Do Green Bay Packers need to recommit to Aaron Rodgers?
"Now. Some people are speculating. Maybe about this year but aaron rodgers is just being stubborn and he wants to make some more money and you might say well. Wait a minute. Rj hasn't tom brady tatis all than taking less money. Helps you win. yeah. I think so. But there's another way for the packers to gain spending power. No tom brady. Didn't care about. Robert kraft keeping the money instead of him. Not at all when he cared about was the salary cap. There's a finite amount of money you can spend and yeah you can kick the can down the road the saints showing you that but it eventually comes. Do look at big band this year and what he was due and thus the salary cap is the constraining variable. It's the thing that constrains the limiting factor. So aaron rodgers could have and the packers could have renegotiate his contract and then made it where the money that went against the cap this year got deferred some of it. But you don't get to do that for free. What happens is it takes a further commitment down the road. So you can pay aaron rodgers for two more years or three more years and if you do three you can pay them less this year at least salary cap wise. So what's the tradeoff. Want more commitment better now.
New York Yankees miss chances, fall to Jays in opener
"Let me take you to another one yesterday yankees and bluejays on a chilly day. The opener a yankee stadium. And here's the highlights from this one. Bottom of two one. On for gary sanchez and gary. Sanchez has left the ballpark sanchez. The first yankee catcher to homer on opening day in eleven years jens have a two one league garrett cole now doing the pitching and not well oscar hernandez oh no doubt about that drills one the left in the six that ties the game two and garett cold not pleased bottom nine. Same score winning. Run it second. Aaron judge of the plate. Can he be the hero on opening day. That's the question. The answer is no judge. One for five struck out twice. We're going to extras top of the ten runners. At second randall. Grischuk pool rightfielder. Aaron judge can't get it no. We can't sixty five percent was the hit probability on this. It's an rbi double. The run comes around to score and that would be the difference. Blue jays win it three two in extras on opening day. And so back to you jessica mendoza. What's your number one takeaway from the ball game yesterday in the bronx gary sanchez. I mean you've got to remember a lot of people. Were watching last year gary sanchez. You didn't think he was eating a start or be in this lineup for the yankees. Because how bad help awesome. He was offensively last year. Being one forty seven six four strikeouts tech eight teen walks. His biggest thing coming in was to be able to sit back behind the baseball. That home run. You could use feel the pressure. Come off of him. Why because there's so many other guys in this lineup. That when they struggle. It's up to gary sanchez. And he's the difference maker to me because you know when it comes down to aaron judge who also struggled with this game carlos stanton both of those guys are prone to injuries. They're not going to be in this lineup throughout the entire season and to the big piece. That's missing because by the way it is world series or bust for the yankees team. Gary sanchez has to step up. I know it's only one game but that run was huge
Robert Kraft Gives Honest Assessment of Patriots Drafting
"Heard from Robert Kraft yesterday was a man who was completely honest about where the the team is in a lot of different areas. I wouldn't will get into this but I don't think his quarterback comments were Something to really weigh in heavily on but I do think that overall I mean him talking about, you know, the draft specifically the personality just sound thrilled with having to Shell out as much money as he did and he basically admitted that the only reason they had to do that cuz they didn't draft well in recent years and and he committed what a lot of us have said where it's not sustainable to do that. You need the draft to be the lifeblood of your team so that you can do other things like you can't just every three years song ten free agents. It just it it's probably not going to happen be it's not economically feasible. And so I thought it was very refreshing for Robert to to talk to the assemblage yesterday and and really be honest and I think you know in judging from the comments at Boston Sports Journal com from my column off of this press conference wage. Think on a whole I thought the Patriots the Patriots fans reacted very well to it that are really like, okay. Well, at least now we know that the person in charge realizes is a isn't happy about it called last season horrible and B thinks that the team has made correction and is moving in the right direction. That's all anybody ever wanted to to hear from anybody at at one page place and they heard it from Craft and I think it made Patriot Nation breathe a little bit easier. Not that they weren't confident in Bill Belichick rebounding in any event, but I just think it reinforced that. All right. Well, we're still the Patriots thought we had a we had an off-year didn't go well we're going to correct things were going to get things back on track.
Kraft Admits Patriots Are Not Perfect
"Kraft speaking some truth Greg about the 2020 season and how the team got to this point. Yeah, I thought it was really refreshing Nick. I thought that you know, look the only person I understand how the Patriots are set up and I don't disagree with the way the Patriots are set up that page during the football season bills the one who talks for the football organization and I get it. I don't disagree with it, but it's a little bit problematic when off season is going down the tubes and you're not getting any real answers from the chief executive of the football team like this past season with Belichick. He basically deflected everything off at defensive about any questions. Look he's in charge of the team. I understand pointed comments about say there. Their inability to draft. Well the past couple of years wouldn't exactly reflect. Well on the players, he's currently trying to coach but there is a way to say what everybody wants said without saying it and Bill just decides to do things the quickest way possible the easy way possible. I understand why he does it I'm not going to I'm not criticizing him for it. But it it does cause problems when the team looks like it's floundering off where we going. What is the direction things like that? And no one's answering any questions directly and what I heard from Robert Kraft yesterday was a man who was completely honest about where the the team is in a lot of different areas.
Robert Kraft: Patriots need to get QB position 'solidified'
"And Patriots owner Robert Kraft said yesterday his team needs to solidify the quarterback position. But he's confident Bill Belichick will make the right
Is the Inflation Trade Back in the Market?
"We start off tonight with the reflation trade. The ten year yield hitting a one that year high one point three percent does that mean the economy is staging a healthy recovery or that inflation is making a comeback sooner than we all thought. What could that mean for the markets guy. Why don't you open it for us tonight. First of all. I mean bit whereas bitcoin say fifty thousand becase technology problems. He better technology than bill gates. At this point. I mean he gets no pass from me. I offer him no quarter number one number two. It means sit. The market is clearly anticipating this economy opening up in a major way in the second half of the year and that's a great thing for the economy. It might not be such a great thing for the stock market and although the market seemingly likes rates rising right now where to get point and curve where it does and my senses. It's about that one and a half percent and listen. You've talked about a ten year. Yield that went from fifty three basis points in august two north of one and a quarter now and it seemingly short period of time. That's a tremendous move. And i just think it's getting started. Banks are going to like resource trades going to like it but inflation is here mel. Make no mistake. You heard it from kraft heinz. You're seeing it in soft commodities. Just look at charts like archer daniels midland and buggy and it's right in front of us and the fed thinks they can control it. Good luck with

