What Is The Best Way To Menu Plan During Coronavirus

"I'm just going to start out by saying thank you. Thank you for taking back into another episode of Kids Nutrition. I know I haven't been very consistent with the podcasting schedule. I just haven't been able to stick to it because I have both Michael's home and although my four year old is pretty good. Should give me an hour here or there. My youngest is she is full of life. She loves to have conversation with me all the time. Which does May podcasting bit tricky? Because of course it's all about the audio now at the time of recording this. I am deep thick in the middle of lockdown. And it may be that you're in in much more settled place while I know the initial stages of quantities of panic and worry and it is still wearing time but I hope that we are going to start seeing the light at the end of the total very very soon and of course I wanted to share with you that today. We're going to focus all about many planning. And I think it's still quite relevant to talk about Baker's it's one of things where it just. It's so easy to overlook and you think you know what I'll get to that a substate. It's it's so easy. I'll get my nanny to do it or I'll I'll find someone to help me do that or get to it in the weekend and in the weekend comes and goes and it never gets done and the new fine. You've got twenty bags of pasta but not in our protein foods and he realized that you pronounce vegetables as well. All what may it may be and maybe that weekly Accardo delivery that you that you've been lucky enough to get. Actually you didn't haunt ingredients that you had order. How are you going to feed your family? Who is now at home expecting to be fed three means plus Max? My kids always saying to me. Well Hungry and I used to all cash then are at school at nursery. That I'm going to be burning much energy. Well they have so much energy they are jumping on the serve. They literally running up and down day burning so much energy and they love the routine as you would expect jury so it's really really important. Think about many planning and we all going to launch into that content very shortly but I just wanted to say I received a series of very sad news and I want to do especially have a moment to think about my colleague who very recently passed away nothing to do with Corrina virus but it is it was very unexpected news and I just want to. I was thinking about how much he loves baking and cooking and I wanted to take a moment to just remember her she. She very similar age to me and she was really special bakers especially when I came back from maternity leave. I enjoyed lots of lunch dates with her in the hospital where I was working at and certainly do maternity leave. I had a few play dates with with my children so I I'm going to really miss and I feel sad but I think she would've loved this topic today on many planning and she would have been able to share some great recipes but here we are and I saw wish that I had planned more. Get togethers and time with her pickers. Now she's gone. I won't have that opportunity anymore and I'm definitely feeding very sad and full of regrets. So here's the many planning something she would loved especially because she loves baking and was definitely the best Baker in the Department Equity Woman Street. So I'm really miss. This episode is for her before I forget him because Ulta going to let you know that the doors to the UK kids nutrition. Learning hub is now open and the first online. 'cause that's available for you to purchase is on many planning how to many plan like a pro now. There are two video tutorials in there. There's some emergency shopping list. There are some cheat sheets and downloadable guide on many planning. Some of you who have been my clients would have had access to that. There is also now a third bonus. Video will about. How many plan doing coronavirus papa link in the show notes as usual if you'd like to go ahead and purchase that it is on sale at the moment for nineteen pounds because I want everyone who needs a little bit of help with many planning to be able to access it and it'll go up? The price will increase in about two weeks done so of course. The main reason for many planning is like my girlfriend. Said what are you going to do with twenty bags of Pasta so you want to have a little plan on? What sort of things you're going to feed your children over the coming week case it may be. The only had to do was prepped. For Breakfast and Dinner Office you'll remember at full-time nursery. You only needed to prepare a snack. Once you collect them nurse research. Suddenly you're going to have to think about three meals plots Max and there's also the weak hand where they are expecting to fed as well and if you knew too many planning than it is always a good idea to think about a call many so think about a few favorite recipes such a family love and think about how you can you make that a regular feature in your menu and then once you have those call ingredients and core many me ideas identified. Then he can start to expand on that but make sure that you know how to source ingredients how to prep the ingredients and then how do you have the time that it takes to cook those ideas while you know? We always have loads of Tomah hands. I'm going to go off and make this beautiful Zarya dish or does amazing. Goma dish that he always wanted to prepare. Then chances are if you want juggling homeschooling a food time job and just keeping an eye on other children in the house as well then by the time lunch comes round or did. I just haven't got that time to make this elaborate meals so you want