"Uh, Matt LaFleur. Natalie Flores has success And you would say, because Aaron Rodgers doesn't matter, though, to NFC Championship game since he's been a head coach, Cliff Kingsbury zero playoff appearances since he's been a head coach, and they gave him the quarterback they wanted, so I obviously think That deserves to be on the hot seat. When you look at Matt Nagy, he doesn't deserve to be on the hot seat. Because now he gets an opportunity not only to start with a quarterback, he wanted an Andy Dawn. But if he decided to replace Andy Dog to now go with the quarterback, he wanted injustice. And we'll tell you let me J let me make another argument here. I want to hear you respond to this. We don't argue on this shaggy and, oh, there will be arguments key. There will be arguments. If we disagree. We just don't have to look for the argument. Now look. The, um Maggie and peace. To me. That's commendable, because it's eat like the whole problem in sports like in life, Short term incentive motivates behavior, usually over long term objective, right your short term incentive. What's Nagy and Paces short term incentive? They grab Justin Fields, which was smart. I was advocated for that before the draft. Like if you can move up and grab Justin Fields, do it. I even wanted the Giants to take them even though they had Daniel job that they heard that he could be a superstar, right? Now they got him. They got him. Now what's in your best interest as a coach and GM boy play him so you can start winning as soon as possible. To me. They're doing something commendable, which is Let's use Andy Dalton as a tackling dummy while we get this offensive line, situated and then bring in Justin Fields, who's obviously QB one right now, in terms of what they can do on the field. I like that J. I like the fact that that that that a head coach and GM are saying let's put the franchise ahead of the Team. Let's put our long term objective ahead of our short term incentive to me. That's a big thing. I don't know. Like to me. That means Nagy is not on my hot seat right now. Is not on your hot seat, so Couple of things were one with Matt Nagy. I hear what you're saying. But now you're telling me because of one moving moving up in the draft that just washes away everything that we saw last? Nobody has a quarter. I understand. He has a quarterback, and I understand it gives you some time. I mean it. Zach Taylor has a quarterback to coming off an injury. So shouldn't that buy him some time? Even though the organization is messed up, even though they don't want to spend money. They should give him some time with the quarterback. Let him be healthy. All I'm saying going back to clips. Kingsbury is when you look at that division man, That's a hard that's a hard division in football. Tough division. Russell Wilson Hall of Famer. Okay, the 40 Niners team that got to the Super Bowl. It wasn't that long ago. They were right. There had health issues last year. Look at the Rams. Avery Tool. Matthew Stafford, that defense They have sown improvement. It's like they haven't shown improvement. I mean, a year before they had a losing record. Last year, they were eight and eight. I know some games are close, but it's not like you're extremely disappointing of the season. They actually have to perform this year. But I'm saying just to go. Hey, we're in the hot seat because he hasn't had one playoff appearance, but they've showed improvement leading into the place. He I agree with that. And then the quarterback got hurt. In Arizona. The quarterback got hurt. Here's what I'm gonna say to both of you. You don't think they can win with the system, kid? It's not about The division being tough. It's everything you fired Steve Wilks to hire this guy because he didn't do what you thought in one year that you want it done. Now you allowed Steve kinds to bring in Cliff Kingsbury That was fire from Texas Tech because he couldn't get them to the freed Ole Bowl. But that's not clear. Kingsbury's so hold us kind. So then so then. You. Then allow him to tell you he needed a certain quarterback in Kyler Murray. In the National Football League in order to protect Kyler Murray, You've got to build the offensive line. You have to run the football something they've yet to do. They also went out and got J. J. Watt AJ green to decide that they're going to bolster up some things to make them better. They drafted Kristen Kirk from Texas A and M They haven't utilized him nearly As well as they should. Let's see what DeAndre Hopkins and and and green like together They can be an incredible tandem if they can stay on the field, but key what this is what I sense from you. Okay, So I'm going to play amateur psychologist here. You already know, Don't think it's fair, the way all the anyone connected to McVeigh or who reminded him McVeigh got these jobs. I agree with you, I I understand that. But now you've got to separate that out from the job Kingsbury's actually doing and what I saw you could. I'm not saying he's doing a perfect job. There aren't better coaches, but from what I saw last year, they were moving in the right direction until Kyler hurt his shoulder, and that changed everything for their season. Do you know who he hurt his shoulder against? Trying to remember Seattle right? A defense in Seattle that got after him. So when you were in this division and you plan up against these type of defenses, you've got to protect your quarterback. If you drop If you're dropping him back and having him throw the ball all over the lot. He's going to continue to take a pound. That's real. J. J That was a lot of quarterbacks doesn't allow his frame doesn't allow for him to take that pounding. And that beating in the National Football League that Prescott got hurt on an ankle injury. J totally different, So so. So Are you saying jail wanted, but I hear you saying when they have so much success when Kyler Murli Murray's running like you look at how much value he adds with his legs first heat is running back is much more much more than when they're running the ball with the backs. Keep running him, then. And see where you go. Go rolling. So what do you suggest, And you do have hot there again. I guess what happened? I understand you're making sense in terms of what exposes him to danger. I agree, But that's also what makes him special. How would Keyshawn Johnson head coach or offensive coordinator used Kyler Murray? Would he would be more in a West Coast system style offense for me more like Seattle. Get the ball out. Quick shore up the offensive line. Put him on the perimeter. A lot like they do what? Russell Wilson, half rolls things of that nature. All right. Well, he answered the question. Yes, you did. I mean Seattle to have great shakes at the offensive line, either, but a lot of times when Russ gets it, because he's holding the ball J. We got to run, but I know you wanted to say something. No, no, no. Hold off What we have. We got another three half hours ago. We have another 3.5 hours. That was straight Talk wireless. No contract. No compromise. By the way. How significant is it that Tyrod Taylor was named starter in Houston? We'll play hot news or not news after SportsCenter..

