A highlight from Reaching Out / Great Ideas for Evangelism

"We talked about survival last night. You know there's a saying I've always thought, don't wait until you're thirsty to dig a well. A lot of times we wait until the 15th round before we've been knocked down, before we go for help. Isn't that true? Sometimes we have to hit that bottom bottom, I guess. Just don't take things for granted. Good lives, lives that are together are not my accident. They're my right choices. The world just says you're lucky, but we know it's not luck. We know it's not luck. You don't order godly kids in the catalog. I'm a godly kid, respectful. You don't order me, you have to build lives. And I tell you what, we live in a day that, I tell you what, it's kind of sad. God doesn't give you wisdom. To see things how he sees them, and actually to see through things. To see through the deception of Satan. Look, two things I begged for in my life. I begged to be a solider, and I begged to raise my kids. He used to beg God for wisdom, because I knew his past was going to be greater than me. He used to say, if you want to mess up your life, that's your choice, but you're not messing your kids' lives up. And I don't know, I guess God, I just begged God for wisdom, and then James, he says he'll give it to you liberally if you ask. And I do believe he has. I got a lady in my church, my secretary, I'm going to be the secretary. She said, I think there is certainly something about raising kids. And if I really even know what I said, I just need to ask her. I think she wrote down everything I've ever said. And it's nice to have people listen. You know, it's ironic, people in my church now are more like me than my own kids. That's just the way it is. They're more like their pastor. They've been influenced by their pastor. My people have been influenced by me. They've been sitting under my preaching group, some of them, for 29 years. So, you know, they actually thank and remind me of how my kids would be. I see my kids, and they've kind of sometimes drifted away from different ways. And it kind of hurts me, but they become like their pastor. And, you know, so we just need to try to encourage each other, you know, hold together. You know, we're one body of many members. Amen. I think I heard one time that a car has about 30 ,000 parts. You know, it takes all of them to put together. It only takes one of them to miss malfunctions before you're in trouble. Isn't that the truth? You know, when one malfunction, you know, you have maybe eight cylinders on your car. You know, when one of them malfunctions, you lose a lot more than one -eighth of your power. Anyone in those cars knows if one plug or one wire is misfiring, it's like you lose 70 % of your power. And, you know, we got to make sure we don't malfunction on starry again. Mm -hmm. Joe, Steve will bring her own water tonight, because I'm not falling for that one yet. You know, we just need to work together as a body. You know, hey, I always tell my people, the devil only needs one heart to work out of. Don't let your heart be that one he works out of. It's a dangerous place to be, too. And, well, I think we have enough work out here. We have enough people that I think God's work, besides having Christians, amen, but Ezekiel, if you're Ezekiel 33 now, verse, I just thought we'd start at verse 31. It says, and they came unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear my words, but they will not do them. For with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after covetousness, passions, desires, things like that. And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice and can play well on an instrument, for they hear thy words, but they do them not. They were too powerful at first, aren't they? Man, I just read that. They point that verse, so many people are, they sit in church, and, you know, they may say, oh, it's a good message, whatever, but they just don't do them. God says, happier little do these things, amen, you know? And just knowing them and not doing them actually just makes you miserable, probably, right? Some people just have enough religion to bug them instead of bless them. Isn't that the truth? Yeah, just enough to just make them miserable without making them joyful. One guy I've told, and I've heard this all the time, but he's going to tell me in church, he says, the pastor's job is to comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable, you know? So I'm here to try to disturb you where you're comfortable and comfort you where you're hurting. Amen? And so we come here tonight and turn with me now to Mark, Matthew, Mark, I think, with the gospel, where Christ is portrayed as his servant. You know, the four gospels in Matthew, God is portrayed as a king, as a king, and Mark as a servant, and Mark and Luke as a son of man, and John, the son of God. And we find here one of my passages I love, and I don't know, anyone have favorite, I love, I have so many favorite passages, I guess, but I like this one because it's about four men, I guess, a four, but I guess I can't even say for sure, I'm sure there were probably men that took a man of palsy that was paralyzed through the Peter's house roof to get him to Jesus to be healed. It says there in chapter two, no, actually this just follows where I talked about it the other day about the leper that was healed, and Jesus said in verse 44, right before that in chapter one, see thou say nothing to any man that would go thy way and show thyself to the priests and offer for like cleanliness these things which Moses commanded for a testimony to them. But he went out and began to publicize it much, to blaze abroad the matter, and so much that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city. I mean, God, Jesus at the end is so well known now, it's hard for him to even, you know, move and around stuff, and set him up in the desert places, and they came to him from every quarter. So we come here now, it says here, and again, he entered into Capernaum, you know, that's kind of where he kind of made his home, where Peter was after some days, and it was noise that he was in the house. And straightway, many were gathered together in so much that there was no room for them, no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door. And he preached the word unto them, and they came unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was born of four, and when they could not come nigh unto him from the press, in other words, the crowd, they uncovered the roof where he was, and when they had broken a nub, they let down a bad brim the sick of the palsy lay. When Jesus saw their faith, he sent unto the sick of the palsy, saying, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. And there were certain of the scribes sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, you know, isn't that amazing? Here in this crowd, there are some hearts that were very, very ungodly. Here they are just looking for a reason to cause trouble, looking for a reason, observing just with a critical spirit, you know, and sadly, they can be in a church, someone comes just to be a critic, but there were certain of the scribes sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, why does this man thus speak blaspheming? Who can forgive sins but God only? See, they knew exactly what Jesus was saying he was. Jesus said, I am God, you know, and that made them angry because they didn't want to receive it except that, and immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye of these sayings in your hearts? Whether it is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, thy sins be forgiven thee, or to say, Arise and take up thy bed and walk. But that ye may know that the Son of Man hath power on earth to forgive sins. He said to the sick of palsy, I say unto thee, Arise and take up thy bed and go thy way unto thy house, and immediately he arose, took up his bed, and went forth before them all, insomuch that they were all amazed and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this faction. Isn't that amazing? You know, I love that. You know how exciting when God's moving in the hearts of people. When you have a revival, you know, it's not about one person. It's about what God is doing in the hearts of people. And your testimony has brought tears to my eyes. You know, man, isn't that great? Somebody cared enough to go out and make that extra effort, and here he is in church today, almost waiting ahead on the sight of somebody who cared for his soul. You know, I had one psalmist who said, There's no way I cared for my soul. You know, tonight, that's why we're here. We're one beggar telling another beggar before we found bread telling people. I thank God I was blessed to grow up in a Christian home. And I tell you, I didn't have to make us go to church. We loved church. We loved revival meetings. Loved evangelists. You know, that was just kind of the highlight of the year, really. It was like the Super Bowl, you know? And I just thank God. We were poor. It was just like church mice. There were six kids we were poor so we could get out. But I tell you what, I remember I was a little boy. I had my own little horn, you know? I won't tell you. Because there was an evangelist. He blew up. He had a horn. And I would not get out in the middle. I wanted to be like him. I tell you what, that's the kind of heros you ought to be wanting your kids to have. My friend today, if you don't get them in church, if you don't build up the man of God, if you don't build up authority in your life, it will come back to bite you like you've never seen. Go ahead and teach your children disrespect to pastors, to the president, to police.

We're investors, not traders. And so this market actually feels a little more normal than what we've gone through for the last 10 years. John, on the equity side here, some of the performance, or most of it, the vast majority, if not all of the performance in the S &P 500's been from a couple of names, the magnificent seven. Do you chase those here or do you try to look for some of the names that have not participated? Mark Andreessen wrote years ago that software is eating the world. And so that is a secular change. It's kind of like the Industrial Revolution. On the other hand, Howard Marks says this beautifully, that there is no asset in the world to good investment at any price. It depends on the name. We've got to go name by name. And by the way, there are other companies that we like that are not, we do like the tech set. We like the U S relative to the world because of our exposure to technology. Here's a full version of the latest edition of the tape podcast. "It's all going to zero against Bitcoin. It's going up forever, bro. Bitcoin! You're against Bitcoin, you're against freedom. Yo, welcome to another episode of Simply Bitcoin Live. We are your number one source for the peaceful Bitcoin revolution of corporate breaking news, culture, matic warfare. We will be your guide through the separation of money and state. Sailor tweeted something very interesting yesterday. Anything when it when you tweet a picture, I really call it a meme, right, because memes are a form of, you know, graphics, memes, they're really what they're forms of transmitting information, transmitting data, right? So I'm just going to call it a meme, even though, you know, by the usual definition, it's not a meme. It's a bunch of statistics, a bunch of data. But for the sake, just to simplify, it was a meme, tweeted a meme about the inflation rates of all fiat currencies around the world. And what he said, the tweet that he said is, if you don't have access to dollars, Bitcoin is a lifeline. I mean, and it's very interesting because if you don't have access to dollars, thing is like, if you have a bunch of piles of crap, right? The dollar is the smallest, less smelling pile of crap, right? It's still crap, but it is the least worst of all of them, right? And what I think is happening, especially in the global south, the developing world, is you are seeing a lot of people adopt alternatives to state money. But the pattern that you're seeing is people aren't really adopting Bitcoin per se. Of course, there's a percentage of Bitcoin adopters, but what you're really seeing is people adopting stable coins, specifically USDT or, you know, the USDC or whatever, any specific type of stable coins that is a US dollar stable coin. And the thing about those things is that they provide a false sense of financial sovereignty. Number one, because they can freeze it. And number two, because I think eventually, due to its centralization, they will inevitably be co -opted. And they still have inflation baked in, right? So like it's a multitude of factors, but this is why this whole thing is going to be multi -generational, right? I truly believe. And the analogy that I always, always use, and I know it's cliche, the movie The Matrix, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, but this analogy is so useful. Nio was just exposed to The Matrix and Morpheus and Nio are in the construct and Nio goes into denial and he's like, no, this isn't real. And he goes crazy. They pull him out. He gets out of the chair and he just collapses on the floor and, you know, and he just, he just passes out. He can't believe he can't, it's too much for him to take. And then the next, the following scene, Morpheus is standing over Nio while Nio wakes up and Morpheus looks at Nio and he says, Nio, I apologize. After a certain age, we don't pull people out of The Matrix because it's too much for their minds to, for their minds to handle. And I think it's a very fitting analogy to the fiat matrix. If you've lived the majority of your life using paper money that has faces of old people on it or faces of structures or faces of things, you're used to state issued money. You're used to banking. You're not used to taking self custody of your wealth. It is a very, very radical idea. It's not to say that you can't do it, but it's you have to go through a process of unlearning and then learning something new versus what Naim Bukkela is doing in El Salvador, where he's teaching the next generation about Bitcoin right off the gate. So it's not a process of unlearning. It's a process of learning something new. Now, in my specific career, and I know Opti, I'm pretty sure I'm pretty confident he's experienced the same thing before I bring him up. You know, I've been in Bitcoin basically a third of my life. So I had no idea about the traditional financial system. And so I started making Bitcoin content. And I thought, you know, when you start making Bitcoin content, OK, you're just going to talk about Bitcoin. No, it ends up being this macro geopolitical, you know, because Bitcoin is fundamentally going to change the world. That's why we say in the beginning of the show, separation of money and state. And you have you're forced to learn about the traditional financial system. And holy cow, are you just like in awe, you're just like, do things really work like that? That's absolutely insane. Right. So that's what I got to say is yes, absolutely. If you don't have the dollar, Bitcoin is definitely the lifeboat. But that's not to say that people are choosing Bitcoin. People are using or choosing stable coins, again, because I think that they've been conditioned. Right. I think that they've been conditioned to this, to the belief that the dollar is very, very strong. And in the global sense, like before Bitcoin, you could have made that argument and would have been a solid argument. But I'll ask you guys, it's a very simple question. If you have a currency that is designed to inflate and lose purchasing power over time and can also be censored and confiscated easily by the state versus a currency that is designed to increase in purchasing power over time is censorship resistant. I mean, what what do you think people are going to choose eventually? Incentives matter and Bitcoin incentives are the best. And that's truly believe. That's why I truly believe over the long run, enough people will wake up to that fact and adopt it. Right. Anyway. So we're going to talk about all that today. I know I rambled on for quite a bit, but I want to welcome my very special co -host, always optimistic. He had a dream. You had a dream, bro. You had a very interesting dream. You know, I started the Chrissy thing as a joke. I didn't think it was going to end up here. Yeah. Well, guys, if you didn't see my Twitter and I didn't even make this up, I legitimately had a dream last night that I was battling Christine Lagarde and she was a praying mantis and Claus Schwab was a locust. And I had to. That was a third one. I can't remember the third person. Yeah. I don't remember who it was, to be honest, but there was someone else there and I had to battle them. There was like a full Mortal Kombat scene in my dream where I was battling the unproductive parasite, Sat B. Yeah. I can't make up. This is where my life is. Actually, I mean, I think it's because I watched Prometheus again last night trying to unplug and there's that one scene of like the human spider thing. Anyways, anyways, anyways, that's totally not here nor there. To your point, Nico, it's funny that once I look through the world, through the Bitcoin lens and trying to understand Bitcoin and its place in the world, you start to learn a lot about the traditional financial system, global geopolitical macro. And I think we were having this conversation yesterday. It's like being in Bitcoin is just a crash course in how the normal world works, how all of the adult adults in the room see the world and how the financial system works. And then it's just funny because we always filter everything through that Bitcoin lens. And you're just like, we were saying it to each other, it's like Bitcoin changes everything and it's so simple and everything's so convoluted and so complicated in the traditional financial world. And it's just like, I don't know, fix the money, fix the world. It's just so simple. But it really gives you a crash course on life when you start to understand Bitcoin and you start to understand how Bitcoin works and why the fiat system is broken. And yeah, it just it blows my mind that we have learned about the traditional financial system through Bitcoin. And I never learned that before I found Bitcoin. It blows my mind. One hundred percent. I mean, again, like it's like we didn't have to in a way, you know, like and then I can't even imagine our children like they're going to be born in a world where Bitcoin has already existed. Right. So it's just it's just crazy to think. It's like when we think about our parents, like they were born in a world where the Internet didn't exist. You know, like people still read newspapers. That blows my like I can't even conceive of like, you know, of of that world. But I think the paradigm is is going to be so great because I don't think we've ever lived in a world where the money wasn't issued by the king or the emperor or the state or the government, you know, or the, you know, the democratically elected body, whatever this ruling class of people. And every single time throughout history, the ruling class of people manipulated the money to benefit themselves at the expense of the populace, at the expense of the public. Now you have something like Bitcoin where they can't do that. Right. It kind of levels the playing field and it kind of changes the power dynamics of the whole structure entirely. It's very, very fascinating, the entire thing. But you know, what turned from a joke into a meme ended up in Opti's dream. And I think Chrissy as a praying mantis, if anyone could make that A .I. picture of that, that would be dope. Please send it to us. We'll put it on the meme review. Anyways, everybody, let's jump straight into the numbers. We have a lot to talk about today. Let's check it out.

