"What does he look and sound like because I think everything is depending on how he comes out of this Yes Oh. From past experience, watching some legislators and politicians I about two dozen members of Congress have caught cove in nineteen non-event particularly significant complications. But I think that it'll be super important because people realize it's the president through this. Without many symptoms his back on his feet as soon as possible I think it'll be very eye opening for people even those his political opposition and that's why you know the days are head. So for in kind of crossing my fingers in, Oakland, they doesn't have the complications because we really we really need this this event in order for us to get out of this this madness in I'm wishing hoping that the president and his wife and you know. The people surrounding him quickly and Universe respond to this in the best way possible, which means continuing to call for the end of these lockdowns. Entities restrictions Americans to get back to their normal way of life in its done so much damage to our economy, our Sidey you know the way that Americans interact with each other it needs to end. This could hopefully serve as one of those does proving grounds for people on our side who are. Get back to normal from your multi God's. Let's hope. Jordan because you can. You imagine the alternative if he ends up on a ventilator ends up in bad shape you imagine the alarm alarmists the people screaming that we got double down on the lockdowns and we gotta put masks on pets and we gotta stay inside. It's going to get crazy if he does not bounce back from this. Let's pray. That is Jordan Shack though he is a investigative journalist and let me get straight Jordan the author of the best newsletter on earth to have that right. Yet I have a newsletter on sub stack that basically it's called the mass allusion alluding to basically how the world has been Americans particularly propagandize into fearing a virus that they really shouldn't be fearing and offer a lot of. Original journalism commentary and really. Happy People wanted to subscribe. It's doing pretty well, and I think there's a lot of interest in it. I appreciate the show I. Mean you're a great follow on twitter to foam at Jordan shocked how do they get the newsletter? Yes as sub stack. If you go to dot com, you can search the mass allusion and then you'll find it under my name terrific newsletter Senate out multiple times per week. Really appreciate a follow. Sounds good Jordan. We will check in you check in with you again, every few months because God knows since last we talked you the world has changed a lot nights going to continue to change I. I'm pretty sure that I appreciate your time today. We'll talk to you again down the road. Jordan. Yeah, thanks so much hopefully. Next time we'll be on the right trajectory. Let's hope. Let's hope that is Jordan shuttle again, if don't follow him on twitter, you should. He's one of those guys. There's three or four guys Alex Berenson's the most prominent guy he's He's always on Tucker and he's gets a little more high profile but Jordan is like that. He's very. Cynical of the lockdowns and of the alarmism of the masks but he is data driven he links to articles. He's smart as hell is one of those guys that you read and you say man, why don't why doesn't everyone know that why I mean he knows put it. This way knows more about the coronavirus in its effects than most of the journalists you're seeing on TV every night tour on twitter I. Guess he knows a little bit more than Joy Reid who if you missed it Joy Reid said. theory this is a fulltime. Talk show host on MSNBC fairly prominent seven pm every night just got a big job. She's a she's homophobic. But that's okay. They overlook that because she hates trump and she really hates trump and her theory is trump is just trying to avoid the next. The next two debates that was also Linda sauce or close friend of Bernie Sanders. Alon. Omar Joe Biden Prominent Democrat. Anti Semite Linda. Sesame tweeted out. The same thing believes the same thing that trump is trying to avoid the next two debates. So silly on its face I mean obviously trump did not want to get the virus. It is not a good look I admit that. He scolded Joe. Biden at the debate for wearing a mask all over the place was a dumb. Rift by the President but I'm pretty sure he's not faking this illness and I'm pretty sure not avoiding the next few debates. He thinks he won the last debate and be no he likes debates he likes them. He thinks he no, that's his strength and see by the way he's losing in the polls and most of the polls. So I think he's dying to get back on the debate stage. God knows how that's GonNa go I assume. They will do it remotely. The next debate is two weeks or less than two weeks in Miami with in a town hall with a host, I should say a moderator who used to intern for Joe Biden, and worked for Ted. Kennedy. Steve Scully from C. Span. Very fair good to see. They found another impartial moderator. A former Joe Biden intern will be there to help Joe along this time i. don't think he could ever do as as Chris Wallace did, but he'll do his best and if it's remote, it'll be awkward. It'll be uncomfortable. It probably be choppy in clumsy and it won't be the best way for trump to get back on top get back in the lead in in this race. But maybe that's all they can do I assume he's going to be quarantined in the White House or in Florida as Jordan said, perhaps For the next ten days, maybe twelve days maybe two weeks was her bring us. You know to mid October close to the election and the middle of the Amy Coney Barrett hearings it will be wild. Man I. A big October surprise I think we got one make another prediction and we're going to have another one or.

