"With to hard prototype ergonomic beach chair but i couldn't figure out how the hell do you actually make it all right. Let's get down to business. Okay what's up all right. I have an accurate integra. Gsi wouldn't you. It's nine hundred ninety six. Oh and it's forest green sort of cut support and you never know. I went to a month or two ago. I went to a party in the suburbs to friends of mine. They looked and then they decided to have a party to celebrate it cool. Yeah anyway went to this party. And they had this like designated lot said strictly. You must park here. If you're going to the clubhouse that's what they call the party room or whatever it wasn't the sort of done it fell By about midnight this party all the boring people people with kids. They're gone one group two separate groups lots and lots of people all their friends. It was great it was great. It was a great time by one. O'clock is when the party room supposed to close. but jerry had gotten like verbal permission. Never get verbal permission verbal permission to have the party go later and so what about two o'clock when people that were still there. Somebody decided to leave one out. Came back said hey guys. My car has been towed. We all went outside every car in the lot. Gone except mine work on. Walk yours now. I was wondering my car. Front wheel drive standard transmission. It was parked head in and in gear. That's why didn't break. That's why they didn't tell it. That is why what they would have to do. Is get into the car with the jimmy and then put it into neutral and they obviously couldn't get in or they didn't have the slim jim with them or they would come. They're just gonna get slim jim back. Everybody else's car saved my for last. Yeah yeah okay so you have been for example parked in the other way back then i think they would have just lifted it up and it away but you can't tow a vehicle that's in gear because you're gonna drag tie along and you were in first gear right. They probably have learned the hard way we. We had a puzzle about this ages ago. Oh wow that if you if you take a engine. That has a timing belt. And you make the engine turn backwards which they would have done by towing you out your in i. What would have happened is as they pulled you. The wheels would have turned but they would have turned is transmitted that energy to the engine but would have made the engine turn backwards because you are moving backwards but the car was in what a forward gear and by doing so it would have made the timing belt jump right and it would have wrecked your engine and they learn. That wasn't what else is accurate. Or maybe a honda or whatever and getting sued and it wasn't worth it so they went. They were going back to get the slim. Jim and you just happened to come out right away but the more important question is how'd you make out at the party. Not that kind of party because they were all boring dot no flooring all friends and that there. Yeah so although i you know i did sort of scope it out a few phone numbers right and you gotta get some clue to who's getting ready to break up with home right. Like seinfeld waited three years for that marriage to end. Well steve. We'll be looking forward to seeing you back here in the boston area. Okay all the races you went there are now gone the funk how is chicago in general in general chicago is a great place. And when i was doing my best. I came here to be an options trader. And when i was doing my best and making a lot of money I was about to enact a lifestyle where i may be spent eight months here but a couple of months in boston area. And then a couple of months in the bahamas. Yeah exactly saint john. Yeah think roy kreuzer. Because i have a friend there but female friend No actually okay. And he's married beautiful wife. I'm waiting that one.