And checking out coinmarketcap .com, we're currently sitting above $1 .07 trillion with about $26 billion in volume in the past 24 hours, Bitcoin dominance at 49 .1 % and even the Ether dominance on the rise today at 18 .5 % and checking out the top 100 crypto gainers of the past 24 hours, holy moly, compound up 20 % trading under 49 bucks, followed by Thor chain up 13 % trading at $1 .94, followed by Lido Dow up 8 % trading at $1 .59 and checking out the top 100 crypto gainers of the past week, massive gains, which we love to see, especially after a pretty bearish altcoin season to say the least. We got CompLead in the pack here as well up 20 % and Rune up 13 .4 % and RLB up 13 % and checking out the crypto greed and fear index, we're currently rated a 46 in fear yesterday at 44 last week, a 47 and last month, a 39 in fear. So there you have it, fam. How many of you are currently bullish on Bitcoin and how many of you took advantage of the recent dip? If so, let me know. It's good to see we pump in once again. So hopefully those positions are now in the green. Now let's break down today's Bitcoin technical analysis, check out the charts and why specifically the market is pumping right now. Here we go. Let's get it. Bitcoin hit new weekly highs after the September 28th Wall Street open as markets awaited fresh cues from the US Federal Reserve. And here you can see in the Bitcoin one hour Campbell chart, pretty freaking bullish to say the least. Data from Cointelegraph and TradingView showed Bitcoin price strength staging a comeback, having delivered what some referred to as a classic pump and dump 24 hours prior during the performance. Bitcoin hit a high of 26 .8, which appeared on Bitstamp as a result of 2 % daily gains before Bitcoin retraced all of its progress, then a slower grind higher than took hold with the bulls edging closer to 27 ,000, which we finally just recaptured here a few moments ago. Now GDP for quarter two grew by 1 .7 % year on year below the projected 2%, while the PCE index data for August came in in line with the expectations, quoting analyst Keith Allen, bring on the volatility. Now meanwhile, data from Binance's order book uploaded by Allen showed little by way of resistance standing in the way of the spot price under the 27 ,000 mark. So as you can see, just more bullishness for the king crypto, the macro data constituted just the prelude of the day's main event. Meanwhile, Jerome Powell, the chairman of the Federal Reserve due to the comment later on today, Powell, whose recent words failed to deliver noticeable volatility to the crypto markets was due to speak at the Fed's conversation with the chairman, a teacher town hall meeting event in Washington DC at 4 p .m. Eastern today. Now commenting on the state of play on Bitcoin markets, popular trader Dan crypto trades was a little more optimistic around the strength of the day's move compared to yesterday, September 27th, quoting him here back to yesterday's highs, but with considerably less open interests. No doubt there is longs chase in here, but it is less frothy than it was yesterday. Would still like to see longs chill out and not get to a full retrace later on. So there you have it. Let me know if you agree or disagree with the analysts. Meanwhile, quoting another analyst, right, capital Bitcoin is right back at the bull market support band cluster of moving averages, challenging to break out beyond them. Let's freaking go. Now, elsewhere in the day's analysis, he acknowledged that 29 ,000 could make a reappearance and still form a part of a broader come down for BTC. As he shares here, it's important to remember the Bitcoin could technically rally even as high as 29 ,000 to form a new lower high, which would be phase A and B. He explained alongside this chart. So there you have it. Let me know if you are currently more bullish or bearish on the King crypto and quoting the high priest of Bitcoin, Max Kaiser, Bitcoin is the North star guiding to the only safe haven asset in the world that protects against inflation confiscation and censorship preach. Now welcome to y 'all just joining us in today's podcast. As always, I appreciate everyone's daily support and means the world. And now let's discuss our next story of the day as Bitcoin continues to pump, shall we? We're going to be discussing the Ethereum futures ETFs, which can get approval. They say potentially as early as next week. So let's break this one down, shall we? Ether futures ETFs could start trading for the first time in the United States as early as next week. According to top Bloomberg analysts on September 28th, which is today, Bloomberg intelligence analyst, James Safart said in an ex post, it was looking like the sec is going to let a bunch of Ethereum futures ETFs go next week. Potentially. His comments were in response to fellow ETF analyst, Eric Balchunes, who said he was hearing that the U S SCC wanted to accelerate the launch of Ethereum future ETFs quitting him here. They want it off their plate before the shutdown, he said, adding that he's heard various filers updates on their documents by Friday afternoon so they can start trading as early as Tuesday next week. As outlined here on X. Now the U S S government's expected to shut down at 1201 a .m. Eastern on October 1st. If Congress fails to agree on or provide funding for the new fiscal year, which is expected to impact the country's financial regulators amongst federal agencies. Now neither specified their sources for the latest update on the long list of crypto ETFs in the queue. There are currently 15 ether futures ETFs from nine issuers currently awaiting approval. According to the analysts in a September 27th note, which is yesterday, companies proposing an Ethereum futures or hybrid ETF product include VanEck pro shares, grayscale volatility shares bitwise direction, as well as round Hill. The analysts gave ether future ETFs a 90 % chance of launching in October with Valkyrie's ether exposure on October 3rd, quoting them here. We expect pure Ethereum futures ETFs to start trading the following week, thanks to volatility shares actions. However, we don't expect all of them to launch. So do note that now as previously reported that ether futures ETFs may be approved in October causing the 11 % spike in ether prices and probably why the Ethereum dominance is up as it's been stagnant and down for quite some time. Ether prices are on the gain, currently just under $1 ,700 and we'll see how high we continue to pump, but do note crypto future products aren't as hotly as anticipated as their spot based alternatives. There are already been Bitcoin futures ETFs approved in the United States since 2021, which is a fact, which leads us to the million dollar question. Why have they approved a futures ETFs, but continue to deny and delay all the spot ETFs? We're going to be getting to that a little later as I share with you the highlights from Congress pressing the chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler. It's going to get very interesting here in a little bit, but now let's dive a little deeper and discuss specifically the spot Bitcoin ETFs and what is happening and why they're being pushed back and the latest updates of where we're currently at. So here we go and welcome y 'all just tuning in. Make sure to smash that like fam. The US SEC has delayed deciding whether to approve or disapprove spot Ether ETFs. And like I said, we're going to be getting in October potentially get some approvals, but in separate notices filed September 27th, the SEC said it would designate a longer period on whether to approve or disapprove these proposed changes. The commission finds it inappropriate to designate a longer period within which to take action on the proposed rule change so that it has sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the issues raised there within. The delay came the same day as the NASDAQ market filed the proposed rule change with the SEC for listing its mix ETH basically ETF, a combination of Ether holdings and futures contracts and also proposed rule changes with the New York Stock Exchange, ARCA for the Grayscale Ethereum Futures Trust, hashtag Bitcoin Futures ETF and the CBOE BXE exchange for the Franklin Bitcoin ETF were all filed. September 27th, that's right. If you're not familiar with Franklin Templeton, there are one and a half trillion dollar asset manager. They're also applying for an ETF. Now the SEC announced September 26th, it would designate a longer period to decide on these spot ETF applications. And as James Safart shares here, here's VanEx delay as expected. So another one, I mean, exactly what we were expecting from the SEC. Now in August, ARK investment manager, founder and CEO Kathy Wood speculated that should the SEC move forward with the spot ETF approvals, it would allow multiple listings simultaneously to avoid giving any single company an advantage over another in the market. Her remarks came before Grayscale Investments won a court battle with the SEC over its spot Bitcoin ETF app, which will likely be reviewed in which they're trying to turn their GBTC product into a spot ETF. So hopefully it happens. To date, the SEC has never approved the spot crypto ETF in the United States, but has allowed the listing of crypto linked futures ETFs and a leveraged Bitcoin futures ETF. Manipulation, fam. The next deadlines for the spot crypto ETF apps from firms, which include the largest asset manager in the world, BlackRock, Wisdom Tree, Invesco, Galaxy, Valkyrie, Bitwise and Fidelity are all scheduled for October. So we'll see how this is likely to play out considering October is now only three days away. Are we going to get some ETF approvals by then? Who knows? I think more than likely they're going to push it back again. However, Congress right now is pressing Gary Gensler to approve a spot Bitcoin ETF and ETPs immediately. So now let's break this down. If you missed Gensler, he was pressed by Congress just yesterday. And I know it's on everyone's mind. So let's break down some of the highlights from this recent hearing with Congress and the chairman of the SEC, Gary Gensler. Let's break it down, shall we? Here we go. Blame for kneecapping capital markets in the U .S. and slam for dodging questions around Bitcoin and Pokemon cards. SEC chair Gensler appears to have had one hell of a grilling from Congress this week. September 27th, the U .S. SEC chief again found himself in front of lawmakers in a scheduled hearing to discuss his agency's oversight of the markets. Here are some of the highlights. First and foremost, you are the Tonya Harding of security regulations. We should create a Gary Gensler diss track, right? One of the more colorful analogies came from U .S. Representative Andy Barr, who accused Gensler of kneecapping the U .S. capital markets with regulatory red tape. Barr referred to the old testimony from Gensler where Gensler argued that the U .S. is the largest, most sophisticated and innovative capital market in the world and that shouldn't have been taken for granted as even gold medalists must keep training. With all due respect, Mr. Chairman, if the U .S. capital markets are gold medalists, you are the Tonya Harding of securities regulations. Ouch. You are kneecapping the U .S. capital markets with an avalanche of red tape coming out of your commission. Preach. Barr is presumably referring to a scandal where U .S. ice skater Tonya Harding, I'm sure you all remember the story, I was a kid when this happened, and an assailant to attack her rival Nancy Kerrigan in the lead up to the 94 U .S. Figure Skating Championships and Winter Olympics. Kerrigan ended up not competing in the U .S. Championships and here is John Dickens who shared it here. Mr. Barr to Gensler, it's hilarious, you gotta watch these clips for yourself if you haven't seen them. So the next highlight, I wish the Biden administration would say, you are fired. That's right, shout out to Warren Davidson who also ripped into Gensler saying he hoped that the Biden administration would fire him. Powerful words. Davidson accused Gensler of pushing a woke political and social agenda and abusing his role as the SEC chairman. Preach. Massive shout out to the senators here doing their job. Damn good job. The U .S. Representative added that he hopes that the SEC Stabilization Act he introduced with fellow representative Tom Emmer could make it happen. Quoting him here, you're making the case for this bill, which is the SEC Stabilization Act. Every day you're acting as a chairman, he concluded, and Gensler wasn't even given a chance to respond. Now next highlight, Gensler reiterates Bitcoin isn't a security. That's right. When asked by U .S. House Committee Financial Services Chair Patrick McHenry whether Bitcoin is a security, Gensler eventually relented stating the Bitcoin didn't meet the Howie test. Quoting him here, it does not meet the Howie test, which is the law of the land. Then McHenry suggested Bitcoin must be a commodity, which Gensler avoided answering. Mr. No Clarity Gary, hence how he got the nickname, saying the test for that is outside the scope of U .S. security laws. Mr. Gensler, we're living in a clown world with this guy. Henry also suggested that Gensler try to choke off the digital asset ecosystem facts and refuse to be transparent with Congress about the SEC's connections with the FTX and former CEO SBF facts. Gensler also wasn't given the chance to respond to the claims made by McHenry. Next highlight, are Pokemon trading card securities? Gensler says it depends. Can't make this stuff up. Quoting Representative Richie Torres, I cross -examine SEC Chair