"Two chances to score when they were inside the ten yard line, but it was the forty-niners defense who were motivated to keep their shutout streak alive. Bolton backs up. Audio courtesy of Fox, that was Nick Bosa with the sack to close out the game and the defense shuts out the offense in the second half for a fourth consecutive time. They are just the 8th team in NFL history to do so and they go on to win 13 to zero over the saints. Bosa is one of the holdovers from the 2019 team where their defense paved the way for a run to the Super Bowl, and he was asked if this year's defensive unit has a chance to be even better than 2019. Yeah, I mean, we're on our way for sure and we made it far that year and every single year we want to get better. So I think we have the guys to do it definitely. And everybody who's still here is gotten a lot better since that year, so we definitely could be better. This win comes after an unusual week of practice with Monday night's game being in Mexico City, along with Thanksgiving, they did not have a practice at full speed until Friday when typical full speed practices start Wednesday and head coach Kyle Shanahan said that the Friday practice alleviated any possible worry about a let down yesterday. And we had to take it a little easier on the guys this week with just full speed reps. So we didn't do anything full speed till Friday, but our Friday practice was the fastest, most aggressive practice I've seen on us this year. So I really wasn't worried about that from our guys. I understood the situation coming in, but by the time we got to Friday, I felt like that was all over. The niners are now 7 and four and control the top of the NFC west next week, one of the most anticipated matchups of the season as they face the Miami Dolphins, they are led by Shanahan's protege in head coach Mike mcdaniel. Adebayo scores 38 points to lead Heat past Wizards
"Bam adebayo scored 38 points 12 in the fourth quarter as the Miami Heat beat the Washington Wizards one ten one O 7. Adebayo shot 15 of 22 from the field and grabbed 12 rebounds. It was one of those things where, you know, my teammates was giving me the ball and I was just taking advantage of the mismatch and the shots they would let me out. Caleb Martin scored 20 points for Miami while Tyler hero added 11 points in Tennessee. Bradley Beal and Kyle Kuzma led Washington with 28 points apiece. I'm Adam spelling.

John Mellencamp Sits for National Anthem Before Colts-Eagles Game
"John mellencamp. He's still a thing apparently. He's 71 years old. And Mellon camp's music has been used by a lot of politicians over the years. He's one of these, what he's from Indiana, one of the heartland guys, sings about blue collar workers, but the guys are raging leftist, as a matter of fact, he once said that the problem with Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton is they were not liberal enough. So anyway, mellencamp portrays himself as like, you know, I'm down with the people kind of a guy. Well, over the weekend, he was at the Indianapolis game. Was it Indianapolis and Philadelphia? Big football game, and he was spotted inside a luxury suite because we all know that regular Joe's just hang out in the luxury suites. And he was stuffing his face with popcorn and his butt was in the seat. During The Star-Spangled Banner. So we got a picture of it up on the website, someone snapped a photo. Sport says mellencamp is one of America's greatest frauds. And the reality is this guy is a radical, radical leftist. But really, I mean, this guy can't muster the courage to stand up for 90 seconds. And show a little bit of respect to the men and women who fight for our freedom, he can't do that. I mean, come on. No, I don't know. I don't know if it was orville redenbacher. I don't know what kind of popcorn it was, Kyle, I'm sorry. But probably some of that, I don't know. Organic unsalted popcorn. The stuff without the butter.
FBI Almost Deployed Controversial Pegasus Spyware
"So a little inside baseball So I had to record this show to speak because it was a lot going on okay So I recorded it from a parking lot at the Patriots and a big truck in the back Well maybe a smaller truck You would never know of You go back and watch the show You'd be like man that looks like a really big studio It's kind of small but the show was good It was one of the best I think I've done I really love that I know sell price things I wasn't me it was the guests okay It's more praise than a guest than anything else But Kyle was on the FBI agent And I had spoken to him before he came on the air Obviously I asked him to come on the show and I wanted to talk to him about Pegasus What is Pegasus Pegasus is a no click spyware programmer If you don't know what Pegasus is you don't well better look it up It is a malware program It's spyware program where you've been told a lot Don't click on stuff Well what if not clicking what if the click didn't matter In other words what if I just send you a link and whether you open it or not is irrelevant I still own your phone after that and have hacked into it That's possible Yes it's possible So supposedly the FBI was taken a Gander taking a quick look see at this Pegasus program for potentially using it within the United States That sounds very dangerous to me Call me crazy but I don't like that idea That's a big no for me Two thumbs down on Yelp on that idea That's a stupid one So I said to Kyle he used to work at the FBI and knows a lot and he's a real patriot I said hey daddy oh you want to come on my show I need you to talk about this Pegasus thing But because I had so much going on at the patriot awards I worked from four in the morning till two 30 at night Well four to one one to one 30 was an after party We'll have to cover that with Paula on a non family friendly show

San Francisco Launches Transgender Guaranteed Income Program
"Story out of San Francisco where they are planning on giving transgender people. I have this story here in my fingers, ladies and gentlemen. Transgender citizens of San Francisco are now eligible for $1200 a month. Now, there are a couple of there are two big bombshells in the story. First of all, that there are going to be giving transgender people $1200 a month for the next 18 months and it's your money. So if you are a straight person, let's say you're a heterosexual. Like, well, grace is still on vacation, but Kyle is a good heterosexual person. Straight guy. And Kyle, you may be hard up for cash, but you would not be eligible for any of this money. What if I identify? Well, I'm going to get to that because I'm going to take you through the checklist, and that's a good question. What if you identify? But here we are, ladies and gentlemen, and we'll use Kyle as an example in just a minute, because I actually have the program application for this nonsense. And you better get ready because this is coming to your neighborhood. Mayor London breed says the program will provide economically marginalized transgender people with a guaranteed income. And again, if you're a straight person down on your luck, you need some cash, you don't even have a place to live. Well, tough cookies. Because you're not eligible. But if you're confused about your pronouns, you got a shot at the 1200 bucks. But here's the other bombshell in all of this. It's not the fact that we're creating some sort of a socialist communist style government in San Francisco, where you're going to be getting a specific amount of money from the government for doing nothing. And by the way, this is no strings attached money. That in itself is a bombshell.