I'm Nathan has I ride for team coffee this, and this is my fourth juror I love cycling I. Really Really Loved You. But I don't really wish to talk about cycling for the next few weeks. Hello everyone my name, this week's. Highlight for eastwell startup nation. Since. It's my Gio I did the Jew as well and Consoles and fifteen, thousand sixteen. So those are are direst. WE'VE WE'VE GONE MINE IN JERSEY. Oh, Randy we've got writer in the Jersey already Rick Zaabal. What about line is he didn't Dari for us. Walk Foot. No, he's no, he's. He's he's kicking back. You know I said he's like is star like starship enterprise in in his office. All the screens are watching all the races snows watching not strange superman crashed today and try to figure out exactly. What went what went wrong there but yeah. Well a gray star for, for example, here from him a little bit later about how he targeted the King of the Mountains Jersey which he managed to get today, which was really clever writing actually an and he'll wear came to mind his Jersey tomorrow. Normally do a tale of the top don't way time trial though. So there's on the only really the result. He made some notes, I. US giving given the Yukon trouble to prepare this episode and researches episode. Well, you give a summary Rich of what you've written down that I mean I've written down. Some names towns and guess it was a story of. The wind today. The wind was at its most ferocious in this are middle part of the day on Roy. Dennis had real problems controlling his bike seem not just anyone looks Chiro. We learnt tonight and we all about share off call this wind that blows and frequently apparently in these parts I'm comes. From the East mainly and I think it did today and apparently local sites ten hanging around for about three days. And particularly in these months and months and spring months it blows quite hard and quite often. Well certainly had an impact on the stage today M. There were weren't maybe as many crashes as people expect to compromise came a cropper on a corner miglin. Lopez, has mentioned had a very bizarre crashed near the finish taken him I the race unfortunately, and by certainly affected run Denison said there was a trade off the when it is most dangerous. It was also at its could it be nice it's fastest because there is quite significant portion of the course of a tailwind and some of the later finishes really am loss of our time because they didn't have that benefit feely Ghana who got towards the end of the best of the conditions we think. Was a not surprising winner and fifteen, twenty four and and he was twenty two seconds off I mean there is as a thorough championships quite margin between him and the rest and Joe I'll make media the Portuguese writer from Kenneth Quickstep who become tomorrow the first Portuguese writer thirty one years to wear Jersey in a grand tour did you know that who was the last one daniel loss to how many years? Thirty one years? And what we would have been ago. Stena. I don't know the answer thirty, one years nineteen, nine, Raw Sheila Silva. That's right Daniel. US Silver were the Yellow Jersey of the Tour de France, of course. Dashing Portuguese writer, and of course, the biggest race as far as pussies ride is concerned the volt. How is going on at the moment? Isn't it? It's his yes indeed and so on media really confirming at the promise shown but I was thinking separate from him Mikhail. Bjoerg. was was on the same time twenty, two seconds the big winner of the Writers, Gary Thomas. Was Fourth at twenty three seconds with Tobias Foss at thirty one seconds and just looking at the ages of those guys GonNa think is twenty four. Media as twenty two. Twenty one on false twenty three. So some real young guns up there. Of the juicy writers gates got reasonable conditions again yes. A fight his bike in the wind. He got the benefit of strong tailwind as well. He finished forty nine seconds on. Ben O'Connor of NTT at One Minute Vlasov at one twenty, nearly one, twenty, nine, Kreuzer one, forty, four, and food sign one, forty, seven and. Mike. Well, my was was, are we kinda him as a we all because he was going for g see I'm all the time he was very upset at the finish line because I, believe he wanted to go out a different time and I think he overruled. Right in right well I mean I always a gamble isn't to remember you remember loss here in Bologna 'em all the guys when I first Tom Demere I was fresh rider on the chorus wasn't a. and Simon Yates Kinda gambled, and went late tone there and lost I. will this time he went quite early on and benefited I think a little bit. So it kind of two minutes rich Mike lost two minutes to to Ghana. I mean already you know Chris Wake is one twenty on Gary Thomas? Nibley is over a minute dying. It is quite, quite significant always, very significant I mean when the right is this profiling when we today that we would have assumed that it would have created few gots maybe than a typical prologue of seven right Gilman's is just by virtue of the down here we've seen downhill old Tandja's with big downhill sections before where the cowboys have been really really small and..