Gensler about the term investment contract, which is key to determining his authority over crypto. Gensler struggled to answer basic questions like whether an investment contract requires a contract. His evasions are defeating and damning. Suppose I was to purchase Pokemon card. Would you constitute a security for this transaction? Gensler responded, well, I don't know the context before eventually concluding it isn't a security if you purchased it in a store. And then Torres asked if I were to purchase a tokenized Pokemon card on a digital exchange via the blockchain. Is that then a transaction? And then Mr. No Clarity Gary said, I'd have to know more because I don't know anything. Yeah, you can't make this stuff up. Gensler then explained to it when it's investing the public can anticipate profits based upon the efforts of others. Then the core of the Howie test, which it is, Torres called Gensler's evasions as damning to say the least. And the next highlight, a sign of defiance. Meanwhile, amongst the back and forth cross examinations between Gensler and representatives, the eagle eyed observers noticed a Coinbase stand with crypto logo behind the SEC chairman. Isn't that interesting? The Coinbase led initiative is a 14 month long campaign that launched back in August aiming to push crypto legislation in the United States. Coinbase also ran a stand with crypto day, which took place in Washington, D .C. September 27th to advocate for better cryptocurrency innovation and policy. So again, shout out to Warren Davidson, Tom Emmer, all the senators for holding Gary Gensler accountable. Hopefully they do something about it. What's your thoughts, fam? Do you think Gary is likely to listen to them and follow their instructions and approve a Bitcoin ETF immediately? Or do you think he'll continue kicking the can down the road as long as possible until he leaves his position as the chairman of the SEC? Let me know your honest thoughts in the comments right down below. Now let's break down the latest prediction coming from crypto analyst Michael Vanay Pop for some price actions for Bitcoin for the fourth quarter, which we are currently in for 2023. Then we'll break down the latest from the Winklevoss twins and their five hundred thousand dollar Bitcoin price action as the price action of Bitcoin continues to pump, baby. Let's go. Here we go. Let's break this baby down. Crypto trader Michael Vanay Pop is expressing bullish sentiment on Bitcoin in the coming months. Despite the recent struggles in a new video, he says that Bitcoin is on the cusp of reaching levels that offer accumulation opportunities per inch. According to the analyst, the trader Bitcoin could subsequently start an uptrend. Ultimately, Bitcoin is into an area of consolidation here, which makes it very likely we're going to have to retest here at twenty five, six and twenty five eight. If we are having a recess in that region, then there is this zone where I want to start buying my entries because of the recess, which is the ultimate recess. And if we're not going to get that, the flip to twenty six thousand five hundred, that is going to be the area where I think I want to activate my positions as well. And then we can start targeting twenty eight thousand. And then we can also start targeting the higher numbers, thirty thousand dollars plus or even more in the projection of quarter four. That is going to be very positive overall. Let me know if you agree that we'll have an overall positive quarter as we about to enter October. Let's go. Vanay Pop also says Bitcoin's current price action is similar to what was witnessed in the prior pre halving year, quitting him again. As long as we stay above the 200 week exponential moving average, we most likely are going to continue to the upside. And it starts to be very comparable to the period that we witnessed in 2015 and 2016. In this case, we needed it, but we started to consolidate and start to trend up afterwards. It is very likely to this period to slowly but surely the price starts to crawl up. And then we are going to have a case of the upside in the markets overall. And to watch this video analysis, the analyst did check the show notes below the video in the description. It's entitled Bitcoin price. I am looking to buy. So there you have it. And let me know if you agree or disagree with the analysts and are you currently bullish on the King crypto or do you think we're going to dip and test the lower levels? Let me know your honest thoughts, fam. And now let's break down our next story of the day. And the Winklevoss twins on the spot, Bitcoin ETF continuously being basically denied and kicked back and pushed back for the past decade. And then we're going to dive into their half a million dollar Bitcoin price prediction and why they're so confident that the Bitcoin price is going to hit their big target. So here we go. Let's discuss them with the SEC first. This was a story which was, let's see when their tweet was actually, let's scroll down. This is Cameron Winklevoss. This was actually on July 1st, it got 1 .1 million views. Now let me read the tweet. Today marks 10 years since Tyler and I filed for the first spot Bitcoin ETF. That's right. Over a decade ago, the SEC governor's refusal to approve these products for a decade has been a complete and utter disaster for US investors and demonstrates how the SEC is a failed regulator. Here's why. They protected investors from the best performing asset of the last decade. They pushed investors into toxic products like the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, GBTC, which trades at a massive discount to NAV and charges astronomical fees. They pushed spot Bitcoin activity offshore to unlicensed and unregulated venues. They pushed investors into the arms of FTX, subjecting them to one of the largest financial frauds in modern history. Preach. Maybe the SEC will reflect on its dismal record and instead of overstepping a statutory power and trying to act like a gatekeeper of economic life, it'll focus on fulfilling its mandate of investor protection, fostering fair and orderly markets and facilitating capital formation. This would have led to much better outcomes for US investors. Preach. In the meantime, best of luck to all those fighting the good fight to bring the US spot Bitcoin ETFs to life onwards. So much respect. I mean, 10 years of denying this ETF. I mean, you can't make this stuff up. I think they shared perfectly some of the reasoning. It's to hurt the investors and keep you poor and keep you wrecked and keep you desolate and dependent upon a broken government that threw us overboard so frickin long ago. So much respect to the Winklevoss twins. If you didn't know, they're the owners of the Gemini exchange and they were the very first ever to submit the spot Bitcoin ETF app to the SEC over a decade ago. And obviously they're sick and tired of Gary Gensler, his no clarity and his shenanigans. Just like the rest of us, it's time to fire Gensler. If you think Gensler should be investigated and potentially fired, let me know in the comments right down below and I'll be reading your comments out loud here in a little bit. Now for our breaking story of the day, let's discuss the Winklevoss twins and their case for a $500 ,000 Bitcoin price, which they believe is coming soon. So let's break this down, shall we? And welcome to y 'all just joining us in the live chat. Much love and much respect. So here we go. Winklevoss twins' prediction, Bitcoin will soon hit $500 ,000 per coin. And why? And again, shout out to Tyler and Cameron. Let's get, we already know their background, early Bitcoin investors, OGs, early investors as well with Facebook. Some claim that they're the real creators of Facebook and Zuckerberg stole it. But nonetheless, in a recent interview with the National News, the twins explained they remain convinced of the future of crypto. The main reason is the revolutionary and technical properties as well as the potential of Bitcoin to act as a store of value similar to gold. And in addition, crypto has many other advantages, mainly through programmability. Hence, the Winklevoss brothers believe that Bitcoin could even replace the precious metal. In the long term, Tyler Winklevoss shared the following. If you look at the properties that make gold valuable, Bitcoin matches each attribute or does better. The gold disruption story of Bitcoin is super powerful. We believe in it. Tyler Winklevoss explained his reasoning for the $500 ,000 Bitcoin price action, quitting him here. If you do the math, 21 million in the supply of Bitcoin, the market cap of gold, let's say it's 10 trillion, maybe it's 11 trillion, somewhere in that ballpark, that puts one Bitcoin if it disrupts gold and gets that market cap at $500 ,000 per coin. The two brothers did not want to give specific investment tips. However, Cameron reveals the strategy that they use, which is generally the simplest, which is simply HODL. Hold on for dear life, quitting him here. Generally speaking, if you subscribe to Bitcoin being a store of value type investment, then that strategy is HODL. The same way you would HODL gold is you buy and HODL long term investments. So according to the Winklevoss twins predicting the Bitcoin price will hit $500 ,000, they say predictions are difficult, but they believe that Bitcoin will hit the milestone within a decade. And when they were more recently interviewed and asked, where do you see Bitcoin in five years time? Here's what Cameron Winklevoss responded. We usually take a decade view on it. When we wrote a piece on the value that predicted it being $500 ,000 Bitcoin, we said within the decade. And I believe they wrote that in 2020. So they're basically saying by the year 2030, they're anticipating a $500 ,000 plus Bitcoin price with Bitcoin overtaking that of gold as far as the market cap. Now is that in three years from now or nine years? The timing part is hard, but I think the Bitcoin created $1 trillion worth of value in under a decade. That is fact. I believe back in November of 2021, Bitcoin's market cap surpassed a trillion dollar milestone and the total crypto market cap surpassed $3 trillion. But as of today, we're closer to a $500 billion Bitcoin market cap with the entire crypto market cap down to a trillion. Now, it also spawned many huge productions such as Ethereum and the entire asset class. He continues. If you look at the value increases in Bitcoin, it is this punctuated equilibrium where it is steady, steady, steady, and then boom, it reaches a new price level. This is the new normal. So it can happen very quickly. So there you have it, fam. Ultimately saying when Bitcoin takes off, it explodes quick and vast. And especially considering that two of the most bullish catalysts in Bitcoin history were on the cusp of. Six months away from a Bitcoin halving, we all know the Bitcoin cycles every four years, it drives the Bitcoin price up as it increases the scarcity as well as increase demand, basic stock to flow, numbers must go up. And we also have the approval of a Bitcoin ETF likely to take place in 2024, especially with Congress on Gensler's. But we also have the ETF experts such as Eric Balchunes given a 95 % chance probability that a spot Bitcoin ETF likely get approved in 2024. Those two catalysts will absolutely make Bitcoin rip to new all time highs entering price discovery mode like we have never seen before. So how high do you think the Bitcoin price will likely climb by the time of this next halving? Roughly six months out, scheduled to take place sometime in April of next year. Let me know your thoughts in the comments right down below. And don't forget to check out cryptonewsalerts .net for the full premium experience with video and to participate in the live Q &A. As it was in the beginning, is now, and never shall be, world without end. Amen. Day 9. The Celestial Choir of Angels. The Angels' primary focus is the caretakership of humanity and the world. While the lowest ranked of all the angelic beings, if one accepts the idea of a regulated angelic organization, angels are nevertheless members of the heavenly host and thus possess the profound and beautiful attributes given to them by their Creator. They are beings of pure spirituality and exist to fulfill the task given to them by God. Chief among these are to act as messengers of the Lord to the earth and guardians of the human soul. By the intercession of St. Michael and the Celestial Choir of Angels, may the Lord grant us to be protected by them in this mortal life and conducted hereafter to eternal glory. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. O glorious Prince St. Michael, chief and commander of the heavenly hosts, guardian of souls, vanquisher of rebel spirits, servant of the house of the Divine King, and our admirable conductor, thou who dost shine with excellence in superhuman virtue, vouchsafe to deliver us from all evil, who turn to thee with confidence, and enable us by thy gracious protection to serve God more and more faithfully every day. Pray for us, O glorious St. Michael, Prince of the Church of Jesus Christ, that we may be made worthy of his promises. Almighty and everlasting God, who by a prodigy of goodness and a merciful desire for the salvation of all men, hast appointed the most glorious Archangel St. Michael, Prince of Thy Church, make us worthy, we beseech thee, to be delivered from all our enemies, that none of them may harass us at the hour of death, but that we may be conducted by him into the august presence of Thy divine majesty. This we beg through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

