Not Flying This Summer? Many Americans Are Hitting The Road In RVs
"Flying is not all that attractive these days but with gas prices, low travelers are hitting the road some of them worried about staying in hotels and eating in restaurants have decided to go a different way they're taking an RV, a recreational vehicle for the first time Melanie peoples has more like a lot of people amy holded has never driven anything bigger than an SUV, but she's about to get behind the wheel of a thirty foot long house on wheels. Getting their first look at their home for the next ten days amy her mom Sandra and especially her twelve year old son Duncan are thrilled. Why Goal. Very. It looks plenty big for their trip for Madison Alabama to Cape Cod Massachusetts there's a table, a kitchen, a back bedroom, even a shower and bathroom not to mention walls that slide out to make their living space even bigger. Cheryl Huddle is the owner of the RV. Okay. So normally start at the front door we're just GONNA go around and everything's been cleaned with bleach because of covid you wouldn't think it but it takes two hours for huddled to show hold it everything she needs to know there's all the indoor stuff how the benches turned into bed when to hook up to electricity when to use the generator, how to turn on the generator not to mention all the outside stuff like power cord water hookup right now we get into the Control panel. Air Conditioner where're you headed to this? Wasn't the vacation hold each who works us an esthetician in a salon had planned for her family. They were all supposed to fly to why and sure they could have just put that off for another year. But Amy wanted something for making memories this summer my Dad Alzheimer's, and my mom has a progressive memory loss as well and I knew. I don't know how many trips we have left in us. You know there's a lot of uncertainty right now and I, just kind of went with it just kept thinking about it and kept thinking about it and i. just kind of jumped off the cliff and didn't that is not to say, she doesn't expect challenges. But as she's navigating her new role as a single mom she's discovering learning to overcome them is a good thing and so there was a little bit of uncertainty of of doing it myself. But I've. Always, been able to do it myself before for the most part on you know struggle sometimes but I think I can do it. She doesn't want to look back on this year as the year corona virus ruined everything. Hold it is not alone nationwide three times as many people are renting vs the summer according to the RV renting service RV share CEO. John Gray, says, people are Leery of shared spaces are discovering. What's great about RV's people can bring the bathroom with them. They can bring their kitchen with them, and that premium of control that has always existed in RV travel is even more of a premium. This year prices run from fifty dollars a night for a pop-up Camper two thousand and night depending on size and level of luxury. Despite the Corona Virus Americans certainly aren't sitting at home, the American Automobile Association Aaa Expect six hundred, eighty, three, million, car trips this summer that's only a three percent drop from last year bottom line is Americans plan to travel genetic Kesse is a spokesperson for AAA. One thing different this summer she says is people have to plan ahead you want to plan your trip from eight point. Be Not just to know how you're going to get there. But where and when you're going to stops and that's exactly what hold each has done mapping her out all the way up to Cape. COD making sure she won't have to quarantine along the way speaking of old age. She's gotten her last bid of RV instructions and the family is all inside buckled up and ready to ride. Right regard. She'll be fine. No really. She made a perfect three point turns in reverse after that. And then they were gone. Off on their big adventure. For NPR news. I'm Melanie peoples since Melanie reported that story amy has made it safely to Cape Cod but says, driving an RV through the Lincoln tunnel is not something she would advise.
