"And they found that higher magnesium intake was associate ID with a healthy heart rate, and also believe it or not, with healthy blood, sugar balance, even healthy cholesterol level so For cardiovascular health. This is one of the best things you Khun Dio Chan connect the dots. Why is magnesium so important for our hearts J again? It goes that concept that calcium constricts magnesium relaxes. We can't Because our diet is usually a little too rich with calcium related type foods, and we don't get that magnesium. If we don't have that ability for our blood vessels to relax for our heart to relax, how Kenly experience that healthy heart rhythm. You know, Magnesium wasn't the diet a century ago, but it's not here now, and it's very hard for us to get it. I think it its core. Magnesium is the most unheralded of all of the heart nutrients. "Is it making you uncomfortable, it's wasting energy as well. So reducing those air leaks is one of the most important things you Khun Dio, and there are some simple ways to do it, and then there are some kind of more intensive ways to do it. You know, the first thing you could do just as the homeowner you can walk around. You can make sure your fireplace flue is closed. You can make sure your windows are locked that your doors are kind of feeling tightly. And that any of those outside openings are closed, sometimes, like a dryer, vent or something get connected from the outside. So any really obvious areas that you can just fix yourself and close up? Is the best place to start. Yeah, That's a great point. Because, Kate, I have heard that if you lock your windows, it creates a tighter seal against all those drafts. Now, let's talk about your heating system. How about that? So it's a really good idea to have your heating system checked by a professional once a year. Just make sure it's operating properly and as efficiently as it can. That's the first step and probably best to do that in the late summer. The early fall before it really kicks on for the year. But if you haven't done it yet, now is the time to give those spoke to call. Second of all, I think a lot of people start to use space heaters. Sometimes in the winter, you know, they've got a room or a corner. That's a little chilly. And they put those electric space heaters in there and it really Khun bump up your electric bill more than you might expect. So definitely something to think about whether you really need that. And if you do Just to be careful. Don't plug it into an extension cord. Make sure it's away from window curtains or other flammable things. Something a little lot of people used and don't think about too much, but really could have a big impact on both your bill and safety. Even potentially, that's a really great point. Kate Let me ask you about something else. Also, what about the shades in your house can letting the sunshine pour in during the day? Help Cut your electric bill. You know, taking advantage of that natural daylight kind of helps with lighting bills. It can little bit help with heating and you're not going to get a huge amount of heat from the sunshine coming in from the window. You know, if you sit right in it, you might feel a little warmer. But definitely shapes can make a big difference. Actually, at night. If you get some of the thermal er, insulated shade, they can really help prevent some of those draft. You know, your your window is going to be colder than the rest of your walls. Anyway, it's glass. Absorbing that cold air from the outside and so looking at a thermal shade or a heavier shade is actually a good way to kind of prevent some of it feeling some of those drafts and keeping the heat inside your house. That's wonderful. So, Kate, another question for you about saving money on utilities in the winter. What about one of those new smart Thermostats. Can they really help? They really can a smart thermostat is a great way to kind of Take the daily decision making about you know, howto set your thermostat off your mind. Let your thermostat do it for itself. So set it up. So that at night time while you're sleeping, and you've got your warm blankets on, it goes back a few degrees. Or if you're out of the house all day, long said it so that automatically at 8 30 or nine or whatever the time is, it goes back a few degrees and that can really make a difference, especially over time. And you're not having to remember to do that every day. You want to pay attention to it, But you're busy and a smart thermostat and can help you get that advantage without spending as much time thinking about it Interesting, and now a really controversial question. What is ever source recommend our inside temperatures should be during the day and at night, So we say about 68 degrees, You know, it's really how you're comfortable if you have it in about 68 or lowered a little bit when you leave. You want to put it up to maybe 70 when you're when you're hanging out, having dinner and the whole family's there. It's really about comfort and one degree or the other isn't the biggest change is that consistency that we were just talking about with the smart thermostat? So you know whether it's 68 or 70, or you're sending it back to 65. It's really that consistency with Getting it back a bit while you're gone, bumping it back up to your comfortable level when you're home Interesting. What about the tried and true techniques? Of using a ceiling fan to distribute the heat throughout your house. Yes, Some ceiling fans are set up so that in the summer they draw the heat up and out, and then you can change the direction and in the winter, they kind of Push the heat down, so definitely check if you have a ceiling fan. If it's got a directional, which on it, you can change the direction in the winter time, and it actually kind of helps keep the heat down in the room. It depends a little bit on your house. How effective that really is. If you've got a really big room with a high feeling that you're trying to heat it could be really effective. If you've got a bunch of smaller rooms with a few fans and, you know one central heating source. It may not make a big difference, but check your fans, especially if you've got kind of a big, high feeling type of roommate. You're eating well, Kate, I really appreciate you coming.