I would say maybe half of them have left the city now. They've gone to austin denver. Portland where have you were in the process of going through every single job description design. Okay just this actually need to be in the office or can this promote we are finding that actually the majority of roles actually will not have to be in the office anymore for a startup like ours that is trying to remain competitive and hire the best talent like that's an important benefit that we get to offer whereas goldman gelman can say everyone back in the office monday through friday and i'm sure they would still get a talent bet if you're not goldman and you want to keep your best people like what are you going to do differently i think. Ceo's it won't just be lip service. They will be forced to reckon with this challenge. Great sarah. I wanna go back a little bit. Because i kind of skipped forward too quickly. I wanna ask you about the the biggest challenges in the first couple years of of building the business so so tell me right right you know in a year or two after you started. I imagine it was an intense time period of hiring of raising venture capital. And how how. How did you approach the that period of growth. And what was the biggest challenge you face during it. I think we had focused so much of our energy on just getting the product right. We were working with some of the best mills in italy and germany and japan and we were working with these high in factories. In new york city delivering. I would say high end designer clothing actually so much so that we once brought her close to a high end department store and they said like. Why aren't you selling this for like seven hundred fifty dollars and we were saying well. That's exactly the point. We are direct to consumer so we get to create these beautiful clothes in hopefully Price that a lot more women find affordable. I was a little bit naive about what it would take to actually sell these dresses. And i think i was naive about e commerce. You know i think Having worked at bain you know. Some of the alumni had started were parker bonobos birch box and they all seem to be kind of ecommerce successes from the gecko at least from the outside. That's how it seems. And i thought wow this e commerce thing look so easy just put your product on the site and success and you know it was anything but i think it was really really challenging to communicate. "The end. Game is only to end games. Rich he playing for the packers or he has forced to trade but if he does force a trade. I hope he's confined a team. That is better than the one that he's been to two straight. Nfc championship games point quarterback for any chance. He sits out a sees. No no no no not at says h no. It's two options. He doesn't taste your door to. That's right he only controls one of them can control the other one he can. He can control if he comes back and plays but he can't control if they train them or not and if they say you know you can pout. All you want you consider if that's what you want. We're not trading you. then he his hand is forced. And but what does the aaron rodgers who doesn't wanna be there. Look like when he's out on the field. I think what she gets out there. He's aaron rodgers again and again. Would you look at the field be shocked. Let's say let's just play this out. Say does go back to green bay. Okay which is what i think is going to happen. Say goes back to green bay. He's reunited he and matt. Lafleur go to couples counseling. Everything fine okay is it. Would it shock you to see them. Plan brady again in the nfc championship game. The next january. No no. they're a great team and they're a great greater team with him

"On ESPN Radio and the ESPN at Matchstick along with my Medcalf story of course of the weekend, the NFL draft, but that was superseded by the story of Aaron Rodgers. Who His camp has come out and said he doesn't want to be there and Aaron Rodgers, you could say, Well, he hasn't said. It really asshole hasn't come out and refuted it either. The one thing he's apologized for, at least according to Mike to Rico, off camera at the Kentucky Derby was he's He's sorry or he's disappointed, and that was the word disappointed that the story came out. This weekend. You've got Hackers coach Matt LaFleur. Saying, I can't even take my brain to that spot right now. That's the quote about Packer. The backers wanting Rogers back, but Understanding that Rogers is on record or at least through his camp doesn't want to return. Before said so I just want to do everything in my power to ensure that doesn't happen. That is incredible. Here's Matt Leflore Packers head coach at the news conference, saying what I just said, do you? How was ever since that? Did you get that? Uh we could get here to this point a tall season? Yeah, I've never really thought about that. I mean, like Can't fathom not not being in Green Bay. So That's where my mind's that I don't know on Lee Love the player, but I love the person I love working with him on a daily basis. I think we all do from the players in that locker room to the coaching staff, and, um again. I don't I don't even want to let my mind go there. Full disclosure. I did not know we have the South as I don't totally railroaded the whole thing I said what man? Lafleur said that we played what he said. But there's the audience was important sound, though. It was important sound. Let me just say I don't necessarily believe that sound either. What he said in that he's been a part of these meetings and discussions and conversations as well. I don't know where he actually stands. I'm sure he had a lot of input on draft enjoyed love. I'm sure he had a lot of input on how they have approached the last couple of all sea off season, so This idea of I can't imagine life without in Rogers. I don't know in any of this, including Aaron Rodgers, who's telling the full truth in this situation, So this forced us into the topic, which we we we went willingly of who's likable like is Aaron Rodgers, a likable quarterback. And does that play into any of this? He's torching these bridges here. He's calling for through his camp through unnamed sources, is calling for the general manager to be fired. It's either me or him. He doesn't want to be a part of this. Moving forward. And what does that mean with with him? Let's get the lot in Tennessee here quickly about this topic, and then we'll get to Ah, likable and unlikable quarterbacks. Let's go to a lot of Tennessee. Go ahead lock. Good morning. What I don't understand is why don't people talk about the fact that the Packers had the most points? Anybody in the NFL on Rogers was the M V P. Doesn't it make sense to add on the defensive side? What more does Aaron Rodgers need on the offensive side when they're already scoring points? So that's that's not what kept me from getting to the Super Bowl. Look, I said that earlier in the show that you go 13 and three back to back years is that in spite of management's decisions, or is that also in conjunction with it? You're saying it's in spite of its Aaron Rodgers doing it without any help. They're pulling guys like Allen Lazard, you know, great, good player. Right Divide. Adam's Aaron Rodgers played obviously huge role in what he became. And you get Tom Brady. We talked about him incredible what he did, But he also goes to a team where Jamie's wisdom and just throwing for 5000 yards. It was clearly clearly doable with that offense in Tampa Bay, so I don't think and Roger's asking for too much. Yeah, he's been right there. NFC Championship 13 of three. But I think they've been a couple of players away more than anything. So why wouldn't you of your Aaron Rodgers? You're not going out the door. Want the talent to put you over that hump? I don't think it's too much to ask, And I also think it is an arrogant stands of any organization in the NFL. Have a player at that level playing at this level consistently and feeling like you could just move on, and life will be fine. A lot of teams have thought that over the history of the NFL, most of them have been wrong. Don't believe that the Green Bay Packers believe will move on and everything will be fine, But I also think there's a part of it that says, Look, we need to prepare in the event. That things are not fine or that he doesn't things do dissolve or he does regress. That's the same thing with Tom Brady. Right, Jimmy Garoppolo. Oh, well, it's it's about over it, and who knew he had five plus more years? To go in New England and now you run into that situation. What do they do? They ship Garoppolo out. And acquiesce to Brady. Everything's good here they draft Jordan Love a year ago. The I don't know if it's the heir apparent, but certainly the replacement You're drafting that. What does he do? He goes out goes 13 and three and is an M v. P. I mean, it's It's a remarkable turn of events and then the whole situation or the whole notion of all disappointed this story came out and draft weekend. Don't do it. I don't believe that. I don't believe that tune into an NL East battle Tonight is the Phillies host the mats. Great transition. Their coverage of Sunday night Baseball begins at six Eastern on ESPN Radio, the ESPN.

