"It's Hella Boris Orientation. This is commonly referred to as Linton rose or hell. Boris while the Rose Family first comes to mind this plant actually belongs to the RENUNGIO lists family which is also referred to as the better kept family. This particular flower has been harbored as a lot. So you'll see it written genetically as Hell Boris. Tom's hybridise and this is a group of Evergreen late. Winter or early spring flowering perennials. That are offered as ornamental. Plants for the garden blames generally appeared during lent hints. The name Linton rose. It is one of the first plants to bloom in the spring. Which earns it the name of harbinger of spring since the plant. Easily hybridize is there is a wide variety of cultivars available in the marketplace colors include shades of Pink Green Yellow Red pure white dark purple and almost black other cultivars may have other interesting color patterns that are Bach. Color speckled spotted and streaked with single or double forms. Some cultivars have pickety flowers or the color along. The edge is darker. Linton rose. Is Hardy from zone non zone four and they will handle even colder temperatures if some winter protection is provided. Some other things to mention about. This plant is that Linton rose possess tough. Almost woody stems. The leaves are described as being leather -Ly Shiny and dark green in colour. They are Paul mate divided with about seven to nine leaflets. With coarsely cut leaf margins these characteristics make it resistant to deer and rabbit feedings and the foliage will remain attractive all throughout the growing season. The flowers have an interesting growth habit to it. Flower buds form during the previous summer season and the flower spikes emerged from an underground Razov. Enlight winner what we would call. The pedals are actually called sepals. Which is a modified Kahlil Dukes? There are five pedal like sepals that surround a ring of neck diaries. The True pedals are the nectarines that hold the nectar within the ring of pedals are numerous Damon's and pistols which are the male and female parts of the flower after pollination occurs the pedals and staements will then fall off leaving behind the sepals. They can remain on the plant for wine to two months or sometimes even longer flowers generally reach about one to three inches wide and are described as being saucer like in appearance the blooms. What's interesting about them is that they faced downward now that we've covered some general flower characteristics related to Linton rose. Let's cover how to grow this beauty at home in the Kentucky Garden since hello. Boris are difficult to start from seed. It is best to purchase two to three year. Old Plants position. The plants in areas that receive partial to full shade plants will perform best when planted in moist. Well drained soil. They are sensitive to soggy soil. So make sure to provide good soil drainage a good way to do. This is to incorporate compost throughout the entire planting area. Prior to transplanting they will also benefit from planting on a hillside slope or raised bed area. It is noted that in these three areas it is easier to say the downward pricing blames. So that's the benefit to planting those locations at first hello. Boris are slow to establish when they do reach maturity though plants can reach anywhere from eighteen to twenty four inches tall with the width of twenty. Four to thirty inches wide mature plants can even have fifty or more flowers per plant. So you talk about a show there. If you're pointing multiple plants in a row space plants about sixteen inches apart or more you can always refer to the plant liable to say recommendations on how far apart spice plants plants ourselves sours so they put out a lot of sade once they do go to seed and new seedlings will appear in the spring of the year. Linden rose are an outstanding plant for providing colour and texture to the ornamental shade garden utilize them as specimen plant when they are the star of the show as a border plant or even as a ground cover. They work great when planted in containers and planted inbetween deciduous shrubs and under trees or naturalized in woodland areas. If you're looking for some good companion plants to plant next to Linton. Rose consider other spring flowers such as snow drops in wooden enemies plants with contracting college. Such as ferns in hostage will also work to no dividing is required like other perennials. Unless she want to acquire more plants if you answered yes to this question divide clumps in September or October water the plant a few days ahead of time before you dig then work shovel in a circle around the plant in order to dig it up. Wash off the soil around the plant and then divided with a sharp knife between growth buds. Make sure to leave at least three buds on each division. Prepare the soil before planting and deeply since the plant has a deep root system position the crown where the stem joins the roots at soil level. Avoid covering plants with excess compost or mulch since this application can lead to riots now that you know the ideal planting location for Linton. Rose let me remind you some of those benefits of having this plant in your Kentucky Garden since the flowers are actually sepals. They don't fall off. The plant quickly