"A man suspected in connection to a drive by mass shooting in Central Florida last month was fatally shot by police after a chase. At a news conference Monday, Polk county sheriff Grady Judd says Alex green, a 21 year old with a long rap sheet, was under surveillance in eagle Lake Florida when he fled. Bad decision. He won't make any more. Lakeland police chief Sam Taylor, says investigators think Greene was involved in a January shooting that injured 11 people. We are very confident that he is in fact involved to what extent we don't know yet. Judd says green crashed into a business in Winter Haven, ran into traffic, dragged an elderly woman out of her car, and then tried to run over Lakeland police captain Eric Harper. We didn't choose to shoot him. He chose for us to shoot him with his conduct. State attorney Brian Haas says a task force will investigate, I'm Jennifer King

"The these four players are sitting on their salary cap sheet as dead money, but never played for the team this year because clearly mark us all had a long career there. But Marc Gasol, Rajon Rondo, Carson Edwards, Daniel two wrote. But they also had patch Beverly and Johan and Gomez, who they briefly had and shuttled off to other places as well. So and they're going to cut at least one more guy because they're still plus one on contracts. They did add Shaq Buchanan and Sean McDermott. Grizzlies fans will know those names, McDermott was a team. It was a two way player with the team last year. And Buchanan's been with them in training camp a couple times and is a guy who these are signings targeted at getting them to the Memphis hustle in the G league. So I expect you to go check out a hustle game. At some point, you're close enough, you should be able to pull that off. Yeah, I'll have to make sure that I put that on my schedule there. Like in all seriousness, though, the G league games, they are a ton of fun. They really are. They're a blast. And I always enjoy them. It's just it's a good time. It's a good time. And if you have an opportunity here the Lakeland magic, so Orlando's Julie team Lakeland's about halfway between Orlando and Tampa, so it's about 45 minutes or so away from where we live. It's a great time to bring your family because the tickets are cheap. So you can get really good seeds, cheap tickets or generally in small gyms. And they do a lot of fun stuff. It's like going to minor league baseball where it's less about the product on the field or floor. It's more about having some fun. And if you catch it on the right night, a guy who's on contract happens to be down there on assignment or something, you can use it as that as well. Yeah, absolutely. The 76ers. They did something. "Smart guy. His name is Dennis Ross is the director of the American Center for Political Leadership it Southeastern University on there he is. What a nice setting. I'm gonna enroll. Amon. The winter term, though I don't want to be in there in this summer. Um, Southeastern University is in Lakeland, Florida. Very nice place. So first question for you, Professor is, um, the damage to the country. By the capital and invasion and riot last week, combined with the impeachment. If you were in a classroom, how would you describe that damage to your students? Would and I will do this tomorrow when we start our first class, and I will explain to them that this was a seminal moment in U. S history that they're living through one of the most devices protracted and violent times. That that I've seen since the Vietnam War, Um, with the protest, but I've never seen a breach like what was done last week at the Capitol. And this is all of symptom of much a much greater problem. And I think that one of the reasons what's interesting is that I'll tell you this. I've had more students enrolled in my class is this time is going on. Which is good, because we way we've failed to be able to teach this stuff called politics and political science and civics and civil discourse, and so This is a part of a symptom of this is a symptom of a serious problem where we have become totally disengaged with the process has been in place for over 243 years that allows us to effectuate change through due process. Not through violence and you know, a lot of it is built up out of mistrust. Politicians are much fault for that. You know, I was one myself. Media is definitely at fault for that. The American people are looking for a sense of trust, and they're not finding it. And that's probably the camel the straw that broke the camel's back last week, they said. You know, we don't trust the elections anymore in our president's telling us not to trust them, and so we want to take back our country. No excuse. I'm not saying that's a valid excuse. There's no excuse for it off what happened last week. What I'm saying is is the American people are so desperate for some type of leadership that's that exudes at least a scintilla of trust, and even smaller is until of humility. And they're angry about the corruption that you were congressmen in Florida. Your national congressman for 10 years, but you just got out of there in 2018. Right two years into the trump presidency since 18 In just two years. This country has changed dramatically. Can you exploit me? Frightening? You know, a lot of it happened in 2016 with the de