It's a small light source adele p. You have to think of like a projector about early. Two thousands were all about this projector screens. Were blown that image up on the wall watcher. Favorite sunday football Same technology being so that image is being displayed through. That print. plate in the light of the image is creating that formation as it passes through that resin lcd okay. This is where i've been working most recently years. I i was kinda stuck in deal for a long time. this is a light array in you can think of your tv now led lcd iphone. Screens this is the technology. we're using. Why have i put so many eggs in a basket or lcd going forward while still have that projector from the early two thousands or do you have a really nice samson curve like i do exactly no. It's it's an older technologies which is yeah and you know i it's gonna die out so one thing and technology we can see time and time again is kind of the development of those areas so as popular as deal p is right now. I'm sure it's going to be around for quite a while longer. It's fantastic technology but seeing being surpassed by lcd. Four a modern technology. I mean these are things that are just starting in most of the lcd. Printing technology actually came from the newest apple iphone and the money that in the research development that apple put into that for that new apple screen. You know how many small three d. printing companies have that much money to invest in technology. Like that like none basically laid around for other people to do it for you. So you can kind of their so after. He printed his model today on lcd. He just used really laugh at this. "Providing for financial disclosure on the part of elected officials and candidates representative legrand. There's always talk about ethics in the legislature and improving the transparency. But nothing ever seems to happen. What makes you think this is going to be different. Well the answer is You know sometimes. Maybe there's a phrase the third. Time's the charm. I've been working on this since i got to the legislature and i'm going into my third and a half term here There are real reasons to think that we've made progress. This session eat built so so your listeners. What we're talking about. My package is focusing on financial disclosure and conflicts of interest and That's an issue this. I think of particular timeliness and urgency right now given the widespread distrust politicians out in the general public. So i think it's really important that we do everything. We can signal transparency. So maybe the events of last year's election crisis are gonna Some urgency around this issue for people who have taken it all that seriously before you know a couple of sessions ago The former speaker of the house famously. Said i don't think voters care about that when he was asked about transparency and accountability. So i think that the political winds may have shifted and there One of the more exciting reasons to this is going to go. Well is because when we introduced this package just this week i we. I dropped a bill to had sixty three cosponsors on it. The house piece. That's a clear majority of one hundred ten people and that's that's people who sign on the dotted line in advance So clearly this is something that the majority of the house is interested in having taken up whether we get to a majority in the senate where we can get a hearing in the senate or remains to be seen. But like i said i think the inch the issue is very very timely. Because what we're talking about breaking the cycle of distrust between elected officials and the general. Look there are disclosures and then there are disclosures how deep with the disclosure be for state Politicians in in your package so the answer to that is mine is a lot less invasive sedan. Say the federal form I i looked at the federal form that you'd have to fill out. If you were you know running for congress or running for senator in the congress of the senate and yet i get about halfway through that form and i i started imaginatively worried about getting worried about committing perjury. I mean they're they're asking you things like didn't tell us every item of value in your house worth more than a thousand dollars and i'm thinking well okay. Like what if i miss a nice rug or like i dunno..

"And so we got there in. The line was long end so we were. We were in line for about an hour. I would say again. That wasn't really aligned posted But this is so this one was like oh boy. We're losing time here waiting in line But was this worth to wait. Holy cow was this. The this was the second most one ride we went on this whole trip And it was just we fun like we were laughing swoop squealing Ling. I would've loved to go on this ride a few more times but it did have long line but holy cow was hit a good ride. It was just so much fun and it doesn't you know it's not too extreme the but oh it was just really fun An exciting into gave you the stomach thing in other parts of your body feel like it was just. It was a good ride and then we got off of the hat and we walked. We did walk through the scarce but town and then we went We pass the mystery lodge which again was closed during our trip we saw bigfoot foot rapids and that one was We said WELL WE DON'T WANNA get wet may be laid is then we went win. An ride called Pony Express and this is a roller coaster. Will you sit out. It's like a combination of a roller coaster and a carousel. You sit sit on a pony like