Healthcare Workers Document Trip To Super Bowl 55
"Night. It's now over, though, for dozens of health care workers who take a day trip to Tampa to see the Super Bowl. Red eyes. No problem When you fly in style on aircraft, the Patriots team plane WBZ TV snick Giovanni welcomes from home what many were describing as a trip of a lifetime. For some, it was actually the first football game for one person, actually their first flight to get their unbelievable. I've never won anything. So this is was this very big surprise. Roughly 80 Healthcare workers met here Gillette Sunday morning that once they touchdown attempt, but they're all greeted by Patriots owner Robert Kraft before joining 7500 fellow Frontline workers inside Raymond James Stadium to see firsthand Tom Brady secure his seventh. Super Bowl ring while spreading the word for everyone to get vaccinated when it's your turn. And the
Kraft is cooking up pink mac and cheese for Valentine's Day
"Last week kraft heinz. The makers of kraft mac and cheese. Oh you for explaining. I didn't realize that kraft heinz had had formed marriage partner. It's beautiful beautiful dangerous dangerous game. They're playing combining these to catch up and mac and cheese disgusting together. I know people like that. I think it's not a fan. And if you're not a fan of disgusting. Mac and cheese not a fan of this story because craft announced a contest to give out free kits of its latest limited time mac and cheese. A box of original mac and cheese will be joined by a packet of pink candy flavored powder to mix into trunk cheese and that sounds like drugs. It is pink cocaine. The point is kraft. Mac and cheese is playing with god and creating a hank candy flavored mac and cheese. According to them the mix will turn your noodles a bright magenta color rather than a familiar orange ange. When i read that sentence i was like oh. I guess it's all pretty disgusting. There's because like noodle aren't dot color either. So what difference does it. I think really. It's just the candy flavor part of it too. It does sound like whoever brought this to the table really had their five year old bringing to the table but then maybe that's smart because most of the people maybe who are wanting something like this would be five so maybe it's actually brilliant but i think that it's mostly just children took over kraft heinz walled. Their parents were working from home like they thought they were signing onto their school zoom but they actually were signing onto the kraft heinz board zoom And then they just they just this. This is valentine's day item. That is the connection. So i assume that kraft heinz was picturing this as some sort of like central kind of love. Making food yeah. I think that they're trying to kind of introduce mac and cheese as belonging to the family of foods that you would perhaps on a nipple or a dick. Icac still the candy flavor. Part messes me up according to a spokesperson The pink hue comes from beetroot and carrot concentrates and tastes like candy Because it contains fructose. Natural flavors and vanilla extract vanilla vanilla always. She's always of the game

Kelly Craft accusing her colleagues, though not naming, which ones of playing politics with covert 19 members of the council who took this opportunity to focus on political grudges rather than the critical issue at hand. My goodness Craft defended the Trump administration's decision to pull out of the World Health Organization and said China should be held to account for quote, unleashing this plague onto the world. The US does give more to the U. N than other, says Richard Gallon of the International Crisis Group. But this is not just about money. Foreign diplomats had grown accustomed to trump attacking. Yuen arrangements like the Paris climate deal on mechanisms like the Human Rights Council. But they were genuinely shocked the Washington would walk away from the W. H O during a global pandemic. Speaking via Skype, he said diplomats are worried about what he calls a nasty fight between the US and China as Beijing tries to increase its influence in the world body on a day to day basis, Chinese diplomats in New York are often Very assertive, increasingly hard line and sometimes bullying colleagues from smaller countries. The reality is that for most members of the U. She's raising the alarms about the forgotten conflicts from Yemen to this, the hell region of Africa has a triple threat of climate conflict and called it mansions. I I'm not trying to make into more than it is. But at some point you got to be a grownup and you ought to play and below expectations. And they've been booing you you don't get to them you just kinda gotta take it but if you win the game I mean if you make that shot you don't have to take it as much right. That's the thing about this scenario. Because even against the Bulls. When you're winning a game you can spin in this? As he is being tough right. He's telling the fans. Hey Save what you got for me because I'm actually good players who had twenty eight and twelve old and four and three and two in this game. I was this being spun into toughness because he is a guy. WHO's not gonNA take bleep from anybody? That is just the the crowd is the demonstration that you're not gonna take it from them. Apparently he had taken it before. You had to wait till you made a three to tell him to be quiet but the thing about doing it from victory as opposed to defeat is that you you can escape all of the other psychological exercises that have to do with you being mentally weak. Because if you do this when you win it plays very differently. How did the escape it? I just called them on it. Like right hero national television who okay. What the city of Bellevue Man? This was not the controversy. It could have been because he did it but I don't feel like those people are there like damn we got this big win over the Bulls. We came Joe L.. No more that's not going to happen. But let me tell you this. This do the city of Philadelphia on this. They should shut up. Stop trying to train. Joel embiid stop it on. His own of your best player is booing him. The same thing is trading him. That feels like a reach but if you are ham. That's exactly how it feels. You're hearing all the time that you've got to get out of this town because guess what you're not GonNa fit with Ben Simmons or it's the other way around where they get. Tell Ben Simmons to get away from Joel embiid. He's saying actually I'm worth having around. In spite of all the flaws I have and yes. Shut the up ordeal or Ordine. Just tell him to shut the bleep up. You really think he told him all of that. Is that what you would be doing. I think it's exactly what was going through his mind. This is not just about this game. boozing the introductions. It's about the fact that this this whole news cycle around this team has to do with the fact that they don't think he is worth all of the talent and all the greatness that is actually in his future if they're just patient with them and now Bobby Knight then almost twenty years says night was fire by Indiana Eighty Return to assembly hall for the first time Saturday since he left for ceremony ceremony honoring the One thousand nine hundred eighty hoosiers. It took cajoling from lots of people. Most notably as good friend former purdue coach Jian Katie to get the seventy nine year old night to attend. But he did and it was was an outpouring of emotion from everyone in the gym for day at least by Gaza just that and everything to sully his reputation and Indiana's was forgotten. Oh and you might have almost almost knocked out. Dig for touching his hair they say was joking. Pablo what do you think it is a moment in Bloomington. Dad Coming Back Dad is back. He's doing the thing he said he would never do. He is back. We're having reunion forum and therefore everyone in this building at Assembly Hall. It was it was legitimately beautiful to them. But what's so obvious to everybody from the outside. Is that right underneath. That layer of tears and Stahl job. It's the same stuff right. It's the fact that Bobby Knight Bomani is not only the estranged dad. But he is the bullying withholding the domineering dad who also has severely problematic tendencies. He's in his personality and that was all that felt like to me so the idea that they had these feelings about night in Bloomington I get it. It is hard. What if you were not anywhere near the time period? Like I wasn't alive for nine hundred seventy six. Obviously but I grew up in a town where the magnitude of Bobby Knight was huge. If you know what the magnitude of it wasn't what Indiana basketball. At that time you can understand why there would be such an emotional connection between that crowd and that man for he was their representative that was his kingdom. The problem is he ruled it as a tyrant and he did it for so long until they finally just had so much that they could not deal with it anymore and Masoum pack all right if the people in that building want to love him for that. That's fine what I do not understand and really don't have much of a defense for is all the people nationally who wrote about this in such glowing terms. It's been twenty years. He left there. I haven't seen him take any measure of accountability for any of the things that he did that led to his departure and some of the generally terrible things that he did along along the way he possessed a startling level anger for the people they need at one point. You looked up. All the people who he was mad at didn't work there anymore. Some of them were actually dead by that point and he's still shows up at like produced up before he shows up at Indiana. We don't have to make this man a hero. What we can say about him is he was a great basketball coach and if they want to treat them as their local hero? That's fine we don't have to do nationally and I refuse the other word that comes to mind when you watch. This stuff is that he's old. He's elderly he is on the way Out Fundamentally and so what we are seeing already is a glimpse of what the eulogy is going to look like and when you are a winner leg this man all of the stuff right right the acts of racist language the misogyny.