like semple hours do meaning that this particular bloom will hold on for about two months or even longer. They make an excellent cut flower. That's probably one of my favorite things about this plant. It's usually based to harvest the stands when the statements have fallen off and the flower feels papery and stiff to the touch. Cut them using a sharp pair of crooners or scissors and place him in a vase filled with clean water add floral preservative to the water to help extend the vice life. Since leaves contain alkaloids that can cause mild dermatitis was sensitive individuals. Protect your hands with gloves. When cutting stands once established plants are relatively drought tolerant in considered low maintenance. It will need a little bit of moisture from time to time. But they don't require as much fertile as action as some plants do so spring application of compost should be enough the perennial plant association voted. It perennial plant of the year in two thousand and five plus deer and rabbits won't bother them due to the thick rough lanes. I truly believe that Linton rose will make a great perennial flower for the Kentucky Garden and it will work hard for the Kentucky Gardner. It's wide variety of colorful blooms and shapes easy growth habit and low maintenance care. Make it a win win for gardeners to plant in their shade garden. If you would like additional information on how to add Linton rose in your garden or landscape make sure to see the show notes. "Mornings. I'll give myself time to wake up and deal with the things that I need to deal with in in the morning. I make sure that I'm active like I have to like I cannot I dated a guy once who said we have to wake up in the morning coffee Offi and we have to go walk Christon like I have to. You have to get walked out. I can't is it around so I make sure that movement is scheduled into my day in some of that maybe with my clients it may be on my own. Maybe if my friends that I have to do that then I have a steady eating scheduled to keep my energy up so that I don't crash during the day and then sleep for me is huge is no. I have to get eight hours of sleep every night for sure. So if you guys are looking for any nutrition hacks contact Kristin Hawkins Hopkinson on No I was just thinking about stuck yesterday and I am very goal oriented. I don't necessarily set daily goals but like last night I sat down and I set very specific goals for my business and personal and I feel like when I have those laid out for me than I have a mission like. I know what my this is the day and then maybe make a list of things that take me things to get done to take me closer to reaching those goals. Beautiful I act- I love that. That's the the best because I think that that's that's a big reason that a lot of all nine trainers aren't making progress is because I call it being targeted focused like when you know exactly what you're going after Like on a monthly or however often you set your goals for me. I have monthly goals and then every Sunday I sit down with myself and a Mike. Okay like and how close am I to hitting my monthly goal. So if my monthly goes is this for clients and and district calls or whatever it is even with fitness goals like how close close to hitting that goal and then. What do I need to do this week? That's going to get me closer to that and having that like targeting like I feel like that kind of gives me purpose is that I kind of yeah. Yeah Alex just keeps you moving forward. I don't WanNa get I certainly don't want to go backwards. I WANNA keep moving forward toward my goals and the other thing. Is You know because I do have several the in person every single day I share my goals in everyone like super duper sick of hearing your take over the world I got in. I get really excited about the little goals you know I I I like to be productive in so I think that setting the the smallest Olsen setting big goals retirement goals. I think they're also important issue direction. Amazing I love it. Okay so there are some all my coaches. That are listening to desks that. Want to duplicate your success. You know they'd love to have their own online platform and be able to impact more people and potentially like you're on the brink of impacting like hundreds if not thousands of people people with your with your opportunities so for those people that are looking to duplicate your success What some advice that you give out to brand knew all my coaches so coming from you like what do you think are some things that people should focus on? When they're just getting their business started and definitely definitely studying setting realistic goals so that you can attain them in and you can think bigger from there but I think he really open minded like some of the things that you got me? I would never thought about it. I was so out of my zone doing some of those things but I try. They worked and I liked him. And I know that I have those tools. Is there but at the same time like you know trying to get to that twenty client mark was a little too much. It was too overwhelming. So I had to take a few steps back and and how to recalculate. What worked for me like I felt a lot of pressure from myself to hit these certain goals that I had the relay and and be like the pivot? I I need to switch like so being