So that's how I started that the Hiba Key Club, and with registered manufacturer of our T, which means that we harvest have it harvested fourth in Brazil in the rainforest. We have put our containers containers come here, but cargo ships report of Los Angeles, and then from our warehouse here we now shipped to over one hundred countries worldwide. Wow. Love this story Milan. Thank you, so much always fun to catch up with you. And you know, we'll just keep telling everyone what we think of this team has I've seen it myself. It it really truly is something to anything that can help our hells. At that at that amount of money. I think is a good thing. And since I've seen the benefit to myself, I truly and then happy to sing the praises. So thank you. Oh, thank you so much have a greedy you too. And as he said, if you want more information on it, you know, check it out for yourself. You can just go to t club dot com. And the reason I asked Milan about what he did before is. Because here he was the stockbroker and he was doing he was doing well, and he came from Croatian work hard background. But then when his father got sick he got thrown that curve ball. And I know what that's like. 'cause I watched it with my mom, but I didn't know anything about the tea. I don't know if it was too late. It would have helped her or whatever. But I'm telling you I would have done anything to try to throw something else into the mix. And that's what happened with him. And I think that's fascinating that he made that career switch because of what happened with his dad who was failing and had colon cancer and was doing the whole thing with chemo and everything else. But it wasn't looking good for him. So when it was suggested to him by somebody. Hey, this stuff is really good. I, you know, works it can help. And then it helped his dad, that's what really turned him into a true believer. And that's when he decided as.

"Has specialized in internal medicine, and we are here to connect anxiety in children, the mental I think, Dr Mark what I believe is that there is a spiritual mental physical the mind body spirit thing is real how does it manifest in children? If they are anxious about what's in there. Well, anything in their life. Well, thank you very much, sir ear, exactly, right. It really is the intersection of all of those things and really a child's nervous system isn't really designed to cope with all the stress that's in the world today and a lot of families are running on a drill and all the time moving from one activity to next and we just needed. Sometimes pump the brakes a little bit. Our children just can't deal with the amount of energy and stress that comes out them, and they have these strategies to help them to cope with and he manages trust. And it turns innings eighty one in eight children in America has an anxiety. Disorder. According to the national institutes of mental health, and I'd love to share with you some ideas about how to reduce at all, right? That's a good idea. I was just thinking about canon his daughter who is now in college. But she like, I think of my own daughter never mind cans, and the things that they were my daughter is in her forties candidate in her twenties. But there was and it troubled me as a parent to see it. So anything we can do to eliminate it. And I'm sure these tips are going to help a little bit. So help yourself. Well, you know, thank goodness. We have all these options for our children today. And the problem is there may be too many. So one of the things I like to do is to try to find a way to demand more downtime for the whole family get outta whiteboard. Or even use a piece of paper put everybody's name at the top and list, all the activities, we do individually and as a family and you'll find your kids are doing hockey or soccer, debate club or government or Key Club or dance. There's so many activities before school during school after school that we just don't have that downtime built in. So I encourage you to map it all out at once you see in black white, you realize really how much we're all doing. My suggestion is to pick one of those and take it off a list. Find a way to turn that into a non plugged in electric family connection downtime where you spend time just being with each other take a walk do something active find that time that's in the day to connect. That's my thing. I think we're all missing. So here's what can number. I'm going to speak for himself. One of the things he found with his daughter was to go to the gym together can wasn't that one of the great ways of connecting with her and bringing down her anxiety level at the same time. Absolutely. And I just wanna say Dr tomorrow, because I, you know, I'm a cardiologist, and I totally agree. How important it is to keep the stress level down, and I will on a daily basis tell my patients to have a boring day occasionally. So I'm glad to hear you advocate. This. Boring. And you're so right. I think the heart really, you know, we need stress stress is what gets us out of bed. It's when it's dysfunctional stress or internalized the wrong way. And one thing for kids is to keep them on this type of schedule our bodies our clocks, and if we have these set routines and one of the most important teams go to bed at the same time in wake up at the same time and have a nighttime ritual where you wind down turn off Electric's ours. And there's and how this set schedule and routine that you do every night to help them. Get ready for bed to sleep deeply and wake up on a set routine. That's of things we can do. Good nitrous having him come down and getting rid of the devices. Getting the heck out of the room is probably a good place where you get some other remedies, maybe some strategies to share to get things calmed down a bit. There are a couple other ideas. One is you know, before this stress, develops innings ID, and we seek out medical treatment. Look at some of the things that are out there and wanted our life the food that we eat the water drink the air, we breathe, but also the medications and the over the counter medications that we do there are a lot of phthalates in dies and parabens food, preservatives food colorings a lot of these actually takes.

