"Yeah. Before we move on, I want to say, I want to share with the audience of fun behind-the-scenes thing. We use Riverside, FM to record which is amazing software. Basically, we're unlike Zoom, you don't need internet to record. So if your internet cuts out, it'll still record everything locally, but I, you can still the end product to be good, even if there's bad internet, I currently can't see you. I imagine that's bad internet, it's very off-putting. If you met her back up up. I was like, are you still there? Because I, I can't hear you clearly, by the way. It's amazing. But I can't see you. I'm glad I'm glad I thought it was me your video when we record get terrible, and I know it's not, you might be Rashad. I think it was me because my internet here, it's funny. I'm moving to Hawaii and I have five times faster, internet in Hawaii than I do here and I have the best. I can possibly get here. And yep. Hello, I'm not hardwired it's hard to know again. I I've watched the videos. I think that we both look pretty not grainy like we look fine. Yeah. You know on the video but during a recording I can barely see you but you know, I hear that song. There we go. Yeah, so let's move on to Boston. What's next for the Boston Bruins? You know, I mean until that until that that group is, you know, until it's break up time. And I don't think that's necessarily soon. I don't think I'm I think it's it's kind of business as usual like in a flounder though cuz they don't seem like a team that can win a title. Are they? Unless they have really good fortune to get a free agent or make a big move. What they do with Taylor Hall is interesting is up for a deal. Signed a one-year deal with them. That's right. I guess he cited when you're dealing, they got traded to them but he's on a one-year contract. So he's up for re-signing David krejci who's a longtime brew and he wears and he wasn't a for them. He's thirty-five years old with our highest paid player and he's a good player but he's not their best player at all. You know, he's he's going to be up for resigning. It's curious how that gets approached because he's making seven and a quarter this year and he's probably not a 7 and a quarter player and he he and he won't be into his late thirties, which is where the dog track will take him. So if he is, you know, depending I don't, I don't know what that will bring. I don't know what Bruins fans think, they're going to sign him for. I can't imagine that because he spent so much time in Boston and had so much success there. He's going to want to stick around. The number is going to matter a lot for them cuz they're spending right to the cab. And then again, when it comes, what comes down the, the pipe, with, with Taylor Hall, but you Brad Marsh and is paid through twenty-four twenty-five..

"Like, if you give him a full season, probably going to get like a third season out of this guy, probably for a couple of years, especially if she's there with Craig Smith or or whoever else. They, they find that, you know, let's say they add another like middle six guy on the wing and they slap, you know, they, you know, they say like Blake Coleman or whatever, like, even black woman, could be a guy that fits in that wine, and Craig Smith gets bumped down. So, plenty of different movies, they can make, but I think when it comes to haul home, you know, it's not like he's like this, you know, from what he said, at least it's not like he's a mercenary trying to like, you know, cash out once again like this seems like a good fit for both hotties. It's a guy that kind of dog. To your lap based on the circumstances with him pretty much wanted to go to Boston after signing with Buffalo again. Like krejci more expensive obviously, but it makes thought too much sense for them, not to not to age. Lock him up on a longer on a longer contract. Yeah, I mean, I think with the other Hall is, I'm curious if they do go for that long contract, I mean, I think it feels like, you know, he hauled said, he wants to have a home for the next few years, so almost feels like that might be a three or four-year deal. Which I actually, I think would be a better option cuz again obviously it's hard to project and you know, six years ago we never would have known the Bruins would be here long but, you know, in six years are you confident of their interest do contenders? You know, I don't know, I don't know. Again with the blackest Center def down the middle. I, I'm not really sure of anything. So I am curious how they approach the negotiations with Hall. If they go three or four years, and also, if you're, if you're the Bruins, do you want to pay Hall? Six million a year to play with Charlie Coyle? Like.