"And yet every single day I've seen him on camera on Zoom answering questions. Hey, was doing the same thing on Monday. And if we wanted to, we could do an entire show of nothing but Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid, Bruce Arians and Tom Brady. So maybe there's even more access because they don't have to be in a particular place. Sustained at a particular podium. It's after hours with Amy Lawrence on CBS Sports Radio. Thanks so much for tuning in from the Super secret home base. I love that many of you are now starting to send me your food suggestions for Super Bowl weekend. I do need something new. Something different. Little outside the box. I enjoy cooking. I always try to make one particular baked good for big events like this. So for championship Sunday, I made fresh chocolate chip cookies. Oh, they were so good. I managed to give away most of them to friends and also some. It worked as well took him over to my neighbor on Saturday so that I could share them with their kids and not have them all in the house. But I need a new bay. Good. So maybe I was thinking about making a new coconut cream pie. I know it has absolutely nothing to do with football, but it's my favorite kind of pop it so Yeah, I'm going to find some people to share that coconut cream pie with a swell, But if you've got some Main course suggestions for Super Bowl Sunday. That would be awesome. Find me on Twitter, a low radio on our Facebook page after hours with Amy Lawrence, and the question essentially is what are your favorite things about Super Bowl weekend about the Super Bowl itself that comes up on Sunday? Maybe some of you are thrilled with the fact of the game starts at six o'clock Eastern, six o'clock Tampa time. Three o'clock Pacific. Because you won't have to be up all night to watch a game or like Sunday night football. How often does the game go until nearly midnight Eastern or on the rare occasion that goes past midnight Eastern time, and people complain about the fact that the game kicks off too late? Keep in mind, of course, that TV CBS this year is trying to grab the prime time audience. And so they're looking for the best of both worlds. And I liked the fact that it's a Sunday. I think it's an event that most people I know really look forward to. Even my mom will watch the Super Bowl Now. I don't know if she would if Her husband was not watching. But she'll get into the Super Bowl because she enjoys well. She enjoys poking fun at the halftime mostly because she's never heard of the people that are performing, but she enjoys seeing some of the commercials. Feel like this year. They're going to tug at our heart strings, so I think I'll watch them out of one eye. I don't know that we're going to get as many funny commercials, though. I hope that we have a few that are outside the box. What are your favorite things about Super Bowl Week? It's after hours with Amy Lawrence on CBS Sports Radio. Our phone number is 855 to 124227. That's 855 to 1 to four. CBS will do an extended version of QB news coming up later this hour, and we're gonna hear over heaven sakes when we're gonna hear again from Packers head coach Matt LaFleur and now general manager Brian Guten Coons. And And Not only is he answering questions about Aaron Rodgers, which I feel like have been answered ad nauseum now. What did Mark Murphy tell us? We're not idiots. Okay, good. There's no more reason to ask this question except We are like dogs who buried a bone and we can't find it. So we're digging and digging and digging and digging and digging until we dig up the entire yard because we cannot leave that bone out there for one second longer than is absolutely necessary. We were tenacious, were ferocious when it comes to story lines like this. But Brian Guten Coast also gave an extensive answer about their plans for Jordan Love by the way, Jordan is scheduled to a couple of interviews on CBS Sports Radio coming up on Tuesday. We're going to allow our colleagues to take that story and run with it. Poor guy. How many questions can he answer about Aaron Rodgers? My gosh. So we'll do QB news coming up a little bit later on this hour. We've also got Darren Waller talking about Patrick Mahomes, which I think it's fine from the eyes of one of the best tight ends in the NFL. Would. Speaking of tight ends, Kronk was talking about Travis Kelsey. And as I think Perspective and insider's perspective on Travis Kelsey that maybe most people don't think about on then Art Rudy about Ben Roethlisberger. Yet again, former Steeler who maybe has a different opinion, so little bit their toe wet your appetite on our QB news later on this hour and 15 minutes. I've got to tell you about my great adventure on Saturday didn't have a chance when we started the work week. Snow and everything else going on with working from the after our super secret home base. Plus, obviously was ah, really crazy Weekend in sports, But on Saturday I tried something new, something I've never done before, and It was good for me to be outside my comfort zone. There were some butterflies in my stomach, which sounds weird, but I'll explain in 15 minutes. I'll tell you what it is that I did that. Actually, I could see myself doing again. It was fun. So that's coming up here on CBS Sports Radio. Again..

"Overthinking things. A little too much. Just going to play in the playing the odds too much instead of your gut. Yep, That's a good way to put it. I mean, the way the way that I envision that Process happening. I mean, normally speaking, you've got you've got you got a guy upstairs in teams. They differ on this. But you get your analytics guy that has complete access to your play caller. In this case, Matt Leflore. My guess is on the third down When I again I thought Aaron Rodgers could have run the ball in. If not, he certainly would have been inside the five and e mean in. Rogers is a good athlete so third down when he climbed the pocket and then took off and then threw back across his body to Davante Adams, and that one almost got picked. I'm screaming at the TV. Run it when that thing opened up. He didn't But at that point My guess. Would be that the conversation between the analytics guru and Matt LaFleur. Would be very short and concise. Met numbers say you kick it. Sure numbers say you kick it. Hey. So he's a young coach is in the second year, I think is a really good coach. He's taking his team to the NFC championship game. But in this case, you know, I I just think I just think you have to give your guy a chance. To go for it and try to find a way to tie the game. They got down early in the entire game. I thought Green Bay was still gonna win. Fight it to the whole game. I did, too. I picked them to him. You know the two point conversion that was dropped by, say, Brown. That was huge. I mean, hit him right between the numbers, even though the ball was deflected. So Tom Brady for in his 117th, I think Super Bowl appearance thistles. What is this Attend 10th Super Bowl appearance ever. That's twice as many as any other player, John John Elway had five Just to put it in perspective. Any of the quarterback, right? Correct. Wow. And the Chiefs came Man that they look good. I thought the Chiefs played so well. They made the bills look like just an average team. Bills didn't play. The best game was not a good match up. You know, I did not like the way the bills played was worked for Josh Alan, But I picked the Chiefs. I didn't like the way they played in their last two games. Same here, you know they were You know, they beat the Ravens 17 to 3 17.7 of that coming on a pick six. So they didn't They're often seem to be just a little bit out of sorts. Um And and buffalo is, uh, is this zone zone team soft? Yeah. And I think you want to keep things in front of you. I mean, when you play Kansas City, it's easy for me to stay here in the studio telling me how to play Kansas City, but I mean, you've got to be able to You gotta be able to get up and disrupt receivers and you're gonna get some holding calls. You can't just sort of lay back and let them come on. Tony Rome will made a couple of points to that in terms of letting Travis Kelsey just come off a lot of scrimmage used to Travis Kelsey is gonna catch 20 balls. Yeah, I don't know. That s O. I think it's an interesting matchup with with Tampa in Kansas City. I think. Tampa you You put this down now Tampa will have 45 holding calls in the back end of the secondary. They'll have four or five of those, and they won't care. They're going to try to come up and they Todd Bowles will not just sit back. I mean, hell from time to time, he will lock guys up and try to come after my homes that the key for Tampa Bay to me defensively will be can they generate a pass rush with the four? And play coverage at times like San Francisco's