That's friends without the our best fiends. There's another potential issue may young realized when investigating this story while Anti Human Trafficking Laws Zor obviously meant to help victims may discovered that they can be problematic while I was working on that story. The Florida legislators passed a law. Aw that was meant to be an anti prostitution law but what I have since learned. Is that anything that is anti prostitution ends up becoming anti immigration as well because women women of color women who are disadvantaged in various ways including Not having papers to work in the country legally. They're the ones who are locked. Traditional Lieber markets who then in turn go into various aspects of sex work. And that's that's the connection. The relationship injure between prostitution and immigration is not something I had I had known you know as someone who is relatively the Berlin and dot quite surprised me for proof of maize reporting one doesn't need to look much further than the case we are dealing with here today. Our criminal justice system is built in obey whereby I think something like over ninety percent of cases you end up pleading out but all of that is dependent on the caliber lawyer that that you can hire of course if you are already John that means you are coming Either a particular class or if not that then at least there's implies a certain disposable income if you are a women selling sex the chances are very high that you don't have the kinds of money to throw around shoe shoe for your own legal supports and so these women and hiring a you know being paired up public defenders who as be you know very well no now are overworked and heavy with caseloads to then. They're not able to buy for themselves. The defense that they if not deserve served than at least need to often all of us pay attention to the big bright shiny object in this case. The rich billionaire. Who owns is a football team? Well we can't forget is the dark reality. The International Labor Organization estimates that there are over forty million victims atoms of human trafficking globally. Polaris a nonprofit which combat's modern day slavery and human trafficking estimates that the number of human trafficking being victims in the United States is somewhere in the hundreds of thousands. They said they saw thirteen percent jump. In identified cases from two thousand sixteen and to two thousand seventeen in two thousand eighteen. The Department of Justice secured over five hundred human trafficking convictions which was an increase from from two thousand seventeen but that's still only five hundred convictions. For the hundreds of thousands of people trafficked every day in the United States states in one of the very first press conferences. The State Attorney for Palm Beach talked about an important way to combat this tragedy human trafficking often occurs in plain sight which is why I'm hopeful that these cases encourage people to say something if they see something in for victims of this unreported prime to gain the courage to let their voices be heard he added victims uh-huh human trafficking will speak up there eligible to have their records expunged including arrests for prostitution. But they need to speak up at the federal level. All victims are eligible for T- visa which is a visa that allow them to stay in the country and it's only reserved for victims of human trafficking so the key is to get the victims to speak up Martin County. Sheriff William Snyder said we is here as there so we have we have we have a big look. Try them out of the criminal justice system and treat them as the problem is that victims of sex trafficking are now less likely to do what investigators intended for all along which is to help them. Victims won't speak up if this is how they are treated ultimately ultimately. I think the real story here isn't so much about Robert Kraft. The real story is about women who don't have a voice. It's a story about our government's ability to execute sure. They seem to have the right intentions. They seem to have the right vision to eliminate human trafficking mm-hmm but their vision got ahead of their ability to execute as always. "Officials were having difficulty telling the press about the details of the case but national publications. Perhaps lacking resources didn't seem to put in the time to really question what authorities were saying said May Jong initially all these major newspapers effectively parroted. What you Tony? General's office saying that these women were trafficked left and they belong to this big syndicate la La for instance may references in her Vanity Fair article. That came out last month a New York Times opinion piece piece which assumed quite a bit before anyone was convicted or all of the acts were presented. The article says quote. They were flown to America. Many were routed through flushing queens dispatch to spas all over the country. They would work up to fourteen hour days seven days a week. Cooking their meals on hot plates sleeping on the massage tables being moved from business to business sometimes after they'd surrendered their passports to their bosses losses. When may spoke with those involved it seemed hardly any of the women had their passports? Taken or were being routed through queens means another charge was that women were being forced to live in these parlors but may has reported that quote as police subjected the women. Two hours long interogations Gatien's those claims of human trafficking began to unravel the only woman alleged to have been locked up and forced to live on. The premises was was young Wang by the SPA name. Nancy in fact like many other employees Nancy had been hired from out of state so her boss drove for back and forth from the job when the owner fell ill. Nancy was asked if she wouldn't mind sleeping at the SPA. But the facts didn't stop. Sheriff are of Snyder from going on. What a local Palm Beach article called a victory tour? The paper added as the case generated. National attention he was invited to speak to large audiences about trafficking he went on. CNN and National Public Radio and wrote or CO authored op. EDS is in major publications including the Boston Globe the Hill and USA Today. Meanwhile Robert Kraft pled not guilty T. He put together. What many of called a Dream Team of lawyers? He had at least one friend tell reporters that craft a single man after his wife died of cancer cancer. Several years ago believed there was a legitimate romance between himself and one of the women. Many reputable reporters do believe this was the case regardless he was prepared to fight tooth and nail and so far it has worked the court battle continues to this day and may reported that even if he is found guilty craft has little to fear in the way of punishment in Florida. As in most other states dates the purchasing of sex is a misdemeanor the first few time John's wind up being convicted typically pay a fine and perform no more than than one hundred hours of community service at the onset. The police and the State Attorney's office made a point of saying how much this was is all about helping the victims. The women who worked at places like orchards. You can tell a lot about our community by the way it treats its most foldable individuals and that includes victims of human trafficking which is modern day slavery human trafficking is the business of stealing feeling. Someone's freedom for profit including it can happen anywhere including in the Peaceful Community of Jupiter. Florida said May junk. I mean what really strikes me. Is that a billionaire. Box into massage parlor pays for sex and then he walks out. He's charged. He hires fancy lawyers. Who are able to amount a impressive defense? She gets the evidence thrown out Cases you know the the county is now appealing but most likely I don't know if anything more combat appeal I mean all the workers involved in this raid had to they were all charged. They were all arrested if they all have many of them have to post bail. Some of them lost their houses. Their cars they survey serve livelihood loss. You know they lost their source of income for many of them other women were their only network support group. They got a separated and in the case of two of the women they were undocumented. One of them was released for reasons that are E are. They're not very pair. The lawyer himself is confused as to why and as for the other woman she is still currently under ice custody and there are people tation proceedings against against her. There's a kind of a profound and fairness in that. Didn't that very first press conference an official said Florida as you you may know. We are third in the nation in terms of incidents of reports of human trafficking. That stops all of the agencies are working together. This is a primary importance. Saddam is a pioneer importance to my office and this should be an example of how we packed going forward to stop this plague on our communities. But I'd Bet Florida residents are left wondering that while law enforcement's intentions were probably good. Do they want this case to be a primary example of of how law enforcement will act moving forward. So why why did the government and law enforcement announced their findings so quickly. Clearly when they didn't seem to have enough evidence it seemed like politics played a huge role. I came across an opinion article. Kohl ridden by the editorial board of the treasure coast newspapers. The article says referring to law enforcement. Why take a victory lap when victory has not yet been sealed? Why say or write things that could give defense attorneys ammunition to undermine the prosecutors? Here's cases might. The prosecution have been better served if law enforcement was more. Circumspect are loose lips sinking the ship we also. I wonder what role politics played in. All this human trafficking bills have been introduced in both the Florida legislature and Congress. In recent months these are important in measures worthy of serious consideration trafficking is indeed a grave issue the op-ed continues the problem. Perhaps was that the sex expired busts seem to play directly into the narrative here it seemed was proof of how bad things really are. Here were the heart wrenching stories. He's making clear the need for this legislation making a yes. Vote a moral necessity. Meanwhile the case itself was floundering. On the rocks uncooperative. Witnesses and dashed expectations. It seems to me the government was looking to pass laws and as they watch an rewatch the videos of officials talking about this case it seemed they knew this was about something. More at Sheriff Martin's first first press conference. He thanked Congressman. who was standing next to him? Congressman is great partner. Karl thank you so much. The State Attorney for Palm Beach County said at his first press conference. These cases are long in the making but we hope that sometime some of them can make a big enough splash to send a message to the rest so the controversial but they needed proof and rather than take the time to gather that proof. They jumped too fast..

