That is a damaging damaging story you it's. It's when you read these stories. Typically, it's one to two people that come forward, and you can be skeptical. All you want regardless of of what you feel but you know each each situation. You can say boy that I don't know that sounds I. Don't know who to believe here when fifteen women. The NFL's best and worst offensive arsenals: Barnwell's 32-1 ranking

"Barnwell writes these very lengthy pieces on E._S._p._N.. Dot Com and he wrote a piece that that came out early this morning ranking the N._F._L.'s. Goals offensive arsenals thirty two worst all the way to number one <hes> and basically you know he's considering how the players that the teams have will perform in twenty nineteen. He's not necessarily really just basing it off of recent <hes> recent performance. He's he's he's guessing on what you know. It will be in two thousand nineteen any says also that the as as a preface it with a lengthy the preview before he started ranking them of course in love with is that the arsenals are weighted <hes> the arsenal rankings are weighted more towards receivers than tight ends or running backs <hes> any says also the top elite level talent wins out over depth anyway the rankings start with the thirty second ranked offense of Arsenal Jacksonville Bennett's Denver Miami Seattle and then the Redskins so the redskins have the fifth worst offensive offensive arsenal in the N._F._l.. According to a bill barnwell any rights the investments Washington is made it wide receiver haven't worked out former former seahawks wide out Paul Richardson signed to a five year forty million dollar deal wasn't healthy and Seattle and cautious watches twenty passes in seven games last season former first rounder. Josh DACHSHUND hasn't developed in Washington. Just decline the fifth year option on Dachshund Jamison crowder left the jets <hes> mister relevant Trey Quinn will be as replacement Jay Gruden gruden drafted Terry maclaurin in the third round but there but is there any reason to think Washington is going to start developing whiteouts effectively. This is likely the league's worst group of starting wide receivers while that's the kind those kind the tools you wanNA put around a rookie quarterback and you know the funny thing is according to warn sharp. This is the most expensive offense in the N._F._l.. This mostly costly offense. Well take the field the N._F._l.. Because of the Investment Alex Smith and you know that is not going to write to pay off <hes> yes so I mean again another reason why you you WanNa put this on this limited offense in the hands hands of a quarterback who understands limitations in that case keenum. It's Cole McCoy too but I'm going to operate on the assumption that cultures isn't going to stay healthy so <hes> that's case keenum you don't want to <hes> experiment and test out a rookie <hes> with these with these kind of weapons <hes> especially if you're Jay Gruden and you know you have the expectation or the hope and we're assuming he does is of of having team good enough for him to remain as head coach. You know what's interesting. I was thinking about this as I was reading this early this morning. <hes> that the redskins according to Barnwell look I mean I don't know if it's the worst it's certainly among the five for six worst greg in a starting wide receiver groups and the N._F._l.. And we we know that you know in terms of offensive weapons they don't have much. I mean you have to pray. The Jordan Reed comes back plays thirteen games in his Jordan Jordan Reed again. You got to hope that Chris Thompson is a weapon out of the backfield. The dairy skies pays off as a second round pick and turns into a a guy that with Adrian Peterson is a big time back that that that <hes> Vernon Davis continues to be effective in it somebody somebody whether it's Richardson Dachshund or Harmon or maclaurin. Somebody steps up you.