game plan in the last Super Bowl Me San Francisco's game plan was spot on. They just, you know, they give up a huge play late in the game that that to me, is how really the only consistent way of playing and it gives you the best chance to try to be but, you know We'll talk about this in the next couple of weeks. Kansas City is the best team in football. And it's going to take a monumental effort for Tampa to win that thing. Yeah, really Impressive in, um, was watching part of the game. My wife was watching with me. She's a casual football fan. And even she noticed Tyree kill you, like Oh, my God. Look at this guy. He is so fast. It stands out to any even a casual family Go. This guy is he's not even human. As fast as he could move on the football field. Did you were you surprised the bills didn't adjust defensively at some point and because the chiefs were just killing him with underneath routes, just killing him. And then when you get the ball to Tyree kill Underneath. He's going to make a big play for you. You ever just it's it's a tough It's a tough thing because you don't want to give a big place. Kansas City lives on big place in Kansas City when they beat Tampa in Tampa earlier this year, 27 24, But that game was not really as close as the final score would indicate. Tampa had a couple of late scores. But they gave a big big down the field shots. The Tyree kill did Tampa so this sort of have Buffalo plays? I think Buffalo thought their front for, um, could maybe get a little more pressure ma. And at times they did. They just couldn't get homes on the ground. He's so good it just feeling pressure and sliding away. He's much bigger and stronger than You know that he appears to be on TV. Pat Mahomes is close to £230. These 63. I mean, he's tough to get on the ground, and you know he's very patient in the pocket. He's just an extraordinarily good player. He's by far the best player in the world and second place honestly, is not even all that close. That's that's what Kansas City's got going for. Who's second Aaron Rodgers at the quarterback position. Car and Who would you take right now? After Mahomes Push. Yeah. Yeah, probably. Yeah, I'm with you on that. I mean, I like to Shawn. What There's there's There's a handful plus of really, really good quarterbacks. But to me, you look at yesterday's games. You get Rogers with Green Bay. You got Brady with Tampa. You've got homes with Kansas City. You got Josh Allen with buffalo. That's the final four last four standing But if you don't have one of those guys Playing quarterback. You just You know, you're just out there. At some point today we should talk about The Matthew Stafford. Possibility, not just Matthew Stafford that when you look at the list of quarterbacks that might be available. This year. Get in the off season. It's a pretty good list and some big names on their team. Who do you like? Besides Stafford? Matt Ryan would be an interesting choice. I think here Yeah, went Would be an interesting choice..

"Jason there's a lot of people on social media that are talking about the way. Aaron rodgers handled the post game. Press her saying that he constantly throws head coaches or his team under the bus. What are your thoughts on. That is the case. That was not the sense. I got from his post. Game and matt lafleur clearly through His defensive coordinator. Mike patton under the bus for the touchdown right before halftime. He said we're in man coverage that's the wrong coverage to be in. I put that on the coaching staff. We can't make that mistake. I look. he's throwing an interception. I was crucial right He had the third down run. The key mentioned that he didn't take so. I don't think aaron rodgers played a perfect game by any stretch. But i do think that that's the problem with the packers is that he has to play perfect for them to win more often than not. I mean tom. Brady threw three interceptions. Packers didn't turn those into enough points. But they had the margin for error that the goat can throw three interceptions and they can still win. The game i. I do think that that might be part of rogers. Frustration is that he feels like he he. He does not have any margin for error in game like this. It's a great point. Three second-half interceptions to boot and tom. Brady's off to super bowl number. Ten and is jason said for the first time in about ten years rogers at an opportunity but again it's cut short have a great show today. I'm sure the callers are actually lined up right now. Johannes is a generational player. The deal goes into effect following the upcoming season, which begins Wednesday of next week against the Boston Celtics. ESPN. How much basketball 12th ranked Wisconsin takes on loyal of Chicago tonight at the Cole Center, and the second to last college football playoff pole will be revealed later tonight. You gotta pay attention to this one. John. Right now. It's Alabama Notre Dame clubs in an Ohio state. I wouldn't imagine that'll change. If you have to pay attention to who moves into number five and number six, maybe even number seven, especially with Florida's laws. Can another conference get close enough to where if there's an issue With one of the teams ahead of them. They can slide in because right now it looks like the big 12 and Pac 12 would be ruled out of the college football playoff. So number 567. Maybe that becomes a really important piece to the puzzle. If you wanna look at how far the Pac 12 his phone, USC is five and Oh, same record, his Ohio State undefeated They're not even talk about as having any potential to crack that probably not even to get into the top 10. It's just amazing turn. It's a pretty low percentage, but you look at their schedule and realize they have not played a team the number next to it yet, and that's part of the issue with the Pac 12. Ohio State's hanging onto that Indiana win, which is pretty impressive and an opportunity to beat Northwestern, another ranked team this coming weekend. Interesting to keep an eye on Greg. Thank you. Georgia Senate debates make headlines ahead of runoff

"Voting in georgia for the january senate elections begins one week from today. On december fourteenth debates for both georgia's senate races were held last night in atlanta. Here's republican senator. Kelly leffler and democrat reverend raphael warnock. My question is a pretty simple. Yes or no. Senator leffler did donald trump lose a recent presidential election. President trump has every right to use every legal recourse available in our own state. We've seen time and again that we have investigations that need to be completed. The trump campaign has filed fifty three frivolous lawsuits claiming election fraud courts. Actually the lawsuits did not ever claim fraud. Not in a single one of those losses. Did they claim fraud. Once they got in a court courts found zero instances fraud that includes one case. George that was dismissed today by a federal judge appointed by president. George w bush drudges republican. Senator david perdue who is facing allegations of insider trading. Just refuse to show up to debate as challenger don crat jon ossoff who appeared next to an empty lecture. My message for the people of our state at this moment of crisis is your senator feels entitled to your vote. Your senator is refusing to answer questions and debate his opponent because he believes he shouldn't have to. He believes this senate seat belongs to him. The senate seat belongs to the people today. John also held a campaign event in lilburn georgia. Imagine being a. us. Senator afraid of answering questions in public for fear that he might incriminate himself at a moment. Like this when people are hurting joining us. Now is who and castro. The former secretary of housing and urban development in the obama administration. Former mayor of san antonio texas secretary castro. Thank you very much for joining us tonight. You're back on the campaign trail today. Jon ossoff tomorrow for raphael warnock What are you seeing out there. Especially in response to this weekend's debate last night's debate where a david did not even show up. It's good to be with you lawrence. But what i've seen is a lot of people georgia understand how important the stakes are here. They understand that what happens here in georgia is gonna affect not only all georgians but also all of us as americans. I think most of gay and what they saw in the debates last night. Reinforce this that in a senators leffler purdue they've had two people that endorsed most critical moment of need have chosen to serve themselves to enrich themselves benefit their friends instead of working on behalf of the people of georgia. And what they see an rafael warnock in jon. Ossoff our to folks who are committed to serving the people georgia who were talking