a few core recipes. Call meal ideas that are going to be quick and easy to repair. And you also want to be sure that the ingredients are easy to source in the video tutorial number two inside too many plan like a pro online. Course I do go through how to look at some examples of recipes that you might find online or in your own kitchen cupboard where you have loved to lovely books cookbooks. Perhaps that you engage with your child to pick up some recipes. And that's a really good thing to do. If you have a fussy eater and you're worried about a eater doing coronavirus. I would invite them to help you. Select the meals that you're going to eat during the week but then of course is important that the meals that you've identified are going to be nutritious as well and one way around that is you can go ahead and download the immune-boosting foods guide that have for free on my website is a papa linking the show nurse for you for that while you can help yourself to that ad although a use the word immune-boosting. I'm sure you know by now that if you've tuned into my podcast on instagram feed that it's a little bit deceptive accorded immune-boosting but nevertheless there are nutrients that do have a role in promoting or maintaining your body's natural immunity and looking after natural defense system so start there download the immune boosting guides foods. Have a look at some of those foods. Think about do your children like those foods. Do you like those foods. And how can you start to incorporate some of that into many? I would always start with a really core many. I where you might have a few different ideas for breakfast fare. Different ideas for lunch. Fear different ideas for dinner and snacks that you can pretty much make with your eyes closed and you know that the ingredients are really easy to find and then once that becomes a habit. So you've been in lockdown for but I think it's three or four weeks now so moving ahead if we are going to be in lockdown for another four weeks for example think about recipes that you can start to build on and expand

"Kids Nutrition Fish bickers. That's what my website is also called and I just thought it might make a bit more sense for it all to be called the same so today. Welcome we're going to be talking about the different ways that you can help a picky eater and I've got a free guide for you on my website which I wanted to share with you today and I'll share some of the tips that is covered in the guy said that. If you downloaded you can go ahead and do that. There are five main tips that I cover on this particular guide and I'm going to share a few of those with you today and then you can decide if that resonates with you. Now of kept US. The tips very simple. Because I really don't want you to feel overwhelmed if this is the first time that you onset of thinking about how you can help your fussy eater and it's sort of warring you endlessly. You find that you're preparing a lot separate meals for your toddler or baby and really not eating. It and mealtimes genuinely are very very stressful and your warring endlessly about whether they're meeting in off of their nutrition the particular maybe calories but also protein and all the different micronutrients growth. Then this guide my just pointed in the right direction because I know you can get a lot of information on social media on the web online and I just want to let you know I and reassure you that I work with many families and I have had the honour and pleasure of help nurture a fussy eater and these children on eating a much wider range of foods. I just wanted to let you know of got this free guide that you've got in that you can go over to my website. You kids nutrition dot com and you can download it and have a little think about the some of the topics so the split it over five different ways and then you can go off and decide which ones that you'd like to focus on first so the first step that I want you to focus on is play now anytime that you have a young child at home but even with Oda Children Children love learning through play storytelling anything that can be meaning for them. And so- introducing new foods using arts and crafts is a really fun way. Now are not particularly very creative. And I've seen some beautiful pictures on instagram particularly and I think oh I would love to dress up their plates night that bond. It doesn't matter if you know you look at the pictures. Anything OMINOUS ICON. Quite knock up something quite so beautiful night. That what you can do. Is You know you could stuck up some Brooklyn. It could call it broccoli trees or you could stack up some fans you could try making it into a house or if it doesn't look like what do you thought it was going to look like. You could make a joke outfit. Israelis is engaging with your so that they start to create a very positive associations with those foods and certainly away from the table. If you're going to do bit messy play. You could have some parts of pains. Let them dip some chopped fruit and Veg in there and make a beautiful collage of painting. So that's top tip one so help. Children said a form a nice positive relationship with food through play the second tip that I wanted to share with you. And this is one that often gets overlooked. And it's the role of having seated meals of family meals and role modeling not sure and obviously mimic people that they have an attachment with. And you don't need a beautifully laid on table. I remember a family saying we renovating. We don't have a kitchen. Well that's cagey just have a seat on the floor. If you need to or when it's summer when you on the floor