You know, getting back to where we almost where we started the kids already been given preferential treatment, because he's wearing jersey had previously been a threat. You know, held back number seven Joe is minsters -i and the team had an opportunity to basically say to kid. No, no, we don't give that number out pick another number on the. And then what they chose to do is let the kid wind up, you know, lobby for it left it in Joe's hands, put Joe thighs man in a position where he would have looked like would've looked terrible. If he had said, no, you can't wear it and basically had no choice. So he's already he's already walking into that locker room with. With a revered hallowed jersey that nobody else on the team has the ability to do. That's right. That is true. They should have. Never put it in Joe's hands as far as the decision goes. That was stupid. All right. You got anything else? I got nothing else. I think iron my pay today. You earn your pay today. You always your pay today. And, and it's it's not great pay. "It on the podcast on the Kevin Sheehan show podcast. They will take good care of you couple of things that I wanted to get to after that conversation. I didn't watch any, the NBA words couldn't care less about any of them Janos when the MVP if, if you didn't know over harden. But by a we did we win any awards for the podcast, the podcast was nominated for four NBA awards but didn't win. And, you know, I was very nice appointed of the politics involved in this agreements retake, it's not an AMI, not a Tony non an Oscar, none of that. None of that politics. But, but anyway. Jaanus over hardened. Fine. Whatever it didn't matter to me. I mentioned yesterday and some of you push back. I recognize it's a regular season award. I do. I'm just saying that this is a sport where you really can't measure a how great a player is until they play in the postseason. It's completely different sport when the games matter. And the defense is there. And, and you don't catch teams on a back to back or a three games in five nights stretch. It's it's different in. That's in Janas was not the anywhere near the best player in the postseason. But whatever hopefully and I saw I think Koby tweeted out, congrats, you know, young fella. Now you gotta do it in the postseason win a championship, and all of the greats understand the difference between what we saw Janas doing the regular season. And then what he couldn't do, when the game's really mass. Absolutely..

And somebody brought that up to me yesterday was out on the golf course. And they said, I've never listened to the bypass on. I tunes only listened to it on your website. It's very easy. Let's bring in Mark Zuckerman, who covers the team for Massin NATs tonight with the first of three a huge three-game set with Atlanta downtown on before we get to that, Mark. You know, I'm glad that they ended up getting three out of the four games. And I think actually they could potentially got all four in I, I don't want to spend a lot of time belaboring, you know, whether or not these rainouts in the suspensions were worthy or not. But they got three out of the four in against Philidelphia and won all three. And I thought won all three impressively with, by the way, one of the more memorable pitching performances in recent. Nets history with the black guy game I guess they're calling it now with max Scherzer you surprised that they were really in many ways dominant over the three games that they actually got into the Phillies. I was impressed very impressed with it now. I mean, the Phillies came into kind of reeling themselves. They've got some issues sort of Advocaat the medic good time, but it's tough to win sweep any double header..

"Bob carpenter will be a guest on the show today. A little bit later on. We'll get to the nets and Patrick corbin's. Recent struggles with Bob when he joins us. I don't know in a half hour. Forty five minutes, something like that. Jay Gruden spoke yesterday a work through some of that. And give you the Kevin Sheehan show Redskins quarterbacks starting the opener odds that was a long description. I think we can shorten it up. But the starting quarterback odds for the Redskins, courtesy of the Kevin Sheehan show. It'll be a mix of. Errands odds. And my odds averaged out to a show. Odds on the three quarterbacks right now twain Haskins case keenum and Colt McCoy, we'll give you the odds a little bit later on on who starts opening day, and you know what we can update those throughout the summer periodically right through training camp until Jay Gruden or Dan Snyder, I would guess, names, a starter, whoever that person is that's going to be responsible for the starting quarterback a decision. The raiders got hard knocks Aaron not surprise because John crime, who was on with us last week, basically, you know implied that he had information that indicated that it would be the raiders. I just think it's a more interesting story for NFL fans period. It absolutely makes sense. I just thought that the Laura Vegas would be too strong to overcome, but you know what? It's absolutely between Gruden and between Mayock there with all the cuts and stuff. I, I think that factors in and then all the players have Tonio