"They might just sign on to, like, stop them. Like shutting out, the Bruins Scott, Wedgewood is a free agent. We should start that Bruins getting Scott Wedgewood. I would suck. If the president got Scott wedge what? I mean seven you made seven hundred thousand last year, you know maybe Andrew Hammond Hamburglar, he's a UFA. So, get a hamburger. Any reason this is promising, this is bouncing. Let's see, who they Louis Wing. Lets you know, maximum, like I say get the get the reunion going, you know, he was here for a bit, bring him back. So you know, there's just do the guy in full stranger. The young guy maybe it'd be a Target him. I don't know. Maybe it's not bad idea. It's even young, he's twenty-seven, he's not that young. But so there's, you know, there's guys, you can gain from here, it's like, you know, there is a lot if you want that situation where you have, you know, let's say, you know, a Mike Smith who's 39 by the way as long as I think he's young but you know, Mike Smith for half a season was swimming and then when he comes back maybe you do that. I don't know if you can keep that under six seven million combined, I'm not against it but it's also just like You know, you don't know, Trask is going to be like when it comes back, but if you again if you can get Mike's I mean bikes we just had a good season. So, you know, he's going to be due for probably a little bit of a pay raise from the, what was he making this year? He was making I think one point five million. Yeah, one point five million. So I would think he'd get a little bump cuz he did have a solid enough year. So that's going to be a whole thing that. Yes, we do anything with the board and we try to piece everything together and it doesn't always work David krejci. The other hand, that it's funny that the only, the only Bruin on Friday that was very often their contracts. I suppose. Mike Riley ironically enough which will get you maybe later or an indifferent episode where he was just like, oh yeah we're we're getting something done. We're on the same page here like and I haven't heard a player come out like that often so long that was just like, oh yeah, like cuz I'm so used to recruit stuff or a group would come out everybody. Like a couple of weeks and be like, oh yeah, things haven't talked to him. They were scented their contract offer like this is awful, man. That's all I want to do is be here, Thursday. Is terrible but crazy comes out. And, you know, typical grade, she doesn't really say much kind of nonchalant but my favorite quote of that whole thing was when he's like I talked to my parents, I don't even know what to tell them. It's like hilarious. But obviously crazy is a UFA getting older mid-thirties didn't feel like they were going to bring him back going into a year. But after seeing coil not really step into that role producing consistently and create you getting Taylor Hall next to him? Makes you think, well, they probably bring them back, but from the sounds of it off that exit of you didn't sound like krejci was getting a return call. Am I right to think this? Yeah, I know it was very, very interesting and as you say crazy doesn't give much anyway but even just like the Dead The tone of it or what have you? Again. He's not a guy that out really expresses his emotions. I think nearly as much as some of the guys..

"You can do that, if you can do a shell of that every year, you will be a much better team. So it is incredible. How they just did that one month? Right there, right in front of our very eyes, right? One of our pessimistic. I remember all the week, we sat here just ragging on them, you know. Cuz they just looked they're boring and everyone week, I called a boring and people are like you, you don't know birth Taki, you know, you you should be you should be happy, you know, they're contenders speaking contenders before we I didn't wasn't going to bring this up. I just kind of remembered this. I didn't have this planned at all. I don't know if she saw this in the athletic. Mark was Aeris Lazarus. He covers the Blackhawks for the athletic. Europese, I believe it was last week kind of posing. The question is when your team is out, you have to kind of have to get some interesting story ideas. And this was a pretty cool like hypothetical kind of a debate. This is a good, it's good Barstool topic, good, you know topic too. When you're sit at the bar, have a drink juice with with a guy friends, you know, you're sitting and you're talking talking, Sports is a good one of those topics. You know what it says, what's latest? Jimmy Cagney accent for you know it's it's it's it's it's relatable, nice. Wow. The bicycle conversations, but that's actually why there's a good one. I like texting my friends about this, we go. What do