having enjoying a picnic I remember when we first moved into our home. We didn't have a dining tables. We had like a cardboard box. We through tablecloth over it and we ate around and that's fine too. The whole point is that you don't need to have fancy plates and cutlery things that it's just stopping for a moment to enjoy eating together as family so that children can see you eating foods that they might find particularly scary or a texture that is still learning to enjoy or learning to eat learning to manage so role. Modeling is key. And that's why I always say have a look at your Dahri and see how many times in that week you can read. Aesthetically fit in family meals. The tip is of course to cook together and that's really fun as a really fun thing to do. Adopt study that was published earlier. This year did actually show that children who watched cooking shows got featured healthy foods but three times more likely to choose. Fruit OR VEGETABLES HAVE BEEN. It was offered as a choice over junk food. So what that means for you. Is that if you regularly cook which will run annual including some of the fruit vegetables or any food that you really like to see your child if you ask them to join in the kitchen and cook with you. Then that helps increase familiarity and their confidence for trying new food. Now there's a couple more tips in dot free guide for you and I'll put a link in the show notes if you'd like to just have a look at that guy to sort of help point two in the right direction. Then please do come over to my website and download that guide. Now I will send you a series of emails as well to sort of point you to any other relevant block pos podcast episodes that have that might be useful for you and yes I will. Of course be sending you some if you live promotional emails about my paid services. No I don't want you to get Upset when you receive these emails is really there so that when you are ready or if you decide actually. I'm really struggling. Tried some of the tips that you've shed in the guide but I think I need a bit of personalized advice. Then you've got those links inviting you to book a Free Corps with me so that you know be I can take you through some paid services and you can decide if it's right for you. This is a true story. I often have families reached out to me to inquire about my services and then you know for whatever reason they might decide now is not the right time to work with me and I completely respect that but one sometimes happens is that the same family may reach out to me in three months down the line or six months down the line or sometimes it's even being a year down the line where the thought while I've God on on my own for all this time but really been falling your ball blog or podcast. I'd actually I think I need help and reach the point where I cannot do this on my own and I really need a professional advice. And that's why I do send out in my newsletters or in some of my email communications with you. I let you know about my paid services so he just wanted to make you aware that of course when you download the free guide you will get very hopeful information from me but you will also received some information about my paid services but please don't be upset Israeli. Just let me know if you need my help. Then do reach out for me and I'll be more than happy to help you. So the link for that will be in. The show knows it's basically call. Let's have a look five ways to help child try new foods of shed three of those tips. And if you'd like to sound do go ahead and down guide and there'll be another two tips waiting for you. That's all from me today. Do tune back into the pot. 'cause later this month. I'll be releasing an amazing amazing episode where on interviewed a clinical psychologist. Dr Sarah Monday. Who hsieh's some really great tips and we had re. I really enjoyed my conversation with a about how to manage stress during mealtimes and I think you will find. That really really helpful. It is an hour long. I think when is over two episodes so that you can sort of help yourself to that weekly answered with Digest. "Buck. That's how i know him. He finished in one. He's the last person finish and win it that john kelly kelly okay and so he and i had this great correspondent to come to new york. You'd have lunch together he since moved to the u._k. Where he just attempted one of the most unbelievable unbelievably daunting endurance feats that i'd heard of but that was an ultra runner who was winning berkeley marathon as good as it gets. That's like level in hollywood. He was at least a lot of his diet was chopped so batman's a lot to me so we sponsored him. Yeah i mean i just i always think whenever i whenever i finish raise some like i really when i eat something healthy that is substantial so like not of the race getting whatever's there that saw because like i just usually usually ends up being pizza something the next day then i'll go to chop because actually recovering right but right after the race it's usually it's usually like pizza yeah really that's you're just soft. I there's something after a race from the heavy breathing for so long yeah. My throat is sore or i'm i don't i want something kind of smooth in texture lack of a better term. I don't know what do you do for fuelling when you're racing. Do you do gels and sells well one of the things that i've used this another person you may know of him. His name is michael ghost dijon. He's an ex libyan needed the pentathlon and he's really helped me with my training a lot and he introduced me to something called you can okay and that before raise or before long. Training session