legitimization movement of Donald Trump is president and I think that just created a greater polarization, a strong divisiveness that couldn't be bridged. You know, the American people are losing sight of the fact that we are a citizen form of government and we require people to be engaged to a process that exists. We don't even teach civil discourse Bill. If I can't have a civil conversation with my family members about political goings on then what about the rest of the nation we we've we need. It's not a civil war this country needs this country needs a civic renaissance, and it needs to start in higher education and needs to be supported by corporate America. And we have to practice it every day, and it is truly looking out for each other. That's what a citizen democracy is all about. It's unclear what you know where we are. Yeah, but you know, the theoretical we need we should We do I agree with all that, But I don't think it's gonna happen, and I want to get down to really what is reality. At this point, Do you believe there has been a rise on the right? Basically all the things that you've said corruption, lack of trust in our essential democratic institutions. Do you believe that there is a rise Mork people coming in off violent far right? Fanatics. I think there's been a growth on both sides of the extremes and and and that's what's disconcerting to me because I think we need to have and I was a conservative. I still am a conservative. I was in fact, my first term in Congress. I was one of the top conservative voters in Congress. I didn't think I changed. I just saw my party and those that came on board change and take us further to the right. We gotta be careful about balancing that. And Biden has that opportunity right now, if he allows and and supports this impeachment, when his mantra during the campaign was to unify the United States that I think we're gonna be more mistrustful about his agenda as it goes forward, we've got a unify this country. It's going to take leadership. People like Biden now have to do that. My extreme right wing. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead, Street. My cream White. What was exposed with what happened last week. You know, violence begets violence. We've heard that many times. And I think this this group Thought it was okay, because everybody else has been exhorting the violence throughout the last summer. Up until now, it doesn't make it right. And I understand that, but you know, I lived through the John Boehner years I lived through the Paul Ryan years. I remember having conversations with them and they would say we don't want our members to take hard votes. That's why we're not bringing up. That's why we're not bringing up some of these difficult things like DACA like, like health care reform, you know, then why did we get elected? If we're not going to take on hard votes? It's Zoe Republicans as much as fault for what we got today, as the Democrats are, in my opinion, as far as Mr Biden is concerned, he's playing punches pilot now. He's washing his hands of impeachment. He knocking are promoted.

Farmers are Swimming in Milk, but Can't Get it to Needy Food Banks

"Spilled milk. It has a whole new meaning. These days with restaurants schools and universities closed. Dairy farmers are swimming in millions of gallons of milk. They can no longer sell at the same time. Millions more Americans are hungry. Food banks across the country are seeing dramatic. Spikes in demand is unemployment swells. But they don't have enough food one of the products in short supply. You got it milk. Here's what the mismatch looks like spring the time of year when cows produce the most milk so they have more milk than usual and much less access to their regular customers and even though farmers are donating some milk food banks according to the New York Times they're still dumping about one and a half million gallons daily that's because farmers have been limited in their ability to give away enough milk to prevent the enormous waste time set but couldn't they just give away more milk. The short answer is no and the reason is two pronged for one. Food Banks. Don't have enough refrigerators or volunteers to handle too much milk at once. The other reason is that the cost of transporting and distributing milk is just too high for many farmers produce. Growers and cattle ranchers are having similar problems according to the New York Times not since the Great Depression has so much fresh food been destroyed but these are just the latest struggles facing the dairy industry as we reported in previous episodes. Dairy farmers were in trouble before Kobe. Nineteen in part because Americans. Just don't love cow's milk like we used to instead. We're increasingly turning to alternatives. Soy Almond Banana. Milk are changing. Tastes have real consequences. Just last November. The country's largest dairy supplier dean foods filed for bankruptcy now revenues. A fallen by half again for many dairy farmers. It's a distressing break in the supply chain farmers who can't sell enough milk are suffering and so are millions of people who don't have enough to eat. According to the nation's largest chain of food banks feeding America in normal times about thirty seven million Americans are considered to be food insecure. Now another