Oxford COVID vaccine trial results called "extremely encouraging"
"Yes some great news coming out on the COVID nineteen front, so university of Oxford has developed a covid nineteen vaccine in. It's showing really positive results. There's evidence that vaccines can produce these immune responses that are supposedly going to protect people against the infection, so they need to do more trials because they need to get A. A wider Kesse, wider net and see how it affects people more, but currently they say it seems to be safe and effective. So this is great news. Yes, that's way ahead of schedule and it is very heartening to hear that, so we wanted to put that in the good news
Disappearance of Jennifer Kesse
"Picking up where we left off captain we are discussing some of the possible suspects or at the very least people that we think should be looked at in this case we we now need to take an in depth. Look at two men whom Jen worked with many people believe that one of these men not both is likely responsible for Jen's ends abduction. There is a lot in this case that points to Jennifer being abducted by somebody who knew her knew where she lived her routines whom she might have have trusted and possibly let her guard down with. Perhaps this person confronted her over her recent trip with her boyfriend and an argument ensued. Dude the story about the two co workers at Jen's workplace makes them suspects in the eyes of many followers of this case. The Orlando Police Least Department did not prioritize Jen's workplace in their investigation. Probably because she never made it into work that day the crime happened elsewhere. Swear we said that in the week after Jen's disappearance the Orlando Police Department conducted interviews with some colleagues of Jennifer's and took her computer. But really that's about it. The building she worked in had over three thousand employees Orlando. PD did not speak with every every or actually very many of them at all and there are two in particular who are Internet favorites for being her abductor. These men and were not interviewed in-depth until three years after Jennifer vanished drew. CASSIE has long told a story that may have helped spark public interest in a Co.. Oh worker of Jennifer's as a possible person of interest. He enjoys maintain that a manager in JEN's office. We're going to call. Oh Him John. He was her peer not her superior but he was very interested in Jennifer and repeatedly pestered her about going out with him. Jennifer did not date colleagues and this manager was married. Drew enjoys suggested Jennifer that she handle it by having lunch with the manager in the building's cafeteria and letting him know firmly that she did not date in the workplace drew says that as far as he knows. Jennifer did do this then after her abduction at a public event the Kassy's conducted publicizing Jennifer's case. This manager approached the Kassy's en- gave them a secret Santa Ornament Jennifer cap on her desk. Now if that were all there is is to it. Then the manager would likely get a side I from the public but he might not be a person of interest but there is much much more to this story. Oy In two thousand ten. Another Co worker of Jennifer's who is known in online forums as the pseudonym Adam Frank although although that is not his real name filed a harassment suit at cf I west gate resorts against the manager. Who We said had a crush rush on Jan rain? The manager was Adams Superior at work this lawsuit alleged that the manager was known to have a relationship with Jennifer Kesse and to have made comments deemed threatening since Jennifer went missing these included comments. That Jennifer was likely eaten up by alligators by now which he said to more than one person. It also alleged that the manager was late for work on the morning of the twenty fourth of January. Two thousand six the day that Jennifer went missing according to this complaint. The manager made disparaging comments about about Jennifer's boyfriend and he was obsessed with her Adam. Frank claimed that the manager and Jennifer had a confrontation about her trip. With Ron Ron on that Monday morning after Jennifer got back from Saint Croix within days of Adam. Filing this Rasmus suit. He was fired from West Gate. Now it is is not known whether the manager was actually late for work that day as alleged by Adam managers were not required to keep time cards but in the wake of of Adam suit and dismissal from the company a source told on concluded that it was Adam not the manager who was obsessed with Jennifer. He had sent her an email telling her she looked nice and he was creepy Stalker Ish by these accounts. It seemed that this Adam Adam Frank Guy may very well have made up the whole thing about the manager to cast suspicion on this manager on John Rather than himself right. The upshot is and we don't know but a private investigator who worked for the Kassy's views this manager as the the prime suspect and says that he has not been cleared by Orlando PD. Which one the manager? John John this this manager John was the boss us of this other employees. Who later filed the complaint Adam? Yeah thank you it is. It is difficult to follow because you really have one man saying. Look look at the manager. He said some weird stuff he might be guilty of this one. He's also saying that he also came in late that day and we have no evidence of Jennifer talking bad about this Adam before she went missing but we have evidence of her talking to her parents about this John Character. That is correct. The weird thing though is we have other sources that say that it was Adam who was late for work on the twenty-fourth and not the manager The private investigator also states. That Adam Frank again. A fake name passed a polygraph and she was able to corroborate his statements. Somehow the manager knew about Adams complimentary email to Jennifer indicating that he was monitoring her emails emails again. Another thing we just do not have answers to but it looks interesting. And I'm going to point this out here captain i. I firmly believe in reviewing this case that the individual or individuals responsible for her disappearance. They had some knowledge judge so it whether it be extensive knowledge about Jennifer Cassie or even just some general vague knowledge but they had some knowledge about this young young woman and her activities. One man that we have not yet addressed and now many feel could possibly be linked to what happened