has has been as good as anything that i've ever tried and for really long term <hes> energy and then during a race. I'll i'll do gels on the bike usually that this isn't the half ironman and then caffeine athene gum during the run of really liked and some electrolytes along the way but i try to keep it pretty light on the food full distance ironman real foods bike peanut butter crackers a lot of you can on the run more gels caffeine gels what got me through and especially in the full distance nailing the nutrition is as important as anything and it was important that i set set a plan and followed it exactly which which i did so you can't think about it's like it's got to be like a non. There's no thinking you just have to follow the directions when you're especially and when you're out on the bike and you're just like zoning out that's right and yeah you're not hungry. You don't want to and things like dehydration. You don't know you're dehydrated and yeah. It's too late so once again. I have taught my all time conversation about triathlon sports. What are is there anything. We didn't talk about about chop. Hop that you want to mention or talk about. I think when i talk about chop i always tried to talk about the charitable aspect of child whenever we have a new opening and we'll do do this in atlanta to is we've always tried to pick a local charity in the community that we're working with that usually is involved around food and helping hoping children or people eat better but our main charitable charitable partner is and this is a woman you should really have on to her name is nancy. Eastern easton has a charity called wellness in the schools in for over ten years which has been our main charitable partner and nancy east and founded this charity with the whole goal of improving kids nutrition and choices in new york city public schools and what we've done wit is we go and we adopt schools and their kitchens and these schools usually have greater than ninety five percent poverty rate and we will confuse a lot of money and our team will spend time at these schools improving the operations of the kitchen and the ingredients that they use and we spend time the schools serving teaching the kids about crew detain vegetables in different dressings and some don't like it but some love it but all with this this goal of having kids eat better having them learn about <unk> ingredients the idea being that a lot of these kids go to the school and they're having all their nutrition their all their needs met at the at the schools and it may pizza and it's bagels and cream cheese and it's you know french unshaken nuggets and french fries and grilled cheese and that's just not good enough and especially a lot of sugary stuff and that's just not good enough for kids so wellness in the schools is a way to combat that and nancy's is of course i would love to interview she oreo uh-huh yes in ways that i'm not <hes> so always you know when tony and i started chopped we were just again out of college college and really had an idealistic version and vision of what we wanted to be and we wanted a restaurant that treated our our our our employees respect and the cheat our customers with respect elevate the level of food that was being served in a fast format and serve a higher purpose by helping others who who maybe couldn't afford to chop eat better and wellness in the schools embodies that it's always been very important to us since we started and work with them. Continues are only long-lasting charitable partner. That's awesome. I definitely want to connect with nancy when you started chopped. Did you think you would have as many locations or it would be what it is today. When you first opened your your initial restaurant i knew that if we did things right we had an opportunity to do that to to get to the size but i i also saw many times young concepts and people that we would speak to insa- roping restaurant then we're gonna open up one hundred of them and that never <unk> next year twenty <unk> whatever it may be and that that just never worked and so for us the idea was build a company that you would want to eat at at any stage of your growth and be thoughtful about your choices in terms of real estate in how you're sourcing the food and your menu creation and do it in a way that is sustainable table and presses really. It's a marathon not a sprint. If i was serving cheeseburgers or something else maybe i wouldn't feel that way but i eat at chopped every single single day and i want to continue to be eating at chopped in ten years. I believe in the food were serving. I believe that it's the way to eat for a healthful long. Life and i will do everything in my power to make sure that the food continues to get better every day and that were a healthy company in ten years awesome. Well thank you. This has been really really great. I had so much fun break you very much. I appreciate it. Thanks again for tuning.

When you first opened your your initial restaurant i knew that if we did things right we had an opportunity to do that to to get to the size but i i also saw many times young concepts and people that we would speak to insa- roping restaurant then we're gonna open up one hundred of them and that never <unk> next year twenty <unk> whatever it may be and that that just never worked and so for us the idea was build a company that you would want to eat at at any stage of your growth and be thoughtful about your choices in terms of real estate in how you're sourcing the food and your menu creation and do it in a way that is sustainable sustainable and for us is really. It's a marathon not misprint.