seventeen million people recently unemployed also need help to avoid hunger at least eleven million of the hungrier children. According to the nonprofit it took several weeks but at least two big grocers are stepping in to help fix the supply chain mismatch last month. Publics began buying excess produce in milk and donating it to feeding America in. Its first two weeks. Public says it purchased and donated one hundred thousand gallons of milk and a million pounds of produce. The LAKELAND Florida grocery chain plans to continue the initiative released several weeks. According to CBS News public efforts are regional so far. The grocer is buying milk from dairy farmers. In the southeast and vegetables from Florida Growers Public's also donated two million dollars to feeding America. According to a statement Kroger America's largest grocery chain soon followed suit. On April Thirtieth Kroger said it would purchase two hundred thousand gallons of surplus milk and donate to feeding America and community food banks. Some might say both grocers can well afford to help in a normal year. Kroger's revenues are well above one hundred billion dollars with everyone. At Home Kroger's sales have surged. Revenues grew thirty percent in March. According to the Texas Observer Kroger's stock is currently close to its fifty two week high public to has been doing well with twenty nineteen sales of thirty eight billion dollars. The company says it sales grew this quarter by about sixteen percent over the same period a year ago with about two thirds of those sales due to all the home cooking. Americans are doing right now. The scale of America's milk problem for both farmers and the unemployed is so massive that the efforts to businesses alone are far from enough. That's something the federal government recently recognized. The Department of Agriculture will begin spending three hundred million dollars a month to buy surplus milk produce and meat from distributors and ship it to food banks. According to The New York Times some states to are getting in on the action for example New York is trying to help its own farmers deal with its huge pools of excess milk. It plans to give food banks twenty five million dollars to purchase products made from the milk. It's also working with food processors like Shabani Hood and Cabot to help them. Turn that milk into yogurt. Cheese and butter. The newspaper reported the fact that Kroger and Publix are redistributing surplus milk to food. Banks may be laudable but the quantities of no faith committed to purchase now to a drop in the bucket victims white question now is whether other businesses step up to help farmers and the hungry

The threat of hurricane doreen is forcing airlines to start canceling flights store shelves becoming empty across the state of florida residents also also facing major fuel shortages that they try to stock up on gas ahead of dorian arrival and with winds predicted to be as strong as one hundred and thirty miles per hour when when it makes landfall dorian would be the strongest hurricane to hit florida's east coast hurricane andrew which cost the state more than twenty five billion dollars in damage and left left four people dead allison chinchar is out front live at the weather center tonight. Alison what's the latest path and other been lots of updates but it's it shows a fairly consistent insistent one right towards the heart of florida right so the latest update is really when you look at what the storm looks like we're talking about the eye of the storm because it has really really become symmetrical and large over just the last hour or so that is concerning because when we see something like that this usually means it's beginning the process of undergoing rapid good intensification that means. It's trying to strengthen even more right now. The windsor sustained one hundred fifteen miles per hour. Movement is west northwest at just about nine miles per <music> our but again there are a hurricane hunters that are on their way out to the storm right now. They will take a look at not only the but some of the surrounding bands take new measurements z. has this storm really undergone rapid intensification and if so what are the current measurements that are there we will likely get some new data in the next hour when the next update takes place place but as of now we are still thinking pretty similar along the lines of the track. We still anticipate it to get up to a category four so further intensification is still likely likely it's likely to be a category for is it crosses over the bahamas and then remain four as it approaches florida. We do have discrepancies a little bit in some of the models here. The blue dot is the european. The red dot is the american model the red dot the american model still hasn't making an actual landfall over portions ends of the east coast of florida the european model now however basically just has it sliding along the east coast bringing still heavy rain and gusty winds but not technically making a landfall as it skirts off the east coast in the coming days that concern here is it now. We're going to be starting to impact other states other than just this florida places like georgia south carolina and north carolina. Here's why you've got this high pressure system