A highlight from Day 8 The Archangels St. Michael and the Holy Angels Novena Discerning Hearts Catholic Podcasts

"A novena to St. Michael and the Holy Angels. O God, come to my assistance. O Lord, make haste to help me. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and never shall be, world without end. Amen. Day 8. The Celestial Choir of Archangels. The Archangels' primary duty, as is clear from their appearances in Scripture, is to carry out the will of God as it relates directly to humanity. They bring to the world the prayerful blessings of the Lord and the special concern of God for each and every human life. It is for that reason that the Archangels, like their close counterparts, the angels, are said to intervene so regularly in the affairs of men and women, be it on a battlefield, in an impending disaster, or in the private anguish and sorrow of the living. In each case, they impart a portion of their immense compassion and love, giving comfort, solace, or fortitude at the darkest of moments. By the intercession of St. Michael and the Celestial Choir of Archangels, may the Lord give us perseverance in faith and in all good works, in order that we gain the glory of Paradise. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and for all that is to come, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. Prince St. Michael, chief and commander of the heavenly hosts, guardian of souls, vanquisher of rebel spirits, servant in the house of the Divine King, and our admirable conductor, thou who dost shine with excellence in superhuman virtue, vouchsafe to deliver us from all evil, who turn to thee with confidence, and enable us by thy gracious protection to serve God more and more faithfully every day. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Joining us now is Russ Vogt, president of the Center for Renewing America. It is September 26th. The shutdown is looming on September 30th. Russ, thank you for joining us. We've had a lot of congressmen on the program, some great guys, Congressman Dan Bishop, Matt Gaetz, we've had Chip Roy. But I'll be honest, it is a Chinese fire drill. It is disorganized. You have people on every single side. I was on the phone this morning. No one knows what the heck is going on. So Russ, what are you hearing? What can we expect coming to September 30th? Do you think the government's going to shut down? I do think it's going to shut down. I think that's where we are. And I think it's good because this is the last leverage point we have against the Biden administration. And you're right, Charlie, in the sense that when you have kind of an intentional strategy on the part of leadership to force this into a corner, it's going to leave something to be desired on the execution front. But here's the good news. I think the House conservatives are increasingly united in forcing a conversation about moving forward on bill by bill and really focusing on the woke and weaponized restrictions that need to be put in place to put a vice grip around the Biden administration's activities against the American people. I think you're going to see those kinds of debates this week, and it's going to move to a good place in terms of the theatrics of the last several weeks. I want to make sure that we calm down the alarmism. So I received a couple emails this weekend. Charlie, I can't believe you want a government shutdown. I need my Social Security checks. Russ, let's tell the truth about this. Social Security still goes out. Medicare still goes out. Essential government services, which I find hilarious because if they're not essential, why do they have jobs? They should all be fired. This is a partial, very partial, let's just call it a fractional government pause because it's not actually a shutdown because they all get back pay. It's basically the secret that no one wants to say is that a lot of government workers are hoping for this because they basically get a vacation. Russ, tell us what really happens because this is important. You've got the parameters of this. Two -thirds of the federal government is on autopilot. Not a good situation, but the reality of where we are. So a third of the federal government is subject to what we call the annual appropriations process. But if you're on Social Security, there's nothing to worry about. You're going to get your check, and you're going to get your check on time. Medicare, the Department of Defense is going to continue to be out there defending our country. All of the people that are in the business of securing this country are going to be similarly at their posts. What this does is this says for those of you who are working on the Biden climate regulations at the EPA or the Department of Interior, sorry, you're going to have to go home. You're not going to be able to be at your desk and working. So this is not something – there are tried and true ways, and I've managed this for President Trump, to make this painless as possible consistent with the law. We thankfully blazed a pretty good trail on that, that they're going to have a hard time playing politics with this. We'll be holding them accountable. But in terms of the – this is not a situation where you're going to go off a cliff, and somehow you're not going to get your government benefits. It's just not the case. Okay, so let's get into this here. What then is the ask? Because the way I look at it, the way the stars have aligned, the universe, all of a sudden – I'm not happy about this, but it just so happens the border has never been as bad as it is right now. And that's like intersecting right with this funding fight over border security. Russ, if Republicans can't get this done, when there's 8 ,500 people illegally entering an eagle pass alone, I mean, it's not as if this is something that happened six months ago. This is actively occurring. Then Republicans are completely worthless. Russ, so what is the ask, and strategically, what is your advice for how they actually get it done? So my view is that they have had a wonderful banner, a messaging parameter called no security, no funding, that allows them to be able to go at this seminal threat that we're seeing along the border, and to make that a very, very important issue. I also think it allows them to deal with the weaponization at the Department of Justice. I don't think that we can leave this leverage point without doing something against the regime that is trying to steal the next election, and at the same time going against half the country and considering them enemies of the state. So I think there's a lot of things that can be done, but if we don't get to the end of this process and have dealt with those two issues, and then spend a lot of time trying to defund the offices doing the bad activities, I'll consider it a failure. So the goal needs to be then not paperwork processors on the border, but actual border security. That's a major difference. But also, I think that the pressure needs to be that Joe Biden needs to start deporting these people. He's hosting them and just releasing them into the interior of the United States. Exactly. And there's a specific rider that needs to be put in place, and Stephen Miller has been calling for this some time, as well as Chip Roy. It needs to be illegal in the sense that you can't spend the money to be able to release someone into the border. That's the kind of thing that it's not just about changing laws that they ignore. It's about saying that a bureaucrat is going to be facing criminal charges in violation of the Anti -Deficiency Act if they ignore the appropriations law that's saying that they can't do that. And as a result, that will change a lot of the policies that we've been asking for. So we're looming towards this lockdown. Re -emphasize what you're saying about leadership. How has leadership basically set the table for failure? Build that out for us. Sure. The year started with much promise. For the first time, House Republicans were governing with conservatives in their caucus, and they were achieving things that no one thought was possible to pass $5 trillion in potential cuts. At the debt limit deal, Kevin McCarthy walked away from House conservatives and went essentially into coalition with House Democrats. At the time, he used it as an excuse. He said, we'll do all this through the appropriations process. That was an excuse, because they then didn't move any of the appropriations bills themselves. It's not like these bills are passed out of the House and sitting in the Senate. Instead, they've had a pileup in which we are now up against a deadline, and they're asking for more time. But the problem is that McCarthy has never governed from the standpoint of we're going to use leverage points to save the country. Instead, he puts a cartel view on it, which is we're going to try to minimize what is necessary to get past this leverage point, because otherwise it will have political risk. I think you and I agree, we're not going to save the country without managing political risk, and we can do that. We have done that previously in shutdowns, and the country will reward Republicans when they fight over these leverage points. That's what we're asking right now, and I think conservatives are insisting on it, and so far, he's having to go in their direction. Yeah, and I think we need to reject the framing of shutdown, which, by the way, ideologically, all I'm on board for. Maybe a pause? I mean, how else can we message this? Because, Russ, here's what's going to happen, right? So we are barreling towards not getting a deal done on Saturday, right? And honestly, I hope a deal doesn't get done in the sense of enough, draw a line in the sand, show your voters you're fighting. It's better for no deal than a bad deal. I think you would agree with that, right, Russ? It's better for no deal at all than a bad deal. And so September 30th happens, and again, your Social Security checks still go out, Medicare still goes out, military still do. You have the DEI, you know, lesbian bureaucrats at the Department of Homeland Security or whatever that might not, you know, be going to work for a couple days. Honestly, good thing. So, but Russ, let's just kind of think about this. How could we better message it? Because the media, Sunday morning, I face the nation, CBS, all that full court press, Republicans shut down the government once midnight hits on Saturday night. So how do we get ahead of this and preemptively message it, not just be on our heels and play defense? Yeah, I mean, I think the reality is, to go back to the facts, what is occurring here is a lapse in funding. It is a lapse in funding. The government is not shutting down. The Department of Defense is still up and running. That would be the case if it actually shut down. Those people would not be at their post. What is happening? Funding is lapsed. Funding will come back on when Congress reaches a deal. And I think if we can communicate facts in that vein, we will help our case and explain to the American people what's actually going on. But here's the thing that I would say. These leverage points in which there is confrontation, there is political risk, are incredibly important because the only chance that we get to get the country's attention. It's when people who are not listening to politics are listening to their Christian music station or whatever they're listening to. And all of a sudden they have the news update that's saying, OK, there's a government lapse. What are the terms that are being discussed? Oh, the weaponization of the Department of Justice. That's what we want. And that is a feature, not a bug, of our politicians here in the cartel of Washington, D .C. Russ, you're doing a wonderful job. Center for Renewing America. We're going to have you back on. September 30th is the big day. I think we're going to swing and miss. But honestly, I'd rather have us strike out with no deal than one that betrays our voters. Russ, thank you so much. You bet. Thanks, Charlie.

