"They're getting some. Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah exactly exactly. It's basically you know. People people are scamming ever because their way right. There's no way that there's this many undocumented people that are actually legitimately able able to be out of like claiming these minority businesses in the root causes. Like we're talking about because any state can recognize a tribe regardless of whether it is legitimate in the eyes the feds and then they become a legitimate minority owned business and as as Brenda Golden Golden of the Oklahoma Muskogee Nation said quote. They found a loophole and quote. They're profiting off the misery of our ancestors. They need to do a a big story on this like an investigative journalism because they need a break. This because everyone can read just if you if you read the first paragraph of the story on any new source you know exactly what's going down. It's like very clear. Yeah deals going going down going down with these native American claims every Indian in Alabama was. Ah Ridiculous all right guys. Are you ready for some tragic news Because I'm about to tell you about a bunch of horrible things happening related to fire liar. It's been so hot and Australia. That they are still seeing the worst wildfires they've experienced in decades they're not slowing down all these wildfires. Even with the help of firefighters from several other countries including the United States nine people died in south Wales and over nine hundred homes have been destroyed. And that's where it's the worst just isn't South Wales And there was also viral video. Go head West. Said people are just literally like they have to go to the beach because that's the only place they can go there like yes and all live at the beach. The beach is like looks. Like it's A. Oh yeah from a apocalyptic movie. It's like you can't see anything it looks like there's a fire at the beach is really and then also there was the I was GonNa talk about. Was the Koala Bear chugging the water from a cyclist. Did you guys see that equality. It's so high. Quality bears losing their habitat. Dan Their habitat and they're they're like exhausted a heat stroke and dehydration and one in particular track down a cyclist and like hugged it and begged for water and choke off some tire thing of water. It was really sad video There have been fires in every Australian state but as I mentioned New South Wales has been hit the hardest in total more than five point. One million heck takers hectacres. That's bigger than an acre. It's a bigger than an Acre Hecht hectacres form of of landmass of. I'm probably completely butchering. That have been burning Australia. which to put it in perspective is five times the size of the mass that was burned in the Amazon rainforest that ever was planning amount? ooh That's only a million and it's about eighty times the size of the largest or deadliest California wildfires ever recorded so five like the country. It's the size of Costa Rica. They said that has burnt already. I've seen some articles that suggest. The world is just ready to give up on Australia. Basically it's sad it's really sad it's a lot Donate some thoughts. But it's it's really bad. Keep an eye on it Key mindful of that so awful Australia right now. Hopefully they get some relief from these fire soon but wait. There's more awful fire news. On New Year's Day a fire broke out at Krefeld Zoo. In North North West Germany Germany and dozens of animals were killed The Monkey House was completely burnt down and most of the thirty animals that died were monkeys. There are few birds and some other mammals that died as well And my wife wonders. Why refuse to leave candles on a room? We aren't actively awakened. My House is old. As Fuck and heavily carpeted and I have five cats lit candle. Oh my house is a good way to get my asshole. To tighten up to the size of a pinhead. Fires are serious business. Petrified of fire should be the reason for that and trained in your like indigenous soul man woman and it looks like five cats. Burn in south. Austin Yeah Yeah well twenty. "Get on Instagram and pretty much any athlete or rapper or Bieber or any influence or she is. Any influence Jerry stuff. Yeah. It's an amazing opportunity that we had to talk to Jerry Lorenzo at kind of peak of we're in a moment right now of his influence, and obviously I think it will continue to progress an ascend for him, but there's this really cool time to talk to him. And he was very very gracious and open with us and his time. I mean it was like ours. We were there the fear. God office for hours in LA. I was I was watching basketball game one night, and they cut to courtside shouted Jay Z sitting there and he's wearing like a fear. God hat. It's like, okay. It's further confirmation. This is the right. Yeah. He's everywhere. And to I, you know, you if you subscribe to the podcast, you know, we're going to be doing kind of