here in this upper low steering towards florida but as this high begins to breakdown and other factors atmospherically become into play this system is going to start to make that turn to the north but it could also slow down the concern there is not just it's the winds but also storm surge rainfall all of these things become factors here the forecast wind gusts even if it does just make landfall along the edge jim him you have the key. Keep an eye even places like lakeland orlando which are still pretty far inland will still likely end up getting hurricane force wind gusts in those areas even even though they are not along the coast. We'll keep you up to date as we get new information about that path. Thanks very much allison chinchar. Let's go to the beach florida that is right in in the current path of dorian also where our martin savage is tonight martin how seriously are folks. They're taking this and how are they preparing for it. Well you can measure that jim just by looking at the lumber here. This is plywood. You know it's amazing. In today's modern world the personal front line of defense for most folks in a hurricane is still plywood. It is preferred and it has been going on at the doors of this place. It's a home depot here and going out like crazy. They've gone through. We several truckloads. They're down to a few pallets left now and once that's gone. They hope there are more trucks coming then on top of that. They're already out of generators and the other the other thing. That's really going out of here sandbags. I'm talking about the place and the comes already bag because they can't find sandbags so they're using that because that is going to be the common common defense here plywood is used to battle the wins and the sandbags are being used to battle the water and that's the big fear for many people even as they are far away. Perhaps finland. They worry about the waterways that in this area are already over saturated in many cases. The water is right up to the top of the bank. So you consider the tremendous amount of rainfall. That's being predicted with a cat. Four storm flooding is a huge concern for many many people here time has been a good thing there is at least a lot of time and people have been making the most of it impact. Maybe making too much of it. We already know that there have been fuel shortages in a number of key places around estate. Miami has one of them. They've had fuel off and on the governor has said he's even sending police escorts now but some of the fuel trucks to make sure it gets delivered and then there's just the issue of food. Many people rushed out right away when they heard cab four and began buying it all up so the shelves in many places have been emptied. They are tried hi to replenish but they're trying to do it at a time. Frame that beats the storm coming in and now people have to leave and that's going to be another headache jim no question when those evacuation orders if they do come that'll be a big change martin savage thanks very much. Let's go now to todd were drastic. He's the mayor of jupiter florida also also in the a possible path of this storm so we're looking at the latest storm track. You're still in the path of the storm. Tell us what your biggest concerns now. We've heard of so many it's it's a triple threat right right because you got the surge. You got the rain and you got the win yeah we are. We're watching this very closely. <hes> you know when when you live in this part of florida a hurricanes or part of the deal but we're we're watching it very closely because we're trying to figure out where you who to evacuate went to evacuate evacuate and where might they go. <hes> it's also tough there. Were probably expecting what's called. A king tied this weekend and were a coastal community so we're probably expecting ding higher tides than normal so then when you couple that with the storm surge <hes> it's kind of a a nerve wracking time because we haven't we haven't been told exactly where the storm is going to be going <hes> now. It's slowed down a little bit so it gives us a little bit of time to figure out what's going on but it is an anxious time <hes> eh i've covered these storms that the surge come so quickly at times. You can barely keep track. The governor is not not yet ordering people to begin evacuating but at what point will you begin urging people to start packing up and heading out because you want to allow them time right of course to get to get safety yeah. We'll so what's so so tricky is where would you go. You were watching the storm track and you know we have some lessons learned from hurricane irma a couple of years ago <hes> some people evacuated waited and they wound up evacuating to where the hurricane wind up hitting and so that was really tough and that's pretty fresh fresh in people's minds and you look at this track in this track basically has it going somewhere near the coast of florida where we are and then shooting up north which is where most people obviously would go <hes> and so so that's the that's the tough part right here is we can watch it on the news with you all but then we're not quite sure where to go because once you once you get on the road food there's risk associated because if you if you leave and you wind up going somewhere