"Mean Joe Martinez are let's talk about the generators I mean talk about generators here for a long long time on the air and I tell ya I now finally somebody is listed and said you know what this gives on to something yeah L. T. generators they are the best band I tell you you have to have a generator because it for a couple reasons one if you have kids and young kids and they have your lectures he goes off then your house can heat up very very quickly to ninety five hundred hundred ten degrees inside so you got to have a generator if you have young kids now if you don't have any kids but you don't want to be a house it's a hundred ten degrees because that will could wipe you out the power companies are going to shut the electricity off when the fire is the crazy this summer like they did last summer there are people in Melbourne member for for five days without electricity well that's why it's a whole house generator I'm I have one I'm gonna have one installed as well from L. T. generators they are your neighborhood emergency generator solution you can literally light up your whole house ten seconds after the power goes off bang it kicks in it's hooked up to the natural gas lines you never run out of gas and boom you're back in business running your air conditioner running your fridge rater your light everything you need the generator and the and I've I recommend L. T. generators all right they are absolutely the best and if your in your bare anywhere in southern California you've got to make sure you have an L. T. generate they've been around since nineteen eighty two one stop shop no more blackouts just dial pound two fifty and say no more blackouts right even yell out you can yell it down to fifty no.

D.'s he is with me if there are not very like on here stop lucky strike thank you very thank you so much thank you it's alternative what music Friday I and others what we do here very white there and that is loves the man about love story but that most assuredly is backseat jam theme loves to probably we do this every Friday we mix it up and thank you ed thank you his eyes got coffee to this is cool I was watching them back last night on what couple things first of all Donald Trump in Colorado last night burned it to the ground it just keeps getting better and better you know they always say people start out on the campaign trail and they're not that good when they start but they get better as they go trusting great since the beginning and now he's just on fire I mean no no more comment on that but if you're not watching fees residents are rallies of something horribly wrong LRT brought up what's his name last night from ultimate fighting the guy who started Altman fighting who's a good friend of Donald trump's I had no idea this guy started that that's where you put two guys and rang and they beat the crap out of each other I mean real that they're not full around there they're not that gloves on I don't know and up the start of that whole thing out this kind of up a street brawl thing in a cage and what was it like a big city started for like a thirty dollars I had a couple guys to fight and then Donald Trump was the only one that back to him and said let's do this well guess what he sold it for four what did you say four billion dollars I mean some insane amount of money the mother billing or not because and what what he was he was there last night he showed up that's what's so cool about these trump rallies the let them speak trump is a man of the people and we love it but anyway aside from that going back last night I had to catch back he didn't kind of an expose he's so good at this investigative journalism on this coronavirus and he had and the and the the very end in a doctor who's in self quarantine and then after you follow the if if you're familiar Beck's TV show now it goes and then cuts off and then bill may start with another iteration of it and with a group of people but rather than do that get it going to the full interview if you will with this doctor and if you missed it whoa this virus we we are being lied to we are being this is not conjecture conjecture they were talking about in China how this virus is people are being incinerated in great big job with bodies are piling up it's way more lethal in anybody's Tanya but it's not just old young people to die actual doctors that are treating people coming down does and they're not telling you anything about the fact that it is so highly communicable it's it's not like all it's just like the flu does not does not this is this by the way I think they said as an iteration of the Spanish flu killed everybody that flu has always been morphing throughout the whole time and other objects the team was talking about and this doctor talking about how there's no more to be honest and that pretty much but it is not what they're telling you and here's the real bad part about the C. I. A. as bad as as far as having the flu you might survive it whatever but it is locked down our American supply chain meeting things that come from China that we desperately con on we're not going to be getting real soon guess what one of amiss are you on any kind of a medication China produces ninety seven percent of American worldwide medication India produces a great amount to what they get all the materials from China and right now a lot of China is stone cold ghost town people are on the streets they're not allowed to drive you're not allowed to go there other discontinuing pretty much everything so all the medication that you're on right now it's going to be a very expensive very soon and that's if you can get in the first place so Beck show last night was outstanding outstandingly scary you're on the edge alternate about music Friday one.