I mean, I I do think that you know, I think there's more to the story that he just happened to be at a place. I totally disagree to me. He didn't know not to defend Robert Kraft sounds like fending, Robert Kraft. Let's when you go to a rub and tug place. You don't you're not like running a background check to see if it's a secret sex slave organization. People are like why would he do this when he can have anything he wants bright? If you're the richest man in the world, you go out for dinner and have amazing six, but you're also creature of convenience when you're driving home, and you see Chick-fil-A at the side, you're not gonna pull in and grab a chick. Fillet? It's easy. It's convenient. It's cheap. Yeah. You can have the greatest in the world. But it doesn't want to have some fast food aside. Trump has Kentucky Fried Chicken on his plane. Same reason Robert Kraft as revenue tuck, you can do better. But sometimes you. Just want the low hanging fruit. Yeah. That makes us here's the stupidest out of the fucking story. Apparently he was there the day before. Right. And they got they got yanked fucking pulled over and the cop ASCA crass idea who was fucking driving. And he still went back the next day and got another fucking blow job. What the fuck like that? Is that is fucking ridiculous looks. He gives good head. You know, actually. I mean, if you get stopped by a cop and the passengers idea not the driver's. I d just like okay going away after leaving a rubber Doug place if thinking might be a little shock. Yeah. I don't I don't know why he would give the cop your ID. Yeah. It's crazy. The the funny thing is now at this day spa. I think they're going to be shuttered shortly. If they haven't already been shuttered, but like dolphins fans and jets fans Bill stands and everyone who hates the patriots are going there and taking selfies just a roof from salt. I went on. "So you know, it's special giving him credit because these girls would have never been discovered. Had it not been for Bob Kraft getting his dick sucked by sex slave. About the lie. But also, I mean, these girls are probably like fuck, I watch pay rent. You know what I mean? Yeah. As much as their sex slaves that girl was like hugging and kissing him and helping him for a reason because she was like, I gotta get a tip here. I don't know what I don't. I don't want to speak on sex labor. So I don't know anything about a horrible. But. I'm just going to stick with that. What a big bitch. You are. I mean, did you go work for deadspin with the cool kids? In fact, of the matter is it's just I think it's so stupid to bring up sex trafficking. Even with this conversation. I don't hear era think it's extremely responsible. And I've really mean that not even being like a patriot fan Homer. I think it's incredibly irresponsible to even mention them in the same. It makes light of diminishes the actual sexually. Do you? Think about Kraft work on them. Now. No. Raw mouth up on that dick. Probably would you do that. I hope I honestly goes for gold Justice. He fights cycle. I've never gotten a boat with a car the mon-. Yeah. Me neither. But I also have never gotten a blowjob from sex worker, right? What can you get a mouth?.

