"I'll tell you what next week where are we're near. We're here both days. Love it. Go nowhere. Sharon, welcome. Dairy. Yes. My name is Sharon I live in Helena, Montana. And we have a rental that has a well. And you know, we keep a lightbulb on down in there down in well housing things is there I heard you earlier talk about maximum smart light now side from a light. Is there? A some kind of a smart thing we can put down in that. Well, that would register on our phones if for instance, that was to go out, and it was just start getting really cold down in that long. Are you aware of any? I'm not an expert on those products by aware of a multitude of solutions for that. So and again, I don't know how far you got to put that down into well to monitor that. Do you? No, my husband does it. But I think it's maybe two or three feet. Yeah. Just on the surface because the warmer, Dan, you get you get to a constant temperature. So if you. So there's different. Yeah. I don't know if there's an app there may be but I'm not positive. There's also this whole nest smart house things that you could have devices put in there. But in terms of just a, you know, something to monitor their is. And I've seen them where you've seen the weather station juvenile a house. Maybe it tells you what the inside temperature is outside temperature and all that. You can get those at work by WI fi. So you can you could put that device. They're and they're actually smaller where you could recover that on your phone, and I'll tell you what the air temperature is. This is like a cross town from if it's not like it's run. So you could pick that up like a Home Depot or online or something like that. I'm sure if you just Google wifi air temperature monitoring device you'll find something I've seen him at the Home Depot. So there may be an app to I just have not pursued that, but I do know there's something physical for that. There's also a device it's almost like an electrical cube tap. All right. So like if you had a light that plugged into it. It is protected and it's also on a thermostat. So with holds the electricity until it's thirty five degrees. It turns that light on automatically and shuts off at forty five degrees. You need electric down there or. Okay. So you might think Grainger check their website. I'm sure they have that. Okay. Okay. But so there's a couple of devices. Yeah. You don't have to drive over there. Every day. All right. Thank you so much. You're quite welcome. Thanks, take care. Bye. Bye. All right. Again, it's eight hundred eighty two three eight two five five. Let's get to Rick. Rick. Welcome in morning, Gary. How are you, sir? Just fine. Thirty six degrees here in chicopee, Massachusetts. I'll tell you what. Go with six the level. You you you live with the exact weather. We did in my backyard. It was six the wind chill Twenty-eight today. It's supposed to go to fifty nine. Yes. Yes. Supposed to be like thirty thirty four humbly unbelievable dairy. I just wanted to give a couple of tips that I do I'm a visually impaired person. All right. It's it's something that I learned. But somebody the tips on the lady Rosemary called for a slow drainage sink. Yes. Pooping that I do that. It's very chic. I do. Less than a dollar fifty. Soda brand. I'm not gonna say the soda brand. I'd take twelve ounces Cup potent in the drain. David lettuce sits at twenty minutes. Everything gets unclogged. Okay. Well, there's an asset to that. Yeah. So is this in vanity drain? Yes. Vanity drained for anything. I just take a wet dry vacuum feel up to the top. And I I talked to take everything out before. I do. Okay. Take everything out. If somebody's going to get it's going to come out. Is it still slow just throw that twelve ounce cans soda and let it sit for twenty minutes and is unbelievable. He to it twice a year. All right, good. Yes. Okay. I just wanted to share it with you. Appreciate it. All right. Thank you so much take care. You bet ya. Yeah. Okay. Soda. Fred from Virginia he called, and I never did this. And I'm always waiting for him to chastise me for that. But he would say that sometimes you can't get that windshield cleaning it like pine tar, you know, those clear little sticky spots on a windshield. You can't see I've always smearing. He'd always told me to spray coke lender. Coke owner splashing on here. Let's it and wipe it off. I think I got that. Right. I know I got the coke park. Right. And always whenever we talked to him. It always say, hey, did you do that? I'd say. Slacker. I am fat. Welcome. Hey, pat. Yes. All right fire away. Hey, I got a newly painted porch about a month ago, and it seems like these tiny little fly love the white paint. And I've tried sweeping him off and sprayed radon him up there on the top. And they seem like the rate better. They came right back. They came right back. So they're attracted I live in Florida. They're real little tiny little naps like. Yeah. Okay. So they're attracted I'm going to save more to the color. And that's that's kind of what I was thinking like the white paint. Does it? Does it happen when it's? Koor cooler temperatures. Were they can get that. You re doesn't seem to matter. You know? You know like this weekend. It was an seven zone. And it was just I I mean the next day. I slept it off sprayed. Wait all down there and the net say there were it's it was like black. It was so many. I know we peer in the north. We have elder bugs that love. You know, they look like lightning bugs to degree or firefly's. And they love light temperature paint on. You know, like in the winter when you have a really sunny warm day, they'll they'll congregate all over white paint white doors and wondering if there was something I could spray on it to keep. I don't think there's anything you're a spray on to keep them out. I think what you did before you're talking about raid. I would look at maybe some of those insect tapes or light traps, and and see if we can control them and see if it's gonna be a regular issue. There's actually bug repellents. That can be applied inside pain before you use it. Yeah. And that that's pretty effective on spiders and flies in different things. Really? But I don't know of anything that would just be a spray that know and again without knowing what kind of bug. It is right. Tiny little like. Yeah. I don't know what's attracted, I'm just gonna guess that the white paint is. You know, they're getting some radiant heat off that right now. And I know you've guys have been a little cold for brief period. There. Maybe that's when air showing up give it a little time. See if it's going to be an ongoing issue too. Right. Very good. Thank you Bye-bye. By the way, we've hit a multitude of calls to that website that we were talking about with the living in place is living in place dot institute. So living in place dot institute. All right. Let's take a little break. And then we'll come back, and we'll get some more questions answered. And you're at home with Gary Sullivan. Help for.