"People are people who are more threatened have several. You know co Morbid conditions and the president in if you believe his physicians is in very good health and there's no reason to believe that he can't recover rather quickly and get back to his regular schedule I think in the meantime. You're going to see from the gop they're really going to focus on the supreme. Court. Nomination of Amy Combing Barrett, and they're gonNA start to push that stuff while the president's sidelined for a little bit. Wild because obviously. Chuck Schumer and other Democrats GonNa try to delay saying we can't hold hearings they just going to try to drag it out 'til election day beyond and and Mitch McConnell is GonNa say let's do it remotely and we already know Amy Coney Baron tested negative so it will be a wild Fight to the death for the for this nomination hopefully, she prevails her or the Mitch McConnell prevails but you mentioned co more we? We know that it's most likely he'll be fine. I've you've certainly tweeted out the data and the charts and graphs, and the most recent one was pretty eye opening the death, the mortality rates, most recent mortality rates, and obviously under forty it's like ninety nine point nine and it goes down from there but seventy and over is ninety four point five the chance of surviving and he's obviously over seventy seventy four he is overweight he's he says he's just under obese is that a CO morbidity? Clearly it's a a risk factor is he a high risk guy? I mean not a smoker not a drinker. Plenty of energy and Stamina. It doesn't have a diabetes does the weight make him a high risk guy? Yeah I I think that. It certainly shows up in the data as as a risk factor, but the majority of people in the United, states who are dying from a from. covid nineteen are clinically established to be basically in your last year life, and in this, the president isn't a different situation because you know there's some other people in his age bracket who may. Because he's in his mid seventies and. The average age of. Lifespan the United States in a little under eight years old that a lot of people you know unfortunately at that stage of life have very serious conditions late stage cancer or other people in the nursing homes. Who aren't expected to live more than a lot of a few months. So they kind of get thrown into this group where you have this ninety five percent survival rate. So when you bring in the president of the United States who has access to incredible healthcare, of course, and who doesn't really have a history of serious issues. Any type of cancer or something that's really inhibiting him. You know this is the guy that has the Dragon Energy Right? So I. I. Don't think that people should be particularly alarmed just because he's a little older in might be overweight I. Don't think that you know the spires has really established itself as a killer virus unless it's for people who are severely compromise what does catching it early mean and what will the treatment be? Will he get back on? Hydroxy Clark when we know he was on it a few months ago do you think he's back on it and the zinc and that and that treatment yet that'd be my guess is that he's definitely back on it. He was using hydroxy chloroquine and the media was laughing at him about it but it seems to be working as a prophylactic approach and you know he didn't get it while he was traveling around the world. I think it's good that he caught it early because I'll be able to just kinda like rest and he'll up but yet. I'm not a doctor, but he's got great people around him who will. Get him up to speed as soon as possible in the lapses trying to say that he's. Basically. Twenty Fifth Amendment Him and all this craziness. And I think that it's GonNa be their worst nightmare when he recovers and you know they all these people wishing death upon him. We're GONNA see him in good spirits and high energy pretty soon we my. That's my my take on. Jordan is the election. Is just been decided by the virus, which is appropriate and twenty twenty because if he doesn't bounce back if we appears lethargic if he ends up on a ventilator and by the way, it's this didn't Boris Johnson end up on a ventilator now Janssen was in the in the ICU, but he was not put on ventilator luckily because those do not usually result. Success. So he was in icy, use a put it that I'll use that I'll use that if trump ends up in the ICU if he looks haggard and and sluggish when he comes out, he loses if he bounces back and we see him ten days from now just leading rallies full alive full of energy then it will be the perception will be while he was right. It's not that bad and you will appear to be overly cautious or paranoid if you're hiding in your basement in Delaware. So you'll have a different image of both guys if he bounces back strong if he doesn't. It. Big Advantage to Joe Biden. Yeah not only that you know putting aside the politics, you have this individual liberty element that it's kind of terrifying to see how they would try to monopolize that situation. So for hoping for the President of course, but the even bigger picture is for freedom in America you know make her on choices and get back to our normal lives and if the president. Recovers Quickly and back on his feet and presenting energy in health I think that'll be great in terms of America getting fully back on its feet and back to a real normal situation right and you could have him and his wife and hope Hicks and Mike Lee and all these people testing negative positive. This current wave of they all bounced back in two weeks when the pain is. A reach in the end in it and everyone is just got the pedal to metal and here these guys are full of energy. It'll have a feeling like man you know I guess it's not that big a deal and guys like Jordan Chaklala right use you fought months ago. That vaccine was almost pointless because the virus was going to play itself out one way or the other. Do you still feel that way and do you think there's any chance? A vaccine