happen to Jennifer because of similarities between Jennifer's disappearance and one that he is believed to be responsible for this is two two thousand and nine a young woman named Tracy. A Cossio left a lar- in Metro. West neighborhood of Orlando with a man named James Hat. Away away the bar was called the taproom and Jennifer Cassie and her friends had been to this bar at least on one occasion which was in Jen's old neighborhood. Tracy Cossio was never seen again after this at that bar at the taproom with this man and her case is is still unsolved her. Chevy Cobalt Tracy's car was found in Cohee just blocks away from the home of the man. She left the bar with James Hat away away. Jennifer Kesse worked in Cohee hat away is now serving life in state prison in Florida convicted of an attack on another young woman. Rachel Rachel Clark whom he tried to strangle to death in her car after she gave him a ride. He was known to Brag about how he liked to strangle his victims and break their necks. Had Always ex-girlfriends told detectives. He had a morbid obsession and vampires cannibalism encierro murders. The Orlando Police Department has looked at James Halloway and Jennifer Kesse case but the fact it is there just is no real evidence to make a connection for one thing. Both Rachel and Tracy were voluntarily in hathaway's presence whereas it is very unlikely that this would ever have been the case Jennifer Cassie. It is theoretically possible that had away saw all Jennifer cassie somewhere and decided to attack her. That is possible but again it doesn't seem to be that there's any anything of evidentiary value to connect him to her missing persons case. Yeah doesn't seem like there's much of a link at all. I mean definitely similar cases but no link yet and it's it's interesting that one of his possible victims. It sounds to me has never been found as well. I think that is. There are several problems with Jennifer Kesse case. And when I say problems I mean. They're they're mysteries. These little mysteries that are inside the big mystery and one of them is not only. When did this abduction take place? And where. But also why is she never been found Bryant. There was not that big of a window a to get rid of her or conceal her and we went through a lot of the searches that were conducted. They had some hits and some leads along the way but she's never been found and that's another thing that is cadaver dogs hit on her car. Rei either right. And that's the that's the other thing that is still so troubling and hurtful to her family to this day

"While you don't really need the father to do so much if you get what you wanted from Logan Logan and where I'm going with this captain is I would think as an investigator at that time that the people that I should possibly be looking at might be the two friends of Logan's and if he is able to provide them with answers regarding Matt and regarding Travis and the FBI going. Well Neither Matt nor Travis Look so good at this time. We don't know what additional information drew could provide us at this time regarding those two individuals. And maybe maybe they don't like those two individuals after they get done talking to Logan. They don't like them. Assess as suspects. Thank you we don't know what else was done in these regards yards regarding the FBI but essentially the F. B. I.. Only reviewed the case and made some recommendations to the Orlando Police Department regarding how that agency should proceed from there now by February two thousand eleven the FBI announced that it was ending its involvement in the Jennifer Kesse see case drew. CASSIE said that. They told him quote. Your daughter seems to have vanished. We do not know exactly why or how and we really have nothing to go on. End Quote yet seems the more we do this. Show the more we hear about individuals disappearing disappearing into thin air. Almost we have suspects that we can discuss here. Captain and I think there's some that we can clear off along the way there are some certainly certainly that looked better than others in this case I. Let's discuss who everybody would kind of make the leap to immediately in this case. Ace Is Jennifer's Boyfriend Right Rob Allen as we discuss the Orlando Police Department looked at rob as someone who might be connected to Jennifer's case however rob cooperated fully with the investigation. In fact he contacted the Orlando Police Department detectives on Jennifer's case before they called him he submitted. DNA took polygraphs and gave countless interviews to police his alibi by the way for Tuesday. The twenty fourth is that he was at work and this checks out now. We should keep in mind that this assumes a daytime abduction rob could in theory have drove all the way up to Orlando after their ten. PM Phone call and got into the CONDO condo abducted got rid of Jennifer and then got to work back in Fort Lauderdale in time right but also doesn't look like the suspect driving the vehicle. Michael That's correct. And addition to this. His cell phone usage shows that he was in Fort Lauderdale in the timeframe in which Jennifer went missing. He he from my understanding is considered to be cleared. Rob Is still close to this day with the Kassy's and still helps out as much as he can in finding Jennifer by participating in TV shows and articles regarding her case we also can bring up drew and Logan Cassie father and brother. It's you know we've already Kinda gone through this so I don't think that we need to dive into this one too much more because These are two loving family members. They don't seem to be anyway. Involved in the abduction of their sister or daughter. Logan was polygraph asked by the FBI as we mentioned when it commenced a review on the case in two thousand ten drew offer to be polygraph. But they didn't take him up on it. Both men were eager to do. Do whatever necessary to not only rule themselves out but to move on and help the Orlando Police Department move on with their investigation. Well these cases aces that somebody just goes missing participants into thin air. There's normally a time where family members might act a little all strange I. I don't think you see that in this case right if anything that you see not only are the parents acting In the manner that you think they should but almost the way you wish all parents would act in these situations. They're they're leading the charge. Yeah and it's it's as you just said that if I were to go missing this is how you