open minded to shifting directions possibly being open to the different possibilities that that may arise you know I kind of manifested Asked that something something that I couldn't even wrap my head around would Would come to me kind of what happened with my doctor. And and You know these challenges that you brought me like I love talented and I'm charging challenges so for me. That's another stream stream of income and I know that people are asking me to do them. They can't wait to do them. So that is something that was completely unexpected me so yeah work. Hard that that goal be intentional with your day and with your time for sure and then you know and then follow through you have under. There may be times that you don't want to do something but you just you know he's stuck it up any do it. And then you reap the rewards from that. I think amazing I Maysan. I love that. That's so good. Okay so last question you. You told us that you're super target focused and you know you have your goals in mind. So what are your future plans. You've got this online business now. Obviously you love your clients which is amazing. So what are your plans. Now that you've got a successful online business and a successful in person business and you have the freedom to do what you're work. Well that's a big question you know I just might is just to keep going with the goals that I have for twenty twenty because I have so many many different aspects of my business three or four different goals for the different aspects of my business. Keith my in person clients going the best that I can but now now I can have some freedoms so I already have several trips and I get to and leading a retreat into loom in February on for like nine days. Did you have that plan before we started the course or did you just decide to do it. I have done in the past I had taken a break from for awhile Circle back around too because now nine days of being gone. I don't have to worry because I have other sorts of income coming in even though I've Mile Mile then I'm helping with the retreat in Brazil on another nine days in April and then and then Colorado and you you know I work while I'm there like you teach us to do but I get film videos in these beautiful location I get. I do what I love and it also helps is tremendously to step away from my business. Step away from my everyday life just to gain some perspective and maybe you know refocus on certain things. So it's it's Mary beneficial for me to travel anywhere since September and I'm like itching some go somewhere I honestly love it so much. It's it's the best I I always talk about. How when you have another job as an all night when you have another job basically if you take a break from work you're actually GONNA lose income because it costs money on the trip? I and you're not making money when you're there but as an online coach like for me I don't know about you but when I go on vacation I'm like super creative and I'm just like super happy and present and it's easy for me to work so not only making money from my current clients but I also attract a lot more clients because I'm just like. Oh yeah you know just feeling it so yeah I love. That's amazing well. Kristen thank you so much for joining me on this podcast. You killed it. This is your first podcast but you like you crush this. "Brought cadaver dog who had a quote world class reputation. Oh boy oh or girl. I'd say who had a world class reputation for finding the remains lanes of missing american world war. Two soldiers loud salute to that. I really like that. One gets me every time so the dog would find missing soldiers so that they could be reburied with dignity in their name and their families could be not. I mean it's just dogs were we don't we don't go to heaven. We don't deserve them. <hes> uh yeah one hundred percent scary movie by the way your movie scripts shit out of me. When i was kid my first introduction to the afterlife i think yeah well not mine because i was in catholic school but went hand in hand with all the stuff i was learning. All dogs go to heaven was a step zappa worse. I just thought all dogs don't die and then all of a sudden it's like oh no they own rate. They go to heaven but they also that means. We die so hold on. I'm three right right and also you'll never see your dog again because you probably won't get into heaven knowing the rap sheet. You're going to create miss. You told me that jesus would bring me. There and i don't see him anywhere on this cartoon so i'm really stressed out. It was an existential crisis of the time. I'm sweating a lot right now. Okay yeah so this dog is just a beautiful the dog when searching the house that kristen had lived in back in the day alerted to the presence of human remains the home's basement all right according to one investigator and one friends again apologised further tests confirm that human decompose president in the area so this is a private search search rather than being done through the police so oakland p._d. Said they needed to do their own tests. In order to add the evidence to the official investigation makes some sense but that was three years ago who as of this live show which was in march april at begin to tell you two thousand two. I don't so the that was three years ago and since then virtually