Positive mental attitude. I'm so so fortunate for the people that I have in my In my wife and I cannot tell you how fortunate that you all are in that massive group of people. Who are in my life. It's really Terrific to be back here, and the plan is To be here for the entire week. Now there is so much to get through today was going through the stacks of stuff. I've got three or four things here that I could literally spend an hour each. On I'm not going to do that. But to do them thoroughly. I could spend that much time. But I've got so much to work. And I wasn't here all last week, But I'll tell you what. How about that show open on Friday in a 15 to 16 minutes show open on Friday. I covered for the four days I wasn't here. Even I recognize how good that wass in terms of its comprehensiveness. There's some things that I said in that 15 to 16 minutes, show up, and I want to now build on. Because I think they're crucially important. And one of the points that I made. I'd read something that Glenn Reynolds of Instapundit Had had jotted down and it really Of made a tremendous amount of sense to me. And especially, it is It was during the Republican convention last week, and it was obvious what the Democrat Party was attempting to do, and they're they're building on it. Now, with the Attempt to blame Trump for all of the domestic terrorism that is going on. I believe the Democrat Party Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, whoever I think they are attempting and have been for a while, the literally foment a race war. I think that has been the objective and they have been throwing so much hate at Donald Trump that they have been goading him into responding with his own version of Hate. And that is where Trump has been brilliant. He has not responded in kind. He has not responded with hate. They have ladle it on. They have just hammered hate at him, hoping that he will hammer hate back at them that you look at that Republican convention or one that he hate. You couldn't find a shred of it. All you found was love appreciation. You found one of the most diverse political conventions I have ever seen. One that was up lifting to me, and I needed it. At the point that it happened last week, and it did. Trump and that convention lifted me at the time I needed it, and I hope that it had the same effect. On a lot of other people. Trump is not just running for re election. There's so much more going on here. The story that the president told at the Republican National Convention And believe me, it was his story. And it was well assembled. It was it was brilliantly conceived, flawlessly executed. I virtually everybody who had a role in it. The story he was telling. Is about saving this country from the race war. I firmly believe the left is attempting to foment the left in this country is patently obvious now. Isn't they want this election to be? They want the current American circumstance to be Black versus white, not left versus right, not male versus female, not Straight versus gay They wanted to be a black versus white. Immigrant versus native Maybe, But as long as it has a racial component, that's what the Democrats are attempting development. And Trump didn't buy it. He didn't He didn't buy into it. He didn't take the bait. He didn't respond in kind. All. Last week, the president made clear that it's about people who are constructive who are productive. And generally happy that's US. Versus people who are let's face it. Miserably unhappy. Okay. What do you think they'll care what they say Black lives matter, and they're not happy people and they're not capable of happiness. They're not capable of laughter. The closest they get the happiness is when a murder trumps a border has happened. Important close is they get the happiness It's a pony happen is obviously Is when they engage in the destruction of private property and general mayhem. But that's not the kind of thing that normal people are made happy by. But this is who we're dealing with. People who are destructive, miserably unhappy parasitic. That's the difference.

"One of the best studies that you'll ever see on magnesium. It's a Harvard study. 40,000 men. They looked at them over a period of 12 years. What an incredible study and what the investigators found was a very positive relationship between magnesium. And heart health. We haven't really talked much about heart health, but this is incredible. Um, there's another study. I want to point out they looked and women aged 47 to 75. That is our customers age right there. That's our age group. That's was listening right now. And they found that higher magnesium intake was associate ID with a healthy heart rate and also Believe it or not, with healthy blood, sugar balance, even healthy cholesterol level. So for cardiovascular health, This is one of the best things you Khun Dio Jan Connect the dots. Why is magnesium so important for our hearts J again? It goes that concept that calcium constricts magnesium relaxes. We can't Because our diet is usually a little too rich with calcium related type foods, and we don't get that magnesium. If we don't have that ability for our blood vessels to relax for our heart to relax, How can we experience that healthy Heart rhythm? You know, Magnesium wasn't the diet a century ago, but it's not here now, and it's very hard for us to get it. I think it its core. Magnesium is the most unheralded off all of the heart nutrients, and, of course, that includes fish, oil and coke. You tend their important but if you miss out on the magnesium and your muscles are are kind of not relaxed, you can imagine the heart is a muscle if you don't have healthy levels of magnesium on DH. What's insane is this. The studies are showing that As we get old for seniors, magnesium to 80% can be deficient. Jan. We are almost out of time. We've got about a minute. Why don't we wrap up here? Explain what's at stake here. Why should people take us up on this great offer for 10 bucks to try Mag Blue? Why, you know at its core. I think today's takeaway message is this If you are low mag if you have low magnesium, and we know that a subclinical deficiency can be is pervasive in our society. You're robbing yourself of the energy the spring the brain function, the good mood, the healthy joints. That is rightfully yours. You're paying a tax that you don't have to pay. And so nobody wants to pay a tax that they don't have to pay. Whether it's your blood pressure or your blood sugar or.