would want somebody to react into. Hold onto your case and lead the charge to find find you right. One person who the police looked very hard at was Jennifer's ex boyfriend Matt Sullivan. He's remember he's a friend of Logan's against they had been broken up for well over a year by the time she went missing but remember. That Matt was in Jennifer's Condo while she was in saint in Croix hanging out with Logan and Travis drew. CASSIE has said repeatedly. That Matt did not easily get over the break-up and and the he tried to get back together with her on more than one occasion we have seen reports that by the time Jennifer vanished in two thousand and six did matt had actually moved on and was dating someone else. Yeah but at least initially he was not happy. About this break-up Logan Cassie said that the Orlando PD quote. Put Matt through the Ringer and quote. This is probably because not only was met at Jen's place that weekend the weekend before she went missing but on Monday night the twenty third when many people believe that it's possible that she was taken that night matt was at a bar across the street from the mosaic at Millennia. Now we should point out here. This was not just some dive bar that nobody ever goes in. This was a very popular bar called the Blue Martini. According to drew cassie reports were that Matt was very Mary drunk that night and he lived he lived about thirty minutes away. So let's keep that in mind because that that looks uber her suspicious when you hear all Logan and Travis and the Casey family live two hours away yeah or three hours hours away. I'm sorry whatever it may be. That's a much bigger distance than Matt Matt lived somewhat in the Orlando area. He lives only about thirty minutes away from from Jennifer. Kassy's Kado and this bar which is across the street till you're saying this guy's drunk pretty drunk at this bar. Yeah but he's thirty thirty minutes from his home so he drove thirty minutes drunk. That's not what I'm saying. I don't know how he got home that night. What I I can say is there are reports that he did return to his residence that night and these reports are coming from his? I believe if he had two roommates at the time right there were saying that he was home around one or one thirty in the morning. So it's one of those things captain captain where it's either suspicious or it's straight up a coincidence and it's easy to see why people have followed who have followed Jennifer's case are very the interested in Matt although we should point out that his involvement seems to be one hundred percent speculative if if he was across the St he could have called her that night and said hey let me come over. I'll grab Travis's phone and you know mail at four you. Oh because where he lives doesn't help get the phone to travis any faster right. But we also have Jennifer's parents saying that they don't find this to be likely they don't think that she would open the door for someone at night And possibly even if it was matt that they that she wouldn't open the door this. This is tricky though because we do have the statement about the knock remember the knock on the door right. That drew cassie said happened when Jenn was on the phone. Jen said it was a neighbor. What if it was Matt and she didn't want to tell anyone because Matt was her ex that makes sense Matt would certainly be familiar with Jennifer's Condo and possibly her routines. He could have killed her in an argument. It doesn't have to be something that was planned and staged the Condo to look like. She had gone to work on on Tuesday. It's certainly a theory that we can't dismiss off hand but unconcluded reported that both Matt and his buddies he was was with that night were questioned. They seem to have been cooperative. And that Matt agreed to a polygraph although Orlando Police Department never followed through on that again they. I should've I think that's stupid. You're with you. You have the opportunity to just take it because maybe later you find some stuff and you don't get the opportunity because he asked the lawyer up but he also doesn't really look similar to the suspect driving her car either that's correct correct and there were some reports early on that. He was not at work the next day. which could just mean that? Yeah he was drunk and hung over and didn't make it to work the next day or could mean that he was busy cleaning up his mess from the night before. Right the problem with that statement is we also have statements that say no oh that is incorrect. He was at work the next day. The problem to that I want to point out is a lot of people suggest and say that will matt. It looks good to me because he doesn't seem to be willing to discuss the case publicly or go on the record with a you know a newspaper or sit through an an interview right and and be filmed. WHO's willing to take a polygraph test? He's willing to take a polygraph test in everybody. The that is close to the case seems to be saying the same. The thing that he was cooperating with police he met did at one time. Release a statement said look early on in the investigation. When when this became big news down in Florida I was willing to talk with newspapers or with with with the news and media in general? The time that I did do that the one time that I did do that they took my story and twisted it all around when it finally came out and he you know once bitten twice shy. He doesn't want to do another interview with the newspaper with media because he feels like this could easily happen again. That's that's the difficult thing to for the public to keep in mind. You can sit down and discuss the case or what you know or don't know about the case of somebody that you know intimately somebody that you were on the inner circle of with the media but after that interview is over you have so you. You are powerless on how they choose to release it on what they choose to cut from your interview what they choose to include and sometimes James even the order that they decide to rearrange things. I've always heard that if you're going to do an interview like that where where it could be tricky for you later on in life the best thing to do is to record the interview yourself right. Even if it's just audio and go that way you have something to to back your own own back yourself up and say look they. They twisted this whole thing up there making me sound. They're making me look guilty. When in fact these are there by answers to their questions?.