about the issues that matter healthcare job getting small suspect up in going housing opportunity as many people facing eviction making sure that we tackle climate change in the biggest challenge of our generation so the the differences here couldn't be more clear. Let's listen to more of what john also had to say on the campaign trail today. And how are these campaigns. These two democratic campaigns a sound like a partnership. Let's listen to this. You got the young jewish journalist son of an immigrant running alongside a black preacher who holds the same pulpit as dr king at the knees baptist church building a movement for health jobs and justice for the people at a moment of crisis because health jobs and justice are what the people need right now and we are running against the bonnie and clyde of political corruption in america secretary castro that kind of teamwork is unusual. Most people would. They're running for office. They're just trying to get themselves over that hurdle. Well it is. And i think we're fortunate that we have these runoffs going on at the same time as you know. Lawrence doesn't not happen where you have to united states senate seats in a runoff at the same time and i think they've done a very good job as a team and painting making sure that their message is clear about what they're gonna do for the people of georgia that get his asses the work to make sure that folks have good opportunities in georgia. And that's how they're going to govern governed in a much stronger way for the people of georgia than a leffler and purdue. Have i want to listen to something. That reverend warnock said last night in his debate because interestingly both democratic campaigns are running against republican candidates credibly accused of insider trading using their senate positions for insider trading. Let's listen to what the way reverend warnock put it. Last night. She was only there three weeks. i'm not sure she was fully unpacked when she started dumping millions of dollars of stock trying to protect herself and She purchased. That seat is done well for her. The issue is that the people who sold it to our. Don't it and the people of georgia coming back to get their seat sir. Castro is that issue getting traction on the campaign trail is especially. Because you're is somebody in kelly lafleur who was not elected Who last night into debate. You could tell just said the same thing over and over and over again and instead of addressing the issues basically just tried to label roselle warna you know as do liberal for georgia when he was there actually talking about the things that we hear people talking about table being able to afford the rent. You know wh what is their gonna come back online. What is washington dc. Doing work to make sure that they have opportunity. And to make sure the infancy can get asked endemic It's night and day away. That worn can also addressing the issues. That people are talking about the care about right now. And i'll disconnected leffler and her do our sanitary helene. Castro live from the campaign trail in georgia. Thank you very much for joining us tonight. Really appreciate

"You're the Packers, your Justus good. Just as talented as those teams. There's no reason why you shouldn't think that you could compete. Against those teams. Your roster needed. Real improvements. You guys gotta be on the same page and when I see Matt LaFleur today comment And say, quote. I don't know if it ever got serious quote. I have no idea where all that came from were in constant communication. We're on the same page. But there's no truth to that. Rumor. I promise you Me adding a player like Wolf Fuller could be the difference between winning or losing. And I like will fuller. I don't wantto over. So what he is, though, and call him an elite player. But will fuller to me is a difference maker? Healthy wolf Fuller can help you. In this season. 31 catches 500 yards, five touchdowns When he's finally healthy. He's finally playing at a really high level he's playing so where we thought that he could Now the injuries have been a problem. He's never started in 16 games. But, man, that's something you roll the dice on. I wouldn't give a first. I wouldn't give a second. I probably wouldn't have given a third. But if you're willing to eat some of that salary, or maybe take on that whole salary if you're the Green Bay Packers To me. You could have gotten significantly better today and you missed that opportunity, And that's gotta be disappointing. If you're a Packers fan as you look and you have a top three quarterback in the league That you weren't willing to eat that salary. And roll the dice and you continue to not give your Hall of fame quarterback everything that he needs to listen to the Jr Sports Brief Right here on CBS Sports Radio. Keep it locked in. "The Packers are scheduled to fly to California on Wednesday in advance of Thursday's scheduled gain against the 40 Niners plans could be on hold, however, Running back a J. Dylan is covert 19 positive and in self isolation, the rest of the runningback group could be forced to sit out at least five days as a result of contact tracing Ofit in the building in a short week, not a great scenario for Matt LaFleur. It's the situation that we're presented with, and we're gonna make the best of it. You know, It's not an excuse to go out there and play pat or anything like that. It is what it is, man and you gotta adapt and adjust, and that's just the circumstances that were dealt with. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is. Package they're scheduled to face of 40 Niners team that will be without starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and all pro tight and George Kittle. Garoppolo expected to miss at least six weeks with an ankle injury kid allowed for eight weeks or more with a broken bone in his foot. According to multiple reports. The Packers remain interested in Houston. Texans wide receiver will fuller ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline. ESPN is Adam Schefter. They've explored the wide receiver market, they should be exploring the wide receiver market. And I think the Texans have been open to listening and all their wide receivers right now and with Houston director being what it is, and with that team being without 1st and 2nd round draft picks, the Texas is going to want to try to get back whatever picks they can and a college basketball John Wisconsin Badger senior guard to meet their tryst, one of 20 candidates for the 2021 Bob Cousy, Point guard of the Year award. Hey, I know we're just trying to get through college football. There's a lot of bumps in the road. Do we have any idea what college basketball looks like They tentatively going to start at a certain point in time? So the earliest that deacon start is the 25th of November fact mark it as a game scheduled for that night. The badger schedules not really out yet, but they will play market in December 4th and Louisville on December night, so it's kind of piecemeal ing it together. We'll hasn't thought some Greg guard coming up. But for 15, it's not easy to court to schedule together. But if you're going to begin November 25th, I mean, just do the math. "I just don't. I just think there's some schematic things that we saw in terms of weakness is for the Packers. For instance, if you look at their you know their 33 their toughest games last year for tougher, tougher game, technically you they lost. They lost the trouble to Seahawks. Got blasted by the Chargers, and they got smoked by the 40 Niners twice all through those teams utilized sort of a cover three zone technique on defense, and it seems like maybe that's it. Maybe that's something that teams can exploit when going up against not LaFleur's offense. On. You know, this is it's a weird spot because We've seen them. They drafted Aaron Rodgers. And they had Brett Farve at this age and that worked out very well for him on and I say, you know, hesitate. Justo kill him for the Jordan lumping. But if you're gonna be all in on Aaron Rodgers, Prime and presumably, they are in his later years. Excuse me. Presumably, they are because they have a contract. Why are you going to draft a quarterback in the first round with all those receivers available? Why are you going toe? You know why you're going to go out and use the second round pick on, you know, running back who is not great catching passing from a J. Dylan who I loved, but I just don't know that. You know, I don't know that the pics they made Sort of dump tail with the philosophy that we've seen from them the last two years, they entity out. So what's the play here? If Roger struggles early, you know is there Is there a sort of a coup going on there? It's very perplexing. I think the one argument for the Packers