a little lake. You might be laughing but I'm not kidding. You sit on a pony. It's you know a plastic pony a wouldn't pony and it just goes around and it's like A. It's a fun ride. I wouldn't say it's an extreme ride but it's you know I've never gone on a roller coaster. What I'm sitting on a pony before in also gives you an unique of you and it went off so so it was fun especially the start of it because you said I'm writing a pony. All boy also you know we were pretending we're delivering the mail at a very high rate of speed speed so that was fun and we went on that and that when the line was not long at all in now you friend Ray may have. We're going to have to look at my notes here. Okay my okay so the next ride was one of the collapse all boy. I wish brought a notebook for this ride is it was very much looking forward to this ride in so was I and we also had some mistaken impressions of it but this ride ride was called to Calico mine ride and you know I. I think we took a break. Because even though we didn't do any very much We still needed did a break after that. But so the next thing we did was we went Look I think the map. I'm looking at his out of date. which is is interesting? So I'll have to look new map here. But the next thing we went to was a Calico mine ride and this one is topnotch the seeming of the outside of the ride. It looks like it's a mountain later at night it gets lit up in a way. That's very exciting. And it's a family friendly ride. You all get in a little train. There's nothing I mean it. It is not one hundred percent family friendly because it's very much like pirates of the Caribbean but in a train and it seems it seemed around mining would say it's almost like a copy but it's a little bit different French in stranger which is nice and I don't think this is an actual like You know one to one what it's really like being around minus but holy holy these miners. Interestingly you go on the CALICO mine ride you say well. Maybe you should go to mining because it's it but so so you get in a little Choo Choo train and you're sitting on a bench in Sir. No Is Not like a coast at all. Also there's a lot of manufactured waterfalls and rivers while you're waiting in line which scoot of loved screwed loves manufactured rock work Also like you said the way they laid it up in night in different colors this interesting and then you go through the inside of the right. It's slow it has like one or two parts where he picking up speed in its avodados audio animatronic minus. But there's like this great room that you go through. I don't know what they call it. They might call it the great room and they can do a reveal one time you get a glance of it. It's this giant room like probably twenty two and twenty stories high. Like like the inside of the mine in everybody's working in there so you get a glance. One time he was at all for that huge room said even real. And then you can go to see mine is saying this in this a little bit like pirates. Where the goofing around the rides a little bit longer so then you go and you see the great great room a few more times than this a little bit of a story Arc And then you get to the to get out of the mine but really top quality ride when we got off of that we looked at going on the my a log ride but holy moly was sat along La. I mean the log ride ride line which is now and so I guess if we were doing it again we would do something different. So then we went on What's it called sky cab in which is very old ride? I think from the seventies and you just get into like a round thing and you go when you have a great view no no thrills except a going up and the person said that it has a wonderful view of the you'll Disney fireworks if you go onto the night at the right time and that was very very relaxing. I mean holy. MOLY ray liked to that because we were just kinda chilled out and Yeah so we liked that ride. You got a good view. It was felled. Old School also screwed us. It reminds him of rollercoaster tycoon. Because you get to build that ride. Aladdin rollercoaster tycoon. Coon okay so just looking at a more my. I'm trying to find a more modern version of the map here. Okay it's your friend Ray. He he is a switch over the nats APP because say was Every other map I found it just didn't it didn't work for me okay. So we went in the sky ride now screwed us. A little one was ready to test out some thrills and this spot of the park. Oh they call this bottom park the boardwalk and you raise not here to like Criticize everything but I would say again. I said this and the other thing if you're going to save money and teaming don't bother teaming something when you're GonNa do a boardwalk seem don't do ooh boardwalk made of plastic with you signs that say boardwalk. BBQ would have An Oh we have. Some surfboard would see things You know either. Make the whole Bach like the Casper town or do a little bit. Spend a little bit more money on your seeming. I'm sorry rages founded Asia which wasn't happy with the theme and you just have it be amusement parks and in that a theme theme park. I don't know But so we went on their ride in the younger ones. Scoot scoot a daughter. She was ready to try out some thrill so we looked at going on and one of the very thrilling ones Accelerator but only had one car I think running because the way it works in we we we were like well. I guess we weren't in this mode of like well. Let's just give an hour like we still thought we'd be going on a lot rides or