So maybe we have something new happening there as well. Lots of wet roads again today. South N -405 is already taking drivers a half an hour to get from Bellevue to South Center. South 5A to Seattle is busy between Northgate and 990. There's an earlier First Avenue South Bridge opening and traffic's just extra heavy right now along East Marginal Way and also on northbound 509 approaching the First Avenue South Bridge and southbound 167 is staying slow from Gona towards Jovita Boulevard. We have a crash on north on 5 year Carpenter road near lacy that's pretty much on the right shoulder now, but also a newer accident north on I 5 just north of Venezuela river and this is blocking the right lane. So both directions are pretty rough around there. It's also getting busier around JBL, lem headed southbound, so give yourself at least an hour to get between Tacoma and Olympia in either direction. Everett is also a big challenging spot on northbound 5 leaving the Boeing freeway off and on towards Marysville. We have stalled vehicle in South Africa, partially blocking the cell 5 exit to one 28th, a heavy jam in the Seattle on south 95 stood just south of one 45th in shorelines where the brakes start all the way towards south Seattle towards Michigan street. And then we're heavy again, really filling it around the whole sec willa area on I 5 and four O 5 in both directions. And then could you give us a bit of a rundown of who the new ministers are? I also see there are some exotic new titles that go along with it. Yeah, very exotic new titles if you want to put it that way. But obviously, like I said, he broke up these departments yesterday in the idea of creating this new department for net zero and energy really shows the conservatives commitment to climate change. Now I must say grant shaps is going to be the head of that particular department and he is a real safe pair of hands and he has been in the government for a long time he's very experienced and he also really cuts across those party lines when it comes to the conservative skeptics on climate change. So it's hoped he can solidify that. Now chemi badenoch has really been elevated into a bigger job so she'll be covering a business and trade something the government is now wrapped together. But it will rebound and China will open up at some point in time. But I think it is important for the economy for China eventually to find a solution to the COVID strategy. That HSBC is no Quinn, a Chinese stocks rallied on Monday on speculation that policymakers were forming a committee to assess COVID exit scenarios, China's farmers she spokesperson though saying he's not aware of any such steps. Credit Suisse's long-term credit rating has been downgraded by S&P due to concerns about the viability of the bank's turnaround plan, the ratings agency has now cut the bank's long-term rating from triple-b minus to triple-b with a stable outlook. The downgrade comes after the Credit Suisse chairman axel layman told Bloomberg that he is bullish about the bank's growth prospects for the Asia Pacific region. The FT is also reporting this morning that the Qatar investment authority plans to increase its stake in Credit Suisse by investing in a share sale alongside the Saudi national bank. The U.S. job openings unexpectedly rebounded in September complicating the policy picture for the Federal Reserve ahead of today's rate decision. The strength of the jobs market is likely to fuel further wage gains and add pressure on the fed to extend its aggressive campaign of hikes to carbon inflation. His Bloomberg's Michael McKee with more on what we can expect from today's meeting. The focus of the November fed meeting is going to be the December fed meeting. Once again, central bankers have told us they intend to raise interest rates by three quarters of a percentage point to 4% this week, but there have also been some hints from some fed officials and some data that they might dial back to a half point rise in December at a quarter point rise after that. Much will depend on how the economy develops, but markets would like a better idea of just how high the fed will go.