Most of the time, it's the best way to go nutritious safe and healthy. But there are exceptions in those cases, you might want to know what your baby is eating Stephanie Canales's, founder of lactation at labs joins us now on the KCBS ring central Newsline. Thanks for talking to us today. So what does your lab to? Hi, I'm thank you for having me on what we do is we have moms collect up sample by smoke over twenty four hour period at home to count for some variations, and he's ended into our lab. And they learn what is inner milk, and what, how diet effects, what is in their milk? Okay. And what sorts of things are you looking for us at nutrition toxins, perhaps, both actually, so we offer different levels of kids, some, you know, just offer a basic kitchen looking at fat calorie protein carbohydrate, those quick turnaround for Nikki babies, because that's the standard of milk in the Nikki right now. Then we have other kids nutrition, what is by moms diet, and then also talk sins including cadmium, arsenic, lead and mercury, which are great concern right now. Why did you start this? I started this because I'm a family physician, and I take lots of moms and babies. And when I went back to work after having my second, she was not just by tricking volumes of milk. She was not gaining weight and falling off the chart and I wanted to know what was in my milk. And as a doctor scientist, I normally can find the answer to such things, but I couldn't but smoke was considered an unknown bodily fluid. No one, no lab test it. And at the very basic minimum I wanted to know how many calories getting her, I felt like I was starving her. And so that's how I started. I realized I wasn't. Alone. I think a lot of moms are very empowered by data information. A lot of moms are, you know, really conscious about nutrition and diet, and what they need do. They actually need a supplement or not. And what they're putting into their bodies and they want to know what their kids are getting. There's actually a lot of research that shown that the first one thousand as some of the most important and in terms of setting up kids for a lifetime of proper health nutrition. But I the deal was, regardless of what you're taking in your breast milk will just take what it eats from your body. Do you know what I mean that it's going to provide the right stuff? You know, I think it just goes, I think there's a lot of industry in particular, just breast milk in general. There's not a lot of research done in this area. I mean, for example, in a back in the day, people used to differentiate between four milk and milk and only one give their kids to your milk at the end while it's too, that it steadier, the formal actually contains essential fatty acids, which are important for him. You know, assets an immune health and so forth. And so, I think we're kind of moving away from that actually using. Science to look and, and help moms make better decisions in terms of their diet. And it it's, it's more than just about, you know, your, your milk, and your body. Yes. Our body integrated adopting, but it also has to do with a lot of moms now are on either vegetarian diets vegan diet low not eating a lot of dairy in unfold over their own health issues are, and so it's about absorption, and then transferred to them, it's not just about, you know that our our bodies just provide the best option optimization of nutrition. It's just sometimes you need a little tweaking that quick question. Have there been cases in which you found the milk, the milk of a mother tested? His not does not have adequate nutrition or how some toxins from I dunno fishing. Are we started? It's not about looking for deficiencies. How can we optimize that we've? So basically, we just get mom tailored. Individualized report of what they can do terms of diet and supplements to make it the best possible. We have had a couple of cases actually where we've had pie arsenic levels in the milk. And I'm cautioned moms that if they're eating a lot or consuming, a lot of rice. That's very common source of that there was a consumer report article recently about bottled water and arsenic knowing your water source being careful about rice, not eat more than one or two servings of rice a week, and then also lactation bars, because there's no relation of what is allowed in terms of arsenic in our food supply, thanks very much for talking to us. We create the time. That's Stephanie canal, founder of lactation lab..

"They're always trying to get on the roller. Can't really do it yet. I have my airline. We do work outs. Desmond loves the camera, and we have like our fat, fueled kids, Instagram, Facebook. So he's like. I wanna do work up in some like, okay, let's pick exercises together these like, okay, you pick one. I'll pick one in sauce a-ok squats, this many squats. This many pushups in lots of body weight stuff. Love, simple body, weight stuff. You know, burpee squats pushups all these things like lunges you can. You can keep it so simple and do variations of these things forever. And then when he's when he wants to lift weights, then I'll say, okay, we have a, we have a pull a bar that I haven't hung because just been so busy, but I suppose I hang up my road boulevard will be able to do pull ups, but it's a, it's it's pretty simple. As long as you make it part of your life in, I like to do things with them. We have a hill in our neighborhood. I'll say, okay, let's go for a hill workout. Like I'll put him on my back and run up the hill and then they'll will do bear crawls up. The hill will do different things. We make it fun. I mean, one of the things that you keep saying here is that your engineers your life and you treat your kids like they're real. Humans was not like kid is a separate category where they have you speak to him differently and you have the different classes of things for them and you have different food and different bedtime and those rules, it's a pretty close by summation to this is how I live life. Why? When they do the same thing, which I, I like that philosophy quite a lot. I know also you switched. You've been twin lot with carnivore in the last couple of months. Did you have them reflect