how long has a tank of gas gonna gonna get hugh and when you get to that point where you're going to be able to fill up and so that that's a that's a tricky proposition for folks when they're dealing with their families and these these storms sometimes make unpredictable changes. They're already. We've been some changes to the storm track. You've lived in jupiter. Most your life and i know as you said this is part of the life of living in the state of florida but this is a particularly serious storm. I'm curious. What could a storm like this due to a city like yours yeah well. We're we're watching it just like everybody else and when when we see that <hes> that churning circle went out circle forms churning red dot comes up yeah we witness what happened to the keys through irma a few years ago so we we just pray that <hes> you know the elderly folks that need the help in the in the an crisis situation that we're able to kind of get to them or get get them where they need to be to be safe because you know they're still devastation out there that could that could really put us in a fix for a couple of weeks

A Dual Engine Flameout in a Cessna Citation II

"Bruce. I'd like to start with <hes> with you and jerry. The situation that we're gonna talk about is one that i don't think i've ever i heard about before and that is a dual engine flameout and a cessna citation and what we would refer to as <hes> what's commonly called a dead stick landing we sl were we're quite alarmed with the situation that you guys were presented with and <hes> we <hes> helped move the industry to put together. Some protection measures that other other pilots might not find the same. <hes> incident happened to them but bruce if you <hes> if you don't mind you jerry. Can you set us up with just a start the day i know it was a a flight probably a relatively routine flight from naples to niagara falls and do you mind just a setting it up and tell tell us the story sure. Absolutely we started that morning. As any other day we started at the base upon gorda they loaded up her plane reflected it just as we normally would not expect anything nathan law the norden ordinary fueled up enough fuel to get to naples knowing that we had to go later to niagara down to naples picked up our patient. We topped topped off with fuel from there. We loaded up and it was just like any other day. We loaded up. We're in the plane and we're at altitude cruise along at three five zero. Oh so far nothing's happened so i'll back up just a little bit airtrek. Your mission is <hes> patient mobility is that is this a fairly typical <hes> run for you guys. Can you talk a little bit about airtrek and what you guys do airtrek an air ambulance business and we've been in <hes> transporting patients <hes> <hes> this was a pretty typical flight <hes> where we started out of our base. We've positioned to another airport in this case naples and we generally go out of here so that we can meet landing weight at the other at the next airport so they put about forty two hundred pounds of fuel along here so each of the airplanes that were involved in this incident <hes> fueled with about four hundred fifty gallons of fuel here repositioned to naples where our medical staff goes into the hospital picks up the patient and then bring them back out while they're doing that the the the pilots post-flight and then reprieve flight the airplane and add what additional fuel that they need it that that place in this particular case naples and then they depart and go generally nonstop to their destination which in this case was niagara falls for these two gentlemen okay got it so oh fuel up at <hes> at punta gorda very sure short hop down to naples to pick up your patient something that's routinely done pretty commonly done and and is <hes> is punta gorda the home base for <hes> for airtrek. Yes it is okay all right so somewhere. You're you're familiar with operations. This put the fuel on board a lot of consideration into your weight and balance in your performance and and the things you think about when you're going <hes> that long distance in these these kinds of <hes> airplanes and now <hes> bruce you've mentioned that <hes> you're route of flight was from naples to <hes> niagara falls and i notice as i track that out here <hes> on the four flight looking at <hes> identifier alpha papa fox to india alpha golf and part of that flight <hes> you're about probably twenty five or thirty miles over the atlantic ocean. That's correct. I don't remember specifically that day if they give us direct right out normally it's it's more like <hes> they send you over. Lakeland ish area and then direct but we were at some point as much as twenty miles offshore. If i remember correctly yeah got it and so so far so good you're climbing up to flight level three five. Oh you're in a <hes> citation to. I believe is that right. That's correct okay citation citation to great performing airplane. I'm also typed in a in a citation <hes> three <hes> five to five type rating and so <hes> they're just great great performance airplanes. The citations are great for the missing. You're using it for the so far so good nothing unusual you're cruising altitude and then <hes> would you mind what happened next ex- sure we're in normal cruise. Everything's going