"Make the switch to Pennzoil synthetics today. Straight ahead when Robert recrafted when Robert Kraft returns to the patriots. There's one thing that Nicole doesn't want to hear the owners say we'll tell you what that is next pain and Fitz on ESPN radio Spain and Fitz, Nicole Briscoe in for Sarah Spain, and you know, as you just heard, obviously, the the news of the day Robert Kraft has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution. And this is so difficult to figure out how to move forward from an NFL standpoint, Nicole because let's face it, Robert Kraft isn't just an owner like he's not he's not the owner of the lions or the owner of the Texans or the owner of the titans like he's not somebody that if you were standing on a street corners fairly nondescript too, many non diehard fans, he's one of the faces of the NFL and that makes it all difficult. When you're trying to figure out what to do with the information because he's also sort of a brand at a brand that's represented a certain way, we say, whatever we want about the patriots is an organization Robert Kraft is sort of a brand that has been sold to everybody as a certain type of certain type of guy. Like, I remember the first time I was at Foxboro we took a tour of all of the things that Robert Kraft had contributed to in the Foxborough area, though, the craft YMCA in Foxborough is gorgeous. Like, it's it's a long, and you think about the philanthropy and the money given to the area, and what he's done in how he's been active in, you know, we think of him as sort of like, everybody's happy grandpa. He's live. He's living large beliving. Right. And and it's cute when your Grandpa's partying with Cardi B. It's.

"You know, she put her hand to her mouth and was like, you know, as the as they say in the keys gotta wear betta warrior costume. When you go out. I think she meant like Robert Kraft should have been in disguise or something like that. But you know, just based off of that anecdotal evidence that we just came across this this evening. I think the people are really really shocked, and I think that they shouldn't be Robert Kraft is a fixture not just a New England. But he's a fixture around here in Palm Beach. He's known as a great philanthropist. She's known as a great supporter. Ironically of some of the organizations that try to prevent situation. Like, the one that we are learning about more in south Florida with these massage parlors and human trafficking and prostitution and everything else. So the local reaction honestly is just a shock and surprise Jason. I honestly think that I kind of fall in the same category. And I asked Jason this earlier is like how did sort of some of the things that we saw today in the affidavit come out impact sort of what you thought of this, isn't it? I'll be honest like I knew what the charges were going to be. But then when the affidavit when we see sort of the the graphic description of some of these things, it's it only adds to the the shock of it. So from someone knows there in being a part of the press conference in listening to the Palm Beach prosecutor's office speak. What did we learn today? Yeah. So a couple of different things really stood out to me, Nicole. You know, one is without a doubt the timing. Right. I mean. It's it's so stunning that January nineteen and January twentieth or allegedly win those events took place and that was a end of AFC championship game. I'm sure you guys little already addressed this. But you know, it's worth mentioning again because it is funny. You know, and not only were those visits within twenty four hours of each other. And this is the second thing that really took me aback, but they actually pulled over his car on January nineteen it was a first visit, and they checked his ide-, even though he was a passenger in the car and that allowed the police to positively affirm that it was Robert Kraft. And then he went back the next day to me that's an indication of how little he suspected that. He was part of what would end up being a larger sting one that involves? Over ten businesses at this point being shut down hundreds of defendants potentially and millions of dollars. And and craft. Really did not know or is it a wedge that he knew we're talking to Michelle Steele on the shell Pennzoil performance line. Spain and Fitz tastes and Fitz. Nicole Briscoe in was for sarahspain. So obviously at this point he's loudly proclaiming that. He's done. Nothing illegal as this unfolds. How do you expect? I mean, how do you expect them to go out and more and deal with that moving forward? Yeah. And by the way, I should mention that. I did check. It would be an oversight on my part as the reporter for sportscenter down here in Florida covering this case not to check in with craft spokesman, and I did not get a response back. So that tells me they are sticking by that initial response that they sent out on Friday, which is they unequivocally denied that he engaged in any illegal activity when I can report to you guys. Instead, he's taking this very seriously. He's hired some big guns down here outside counsel. Jack Goldberger's his name. I I'd actually not heard the name before. But I'm told that he's really well regarded in in this area. He's practice criminal defense law for something like thirty years, and he's best known for actually being on the defense team for got guys. Obviously not in the sports world. His name is Jeffrey Epstein, but he's a multimillionaire. Well known as a sex offender, and this is this is the defense lawyer who Robert Kraft has selected and now that we know today for sure that he doesn't need to appear to be processed..

"Expect is going to happen to Robert Kraft the differences that that did happen in an era where the colts weren't suddenly with Peyton Manning anymore. They weren't winning Super Bowls and even this year when craft was in the lock or not when craft sorry winners say was in the locker room after the colts won and went to speak in sounded a little EIB Created reacted. like all of that system. Colts fans have become a little embarrassed by say, but when you're winning it's no big deal. It's a strange section to be because you see when fans become disenfranchised for whatever reason when they finally become disenfranchised. How often you hear fans say, well, you know, make the league needs to make him sell the team. It's never that easy. I lived through years as a raiders fan where the NFL Davis Davis's life. He just seemed like out of touch, and like maybe things weren't like all their sometimes and the team sort of was just run into the ground. And there are a lot of raiders fans that were sitting there saying my God, like what do you do when you know your ownership just can't provide a winning team? You're right that what I just said is they can't provide a winning team. Maybe it's just as simple as you win and everything else is forgiven. It's really easy to throw IRA at the players. And that's what we do like everybody. Everybody wants to players. They're carrying it out on the day-to-day base. Like, you mentioned Dolan in in New York. Like Dolan's a he's a laughingstock right in the joke is like the Knicks can't even tank well, right? One hundred. Thirty on the Spurs last night. They scored an own goal, and they can't even take because they won the darn game. Right. It's like the Dolan is a laughingstock, and what he's done that organization, and my annoyance with him is that you've taken a team that was once on the NBA pedestal, and you have driven it into the toilet. And again to me, I'm not a Knicks fan, but I'm offended by his inability to win. And it kind of goes back to that same thing. Again, you could be I don't know anything about the man that he could be doing awful things. But I'm mad at you. Because you can't figure out how to make the Knicks win. No. That's my bar. I I'm sorry. If that makes me a horrible person. It makes you a realist, I think we're I mean, you're right. I, but that's how I think fans think I just want to win a thousand percent look at when different colleges have had controversies as much as Penn State and Ohio State Michigan state, and it feels like, you know, I'm just listening big ten schools here. But as much as they've all had their their. Moments of embarrassment for a lot of the people that that support those teams it's been about. Hey, get off our backs food just want to go out and win football games. And you know, that that's that's part of culture. And I also don't think like if you ask people who got degrees from Penn State university. Are you now supposed to be embarrassed? No by your degree. I don't because they were involved in his can't I don't think so either. Well, or not like realistically, nobody's going to be embarrassed to be a patriots fan today. You might be embarrassed by the actions of Robert Kraft, but that's totally different than being embarrassed by the patriots. You're right like in. Sometimes it sounds cold and callous, and this is something Sarad. I've talked about in the past to like we are just in a world where winning is everything as long as you're winning. It doesn't really matter. How incompetent ownership is look at the Steelers if they if the Steelers were coming off years of terrible terrible football than the comments. Supporting Ben Rothlisberger above all else would be considered miss some sort of dysfunction that that couldn't be handled..