no progress has been made so please have not made any moves like austin's live and made no l. moves toward doing their own testing. Even though this private test indicated there was human decomposition by a forensic anthropologist and oakland p._d. Said sure we'll check on it have have not done that so let's get into some theories and of course counterarguments to all of this so some people believe christians roommates weren't looked into closely enough. I remember she lived with <hes> four men and like there isn't really much information about them whatsoever at the time they really didn't do anything to spark police interests so they weren't aren't really considered persons of interest also if it is kristen's body buried under the house why would bloodhound picked up her scent at the beach chur which is kind of the weird like it's good evidence throws off other good oven exactly so there's kind of like things don't add up it was later revealed actually that kristen had been to a summer solstice party at that beach two days before her disappearance so it could have happened is that the bloodhounds picked up on like remaining sent from two days well yeah yeah so she had been there two days before disappearing so they could have picked up on that sent her previous trip and could not have even gone on the bus that day. Another theory is that kristen did go to the beaches planned but died in a tragic accident possibly slipping on a rock and falling into the water. The area is apparently extremely dangerous. During high hi tide rocks are extremely slippery if she had fallen in drowned under the right circumstances <hes> entirely possible her body would never have been recovered so freak doc tragic accident <unk> entirely possible yet totally possible one more fact that isn't discussed as broadly and only recently coming to light is at the house on jane <music> avenue where kristen lived and where the human remains were sense of humor <hes> was adjacent to a halfway house for convicted felons <hes> many many of whom had been convicted of extremely violent offenses and many of whom were notorious for violating their parole and this allegedly wasn't disclosed to the residents on the street even though it was supposed to and could've proved an interesting lead maybe if they had moved for if they move forward with testing the remains near the house right. I think that might be an interesting lead to follow up on in the year. Two thousand a law called kristen's act was introduced that aim to provide assistance to law enforcement and families in missing persons is cases of those over the age of seventeen because a lot of times if they're older than that police say well. They're an adult ray like they could have just gone camping in for a week and not told you they could be out on. You know a binge somewhere. There'll be running away. Whatever it may be but so this law provided assistance for for those missing over the age of seventeen well unfortunately the centers federal funding ran out in two thousand five when the law hired but with the help of volunteer efforts it has continued to this day so now say run entirely by <hes> by volunteer donations so that's kind of a cool thing if you're up in that area to look into so i wrote this line here. Let's hope it's true quote. I want to end on somewhat of a bright spot. In which will rate seems like maybe christine yeah good for me. What did i write summer. After freshman year right a hell weight watchers believe would've fucking my talking about okay and that's the story of dennis mei mei han man man who's a friend of the motor fairy family so when kristen first appeared he felt compelled to help the motor fairies because they were just tragic morning and had no answers so he joined the search for kristen. He figured he'd be gone for a few weeks. Helping assist the family and a search before heading back to charlotte would he didn't realize is that twenty years later would still be working on the case with permission from the family. Dennis has become the military's own private investigator. He spent more than a third of his life investigating in her disappearance. He's followed every possible lead every possible angle and to this day he is still hoping and believes that he'll find answers well. He and the motivation family run a website site called fine kristen dot com so if anyone has any information pertaining christmas appearance <hes> their urge to visit the website and submit a tip you can also see her photo and <hes> you see what she might look like and that is the story of the disappearance of kristin motive. Wow has a wild trip. I know let's hope something comes up. Yeah i dunno food coma. I think we are and thanks for listening guys. <hes> such a shame that you never. I guess my best bet would be that. She just looked on the rocks. I think that because i remember i went through like a threat as you like to call it rabbit hole hole and i remember a lot of people actually in a lot of these cases <hes> when people go missing there are always those people who are like hey what's fun to go through all the theory or not fun but it's like you know compelling and human nature to go through all the possible suspects and theories and twists and turns but a lot of times tmz the simplest explanation could