appears before Election Day and changes everything. Yeah I don't think a vaccine is going to appear before Election Day because they're having issues with a lot of the trials in there so much politics in play on both sides of the vaccine debate at the reason why I thought the vaccine wasn't necessary and I still believe it for the vast majority of Americans I don't think vaccine is necessary but if you're in this very if you're in this elderly age bracket and you are very vulnerable than shore vaccine but in terms my opposition to the vaccine was. To, mandate it, of course or to make you know people who have ninety, nine, point, nine, nine, nine, percent chance of recovery. If they get the corona virus to take this, this works feedback seen the cost benefit never really made sense to me. So that was that I'm not I'm totally in favor of vaccines in general. If they work of course but the concern is that you know people were were waiting around a locking down their country's waiting for a vaccine for for a virus that for ninety nine percent of the population isn't particularly impactful. So that's why like a public policy perspective I was really remain really opposed to the idea that a country should be should be locking down and citizens taking its economy. For such a non lethal virus and what if there's no vaccine at all and we know many things there's no vaccine for you know HIV. But what if there is no vaccine it fails how does it play out? How does it end? Yeah you ball I think that you these these public health folks in government in the private sector are gonNA attempt terrorize people into this. So called new normal. But what people have to realize that the vaccine doesn't pan out is that it's star you gotta start to just living life again like living your life like it's in a flu season comes around and we don't shut them flu season and all although we do have a vaccine. For the flu it's usually less than fifty percent effective in somehow we managed to continue to go to basketball games and football games in the winter without you know mass hysteria. So I think are GonNa have to realize it?.

"About grabbing women parts, this is not normal. This is not politics. This is normal for Jack Kennedy. What goes through your mind when you? I hit stop instead of pause. But she refers to Trump is a misogynist. And she said, you know, she hated having to smile during the inauguration. Then she just said, you know, what I'm not even gonna try a, okay. We get it. You hate Donald Trump. We get it who who didn't know that that would be part of your book. Of course, it's part of your book. Of course, why why in the world would you write a book, you know, what to inspire people to be uplifting? Talk about your thoughts and deals now. Now, you write a book, so you can trash Donald Trump's it'd be talking about. How would you trash Donald Trump, and therefore, you know, brave. The first lady Melania Trump is standing up for her staff and people are asking questions. Should she do this? Lady and all your languages, make multiple language sandwiches sandwiches. Sammy's. Whatever. I don't see anything wrong with what she did. I don't think I don't see anything wrong with the statement. I see something seriously wrong with those people who hates Trump so much. They can't look at a story for what it is. There are plenty of reasons to disagree with Donald Trump. There are plenty of reasons to think that he's making mistakes and right now. The you know, these reports that are coming out that that he's fuming, and he's infuriated by the midterms and looking for someone to blame. I believe every one of those stories are true. "First lady, Melania. Trump's plane was forced to return to the joint base Andrews due to a mechanical issue. Few minutes after takeoff. Those aboard the plane observed a thin Haza smoke coming from the cabinet and smelled something burning secret service agents rushed to the front of the plane, and the press were handed wet towels to hold over their faces. In case, the smell was too strong. The plane landed safely at Andrews shortly after nine AM eastern time. She was on her way to the Thomas Jefferson university hospital in Philadelphia to meet with families affected by a syndrome after the brief stop back at the base. The first lady departed once again for Philadelphia all well. It took seven minutes for the Saudi journalist Jamal kashogi to apparently die. A Turkish source who has listened to the full audio recording of the Saudi journalists last moments kashogi was dragged from the council general's office at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in onto a table of his study next door horrendous screams were heard by witnesses downstairs the screaming then stopped when kashogi who was last seen entering the Saudi consulate on the October. Second was apparently injected with a yet, unknown substance, Dr John Curtis online columnists dot com with us. It's clear. Somebody killed this guy. John it's pretty gruesome macabre the Saudi look they're very serious over there. Have you noticed about these these Middle Eastern countries? There are no human rights. You know, we talk about, you know, there's country waving banners of human rights, and, you know, wanting to take a stand against various countries because there's human rights abuses, but the countries in which are not human rights at all like Russian federation, like China, and certainly, you know, the Gulf states lead by Saudi Arabia where beheadings in head shopping in chopping off hands and fingers, and you name it goes on on a daily basis. So the kashogi situation, George, unfortunately, it superseded by the economic ties that the US has a interdependency on Saudi cash not only for US treasuries, certainly large purchases in the defense industry. So that the machinations are already in the works right now for whatever happened to kashogi, which is horrific and savage. Something went on. And you'd certainly didn't exit the embassy, and if he did it was a little pieces. I have