"You have studied the martial arts. I have and you have used it on stage. Sometimes look, but mainly against your female fans, which is unusual people think may too just for the ladies, right? It's not it's not. It's not like, you don't think you guys get it. See when when you roll around town sweet sweet cheat spandex you get your harassed. And here's the thing that our shows. I feel like the ladies feel like, oh, he's gonna want this. Yeah. And sometimes you don't you just want to keep the beat. Sometimes I'm trying to keep the beat. And like you feel like it's cool. To twist my head back to the right and stick your tongue in my mouth. Yeah. Not good. Not always not own most of the time. Cool. Sometimes no just depends on my mood. Yeah. So, you know, I get I get the me too. Interfere with the music that never changes. I've been doing the so long that, you know, things have happened on stage during song I've been to so many of your shows. And of course, you guys closed down house of blues on sunset we were the last year the last show, and it was a powerful show a lot of fun lot of celebs in the house too. Yeah. You had a lot of folks come out for that. Which was kind of funny Tommy Lee at one of our I think he was at one of our last shows, and we call them out. And he didn't come up. He ran out punk. He he totally totally just turn around. He kinda like duct super tall. So him ducking is still to all that everybody else. C? You Tommy come up jam and in the past. He had come up and jam when with Pamela Anderson, she came up on stage. Tommy Lee came up on stage. He played the drums. She was actually it was a Christmas time show at the Key Club. She was in a short Santa. Oh, well that helps and I gotta tell you. Prior to seeing. Prior to seeing that in real life. I didn't know why she was like a rockstar in those were the winning lottery numbers. Amazing. Well, I hope I hope all our listeners caught that because it can change your life. Yeah. It really will. Person who knows how to do that? You know back to the future. Yeah. Just curious. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. How he had that book that future book sportsbook? Yeah. Yeah. I have one of those for the lottery numbers. Yeah. That be the best lottery. I saw recently it was up to seven hundred and fifty million or see I still don't play come on seven fifty it. I don't do it. Why not the dark arts feeding like it's sucker bed. Man. It is a sucker bed. But for the two days while they're waiting to draw the numbers, you can actually fantasize about what it'd be like to walk around with seven fifty in your pocket. Yeah. That'd be cool. I'd rather party. I am busy like getting laid. Too busy like focusing on doing a good job at that. Okay. Then warrant can't multitask. You cannot want dude. Not when I'm laser bamed. No. Is that what you call it? That's what I call. Okay. What do you call? I call. It shoveling the dirt. Yeah. That seems really like not focused if he was like. It's super focused laser Baiming is more like precision doing it. You know what I mean? I call it. Burn in the trash. Okay. Yeah. I don't know. How far that's going to get you. But it's cool carrying the rocks carrying the rocks. It's also it's tiring when you say it like that carrying the rocks sledge hammer drill. Yeah. That's what I call. It. That's better down with that hammer, the sledge hammer drill. What else haven? The boulders shovel the sand. He had that one not sexy. Push the sled up the hill. Push pushing. Just call it. Fuck and the asshole. Okay. Well, you can do that too. I guess that's that's all right. It's more direct. It is. It's very to the point..

And I don't know about tomorrow. But it kind of feels like tomorrow's gonna be another mass closing day wonder where we are in calamity days member a few years ago. The clarity day chatter was epic. I mean just over and how do you make them up? And it's for everyone you go over the kids are like thrilled to not be in school now. But then you're going more in the summer or they've got to make it up somewhere else in its days or hours, our they figure all that stuff. It's just to me it always tell us to my son all the time. When you get up in the day, take care of your work first. And then you got whatever times left to play. Sometimes you don't get as much time to play. That's just the way it goes sometimes. But sometimes if you don't have that much to do just get it off your plate take care of it. And then if somebody comes in and says, hey, you can do whatever. 'cause you got your work done. I dunno. It just seems like for a lot of people. We don't really do much work anymore. We're we're not working. We're looking for excuses not to work. So I don't know. I don't dunno any trouble getting here. And I mean, you look out the window, and it looks like there's still a little snow in the air. And yeah, I mean, it's not the most beautiful morning ever. But didn't have any trouble it works out. And you know, you can talk about essential versus non essential. Some people have to do their work. When it's presented other people's like I can make that up tomorrow or whatever it ends up being. Okay. But whichever is try to smile and get along. We know that Columbia gas says usage of natural gas today could set a record. And that would be a record that dates back twenty five years. It's just incredible. What the weather how the weather impacts people's. Why a lot of what they talk about. You know, it's like, hey, how about that rain or how about that wind or whatever wits because whether impacts everybody kind of the same way. One real quick before traffic and weather when you look at where we are. I mean, we're two days away from flip into February. And once you get to February groundhog's day and then Valentine's Day, right, right? I read this story that made me laugh because back when I was in high school. I think it was the Key Club that used to so carnations and the different color ones. You know, if you're in love, it's red, and if your friends, it's white and yellows, whatever. And then there was always the black ones, and you could pay a buck and send the black when to someone that you didn't really care for. And we just thought it was fun. It was not that big of you. I'm pretty sure nobody's doing that anymore because that could be a hate crime or bullying, or whatever it would be today. Here's here's the. Here's the thing today. If you if you want to get back into next a British zoo, the Hemsley conservation center, they are allowing people to pay about two bucks. I mean, it's British money. It's about two dollars, and you can name a cockroach after somebody. I think I think that's delightful. So if you just want to take a little exact a little revenge it maybe just BT yourself. You can do that for about two bucks. Name.