Continuing their success from last year will be that the division frankly doesn't look that good. Minnesota lost a lot of pieces on defense, including Michael Pierce. You opted out he was supposed to replace Lindvall. Joseph. That's a problem. You know, Daniel hunters stud, but I just not sure how much Past rustic and engineer with just him there and know everything, Griffin and then in the secondary, they're full of young guy, So that's concerning, You know, I think the Lions are sneaky team that sort of job of and still no marks and the Lions are going to jump up and win that division. I don't think it's out of the question. I really don't think I think the lions that establish gonna play 16 game that's not gonna happen. Well, I Stafford critical thinking he's got a back issue. How many people bounce back from a real serious back problem? I had one like, you know, a couple years ago. I know you right now. I'm not saying it's right. This will will write, Write, write this down. Lions have not won a championship since 1957. Their last playoff win was 1991. All right. All right. Fine. You got me. Okay. I believe the head. All right. I like the odds on the lion's winning it in terms of the Vegas odds. If you five value, that's fine, but football analysis a little different. Her body like a figure sneaking to pop up, but it's probably not likely and then the Bears have to figure out the quarterback situation. My point being that this division While we was probably really good last year might stink this year, and I don't think any of those teams we got substantially better in the Austin I think that's sort of the past the Green Bay repeating what they had last year, but I would expect it to take some kind of step back from 13 to 3. They were not a 13 3 team last year, according to Advanced Metrics there, you know, maybe 9 10 wins best case for them, I think Will thank you for enduring my latest lion Ranch. "A young lad I loved them. But as I'm getting older I am not a fan of. Crowds. So I will tend to avoid it but I. Think it's Great depending on the sectors of the community some of them. It seems like it's always just to get trashed. And have a good time and not really. I don't know it felt like sometimes in some of the events just focuses in there. It's on. We're GONNA get locked up in the street. It's GonNa be awesome, and that's cool, but not anymore. I like pride. There are some things in the. where I live here in Saint Petersburg, they do a week of pride. So. There are some things that I will. I liked to do and I. You know some pride things and I. I live an hour or I I work an hour from where I live which is actually where I grew up and I. There are other prides in that I like to do but I. The big partying in and Bash, and getting drunk and and stupefied is is not my thing anymore Or close in age on. I'll. Be Thirty five in September so. You know I loved it in my early twenties, it was definitely something I'd love to do, and I would probably get chip faced for a week, but definitely not my seem, but I still think it's it's. A great thing for the community, and I am sad to see that they're canceled this year. due to the virus, but you know some places are doing a virtual, so people will still be able to do some stuff, and hopefully they'll you know there is more to pride than just events and things you know pride is much more than that. It's been. The concept of pride has been around for fifty years. So I definitely think that there's more to it, but definitely the Vince Sin May I don't know I, mean what do you think about Do you think corporate America will still sell all? Their will norm full rainbow merchandise for the month of June? Yeah, yeah I think they'll find a way to do it. You know I. Mean That's just it's pretty much. Anybody can make money off of so it's like why not especially when we're in hard times. They'll probably find something. You know like a pride party at your house type thing which is cool I mean. I'm not completely against the events I go to the parade every year. They have here in Chicago Don, amount. I still love it still love putting on like my transpired sneakers at throwing on like rainbows and just going out having good. It's wonderful at that time. We're like it doesn't matter who you see. It's great. You have guitar. But, but as far as corporate America. Yeah, they'll find a way. How How is pride in Chicago compared to pride that you may be went to in Florida? It is much bigger. You know I mean I've been to Brighton On beach westbound ride. That's like worth I've been to Fort Lauderdale quite a few times, and I thought that was big until I came until I moved to Chicago and the first time I saw the pride parade. I could not believe how long it was. It's close to like three hours. Yeah, and it traverses a pretty decent amount of space from uptown. which is in dis- north of the city center all the way down through a Lincoln Park what it's. Plus than there's a huge parties afterwards and I believe there's like three days of here. I know that there's the pride festival. The Pride Parade, and then they have a market days. which is like an entire week, so it's it's a gigantic party. Yeah, so it's. It's very overwhelming. Mike Way, but there's more. I. Don't know if I could sit there for three hours although I was reading the other day. That I think it was last year's pride in new. York City took twelve hours. For them to March where everybody in a march through I was like holy cow. There's no way no way. It's insane yeah. Awesome to see, it is awesome to see. Yeah, it is awesome. I am a question about Chicago. Pride is A. Do you feel like they're trans inclusive? Oh Oh yeah yeah. Absolutely. you know the center hosted? That puts it on. has two big. Trans. Positive groups and one of them is quite large St. Mac Trans Masculine and they are very well represented. Usually get owns based on the parade and. There's a lot of support there. I actually just interviewed the person who started t MAC today nick. Nick and somebody. You're actually my third person that have interviewed in two days from Chicago. Yeah. I don't know if you know Denise Bowker. He's a trans woman. She's very active. In the Trans Fem community in Chicago but She actually goes to the fan group that I guess also comes. I. Don't know if it comes out of there. The same Senate does not. Different. Days I had a friend that used to be part of it, but she moved to New York City. So how has pride had an effect on your journey or has it it definitely has I would say. gave me. You know a place to find people and find the group to support group eventually went to. it was. Just finding a new sense of being knowing that there is a community of people. That you know, do support us, but. You know. Sometimes I in certain places. We get a little wishy washy in our community, so it did have some a little bit of a negative effects in some places, but now. It's become I feel like more comfortable. especially I mean Chicago's to accepting city and I I. Do love it. Yeah, that's helpful. That's true. That's true. Bigger cities I think are more. Than you know smaller. Cities! I, know. I lived in I've lived in New, York City. When.

I actually do like the show, but I just have struggled early hard sitting down for very long that I feel like I'm not being productive. That's why I took on this project for a pride series. Because I normally only put on episode every two weeks because I do work a fulltime job on top of it plus I. Do some volunteer work. Work and now I'm doing one episode day for the month of June so I definitely must have been a little crazy to an end, but you know people ask me all the time. Why did you start the podcast and I started because I had nothing to do. My Wife Is Pharmacy School. She literally is doing it sixty seventy hours a week. it's a fulltime plus commitment and. Insists get through supernatural which she's thrilled about. All right, so let's get onto our topic today. Which is about pride? So, what does pride mean to you? tried means to me is being able to take. Probably less favourable favorable events in not only are past, but our communities passed to keep ourselves reminder as why we're so visible. And why it's so important! Elements pretty much to me, but you know there have been different types of prides that I was I was also involved in the letter Kennedy when I was in south Florida, and there was a different sense of pride there, and through them I was able to gain a sense of authenticity in kind of like catapulted I transition. So seeing that type of you know pride in your community. Pride in your friends brandon in yourselves it makes gives you a sense of purpose. And you kind of get a little bit self love knowing that you're not alone. What are your thoughts on pride events? When.