"You just heard the latest and again to keep everybody updated Robert Kraft, owner of the patriots is now officially been charged with two misdemeanor counts of first degree solicitation. According to Palm Beach state attorney Dave Berg, so to help us break down all of this. And what it means? We're going to go to the shell Pennzoil performance line. We're ESPN legal analyst Ryan Smith joins us Ryan with that being the latest. What does it mean for Robert Kraft? Well, it means nothing good at the moment. Here's the first thing initially. We thought it was a second degree charge which carried a really a sixty day maximum jail term this one I agree. Misdemeanor carries a one year maximum jail term. So in cases, like these typically, you're going to see a plea deal. You're going to see community service entrance into a diversion program, which basically is similar to classes things like that. A fine. But the fact that there's the potential jail time given that this is a high profile case for these state attorneys down in Florida means that, hey, look, they could be looking at something where they start to ask for jail time or try to figure out a way to show the public that this is a significant issue. Not only from the perspective of the people who did the trafficking in their minds. But the people who took advantage of the services. Michelle Steele is down there for reports on sportscenter in all those things, and she's reporting that of the men who are charged here at Robert Kraft is the only one facing two charges of solicitation to what is the significance of that. Second charge. Many went twice essentially that he went one day, and then came back they have him on video both times and each one is a separate act that in their mind is a criminal act. So that means he could let's say for a and again, I still think it's unlikely that he sees jail time. But let's say he did a judge could in theory say, okay, you're guilty of these two counts where certain thing you to this amount of jail time. And if we want to be consecutive than that means you'll serve one term and then the other. So that would be the difference that he went twice, and that's the evidence they have on him. According to these we're talking to ESPN legal analyst Ryan Smith on the shell Pennzoil performance line. Spain and Fitz Jason Fitz, Nicole Briscoe in for Sarah. Ryan how difficult is it in a case like this to compartmentalize the actual charges against Robert Kraft for solicite Shen versus the conversation of sex trafficking. That's been such a huge part of the story. I think it's really difficult, and you gotta look at it almost from the perspective of law enforcement. They this all started with health inspectors looking into some of these spas and noticing things just didn't make sense. And once authorities got involved they started digging and digging and saying wait, this is becoming widespread we're noticing what we believe is human trafficking. So they did this widespread sting across many jurisdictions. And now they've uncovered this. So for them, this is where it becomes difficult to separate it. If it was just a situation where you had Robert Kraft who propositions someone and was accused of solicitation of prostitution, even if there was evidence, and it was just what I mean. I hate to use this word, but essentially just one person doing something, I don't think it would. Have the significance? I think you would see it go a lot more quietly. I think you would have a situation where maybe prosecutors would say all right? Typically, this is not something that gets jail time. Let's just come to a quick resolution. But this is a national story. This is a major thing for Florida authorities. What does it look like if they just reach plea deals and no jail time? And no, no real significant penalties really slaps on the wrist of every person in those or of someone like Robert Kraft to the public. It looks like yeah. You uncovered this big human trafficking ring. But nobody really paid for it. Nobody really is being held to account for it. And there are talks. There are thoughts that many of the women who are involved many of the victims manned up getting deported. So in a sense..

"Also, if you the the or was that the orchids of what was the name of the place orchids orchards of it was can't remember the about twenty minutes from where I was at the time, by the way. How lucky do you think you have to be if you were going to orchids that day, and it was shut down and missed getting busted by bio by a fire lottery. The name of the place, Hank. I can't remember it for real orchids of Asia day spa Kurds evasion day spa. So yeah. Robert Kraft went there twice definitely a place that let's you say what didn't look like the day spa of a billionaire. Right. Like, it kind of kind of kind of kind of makes it tough for if you're defense is going to be well, I was just going for massage when it was like very much out of the way of his house. And it also didn't look like a place where a billionaire goes. There was also a bunch of other rich guys got arrested there like some guy who's like the former president of a big bang. Basically all the rich guys go in there and getting rub and tug if you take a private plane to a strip mall in suburban Florida. You're not doing it for a good reason. That's my big takeaway. Yeah, I'm curious to know where the TB twelve method comes down and all the stuff, my theory is that if you just drink enough water, you know, how like Tom Brady says he drink enough water get sunburn if you drink enough water. You can't get a hand job because you can't come because you're peeing everywhere. Right. So I think the TB twelve method actually would have saved him from constantly peeing just pissing all over the place. So bodybuilders have gallons like gallon jugs of water to keep all their coming sides. Not right. So so we obviously like we said there's an there's a dark side of the story that we're not gonna make light of. But the like making Robert Kraft jokes. I think is okay. Because you like, why wouldn't you? He's a famous guy who got indicted. I think that happens to anyone. Right. Yes. Absolutely. So you're right. I if now there is a lot more of the story that's gonna come out. That's going to be centered around. Trafficking. How much he knew how much he should have known about. What was going on Robert Kraft has shine a light onto if you wanna use the spins on there you go there? It is Hank. He he's now is child the poster child of very big problem. So there you go another one another like a trapeze now, let's do did you guys see this. So did you guys see the the picture? I think this is maybe at Columbia. I don't know where it is. It's something some some big building that Robert Kraft built. And there's a saying that he has a quote there. It says when you go to bed at night, make sure the people you've touched that day richer for having no new true. Okay. Yes. That's Tom twenty bucks. That's a tough one to just be out there. We also had. We also had some interesting names on this list. Did you read the list? I did. Okay. So we had Ralph anytime Ralph involved, you know, something's up. Steer clear. Can't can't trust a raw. Although it's something that I've always said. But if if you're going to be around a Roth you want him on your side. Yes. You want him involved in whatever it is. You're doing who chose the other end. We had a Mingfu that's tough because it's like there can't be that many Mingfu Liu. So it probably is tough to like go home like knows different Mingfu. Honey, wasn't me. There might be millions of them though. And drew countries true. We had a dick Palmer which jokes right themselves. It was this Palm Beach was this Paul county. And then we had a John palm county John Johnson, which also feel like that was a fake name given feel like that you rub and tug name toilet, dick..