more interview style stuff like this for two preview not give away the whole story. But it's going to get a little tease of it. But you know, I am really excited about this issue. This is one of those issues that comes out, and I'm like man, how are we going to top it next time with like the quality of the conversations? I mean, every every conversation we had was right there. You know, telling these stories at the intersections of faith and culture into the diversity of names this issue and everyone talking about, you know, faith. We have Joel McHale talking about the soup. Yeah. Yeah. We have we have Keller Mike Doma, kale kale is is a believer and talks about his Christian, faith and involve like multi decade long involvement at church, like snarky culture commentator, Joel McHale from community and the soup and others. Tacos. Faith with us. Yeah. You just said killer, Mike killer. Mike is in the issue. His new his new Netflix series figure one trigger warning. Yeah. He one of the first episode. He talks about the influence of Christianity and black culture, and he sits down with like craft Krefeld dollar and stuff, and he talks about black Jesus and like killer, Mike is and they're talking about faith. He grew up in the church. I mean killer my group in the church has a lot to say we got this is the only issue. This is the only magazine in the world that's going to have killer. Mike and Tim Keller in the same issue. Tim Keller right Kim Walker Smith, Joel Mikhail. The tour. Watts Maggie Rogers can't Maggie Rogers in there, Brian, and Katie tore all talking about that the EP that we've been we mentioned here on the podcast the last few months that was so vulnerable impersonal dealing with anxiety and tough seasons of life. And and and and as a worship album EP that meant a lot to us, and it's just incredible to see and we talked to them the Brian Kato water and the issue you'll hear from them coming up to actually our my next guest on edited which is coming out on Monday. I sat down for a long form along conversation with them last weekend is really mazing. So I think my favorite thing about the issue. The best thing about it. Is you bring any copy of the issue into any fear of God storm the country you walk out with a free pair of fear. God choose a great deal. Now, we also a brand of Michael.

"If I ever see Tortola writing attornal mount a my head will explode. Hey aren't shellfish. First punt of the night. Yes. Racket. That was good. We'll, we'll played, sir face phone. I like all the low hanging fruit because I can reach it. So my very hectic, sixty hour work week year at work is officially wrapped up as of yesterday afternoon. So as of today, I'm, I'm off for the year end holidays until January seventh. So I'm really looking forward to some rest in, especially looking forward to spending time with my family my family out California. And of course, going to see my, my daughter and her husband and my grandson up in Phoenix so very much looking forward to that today has been the first restful day. I've had in quite some time on the while front no pun intended. We're going to talk about it a little bit. But really enjoying the heck out of eight point one working on reputations grinding that out. Got my first exalted. I get it until the seven th legion. Nice get I exalted with seven th legion to leap you. Two already. Right. You've got order of embers and how proud more, so it's gotten to mounts two horses to horses two horses. The problem or one is really pretty Allance need more horses. Yes, can't have too many horses can never have horses. Oh, that's too. That's too folks. If you're keeping score at home. That's two puns on the night, the head of you by two. He's yeah. I I'm not going to try to keep up with this guy and grinding out those reputations. And of course, continuing to level everybody's favorite Durant, I food and lodging critic, thou Mak, who when he's not reviewing ins for the half hill report is a level one seventeen disc priest and this is really the first time I've seriously pursued healing haven't done it in any large groups, yet, probably gonna try that out in a five man for the first time with the girls gone wild, North American group. Shout out to everybody on there, by the way. So looking forward to getting him up to one twenty and trying some healing discovering, the joys of keeping atonement cast on people and using he'll, bot I thought it would be well, it's probably harder than I think it is. But I'm enjoying the heck. Of it except right now just heels this cousin devices and her pet Jake. But again, looking forward to getting with that in a larger larger group having our personal healer. It's always nice knowing somebody that you like you can depend on them, or if they let you down, you can actually yell at them, and they won't feel that. Outside of well for those kind of out out there in the nerd community. I discovered a pretty cool actually superheroes