something and so we may be later then. We went on like a mouse. Like a what do you call those Lake The old school coast to twenty-eight what's cool coast rider and this must be a ride. They moved there something. Because other maps that has a different ride But just that was old school. Whatever they called it a little M- I little Friendy Pu Costa Little will be fun. nothing too extreme and net that bad of a wait now right across from there was another coaster that look like a do UC wipeout. It was called surfing themed and we said we said. Do you really want to go on this one. This looks like it's gotTa loop de loops and things and she said Oh boy. I'm ready. I'm ready to get you know. Go on one of these big big kid. Coast She's not a kid anymore so she said she didn't say that Race putting words in your mouth but so we went on that one wipe out now. The line was a really well. Run the workers. They were very friendly. I waited about forty minutes or so and that was a very fund ride Very very fun and so we went on that one. We like Let me see my notes the hang time. Oh that's late. I think calibrated so we went on the sky. Co that's coast rider hank time is that what it what I just said twenty seven and so we went on hang time off the hang time was very chill and Turquoise my notes say and so that was good ride we had fun and then we went out we got offer there and we walked by some things. And then we went on and Indoor ride which again was like one of these three D. ride soon cooled voyage to the Orient Reef and very very much like the superhero ride or like puzzle. eight-year toy story. You go on you get a little squirt gun and you put on your three D go ask assists one was under the sea. It was pretty fun. It had some actual effects but most of it was screen effects but It was done in the unique equal way and it was pretty cool ahead like a steam punk theme which gase getting see. It goes across Sebok's a little bit in all in all it was a fun ride. Then we went on the old school bump Ika. Because when you're with someone that's an ad sixteen you know they love to drive So we went on the bumper cars which was fun and we all adult laugh at that and also school was just so people know. School wasn't drinking taking soda at this point So you say well how. Many sodas did screwed well. He knew he was going to be on. TV later this week so he was not having any Soda Uh because he was trying to look his best he says soda doesn't help them look as best So we went to that one overhead. Good Good Beach Mood. Music was at after voyage. Au just the area had good beach. Move Move Music Then we walked over to to a part of the park after the bumper cars Called Fiesta village. I think checks the my the log ride line against very long. Oh on the way to the village soon as we went on Supreme Shout to school in. That's that's a tower right now fast. Elevator ride and scooter said who loved arrived. So did his daughter. Great View went up and down as a lot of laughing. They enjoyed that. Then we had lunch which we did have some Mexican food which you no? You don't WanNa theme park in Southern California you feel less strange you not in California and you're ordering that kind of food you're going to be. It's it's just we have a lake a lot better quality I guess is what I'm saying It seem park in southern California. Say well this might be a good bit but it was not it was only okay. The food we had is then we went on another coast. It was a little bit of a line called the Jaguar which was school because it was inside a temple so head a little bit of seeming. It was a fun. Little Coast Let's just see what we could find out about it Edano this now really anything about it. Here it's a minimum height. Forty eight inch is in all in all it was fun. It was fun it but it was in mind blowing. Anything is then we went on a ride called was next one called silver silver lots silver racer. Something which I guess was still in the same section of the park was f fourteen. Now that's a balloon race ray. Hey what about thirteen thirteen game and looking Ray. That's the Grand Sierra. Oh we do. I wish we would go on on the Railroad L. Road a CALICO railroad. Also they have a sage coach ride but anyway we went on another ride a rollercoaster called Blake Silva something and that one I don't know why can't find it but it was a scooted Anada like it. He said it was a a little too extreme for his tastes in. He's he said it gave you know gave him the dizzy. Something in policy was worried. We're Silva something but Everyone else who loves the ride I it was. It was a good ride. I thought we went on one more. Ride here maybe. We went on that one at nighttime I guess so next dome when we went on night time yes so then scored heavily for work after after their rights so screw to win worked and then we had another plan which was to go to the water park but it wasn't warm so this is a long kind of debate to take a break to go to the water park. Will School to worked ended ended up his scooter. Worked in then So we ended up taking a break and then we all went to the waterpark. And it took us forever to find out how to get in there. Because they have zone waterpark which is a separate entrance entrance but without tickets we could go on both he and this was mostly guided by the young woman? WHO said Yeah? Let's do this. Why wouldn't you and we will like well? It's not a ninety Andy degrees you know who how we GONNA go on. These rights will be cold and she said you will..