"Property. So right right 'cause they could hire one contractor. That is only there to tile on contractor. That's only there to do you drive. All the problem is when you're able to contact that contractor and they're not gonNA give you the proper names of the people that work for for them to their undocumented that becomes an issue that becomes a safety issue for others and that's where. Yeah maybe I can not be so impressed with these detectives from this TV series or maybe not impressed with some of the rumors that heard but the stacks You know the cards are stacked up against these detectives anyways especially the newer ones. Because they're left with very little information from the original -tective detective detective so for whatever reason or however you want to slice it much about the early months of this investigation is lost or or unknown. There is virtually nothing in the case file from the first sixteen months of the investigation. We do know that the falling was done and or was not done by the Orlando. Police Department Jennifer's Condo was never processed the handrails on the two sets of stairs leading leading from Jennifer's for the second floor to street level. Were not dusted. For Prince. Jennifer's credit cards were checked. There was no activity after the abduction. The Orlando Police Department has never commented on her bank records or phone. Records the Orlando PD. We checked close circuit TV and traffic cameras near all relevant locations. Jen's Condo did not have surveillance silence cameras at that time the Orlando Police Department checked pawn shops in the area. They also took Jennifer's laptop into evidence. The police visited Jennifer's workplace about a week after she went missing and did some cursory interviews with her colleagues and took her work. Computer into evidence as well the Orlando Police ordered a ping study to try to see where Jennifer's I cell phone was on January twenty third and twenty fourth the discussion of the Ping's and Jennifer's phone is probably one one of the most debated in confusing pieces about Jennifer's case drew. Jesse addressed the Ping's in the in an episode assode on unconcluded and in one entry in the guest book on the families website as well and we will revisit this issue further a little later for now remember. The kassy's said that Jennifer had terrible cell service in her condo and addition they have said that one one of the Cell Towers near the mosaic at Millennia was damaged or down at the time implying that Jen's phone had to ping off a further away a tower when the Orlando Police Department looked at Eleven Ping's related to Jennifer's phone according to drew and Joyce the police believe believe that Jennifer was out and about late on the night of Monday the twenty third moving away from her condo after her nine. I'm fifty seven. PM Conversation with rob further. They believe she had gone to a shady area of town. It's not known where this was. Yes the Kassy's absolutely denied that there was any way Jennifer would go out that late on a work night after getting up at five. Am that day. Hey and they said once she was in for the night and in her sweats and glasses she would never have re dressed and gone back out the Orlando Police. Police Department detectives said to the Kassy's quote. You don't know your daughter as well as you think you do. One more thing that the Orlando Police Department seems to have told the Kassy's was that both Jennifer's phone and Travis's phone were powered off at some point that night around ten forty pm but the Kassy's Kassy's knew that Jennifer used her phone as an alarm clock and didn't turn it off that night..