"Now being revealed to be part of a much larger sex trafficking. Ring the spas out of the Florida area that he visited now appear to be something that has been investigated for months with hundreds of names potentially being revealed as involved in purchase. Updating in this. Now, what we do know so far fits is that craft has only been implicated as far as solicitation, we do not yet know if he had any indication or understanding of the larger human trafficking ring that he was at the very least and economic enabler for and I think that's going to be one of the biggest things in terms of understanding what he did. And how the NFL might react to it. That is presuming that this is all true investigators do say they have videos of the perpetrators including craft himself. But he has denied it it will. And this is going to be one of those moments where we want swift fast action. And it's probably the last thing will get from the league because they're going to need to get a lot of information in this situation. Obviously, he's only been at this point. This is what he's been accused of the they do have evidence as you mentioned in video form his people have denied that he has any wrongdoing and the NFL's going to have to figure out a couple of different layers of it. I what did he do? And how did he do it and second? And what did he know about? What was he doing? Because what he was doing because that's going to be a larger question to answer. There's already so much that comes into soliciting for somebody at the level of of Robert Kraft, and for what it means for the NFL, and they could they could hold them accountable to that through conduct detrimental to the integrity and public confidence in the NFL. That's what we saw jimmer say suspended and fined four few years ago, the colts owner when he was when he was pulled over with a suitcase full of drugs. So you start to think about how the league's going to react, they're going to have to figure out was this just soliciting prostitution, which in of itself as one thing or was it also on top of that thing was it also in any way, supporting the sex trafficking that we know according to the police was going on with these places. What we don't know is the level of knowledge that Robert Kraft had in that was so there are layers to this end for once. I'm actually looking at the NFL saying slow and steady wins the race. Get all of the information and get it right before they sort of come in. Jumping make a rash judgement. And then find out that they've under punished for something that becomes a much bigger crime possibly, I completely agree. And it's worth noting by the way, I'll get to the larger sex trafficking ring issue, and how important that is. But it's worth noting that even if this is just prostitution solicitation, that's a crime. And I understand that people have varying beliefs on whether sex work should be legalized and regulated. And maybe even believe that it would be safer and healthier if it was regulated. But as of right now, and where Robert Kraft was doing this. This is illegal, and it is also absolutely a violation of the personal conduct policy for the NFL. It is not a good look for him for his team or for the league if it is indeed true. And unfortunately, I've heard takes both on our air and elsewhere and all over social media that basically.

"And if you are him, what are you thinking right now, I think I would be fascinated and maybe hopeful that possibly that. There's the mistake because improper Kravis denying it. There's still this possibility out there. I think we put a lot of faith in law enforcement and assume that they would not come out with this information door, unless they feel very strongly about it. But maybe that confused maybe it was someone else another old white, man. I think that's that's Roger Goodell's hope that would be very very unlikely given some of the evidence that we've seen everything is alleged this point, I say that because video is alleged because Adam Schefter sportscenter today, apparently source told him that Kraft is not even the biggest name caught up in the sting, right? Some nightmares. Maybe in the offing four Roger Goodell. But there's some serious context. Two that's worth establishing because jokes tend to be the first reaction when you hear about this combination of factors, but police say the women involved in the human trafficking ring, which is apparently thing here allegedly. They were giving no days off the average about fifteen hundred men year hygiene was minimal this is horror show stuff. Man. It's terrible. And I think that the question here is also like how accountable do you consider a patron and his situation because I think that clearly the law enforcement binds them accountable, you can't just go there and participate in that your hands are clean. So I I don't know how this lands on their deaths. I know that the league has a history of punishing owners ARCE, Jim say, the colts comes to mind. That's the big question. Right is what do you do you were on the union? You led the union how do you respond to a potential punishment from an foreign owner from a player's perspective on I think the players any time. This happens the players are looking for the owners to get reprimanded aggressively. But the problem is there is no ability to reprimand them enough that the players will be comfortable with because. There's no amount of money that is going to hurt Robert Kraft or any of these owners, and if you suspend them from game so what he's not playing. He's still going to at the end of the day all the money that his team makes the league makes they're still going to go into his pocket and the players look at this and realize that it is unfair. Systematically, it's going to be unjust. And you mentioned jimmer say and jimmer say as is Robert Kraft is subject to the personal conduct policy. And you mentioned there's no amount of money that you can be fine. That would make a dent in Jim Irsay in this case in his case was fined five hundred thousand dollars and was suspended six games. An interesting way to punish someone who is in playing any of the games with their in is the complexity when one of your bosses is the guy who is allegedly involved with stuff some stuff next name Scott foster last night, the rockets lost to that activated version of LeBron James. But after the game James harden was focused on referee, Scott foster. Let's listen. Colston through scuffles memories of. I never really talk about a fish anything like that. But just just rude in air again. There's a personal year for sure for sure sure, I don't think you should be able to even officiator games anymore. Honestly. Okay. No, not only talk about officials or anything. I think just for him in particular like this. He's a he's different. Scott foster has issues the warriors have issues with got false there. And in Chris Paul's comments. He said later that in the offseason the league in the players had a meeting with just Scott foster. So there's a lot to chew on here. What do you think? Yeah. I mean, look on the one hand. This is James harden allegedly biting the hand that feeds him, right? How dare James harden of all people complain about officiating? Let's can we see what actually happened in this game. Because got foster was a protagonist of the way that deserves some the ethical criticism. I I dunno criticism. The word I wouldn't be critical. I appreciate it is we're leading up to this. Nope. Does it regular tattoo normal technical on James harden, right? And then he brings out the not the big guns the small guns..