"With eight hours about a with stops in traffic So we so we got down down there in new scooter had made the arrangements. Now Scoot ahead arranged the whole trip because he was working and so he can ahead of it was just primary mission for the trip in actually scooters been come very adaptable even with the plane because he said originally planned a little bog and spat is that was in that area area near Knott's Berry farm because he said he ran the numbers and with parking and all those things it was it was a good deal. Even though knotsberry farm has their own hotel which will get to a new Sousa chain with a name brand name chain not a high handed. You know nothing fancy and then scored a sit. Well he's SA- said. Let me just check the ratings. I don't know he said I don't know what possessed me to dude. I thought we were all set in the looked on the ratings for where we are supposed to stay in. Usually school won't take those too seriously because he gets his own ratings every every day and a daily basis from people who are the podcast So he kind of has his own filter but he said ray these ratings and Nag. Good like usually you'll have one or two do what he goes this consistent issues at two so tell a motel So we'RE GONNA have to change it up. And he said well he checked prices again in with parking. We stayed at the Nats Berry Farm Hotel and now a couple of things. You need to know one. It's not a themed hotel So don't go the expecting like Disney type seaming thing but it's very conveniently located to make sure when you making a reservation. Scudo told me this. Get to find out if you're paying for parking and hats Because if you WANNA and make sure you understand that in it's in the contract or not because Scooter said it was a little bit of fun to see but he knew what he was doing. Because when you park the hotel you could walk to the park to seem pock So we got in there. A little bit of around dinnertime in. We had made a reservation to eat at Mrs Nats Chicken Dinner Restaurant And eventually we went over there and it's a very busy place that he think. If you didn't have a reservation it was like an hour to an hour and a half waiting now inside the restaurant I think they probably will balancing out to staffing. They had because the restaurant restaurant was now packed but the waiting for it was in. This is something you know. Screwed is a big fried chicken fan. I may be his favorite food. Oh you know pizza being up there so this is something. He's wanted to do for a very long time and so he was very excited. Did now there is a protein that will tell you late. If you can't eat at the restaurant don't worry but it's probably worth two for the experience and it's kind of Capri fixed menu a little bit too so you the other things other than fried chicken that you can eat the but the primary thing is Super Fried Chicken dinner. Which is why we were going? There ended to be honest. You know screwed was paying so I don't even know the pricing but I think it was like a reasonably reasonably priced You know not super cheap and not unreasonably priced and what you get is So let's just say get the the chicken dinner which I think comes with like four pieces of chicken. I believe Sirri before you get to that. You know you sit down you order you drink drink. Drink comes with the dinner and but you know most of us would drinking soda In Oh they do have a voice in Barry Point Chef for the kids because Knott's berry farms famous words boys and Berries Episode Zanu. Or so then you get you get these biscuits which delicious then you get a chicken soup which makes sense because they served so much chicken you know make some maximize. They said the chicken but it was a creamy chicken. Super very good but again is see. Well then you get a salad too. Uh so like maybe you know I mean. I guess they're going full bore but I'd say I don't know if the soups in assess city you you know maybe make it a super sale you know raise OFA maximizing you know the guests experience but who said it was a little bit much. It left some pressure on us. Then you also get another side. I think other to- yeah you get a vegetable like corn or. I don't know what the other vegetable was. Maybe like a cabbage. Shed type of law is then you get your chicken. I also think you get mashed potatoes status in gravy. Even if you with your food you do school to says in. Scooter said the fried chicken was like A. Ah Excellent like a nine out of ten you know ten out of ten being unachievable. Almost you know his only issue was because it was a traditional restaurant they didn't have vigny like a Louisiana style. Hot Sauce ended. Scooter likes to Kinda FLAVA. His fried chicken but you know he. He was fine to have purified experience. And then you get your dessert which is a famous? You can have apple pie boys and Berry Pie boys and Bayrischer Arusha bits or a of vanilla ice cream may be one of the option that raise not thinking of Screwed ahead boys and Barry Piol mode which was very good He said the pie was a warm enough. For the Alamo and experience but he's not that that was his first boys and Berry Pie and on the Pie. I guess it will return to. The Pie wasn't a chicken scooter. Said was nearly