"Back in two thousand four and American psychologist named Berry Schwartz published a book called the paradox of choice varies argument. And we've talked about before the show is pretty straightforward. He concluded that having lots and lots of choices has actually made us more anxious and less happy. I mean think about it do you ever get anxious at chipotle layer in and out burger. I'm guessing you don't because they have very few choices. Burger cheeseburger double cheeseburger Taco Burrito Bowl. Caissoti you get my point right. Having fewer choices actually decreases anxiety. Now imagine waking up every morning in agonizing over what to wear you go to your closet and you either hate everything in it or you can't decide what would look good and I suspect this is not a thought. Thought experiment for many of you. In fact this was how Sarala Fluor started her day every morning as she went off to a corporate job at a firm in New York and Sarah wasn't alone. The research is pretty clear. On average women spend a lot more time getting ready in the morning than men so Sarah decided to try and tackle goal this problem by tackling the closet essentially by coming up with a line of clothing that was simple and elegant without too many options that would speed up the morning routine closed. That were well-made looked great and professional and a more reasonable price but like so many of the founders of talked to Sarah a had this ambitious plan and not the slightest idea initially of how she was going to carry it out for starters. She knew nothing about the fashion industry three. She had no idea had a make address or a pair of slacks. She just knew what she liked but since she launched 'em'll floor it's grown into a business is closing in on one hundred million dollars. In annual sales and a lot of the companies designs are inspired by Suresh Childhood in Asia. Her Dad was an American diplomat. And for most of Sarah's childhood the family lived in Japan where her mother was from and Sarah grew up speaking both English and Japanese. It was tough. The the term that people use in Japan to describe biracial kids is half. I guess we say that to half Japanese half American but my parents always said you're not half your double w. both Japanese and you're also American and so I think they were really insistent on that fact but I think day-to-day basis like I remember. When I was in Tokyo I really didn't WANNA WANNA use my last name Lafleur? In Japan your last name really signifies whether you are Japanese or not so much so that you Korean Japanese people Chinese Japanese people they will change their. They were last name to signify that they are truly Japanese and so You know I kind of hit my American last name and then I would say simultaneously when I came to the US. I had the opposite experience. agreeance especially around college I went to a school that was incredibly preppy and that prep culture. I'd never seen before in Japan to me about about but your mom did she. Did she work the ashy. Did I mean really a huge inspiration. I mean I would say the reason I started my business in many ways goes back to my mom She is Japanese in Japan. And you know very very unusual person for someone of her generation. She worked through out out her life. continues to work today. She loves her job. She runs a business selling travel jewelry out of Tokyo which she started. Because I think in many ways it's it's tough being a diplomat's wife you have to move every three to four years and I think the communist option is that the wife usually gives up her career so that she can be the diplomat's wife if host receptions etc.. But she couldn't she always says. I can't wait for Monday. What excuse me like? How about us on the weekends but She just she loved going to work. And I think that was a real inspiration for me and my sister. We never assumed that we wouldn't not get jobs. That was the only thing we assumed samed. So I mean looking your mom as as this kind of inspiration for to entrepreneur did you. I mean I can't imagine As a kid you thought. I'm going to be an entrepreneur or did you mean Oh God no no not at all I mean she didn't hide how hard it was I'm trying to start the business with her friends. Having her friends leave the business all of a sudden out of nowhere financial struggles just hard personal all conversations that she was having with her business partners and I remember as a kid I would come down in the middle of the night to grab glass of water and I would see my mom sitting in the armchair with a light of her head sipping whiskey On the rocks and I just remember thinking how it is hard so so when it came time for you to go to college You went to Harvard's must've been you know a pretty good student. Yes and no I think I I never a fancy myself to be the Super Smart Person. I knew I was a really hard worker and my mom always used to say you know Listen Japanese Dodo crooked. Don't which means like you're the kid who tries hard and so I my mom meant that an encouraging way but I never in my mind like well. You know I'm going to be the smartest person in the room. I actually have probably never thought that. In my life I just knew that whatever I wanted to do it would have to be through sheer willpower. Sheer determination yeah. I mean I mean when you when you graduated. What did you think you you were going to do with your life? Did you think okay. I'll get a job and go work somewhere and figure it out I should take a step back and say it like basically from time I was in high school. I wanted to be a refugee camp officer. I wanted to be a logistics officer and I started researching refugee issues got really really passionate about it and I thought Gosh that's what I wanna go do in so the summer between my junior and senior year. I had this opportunity. Ah to go volunteer at a refugee camp and Sambia what you did this. You do this while you were still student. Yeah you know I think if I can point to one life changing changing experience that I've had that would definitely that would be the one. I mean this refugee camp points. I think like ten hours from Lusaka. Which is the capital of Abia so we would drive to the small the town? I was two hours away and I would buy random pieces of furniture layer and then we would paint building that we fixed. I mean it was. It was basic stuff it was it was basic stuff but I think I also think simultaneously I realized the powerlessness of of myself Really being in that space I would have people people come up to me just as I was walking back to the dorm where we were staying and he would say I would. I have AIDS. My my wife has died I I have one kid. WHO's dying is there any way you can help me? I mean this and this what just happened on daily if not hourly basis and it just fundamentally changes the way you see life life and I went with nonprofit organization and one day the leader asked me okay so we are were short on money. So we're going to have to make a trade off if we can either continue to buy lunch or we can continue to spend on fuel and I was looking at him being like wait. We have to choose between lunch and fuel what what kind of choices that like. Harry's to work like that and then I came back on campus senior year. I had all these friends who are coming back from. I'm their investment banking internships with five thousand dollars ten thousand dollars signing bonuses. And I couldn't believe the I that was more more than the money. I had raised all summer and it sparked some sort of curiosity I think for me and then a a mentor that I had been without the camp at the time she was someone who had worked written investment banking. And she said to me you know Sarah. It's it's never a bad idea to go learn how to work with the big boys kind of hit that expression big boys. Yeah Yeah but But I knew what you meant and And the money. I just couldn't believe that you could sign a piece of paper and you can have five thousand dollars in your checking account.

