I had this guy in my show for years down in Miami before I got to New York with Bernard. For years, he served two tours in Iraq. He became good buddies with the American sniper Chris Kyle, when I had to write a very good book called The Punisher. Then again, he's been with me and Bernie now offensive. Come back to New York as well. It turns out the guy was Kevin Lease a real American hero. And he spoke that night in Brooklyn. I did as well. Uh, about now, after what happened in Afghanistan, and this weekend Commemorating the 20th anniversary of 9 11, What are your thoughts on all that? Yes, that's a great question. You know, I thought about that Quite a been simply needs like African level. We all said. You know, I would never forget, and many of us have the opportunity to go ahead and step up to the play instruments out of freedom, and many people sat on the sidelines and just washed and watch the team. So for that in Afghanistan veteran there's no need to feel depressed and shame. You did your job exactly. We're supposed to do. He took the fight to the enemy. You're successful. Good job. I think the depressing part is the lack of actual politicians. That's the biggest thing you know. And as a veteran There's not much I can do to fix the situation on the ground. Right now. There's some ways to help here and there, but I think some people in just giving better candidates in office to make sure that doesn't happen again. No agreed. And that's that puts you on this on the people the American people to vote the right people into office, Kevin, But, uh, I want to ask you this the great fear Now look, we have a tendency to exaggerate. I'm the first to admit that that's what we do in the media got to make it exciting for you driving in the morning. But the great fear now is that what happened in Afghanistan whether it's Al Qaeda, or Isis K or some other The Taliban is like 9000 extremist terrorist groups now that are in Afghanistan and 9 11 part two is on its way. Is that a bit much? Or do you think there's some credibility that You know, I would like to, uh today. Actually, that's finished. You know, overly curious before and President Trump's right. You know what's happened now is, you know it's this bundle of blunder in Afghanistan has been exploited by many different people. You know the Chinese doctors they're going to take Because reverse engineer inhabit that what we have, you know they're going to exploit minimal work, mineral rights, and it emboldens terrorism across the board..