just be the answer which is they injure themselves on a hike or whatever it may be like the story of the girls girls who went missing in <hes> panama back in the day that one <hes> or here you know it could just be like an accident right and people exactly when people have commented on this saying. I live in that area. You don't go there during high tide. It's extremely dangerous. People have fallen and died there you know so if she going to the beach to just explore or a friend who knows what and felt like her body up just vanished and no one would've known which is just also so tragic because it's like the her family will oh then never never get closure. Get an answer. Well yeah so am i happy. No i know i know. I just like to think like since fifty years ago d._n._a. Wasn't even a thought thought. Maybe there will be something that <hes> we don't know exists now that maybe we'll find some interest. I don't know for sure. At least we can hope anyway so that's my story and you're currently in australia. Yes yay or back tomorrow. How do you think it's going on how went. I think i'm tired okay good. I think the party was last night. The one that i'm the wedding second wedding no <hes> i think it will be fun. I'm really excited and a lot of family that i haven't seen in probably ten years or more <hes> blazes never been to germany austria so he's going to see quite a different side of the world and see quite a different side of my family yup ngos crushing his ear. I'm extremely anxious about leaving the dogs and cat behind. Take one thing at a time yeah so but i think it'll be fun unless you go well. I want pictures of that austrian castle rapper properly meaning to look up a key meeting to look up the information the history because i know i kind of guessed when it was built. I don't have very get get up very excited. I'll tell you upon my return. Also i've been meaning to tell you this for a while. Let me let you up real quick side note. Can you hang in there for a the second instead of letting him out christine just feeding him to shut him up for five minutes. It works it works on me works so i was talking with my mom recently and she just went to germany besides my grandma and we're seeing there too in this like crazy giant house like filled with stuff from the last hundred years i it's just like a really out in the middle of nowhere senior charles at home. I can't imagine what your bavarian home looks like that but like stories and room rates and they had eight kids and it's just like the creepiest. I don't even explain it to you so i'll just send you picked l. Show you pictures. I've never been where i could like. The last time i went was like six years ago so i didn't really get a chance to nana's go crazy photos. I will take photos but my mom was recently only and she's like oh yeah oma. She's visited every night by her brother and all this stuff and i was like sorry what and my officers like texting me out of this. I'm like sorry what do you mean and then she goes and i was like okay. She all right thinking like she's getting older she. She lives alone. I'm like sheets. It's a live alone right. What's going on in my own. Oh yeah yeah. She's very happy about it that they come and visit her now now that she's older and she knows you know she'll be with them in a few years. There's and i was like what she goes. She's a little upset because her dad's stopped visiting her after like decades and he's finally passed and he came and said goodbye. Hi and i'm like what the fuck is going on and then she was like oh okay that's scary i de scary. I was like okay. That's pretty wild or something and she goes. Listen listen. All i can say is i couldn't sleep. I heard footsteps all night every night. I was there just up and down. The stairs and i was like mom. Oh my grandma can't go up the stairs so like i don't know what the hell is going on but my rhyme a little bit nervous about that right well. If you need to bring the detector by all means god. I think i should hide that somewhere far away from you to bring your wind bra and get back into drinking for a day. That is a better solution yeah so now i mean it's going to be weird. My grandma's apparently very thoroughly convinced. The store is talking to her relatives. That have passed the ones. She's close with nicola very just like happy and confident about as long as they're casper asper friendly. She has a furby that she talks terific. I left because i was so traumatized by it that she adopted when i visited when i was a child and still talks suet still talks back she sounds like an interesting character apparently recently <hes> she kept hearing noises outside and she lives alone and so she kept hearing noises in the dark outside and and would go out with a knife to see what it was and grandma. What are you doing like almost stop and then apparently she jumped out one nice she heard inch jumped out and it was one of her.