"School fact one hole in your ego where you're looking to fill by doing that. There was no whole. I just need the world know that I'm well round that you just wanted to really take GRE Jeanette, which one is it. Yeah. Yeah. So that was all like, oh, yeah. No. This is exciting to me. I play the NFL for seven years. But now I wanna fill in a stand Tron heat. That's what you wanted to just wanted to show people that I'm better than them in multiple ways. Not just in my better than you. As an athlete. I'm also smarter than you. I'm talking to you. Bob, la. Wow. Because I just feel sad badly on it. That's how I wound up at this desk talking to you. But it's funny. How life works out the hell of an achievement. Talking to me. I failed my weight Harvard Business School read it the first name Robert Kraft because this morning police in Jupiter Florida, Dominique they gave us some big news concerning the patriots owner. Let's watch. Yes, sir. He he is one of the individuals. That would be Mr Robert Kraft Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots. Yes, what is being charged? He's being charged with the same offenses as the the others. And that is soliciting another to commit prostitution. And a maiden face right now we have to. That would be two separate incidents visits to the orchestration. They followed one visit with multiple charges from that one. Visit he had two different visits. Question was does the video contained Mr. craft inside receiving the alleged sex the answer to that is. Yes. It's a lot of detail. But he's spokesperson for Robert Kraft said, quote, we'd categorically denied that Mr. craft engaged in any illegal activity and quotes, but somewhere Dominique Roger Goodell is at his desk. And this news has just crossed said desk..

"On crafts solicitation charge, quote, the NFL is aware of the ongoing law enforcement matter, and we'll continue to monitor developments, and if nation patriots reporter, Mike Reece has covered the organization and Robert Kraft for years, and my joins us now by phone to might what has been the reaction from around the team. We'll see, you know, many are obviously very surprised by this. And I think the thing to highlight from a team perspective is just how involved Robert Kraft is with everyone in the organization. This is an owner that walks through the locker room on a daily basis and converses with players Tom Brady calls them almost like a second dad him over the years. So whenever something like this comes up, you know, it's great surprise his reputation. Robert Kraft means a lot to him. He's talked about that many times over the years. So to sum it up in one word surprise is what I would say many around the patriots feel at this time. Mike, Lee, appreciate you. Checking in with us. A spokesman once again for Robert Kraft, categorically denies the charges Jupiter. Police department says they have video tape evidence. So in the wake of criticism by an Tonio browns-steelers GM, Kevin Colbert on Wednesday. Call Ben Rothlisberger. The question leader of the locker room with freedom to publicly criticize image. If he sees fit added. He's the elder statesman and the only Super Bowl winner. I think there might have been a little heat from that. Because he has since softened his stance. There are other leaders cetera cetera. Yeah. I mean when we first heard these comments we kinda scratched our head. I think all three of us here that were here yesterday kind of, you know, went in deep about what type of leader Ben is and what the GM was referring to. And we were just kind of just thinking about Ben, you know, other players won't be comfortable going up to Ben because of the things that have transpired beforehand because of the type of person and the type of leader in the type of team mate that. Ben has shown to be within that locker room or hasn't shown to be. It's difficult for the younger guys that go up to him and feel comfortable getting information about whether it's about the offense or about the culture of the team and things of that nature. So when the GM came out and said, this we all kind of scratched our heads. Because we knew what type of team been robbers burgers apart of what type of leader. He eventually it sounds like Kevin Colbert is is is trying to clarify what he meant by this. But it is disconcerting the initial comments. Just because of the disconnect like I don't from talking to people in Pittsburgh, like, I don't sense that anybody necessarily views Ben Rothlisberger that way in the locker room. And that's not a knock on Dan. It's just a point about who he is and the type of player slash leader that he has always been like no one has ever projected that Ben Rothlisberger. Is this sort of listen this? This was a demeaning. However, you wanna cut it. And I'm glad he did softened his stance because the grow men playing this game. Yeah. No kids playing this game. Let me tell. Man, you sacrifice your body potential your health to go play this game that what these men do not just on the field. But off the field, they are community leaders. So when when you start talking about a bunch of kids and one guy, I don't care how many Super Bowls he won. I mean, that's irrespective of winning Super Bowls. When you talk about leadership. It's a completely different mantle than just what this guy has done the field. I can tell you right now. Payton mini was a great leader Bill pulling when that so we got fifty two kids in one guy. I'm telling you right now, you would hurt all kinds of problems if that was ever said, he wouldn't even begin to it shows you in my opinion. I'm glad he did softened his stance, and we talked about there are other leaders. But this shows you GM's aren't in the locker room leader is developed organically inside the locker room. And it's not only about what happens on the feeling what transpires there it's in the locker room. Do you show me you care? Can you connect with me on different.

"So he switched and saved a bunch. So it all worked out it's difficult to process all of the information. But as the investigation unfolds, we want to be careful to delineate this language that for many of us in this forum is new and if you could help to clear that this is a really interesting situation to face just in such a short term situation because we have Robert Kraft spokesperson, categorically denying that. And the police saying they have video of craft paying for and receiving a sex act. So the only delineation that we can make at this point is that he has been charged with misdemeanor solicitation of. 'institution we understand that there is a larger investigation that led to this about human trafficking. And it's just going to be a very interesting process from here moving forward to find out exactly what craft the person who the reason we're talking about. This investigation is because Robert Kraft is involved in it. And that is going to be most interesting to find out what exactly it is the craft is being charged with and exactly the facts that come with that at people who are close to the organization, hold Robert Kraft in such high regard. That's what makes this. So just so difficult to even talk about. Yeah. We heard teddy a few minutes ago talk about what a great friend Robert Kraft has been to him. How important he's been to his family, and I would say that would go largely throughout that entire organization. I mean, you think about his reputation in the NFL up into this point with the way, the patriots have conducted themselves, those kinds of things, and so it is a tough day. And you heard you heard Ted. Discussed that. And how how difficult it is to discuss it with his family because Robert Kraft is interwoven into this entire community in New England really in the fabric of the NFL. If we're going to be honest, it's going to go all the way through these are difficult discussions and to Jeff's point that you have to make because it does put it on the sports kind of front and center, which you very rarely discuss things like this. And so it is a difficult day. And and into your in Jeff what you were talking about what you category deny something. And someone's going to get videotape is just the whole way. This thing is laying out a difficult situation..

Solicitation of prostitution saying they have videotape of him paying for a sex act inside a massage parlor Jupiter. Police told reporters Friday that the seventy seven year old hasn't been arrested. A warrant will be issued. And his attorneys will be notified the charge comes amid a widespread crackdown on sex trafficking in the area surrounding Palm Beach county. Here's deputy chief Daniel Kerr a short time ago. We have twenty five individuals additional that will be charged and those finally packets have been forwarded onto the state attorney's office, and my staff will be passing out a list of of those individuals as we're speaking here.