transcendence and the Pie. He said was good but You know you're in a area where you tough competition with like. Marie calendar's since things like that. It's avid so we had dinner. It was good it was very good. There was a leftovers You know because not everybody was able to eat all all the chicken again. Ray does not remember you could have you know you have some selection. And you're like a drumstick thing you they think they have a couple options Sion's school he's in the practice of. He wants like a half chicken because he likes to have the size of breasts The wing into the drumstick for full fried chicken experience and a belief. That's what he got. School also experiences first Nashville Fried Chicken We had pod x and he said that it was a wonderful experience and he got to have it with some lovely lovely people but so so okay so that's So that was dinner now. He is where La couple more things than I sing about. Old School converted hotels which was with at this Knots Berry farm was is that they still have a sauna and a steam room so we actually the sauna was not heated. Up as a steam room was sa- phenomenal holy cow. You friend Ray Scooter. His daughter. We had a steam. You wouldn't believe you know a bathing suit. We assu bathing suit wearing. Because it's a what do you call that a by the lake. Everybody's welcome thing. So but it was such assists. Oh boy would esteem so that was nice. You know after we had eaten the feast and took a walk and we only had a one day pass so it was a little bit distracting. You know hearing the park noises and stuff In new not being able to go to pock but then we know we. We called it an evening and relaxed read books and in those such things in inscrutable. He you know he has dyslexia. So sometimes they can cause issues. SOLIC- had a lot of work to do so he was also distracted with Vance so in the morning I planning was a little bit off because scoot ahead Pie. Boys and Barry Repack for breakfast In his coffee and he was working he had got up and started working in but he was under the impression. The park opened at ten ten thirty. That was six flags. Escude ahead of transpose. To those times so we were a little late getting off to the park but it really didn't make that much of a difference difference. Now your friend Ray says always be at the park when it opens right. Yeah it'd be the half hour before it opens you know but these ones that you know it was more of in in new experience And I didn't want to take over. Also the park opens to pass holders early. I don't know how that works is so now thinking about it will probably would have been better to get to around nine thirty to the gates of the park but we did not get there until the little bit after ten and then we had a little bit of issue figuring out or tickets then we got into the puck and you know the. The park is It's a theme park. It's it's It's highly seemed in some places in not a themed and others. I guess I would say it would not as quality themed end Let's see so race looking up. I'm just looking up a map and things and the Internet here. Okay for Andrey who wanted to get to highest quality really image. She could which I did find one holy moly. I did not have a map like this so we walked over the POC we got in the and we went to the left now to the left is like the most highly themed area of the park which is called cast. But it's called the big fom The Big Farm Town Casper Ville End. It is very greatly seemed in. They do have. I walk around at least in the summertime at this time. They have interactive carriages. Like so people working at this is like the big from old west at Old West town will call it end so highly seemed in highly immersive but we were kind of trying to to do all the highlights to the park so we didn't really get to spend a lot of time that other than walking through. It's also screwed ahead like a hard time. He said I I mean like a hot out he said okay. Go to leave exactly this time because I have calls for work and things and it was a good it was it. June gloom down. He so that was nice because it wasn't super sunny. So when you in the old West now now the first ride the in even the Internet it said this one has the most alliance ago on at first but we will see. This was a bit of a setback. Also again ray just like in other episodes episode is operating from Rolling Place. So you know. I needed a call from Carol to whack to set me correct. I was operating eating into Disney mode of like get to the park early. Go on as many rights as you can and then relax the rest of the day you know. Dan might work is some Disney parks and some universal pox. These boxes of differences. So you have to have a different plan against the plan would still be get there early. But don't get there early with the expectation you're going to go on the water rides in row when it first opens beret needed to be humbled oldest. So were you in again. Escort a little. Bit Of flack for this. Because we didn't get in at ten so we went to the I ride which was kind of the most famous ride and it's called Big Farm Rider. Big I'm Reid is called and Or big farmer ride it's Like Casper like also could be called Casper writer and it's a wooden roller coast..