as as expected and you know we've already. We're on step. We've picked up speed. We're an hour and twenty in very uh routine nothing nothing and i find myself fidgeting with the number one engine trying to get the end one fan speed where i wanted it and it was kind of reacting a little different than normal but not enough to be alarming not enough to even make note of <hes> after seeing me fidget aged with for a bit jerry actually asked me. What percentage are you looking for and i'm like well you know hundred and three percent ever take you know i just like being there and <noise> <noise> as we're messing with it. It's just kind of acting a little funny and i said to jerry you know i'm gonna pull this back to about ninety percent see what it does and then i'll put it back up because i just wanted to see how it just felt abnormal not alarming but abnormal so we pulled the number one engine back to about ninety percent of course it's it's pulled back without issue no problem and then when i tried to roll it back up towards the one hundred percent it went down to eighty nine eight eighty seven and continued to school back from there. That's when we <hes> said okay well. It looks like we're losing the number one engine. Let's ask for lower now that time jerry called up and ask a._t._c. if we could get one five fifteen thousand and about where were you at this point. <hes> geographically were you. Were you feet wet over the east coast florida or were you. We were probably closer to a beam savannah out over the water. We wear we're feet wet. I think we're beyond florida just just somewhere right there around florida georgia in that area got it and for our listeners not that familiar with the with jets jets and fan speeds. It's it's not uncommon to run in your in. One fans speed it over one hundred percent right. Can you just talk to us a little bit about the difference between in one and into your fan speeds and the things you're looking at for a jet engine sure of course just like a and flying. J got a <hes> if you look in the book. You've got a certain r._p._m. Setting that you're looking for we have a similar thing. It's just based on the n one fan speed. That's basically the r._p._m. Of the front of the front half of the engine <hes> <hes> in this case the book reads the charts performance charts at minus twenty degrees celsius which is what it is up there at thirty five thousand we're able to run the fans of two hundred and four percent so i don't particularly myself like to just hold them at a hundred and four that doesn't give me any leeway if it sneaks up on me because it gets colder so i usually answer closer to one hundred and three percent okay got it great and so <hes> you mentioned that it didn't feel right but it was more that you weren't really feeling anything. Anything is more. You're just you're cruising at altitude monitoring your engine instruments in your cross-check and you're noticing that in one just isn't quite where you want it right. Yeah yeah your typical response on the thrust levers when you push it forward a little bit you expect it to bump up a tenth of a percent or if you pull a back you know you'd expect a tenth of a percent and it really it wasn't reacting the way you'd expect everything was perfectly smooth and there was no actual feel and the butter meter but the reaction of the percentage percentage to the thrust setting wasn't what was expected. Yeah wasn't quite just based on your experiences. Just seems like a little bit of a head scratcher right and this isn't quite right or we're actually had we actually had a pretty good split on the throttles by then you know where they the number two where it should be number. One is actually above it and we weren't anywhere near the same r._p._m. Okay yeah so that's looking different to physically the throttles are are separated. Were typically. They're matched up. You might have a fraction the difference between the the number one engine number two engine throttles but for the most part they're pretty close together in this case. You're seeing that is a pretty good physical difference. In were you have those <hes> so that's another kind of this right yeah okay and so <hes> so you pull the engine back <hes> the engine rolls back but then when you go oh to push it up it doesn't roll back up and actually starts winding down on you and so obviously that's alarming you know now. You've got a problem with the number one engine and you're we're at thirty five thousand feet walk supllies. What would you do from there well. We know what thirty five thousand with a single engine. We're not going to be able to maintain that altitude so the first thing before even even figuring out. What else do we just know. We need to go down so we've asked for one five fifteen thousand. They granted that to us fairly quickly <hes> within seconds. We've determined that this engine is probably not gonna come back to come back to life so we've asked for <hes> radar vectors to an airport at this case at this time. We just asked for an airport a large airport with nice weather. They suggested three of them. One of them was savannah sounded great. Yeah yeah we started punching in the information for savannah into the g._p._s. checking the weather check and runways of course as suggested. It