part and then to a different and kick me out on the whole place booze and so those things really resonate with crowds like me wrestling and then her making me. Stan would have most likely got it. Want you know and booed and But with a crowd just resonates difference you know. And that's why. I'm so thankful for our fans life fans because we want. Lana chance would have never happened. That whole like two thousand fifteen program with john cena and like me. i quit. That would've never happened when out the fans. They were chanting for me. They were so. That's why i'm like forever grateful. Because i've always had this weird relationship. Either they want me or can at least get them the boo the shit out of me. So but that's a great relationship and that is one of the things that's very important that you mentioned in the thunderdome environment. It happened on awa to where you like. I don't know who's over. Who's not and then. We had the double or nothing weekend when we had a full house. Not just once but twice on the dynamite beforehand. People were coming out that like that. Never gotten reaction in the in their lives like this because there are just like jerry for everybody. Leila hers came in. You know the bilman and brecon Griff garrison and the chaos project. They're just getting these huge reactions and that totally would have happened. Vince instincts for probably right as they usually are if there was a crowd totally right but because there wasn't it's just kind of a dead spot. I tell the story where i was working. Orange cast and he goes. Did i sell that too long. And i'm like. I don't know yeah without a crowd. You can't judge that yeah. Yeah and that's that's the part identity like you know and i feel like Definitely that's the part of not having a crowd identity and especially felt with me specifically the live audience resonates with me a lot better than the internet audience. And so and i have an. I cannot tell you how many times i've been buried on twitter buried by the dirt sheets buried by the like everyone that is like pretending the journalists by the way. Thank you guys holler at you. Shout outs do you guys for talking about me. I appreciate it. However like berry berry berry. And then i come out to the crowd and it's a completely different reaction. You know it would be like them. If i would wrestle at life events they would. I was a heel in the whole place would erupt to be excited to see me russell. And so and really taught me to. There's two different audiences least in. Wwe demo you know. I don't know if it's just more more. I don't know but it was a difference. Here's the thing though. Is that the live audience. I'd say it's a little bit. Probably makes up ninety percent of the audience and then the real hard core fans and dirt. She's and that's that's very valid two. That's ten percent. It's like if i go watch. I wouldn't saw a conjuring the devil made me do it last night right so if i was reading i don't know Variety magazine going online to read all the mo of rotten tomatoes. And all this stuff they might have given that twenty. I don't know i went. And i really enjoyed. I went with my with my daughters and we had a great time. So i don't know what the critics are saying because they don't care now there are people who live and die by the box office mojo in the rotten tomatoes. But it's a very small. You know what. I mean so that in mind when you read. I think even texted that at one point when you're reading these two if you're gonna wait in those waters it's a very small segment now. They're very vocal and can sometimes be very vicious. Yeah but it's not the whole piece of the pie. Yeah and i think that's what's really. That was the hard part with the very hard part and these thunder domes. You know because you you're having your one audience. Which is mr mcmahon. And who's to say. He might love something that we all know. How then says will love one thing. One day hate it the other day obsessed with you then fired the next. That's just kinda fire firemen's so don't get comfortable right so i always think god i was always. I knew that but i. It's just so hard to to gauge any type of real success. Because then you're only thing of gauging is online. You know where most if you're he'll especially god good luck because we're supposed to make people hate us that's the whole point so there is going to be a bunch of. Yeah you know. I'm glad you don't like me and want me to get fired and etc. I'm doing my job. you know. i'm gonna pat myself on the shoulder. But i think you know. There's no boo button on instagram. There's no boo you know on. There's nothing that you can in the digital era it night that type of reaction like if you're in a he'll in the arena you you provoke and you get that reaction you know and i feel it's how do you. It's sometimes a little bit harder to translate in As we move more into digital world is how do you still translate. He'll heels to translate into making money so for you know in the eighties ninety. I mean even up until miron. I came up in two thousand fourteen going out there and getting them the hate mirrow more than anyone else. That is money because that means at wrestlemainia the top guy can beat him and that it so the the more. He's hated the better. But like how do you translate that on digital you know. It doesn't tr- he isn't going to resonate as much back. Then he didn't resonate he actually resonated a lot more when when he did start more showing personality and through total divas and calling me cold fish. Shawna and so it would be. It would be interesting if something like that would translate into a world with no fans even. Let's talk about this little more. But i don't want to share an update on how my daughter cheyenne is sleeping on her helix mattress. It's been almost a year and it's still one of her most favourite possessions. It's hard to get out of bed especially now during the summer. I'm sure that's because the helix mattress and not the fact that she's a teenager shine says the mattress is just as comfortable now. As the first time she slept on it she still loves it and she wouldn't trade it for anything. I think it's so comfortable as well. Because it's the perfect mattress for her shan. Took the helix.