Can't work going to embarks part time So yeah I guess without further do. I'm it just turned over to my neighbor. This is one of the few times like back in the studio right away. I mean within a week period. I think last time it was here in the studio was I don't know a few day of like about five five days ago. I guess Shafran Ray was in here in die recorded this show and So that was a third day. Third Besim Besim part of the trip. Now this is going to be our first evening and day and we're doing amount of woulda just because it's a way waste if I We saw what. Oh well I do the one. That was the freshest Right after we got back from the trip into then it's been a few days you know. Scooter has to record as the show is Believe in the world does not revolve around Ray But I already knew that but you know sometimes it does feel like I wish it did and then I'd say well that'd be pretty exhausting atlas luxury tired when I see atlas and this one will be a treat. There's even a treat in the name of the title of the POC and if you don't live in California you may have never heard of this place if you do. You probably have or if you big theme park fan any probably have or if you like scooter. The theme park was a secondary thing for him in there was much more important important part of his journey. Because he's a big fan of one thing. Well extra two things I actually But so if you not from California you let me know if you heard this place. You don't have to nothing wrong with it but we went to Knott's berry farm which you CEOS at a farm. Well no it's a it's a theme park But what I thought I'd do is a read the some of the things from wikipedia. Because I don't really know the history even your friend friend Ray. So let's Kia rid the so. knotsberry farm is fifty seven acres In Buena Park California currently owned by Cedar Fair which owns the Cedar Park in Ohio. Oh wow in two thousand seventeen. It was the tenth most visited theme park in North America. Erica in its most visited theme park in the seat affair chain ray would not have believed that but it has six million people a year. Wow that is quite busy. I mean it was busy when we were there but not overly busy forty rides Employs ten thousand isn't people according to Wikipedia in. Let's see Oh. This is a theme park where most box amusement Musa impacts. Ray is never thought about things in those terms. is the origins of theme parks. Go back to the nineteen twenty. Oh this one of this theme Doc Watson Nat and his family was selling berry products route thirty nine in California by nineteen forty eight Chevrolet the shops and other attractions. They had built on the property because they had visitors including a replica. Casper town a town where people formally lift but in which goes by other names but screwed has taught me a big farm in the sky town. The Banat Lake to one school to did. The site continued. Its transformation to a modern amusement park over the next two decades in amuse amuse admission charge was added added in nineteen sixty eight. The theme park was sold to see defense. Nineteen Ninety S in the food business was sold to the SMUCKER company company. Okay so it sits on whether thing was now he is the big one which will talk about briefly in nineteen thirty four knots. What's began selling fried chicken? Dinners in a tea room and property lake old Miss Mrs Nats Chicken Dinner Restaurant. He he ended. The Dennis soon became major draw so they built other shops and attractions to entertain visitors. While waiting for a c two then they did the big a big farm into town and that became the beginnings of a present day theme park In in the nineteen fifties Walter night it became an amusement park of some along county fair. Originally it was twenty five cents to get into the park Some of the rides rides from the sixties is still there and Let's see what other things here there. is it hasn't always had a great history the spark Let's see Sky Tau. We'll see we'll talk about the ride. See Let's see one In the nineties they had Only nineteen eighty C had metric competition in southern California pox. Having a new land. Oh they had dyn O to lodge attractions. I don't know if these here. Ah the Kingdom of the dinosaurs in the rapids ride which is still there. We did not go on the ride. I'll tell you And then Oh yes. This is disappointing. There's one that I wanted to go on That was that open. That was from a world's fair. Yeah I'll tell you about it here because I don't know if I'll be able to read about mystery lodge was opened in one thousand nine hundred ninety four. It was had Special Effects. It was rumored to be part. was supposed to be a Disney in Disneyworld scandal. -FORNIA CA Disney's Canada pavilion and Apricot. It recreates US quite some a night in Alert Bay in then guests move in and I don't know I didn't get to go wanted to just sound. Some mysterious mystery lodge will always be a mystery to me in the nineteen nineties. They acquired a Oh they also have Boina Park Hotel. which now is that SPE reform hotel? Oh no this one was brought up to ranch since standards and then became Radison Ohio resort hotel was renamed Knott's Berry Farm Resort Hotel in dance. Where we we did Sleep Philippe but Let's see what else we have they were Addition of Oh this ride. I didn't see this right. He Post close to that. It was a water ride ended in the log ride. That was another right. We did not. You're so ray will be going back. Act Tonight's Berry Farm. I'll tell you that much to go in the mystery log lodge in the Timber Mountain log ride. That had very long line fine. Let's see so time line. I think that was the main thing I just wanted to look up the history you know. They have annual events to have one. That's very famous You know for for the trick or treating season in this a lot here in Wikipedia so some sure skurdal were will link to this article Let me tell you a little bit about WHOA how wives? This is the first episode you listening to even though this this is a series. It's not a big deal. You could listen to this when it's fine racist racist. Glad to be here in the as always say but so so scooter Had to go down to Los Angeles area to work In in his daughter was on summer break so he said Oh boy in the plan. You know scooter said well looks like well Dr