Kyle Seraphin: FBI Is Exploiting MAGA Crowd for Funding
"It's widely expected that Donald Trump is going to announce again another his third run for the presidency tomorrow night Don't know that for a fact but I think we can all reasonably assume that's why he's got a bunch of people gathering at Mar-a-Lago It's not to buy pizza So we've had problems with the FBI you were on the inside with Donald Trump in the past and one of the things I call wind of I think you'd find equally interesting is there's a word word on the street is that they may have been using Donald Trump as a way to both capture funding and reclassify terrorism cases as a way to basically weaponize the FBI to hit Donald Trump Could you explain what may be going on here because it was a little confusing when I first heard about it Well I mean I think that what the FBI has done and we've seen it since January 6th is that they've classified a whole group of people as sort of fair game for the FBI to run these investigations against And so we've got what domestic charisma investigations that are dominating the counter terrorism branches looks and instead of looking at international terrorism going over the sea and then look for problems that are existing in other countries that might want to threaten our homeland we're doing it domestically so we're looking at the ultra maga crowd and folks that wanted to show up to the president's rally and then listen to the sitting president of the United States speak to his constituents So how they've decided that was the best idea is beyond me but that is something we are seeing happening I think
Kyle Seraphin: How the FBI Currently Classifies Terrorism Cases
"Was this about funding reclassifying a lot of domestic terror cases and using kind of J 6 As a way to get more funding or do you think it's ideological or is it sadly is it both Well here's what's funny The FBI has certain mandates that they have to fulfill There are funded mandates where Congress gives certain amount of dollars and says go do this with this money And then there's unfunded mandates where they tell them to do something and the FBI has to figure out how to do it And one of the funded mandates that the FBI has is terrorist investigations That's the reason why a lot of the money since 9 11 has been thrown into the FBI into the counter terrorism division But there are two branches of the tree of counter terrorism one is domestic right now which is obviously the favorable branch at the moment And the other is international but international is where the money comes in or at least a big chunk of it comes in from Congress And so what's really wild is I'm hearing from my buddies who work counter terrorism that they're getting briefed They have to go through their domestic terrorism cases and look for any connection to international terrorism So they're going to go and look at the so called white supremacists or whatever they've got January 6th people that were getting rowdy in the capitol and see if they can make a tie that they were in the same online forum or like the same post that someone in ISIS did because the FBI is looking to lose not gain but lose significant amount of their funding from Congress to the tune of a couple $100 million The number I heard was 300 million And the extent the unit chief out from the international terrorism division to go to the field office is to try to get these guys to find a connection from their domestic terrorist investigations because they've overdone them this year to try to tie them back to international terrorism so they don't lose that all with money which I think is kind of wild but it tells you that it's probably more ideological based
Kyle Seraphin: See How an Agency Treats Its People
"You and I had the same job title and I thought and I know you thought as well because your friend and a patriot that we were there in those jobs to investigate crimes and go hunt for the bad guys Not to investigate people and then hunt for a crimes and make them bad guys That kind of sounds like what's going on with the old January 6th domestic terror white supremacist threat thing which is clearly obviously a problem but clearly being exaggerated for political purposes No I agree with you I've kind of come to this realization that you can look at an agency and see how well they do by how they treat their people And a friend of mine who is a retired army 20 plus years combat veteran a 100% disabled just a good man who lives in Northern Virginia and his name is Brett He worked for the FBI for the better part of 12 years after his army career And he attended the speech on January 6th He went to the stop the steel rally And there's been no credible allegations of anything that he's done that was wrong And the FBI is suspended him without pay just like I in fact they did it before they did it to me And it just kind of tells you that they're going to go after these people And if you follow one of my social media whether it's truth or Twitter he's had domestic terror investigators from the FBI's Washington field office show up at his house more than once He's caught him on ring cam and I put the pictures out And they've been kind of hammer calling him and his wife even though he has legal representation that the FBI is required to go through So if they're not even obeying their own goal internally when it comes to this sort of January 6th excitement that they have and that's why they put so many people on it And there will even go after people inside the FBI that there's no criminal allegations They found a man They're going to investigate the man not the crime
Kyle Seraphin: The FBI Pushes a Critical Race Theory Agenda