you guys say? But he basically poses the question, I know if you read this, would you since mm, I would you rather be a Blackhawks shatter prove instead. Now, obviously people go all Blackhawks because they went through Stanley Cups and five years and they were the best team in hockey for like, five years. But then he also says, well, the Bruins Thursday. We're also one of the best teams in hockey every year, even in their re-building years of those two seasons, 14 15 15, 16 installed over 90 points. They were just outside of the playoffs. They weren't bad, they just weren't as good but every year they've been buyers at the deadline every year they've been you know, contenders pretty much every year. There's been the hope that they could win a cop. They did. Once they went to other times, now, you could make the case that it's extremely heartbreaking, being a Bruins fan, and I think that's that's Meredith a lot of Bruins fans, you know, every year they get their hopes up, right? Right about now and then they get stabbed in the heart wage. Come either, you know, late summer or mainly spring and summer. But it like, I'm curious to this cuz I don't know. I mean, I think it's been we've been fortunate in this town that the Bruins have been home. So good for so long and that, you know, they're always, they have always been contenders because that wasn't how they always used to be. And what do you think? I think you did you read this? Yeah, I'll take the 3 a.m. and ships. Yeah. The change was Trump everything. I think you want to be the, you want to be good every year and come up short, congrats and twenty years. You're the nineties Buffalo Bills. No one gives a shit about them. They're just the San Jose Sharks wage..

"You know, we thought that would be kind of like, let's see what he's got and that's happened. Ask the other thing. The interesting part is with the guy like Taylor Hall and DJ brought this up last week, I thought was good point. If you're Taylor Hall and you want to sign somewhere, long-term going to be a winner, is this it like, if if krejci leaves, if David regy leaves and the Bruins say, we're going to sign you for six years. Thirty nine million and your sister is going to be Charlie Coyle. Are you going to be all too pleased about that? I mean nothing against coil. Yeah. But are you going to be dying at the chance? So Charlie Coyle and Craig Smith, I mean that's a globe. Buy 3rd line? Yeah I mean yeah like DJ said I think you looking at the best you have to find the best situation if your tail Hall. Well still getting paid like I think he's still going to get off a 5 5 and 1/2 6 million probably annually but you look at what David krejci brings you. It gives you the best of both worlds than that. He's going to be here. Maybe a top-six full would offer a full season if they play like this like say well could be a 30-goal 60-point guy at the minimum right like the way not I'm on a temper expectations let's say they run it back next year. I hope people don't think it's going to be off like you know nearly oats and like you're going to have this line like light in the world on fire but it's going to be a very good effect of line but you have him back with krejci, you're going to be producing points, you're going to be on a winning team your again once again not going to be the guy kind of he's still the fourth fifth best player on the team. So it's so expensive, a great situation for him. But I think that's going to be the key though. If you're signed crates, you need callback, you can't go back to another. What? What date of Chris? He's been subjected to four years now which is just driving a line, without the proper fire. Yeah. And I also got a thing to think about is where Rask gets less. Like I think Tuukka Rask ultimately you know he's been looking great and swimming were amazing and he looks like the guy the future, but you also have to temper expectations because he's goalie like the that stuff can just that she can hit the fan quick. So I do think that you do have to bring your ass back. I think that year, two years, I think if you get Raskin a two-year deal, like, that is most ideal. If you can get him at two years, A little over, maybe five per, I think then you then you have something. And I find this interesting because I think I think most people aren't bored with this and I think halak is obviously on managing, we've all said this will probably walk in and season and and go play somewhere else. He's still got gas in the tank, you know, not worried about halak, finding a place to play. But Pluto mentioned this on Thursday morning and he writes he wrote about a lot of the stuff and he said for both cap and hockey purposes. The Bruins would have a would have to consider trading Jake debrusk..