Brown, you have Richie incognito. You have all those crazy people. It makes all the sense in the world. Of course, it means that the Redskins bright won't go get it for a while. They're in the business of ratings and the raiders are much more attractive to an NFL audience right now than the Redskins are it's not even close. So I, I did I did think that you were onto something potentially with the Vegas thing. But the problem with that is, you know, if you're HBO, it's burden hand, you know, you know, that they're interesting. This year, you can't be guaranteed that they'll be interesting next year. So the Redskins not going to be the hard knocks team. The raiders will be and it will be a good watch. I think it would have been fascinating for all of us to have seen the Redskins behind the scenes out Nash burn, but I don't. It was as interesting to most NFL fans to the NBA finals. I wanted to play a sound bite from the show. The jump the Rachel Nichols show on ESPN. She had Brian Windhorst, who is an NBA reporter for yes. Bien and Tracy McGrady on the show yesterday with her listen to Brian Windhorst talk about the Kevin Durant injury. Obviously were invested in these games. But I'm not a fan of either of these teams. I'm a fan of the NBA I felt sick, Leslie. I mean, I really had difficulty getting over that. And I have only the most little tangential relationship towards that team that player. I don't even know. I don't even know how they're going to go forward from here. And I and I, I saw some some people were second guessing whether Bob Myers is putting on a little act. I know that was that was. Yeah, I felt sick command if you're Bob Myers, magin, if your teammates it was, it was a terrible moment. I, I don't know whether it's worth trying to find blame. I just think we have to look at as a terrible moment that was Brian Windhorst tracing. Mcgrady interjecting there. He's not the only person who has spoken about the Durant injury in that way. And we talked about it a little bit yesterday. But since the game ended on Monday night, the reaction his injury has really traumatized people in a way that is very surprising to me. I, I must be missing something here. I'm watching the game on. Monday night and I'm into the game. And yes, it was unfortunate for Durant, and the warriors that he got hurt and for basketball fans and I'm a major basketball fan it sucks that he got hurt. I would have much preferred a series with a healthy Durant..

"I Parker was good for Washington after the the trade from Chicago. So yeah, I mean, I think outside of the Beal situation you've got a lottery pick you've got to figure out what what those free agents you want back. And it's a lot of, you know, sat around ski, it's Jabari Parker. Bobby Portis players Thomas. Bryant players like that. That is probably going to be your big off season decision. As far as prioritizing? What of those players you wanna keep last one. Assuming Zion is the number one pick which I think is fair assumption is John is John rant number two. And do you. I I think this guy looks like a star point guard in the NBA. What do you think? I do. I think it will be interesting who is that too. I mean, I think if you're Phoenix or Chicago or even Cleveland it'll be interesting as far as do teams prioritise based on. Need or value? I think you just kinda you do best available. There are Barrett will test great. I think do well in his individual workouts. But I think where teams are with in a need for guard, especially some of the teams that at a point guard. I think I think you'll probably see a little bit of separation between Morand Barrett. It'd be really interesting if somehow the wizards ended up with top three pick after the to the lottery draw and somehow Moran was on the board. Because I don't think that the new GM should pass on them. You just have no idea where wall is or where he'll ever be. And I would say I would say don't get cute with draft. Yeah. And you know, you look at depth charts. And you see like, why would we pick a point guard John walls? They're like John rant will out outlast. John wong? Yes. Yeah. So that's why you know, unless you've got, you know, Anthony Davis at center he's going to be there for the next ten years. You know, you don't take center, I think that's kind of where you're looking at for for for the draft because it's gonna take a little bit of time for these players to develop and you have them for you have four years on a rookie contract. You probably haven't for another four or five years on their next contract. So yeah, I would that's my advice if you are picking number one and nine Williams in the staring at you and your already have a power forward. Don't get cute, Bobby. Thanks so much for your time. You're so great. I follow you into it or read all of your stuff. Everybody should do the same thing at Bobby marks forty to really appreciate the time talk soon you'll up. Thank you. "Think the AFC west at least going in on papers the best division in football. That would be my guess, the the NFC south saints falcons Panthers bucks. No AFC west best division with two teams that finish six ten and four and twelve that have chance to make significant improvements from year ago, who are you