"What's the extent of it in the bureau They push in this junk too Yeah the FBI has gone over the cliff on this stuff I think in a lot of ways I've got a 56 page document that at some point will be public I'm sure it's mandatory sexual orientation and gender indoctrination by the FBI And so it's kind of funny It's one of those things that there's so many people on the FBI's payroll that think this is garbage And so this is not this is not widely accepted I would say but it is being pervasively pushed And so you've got whether it be the gender ideology the sexual orientation stuff the LGBTQ pushes The people that I met that are FBI agents and even the most of the folks in the analytical department like they just look at people as people and they can look at them as individuals That's kind of the American perspective We all have the same oath I think a lot of people are on that category So much so that when the FBI put this kind of crazy gender orientation training out it was so poorly received because we've got our own internal kind of comment section on this stuff that they actually pulled it quietly from the mandatory training list and they never mentioned it again One of my friends actually managed to maintain it And so I've got to look at it And I remember I specifically just said if they're going to fire me over this great but I'm not going to take it So I actually ignored it And I didn't realize that it went away until people told me how badly it was how bad it looked So when they put it back out it's like holy moly I can not believe these people are trying to push this But you're right It just makes people feel like people are individuals They're not groups I think that FBI agent should be looking at people's individuals Most of them do thankfully And whatever the DEI group or the diversity equity inclusion type folks like they're the ones who are really pushing like a kind of a nasty agenda and it's so far being resisted but not forever unsure Just as you hire more college grads that come out and have more left leaning ideas we're going to see more of it
Kyle Seraphin: Will the FBI Interfere With Another Election?
"Donald J Trump is probably going to announce for president of our highly likely The FBI has a sordid if not just plain grotesque history in their dealings with Donald Trump Kyle you know you were there for some of it the Trump presidency I'm really concerned that I'd love to get your perspective I mean really genuinely this is not some act for radio I don't do that That they're going to interfere Kyle and yet another election Some of the people at the top have not gotten their heads surgically removed from their rumps I mean we had the Hunter Biden thing in the last election The Russia collusion hoax before that I mean it's clear they politically hate this guy And I'm really concerned about what's going to happen if he does announce tomorrow Your thoughts on that Yeah so I actually did my dad's radio show who's not exactly your competitor in a little community radio station this morning And we talked about this It's like I'm pretty confident that there was election interference by the FBI in 2016 but it cut two ways because the people who wanted to hear that Hillary didn't do anything wrong heard that And the people that wanted to hear that she was a crook But they were not going to prosecute her that And then when we got to 2020 we heard something very different It was suppression of information that would have changed a lot of opinion The polls kind of say it pretty clearly that if people saw the Hunter Biden laptop they might have voted differently So that's pretty big And so now you look forward in another two years and where does that put us And if they put their thumb on the scale it's getting more and more intrusive and it's getting more and more what cited if we take those two points as kind of a trajectory So I don't feel good about that I also know that there's a lot of people in senior management that have collaborated with social media companies and they are pretty left leaning as far as that goes So it doesn't paint a good picture I think it's a legitimate concern It's one that I share with you
Kuzma scores 36 to lead Wizards past Mavericks 113-105
"Kyle Kuzma led 5 players in double figures with 36 points to go along with 11 rebounds as the wizards beat the Mavericks one 13 to one O 5 The wizards playing without Bradley Beal and kristaps porzingis shot 49% from the floor Kuzma felt the wizards played their best game of the year Just went out there and executed And it was beautiful but it's probably our best game all year no question Just from a tension to detail and just executing what we saw soft for at first And it was great Rory hachimura chipped in with 23 the Mavericks were led by Spencer Dinwiddie's 33 Craig heist Washington

Porzingis, Beal lead Wizards over Embiid-less 76ers, 121-111
"Kristoff's porzingis and Bradley Beal led the wizards to a one 21 one 11 road win over the 76ers Porzingis delivered 30 points to 9 rebounds for Washington which didn't trail for the final three quarters Things were going good for them offensively but when it really mattered on fourth quarter we did what we were supposed to do And the current business Beale finished with 29 points And Kyle Kuzma added 18 as the wizards had 6 players score in double figures The sixers played without Joel embiid due to a non COVID illness Tyrese Maxie pays the 76ers with 32 points James Harden chipped in 24 and Tobias Harris added 16 I'm Dave ferry
World Series: Phillies aim to push Astros to brink
"As they built it out 5 home runs in a 7 zero win over the Astros in game three of the World Series Bryce Harper had a two run home run of the bottle of the first That was followed by solo home runs by Alec bohm and Brandon marsh and the bottom of the second Kyle schwarber Reese Hoskins at a back to back homers in the bottom of the 5th for Hoskins It was his 6th home run of the postseason We know the type of offense that those guys have over there So it's always key However many runs that we have never feels like enough Ranger schwarz picked up the win Michael luongo Philadelphia