"Crazy and and Hall again and get a lot of these pieces back, you could run it back with the same group for another year or, or to even and still be a pretty viable Contender just the way they're playing off. So I think that's the only option that brings really have at this point is bringing back David krejci. Now granted I think you need to call back with him. I don't think you've signed krejci and then have him dragged another line that has guys that are you know, at this point 3rd and 4th liners like Nick Richie's on the 3rd line fitting in well but on the 3rd line and it depresses the 4th Line kind of straight line on South guy. So if you gave me back with Hall, I still think you've got a really good line that you got Craig Smith. Already under contract for a few years and it's not like David crazy guy that you guys have to be worried about injuries, but he's not dead. That you look at his skill-set at something that's going to decline with age really, right? He's a doesn't rely on speed. Anyway you know he's more of just so good with reading the ice and a good playmaker that God, he's going to be playing at an 80-point Pace. You know when he's thirty-seven but he'd still be a A Gifted playmaker, a guy that can dictate the pace at an older age. So I think that's really the only off the Bruins have this point and I mean they've got the money for it, it's not like we're looking at the situation where yeah, it's all gonna depend on how much him and haul and like Rask want. But you've got the money. You've got about 2 million in cap space. So it's all about just I think the tougher decision is not the financial part of it. It's just the Bruins mapping out what the next two or three years are going to be because I think probably the best bet now is running it back. Yeah oh it absolutely is now something you look at the free agent centers I have them right here in front of me, none. Stand out as ones. You'd want more than great G or ones that are going to make less and give you more value like wage. You know, I'm looking at it right now, and like, Ryan nugent-hopkins is 28. Yeah, he's twenty-eight, he's gonna probably Jimmy. He's making six million now. I would imagine, he'll come in around that. Yeah, and that's so crazy. I think, honestly, if you could get him at two years, five million or one year five million, that's a pretty damn good deal for David krejci, five million. I think that's good and with this box and stuff, because again, he'll play a bigger role than coil, or coil also signed his deal before the pandemic oil, scientists deal with the assumption that the cap would go up. So I mean, if there were, if it was no pandemic and the cat was dead, you know, eighty-five million next year or was already 85 and then it was, you know, close to eighty seven the next year. Crazy could make more than that. Like I think you know, Chris you would make more than the market would be up but it's not like there's no one else. I look at as a free agent center for this year, I mean you know there's Phillip danault but like is that really you're not going to really get him that the Marshalls I keep hold on him. So I I do. There's nobody else that I think you want and also think there's anyone else on your, I mean, do you feel comfortable going to next year with Bergeron as your number one? And then coil is your number to know you don't because everytime coil was up there on the table this year, really hasn't worked out that well, and I don't think he has shown, you know, again, we sell here at this audition to be, you know, the number two Center was this year..
Is Krejci Still a Viable Player for the Bruins?
"Krejci is still going to be David krejci this year. He's still going to have to change plan. A forty Fifty Point Pace over a full season still be good. Still dragged along, whoever whatever Wing is he's got, but you have Charlie Coyle. Who's getting paid like a top-six guy, would you expect him to make that jump up? You expect Jackson eager to really crack through and, you know, people who thought he was going to be up like The Calder or what-have-you or at the very least, be a guy that was going to flash a lot of practice that you could see him getting a full-time job. Next year, obviously that has not panned out either a guide for both coil and Sydney, so I think you look at this team and it's subject. Forecast years from now, what to expect from his team. But you look at the way they're playing right now and the piece that they have in place. It's not out of their own possibility to think that if you co-sign crazy and and Hall again and get a lot of these pieces back, you could run it back with the same group for another year or, or to even and still be a pretty viable Contender just the way they're playing off. So I think that's the only option that brings really have at this point is bringing back David krejci. Now granted