going to root for in the AFC west rivers or flacco? Good question. I haven't even thought of it that way because I am a big rivers fan. And man, you know, what they got absolutely housed in that playoff game. Remember how everybody was on the chargers in that game. I didn't play it because it looked like a total smell test play the other way the patriots. But I wanted to root for the chargers. I don't know. I I just think flacco is a clutch performer in big games. I don't consider him to be an elite quarterback. I don't have never said that. I don't consider him to be a top ten quarterback. I don't. But I think when he's had the same offense coordinator, and he's had weapons authencity. He's been pretty good. And he's been really good in games. That matter Layton, regular seasons, and in the postseason, and I think you saw a lot of what Baltimore thought of them in the way they handled the exit. You know, it was very classy on both ends. But yeah, I I don't know maybe root for both of them to to get to the AFC championship game against each other. All right. That's it for today. 'Stunned' owner of Maximum Security files appeal, says horse won't race in Preakness

"All right. Saturday's Kentucky Derby was an exciting race. But the drama really took place when the race ended for the twenty five to thirty minutes where they determined whether or not the winner of the race maximum security had won it fairly or not notably. The decision was to disqualify maximum security in that meant the runner up country houses, sixty five to one longshot was was the Kentucky Derby winner. I I I used to love horse racing. I'll be candid with you. For almost forgot that it was on. But I know one. Person in my life. That didn't forget that. It was on because he's the one friend of mine that knows more about this and really enjoys it than anybody else in that's brand Weinstein and he joins us right now. And before we get to what happened just out of curiosity who who did you play. Did you have in the race? I like I like Cassius and I like game winner. And you know, it's funny. What all this stuff that happened there on the final turn? I like the crazy part about a knowing country houses, the winner is that you really could have made an argument that a number of these courses were impeded to appoint the any one of them could have one and one of them was mine. So I will sit here say tilt until I would've been right in the end is fish, not apposite. But turn let's let's talk about it. 'cause you're you're watching the race in. And I am as well. And I I'm not a horse racing guy. So I did not pick up on what happened as the race was being run. Did you did you notice it when it happened? Well, I was there, and I was in the grandstanded this area called the media viewing area, which is off, you know, under the twin spires, and you know in real time. No. And I heard the owner say this on the today show of maximum security. Gary west you read on it. He basically lamented. This is what happens when it sour grapes lamented the size of the field, which is unusual. Right. And that's why I think no one really noticed it real times. The size of the field is so unwieldy and unusual. Most other races are half that size. There might be fourteen in the Preakness only because of the circumstances typically it's less than that. So it isn't unwieldy size. And so there's an expectation that there are things that are going to happen that are a little unusual but not necessarily illegal, right? And so that's why I think real time. I didn't notice it though, when they showed the replays of it was clear that that a violation occurred. The larger question was what were they going to do about it? Because of what was it stake? I've liken this to the NFC. Championship game that cornerback barreled into that receiver that should have been a flag. But what was it stake at that moment that referee to think about what am I gonna do about it? And I think the Stewart here at the same problem. Like, what are we going to do? Nobody went down. There was no catastrophe. So what are we gonna do about it? Or we gonna go letter of the law. We're gonna let this go. Well, let me ask you about that. If this is, you know, the fifth at laurel on a Thursday. Is it obvious that this is a foul and that horse gets while the fide? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. A million times like that horse veered five lanes away from where it was of course, they would disqualify. Nobody would question it, and it would never come up. It's only because of the stakes here. And in the end the hard part about it is. And this is the part that people don't seem to wanna really grass is. I'm not so sure that country house should be named the winner. He's only named the winner. Because he crossed the line second. You don't really know. What happened with war will which is the one? That was really agreed the one that was bumped or long rates Taty was making a move at the hit the brakes because other that it was going to be a massive crash between the horses. So there are a number of horses that had no chance of winning country house actually really interesting about it is he's the one that put the objection up because he felt that he was impeded.