R. let there be rock that's Joe Cornelia driving around I two seventy so let's talk about town hall Ohio and how it got its start because this was all part of farm bureaus vision not only to to build partnerships but to build relationships with the very hungry but yet Kurt curious consumer absolutely because we know a lot a lot of our tools are communications tools were internal facing up you had to be a member to get our high magazine or book a farm news so and then we pitched the idea of town hall high a reaching out to the general public helping them learn more about farm bureau and and learn more about agriculture and farm years way of doing business is always bent to form a partnership so one of the shows I think shows a good example of that couple years back Liljana Esposito who's the communications person for Wendy's she and I recorded a town hall Ohio it live in from about four hundred farmers and ag day four beers missions working together and ms Esposito talks about what working together looks like in the food space we take very seriously the role that we play and feeding families and I know that you all do as well and the difference between Wendy's and many of you in this room is that we get to talk to those consumers every single day and so they tell us what they think about the food that you produce they tell us what they would like to see and that food and they tell us what they would like to see changed and so I think the the role that we can play is as a communicator to the consumer about the value that you bring but also a communicator back to the production community about what the consumer is asking us for the Wendy's brand it's important that you take the steps the protected do you think that applies to agriculture as well do we need to make sure that the the general public has this over all brand the MH of food producers in Ohio let's favorable I do I think it's critical and we've seen a lot of research and and maybe you've seen it here as well the the the image of the farmer and particularly the American farmer is a very very positive and the image of for instance veterinarians that may may care for your animals of your livestock producer very very positive the the challenge comes in that because so few consumers are connected to the farm anymore I mean there's that you're single digit percentages of the American public that has any connection to agriculture they don't necessarily know that what you do is farming and it may not match their perception of what they think farming is which typically is a much smaller scale kind of old fashioned idea of how they how they think it should be and so you have to play a role in educating them about why you do the things that you do how you do it to improve safety to improve quality why in some cases a more modern approach is better and why in other cases it might not be and so that really is a critical role that and you are the only ones that can do it you're the only ones that can bring your story to the public and it's hard because you're busy you are up at the crack A. thon you are working your farms every single day and you're taking care of your families in your taking care of your communities and so to add extra time to educate a consumer that you don't necessarily see everyday is hard but really I think it's the only way that you can increase awareness and understanding of what you do for a living we are to the point now Joe in society where for some people their closest look at a farm is through the Wendy's drive through and that's why those partnerships are so important partnerships with restaurants partnership partnerships with business his with consumers with politicians as well in those politicians have worked with us over the years to get some policy done on behalf of our farmers and they understand the importance of organization as well one of one of the most will make the back of the hair on the back of my neck raised to be perfectly honest tie this back in twenty sixteen we had all of our presidents in DC for the annual lobbying trip and Jon banner who at the time was still the speaker of the house like he had done for us except that couple of decades actually speaker banner hosted farm Pierce county presidents and it was a moment for me and I think everybody to remember when the man who is third in line for the presidency told the story of how Ohio farm bureau help launched his career in politics September of nineteen eighty one I was running for township trustee in.

"Texters late announcing your mouth it crunches. But it melted. Your mouth thing. It's just so chew. It. You barely have to choose it. It's like a listerine strip. Listerine strip. It doesn't get gummy and gooey. It's crunchy doughty. And we can do is take like twenty pieces of bacon and put that on a sandwich cut in really like get a new texture texture with eating, you know, and I think like the promised Bank and a lot of times they will come off the sandwich say pleasing. But when it comes to the actual physicality, you're saying you don't bite through the fat. And then you kinda like pull it out. Ancon? So what I'm saying is is kind of with these. I mean, I'm eating rat peak in the corner fucking all essentially, though, you like you can layer these on these are even going to Melton if that's a hot cheese if that's a hot role that will start. We'll have to start to have some chemistry there, and that might even like verge with the cheese and the role that be LT is one of my favorite. Could be field thin crispy super thin bacon on ABI L T, and you've kind of budget crunch crunch. I don't know. Love it. I'm almost worried that it's gonna cook too quickly and people realize that on the first one. What if it's Bill bites and their little miniature hold on hobby. What you want? Ritz cracker type. Do with the business, but we do recommend it what we have on our website and Instagram recipes, right because styles, I think what's gonna help. Yeah. We'll know just like overhead recipes like oh, do you wanna make like a little not like, right? If here with a chip what would your chip of choice radio?.