A highlight from 1267. Xbox Leaks Crypto Wallet | Microsoft x Meta Web3 Analysis

"All right, so big news in the industry today, we're going to break it all down for you. This is all about the Microsoft leak documents and its connection to crypto. So this is an important one. If you are interested in crypto at all, even if you're not a gamer, you want to stay around for this one. It's going to be a good one. My name is Paul Baron. Welcome back into Tech Path. Let's get into it today. And I do want to thank our sponsor, and that is Tangem. If you guys are looking at self -custody, this is one of the tools that I like. And it's a great tool because it's utilizing a card system that is basically an NFC device. If you go over to their website, you can learn a little bit more about the Tangem wallet. And if you decide you want to get one, there's a couple of options you've got. You can go right in and get their most recent one, which is the new Tangem wallet releasing here in early October. And then, or possibly even go in and get your classic wallet. The cool thing with the new one is you're going to have the optional seed phrase among some other things. Now, one of the questions that I'm asked often is, how secure is this, Paul? Is it? Because in many cases, if you've had NFC cards, you know, there's these technologies out there that are able to breach these. And Tangem tweeted something that was happening over at one of their events. And this is a product called Flipper Zero, which Flipper Zero, let me kind of play this for you guys real quick, and it'll show you real quick. So the wallet here, let's try reading his NFC. So, reads it, but it can't parse the data. So, let's go ahead... All right, so what Flipper Z does is essentially can analyze any NFC, most NFC, and able to pull the data right from the card. They were unable to crack the wallet right here on Tangem. So they showed that example. So if you guys are interested in security, and that's your thing, and it should be anytime you do self -currency, this may be a solution for you. Make sure and use our discount code, it's down in the links below. All right, so let's get into a couple of points, starting with this news right here. Leaked documents show that Microsoft recently explored the idea of supporting crypto wallets on Xbox consoles. Do you think this next console or software update will include support for crypto? This was actually from Forbes, where they were talking about the leaked documents, showed an Xbox roadmap from May of 2022 that included support for crypto wallets. Now, this is pretty big. Now, there's a lot here that supports this. Other than the leaked documents, we'll break into all of that for you guys as well. And also what its potential is. Now, this was a tweet we put out back in March of this year, March 18th. We put out this, Ethereum and NFT wallets coming directly to Microsoft Edge browser. Browser -based games are about to get a helping hand from the most powerful tech company in the world, being Microsoft. And then we showed the actual function of it, and I'll zoom in and on that. Right there is the crypto wallet integration. This is Edge wallets, and then right there is Ethereum. So again, this is the early stages of what many of these tech companies are prepping for, which I think is going to be a war in the gaming market. Now, this has happened before with Microsoft. Remember the browser wars when Microsoft essentially was going head to head with Netscape. And at the time, Netscape had most of the market share, was doing so great, and everybody kind of counted Microsoft out. And of course, Internet Explorer came, it kind of opened up the browser wars, Google came in behind that and pretty much took most of the market share. But the point is that Microsoft is making some moves. Here was a good example. Here was Azure, NFT solution accelerator. So this again also ties into Microsoft and the use of platforms like Ethereum. So more data kind of showing in where exactly their strategy is going. If you look at the Fortune 100 Web3 investors by number of deals, Citibank, Goldman, IBM, Google, Microsoft, number 15 right there. So you can see this is getting pretty interesting right here when it comes to the major companies understanding where this is going. Now, most of this has been mostly on the institutional side, which is reasonable and understandable. But I think Google and Microsoft are definitely out here in front. Now, the question will be is, how does this play into the rest of the market? Here's some examples of some companies, let me kind of zoom in on this for you guys, of some companies already making a lot of Web3 moves. Obviously, Microsoft with Activision, their acquisition positions Microsoft to build metaverse capabilities. You've got Meta and Imagine PTIX, PayPal and Curve. You can see there's a lot of companies in here that have really started to connect the dots here. Nike Artifact, we've covered it extensively. And then obviously, Apple, we'll see how that goes with their virtual worlds on the avatar side. The other things that I think when we get into this, if you think about, well, is Microsoft ready for this? And I think one of the things that Microsoft, a lot of people don't realize this, they have learned their lesson of these early -stage growth markets. And what I mean by that, this is a statement that goes all the way back into, you know, Wikipedia land. And ironically, I worked for Microsoft at the time when all this was going on. And this was by Bill Gates, where he simply said, this is also famous that the internet were not interested in it. This was a quote from Bill Gates in 1993. Let me kind of zoom in on that for you guys. And the internet, you know, we're not really interested in. And the reason I know this is because when I was working with Microsoft, you know, as a young tech guy, I was thinking, oh my God, this internet thing is going to be an absolute barnstorm. We're going to see an unbelievable growth, unbelievable innovation. And the teams that I was working for, all of my uppers, were essentially saying, don't worry about it. We're going to focus on OS and the future of the, you know, the WordSuite and all the utilities and productivity tools. And I couldn't believe it that that was happening, but it did. And I think Microsoft has learned something from that history in being too late to an early -stage market. And that, I think, is where we're going right now. When I go to this next clip right here, it gets into the Xbox history because they also almost lost the war. Listen in. The Xbox One was a byproduct of a lost and misguided Microsoft, which did not have the interest of gamers at heart. All we heard was TV, TV, sports TV, TV, TV, followed by horribly disconnected attempts at salvaging a situation where irreparable damage had already been done. Fortunately, we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity. It's called Xbox 360. Stick with 360. That's your message. Well, if you have zero access to the Internet. Meanwhile, its opposition went on from strength to strength, using Xbox's missteps to enhance its position. Xbox went on to lose its stronghold in two key regions, the United Kingdom and more critically, the United States. At the time, all this seemed like a near impossible task. Many were talking about the possible disappearance of Xbox from the gaming space altogether. It nearly happened. But instead, in comes in Phil Spencer, the newly appointed head of Xbox. All right, so Spencer was kind of the Messiah there and understanding the challenge that he was up against in terms of being able to go against, you know, makers like Sony, etc., that really kind of dominated the gaming space. The Activision deal was so critical for their success going forward, especially in the gaming sector. But now the question is, how do they maybe one up their competition? Because there is a new innovation land that is pretty much untouched. It's a brand new area called Web3 and what we'll see with the use case of crypto and NFTs. All of this is about to crack into what I think is going to happen in the gaming sector right now. If you look at this next clip, which is where Spencer talks a little bit more about creators and this is why I think we can draw the conclusion. Let's go to a clip by Phil Spencer on creators and why this is important. Listen. So that's why Xbox is interested in, you know, going down this road hand in hand with Activision as a king. But what's the benefit to gamers and creators and if possible, is that maybe an angle in the UK that benefits them? In the end, it's all about player and creator benefit. Like we know that as building a platform, if our players aren't finding great games to play and if our creators don't feel like they can build the best games and find players for those games, like nothing else matters. Because we're trying to create a larger marketplace for people who are building games across more screens. Different business models help players and it helps creators as well. And that's our job. And in the end, this has to benefit players and creators or it hasn't been successful for Xbox. I think his statement right there of benefiting creators in the end is critical to the overall strategy of how Xbox is going to go. Xbox and Microsoft are going to go forward and the tie into Web3 and NFTs is going to open up a whole new, not only creator community, but also a creator industry in terms of revenue, business models. All those kind of things are going to really advance in Web3 and I think that is the scenario that Xbox, with these leaked documents, might be setting up along with Microsoft. If you look at what's happening though with Meta, obviously Meta Connect this week, they had something that was kind of interesting. And that was the fact in this little promo, they actually put in a statement in there and the first look at what's next for the metaverse. So they're still using the term. They still see the potential here. And the predictions of what Meta is going to be doing and what Mark Zuckerberg is going to be doing could be much bigger here. And there's some interesting correlation between Meta and Microsoft. Now, you have to think about it. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Now, think about who the enemy is here. It's most likely Apple and what is happening with Vision Pro. I think there may be a connection here that starts to set things up quite interestingly. Now, as you look at Meta, this was just a quick clip right there from something that Zuckerberg posted. And part of this was really the fact that most likely we're going to see something dropping from Lego in connection with Meta. So again, most likely a lot of new stuff dropping, most likely we're going to see some hardware. And what I'm really interested in is what does that roadmap look for with all of these new devices and potentially new experiences coming to Meta. And we'll find out on the Connect Event. Let's go over to this next clip. This is getting into Game Pass and how this connection into VR works, especially tied into what was happening during this leak. Listen in. We have waited so long for Xbox to finally come to our Quest headsets. And while none other than Mark Zuckerberg made a huge promise that Game Pass would be coming soon to the Quest 2, Microsoft leaked some very important documents that showed their interest and plans for upcoming VR products, with them mentioning that they see XR as their future opportunity, even so much that Xbox can leverage it to build its next -gen platform for immersive apps and games. But probably the most important one noted that Microsoft wanted to expand its hardware portfolios to include complete new categories pointing towards VR devices.