"And before we get to Andy, just a reminder asking all of you, really helpful. If you haven't rated and reviewed us on I tunes, please do that really helps us on our advertising front. We were ranked in the top five there when we launched and we've been in the top fifteen here and there when you guys really respond. I think a lot of it is ratings and reviews driven and you've really helped us out in the past. But if you haven't rated or reviewed it recently on I tunes or apple podcasts. Please do that. Also, if you can and if you wanna review at rate it favorably if you don't want to read it a review at favorably. I would assume that. You're not even listening right now. But then don't read it or review it only rating review it if it's going to be a good one. Also subscribe the I tunes and apple podcasts and anywhere else. That allows you to subscribe doesn't cost you anything don't have to give up any any information. But it will will help us on the advertising front as well. Kevin Sheehan show dot com for anybody that doesn't know how to do a podcast on on a podcast platform. We put it right up there on a website with a big, you know, easy to find blue button that says play and all they got to do is click it, and they can listen to it. And and that's it on that front preciado all of the feedback. And all of you that have rated and reviewed it. It's been important us. And it's it's really helped. I did notice a couple of people. And I think I reached out to yesterday Aaron that were having that it was downloading late yesterday from apple podcasts. And I've noticed we've gotten a couple of Google play people that listen. On Google play that debt or getting later than than typical. I have we've mentioned it to our platform company. And and we don't have as much control on over that. But we can certainly pass on that message. I let's bring in Andy Poland to finish up. This Friday show haven't talked to Andy few weeks, we've been busy with the draft and some other things, but you know, I know you had something that you wanted to discuss about Bobby Beth which will get to in a moment. But I was thinking about you know, this morning, you know, after we talked last night about doing something today. And I'm like, I I wanna have a conversation with you about thighs men's jersey number and Dwayne Haskins. And you know, I'll get your opinion in a moment. I'll share with you mine during the course of the week, but I was sent the following a radio call into grant and Danny on your station. One a six seven the fan, which is wildly entertaining..

"Was you need to find out if Dan Bruce right about Haskins because if they're not right next year's quarterback class is considered a uniquely st-. Strong quarterback class that brought a few responses from poppy on Twitter LOL. Wow. Kevin Sheehan C at Kevin Sheehan DC. He's already talking about how to get cat. How to get Haskins out aveer just throw them out there. So you can move on and draft the quarterback next year. Truly amazing. Actually, that's not at all what I was doing. And I emphasize that a the only way you're going to learn if he can do this is to put him out there, you know, the meetings and the scout team it's not going to be revealing at all he's got a play. You've got to put them out there to learn, you know, whether or not he's the guy, you know, you're going to be able to learn some stuff potentially, you know, but you really need to see him play. But I also conceded simultaneously that these not ready. You can't put him out there because you won't learn much that way either. Right. So I understand both arguments might conclusion was this if he is anywhere near. Near ready and the competition with keenum in McCoy is close than they should play them. First of all if it's close competitively with the other quarterbacks. Why would you wait? You know, it doesn't happen that much with I ran quarterbacks anymore if they're remotely ready if you drafted him because you loved him, and he beats out the competition or he's close to beating out the competition. You get them out there. Because you gotta find out if you got it, right? Twenty nine percent of first round quarterbacks over the last fifteen years of become legitimate multi year starting NFL quarterbacks. So the odds are stacked against him at all the others to begin with. So you've gotta find out quickly. If you hit on one of the three out of ten that make it and yes because next year's quarterback draft appears to be very good. And because if you're being realistic, especially if you start a rookie quarterback. It's very possible that you're going to end up with a top ten pick you should want. You should wanna find this out sooner rather than later not at the expense of rushing him out there too early. If he really isn't ready, and he's more of a long term project. I get that. And I'm for that. If that's what they decide if he needs a year or two behind veteran until you turn them loose fine. But if he is more advanced if he is close to keenum in Colt during training camp and even before then get him out there. I think it makes sense. So I did this poll this morning, which has gotten I I was curious off that conversation yesterday about Bruce Allen, which was not a conversation that dealt with advocating for a contract extension for Bruce Allin at all it was actually the opposite. But I did this poll this morning because I was curious to find out actually somebody. Jested that I do this. And I thought it was a good idea. I did a poll this morning just to find out. You know, what people thought of Bruce Allin after this draft. And it was a simple question. Have you changed your mind about Bruce Allin now, by the way, you know, for the one person or two people that asked me change my mind, how well then you shouldn't be answering it all right? If you need me to describe what I meant, you know, I really think your plate your answer than is coming from a place of not close to following the Redskins. If you're following the Redskins. I think you know, what I meant when I said, you changed your mind about Bruce Allin. Have you changed your mind about Bruce Allin was you know, I think self explanatory. And I think it was for ninety nine percent of you. But anyway, I digress. So Bruce, Allen's been doing a ton of national media bathing. In the accolades of of a highly rated draft taking victory laps of sorts, by the way, skins social media is. Celebrating a lot of this as well. They had a tweet yesterday. That said in case you forgot how are draft went. And then they link you to all of these all of these grades on the draft..