Kyle Seraphin: The Government Is Famous for Mission Creep
"I think what you and I are uncomfortable with And the listening audience is the abridgment of free speech portion clearly prohibited by the First Amendment It's obvious you haven't been in former FBI agent with a gun in a shield and a commission book that if you are emailing Twitter and even winking and nodding like hey this account's saying some stuff we really don't like whether criminal or not that you're not speaking as Kyle seraphin you're speaking as former FBI agent Kyle seraphin That's a whole different ball game That's right So I kind of drew this little this path And the government is famous for mission creek That's the military term for it It's always looking for that reason to have funding and to exist Some people remember that the ATF almost got disbanded in the 90s and they went out and found a mission set and they joined the Department of Justice They haven't always been a DoJ entity And all government agencies sort of have that instinct It's just people want to keep their job and they want to justify what they're doing So the first thing that this sort of this process it happened in 2016 and I think Trump broke a lot of people's minds when he was elected so they started looking for information This information from a foreign entity And so that's part one But it leads you to advocacy of that position and that it shouldn't exist and that we should do something about it because people in the government they need to first gather information but then they need to advocate And so that leads to research to justify the budget and that advocacy eventually leads to trying to quell the quote unquote threats that they find and then they have to maintain their appearance They have to improve their work so they need metrics to be able to measure it And so this entity just grows out of control from a not a terrible idea which is to see what is the exposure that we have to foreign this information And suddenly we realize now they're looking at domestic information And so that's really where that dangerous creep happens

"I remember I was asking some of the local here in education and I was asking all the good work happening. What's apartment is really making the biggest difference for kids. I just wanted her to tell me, okay, do this or go work for this organization or think more about this topic. And she unfortunately she didn't give me that nice answer. She said, Kyle, what is making the biggest difference for kids is when all of these different ideas and industries and fields are working together. And when everybody is coming and collaborating together. So maybe it's the policy side, maybe it's the curriculum side, our experts and mental health, when all that is coming together, that's where the difference is being made. That has been on my mind a lot. How do we get people to come together to really make changes that need to be made in education? Just what you were talking about is school did not fit you. Maybe the school needed to change a little. And so how can we make school for everybody and be a welcoming place for everybody? And there needs to be maybe some more coordination between all these different fields and all these different areas of expertise and having that idea of bringing the people together has really been on my mind a lot. And finding that synergy between all of our different areas of expertise. Where would you see yourself beginning? What would be your first outreach? You're like, no, I'm not prepared for that, but you know what? I don't have an answer for you. I did not mean to throw you a question where you're like, um, I'm playing. Girl, I wish I had an answer for that. You know what? I must spend spending my summer mulling that over. Where I really want to direct these like my energy moving forward.

"What if there are people who can't stand on that spell till time? What if there are people who are waiting to pick off or drop off a sick kid? Do they have a place to set? And so to take that little bit like, oh, I'm hot, this is annoying. And instead of being like, okay, all these kids are whining. She's like, okay, yeah, notice that. Yeah. Let's see. What does that mean that our school doesn't have any benches for our community? It's like that thinking that really sees this essence in kids and really mirrors it back to them in a way that they can really make a difference with. Now, during your ten years, I mean you started as a third grade teacher and I know from previous conversation and reading more of your bio that you had this you have this passion for reading and you spent now the latter part of your career as an interventionist. Let's transition to talking about that and first, what's the Kyle definition for interventionist? I know, right, every school district has their own meaning, their own acronym, all that stuff. So this year I was a reading interventionist and it did mean a different things based on the kids I was working with. So for some kids, I was really walking through some pretty intense intervention to either qualify them for special education or to determine that they wouldn't need it. And then for some kids, I was seeing every single kid in the class in some ability groupings for reading, basically allow throughout the day. It was pulling small to medium sized groups and really working with literacy on them. When you begin to pull out the students, how do you work with building that camaraderie and that relationship with you, as well as the relationship that they have with their core teacher, their homeroom teacher.