They put up with so much for so long so much disappointment so much heartbreak and they're going through it again, this year they're into, you know Wentz doesn't look the same the defense looks terrible. But every single time, they go to bed at night. They think about that brand Graham Strip sack and they think about they want a super bowl and they think about the highs even if it's only one high in like hundred years. That came from winning that Super Bowl. They always tell you man it was worth it. I'm hoping before I die I will get that feeling. I respect that actually the the desire to say like you know what experience you want, right That's cool to me. And I every every eagles fan would say the same thing every. You know who? "She was like watching the kind of showing her stuff here. They're like this is, you know, it's explained to her those, and she seen some of them in, she's a big animal fans. Those cool and pulled out a bag of micro men figures I got a good bit of micro, man. I'm not gonna act like I have a million or whatever I don't have a good bit of though. And I have pulled out a bag of them had a bag with some mcroy IRS from there is a and I guess, two thousand four series of just a Kreuzer figures and had some of those ziplock, bag, you, sadly, one of them's foot had broken which those early two thousand two thousand four. Thousand three two thousand four that era series lot of those had breaking parts broke really easily, and sadly, one of them's foot broke while you're sitting in a bag inside of a box instead of me playing weirdly enough. L fix it. I'll get another foot or something later on. But it's kinda Schoener those explain to her how they're he's robot bad guys. The micro man and stuff like that. Explained to her house like the precursor transfers and Bumblebee, which she thinks he's really cute. How he was originally micro mentally stuff like that. And like this is why some transformers like sound wave or like thousands of sound ways I have she knows it really like she thinks the cassettes are cool to ravage laser based school has got cassettes that turned the animal friends like how that came from micro, man, how they were supposed to be little tiny people from another planet in the toys, R scale they weren't. He's household things were partner robots and stuff like that. And that, that made a lot of sense, like, okay, that's cool. That's the shoulder those things pull that so my older ones, I got some got some micro nuts as well which Mike, of course being the American version of Mike Roman and had a bunch of those kind of showing her those, and her dad's Rulli and Egypt and stuff, and showed her fair Royd deals like. Insuring arousing. She's like, wow. My dad would really like those like dad probably has one of these know. I couple years ago, gave her dad a bunch of my stuff debts who has a toy. He he's into toys to he does a lot of selling as well. And I was clear now I gave them a bunch of boxes of, old of early two thousand series stuff. I just wanted to get rid of. And in that box I gave him a burn Karzai had as the Palisades, Barron cars, all, which I kind of wish I would have held onto it. But at the same point he's like fifty percent in Agnes, and it always made me super nurse around in he electron EQ, you know, so I ended up giving it to him and I was like, I know your dad had a baren cars off for however long. It took him to sell it for sure. He's got a fair Royd somewhere, but I I love to coffee is Dade have, you know, like, there's like Easter Island head style ones for some reason to Kara in other robot lines really, like Easter Island for Diack loan, when they're designing Toyota, ended up becoming Metroplex, you know, at one point he was going to be strong like have the Easter Island heads on them and stuff like that. Like some reason they really like Easter Island, and I love them for that it goes together really well with that era robot toy just the Egyptian stuff and the. Easter Island whole thing Stonehenge, you know, they use stone hedge in the last night. And I loved that in particular Atlanta's Atlanta's always goes well with things like Hijra in robots and stuff for some reason, that's like that stark contrast of like, ancient..

What these ladies consider shade is different. It was funny. They're kind of me. So when I think of shade, I think of mean, but if you think that shady then Honey, I'll be an umbrella. Sean Connery wants to know Kim. What do you think? Now after seeing that Kenya's husband and baby are both real. You know, I think motherhood is the most incredible thing in the world. Made a couple back and it makes a difference between winning and losing though. Unfortunately, it really can. I like Croix playing be the that was it. I didn't like I don't like watching football. But I was I would even listen to Kreuzer games on the radio was fun. I do remember driving. I think you're going to tell me about that. And I would listen to it on the drive if I. I would leave the like the car door open like so we could hear it in the in the driveway. Just. I don't know. It was exciting the here cry play. But it really doesn't make a difference. When you're when you know somebody that's playing and you adore them. So Tom Brady like I said, you guys previously my podcast. He has a direct line to the man above. There's no question. Okay. And then I said the court he looks really odd in this interview. Right after the game and crow said, you know, he's got so much Drennan running through his body course at he's had this happened to him before. It's just kind of. I don't know it. It's a craziest feeling ever your face will get really flushed really hot. Like, it's it's really nuts. But. If I if I think what he was feeling he was feeling it's just because he had like huge amounts of adrenalin run it through his body Iran there any like, huge amounts of gentleman as you ever see like you walk by you. "We I think people think we have a lot of staff we really don't our nanny that we do have doesn't drive. So we take him every morning to school. That's how we listened to you in the morning. We're gonna talk about a second. I'm obsessed with you guys. And I'm gonna tell you why. But we take him to school every morning. We pick him up. You know, we do all of that. So we don't. We really are time is usually quick or it's like we're getting facials together. I find that as the kids get older it gets harder to find time. Is that sound crazy? 