"Depends on the symptoms if it's if it's gas and bloating days that's all days and if it's few weeks maybe if not a couple and then actual inflammation pain stuff like that sleep. That takes weeks okay. So that's really gradual. So people probably get a little frustrated that they're not seeing a a quick turnaround although weeks isn't really depends what you noticed if it's actual pain you'll see that decrease before maybe some land markers so we've we've learned some land markers and you have some high. Hse RPI or we've done a stool test and you have high cal protect in or or some of the that I was telling you. Protein markets are all markers that from an inflammation perspective? We can see what's going on that. You might not necessarily feel so someone may feel good but then if we did. A test may have a parasite that may have something that is causing inflammation that their body is fighting. Even though they don't know it oh so they may be just feel zapped energy. You're doing from a diet perspective. What I perceived to be really really clean. Then I'll suggest let's do this stool tests just to see because that's when you'll start getting tests. Don't that's right right so the inflammation. I just didn't realize until the past few years. What inflammation can really do to our our bodies you saying. It's like over time you practice functional Madison in your in. Your coaching And I know you're a nurse so you know how to look at all this but most of us just don't realize what we're doing the inflammation that's happening over time right just a slow kind of steady thing that not only zaps our energy but it can really cause things like you were talking about diabetes and heart problems. Can you talk about that? Some why people should understand. This isn't just about feeling better but it's about living about protecting the life that you've been given inflammation isn't bad right. It's a good thing. The problem is if you have more inflammation than you can recover from right. That's when you start feeling it. So exercise is a stressor right. That's something that when you do it. Your body has to respond and become stronger. Well the issue is if you're oh well you know what? I'm super stressed. I'm not sleeping. That's a stressor I'm eating crappy diet. That's a stressor right then. Now I'm going to exercise because I know that's good for me additional stress. And that's when you see people they get injured or so you're adding those stressors which are going to increase inflammation though that's essentially the there's the the term hormesis which is a little bit is going to make you stronger. A lot of it is going to kill you enough. Water is good for you. Too much of it can kill you same with arsenic. Same with all these things. I mean. That's in rice. That's an apple peels but if you eat too much arsenic you will die so what you're trying to do. Is I want to stress my body a little bit. But then recover from that inflammation and become stronger more resilient. Would we don't do that. We constantly stack mall these things to where we'RE NOT ASSESSING IF WE'RE COMING BACK TO BASELINE. I know you're here. The goal is if you're already below baseline and you're complaining of all these symptoms. I'm trying to get you hire or you feel that it but our diet our sleep alcohol. Coffee little bit is fine. Yeah we don't do a little bit. We don't do energy drinks. We do all these different things that which we were talking before about sleeping pills so people say well. I have to take sleep medication to sleep. The problem is you are unconscious. You are not getting restorative sleep right which that is where I mean. Matthew Walker has a book which is like the Mecca. It's called why we sleep. It is it goes through how important it actually is and we just don't cherish it. We chairs the grind right. Well I'm up at this time and I'm not gonNA take time for myself and we can talk about. Diet all day that's GI symptoms. But this this is the rest of the stores right. This is really the whole story. I wanted to tell you that I wasn't really expecting this part of the conversation a new. We'd be talking about Diet but all this is going to lead to a better diet. If you take care of yourself you'll want to. You want to feel better if we were thinking about it. But if we're stressed and just at Whitsand won't that's why we talked about last time. The monitors you know. I can tell if someone is constantly stressed or in sympathetic. I'm looking at that number and until you climb out of that. We're going to figure out what it is or you're not sleeping or you drinking before bed or you drinking too much caffeine right. Those are the types of things. Are you exercising too hard? That's the type of stuff that we can run lab work if you think inflammations your issue. We're going to find it. That's fine the problem is finding. It is not removing it. And we're going to have to make that decision sooner or later. I always tell people if if you knew that drinking a beer lighting up a cigarette is gonNA kill you immediately. You wouldn't do it. None of us would do it. But the fact that smokers still know that it is going to kill them. We talk about cancer we want. Smoking is the leading carcinogen right. We still do it. Why that's what you're up against. That's what I'm saying you can. We can look inflammation we can run lab workers. I have some of these guys that WANNA through five grand at testing. I want to know what we find out. You're still going to have to do something about what are you. GonNa do with. That information is right now and I guess the main point is. It's not all or nothing. We can talk about gluten and dairy and all these things all we want. It's rich is causing the problem for you. That's what we're looking for. Not with calls the proper him not her. Not your mom not your sister. Why can so-and-so drink and she didn't have a problem I don't know that may have gone but I'm not here to deal with that and that's what you start to see. Is that people get upset that why can so into only work out a once a week and she looks phenomenal. Or why can this guy drink and not sleep and like I said last time I mean we operated on more people that were thin right that had heart disease as opposed to people that are just grotesque being showing fair. Somebody I mean it just seems unfair but I guess what you're saying is in and I want to stress stress or probably shouldn't use that word that is that I think I know I'm just going to speak for myself. I'll tend to focus on one thing thinking if I can get that right like if I can change the foods. I'm eating you know because I used to be So focused on weight and then I had issues in college. Because I just wasn't eating so I got no fiber. I would just eat just very little in that was unhealthy and then I found out why needed fiber my diet. I got really sick and one of my girlfriends said. Oh you have to eat brand you know in the seventies it was like so we'd had brand but it worked. It really helped me back on track so for most of my life. I've been very focused on healthy foods and lower calorie foods which I kinda regret but I would make sure. I got a lot of fiber right but then with all these diets you read about received people losing weight and it reduces inflammation. They're not eating sugar and they're eating fat. Which is just turns my stomach because of what I thought I knew but I think about what's going to be fifty years from now. What ARE PEOPLE? GonNa know that we don't know today but some of these all these diets we've read about it. Sounds like they could be helpful for some people but then they might cause these gut issues for others too much fat. It seems like it would make you sick especially most people. They'll have their gallbladder removed. Then they'll wonder may get a call that every time I eat that much. I'm just sitting on the toilet for hours right because you have no means of digested it. Now that you took out your gallbladder bile is what and like. Didn't your doctor gives you something for you to take like they did. But I don't take that okay. Well you have to now. Because that's your only compensation but every diet I have not come across one specific diet that is. Hey this works use it. This works a version of it may right but it depends on what you're currently eating and we discussed this. So these food allergy tests. Yeah so I've personally had clients that. Have come to me with food allergy tests. Okay from their regular doctor or they just ordered online. Hey I'M GONNA go get my blood drawn and then this is what came back. I'm allergic to all of my favorite foods. Okay the issue is what we talked about. The Pearls Pearls from their favorite foods are getting through the gut lining when they shouldn't so they are going to respond to all of it. But when you fix the leaky gut I am like using the term. It's like adrenal fatigue. Myth if you fix that I and you retest those same foods. Do not positive because you do not have the antibodies to them. You're not producing them anymore. Certain ones will still exist. Those are the real intolerances. Okay that could be genetic that could be just currently you with your your stress levels in your digestive capacity. Whatever may be but so most people say well. I'm allergic to all this. You're not you're intolerant of it right now. Yeah but you can change that. And that's that's the difference right. That's the case of will. These foods are bad for me. These are my orange and red foods. Maybe let's see what else you're eating. That's not on the sheet right. And that's when you start digging down and you have people that may drink too much which is a Gi tip. All this up exacerbates. The problem that we're talking about I found out years ago I mentioned you that I had to give up milk and I was so. I was just so congested. All the time like to the point of being ridiculous where they'd have to just like you know run. All this water through my nasal passages and I was miserable and I made some changes. Mainly different job got out of the building. I'd been in and I found out later that I really could drink milk but I didn't want it as much but dust still kills me. Like if I'M IF I'M CLEANING OUT. You know cabinet surrogate cleaning out clothes. And all..