to admit, you know, that that you know, he did not emerge alive from from that meeting. This was a deliberate hit on the part of some group of Saudis, and it looks right now like the Saudi government, we're talking about, you know, king Salman and Defense Secretary crowd into Thirty-three-year-old crown prince, Mohammad bin Salman or all Jeanine, but this was shouting government operation, which means it's going to be very difficult. If they continue to deny that for the US to implement any type of sanctions against Saudi Arabia, and frankly, George I think this new story it's gonna die unceremonious in in in another few days when that comes out and it fades away Howard. Blooms theory, John he thinks Turkey might have been involved in order to create some disruption. What do you think? No, I think that you know, we we don't have to you know, really leap any other conclusions under the kashogi was disgruntled Saudi citizen that was just you know, was being exploited by visas and the Washington Post, which is you know, is it a hit me on kind of paper where you just if you're if you're anti anything, especially anti-trump or anti Saudi you you certainly got a forum for the kind of invective that he engaged in denouncing the Saudi government for the last few years. And I think they deal with with, you know, ex pats he wasn't exactly living outside the country in a very harsh way. And I think they got him. What's new online columnist dot com? Jogi? I have five articles posted just on kashogi himself. And of course, we also guilt with this latest meltdown the stock market recently, which I think freaked a lot of people out of fourteen hundred point nosedive, and I told people in this article, you know, get get a little bit of a clue as to how a Wall Street operates every time the market inflate to a point where share prices are unaffordable for the funds the funds Kate profits, and they drive the prices down to a point where they hit a new bottom and in the market you drift backup. So and yes, yes. There are geopolitical concerns. There's interest rates there's all kinds of excuses. Why the market sells off, but the bottom line is George these major funds in order to take profits periodically sell off and people should know that. All right, John. Thank you so much for your input working long hours every week could be bad for your health. They say full and part time employees in the. The United States working average of forty hours a week, according to the bureau of labor statistics, and they say working more than that has been linked to negative changes to your health while working fewer hours each week and help make you healthier. According to the research. They say four ways a shorter workweek could help improve your health, less stress. Sleep more improve your heart health that spend more time with loved ones. Interesting there. Well, late Tuesday night, the popular video hosting website YouTube owned by Google went down for several minutes around seven twenty pm after what seemed like eons YouTube finally released a statement on the issue saying it wasn't clear at the time. What had caused the outage? But that about thirty to forty minutes later, the website was restored our expert on the internet, Lauren Weinstein with us, Lauren. What do you think happened? Yeah. Google wasn't going to get into the technical details on this the outage actually lasted I guess around an hour and a half, and it apparently was a global outage. Which is pretty that's weird. Well, it's interesting because. We know that the the actual video streams to people from YouTube from different locations around the world. It's it's not all coming from one place. But there are centralized systems. Of course. So the fact that this was a global outage suggests that there was some kind of access related problems. Centrally the caused us in my own case, it was actually the the website itself wouldn't even load properly if I went to YouTube dot com where you normally get all those little thumbnails. You would just get the shadows that were typically appear before the video something else themselves, and that would be it wouldn't actually get the video. So I it's interesting interesting because situation apparently there were people tracking where everyone went when they couldn't access YouTube, and I guess one of the big porn sites. Got a big spike in biking activity there, which I guess you'd expect somebody some of the other sites to, but, but it's an interesting kind of thing. And I'm sure these post mortems that the post mortem reviews, go conducts are this internally are going to be are going to be pretty interesting is this the sign of the times learn with the internet goes down. It's well this is. Keeping my YouTube is enormous. I mean, the scale of YouTube is is vast huge. We've got our own coast to coast YouTube channel. I mean, it's big right? It's so the fact that it's large means that, you know, clearly, this is one of those quote shouldn't be able to happen, quote, kind of problems other hand as big as it is. It isn't the entire internet, and it is a very specialized kind of application. So I don't think that's necessarily says anything about the internet at large. But it does kind of make you remind it does remind you that there are central points are potentially points of difficulty for the internet. They're designed to avoid large-scale breakdowns. But for example, if you have problems in the DNS, you can have significant numbers of people being affected, and you always have to wear your billing systems, you always have to think about those. Well, this couldn't happen kind of possibilities because sometimes they do sometimes they do. Indeed. Learn thank you so much student loans. Have now surpassed every other category of non housing consumer debt and continue to increase at a much. Faster rate than any other category in a moment. Alan Collinge back with us on coast to coast his work has called the student loan scam. Guess what that's all about. He's next on coast to coast.