'cause I think too we were really good at with a routine when they were younger now that catches a little older cash is getting other they've signs for every flippant Brigham sport. And. Baseball. It's like ROY am I gonna have season off of anything like oh my God. So once we kind of gotten out of that routine. It's it's been a little bit more challenging because they're they're wake little bit longer. They used to go to bed like right at eight o'clock, even seven thirty. And they, you know, then we knew you'd have to the three hours, and I'm tired girl. You know, I'm like crying. Listen by like, I just talk to you in the morning, buddy. Sleep like a long day. You know, like, I'm tired. But we lead a lot on Arianna in Arhus, Arianna. She has she's she's definitely a really good babysitter. She's pretty darn good at it. They listen to her. She's fun. She knows you know, she knows our rules. She's pretty good at it. So our date nights have been more of Arianna being. Yeah. In fact, Arianna had to pick us off actually one night date night like three or four weeks ago. We went to fit Davos and had dinner in too, much wine. Elsa case media doing. Can you? Get an Uber down here. So brea had to watch the kids Aren Ana came down and drove her car home. And that's only happened like once. But I think it's really important to find that time. And sometimes it's like, oh my God. It's been a few days. And we haven't had that time. You know, I think that your priorities if it's a priority to continue to have your relationships thrive. And in developing expand, you're gonna find the time you will find the time you'll carved out wherever it is in just five minutes throughout the day. Or if it's a big chunk of two hours on a date night, or well, I think Steve Hart we we did see Harvey show last year. And we did like this little newlyweds game. Even though we've been married for seven years together for like nine, and so he's like how many times you guys have sex that week, and we both were like four to five and he's like what the hell. Are you kidding me? After all these years. So I think that that's also like a, hey, I love you real quick. But hey, we gotta take cage of baseball since you signed him up for the night season neuro and go to basketball. So I think that makes. That connection to is important. I think for like I said you like it'd be like I'm going I'm tired like I sometimes find myself saying, I just got to go to sleep, buddy. I just gotta go. And sometimes I catch myself saying, you know, what like him what's twenty minutes, or whatever, you know, like it's got to kind of make. But I think sometimes as they get older it gets a little bit harder. It just does. And some of the stuff that we've been through with housewives of Atlanta was very trying for me emotionally. I definitely wasn't in that place. I think for us women, we we are more motions. So it's like if we for me at least if I've had a rough day or I'm dealing with stuff publicly. The last thing I wanna do is have sex with career even have dinner with them because it's like, you know. Yeah. It's hard to turn that off. I think men are connects weeded. They're always good. It doesn't matter. What's going on to work? We're gonna compare. And I think that Kreuzer very understanding of babe, you know, especially I refer to the housewives because that's been the most dramatic thing that I've dealt with in the last six months is just kind of drama in the cast from from editing, and that sort of thing Corey kind of gets it..

"Okay. You guys we're going to move onto our positive segments. Keeping it positive enjoyed people are positive segments turned upside down. And this is really interesting because we're going to talk about having a magic morning, right. And starting your day off correctly because how about this? What's the first thing? You guys do in the morning, right? You roll over you grab your phone. And you check who texts whose posted on Instagram Twitter who's called. That's the first thing you do. That's the first thing. I usually do and used to do. Well. Yeah, I should say and less. I remind myself. It's almost habit right to just especially with the kids going to school. And we get them up. Every morning alarm goes up, we roll over I grab my phone. Put it in my pocket. We're out in the kitchen making breakfast getting out the door. And then I'll generally check it on the way to drop them off or or on the way back. But when you do that, you kind of I mean, I do feel like the hustle and bustle of life takes its toll like how much time do you? Give yourself in the morning to spend on yourself. You know, I am the kind of person. That would rather set the alarm at the latest can minute that I could possibly get up. And I'd rather jump the hell up and keep it moving. Then give myself ten minutes. That's what that's what quite does. Ho set the alarm off like every ten minutes, and it's annoys the shit outta me. We could've slept an extra twenty minutes, and it could have just gone off at six forty five or example, and we jumped up