"FTX collapsed this week from crypto king to criminal suspects. The less generous view is that you have committed a massive fraud. I mean, I'm deeply sorry. Saying sorry means nothing. I made a series of mistakes that seem they don't just seem dumb. They seem like the type of mistakes I could see myself having ridiculed someone else for having me. I'm Zach Guzman. You're listening to the SPF defense podcast, an exclusive coinage investigation. I've met SPF in person three times. Once when he just bought the naming rights to the Miami Heat's arena, once in the Bahamas at their huge extravaganza with Tom Brady, and once at his parents' home under house arrest, ankle bracelet included. In fact, I was the last journalist to interview him before he was sent to prison for breaking his bail agreement. I showed up to his parents' house near Stanford's campus on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by a security guard who informed me I'd have to leave all my electronics with him outside. I had interviewed Sam plenty of times, just never after being wandered down with a metal detector, and certainly never while he was under house arrest. Three hours later, Sam agreed to answer questions from the coinage community and surprisingly handed me about 50 pages of documents outlining his defense strategy, and exactly what he says led to FTX's downfall. After reading it through and realizing neither myself nor anyone at coinage is an attorney, we brought in the best person we could think of, Mark Litt, the government's lead prosecutor in his case against Bernie Madoff. This is part one of our series investigating SBF's upcoming defense. In this episode, Mark Litt provides his unique insight on the unanswered questions surrounding the relationship between SBF and Caroline Ellison, his girlfriend turned cooperating witness. You were one of the former lead prosecutors on the Bernie Madoff case, one of the biggest Ponzi schemes, not the largest Ponzi scheme in American history. When you look at that case and compare it and contrast it with what's being alleged that Sam Bankman Fried did to St. Alameda and FTX, what do you see? Here, the government is alleging among other things that promises were made to investors and promises were broken, and the promises were material. So there's a couple of charges relating to derivatives, trading fraud and conspiracy to commit that fraud. There's one I think for conspiracy to commit securities fraud and the substantive count of securities fraud. There is money laundering attached to those. So it's not a Ponzi scheme, but it's fraud. It just happens to be in a wrapper of cryptocurrency, which is novel. Well, just start on what you would do if you were Sam's attorney. Well, what I would have been doing and what I would be doing right now is developing whatever I can to cross the cooperators who are going to be critical to the prosecution. When you look at what's happening here and the fact as this goes to trial that you're going to need to convince 12 jurors that a crime was carried out, how does that element of cryptocurrency or the fact that maybe it's not as simple as an outright Ponzi scheme, what does that do to the prosecution side, defense side when you think about what's going to happen in this case? I don't think it changes it all that much. In a trial involving an equity stock or a bond, you may have to do some explanation to the jury about some of the terminology they're going to hear about. Cryptocurrency is newer. You might have to do a little bit more of that to provide context. But the case isn't about cryptocurrency. It's about, again, representations made and not kept. It's about taking money from one pocket and using it for purposes of another company in another pocket without the investor knowing that. That's not hard for a jury to understand. The defense may want to make it about cryptocurrency and go off on a tangent about the intricacies of trading and all of that, but it's not really relevant to the charges.

"A novena to St. Michael and the holy angels. O God, come to my assistance. O Lord, make haste to help me. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and never shall be, world without end. Amen. Day 7 The Celestial Choir of Principalities The principalities are the first of the choirs most concerned with the earth and are traditionally declared to have the roles of caretakers over every nation, province, county, district, city, town, village, and house, working with the guardian angels who also are assigned to every spot and person. Two other areas of concerns for the principalities are religion and politics. The former they encourage to spread by prayer and spiritual encouragement. The latter they seek to regulate for the good of humanity by guiding the thoughts and especially the ethics what Dionysius termed the leaders of people all over the world. By the intercession of St. Michael and the Celestial Choir of Principalities, may God fill our souls with the true spirit of obedience. Amen. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses. As we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. O glorious Prince St. Michael, chief and commander of the heavenly hosts, guardian of souls, vanquisher of rebel spirits, servant in the house of the divine king, and our admirable conductor, thou who dost shine with excellence in superhuman virtue, thou shafed to deliver us from all evil, who turn to thee with confidence, and enable us by thy gracious protection to serve God more and more faithfully every day. As it was in the beginning, is now, and never shall be, world without end. Amen. Day 6 The Celestial Choir of Powers The powers have the task of defeating the efforts of the demons in overthrowing the world and are declared the awesome defenders of the cosmos against all evil and the maintainers of all cosmic order and equilibrium. They are the guardians of the heavenly paths, policing the routes to and from heaven to the earth, which means that they concern themselves as well with all humanity. The great harmonizers, they assist each soul to overcome the temptations placed before it to do evil and to lean instead toward the proper action, which is to love and worship God. By the intercession of St. Michael and the Celestial Choir of Powers, may the Lord vouch save to protect our souls against the snares and temptations of the devil. A highlight from A MAN'S GIFT

"Hi everyone good morning you're welcome to the refinance on his podcast once again and I'm your host the beneath the bassin I trust that the Lord is he then has been so gracious to you all right without wasting most of your time I I just wanted to share a bit of what the Lord is laying in my heart this morning with you and I'm trying to bring a corrective doctrine and let's bring a balance to this very subject because it has been it has been trending for a while and I just want us to have a proper understanding what scriptures really talked about our central text will be taken from Proverbs chapter 18 from verse 16 and it is actually talking about the wisdom in getting along with others okay so I got to understand that to actually relate properly with other people that there is a certain kind of wisdom that the Lord has the Lord expect of us yes there's something that the Lord expect of us yes there is an attitude there's a lifestyle it expects us to live so I I trust that the Lord will help us this morning in the name of Jesus so Proverbs chapter 18 from verse 16 I'm gonna read it in different translations and how the myths of God explain it I mean bit by bit so the Bible says in King James Version a man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men all right the good news Bible says that do not do you want to meet an important person is it take a gift and it will be easy that's a good news translation so let's go to the passion translation the person translation says would you like to meet a very important person is it take a generous gift it would do wonders to gain entrance into his presence you see this very scripture is bringing so much attention to what has been trending so they must gift make it room for him so a lot of people used to think it is what they call it now it is relating to someone's inherent talent someone's order calling now like let's say gifting oh I was born with a gift but the scriptures in Hebrew chapter 18 is practically talking about your relationship with other people and in verse 16 the Bible says if you want to get access you want to meet an important person if you want to be faithful by an important person now we're not talking about bribery as in Proverbs chapter 17 essentially Proverbs chapter 17 was talking about bribery no it's not bribery but this is this gift is giving you access now this talks about access to to important personalities amen so the Bible says if you want to meet an important person get a generous gift and it's going to do wonders I think that's a passion translation you're going to do a lot of wonders so I also carefully look at this in some other perspectives so the Proverbs is a simple recognition of factual generosity and politeness opens many many doors so you can just go to meet an important person for example the let me get let me get let me get that scripture straight but I want to really place so much emphasis I mean so much so much emphasis on on this very subject because I know that there has been a whole lot of misappropriation miss everything has been I mean everything has been taken in the wrong direction so Deuteronomy chapter chapter come chapter 16 verse 16 the Bible says three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose in the feast of unleavened bread and in the feast of weeks and in the feast of tabernacles and they shall not appear before the Lord empty amen so this is not talking about your talent not talk about your gift this is more of your reverence your honor to a person that you you revere highly this is having to talk about your attitude your your the level at which you are not a person that this important person you're going to me so it must make it so all that can be very foolish and they go to meet an important person empty handed okay but you came with a gift you have so much access okay you have so much attention because you you have whole not this person coming to it you did not come to meet this person empty handed you came with something so a gift is more is more general than bread so here the proverb simply says that a gift can expedite matters but says nothing about bribing judges no so in Genesis chapter 43 verse 11 Jacob knew well and therefore paid his sons to take a present for the governor of the land presented a governor of the land though it were though it were both of every good thing a little so saw in first so was very very I mean King Saul was very very attentive to this very fact so his father's ass got missing and the guy said is there no man of God and the servant of which he was talking with said there is one there's one we know there's one we know and then when he went to go and see the man of God to inquire about is the loss as he did not go empty okay so it can it can it can also be an innocent courtesy of very early con that's a gift to reconcile that like a present Minha sent to the captain that was in first how much as a 20 generous at the 43 verse 11 that's King that's also please you have to take note of this very passage so that say that um you can really understand where I'm coming from and what I'm actually talking about so a lot of people misuse this very subject I mean they talk about their giftings and how talented you are and you see a lot of people start to charge before they can be a blessing to God's people they collect so much money some will be asking you how much is your honorarium budget because they believe that that the scriptures here is talking about what they have inside of them what the Lord gave to them is it freely I have given and I mean freely I've received and then free you have to give so they don't you know that very very scripture they go ahead you go ahead to scatter the the context of scripture just to suit their personal lost I think I made this I made something about this podcast episode happy some some some weeks ago about how people will go about decontextualizing the scripture just to suit their personal lost so a minister who is drawn after Mammon or who is was so much lost for money will now be selling what God gave to him freely and that he was supposed to to give out freely because God gave it to him freely so a man of God will start mechanizing the gift the giftings of God and then using the scripture to to back it up please I beg in the name of God we need to go back to our Bible studies we need to we need to check yes I know you spent so much I know you spent a whole lot to improve on yourself yes second Timothy chapter 2 I think from verse 15 apostle Paul was speaking to Timothy is a study to show yourself approved a workman and it's not patient so the Lord invested in you of course you will need to you will need to work that out you need to make him know that truly you're not wasting that which he bestowed in you amen you need to prove that okay I'm not saying that ministers of the gospel the mind of God should not be cornered of course when they are the concept I know you are still asking me to give you a million dollars you are outside the kingdom of God I'm telling you the truth now I expect to you in all honesty I tell you nothing I am NOT talking because I'm perfect I'm into the full image but I am bringing by the message how do you say part of the money to account before you come now we take the context or the lifestyle of the world to God's Kingdom yes the Lord is supposed to the Lord is supposed to sincerely yes but this is not the root the Bible says he blessed the works of your hands yes now now believe me the fact that you're doing ministry does not mean that you should not walk amen now the fact that you are you a minister of the gospel doesn't mean that you should be I don't know except and unless the Lord sends you I said oh go and do justice and if the Lord asks you to I mean give yourself totally to this cause which he has chosen you for I'm sure he's going to make provision not you make challenging and looking for ways to provide for yourself no how about some sweet little Lord is my shepherd I shall not want if you really know the God in which you are serving you should understand it now to Elijah the Bible says that the Lord commanded arabian arriving to what to feed him now I want you to understand that the Lord cannot really I mean the Lord truly sent you on an errand and then he leaves you empty it's impossible I mean it is extremely impossible like you I mean deconstructorization You are a spiritual, you should, you should, you should talk of midterm dancing.