"So I'll put a link for everyone listening. I'll put a link in the show notes. A put it in the blog posts in them will send you over. I'm a huge fan of online courses and what you're describing is only people who have a lot of money to spend on this campaign. Could then afford to hire you as a consultant in what you're saying is for the rest of us. There's now an opportunity where we can almost bring our own Peter home with us. Who says okay, do this, okay? Do this you going in the right order? So I appreciate that. But we need to make sure that it has a picture of your smiling face on it because there's an energy that you bring as well. That might not translate in the book. When I was working with being, he's a mission was that were would need us in that still image in this will be like a gift to the world. So they can donate me. I love that. And as you speak about mission. I mean, you are a very purpose driven person. How did you find your purpose? Or how did you find a way to align a purpose with a business, womb, long story, actually, was, my grandfather, taking you for walks and extend to me on nature had changed due to chemistry in Vancouver thing that the give me a sense of the importance of sustainability in my very first campaign nineteen eighty two was to protect an pund inaugural next level. And then a join Greenpeace to prove his, yes. Then with this model Assad Mon business in nineteen to ninety eight and then for while Ma biz. This was my purpose but was never really enough. The Mitchell company since nineteen ninety nine had been meaningful campaign from meaningful ideas. But like the fight fighting to save the planet fighting full sustainability was at the core. And that has kind of changed when we were on Colli December January. I don't over Colli has a transformational does something with you. An broadening back to the question of what is really lighting up? What where do I get my energy from whereas by multi that is actually in driving sustainability in groping towards a sustainable economy? And this whole, I'm gonna put more energy. Vice would you have for listeners about how they might be able to find purpose or infused more purpose into the work that they're doing? Themselves yet. The question of why, why am I here, but I know many people ask them, they don't find announcer would say fine, the coach find finding I didn't even pay you to say that. Coach I would love be. Men people that I know that I repeat it will specialized in that go to Colli friends of mine organized trips on choline amiss, actually why we were there because they needed marketing support, even you Rubin said, I need to know that program in that actually is all about finding your purpose finding your talents and removing all the blockages there at you from living your purchase, so would be so one way is to escape that everyday life and go into a reflection mode. And maybe you have some friends or coach or just some other external folks to speak with and to try to find that meditation doses. Doses. What's one piece of advice that you would share with listeners that you've learned either the hard way yourself or you've just noticed has worked throughout all of your years of experience in business. Chris has been at the center, I'm that's the white whitefish because very often you know, it's not a campaign, even if it's only about sales marketing very often if I asked the question of why do you want to treat that go often enough Clinton different solutions come up because the real goal behind this not, what was opposite. We and the thing applies. Ause beings. We have toss that question over and over again. And the mall machines in Robles take over worked from us. More important of becomes identifying what makes us different from them. What makes us different as humanitarian in why am I here? What value can I add to society, because jogs through change jumps from the Johnson more? But we will try to find people who end the personal value to our society. When we don't lead to work in. More. We don't need an income in more than that. What are we doing? And will do things that extraordinaire world of recreate art will will develop further in there will be. No. I and who we are. So if I'm hearing, you right, there are two things that sort of define you ish is maybe you know, this, maybe you don't you really curious why why is I'm interested. And you're also an explorer, so you're not just gonna stay within your you're gonna why what's that about what's that about? Let me hear more about that. Let me go to coli and figure that out was L. There's a lot of curiosity and questioning in experimenting going on for you. Is that how you live your life? Never worked as a physicist. But yeah, let's all is be central blacks now. And I can recommend everybody. Stay curious. We stake here is if you want to find out to, to get your business to the next ten years. Stay, curious and peel open to new solutions field to changes in the sense society, entrances of value ambiguous about solutions never stopped asking questions yet, and year cookbook will guide us through the process of what kinds of questions to ask, how to, so it's not just a big loss. Why like a big loss. What is my purpose, but rather you've given us that formula? So we know exactly what questions to ask in the right order, and so we can get to a meaningful answer. Hopefully, thanks for that will thank you very much Peter for your time today. It was really great having you on the podcast. Thank you to infected will be audience over watch was to watch this. "Can i never tell them embarrassing story ever again on this show why did i think the topic was great might get a grace period