but cry does six twenty five six thirty five six. I'm like, I'm already up at six twenty five. What's the point? That's the point. We up at six twenty five. So start start hearing those thoughts. But yes, so we're going to talk about how to kind of create a magic morning, and how also you guys, I don't know if you know this, but it's not good to have your phone by your head. When you sleep Croix turns his to airplane mode and minus kind of down like on. I wouldn't I wouldn't even have my phone by the bed. If I didn't need it for the alarm, I have this little square radio alarm. That I used to use. But it would never it would it was never reliable, and I got so frustrated so and then our nightstands because the way are better design is they're quite far. Yeah. So if that alarm went off I would have to physically get out of bed to turn it off. And that would really and I love when our housekeeper hits Kreuzer alarm clock thing. And for some reason it goes off at like confide forty five and she's done it like all last week. And it's like Hello. Somebody's singing on like, you're starting to wake up your who's saying, why are you saying Kim in this? Yeah. It's so crazy. So when you arise in the morning think of what a privilege it is to be alive to think to love to enjoy. I think literally just roll over and grab your phone. I get on the girls because they have the laptops in the bed. They have the phones in the bed and they fall asleep on that shit with on FaceTime, computer opener the ipads, or whatever. Like, it's. So I don't know if you guys know this what do you call it to prevent the the for kids, and even the screen that you put on to protect the also there's blue light. So a lot of those researches now servicing where the technology that we're looking at every day is really. Really straining are is because there's a frequency of the blue light coming from the TV's coming from your phones coming from the laptops. So that the reason why they look so crystal clear, and so vibrant, and everything is because of this blue frequency the frequency of blue..

"We believe in, you know, like our marriage, we don't share a whole lot of our marriage per se, or underneath or foundation underneath. Yeah, yeah, he knows what, what connects those those fibers that really make our foundation so strong. And what do just because we don't want. About housewives. My husband drives me to these events because nine times out of ten, we're drinking and I live about an hour for most of these events, so I don't want to drink and drive. I never will. So I have Croix drive me. Why would I not? He's my husband and they made fun of them. They're like Kim's Uber's outside Kreuzer outside waiting for her, and it's like, he's my husband, you know. But again, so you try to tear down something my marriages, we're happy. We put work into our marriage, it works or successful at it, but you guys just try to tear it down. It's like, you know, it's always something you know, at the end of the day, that's why a lot of things we do keep to ourselves. And I think that you guys should try to do that as well. If you if you wanna -ccomplish something, keep it to yourself, keep it to yourself until it comes to fruition going in. You've had years and years and years of practice to be able to separate the negative self talk and not let it creep into your self doubt and not let it affect your your. And outcome, or what's your end goal is if you're new to this and if you're new and if you're trying to flip your life and get into that positiveness, definitely don't share that because you're, you don't have the strengths in the tools and the practice yet to be able to tune that stuff out. So it's really crucial for you. You guys, you're naturals at it now because you understand the difference between somebody who's trying to cut in and cut out and and bring you down because they don't want you to be successful and you understand what they're doing. You know their motives, you know what they're all about. And so you're able to to. Focused, I can. I can give in no names. I won't, but have people that were super successful and sabotage themselves and spent so much time trying to bring down others that they're sitting around with their finger up their ass right now and they have nothing going on. It's amazing when you when you have a good heart and you support people and encouraged people kind of how things work in your favor in your own life. Remember this, you guys what you put out, you get back double. So when you slander something, you start a negative. You know you start saying iphoto shot my kids. You start saying, I do this dumb shit, and I say this stuff and I, you make fun of my marriage. All of these things come. It's like a boomerang effect. It comes right back to you. Listen, I'll be honest. Sometimes I'll say to Cory, like especially during baseball, sweetie, like this is some bullshit cry. I'm so mad and I have to stop myself and say, you know what? Okay, Kim, just stop. It's called karma and let it roll like you have to. We're trying to do this thing in our house where for a month, we said three days and we failed. Did you see Susie cues, ugly ass hairstyle today, stop yourself before you even say it because what you say comes right back to you? Honestly. So I don't know if you guys have heard about this and this is I don't even know why just popped into my brain, but. There's been a study. Did we talk about this about the rice. Oh, yeah. Yeah, we talked about it. Okay. So we haven't done that study. We need to do that today. We haven't actually started it because we keep forgetting, but where you put rice in to Mason or whatever container you wanna do you cook, cook up, normal, white rice, rice guys, try this and tag me..