"king the" Discussed on Evangelism on SermonAudio

"So we come to worship the lord this morning. I want to turn your attention to the book of Daniel, chapter 7 versus 13 through 14. The spirit of God says through Daniel, I was watching in the night visions. And behold, one like the son of man coming with the clouds of heaven. He came to the ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. Then to him was given dominion and glory in a kingdom that all peoples nations and languages should serve him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion which shall not pass away. And his kingdom, the one which shall not be destroyed. What a comfort this wonderful text is for us who know the lord. Because as we look around at our culture, as we look around at our government, which seems to grow increasingly sinful and corrupt, isn't it very easy to be discouraged by the disintegration of the kingdoms of men that we see around us? It's very easy to be discouraged by a culture that is increasingly hostile to God's law and to God's gospel. But we need to remember something, and that is that Jesus Christ is upon his throne. He is ruling right now as the absolute king of kings and the absolute lord of lords. And that's what this text is saying to us. This text is often interpreted as talking about the future second coming of Jesus Christ. But the reality is that's not at all what it's talking about. If you look at the prepositions carefully, what is going on in this text in Daniel 7 is it's not a prophecy about Jesus future second coming. It's a prophecy of his Ascension. His Ascension, which took place 40 days after his resurrection. He comes to the ancient days. Do you remember axe chapter one? When Jesus was on top of the mount of olives, he was blessing his apostles. And then while he's blessing them, his feet leave the ground. And he begins to ascend and soar into the sky until he goes up into the heavens and he's hidden behind the cloud and the apostles can't see them when you're in acts one. It's as if the cameras pointed upward and you're looking up at the sky until Jesus can't be seen anymore. This text is changing the camera angle as if you're standing in heaven looking downward and you see the son of man emerge on the other side of that cloud coming up to heaven. He has the nail scars in his hands and his feet. He is obtained, eternal Salvation for all of God's elect past present and future. And he ascends to heaven and notice what happens as he comes there. And diverse 13. And they brought him near before him. That is Jesus, the son of man has come and it's as if the angels are peering over the edge of heaven, and they're shouting with joy because Jesus is returning to heaven. And they take him and triumphal procession to the throne of God the father, and there, sitting beside on the right hand of God the father is an empty throne. And Jesus sits down on that right hand. He sits down at the right hand of God having finished his work of redemption. And on that day his day of his Ascension was coronation day. Jesus has always been absolutely solver and overall things since before the dawn of time because he is God. But as man, he was declared lord on that day. He was declared the king of kings and the lord of lords as the son of man. So we're not waiting for a future day when Jesus is going to be crowned king. He is already been crowned king over some 2000 years ago, and he's ruling and he's raining now and we are anticipating his future second coming. What does that mean to you and me this morning? It means that you don't need to despair because of our culture. You don't need to spare because the kingdoms of men are growing more corrupt. As a matter of fact, we should expect that, shouldn't we? But on the contrary, we need to remember Jesus plan is unfolding exactly as he is ordained it should. He is ruling over all nations. He is subduing his enemies and his gospel, his kingdom is spreading in the earth through the missionary enterprise. But also the day will come when that kingdom will be fully realized when Jesus comes again in our future, throws out all of his enemies and establishes a new heaven and new earth in which righteousness dwells. Our future is extraordinarily bright. Let's remember that Jesus is not taken by surprise by anything going on in our culture, or by anything going on in the kingdoms of men. He's ruling as the undisputed sovereign of all things. So that's who we've come to worship this morning, the father, the son, and the spirit. Let's worship him who's the king of kings. Let's open our time in prayer. Our father our desire is to nothing less than to meet with the living God this morning. The father would we ask that your spirit would be poured out through the name of Jesus Christ. That lord, we would know the living God and his presence this morning. As we sing your praises, as we pray together, as the word is read, as a word is preached as the word is listened to, make it effectual to heart so lord. We pray for anyone here who doesn't know you. Lord, would you bring conviction of sin to them to show them that there is a day coming a day of judgment, but that you have mercifully provided a way of escape through your son Jesus Christ. We pray O lord that you would save our children, have mercy upon their souls, and let them obtain mercy in Jesus Christ. And for us, you do know you. Make us more like Jesus and less like ourselves, help us to deal with sin in our own hearts and pride and humble ourselves before you, but lord glorified and exalt yourself and exalt your son and let him have the preeminence among us this day. And we ask these things in Jesus name. Amen..

I was thinking, what are views 50,000 people thinking of? If Mary childs comes in and takes over this, do you think that, well, it turns out that life goes on without key in flight terms of life. And Evan is, this is especially it may just be that life is going to go on the grounds without the sound. I find it hard to play myself, but it's not inconceivable. It's a testament to the power of institutions. It's really wild. The extent to which people are loyal to the institution and weirdly not to the person sometimes. I don't know, that is really weird. Getting back to the person for a second, I know that gross was crowned king or ban king in 2002, but it was something that everybody really did kind of recognize for the following decade. He was kind of the voice for bonds, and since his fault, I mean, people have tried to count Jeffrey gunlock, but for some reason The Crown just doesn't seem to stick. Why hasn't there been kind of another voice for, I guess, the bond world? There are bond cakes since gross was deposed. Wow, this is such a good question, and I feel like it's like the one that I get the second most after was Bill.

"Hold on something. Hold on, hold on. Hey, you watch Game of Thrones? You've watched Game of Thrones. We've all watched Game of Thrones. Red wedding? Cool. Joffrey, we hate that prick. You need to watch ranking of kings. Have you never watched anime before? That's totally fine. Because if you watch Game of Thrones, you will love boji because you're a person with a heart and you will love this show. Go and watch ranking of kids. That's my pitch. Except this show makes me feel good. Yep. Yeah, that's also true. Think of bones without the bummer. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. For the horrific scenes that you have to be like, why is this even in this fucking show? Except that's not true because we watch kaga's backstory, and that's full of shit was fucking funny. That was sad. That was fantastic. In the second episode. It starts off and Kanye is watching the battle between bogey and diet and he's just like, here's my backstory. For ten, 20, ten, 15 minutes..

"They had the scene where Norman was seducing Gwen. And then they just said, yeah, she went to Paris 9 months, Peter. Duh. Oh my God. It's like what? What? Crazy writing. But I'm glad you mentioned Spider-Man because it's the same for bogey. I'm just starting, but I feel like they're a fucking gonna be fucking consequences for him not being king. So when dya is named and boji is not, I'm sure you agree with this is not where I thought the movie the show was going. Like I thought that this show was going to be, oh no, now he's going to be king and he is going to face perils and learn how to be king and fail and give it back up again and prove to everyone he's the best king and I'm like right away that's not happening. Right away what I thought was happening is not happening right away homeboy died I knew him. It was clear he was about to die. But then he was confident of his body. That is classic I am dying in any show. Yeah, it was very, very clear he was dying, but a demon came out of the king and died, then died he became the king. And then can we talk about Kanye? Yeah, yeah, we'll talk about the demon later. Yeah. We'll talk about all about the two, but then caged disappeared after we just established a relationship..

"That's exactly what happens. Yeah. But as that's happening and he finally beats him, oh, she's like, which means like, I'll do it. He didn't say anything. Yeah. But he's like, I'll do it. And everyone's like, yeah, right. When everyone, the castle, it's like it was so funny. It was like a fucking school year. I was like, they're going to fight. Yeah, a 100%. I feel like they're in school again, you know? And you find out boji is not incapable, but he has bogeys not incapable, but he has used what he has to his advantage. And I love that kage was there, explaining it. He's like, oh, bogeys had to read everyone's body language to understand and read their lips and read what's going on that he knows how to do that. And it makes complete sense. I was able to judge and pivot and move out of the way. And he's super fast and quick, but he can't land a decisive blow because he's still weakest. So you see and that's so interesting. Yeah, during the battle you see him like basically fucking doing that bleach teleporting shit where he's just like, he's dodging blows left your brain and he's able to get in there and land at the very least airbending kind of thing. Yeah, he is getting in there hitting his brother, but it's not doing anything because he's just weak. So like in a typical match, he would have won because he would have just like fencing. He would have won because he's like scoring all the points. A 100%. But it's a medieval world. Yes. So everyone's saying what? Yeah. So they all looking at him like, oh, and one of the guys comments and he goes, oh, like bogeys, obviously winning. And the guy's like, that's what you think. But the way he's fighting is considered disrespectful. Like he's toying with his opponent and not landing the killing blow when he obviously could. Yeah..

"I would look under the floorboards immediately. I'd pull them all up and see what's in there. As you should. As you should, as everybody should. Okay, Nick, what about you? Have you tried anything new? Nope, wow. Good answer. Good answer. Let's see if I tried anything new. He's ignoring me. Oh, she hates me. That's fair. Lexie hates me so much. All right, well, then I guess that means nothing. She said no. She said in the chat, no. Well, I guess there's nothing on my side, so let's start the show. Marcus. Why did you give me ranking of kings? I don't know what the know you shouldn't is referred to. Let the bodies rest, oh, don't dig up the bodies, let them rest. Okay. So hold on, so hold on. So let's backtrack for a second. So if Darren had the choice, she would live in a house with bodies under the floorboards. I guess so. She's not here. So she's somewhere else right now. So I can't yell at her for having that answer. And so she's safe, but I see her in the chat. Over when you get home. But when you get home, we're gonna have a discussion about letting dead bodies be in the house. It's something it's a conversation you never had before because you didn't think you had to, but now you realize that sometimes you have to. We never talked about it. So what would we do with the bodies? Nick, Marcus. Ranking of kings. Why did you give me ranking of kids? Because it was it popped up on my feed. I think I saw a TikTok about it and it was like, you should watch ranking of kings. And I was like, they're like, it's a great anime. "It seems that it's becoming more common to see world tour riders whether it's the men's or women's peleton taking that transition into the gravel quote unquote alternative scene. I mean you think we're going to see that become more common like will we see more world tour teams follow. How e f has created a an alternative schedule for their riders. One of a few million dollar questions. My my crystal ball tells me that in america. that won't take place at least not anytime soon. E bringing one or two writers track bring one or two riders from their world programs. I think that works well in the in the states. I can never see to kuna quickstep showing up at a gravel race except how we see. What is it. true bro. Leone like gravel is is beginning. It's very nascent in europe not to say that american grammar racing has that much more history. But it's it's so young in europe that's where with the advent. I mean better time than today the ucla announcing that there's gonna be a gravel world series primarily in europe. Think it's it will have much more of that race pension in europe than than we have here in the states maybe any will be on board since switched to disc brakes. Yeah exactly who honestly who knows. It's it's really hard to see. It's really hard to say. My personal hope is. It doesn't get taken over by by hell-bent racers amino acid question awhile ago about about training in gravel and one thing that i like. I stopped training. When i came over to gravel and to do this him bastard thing like i ride a bike because i love riding a bike but i would. I gave up intervals. Agadir gave up the the regiment. I stopped having coach up. Logging my training all that stuff then. How many years later. As a result of these guys coming directly from the world tour in claiming that they're going to ruin gravel. Pete do now step up my game again. Residual fitness will only take you so far especially now six years removed from the world tour. So you know if we're purely racing road bikes off road. That's i think it comes back to the culture of the fun the masses. I mean these events bring two thousand and three thousand people and it's a very very small group that is on the point out of the race and so it's it's really cool that the masses are there and that's reciprocal because the the front of the race likes being the racist a whole lot of people and that's where they want to perform and the whole lot of people to know what happened to the front of the ray. So it's it's just this big synergistic amoeba of of how these races are gonna unfold. So you you kind of alluded to earlier but you know obviously with it becoming a little bit more racy in some respects and our race not racy race ish. No that's okay with i mean. Is there any like worry or concern that you see is gonna come in and just kind of ruined the gravel atmosphere or you know as being americans just like us they and you're like you know will handle the fun here big time. Yeah i've been to meetings hosted by usa cycling. what a year and a half ago Where we're at that point. they said. Hey you know there's there's almost there is an inevitability to it use the. "On to explain that final stage was a time-trial through rome and it was funny because you know at that point will like i'm not fighting for anything. I'm just trying to how. I am going to finish my first tour which is red. And at that point and finally look around for the first time in three weeks and there's the coliseum and there is so and so and so and so these these wildly historic buildings. That's uncle you can't. You can't take it in really any other time unless there's something sort of extenuating circumstance like that so in two thousand fifteen whenever you're retired from the propels on a transition to you know i guess kinda gravel but i'm sure there was probably like an inbetween. Can you tell us because gravel is taking off. And i mean i. I've done a few gravel races. And i know nick is Slowly getting into it. Or at least i'm trying to throw him into it. You know it's it's something that's very special and it has a very different environment than like critics and tt's and things like that. And it's just. I don't know it's somewhat akin to mountain biking dare i say but not as like flowering liking and its origins not. Now yeah definitely. Yeah but can you tell us how that transition from road to grab a went in you know training or anything thereof. Yeah i mean that's a. I don't wanna say podcast unto itself but sure okay so so you know where to start. I i had raced ten years Up until two thousand fifteen news early in that season that said you know what. I've accomplished what i wanted to accomplish. I wanted to get on with my life in a different manner so early in that season i recognize wanna retire. I announce it right before to california and raced through the end of the year. not really knowing what. I'm gonna do subsequently i. I have a degree in economics from the kind of college that you often end up on wall street and and studied finance and work finance which in all my collegiate you know fellow classmates at they either ended up on the new york stock exchange chicago stock exchange or or are entrepreneurs one way or the other and it just. That never spoke to me. I'm glad i got that education but it wasn't something that i was dying to do like a much rather race. It bike so my point. Being i half assume that i was going to step away from cycling and get into finance. Because that's what might be the logical step however sometime in the middle of that six Retirement period in two thousand fifteen beginning with candidate. They were the first sponsor to say. Hey if you'd like to do something out of sight out of the world tour still cycling where we've got your back and i think at that point. I looked at somebody like tim. Johnson whose fellow new england our good friend. He had a relationship with candidate. He i forget exactly where he was in his racing career. I mean it was. It was certainly towards the end. If not having already retired in two thousand fifteen and you know the term embassador might be loosely thrown around then but certainly not the way it is now and the term gravel most certainly was not used in context. So yeah i mean. I beginning with candidate and and then gaining a couple of sponsors stepped into twenty sixteen and the goal was to be an ambassador to go to events. Be part of product launches to be part of Are deemed to be off on the hospitality. Side of the sport as products are as companies doing product launches. But then on a whim. I was invited to do dirty kanza and by by rebecca russian. I did it..