"So Eric had made this move, and this is what Ross talked about when he said he had made the wrong move by going high a couple of times. I thought Ross was going to go with the 43 up high. He doesn't. He stays now behind Kyle Larson. So for these 6 up to this point now, this outside lane has been moving back and forth. In the past, we talked about the side draft and how big that was where you'd see the 43. The 24 William Byron was an amazing pusher. Because he could get to the bumper, we saw a couple of times at 43 start wiggling, but at this point, if you're Kyle Larson, you're thinking, okay, this run has been happening back and forth. They can't get near clear of me. So you feel good if you're Kyle Larson, but the 24 keeps pushing the 43 at this point now, Eric Jones has got to make a decision. Now I have the lead. Do I stay up here because this is what got me to lead or do I go to the low lane? He tries there. I thought that point. When he made that move, I thought, oh, that was the one chance. I don't think it's going to happen. Now Kyle starts thinking, am I going to start blocking this lane? This point, but watch William Byron. And now you can see actually there's more cars on the outside than the inside lane. That's what was needed. Compared to the past where you could get a few good cars on the outside, it'd make that outside move work. You needed more cars on the outside lane than the inside lane. So this point, the inside lane is still tied up, but you can see there. There's about 7 8 cars on the inside. There's about ten 11 on the outside. So the outside lane is still moving, but this point, Ross is pushing Kyle Larson, William Byron is stuck to Eric Jones. And they've been trying and trying and trying to get in front of the 5 and he can't make it happen, but here is where they finally do make it happen. I think it's what this run down the backstretch. And the way this happens is because the one kind of separates a little bit, Erik Jones drags back to the 24. That's how the 24 gets to the 43. They keep playing this game. At this point, nobody still making a movie, if you're Kyle Larson, you kind of want to be dragging the brake a little bit, keeping attached to the one car, but we see that little bit of gap now,.

"We're seeing some fantastic racing some weeks and not so fantastic. Great. Another week. So we have to be honest. Listen, race fans are smart people. You can't pull the wall over there at, man. You can't tell them something is great when they're looking at it and they know it's not. So, you know, I think what we have gotten into is we have seen some great racing, a mile and a half racetracks, two mile race tracks, Daytona, we saw some great racing at Atlanta, different kind of racing than we've ever seen. So we've seen some good solid race. And I won't call everything great, but I'll say some good solid racing. And then we hit the short track. And it kind of went away. And I think it kind of went away because of the parity. It's so hard when everybody's running the same speed. Because you have no help, you have no push, you have nobody really doing things to help you, they everybody just got in line and rode at Martinsville and Richmond became a strategy race because there were no cautions. Martinsville there were no cautions. So I think these two races, we're going to have to evaluate or to the sports going to have to evaluate where it's in. But they don't need a knee jerk reaction and change this car and start changing things around. Let's let it play out. Go to Bristol. Let's go to Talladega. Let's go to Darlington. Let's see how it plays out. And then let's start making subtle changes if we have to. But I think it has been a great year for the sport because we're not talking every week about. Kyle Busch, Kyle Larson, any Hamlin, Kevin Harvick. We're talking about Ross Chastain. We saw him at Chase Briscoe. We talking about Ryan Blaney. We're talking about Austin Cedric. We're talking about Austin Dillon. I mean, we're talking about names up front. It'll run in the top 5 or ten. That are the future stars of the sport. But they're getting there a little bit quicker, I think, because of this car, so it's been interesting to see. Now, looking ahead to the Talladega weekend, people like to compare that to Daytona, but those are completely different racetracks. Are we going to see similar racing or not so much? Listen. Now they're not. I know one's two and a half miles and one's 2.66. At that .66 is the difference in night and day. I'm telling you, man. It totally makes that a different racetrack. So it's hard to say what we're going to see. I think we're going to see a lot of push in. We're going to see a lot of down there. We see a line take off and then the other line would catch back up. I'm not sure we're going to see a line take off. And if we do, it'll fall into a single file line. And that's not good. But I still think you can make moves because you've got enough people that will help you and do stuff. So it's going to be it's going to be interesting. It might not be as N tense as Daytona because Daytona is more of a handling track. Talladega is more of a speed track. So this is the first real test that we're going to see for these gas chimneys cars out. And just say, forget how they drive. I just got to hang on. We just got to run fast. For sure, for sure. Now, back at Martinsville, the Xfinity series race. We saw some fist flying on pit road, ty Gibbs, and Sam Mayer, what are your thoughts on that? Yeah, I don't think much of it. And I don't. Not in this day and time. You know, I think everybody wants to go back and say, where are they used to do that? Yeah. You're right. And that's before they had $15 million sponsors and we're on TV every week in all serious radio 24/7. And the whole world knew what the sport was. They did used to do that. But I don't think there's a place for it. Listen, but it's the world we live in. I mean, golly, man. When you can come out of the audience and multiple stage at the Oscars and slap somebody and nothing happens. Yeah, I guess this open game. I guess you can do whatever you want to, man. And I think I don't think there's a place for physical altercations in any sport in any sport. I just don't. If football is a rough game, rugby is a rough game, and basketball is just as tough, but when you start throwing fists, there's consequences. And NASCAR there must not be consequences because they didn't seem to penalize anything about throwing fists. It was all about what they did with the car. So I'm not a big fan of what went on up there. All right, well, his name is Kyle Petty. "Public doesn't think about demographics and how that plays into trends in the market and how we sell gear. So if you're talking to an athlete that's like starting to make a name for themselves now, how do you tell them like this is what you do to market yourself better, as that's one of the things that is so interesting is that there's so many intangibles that get you paid. Yeah, that you can't just be like Kyle is this Kyle is this Kyle is this to like a brand? They just know who you are and they feel it out and they're like, this is why he's worth it to us. Yeah. And that's one of the hardest things. But what would you say to somebody who's like in that position now, trying to figure that out? I think that there's two main things is one communication, like everything about success in being a professional athlete is building relationships. So you can not, nobody is a paid athlete because they are the radish skiers. All the people that are.