Ray. What do you going along in a look? He said I saw on Costco. That The hand this past only at Costco believe in that Maybe abusive five scooter. It knows before they pass In you could use to pass for most Los Angeles area attractions and not all in kind of unlimited way. Also you could go to some theme parks for day or amusement parks. I guess and again I think this was two hundred and twenty five dollars Alice with taxes. So when you look at how we use it we was very a what is it called cost effective. Also it took me made an adventure because we said okay. We'll now we have to pass. Is We might as well just go instead of saying well. How much does it cost to go talk? Well is an well you know. I don't know made it more fun in so I don't know how many of you How many of you are familiar with California? So I was just give you a little brief thing so we live in the bay area which is In would would they call northern California essentially. It's kind of in central coastal California. But they call it northern California and Los Angeles List would be considered southern California though. You Have San Diego south of Los Angeles and Knott's Berry farm is in a place called Orange County which is like about in. That's what Disneyland also is. We did not go anywhere near Disneyland. which was a little tough out and ray but I said I I'll remain remain distracted by this nuts bay reform and so we Still you dry if you drive the AC believe all told it's about three hundred sixty miles driving so pretty long drive and then you do have traffic and you to stop so. We laughed at eight in the morning joining in a believe we took one or two breaks nothing too long. Maybe we only took one break. Now that I'm thinking about it and maybe two and then a you know a little five minute break For a restroom break lunch break in a restroom break break But we usually plan on. If you're going all Angeles six six hours maybe seven hours and if you're going at once county it takes seven eight hours in So so plan on the whole day in Louis C.. So we left eight thirty nine thirty ten thirty eleven thirty twelve thirty one thirty two thirty three thirty four thirty.

A Vote on Impeachment
"You know I think for dancy and first shift and again it's so problematic it's a political issue when you have that it is a a bipartisan vote not to impeach the president and what it shows is that it shows up for the last three or four weeks the Democrats have been running this rogue process where they've given Adam Schiff so much power in the intelligence committee not even in the Judiciary Committee word should reside and that at the end of the day there is no crime it is there is no crime and the fact is the president's been incredibly transparent and it just shows that these Democrats have been obsessed with the president hating him from day one and we all know what their political playbook words which was to impeach the president yeah ABS absolutely but I guess is so it's only as he is a good thing that what they've done because now they're saying it's going to be public but we know that I'm shift can take what he wants behind closed doors so is this a good thing or bad let me go through this vote so for the impeachment of of Richard Nixon they got four hundred and ten votes and Democrats in an overwhelming house Majority that's how serious the Richard Nixon's crimes were at the very beginning of the process four hundred ten votes folks for Bill Clinton it was over three hundred sixty if it was three hundred sixty three votes that lots of Democrats voted for because bill Clinton's meat to crimes were serious so you know the idea that they couldn't get any Republicans to vote for this this shows you what a scam this is nineteen minutes after the president was elected on election night mercy are actually at the party of the New York City on election night what a crazy night nineteen minutes after the man's to clear the president Democrats are already going on the national ways and saying this is an illegitimate president he didn't win legitimately they accused him of not being legitimate when he said he would say that Hillary wasn't going to be the legitimate press this is a scam and here's the thing for Democrats if they think that bill that it's wrong to leverage foreign countries over the foreign aid we give which we probably shouldn't be giving them yeah if we can't leverage them to stop corruption what is it for a second of all if you want to impeach Donald Trump for leveraging the governor if you crave I'm sorry Democrats then you have to say that Biden should have been impeached too because he leverage them on national television yeah to help his son so they're in a hell of a pickle brother power junkies they're chasing their next hi there like they need the power back Mercedes Slappy at being on the front campaign when we talk about impeachment all this energy around we're gonna be struck how good has that been for the trump campaign fundraising it's been spectacular the president mentioned he did an interview with Washington examiner where he said this is energized my base I mean we've been able to raise millions of dollars just even from small donors because they're so mad yeah they're so mad that the Democrats would spend more time I was asking for subpoenas and they are packed in acting laws everything about it six subpoenas and they've only on active on laws that's insane it's a do nothing Democrats it's a do nothing Congress it's why we need to reach yeah the integrity in Congress every time it comes back every time Adam Schiff stepped up to the microphone you're saying the truck giving like printing cash that is absolutely right so Adam should should just go up with the T. shirt that says on each tribe and then the base and our young guys could call madam ship all you want but yet some of these guys are was our old like me and I remember don Knotts I see Adam Schiff I see eighty Griffin side I'm sorry but he are okay they all do here's here's the thing he's running the intelligence committee you know what that their job is is to look at the sensitive national security questions to protect us and instead of doing that this committee is doing the job of the Judiciary Committee which basically means the Democrats could care less about our