Indoor equipment recently purchased some rollers and returned them. And then i saw the return policies. I do too. Yes i i. "That we all have absolutely. I mean you see that in this book. The wounded cain. You see the relationship between james and james characters. Well as mr al. The older character as he is you know mid soaring him through through a story That that is relative to the bible and Yeah man i had a chance to re at are really enjoyed it And so as i was reading through this which which one of these characters james or mr our flex your real life. That's that's a great question and thank you for for asking on a quite honestly both so what we end up doing Part of that convention was we wanted percent our story but we didn't want percent our story from a traditional way of all. This is who i am and just us a one person but what we did is we split. We really split story into into components right Because one of the goals of the book is is a mentorship that coaching that fatherhood aspect of it and annan realities. Like if i can look back. How will i talk to my twenty year old self and and dow was kinda like the constable is so there's a lot of There's a lotta. I'll mr all the a lot of ways it's meaning there's james that he's me as well but The great thing about the book is that james and michel you you. Anyone can probably relate to that in some way over and over and i hope that That anyone that gets the book. I really hope that they enjoy it. And and i hope that more than they enjoy it. I hope that can bring the new perspective volve That everyone is love. And and and you know you're not alone that that was. The biggest thing is to know that you're not alone absolutely absolutely and i would go as far as to say that Say that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you can't well and we see that in the story as it relates to this young man These young men. That mr owl telling the story about that is not being affirmed that is not being accepted by his family at you know the young age of twelve or thirteen years old. And so you know what is The importance of of being affirm and accepted by your family at a young age. I mean i would definitely get there but even even from that's a biblical concept bright When jesus when disney up baptize Who did the clouds open. And the voice of god said. This is my beloved sonning. Who i'm well pleased. So in and got the father spoke twice to his son and it was exactly the same words Dots juice i in my opinion needs to show how important it is to have that acceptance that offer mation and that affection from the father right and in from the family itself from the father From father standpoint so I believe you know Even event from my boondoggle standpoint. I believe he's super important and for us here. I believe you know us fathers that we have the because it truly is an opportunity to displayed that to our songs our daughters and and we can create and we can break curses generational curses and we can just move forward. And there's nothing more nothing more beautiful than than a son or daughter to know. How a defection dow formation an an and acceptance from the father figure absolutely and i'm reminded of two things one episode on the season five. Call the father so connection with a friend of mine that i just connected with the name robson the row. He said exactly what you said that god accepted and affirm jesus After he was being a and saying that this is my son who i'm well pleased but here here's a caveat that he mentioned that that even open it up. He accepted at affirmed him before he even did before. The did any miracles before even had a ministry. He already accepted who he was early. Man mean because it was a relationship that dole's already from previous years. May maybe we don't know about but it's an it's it's. It's a way to know that there was a relationship. Prior to and a relationship is a topic that That is very important especially in this book and something that we touch on and we touch on the on the horizontal relationship and on the vertical relationship and you know horizontal relationship. It's is is those people around us and that obviously the vertical relationship is out relationship with god.

Israel matters to the desperate so it's absolutely right. There should be a place for that. But everything i you know. Obviously i haven't been but the newly renovated on new museum does sound as if not only It's dealt with sort of the potential border issues. I experienced in the eighties but also that he's really sort of got things go wrong. It's now got right. So it's for the whole of the diet sprite. I think probably it's fair. That was a bit of a bias towards the ashkenazi before. I think they've corrected that but also realizing that you know the sheer range of jewish life and so you know there is the a scroll. The mcginn tested the book of esther from spain before the spanish musician..

"He just kind of moved to the center because there are more far right parties more than than he is but he already said he would sit with minutes just to top on the house. You have a lot of people saying that they would go the extra mile still. I don't see it in the numbers. What is looks clear. Lino more i think a probable option now is actually for netanyahu to to be able to form this government again. He will need enough taliban. it's And i just want to point at two extra points about netanyahu himself a not such a bad thing for him fifth elections right. I mean he'd love to to win. But if the option is fifth elections he just drags out his caretaker government for another couple of months right. That's not bad necessarily. That's the thing it's possession is nine tenths of the law and he possesses that seat and so all this delay new elections and interims and all that all seats and brilliant. Because he gets to stay. I mean for people outside is difficult because you know of course there are. Beeping has strong support in among them. That's a section of american jewry and in the diaper mainly my impression has always been they are usually opposed to netanyahu and when we say usually this has gone you know. Twenty five years with these elections on the bala usually diaspora communities tend to not overall but a plurality or majority supporting his opponent. I think that's quite difficult. This time to get full for the know. Liberal american jews to behind taliban famously said he could not imagine a palestinian state. Within the next two hundred years he would oppose it and get on side. Who says you know. We should admit that the two state solution is over. We should annex the occupied territories. And he wants more. Settlements built up in jerusalem. Very hard for people who don't like to say well. Look those guys represent the answer. I think the only one the people outside the kind of liberal communities. I'm talking about would want easier l. appeal as you've been explaining. He may not have the numbers even if he does within the ansi bb block. He does better than any of these rivals true. I know my if. I have to bet all my money i would say that we were gonna continue to live this drama right in perpetuity. But i will say that. This is such a complicated puzzle. This time i don't remember. And i told you last time. This is my ninth election night broadcast in israel Averaging one every two years So late seventies. I think good skin. Don't i knew looking for my late seventies so so seriously i mean next time anchoring it on zoom i swear but the point is that the puzzle is so complicated. You have enough. That one party won't pass the threshold. The whole picture changes right even one mandate from here to there. There's a difference between netanyahu having sixty one in now having sixty. It's gonna be such a dramatic Election in at least couple days after that we should hand out some awards. I think you and me it is time to nominate some spur and some mench recipients. I've got an early bid for for chutzpah we. Jeez i don't think we've had enough time to talk about anti semitism in britain. We've done it a few times but left out of our previous discussion of the character who is a professor at bristol. University's name's david miller. It's aids. Caused a big ruckus. Here we've signatories and conflict. He letters for and against David miller is very interesting..

"And and i wonder when i read this first of all how many are alike you are there i mean are there like twenty percent of brits are republicans or thirty percent that you know the the monarchy should end but also do these kinds of stories like the megan harry interviewed cetera. Make you sit home and say say you know i was right. I mean does that have any connection to it kind of not anymore. I mean you're quite right. So i am. I hasten to add for our american listeners a republican with a small. This is in this country. That means you won't to be an elected head of state and the first book i read the subtitle of it was the case for a british republic. And it's always been truthfully a minority sport. it is an unfashionable. 'cause support wavers between one and four at a peak one in three but never much more than that at an israeli dust. Ride to be able to come back to that sort of goes waxes and wanes depending a bit on things like this and so in the diana week the famous week. Falling diana's death where the winds were at their most unpopular. Really since the war uptick tonight ticked up a bit into the you know maybe nudged forty percent. But most of the time it doesn't and the reason is you kindly laterally quoted from that piece figure of the queen itself. Because i'm like me always goes around saying this idea. The principle is so crazy because you know if you were getting aboard a flight wants to travel restrictions lifted and the pilot came on and say ladies. Gentlemen this is your captain speaking. I should tell you. I'm not myself a pilot but don't worry my dad you don't flag you'd rush off the plate right. No one would would do that. And yet we say job of being the head of state we contract out to this. One family by heredity. Do you could defend it in principle. The problem of big so human roadblock in the way of this argument has always been the person off the queen who you just could not get anybody to perform the role of head of state better. I mean she's just been flawless. Almost never get nervous. What she things never puts a foot wrong and remains somebody who everybody feels. They have a stake in particularly because of sheer longevity. I mean she's been around since to. Me is the defining moment of the founding moment of modern britain which was nineteen forty when britain stood alone against the nazis and against hitler you look at the archive footage of how far over controls the six on the balcony. And she's there winston churchill the king and her princess elizabeth. She takes us right back to all sorts of founding myth of nine hundred forty. You're never gonna win an argument while she's one she's gone different argument for twenty five years. I've sort of parked my smaller republicanism. Because i thought you know this is wall. She's there it's a lost cause maybe it comes back a bit now because people are saying particularly the younger generation. This institution kennel represent me especially if it's racist and that was such a big incendiary claim By by making an harry so you may be but are not holding my breath. I understand. I wonder since. We don't have a juicer. Not involved specifically in the story thankfully but in general do does the jewish community have an opinion one way or the other minority amongst your own people. Or i mean. How does that work does. Oh big time minority user-owned believably monarchist and in glanced. I find it almost endearing. You will never hear the national anthem. Recycling son in this country in in regular circumstances with one exception. And now it's changing a bit but you would go to jewish wedding or obama tsar and they would stand up and sing. God save the right. It was like these sort of grateful..