"Hi, this is he high author Kyle green. I'm going to share with you my evening meditation to wind down with the angels. So many of us are sensitive. And we don't even realize how sensitive we are. I've come to understand that so many of us because we are so sensitive, we are picking up on carrying the energy of our day with us. If we do not make a conscious choice to disconnect from the energies of our D, which at times can be quite dramatic and overwhelming, that's the energy that we bring to bed with us, and that's the energy that we take into the sleep state. That energy can affect us and negative ways and can impact our sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. So this meditation is going to welcome in the presence of angels. We're going to disconnect from any unwanted and unnecessary energies that could be hooking into our energy field and draining us. Then we're going to connect with our intra self and remember that we are the keeper of our mind and body, and then finally, we're going to clear the space around us before welcoming in a bubble of light from the heart of source. You deserve to feel safe, you deserve to go to bed knowing that you are protected. And you deserve to go into the sleep state so that you can claim a sense of rejuvenation and replenishment. This is.

"I know that's something in the Kenosha. I mean, the Kenosha trial. But this camera's in there. It's definitely cameras up in there and it's definitely people taking pictures of the jury's and everything like that. We know what's going on. So we need the same results, man. We need the same results. Justice for Dante right, justice for also. Oh, we need the same results. We have cameras of the jury. That is the illegal what he is doing. Yet the Department of Justice is too busy trying to go find a diary that belong to Biden's daughter while you have George Floyd's nephew May he rest in peace always saint George Floyd. May we owe his memory always be a blessing. It's ridiculous, how we have to put up with this charade for a couple years. And meanwhile, his nephew is threatening jurors in Kenosha. What I want to just say, though, that there is an unexpected hero. And that is the judge, Bruce Schroeder, he is a true wisconsinite, and he is pushing back against this aggressive prosecution that is unfairly trying to frame the case into something that it isn't. So let's go one by one. Let's go to 78, the judge is scolding the prosecution. By the way, where were judges like this standing up against election fraud? Where were judges like this standing up against the balloting issues? Where were judges like the standing up? Against any of the abuses of power we've seen, where are the judges like this that stood up against the Pfizer Warren app Warren application to spy on Donald Trump? This is how judges are supposed to work when the prosecution acts reckless and ballistic. Play cut 78. Why would you think that that made it okay for you without any advanced notice to bring this matter before the jury? You are already I was astonished. When you began your examination by commenting on the defendant's post arrest, silence. That's basic law. It's been basic law in this country for 40 years, 50 years. I have no idea why you would do something like that. And it gives well, I'll leave it at that. So I don't know what you're up to. Then cut 80 the judge continues by saying the prosecution, this is not permitted. This judge is how every judge in the country needs to be about standing up for the rule of law, standing up for due process, standing up for the constitution. Play cut 80. To what has already been introduced. The problem is, this is a grave constitutional violation for you to talk about the defendants, silence, and that is, and you're right. You're right on the you're right on the borderline. And you may, you may be over. But it better stop. Understood. This is I can't think of the case that an initial case on it, but this is not permitted. All right. Yes, did you already come in please? This judge dismissed the jury twice to scold the prosecution for crossing constitutional barriers and limits regarding Kyle rittenhouse's waving of his Fifth Amendment rights and also the line of questioning and not submitting basically the topics or the subjects that he was going to cross examine Kyle rittenhouse with. So let's play some of Kyle rittenhouse's testimony. So Kyle rittenhouse took the stand that is a huge risk. Now the only I could see positive wrinkle. I think Kyle's doing fine. He's a young guy, okay? He's a young man, and that is a tough situation. He's no. He knows he's on national TV being grilled by this jerk, but the only positive, remember, it doesn't matter necessarily how well you answer every question, what matters is can you win over one juror? And I think, again, I'm not saying this is wise, but I think actually I should I should think deeply about that. Because I'm constantly struggling. The defense is bet. Let me just do this. The defense's bet is that in today's America, this this decision, this case was not going to be decided on technical law. That instead, they need to win over one juror that says they don't want to put the young man Kyle rittenhouse, who is largely clueless around types of ammo and places and locations in jail. I believe that was the defense's thinking. Kyle rittenhouse explains cut 70 he breaks down when he is recounting how he got quartered by three men while trying to flee the conflict. I think that him crying is going to help him. I think the jury is going to see that. They saw that they say, this is not a murderer. This is a kid who defended himself. Play cut 70..