I cannot believe it's freaking may. I am stunned. Wage usually obviously you'd be play-off time but this year it is not unfortunately but plans around the corner playoffs are upcoming. And in this episode Conor Ryan, who rejoined, the show, I gave, you know, the week off last week is voice sounded as good as it ever has, I would say the best. It ever has his voice this week cuz I gave him last week off load management. He, we discussed with a future. David krejci. The guys killing it right now and he probably wasn't supposed to come back this next year. But things seem to be changing now. So we discussed the future him we discussed future, Taylor Hall to grask. We also discussed whether or not they should rest guys to the playoffs kind of like I rest Conner last week with Burger on be rested, Martian pastrnak krejci, anybody who's rested who, you know, when they if and when they clinched which they will, but when they do whether that's whether that was off tonight, this is recorded Mondays, or if it's. Baba O'Riley one of my favorite songs ever had to choose it. I have to enjoy the song too but I it's different. I knew the old intro song was actually not mine. That was like I had I had to use that one. That's why I am. Like it. I really didn't. I didn't like the old intro song so that's why I love. I love this one cuz I got to just kind of be creative with it in a way, you know, I get to hate it out when I want to and and put a different parts of the song. Brad Marchand Patrice Bergeron Dana Charles and David Krejci from the Bruins nobody else has experienced the game seven of the Stanley Cup final that's in this, and none of the players in this have experienced the game seven of the same applying at home, which is what the Bruins have first time in history. So there's there's an excitement. There's a nervousness. There's an eagerness they wanted to play it yesterday all those things. So it should be a great night in Boston game. Seven standing apply? On seventeen time in history. It's all you know it's been an unpredictable series. But if there's been one thing that has been predictable as the blue struggles on the power play. I think it's less of an issue tonight. If you've follow my logic, I think it killed him at home. I you got the buildings electric. You get an early power play. Don't score. You know, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. Maybe on the road, you know, they don't have to worry about the crowd, right? The maybe the crowd will not turn on them like it does at home and asking, you know, screaming for you to shoot the puck and being disappointed when you don't score. I'm just wondering if now that it's for all the marbles tonight, you can kind of start from zero and maybe this kind of helps their power play, which is really been a major problem for them this entire series. Yeah. One out of power play in the series. Did it twelve shuffling going game six but they were over four from the outside. There's nothing real great chances. You know that are that are coming on the power play for the blues. And I see your logic. I think it makes sense. You know, there's this whole feeling of, you know. No less pressure on the road. You know, you're not playing to entertain and all that. Right. I do wonder if in a game seven all that gets thrown out, because the cups in the building, you know, I mean, everybody knows what we're playing for here. There is no tomorrow, all those cliches. Right. But I see your logic on the power play Craig, ruby said this morning. If they've made some tweaks on the power play they're going to try some few new different things on the power play. See if they can get them going at all. But here's here's my feeling on it, it doesn't matter if they're good, if they're disciplined, and they're on the PK, if the blues keep this and even shrink game. That's ways it in their favor in my opinion, or at least even things out there. The teams are thirteen thirteen and even strength goals in this series. It's, it's seven one. Like I said, I in our play Cole. So there's your difference, but if they're disciplined, and they don't put the Bruins on the power play. Then I don't think it really matters what their power play does. But if the Bruins get on the power play and they get a power play. Goal. Now the blues are under pressure and all different scenarios, especially their power play. Because now the powerfully becomes a big reason why they lose or a big reason why they can come back. You know what I mean? Yeah, absolutely. That's where the pressure comes in if they're disciplined in their peak as good if they go on it, then it's fine. They ever problem on the PK then they're in trouble. What does it mean to have grizzly return? And how much of an impact can he have after missing all that time? Well, I think he can have an impact..