You know, Phil he's somehow like men like biggie when we look at him as technician as a rapper as a like, just like a hilarious writer of lyrics with to park. It was so much more about who he was than just the music, although at the music too. He knew he if Bates when he was on was phenomenal is choice in any area of his his songs. He knows exactly like you said the music side of it. But he put more of his personality in his life into it than, you know, hundred percent more than the average person. You know, he got that back. That's why he was electric like that. Because he put that into it. You know, as a fact, so when you look at your how do you become friends with quick 'cause I always been fascinated him in general quick is the greatest man I met quick pie for the first time. Maybe I had a soul but back when they had the Key Club sign said I had a show, and he came to win probably because I used to shot him out in a lot of interviews or whatever I don't know about you remember him being there. I think maybe that was the first time we met him actually, and we start kicking maybe a year after our I got to work women like to talk to him and stuff like that. You know and quake, man. He's he's. He's really like the reason why I say, I would enwrap if it wasn't for design quake a lot of people, especially probably outside of California. Like what the fuck? You know, what I mean are like they wouldn't understand that the way, you know. But for me because you know, coming up quick there have, you know, like, the gang music affiliation toys music, but at the same time, it was just fly in like, he had different levels and subject matters. And I, and I really understood that appreciate it that as a kid, you know, and I, and I appreciate it being able to play CD's over and over and playing when my mom picked me up here when I was by myself, a lot of people, you know, they might have one song or in a couple of songs them songs with left. I said Linnet, where's the Kifah? She said it's in the console the car. I jumped in the car started up in drove it and the school I turn around and got back from the school. And I said to start the tire right there. I better this key fob out now. So I can lock the car up or move it or just not leave it in the car. So I start looking through the center console. And then I go she said it was in the center should gay told gave to put it in the center. We'll maybe she meant the part up front. Move the garbage and whatever else is Kane's whatever's up there, then I've started like, maybe it's just it's weird slighty armrest things. I'm sliding the armrest trying to figure out how the arm resting slides back to reveal another Covey. Then I go all searched the door. I'll start pulling things out the door dragging my hand in. And I could feel if I make eighty five I could fill least seven years of my life looking for shit that people fucked my shit up with like, it's never me. It's always somebody going. I told him it's over here. It's over that one. So I searched and I searched and I searched a car. And I go, okay. It's in the car because I just got a fucking car and drove it away. But I can't find it. But I live in a safe neighborhood. And there's a backup key fob. That's in the house because I put the entry hall thing there, and the little thing that charges the phones where you put your keys and different a lot of time discussing where the keys go we need to have the backup keys need always lean there. So I did that. So I knew that. So I said fucking I'll put the drain in. And that's when rob came walking up with a smash key fob. And that's when I said, wait a minute. So then I call the net. And I said I think the key fob was on the tire. As a matter of fact, I'm positive the key fob on the Tiber because I ran at over when I back down achey fell five on the censure of yours. She said gave brought that up, but I told him. No, I don't put. It it in the center console. And then she got specific. She said it was in the center council when driving and she said just leave it here, Gabe. Yes. Explain yourself. Explain yourself. So yeah, I was concerned about how is gonna leave the car was going to the key. And my first thing was like, oh just give it to Adam in the studio like, and she's like, no, you don't have to do that. And I'm like, all right. Well, it and the. I was like, okay. Can I just put the key on the tire? I usually do. And she was like, no. She was like. Yeah. And then she went back and forth in right? Yeah. It was it was confusing. I'm gonna give you credit gay because Adam Allen's moves to leave the keys tire. Which makes you think you're paying attention because you've often talked about that's your move, which are they insane. But you you do it to mitigate was listening to Bissau the boss likes it done.