I am in trouble. And i don't believe anything i'm saying. So it's a little bit different. You know what. I mean to be able to see somebody you kind of know the signs and you can tell whether they're relaxed in. They're okay with over the phone. It's a little bit tougher. Yeah it's almost like you have to remember how to interact with people up more on a personal basis because you're doing everything over the computer through the phone you kind of get relaxed because you don't have to see people and it's just a whole different atmosphere and when you start going through the garage again right you're like after a member to just put my face back on right exactly exactly and that's the way it is because we weren't zooming right now. I could just be walking around the room doing something totally different answering your questions and just not paying any attention. But you know when when you're standing there face to face with somebody it's different you see there is you see you know if they're looking off in the distance if the waiting for somebody to come around the corner that they want to escape from your conversation to go on another conversation so yeah it's it's a lot different you caught me. That's why i've been doing it on. Zoom so i can see people and it'll be a little more personal. How does it feel. This cracks. Me up because again. You've done so much work in front of the camera. We're gonna go behind the scenes on both of those. Because i'm sure you've heard me say before. I am fascinated by how people do their jobs. And how projects come together so the basis of my conversation with kyle today is exactly that we're gonna talk about coffee with kyle and his approach to being an interviewer and i was really impressed about the work. He puts in to be comfortable in the good at it. And we're gonna talk about the new show dinner drive and how that is different from coffee with kyle. So a lot of behind the scene stuff today. You know what it means to you back in the garage. Area the concept of shutting up and listening when doing interviews how these shows came to be what gets left on the cutting room floor versus what we see the finished product. So again coffee with kyle you can see on. Nbc sports or on youtube highly. Recommend you check those out and dinner. Drive is the new show. And he explains how he came up with that idea and getting that launched off the ground during a pandemic so again really impressed with kyle how he's basically a as i said to him. Your thoughts are creating waves in your life just as a ripple moves on the tight and comes back in a wave so your thoughts come back to you for that reason. He wants to just thoughts. That are working for you. Not against her. We know that our thoughts thought expressions over feelings and we know that when we think about something we love. We feel good on the insight. We also know what it's like to be plagued by something in our past. If we continue to think about it we can be led into a state of deep despair. "Will got his lawyer. Who said that in motion so In the old testament he made multiple prophecies. He talked about how you know he was basically gonna make a new covenant and so certainly he sees me certainly. He can change the raw if he wants to well. That doesn't make it perfect though. So if kyle makes a rule that is like oh man that's the most perfect rule ever. Wow with follow that and then all of a sudden one day somebody goes. Let's change that rule. Well it's not perfect at that point. It's different so regardless our these rules going to be in heaven because these are perfect. Y'all way rules. These are what he thinks is awesome. These are what he thinks is necessary for humans to follow the same. Thing's going apply in heaven. Why i think if we're talking about the future. I would think that we're going to be different than i think we're going to be a senlis are nature's gonna be different now. I believe weren't a process of people not different people but there are nature will be different And so therefore. I don't know that we'll have a problem of sin you know in the new world when has finally changed things into the direction going. But i think they'll be send maybe and hell or something like that. Justin Haley goes 25th Ty Dillon 26th 27th is Ryan Newman 28 Josh Maliki 29th This Corey Lovejoy and 30th This James Davison 31st Cody Ware. And then this is going to change because Eric L. Merola 32nd Ryan Blaney 33rd at the moment, Anthony Alfredo At the moment being scored 34th. He brought out the caution flag. Twin House 35th, Kyle, Tilly 36, Daniel Suarez, Austin Cindric, Ryan Evers Lee and Ryan priests. 37 38 39 40. And they are out of the race. And that is the voice of Jeff Struggle. My name's Alex Hayden were high atop the start finish line here in the main control tower at Road America. Steve Post is over there and turns one and two. Then you've got Dave Moody and turned three and into turn for Mike Bagley has turned five all locked up. Eric Morris is up at the top of the hill by the Corvette Bridge and turned six Ternate is patrolled by Jason Toy. Kyle Ricky's over in the action spot and the kink over on the backstretch. Canada Corner is being covered under the watchful eyes of Kurt Becker and Tim Cattle. Fam O has everything covered on the final corner before they get back to the main straightaway. That's turned 14 with Kim Kun. Pete Pistone e on the pit lane. So we're going to see Chase Elliott and Kyle Busch come off of turn number 14 here in just a matter of a moment or two. Will they elect to come to pit road? You heard Kim kun say the right on the window. What would you rather do? I guess Alex get the fuel now and try to save it. Is there an opportunity to maybe pit a little bit later and keep your Put on the throttle. I mean, that's why the crew chiefs get paid a lot of money. What do you do at this