"It's time for credit. A lot of complaints about the term Krejci love it it works. It sounds like when the when like the dog choke something up a dozen comes out the dog is Krejci again. It does have that kind of easy to use as a verb though. I cringed it. I've been Krejci. Well, I'm crying that another term that has become now, basically a now not a non proper noun Google the makers of chrome. Say it's okay. At least part of it has, you know, one of the insecurities we have on the Microsoft side is that, you know, Google is going to come by and snatched away all everything that's great from us. And specifically with chromium they're worried that Microsoft, go to make commit or changes kind and Google will say, you know, we're not doing this anymore. We're not going to allow that. And so we kind of we kind of sit here, and we wait for that to happen. And it hasn't happened yet. In fact, Microsoft boasts that they've made over three hundred check ins isn't the right term committed to the chromium. Kobe. That's what you do on an open source project, which chromium is based on an edges based on. If you're giving back if you're not using your your committing here. That you're part of the ecosystem Google, even if in their heart their dark dark heart of hearts hate it it public. There's no way they can say anything but positive things. That's how open source works. Yes. But they could also act differently for what they would lose their. No, they can't. I think they cannot on. Okay. Get me wrong. I don't mean to say, this is my opinion. I just we we've been burnt by Google Microsoft community a lot, and this is a fear that people they could do it. But they couldn't do it by keeping mad at the chromium code said. They'd have to do something. I mean, like what they'd have don't think it's going to happen. I'm just saying that works with him because they had to. Chris, but we're getting off topic. So imagine something smaller than this which is plausible for goal to do using the new Microsoft edge. You go to Google dot com or go photos and throws.

"Up in about ten minutes or so Greg Kelly here in studio backout, so Boston Dave Michigan and Brian egg bomb on the call, and Brian I'll start with you first. The Bruins made a couple of moves at the trade deadline that got Charlie Coyle. And Marcus Johansson, the knock on the Bruins over the last few years has been too top heavy to relying on that first line. Did you like those pickups? And does do those two moves make Boston deeper in your opinion? Yes. It does make them deeper. I mentioned before the break about David Krejci. And how it seems to always be an issue like who's gonna play with David Krejci member when they picked up, Rick Nash. And they are hoping that he would fit in. It was kind of. You know on again off again Johannesson's played one game with them. And they were raving about the chemistry. We'll see is a good player has got skill and chemistry is a funny thing. You know, you can draw it up on the board all you want. It's when they get out there. And sometimes you can't explain why it doesn't work. Why does work but of Johannesen fits in with crazy? You're not only going to get your Hanson as the player, you're also getting get an enhanced David Krejci, and that's like, you know, one and a half fold sort of thing. So that that's a thing. You'll have to look at going forward. You'll scored twenty goals twice in his career. He got hurt a lot last year. So we'll see where he's at Charlie Coyle. I'm a fan. I liked him for a long time. He's got size. He's a prototype. Third line fourth line center is going to be third line year, technically he can score a little, but he can really grind. He's good on face offs. He can match up. He can you can do a lot of things with oil. You can also put them on the wing if you wanna play a big heavy team. So we'll see. See where they end up. He's at center looks like now, we'll see you know, if he continues there. So I think they are an enhanced team with those two guys and the other part of that is Jake debrusk who had a very disappointing series against the lightning last year. Like a lot of players were not in that top line with pasta. Berge rod and Marsh and debris plays with. So I mean, the fact that Jacob Rascasse Dow, you know, a second year NHL he's got twenty goals. He's heated up recently. He's got goals and six of his last seven that could be aligned for them that gives them some pop beyond the top line. And then the other development from last year to this year to these guys were on their team last year, a Chari and corral, but adding Chris Wagner, that's been a really effective line for them. I was talking Judson random. So tell me about the fourth endings like do not call them the fourth line. He's like Bruce Cassidy says they are not a fourth line. They play more minutes than your typical fourth line. And it kind of reminds me of. Maybe like the islanders line quarterback. Zeke is in the lightning have allied similar to that. That can go out and drive play. Whether they score or not they're playing with the puck in the offensive zone. And I think that that line has been very effective, particularly as we moved into the second half of the year for the Bruins is they have started winning a lot of games and there obviously on this long point streak. But I think that that is one other difference from last year to this year. I have a lot of respect for Kerala Chari. I think they're terrific players. They can grind you down. They get hurt. You literally. I mean, no hit hard. They could both skate. They're both very intelligent. And when they get cycling and get some key goals. They have that ability to really turn the game for the Bruins and open up things for like, the Birger online and crunchy line of boy, that's indispensable. The other development to as we talk about goaltending. Tandems the lightning obviously with fast left scheming each have their own win streak, but Boston Brian. They're getting some good goal tending to harass. We know about his credentials and pedigree. Your SAFA lock has been a nice compliment to him both those goaltenders applying. Well, yeah, you look at their save percentage. Rascasse nine twenty is nine twenty four. They've played almost identical number of games thirty four and thirty two games. Really good production from both of them. I was taking a look at how many consecutive games in a row each has played Rascasse played three three consecutive games. Only once all season long has played three consecutive games twice. So I.