now at least at least there's no one listening because it's the morning of july fourth and no one's paying attention that's good who okay i think i'm sweating in here so winter the heat up here that's not going to be good for the show picture as a little bit warm yes it's after hours here on cbs sports radio i don't even amy thank you kevin harlan even knows i don't have any idea where to go from here nfl news dump seems like an appropriate 'cause that's what i'm doing right i'm dumping this particular story on the morning when i am hoping that there are far fewer people listening than would normally be listening also can you not tweet the link to our podcast today please i'm now asking kristen dot do his job oh my goodness okay so nfl news dump like amy just did her news dump the i kind of felt like this wasn't really a feng in the nfl like people made more of it than it is except that it happens over and over and over again that the nfl will release announced tweet about somehow put the word out with a few sources about some big piece of news that a lot of people would generally be interested in if they knew it if they heard about it but they do it sometimes late on a friday afternoon just before they turn off the lights lock the door and go home for the weekend so no one can reach them and they did it again i i don't believe in coincidences either so this is too good to be true they actually announced four suspensions four of them in the few hours before getting away from the office for the fourth of july holiday that's i mean i don't know that people are gonna forget by the time the holiday is done but they managed to not have to deal with it i'm not looking at my twitter right now i'm trying to focus here stop sitting me tweets so the nfl news dump included julian eshelman having his four game suspension for be upheld by not roger goodell so you actually don't get to blame roger goodell for this one for a third party arbitrator is actually one that not even the league picks it's the league and the union agrees to it together and so going back to two thousand fourteen two thousand fourteen all pd appeals are heard by an arbitrator that's handpicked by both sides so almost like jury selection each side gets veto power they have to agree on the arbitrator so you can't actually say that this is another roger goodell hating the patriots or whatever whatever people say but ataman we haven't gotten the official letter yet and i don't know that we will i'm not sure if this is all going to be public it's not like when a guy gets disciplined for violating the conduct policy this is a pd suspension but you remember his number one defense was that he tested positive for substance that could not be identified and then his other defense is that the chain of custody for his sample or samples was not followed to the letter so protocol was broken and we didn't actually get to specifics on that but those are the two things he was going to argue and the arbitrator did not agree with either one of those things so he's now sol julian edelman i guess he can take the legal route we haven't heard yet whether or not he will go the route of tom brady who still ended up serving his suspension anyway but this is a much harder thing to prove and the pd policy that the nfl uses is actually far stricter and more rigid as is the substance abuse policy those two are far more rigid than the behavioral policy where it's a lot more subjective the other three names that we heard on tuesday reuben foster gets two games not under the domestic violence policy because remember his i don't know if it's ex girlfriend now the woman he was seeing at the time said under oath that she had made up the story of domestic violence but he was caught with a gun that was not registered in california and he had also been previously arrested with marijuana and because he had failed a drug test at the combine he was already in the.

"Yeah and then it went to go it went out for a while and then it's come back in like in the last decade yeah i steer very very clear of that so no it was literally about a plate of carbs and then in that conversation is when he said derogatory things about your boy correct and that's that's mean and hurtful i mean i has he learned nothing from when he and i both participated in body shame katie last year which was like one of the most horrific things to watch and now he's doing it again at like your biggest regret on the show ever yeah besides pushing kristen dot is my biggest regret because that's so not like me i'm the type of person where i guess i learned about myself when you push me far into a corner i think about like what would really hurt your feelings which also is a great trait for reality star sure i'm trying to work on your doubt your perfect for the show that is me yeah and you know him saying mean things about rand and then also him like knowing so much about my relationship and how much we've been through to get to where we are and him dismissing it like you're with him for his money honey boo boo law going for money mama go for the gusto you know this the my man is not rich enough if you're just going for the money if i'm just going for the money honey i'm going for a billionaire who's about to croak really well yeah if it's about the money let's.