"I mean, already they're four and a half out if they lose today and. When they go. Let's say four and six on a road trip including a losing two of three to Philly. They're probably seven or eight out. Well, long season. It's a learning to you're gonna go ahead and play the other one hundred forty something. Anyway. They're absolutely going to. But I don't know. I think there's a lot of starting to be built up anger towards Dave Martinez. Whether you know because even before the injuries, he it's not like they were. Going through people. Then all of a sudden they hit injuries and started skidding. They've been getting moment one here. Yes. So if you if you want to make me make a bold prediction by Memorial Day. Dave Martinez out. There you go. You heard it here. First from. Aaron Oester, the producer editor social media manager for the Kevin Sheehan show podcast and soon to be the producer for NBC sports radio show with Tim Murray and Michael Jenkins. All right lot to get to van pelt will be a guest a little bit later on. But a lot of lot of things to get to first of all from Bryce on Twitter Gruden into Rico. They were two man booth. Right. Yeah. They were we missed that one yet, obviously because the money night booth now is going to be booger McFarland and Joe Tessa Tor two man booth with Lisa Saulters on the sideline and we were trying to come up with recent to man booths. And we just completely forgot about Gruden and Tariq, oh, which I felt was very good booth. Next thing I wanted to get to a was the Redskins are not picking up the option fifth year option on Josh Doksan. That is not a surprise. It does not mean that Josh Doksan won't be a signifty. Part of what they do this year and Josh Doxa. Now knowing that he doesn't have a contract for twenty twenty is going to be playing for one. You know, the the the question about Josh is never been talent. It's always been does he have enough interest in fire in the belly? I mean, that's really netting it out. And you know, that's one of those things I was dead wrong about Josh Doksan. I loved him at TCU. He was a phenomenal performer. He had every single thing you'd look for in a college receiver Gina translating to the NFL. But the things that we never know about right? And in the all the due diligence the personal stuff, the psychological stuff that does he love football stuff. And I think it's been clear over his first three seasons that it's been a struggle to you know, to clearly say that this is something that is, you know, the end all be all for him. There's just been something new. Missing from it. You know, early on it was a claim from some that it was home-sickness. And you know, I know that at TCU he was very introverted, and very shy and had gone away from school at a high school for one year and then transferred back to Texas to be close to home. But you know, he is he's a professional earning a lot of money at the professional level. If he wants this to be a career in long term career, where he makes you know, a lot more money than he's made off of a rookie deal. He's going to have to prove something this year doesn't mean that somebody if he has another, you know, subpar year that somebody won't roll the dice that they can figure them out next year. But it's not going to to acquaint to a big contract. I still think despite what the Redskins drafted in the optimism over MacLaurin and and Harmon, you know, the dachshund is still going to get a really good shot, you know, along with Richardson and Trey Quinn, and it cetera. But. He's gotta come with a lot more probably early on to turn this into. What could be you know, who knows maybe the breakout year be perfect timing for him. Especially now the Redskins haven't picked up that fifth year option, but not a surprise. Couple of tweets that will lead me into a conversation from Allen on Twitter. Alan tweeted me yesterday, so conflict and dysfunction as a Redskins narrative cells on podcasts radio.