Back as follows up though, and chops it deeming leaves it. For charity around the nearside pocket touches not to Callan at center ice the slide at the end of the Bruins zone. "Okay. So from Chicago, we'll see in the Western Conference in Phil Bassani, Los Angeles Kings exit. John Stevens, inter Willie Darden. And Marco Sturm. Yes, we deal with here. Shock. I mean, I think everybody saw the there was a potential for that coming. I really liked John Stevens is one of the guys I really liked talking to. I think he's really bright think he's really honest guy. There's no BS to him. You know, where you stand, and he always really likes talking about his kids both of whom are potential pros. One of the is. So, you know, I always like talking to John. But you could see it coming. You really could they were struggling, but I think this is part of a bigger philosophical discussion for the LA kings. And that is they are going to change how they play they want a certain way under Daryl John Stevens like that way. But I think they are looking at it and saying we have to do this. But this is not new though like we heard that last year. Well, the. Hockey, central noontime need to get quicker. We can't get we can't wear a slower team. Here comes. I follow your comes. Adrian can't be more room for these types of this is in noon. Well, hold on the one thing did change this year. And as Pierre Turgeon wasn't there here Terzano was there last year's the offense coordinator, and he was there every day. He resigned last year for personal reasons the have him back, and I think that's a reason that they reached out to oats, they want somebody there who is that kind of thinker to be on their staff. The other thing too is same thing we talked about Chicago a lot of their young guys. They have to get going campy. Ten pearson. Nobles this year entering the other game the game the other night and also to fully has not been himself since they won that second Cup. Like those guys they need help. Thou needs help grazie is Carter needs help. He's fighting, but he's slowing down and cope attorneys help. And they're younger players are not giving them hell if play quicker game in a faster game. That's never been COPA tires game. No, that's not. But the one thing we've learned is you look at Paul Stazzone last year with Winnipeg, right? He's not the fastest guy. But if you put them with fast guys knit team that moves the puck quickly, you can make it work. I think that works for the player like David Krejci. Who's a second second center on team where he sort of exists in the vacuum of the bullet. He not the bullet going up the ice. But he's in that vacuum of it. And that's pocket that David Krejci always been able to play in. Yup. I think that works there. But you're looking for your number one. Center can your number one center in the NHL two thousand eighteen be that guy anymore last year. This guy was a hard trophy nominee. So they gotta have something. It's a good debate. I mean, they gotta have something. But I do think this is about the way changing the way they play. I think the other thing that play here, and I didn't hear this from any of the players, but somebody I know did Daryl and John Stevens had a certain personality. And maybe it's time for new personality. Is it too simple to say it's really tough on Sistan coach becomes the head coach because you do have a different personality. It works. So seldomly Robinson who work for and they won the Stanley Cup of New Jersey. But the history of very unique situation percent unique. But the history of coach is becoming head coaches. You talked a lot of these guys, and they'll tell you it is hard because you're the guy you're the assistant. You're the nice guys. Well, here's what the. Today barbecue. By this weekend. And then you become the head coach and players look at you like that's not the guy. He's a different guy. Why is he bag skating me? Why is he scratching me? Why isn't there that you know, that that grandfatherly hug in the understanding anymore guy's my coach?.