"Because of pro is a cabinet official when he hadn't even been nominated that's part of the narrative in just add the narrative with nunez with pruitt with anyone you don't like you just add daily cut to the narrative until the public gets a false narrative in their mind about an individual and then it takes something like the i g report and they take someone like trae couty to come along and articulated he did some more of that back to the best talk real story that i cut number thirteen i think he's putting more more than just a cloud over the president i think is putting the cloud over the entire country this is a unique case chris it is a counterintelligence investigation this become public most of them do not is a criminal investigation that has political overtones most of them do not combine the two it is a public counterintelligence investigation with political overtones this is not your traditional investigation so i would encourage smaller keep doing exactly what rod rosenstein howard you do bob muller did not volunteer we're here because wrote rod rosenstein decided we need a special counsel do the very best you can with the evidence and the witnesses you have but understand that this is being used by political enemies to hurt donald trump adam she'll want joined now by mike allen mike you heard tray gouty just now that was our best talk real story of the day and there are two stories in the country the immigration problem at the border with children and the fbi report which one's going to win the battle for headlines this week well you're leading the witness you will know the answer to that that the president's policy on the border is suddenly undergoing a game changer war bush making the statements your listeners have heard the first lady melania trump rarely weighs in on policy so accuses jonathan swan and i reporting today at the top of the even conservative lawmakers are planning to push the president to make a change in this is you know meeting with house republicans spar evening five thirty eastern time they planned the personally confronting on this republicans i talked to hugh and i'll be interested in your view of this they think the president will find a way to make a change as you go he's so responsive to images remember the kids who were cast and his response to that but and this is a fascinating beast of reporting he's not just gonna cave he sees this issue as leverage he wants to get something for it probably of course including funding for the wall mike gallon i think this has the potential to be donald trump's katrina i believe that it is spiraled out of control and that he needs to get it back in control i confronted the attorney general about this two weeks ago because like kellyanne conway i'm shocked and appalled by the policy and he can order that whatever was adopted in april be reversed so that children who are biological to the parents they're traveling with our detained with those cherished by not charging those parents pending the outcome of their asylum so there's a administrative solution pending as if he tries to get leverage just like george w bush trying to get leverage over katrina that doesn't make sense mike allen no and that's why you're gonna see a change you add to that the fact that this is the generals policies no love lost between the president and his attorney general he's not gonna hesitate to throw him under the bus one of the most fascinating tidbits here to anywhere in recent weeks in the washington post when it said that the president talks to your friends scott pruitt and one of the things that they talk about is they like the bond over trashing the attorney general jeff sessions that's pretty good stuff i don't know if you notice this mike speaking of pruitt.

"And all that is that luxembourg has a gay prime minister and here's how we found this out because the white house on their facebook page they had a photo with first lady melania trump and all the the first lady's or a or significant others of of the european flavour so we we know the angle of merckel is on her second husband and theresa may prime minister great britain is married to a to a chap or a bloke but the rest of them are the ladies and because their prime ministers or heads of state of the european nato nations are dudes man and so there was one mistake the white house facebook page correctly listed all the females in the picture and they captioned it with first lady melania trump poses with belgium's queen matilda centre and other spouses of nato leaders first lady amine heir to one of turkey and then they go down the list of course tora margaret baldvin still tier of iceland and then senator cetera and but it doesn't jive with the picture because uh in in the picture for instance theresa may's husband is not in the picture anglo murgles husband or beard as we say out here in the united states it's not the picture either but there's a dude in the picture and he's not identified so somebody the white house facebook's staff either overlooked bought that's that but these you can't just overlook at you can't make a simple mistake when you're part of the trump white house staff because it turns out the guy in the picture is the first gentlemen of luxembourg and why wouldn't he be because after all he's married to the prime minister of luxembourg so the first gentlemen of luxembourg is gotta destin i who was a dude he is the husband of the prime minister of luxembourg xaba the tell who was also dude which makes the two of them either very very close friends or they are again and so of course people what with option b and they decided that the trump administration must hate a gay must hate all a gays and therefore the disrespected the first gentleman of luxembourg i s i rather sense that he was caught because a few hours later they did corrected twitter users of course his twitter.