that nutrition and all? There's a lot of people that are crazy about kids, nutrition, did you? Did you have them eating a lot of animal projects. Well, and if so, how do they? Yeah. Like what ends up happening, like you said is they? They tend to eat how we eat, and so they have their very, very meat, heavy diet. You know, like in the mornings, they'll have, you know, they, they have their own things that they that we know that works for them. Like dean always loves to have Hammond eggs. Possibly some up. No, actually he doesn't like the avocado as much but doesn't crushes avocado everyday. He has, you know, fried eggs, KADO they have a lot of the time from lunch, do grass fed burgers. When then for dinner there they love to do steaks sirloin in than they do have, like I said, the plants eating. There, we're not making them forcing them to eat plants, but this this is a funny thing yesterday I took Desmond to martial arts and my wife took dean to sprouts while while this happened and you know, we don't. Like I said, we don't encourage them to bed symbols in fruits. They they do is easy. Obviously for kids, we actually have to regulate that because what ends up happening is that they'll they'll want to eat fruit day. So we have to just keep a limited amount of food in the house and say, hey, look, we gotta make this last, but. Dean by youngest was like, I want look vegetables, and he saw these like carrots that were all these different colors, and my wife is like, you wanna know how to get your kids to eat vegetables. Don't feed him vegetables like don't force them to eat vegetables. And so we don't. We don't make it a big focus, but we do like, obviously it's important to us if we eat out, Desmond likes to eat a spare ago. With with butter, we always keep some sort of fruits and vegetables in the house and a it all comes back to like not being dogmatic about it..

"Provide like i say the stricter work requirements for the the bill also goes on to gut the school neutra school kids nutrition program which i guess was really annoying because michelle obama was involved in promoting it in some fashion and so that's bad despite the fact that it's clearly improving child nutrition across the country we've got california and other states that have attempted to legislate specifics about their some of their produce or i should say there you know livestock in this case it's eggs they have california has basically said you can't factory farm your eggs and sell them in california they're they're going to roll that back because of states rights of course there's other programs but the this farm bill is a disaster and yet we now have the freedom caucus just voting it down all the dams this just happened just moments ago actually so the farm bill went down one hundred ninety eight two hundred thirteen democrats voted against the farm bill because of what we've just mentioned and the freedom caucus also voted against it thirty republicans voted no no democrats voted yes because they want an immigration vote from paul ryan and to impose further draconian measures against immigrants you know this is all this all real and horrible stuff that's going on and they're ultimately going to get both their farm bill that cuts this stuff and they're gonna get their vote on this immigration stuff and maybe i mean hopefully it won't but emitted it's super ugly right now.

"Over every step you take every every utterance you make whether you fulfil the mission of first ladies that has been you know kind of set out in the past of being a leader in something being some kind of social civil leader in something for barbara bush it was literacy and much the same her daughterinlaw laura bush very much that way of michelle obama it was nutrition and kids nutrition and the first lady's always tend to have some kind of mission of their own now that they're in that they've got that platform and believe me there's presidents and vice presidents but being married myself and guys if you're married you know that usually if not i in charge the woman is second in charge it's an unelected position and i think an unappreciative position a lot of ways and most first ladies have incredible approval ratings barbara bush even more so than ansi reagan perhaps was speculated today but i guess there was just a she called herself the grandmother of the country because she had she was older kind of chunky had the had the gray hair always pearls around her neck and there's speculation to that after george w the bushes bush senior and barbara had a daughter named robin who died at the age four and it's been speculated that that's when barbara bush hair altern.

"Yeah i would say relatively well off i mean i don't think i would say that at one hundred fifty k i mean were not reaching people who are impoverished and that's for sure and that's the side of the company that that aims at nonprofit so that's where like the percentage of profit is going because we'd like to reach those people but i think quite honestly and in a business model that's just not a possibility we're not going to create two or three dollar lunches that are delivered to the home from farm fresh foods right it's unfortunate that we we can't reach more people but the question is also like you know can we make a successful business that can at least serve some people don't think that you know business model like this can can help people in those other situations i guess i think the the fear is and i feel like this is what the investors felt in the room is that the mission of helping families that need them most help the fear is that the people you're helping the most with your subscription lunches aren't the people that need it the most but i think that that's never what we advertised ourselves outs like i think that from the very beginning like not because we don't want to be able to help other people in that's very much similar to may be a tom's model or something else what we're trying to do with the nonprofit side of it but our mission from the beginning was lake kids kids nutrition in their understanding of their food on their diets so we never specified that we only want to help kids who are lower income.