seemed like a perfect fit for needs it was within within a reasonable distance and we started headed that direction and so when the <hes> jury when the engine started rolling back when you when you post it forward and you actually got a roll back on the r._p._m. And it kept rolling back so you knew it was eventually going towards zero and at that point had you still not had any kind of <hes> unusual indications. <hes> you know <hes> fuel. Indications are low fuel pressure or anything like that yet. No that was interesting. The fuel-filter light did not go on and so we weren't sure what we had here. If we had a mechanical problem what it was but other than stayed very smooth smooth just was rolling back and we never went zero <hes> the engines div returning anywhere between twenty four and twenty eight percent yeah interesting okay which makes sense right if it as long as he can freely windmill. It's not gonna go to zero percent. It's gonna it's gonna wind mill. <hes> do some air pressure in there but yet <hes> so you know and you could you feel the thrust

"I hesitated and remember being terrified with fear and i think that i froze right there in the middle of the hall for how long i can't say man that's no i'm not a police officer for this specific reason i'm i'm a coward i don't know that i but but when you're getting paid to to protect people say their lives man you just i don't know maybe this show is propolice we we love the law enforcement we support law enforcement but it's hard not to just shake your head and go w what the f right dude what the f come on man because if the exact same thing that happened with scott peterson down at the shooting lakeland scott peterson was the officer that frozen and scott israel i just saw on laura luminaries speaking speaking of parkland the broward county sheriff scott israel she's claiming this is according to laura bloomer she's claiming that scott going to be removed next week really high level sources within broward county sheriff's office exclusively reveal the disgrace broward county scott scott israel will be removed next week there's some irs something about of being investigated by the i r s and following an investigation conducted by the office of the florida governor so there's a couple of different things going on with that one yeah they scott israel is a guy that could not have handled this any worse with his attitude and the way that he's carried himself so pompously just it's embarrassing actually and it's unfortunate because again you're absolutely right we're very pro police on this show we have family and friends that you know our officers that do this for a living they're good guys they take care of things the right way but we have to do our jobs in call out crap when we see it and what took place down in broward county was crap and what took place in las vegas from so many different levels is crap again i go to vegas every year i'm going back to vegas this october it's kind of my home away from home because i've got the kids call a gambling problem you don't need you don't need to put quotes when you do that by the way putting it into context okay we know you the gambling problem but man it just feels like so many people have their hand in the cookie jar here in las vegas you've got an officer that's caught on video refusing to go into a room and confront the shooter you've got what feels like mgm kind of being the puppet masters here and controlling this entire investigation multiple people in the police department and the l vp have been reassigned and so many things have came out about other shootings but nothing on the biggest mass shooting that took place in american history in one of the most busiest cities in the world where they have constant video surveillance everything's videoed in las vegas on arguably the most famous street in america las vegas boulevard blows my mind quick before you hit a break here could you explain to me today was the first day i've ever heard of a fish pedicure okay i've never i've never even seen those two words together imprint you've never even heard about this like i get you haven't had one but you've never even heard about it okay so what a fish pedicure is is women or i guess it could be men they dip their nasty feet into this water at a boutique somewhere and these little fish swim around and the eat all the dead skin off of your feet and it's supposed to be very relaxing and therapeutic it's allegedly good for your skin system all the dead skin gets eaten off because it's these little toothless carp fish okay well i said allegedly because there's a new story that came out some chick if claiming that she had one of these fish pedicures and then her toenails stopped growing and then ultimately all of her toenails fell off of her feet just because the fish were pecking at it yeah and i don't know there was one like infected fish that made something happen here but this woman who's young in shape in her twenty s did one of these fish pedicures and the little fisher nibbling off all the dead skin and she said she noticed her toenails hat needed to be cut in a long time and then they all started falling off again i'm watching one in thailand right now in the f it's a it's a woman and she's just got our feet in a big tank full of little fish and.