slash action series on Netflix. It's called the protector about three episodes in and really enjoying the heck out of it very much along the lines of the marvel TV universe defender series, the daredevil Luke cage, those series, unlike iron fest, from that series star actually has a personality turned it on. It just came up on net flicks a suggested for you. I'm watching it. I'm watching the screen of what is what's wrong with this? The, the audio and the video are out of sync until about ten minutes in when I realized, oh, this wasn't recorded in English. It was actually it's a was originally filmed in and produced in Istanbul and Turkey. And now I switched it over to subtitles. And I'm enjoying the heck out of it. It's really much better watching it near original language, subtitles, it's pretty cool. If you get Netflix should check it out of its watching a series that was about zombies in the same way, it was like the end of the world. And it was filmed Krefeld why the audio isn't thanked up and it's kinda cool. Netflix is introducing the stuff that I would not have normally thought to watch in that same vein. Oh, yeah. One question short. Go ahead. Why is it filmed in this damn not out? No really, really. Wow. That was excellent sir, that may have been. That was the of that one's gone gone over the right field, wall and still travelling clean out of the park. That goes way back. But goes way back. So that might be oh my God. That's right. They did cover that. Didn't they? Yes, I forgot that they cover that. Yeah. That was originally recorded, I think by the four lads, okay. I need to listen to diverse because I, I know the diversion because to a work camp. And when I went there, they would play that six AM in the morning to make up that and they would play bop bop by hand. Like got a Hanson, you woke up to Hanson. Yes. Whole is nightmarish that say, that's a nightmare. Wake up screaming from the same way that, when I missed my exam last week felt like ooh, all done because this was one of my last courses that was more vague. So marketing communications, it's not niche, so you don't know what they're going to cover on the exam, you just got to know everything. So now on the next one, I'm starting it'll be public relations thought. In practice, and I like that because I think going forward communicators do need to know how to the public, what are we saying? What are we experiencing? I think YouTubers than especially would benefit by going to public relations. What is your impact on what you say that people, I'm sorry? What did you say? I wasn't listening. That would actually seem to be the heart of the matter. No one's listening everyone talking. That's the, the internet, though. And you know, also the cool thing you can play games online now and not have it on your computer. So we saw sent me an Email Friday night, saying, if I were to play more than an hour from that Email of screed odyssey, I would be able to get it for free wants to gamer fifteen comes out. So I put it about three hours and really enjoyed it and the tech itself. I'm excited for worse going because one day I think we'll be at the place where we won't have to have computer. It's funny we go from mainframes to personal computers. Now, we're heading back to mainframes. That's the insane thing. Is it a download our you are? You're just you're operating basically as a as a terminal. Yeah. A chrome has a lot of technology inside of it and the browser. So it's using the ability to stream your game play. It's doing on the back end some calculations to know. Okay. Here's how we're gonna send you this footage. And make it look real time. But basically you press a link in your playing a game on some server at Google. All right. So everything server side. Yeah. Okay. All right. For the most part of is pretty good. I mean there are a few points where I my character like trying to move this way. My characters keeps getting the data to move the other way. And I'm like, no stop interesting. So it is exciting for the technology and I was like, hey, a free games. Oh, so this no client side processing. It's all all server, which is the only issue is you're in it has to be fast enough in my internet. Sometimes acted. We are, like, sometimes I have weird issue. So it's, it's not there yet for everybody. It's exciting for where the future is going to go. Yeah. That's kinda back to the future kind of stuff. I mean that's I mean that's how everything used to be. Yeah. I remember my dad when he was in college because he is older. He's about sixty eight he helped the mainframe here in Columbus, that buying they would work with Battelle Audubon, had a deal with Patel, that when Battelle wasn't using it for all their science related military projects auto buying views all of their mainframes for students to study. So it's weird. They're heading back to that. Interesting. So I probably could do it on my seventy seventy-two download at that