Right caps game four tonight against Carolina get to some NAT stuff from their winless night over San Francisco and van pelt will join us, and he was at the masters on the coverage all we varying. You're burying the leader, buddy. I'm not a big self promoter. I I want you to promote me, I'm telling you. Kevin Sheehan the clairvoyant Kevin Sheehan who nail down. What I mean? Twenty five percent of the of of the Redskins scaffolding twenty five percent mess predict. He actually the twenty five percent of the schedule. And which is a hundred percent increase over your best. Prediction, actually, just just to give you some credit for whatever reason talking about clairvoyant, you said when I did the mock schedule a week and a half ago, or whenever it was this year, you're going to get a lot right? It's going to be a record year for you. I'm like, why do you think that well matter of great instincts artist part of the reason was I don't know how or why? But you seem to be smarter than. So so I figured that. Maybe get you'd have a little bit more insight. So not not to belabor this all real quickly. I got four right. Yes. Not exactly for right. I got three. Right. Exactly. But the Minnesota game I did get in week eight. And I also said it would be featured game. But I had it as a late Sunday FOX doubleheader game. Instead, they put it on Thursday night. Let's let's not quibble racers before. I don't think we should quibble about that. So I had that one right? I had at buffalo in week nine right? That's so Petar that you had that one right? Had Philadelphia at home in weeks in week fifteen right? And I correctly predicted that they would close at Dallas in week seventeen. One is is the woven. It's back to back games that he got right back. Yeah. I think the San Francisco game was really close in there too. But I last year the wo- moment was when I predicted that they would play Tennessee in the next to last week of the season on a Saturday. And I got that one. Right. But that was the only one I got right? Yeah. And typically, yes, it's a I think the most right ever was too. So you've doubled while you're that in one year. Thanks to your encouragement. I also I I was very close on a lot of other things. I said that they would open up on the road and I had at giants..

Their sounds good. Yeah. What else did we have today? I got big day ahead. We're so what your day? I gotta go write a column heading over. What's your column going to be about today? Well, actually, my counts going to be something that we discussed the longtime ago. It's going to be out Josh Rosen and how if he comes to Washington, he's probably going to bring some political opinions with them here too. 'cause he's got some particularly from school, some political baggage that he'll bring and it's very possible that we could be looking at a player for the first time who may publicly speak out about the Redskins name we've discussed this before I know we've discussed before. But do you have any information? Now, we'll know that needs to be addressed before they ever deal. Well, because this is a guy who won and Trump hat we had saga that he could be. And he definitely as he's got some straw. He's a strongly opinionated guy. Although we didn't hear any of that in his first year in Arizona. I know, but you're writing a column. You don't have information. Now clear, I don't have information. But but the idea is at some point they're going to run into a player who's going to publicly say something about the because you know, only one out of ten native Americans may be offended by the name. But a lot more millennials seem to be offended by the boy, do they want to tell the native Americans about south. They should be offended. So I mean, and he comes from that generation. I understand that. You know, you say that it's going to happen. One day. I don't know that it has an already happened where the team had a sense of a player they were going to draft or sign in free agency said I don't wanna come here because of the team name, we don't we don't know that that hasn't happened. And in fact, I would bet that it has happened. You know, I don't know anything, but I bet somewhere along the way they got an inkling with a draft choice or a free agent that the that particular player would have an issue coming to the Redskins because maybe it may have happened already. Look there was a referee who didn't want referee games in the NFL that we didn't know about for years because he was offended that ended up being on CBS is one of the worst. All he was terrible. Why are we blanking on his name? I don't e-. He did he was the referee guy and CBS who was just awful every single time. He he reviewed a play for the broad get broadcast team. He he got it wrong. Well, he wouldn't be great for carry my car. He would have been great for Redskins game said. The other thing actually, you mentioned this to me before the show, but I'll just give you chance real quickly is to weigh in on magic, just that's right.