particular point in the race when you're literally right there on the window since my paycheck as zeros across the board, I say you pit Now get the fuel. Then you can come back out and just race your way to the checkered flag and is the pit lane opens up. Jeff, What are we seeing? We're seeing everybody come to pit road. Nobody staying on the race track, Maybe one or two stragglers well back. But all of the top 20 heading onto pit road. You gotta bust a stop off here, Pete pus, Tony, You've got to try to get track position. You can do it right now on pit road, and you got to make sure you don't make any mistakes is you're right. "For everybody to see it. Players coaches I think that's that's how you develop your all tape. And i told you guys you know i've said this before you know if i had it all over again last year i would have created that competition for every position. I didn't last year. Because i thought we had a young that needed to get a lot of reps a lot of work and i tried to create that situation and now hindsight which being twenty twenty I would have done a different. So you know first and foremost the quarterback situation there are two. we will be watching. That's what he said to your first question. That had nothing to do with quarterbacks. In then i've always felt that there were two that this is the way it was. You know even though he says it's ryan's job to have which you know he gets around saying ryan's job to lose because he's one of these coaches he doesn't want to you. Know have the context of negative words And then he says you know about Taylor haina keys gonna give them know equal. Opportunity equal chances. Everybody needs to see that and again. Nothing about kyle allen. So what do you make of the fact. That kyle allen has been completely at least based on this conversation. You completely dismissed as part of any of the equation. You would think starting quarterback competition. Which i don't really believe there is one or even a backup quarterback competition. What did you think. Yeah it was. It was interesting. I mean i. I have thought all along that milk. What i thought ron rivera traded for kyle and last year he said at the end of the year famously that he thinks the team would have wanted as many games with thailand. They alex smith which i felt like a little bit of a shot ahead of alex smith semi. He'll turn over the last You know people leaving town So i was assuming that. Look kind of out of a series injury right so we weren't sure that but then he shows up. he's he's practicing not as right off. The bat looks to be real reasonable. I'm sure you've limited a little bit but you seem to be pretty good on that front and so therefore i was to suming okay. We're gonna talk about this competition. I kept thinking the competition is for a number two not number one and then when he says all this. It's like wait a minute. You didn't mention cow. Until i. I i mean just does i m inside. Baseball was like how i'm trying to think through that. I don't know how long i have for him for rivera somewhat limited time. And i you know you look you can filibuster so. I don't want to ask too many questions on this. And if you're giving me the hinted. Kyle helms the third quarterback which he clearly did. I was like i don't really want to burn this. Is it specifically bring kyla not by name. The entering it into the conversation. I've said that ladd. You can take this wherever you want. And he chose to ignore it which to me that. Yeah yeah. I mean. I'll talk with the fact that he said that were two people that were looking at and you know not. And he wasn't one of them. I don't know i guess i guess what's more interesting now. So if we take him at his word that if it's patrick versus heineke for the one i i kept looking at the fifty three man roster all time keep thinking man how are they gonna fit some of these spots. And if they're keeping among other things. Three quarterback i would assume it's still keeping three. Because you'll throw away quarterback. Do you think can play but point now at least gonna contemplate that as we go forward here in terms of how do i You know when we start getting what keep seven receivers nine defensive lineman whatever it is. You know that that the least something. I hadn't even considered before. We ponder for ten seconds. Well let's ponder for more than ten seconds. Do you think that there's a legitimate chance. That kyle allen is in on this football team when the final cuts are made i mean what. Last year they went through four quarterbacks. And i love the believer even under normal non pandemic injury season keeps recorder back. It's too important position if things happen. And you can't be shorthanded at that right. You know like. I in the scenario where you release kyla stephen montez sticking around on the practice squad. He's you know one. Snap away from minimum being back up and you know that. That seems like it's scary. Move so to me. You keep three quarterbacks. So i would think kind of island is good to go but at the same point. If he's clearly the three then. I think at least it puts us. That's why i'm thinking at least it's a little more in jeopardy versus the two guys are battling for two now. We're like okay. Well you know either guy could feel good about using I'm not thinking wouldn't use kind of i don't think he's anytime he clearly likes them but So i still think he's making the team. But like i said now at least it's feels like okay. He's he's definitely the third now. i can. At least consider what rather have you know that punt returner receiver make the team that extra defensive back and puffing we'll see about injuries happened right. There could be those situations where you want to do this. But all of a sudden you know somebody some starter has tweak. Something is going to miss the first two games and now how do you manage.