point, you'd have enough. Download and you just need consistent upload for for data, but you're not sending a lot to Google. And then I've been playing a while recently, I think that's a great segue to ask. What has our experience with eight point one been so far, personally, I really love the whole expansion, I've just really enjoyed almost everything about it. I love questing and pet battles and transmission. And that sort of thing. So most of the real controversy have just gone totally over my head. They're kind of not relevant to my game play. You know, I I've been -joyed the, the visuals, the questing they have put in so many different kinds of quests and often, you know, like one of a kind, they have developed a whole questing system for this one quiz that they don't use then again, maybe they do somewhere else, but they're just so many. Are unique penguins, people paying that is the best penguin lose. I love that one has so far my favorite world quest for like the lack of as ride power hasn't been an issue for me since my eye level keeps increasing and the mob skit easier. And that's really all I care about. I just haven't had that kind of a problem I sort of, don't understand people who rushed through all that questing that's out there. And then I have wound up at this early point in the expansion with nothing to do because there's just so much out there. I do admit this has been a bit stingy with the rewards. I'm thinking, particularly about the mule indus- far which I don't have yet and would like get, please. Give this woman address bar meal, if I could have bought it for you for Christmas, I would have given it to you, along with the Volpe line familiar. I've been here in. About this since the expansion started. He's tired of hearing about it. Sorry. Really do appear to be fixing the drop rates in eight point one. I really can't complain about that. And then I said earlier, I got all that stuff when we did the war front, and I would like a better weapon weapon is still pretty low level. But other than that, I'm really enjoying feel the same way, I have loved this expansion from the day at dropped. I'm really enjoying the dark show warfront. I'm enjoying it quite a bit more than the Iraqi highlands, even though I was able to mind the around the highlands, no pun intended mine near the highlands for. No, I take it back absolutely pun intended, that that's for you. Fraz -ly for some storylines, for the half hill report, which that storyline if you pay attention to the show and you listen to the show, there's a there's an ongoing storyline that we're going to pick up on out of the Iraqi highlands. But I found that particular one very confusing. I you know, running around, okay, what am I supposed to be doing? Hear my defending a gate capturing town in my you know, just collecting would naira I just found that one terribly terribly confusing from what I've heard I don't think we're the only ones that had that experience. So the dark shore warfront, first of all the cinematic going into that was just amazing. So is very excited about that. I just felt it cleaner smoother easier to understand than we've gone in there a couple of times now, farming, rare 's really enjoying that quite a bit. And as we've mentioned a couple of couple of time shout out to the North American girls gone wild group, Wednesday nights. They're a great group of folks in there helping to leap, and I finished, the Jana proud more quest line, so that we can get to the siege brow, which I'm really excited about. We made a lot of progress on that today, just just to leap in, I little quality of life changes that I think the biggest one for me is the, the scrapper. I don't know if you've noticed Fraz or anybody in the chat room now when you go to use the scrapper it hides everything in your bags. That's not scrabble, which is a really, really good thing because a couple of weeks ago, I scrapped a whole stack of stringy lines and they had to shut down the scrapper for like a couple hours. It was a mess does really ugly. Everybody was really mad at me. So I thought that was a pretty good quality of life improvement, one of those little things, little details, we noticed it and I thought this is brilliant. Thank for that. I could see the devs. Wait, wait stop. What's he doing? Oh, god. Okay. Shut down the scrapper. This is going to be a mess enjoying the incursions of we've defended Barral against a one horn incursion so far, that was pretty quick, easy and enjoyed it. You really feel like you're genuinely part of a true war ongoing war event, and enjoying that this to leap said they've improved the reward drop rates, still same thing, though, being might get a better weapons over Kosovo far the whole as right necklace thing, the as right armor that I have. I recognize if I was a raider I'd probably. Beginning higher level as right empowered gear. But, you know, like today, I Dink thirty one on my heart. Vazza oth-..