"Need to help Alan Way did we did Alan here's the deal for upper eyelids as I was talking about what we need to dio. Is Tio just, um, we need to remove the extra skin from the upper eyelids and that's a procedure takes 15 or 20 minutes on DH. When we do the low islands, those puffy bags that you have, we can easily get rid of by removing that tap, and we can usually do that without a scar or incision. To go ahead and just take that fat out, so it makes it nice and smooth there. Yeah, that's the beauty of doing the lower lid. It usually does not require any incision, which is really nice for some people. If they have a lot of creepiness or very thin skin with superficial minds and wrinkles under their eyes. We can also combine a laser in with that as well. Why're sweep like a CO two laser or J plasma laser? Something that resurfaces in underneath that lower lid? And it tightens up the skin. So it removes the fine lines and wrinkles on and it leaves the skin. Nice and bait, baby fresh. Basically, it forces that new skin to re service. So we can incorporate that. With the upper and lower lip procedure we can incorporate that with the facelift is well. A lot of people will also complain of fine lines and wrinkles above their their upper lips, those vertical lift lines or smoker's lines, so we could do this later in that area as well. So a lot of combination procedures on the face. I don't think anyone really gets just one procedure. It's usually a combination of stuff, which Which you Khun Dio and incorporate. Yeah, no question about combining procedures is great, and we offer all combined. The facelift procedure, along with an upper and either lift were also we also do a lot of injectables to the face. We do a lot of bow taps a lot of Judah German wrestling and these air fillers to the face that really do very, very nicely. To add volume back to the face and for the boat talks to get rid of those lines and wrinkles taking years off somebody's appearance in just minutes. So you know when you're dealing with the anatomy that would be a mini facelift or an eye lift something like that. When you're dealing with other more superficial lines and wrinkles or or deeper folds. We can do that with fillers, Botox and sometimes lasers along with that. Yeah. I mean, we love doing injections. We do a ton of them here. Boat is great for people because it takes about five minutes to dio. You could do it. You know, during your lunch break Onda. It lasts about 46 months. It's great for the upper side of the face, the forehead, the globe, Ella or those 11 lines in the crow's feet. We do a ton of killer We love wrestling products and Juvederm products radius is great for the cheeks. On. We can put filler in in the area that are bothering you in the areas that are starting to sag or droop a little bit to give you a nice her fresh look. Some people will do a liquid facelift where we use multiple syringes to lift the face in a really natural way. You don't look fate. You do not look over filled at all. But it gives you a really nice result In a matter of, you know, 20 minutes. And it's great for people because it lasts. It can last up to a year, but it's it's good for people who don't have the down time to do any surgical procedures but need a nice lift or nice. Pick me up. Some times will do other laser procedures as well, such as intense post light zap away the marks The red marks of brown marks sometimes for wrinkle reduction will do PR PR pit was president Michael Kneeling. There's all sorts of things that we conducive to make that face looked better, and a lot of these things will take years. Off somebody's appearance, sometimes without downtime. Sometimes if it's a surgical procedure with a little bit of downtime, But when you're looking in the mirror, you know, we all do that all day long or looking at social media or looking at our faces on zoom meetings or whatever we're doing. We say Wow, I really used to look better. I used to look younger. I aged. A lot of people say that s Oh, my God. I look much older than I did. Even like you know, months or, you know, mentor years ago and overnight or overnight, They changed overnight, and it's true. You know, we just have more focused on the way we look and you know what? There's nothing wrong with trying to look better. And there's a lot of things that we could do very simply in order to make you look better without downtime without risk without, you know, a lot of these things are quite simple. And even the surgical procedures are easier than ever before to perform and easier than ever before to recover from, so let's turn our attention.