"In december elon musk. Michael sailor started tweeting back and forth a bit. Bitcoin were already in the modality of companies. Anything that bolstered bitcoin and to the scorn and condemnation of the legions out there who dislike elon that second category includes many who profess to care about the environment who basically view tesla or ilan himself as a great green washer. That have ended with like i said earlier. It's been more so stuff that they were going through how to deal with. You know whatever whatever but not necessarily anything that happened to me. I mean like i said shirley and i've had pretty extensive discussions about this but i'm very much open to just having a a wider circle. I don't eat fifty friends. I mean that's a guess but having a tight circle of people that i know like you said lana bet like i know if anything happens i have someone i can call and they know that they can call me and i'm like i'm the i'm i'm someone that you can reach out to someone that you can call like and i'm not going to turn you away and i'm not gonna be upset that i'm not gonna feel bothered but i'm also an only child and i'm used to being you know alone. Most of the time. I think that's just like okay. Well i this is like a thing. This is a practice that i've had to engage in my whole life just learning how to extend myself to someone else and let the chips fall where they may and sometimes things work out. Sometimes it doesn't or sometimes things work out and then you know we just drift apart. Someone moves away or things like that. And then i have to remember okay. It's time to try to extend myself again in a time like that in time like this is a little bit more difficult because not going out to the bookstore to the coffee shop and all that kind of stuff so you go to the bookstore up. I love going to. But i have not gone. I haven't gone very much. I think i've gone once and it was around christmas time and i've got to fight against the my anxiety was set up. It was like a so. "She's actively pursuing a passion to help women overcome fair find in a peace and live the life of their dreams. Lana wolf welcome today palm show. Hi dave thanks for having me a pleasure to have your hair. So i mean you're doing this work now and i've also just helping women. As well i become touring their lives. But what was the tipping point that transform your life. well actually. i've been on the tipping point because of might experience. What what was the tipping point that got you on. A tipping point is. Somebody actually tried to murder me. And the god like drowning poisoning stabbing electrocuting stopping my face stumping on the beckham and kind of break it. So what's the story. What's the background behind was because obviously to solving on films of movies and tv documentaries but tell me a real life background so this was we've been in a relationship so in your house ex boyfriend of taking. Yeah so he was supposed to be on the way out. It was called back in one time and he just went. Beserk drugs mental illness the the two key things. They actually wrote a book on it in that some like a mantra flame and the story of how that all came. So oh you as the muffin. He was fine. I kept waiting back one more time. One more time right he would get treatment or he was off the drugs and drugs. It was fine. What what kind of drugs was it. Just just to get to alcohol in math. Yeah but mixing drugs anyway trump as well so it doesn't i mean some people have scope is. I'm not great with alcohol myself. I need team specific man who not see me yeah. He was hearing voices of that night. He was say they were telling him that. I had to be destroyed or killed or whatever the alien is it says kaz schizophrenic. Kind of thing. Yeah well i mean. Obviously we don't want to get into mental health too much You know. I do support. You know people that have it because it can affect a lot of people around you in different spectrums but obviously when it comes to violence becomes a different thing in uk. You know there's kind of not a nor now it's a combined with criminal. Which will they can actually arrest them with that but obviously they have to deal with mental illness. The fact that they're criminal but of course when it comes to things on near death experience with happen to you that's obviously a different story in this unit that deals with that that separate to the irregular criminals. You know where is more of a psychiatric criminal. Unix but know. I don't want to go into the individual finger of the boyfriends serious illness side of things. But what you had to deal with. Psychologically obviously must have been scary in that sense and dramatic cure. I was like taking pills. Tell me sleep. I was focused during the day. And sleep now. Okay an eight hours night. But i don't have the nightmares. I don't have okay. So you had some dramatic simpson's from it. Yeah definitely diagnosed with ptsd. Okay all right. Yeah see that's yeah so we're gonna talk about becoming trouble in this episode anyway to others..

"I worked in the medical world for twenty two years and one of the doctors I worked with started arguing with me that Lana del Rey was never going to amount to anything and that basically she wasn't very good and I said you're absolutely wrong. Well, that was two, thousand ten. By the time we get to twenty nineteen we all know what happened to twenty, nine, thousand, nine, right Obviously. You know what happened in twenty nine, thousand, nine, Lana del Rey, released her album norm Norman F rockwell not going to say not going to say the word because I don't I try not to use any explicit language on this podcast which helps us with trying to find sponsors. Okay. But Norman FM Rockwell. Right. She released the album on August the thirtieth twenty, nineteen or eight. Now, this album went on to be listed how many I don't even know how many list here. It was it was. Considered one of the best albums of twenty nineteen on list after list after I could sit here and read all of these list. It's like one of one of the best albums of twenty nine thousand nine. Hundred Twenty best albums of two, thousand nineteen one of the fifty best albums of two, thousand, nine, nineteen one of the best albums of two, twenty, nineteen, the twenty I mean it's just list after list after list after list showing up that Norman F in Rockwell by Lana del Rey was one of the best albums of twenty nineteen off so. The album has now shown up on some of the best albums of the decades. Here's some of the list two, hundred best albums of the twenty tens. Lana del Rey Norman Rockwell's on it one hundred greatest albums of the twenty. Okay Lana Del Rey Norman. Rockwell's on it. Albums of the decade the fifty best albums of the decade greater sums of the two, thousand, ten, one, hundred best albums at the two, thousand, ten, thirty, best pop albums. I could go through all of these lists. I, mean she's a pretty much if there's a list of one of the best albums of twenty, nine, thousand, nine or one of the best albums of the decade nor Lana Del Rey. Norman Rockwell is all over it. So to that doctor who told me I didn't know what I was talking about in two thousand ten. How do you like me now? Okay. Yeah. I knew what I was talking about all eight. So guess what? Someone, who's had that much success and has influenced music that much when we get news that she's about to release a new track and a new album that, hey, we need to be paying attention. So Lana del Rey is teasing. and. The name of the track is Tulsa Jesus Freak. Tulsa Freak. Now the title caught my attention because Tulsa assuming that's obviously referring to Tulsa Oklahoma now, if you know anything about Tulsa..