Eventually the Kassy's would be forced to sue the Orlando Police Department before we get too far along. Captain I WanNa make sure that we do our due diligence here. We have to give credit for much of the information. The good information in any way in this case this is due to some of the sources we have already mentioned but a big garage cheers has to go out to the podcast on included. So to Sean and Scott over unconcluded cheers mates. We have relied heavily on the unconcluded. PODCAST and the help find Jennifer Kesse facebook page which discusses the case and maintains a database of timelines and facts. Of course we recommend both both by late afternoon on the day that Jennifer was discovered to be missing the Kassy's had already printed off hundreds of flyers with Jennifer's picture and a photo of her car and the License Plate Number They Rob Lorn and twelve of Jenn. Sorority sisters stood would on street corners near her condo and handed out these flyers to rush hour drivers. They also posted flyers all over the area including AH her condo complex. The kassy's of course had called the Orlando Police and they met with detectives GAAS and right at the Condo that evening evening along with Rob Travis and Logan. I do want to point out here though that detective right was almost immediately replaced by detective. Detective Browning so for anybody looking into this case just be aware of that drew and Joyce were not really impressed by the detectives detectives and with this meeting. Although they took the report the missing persons report and said they would look into the case. Drew Enjoy said that the Orlando Orlando Police. Departments opinion was that Jennifer simply took off after a fight with her boyfriend and eventually she would turn up. Yeah that's what we're told. Almost every time right Kevin. Yeah it's a bunch of lazy people so of course the Kassy's flat out refused to believe this they were incensed danced at the implications. There was no way that Jennifer had left. She loved her life. Drew enjoys vowed to find their daughter. No matter what it took but there was very little to go on the Orlando Police. Department issued a beyond the lookout for Jennifer and her vehicle. This went out around nine PM. That evening the Orlando Police spent thirteen years investigating Jennifer's case ace and captain. You are more than well aware of this. Because of your work on the Tyler Davis case but I found this to be just an interesting Christina little stat over three thousand missing. Persons reports are filed annually in Orange County Florida during at that time the detectives initially assigned to the case retired a year into the investigation and new detectives came and took over the investigation investigation. They too left and new ones where sign. This is a thirteen year old investigation. I'm not faulting Orlando Police Department and for assigning new detectives we when we have people retire. That's what has to happen. A third year investigation. You can't force them to stay on the force so a lot of work was done I was just going to say there's a episode of disappeared. It's called girl interrupted aired in two thousand thousand sixteen And they had some detectives I. I don't know which detectives they were right but they had some detectives on that show talking talking about the case again. They they make the claim. Hey well we know that. She got an argument with the boyfriend. So maybe she just took off very unimpressed. With these detectives the the thing here is to with the switching of detectives so the new detectives are only left with what the old ones provide them with right and and there was a lot of work done in this case and the files number tens of thousands of pages one thing that was obvious to be a problem and extremely unfortunate was that the original detectives were old school. They didn't use computers. They didn't take any notes so when they were retiring and moving on put out the pasture And the new detectives detectives come in. They're left with with almost nothing and I think that they were did. The original detectives were forced or at least asked and did so like. Write down everything you can remember about the case before you. You're you're done in your Outta here right. That's awesome right right. That basically says yeah. We know your daughter went missing but we don't give a fuck. I'll tell you what man I cannot tell you. I don't watch the show anymore but member like the first forty eight and then and there's I think there's another show that's the seventy two hours whatever. Anyway I'm talking about these these cases where you can watch a unit homicide homicide detective robbery detective whomever and they're interviewing people and they're I cannot tell you how many times that I've seen what I hi call like old school detective work work in a case I love it like. That's one of my favorite things. These are guys and and in and women that are interviewing people and taking down notes. They're writing things down even shit. That doesn't seem important at the time they write it down and multiple times. There's something that happens. A week later or some vehicle is spotted elsewhere a week later and they can flip back through their notes and go. Oh Yeah I remember. I thought I remembered something like that. I wrote down a blue. Lincoln was spotted here and then all of a sudden now. They've got the lead. Did they need it so I get it not. Everybody was raised around computers and to use them. I don't under- C.. As in Computer Peter School. I don't understand the fact that they it's been reported that these guys didn't even take notes that seems to me to be the most basic and simplistic Dick Portion of detective work and in recording. Your work along the way. Yeah you wonder if that's bullshit or if they took some notes and and the department can't find them. I mean you start by the obvious. We have this girl that we're missing. Let's try to figure out what she stayed there that night. Roughly what time do do we think this happened. Is there any eye witness. That saw her car there at night. Start there now. We go to the boyfriend. Now go to the ex boyfriend now. We go to anybody else that may be. She had any romantic ties to Nalis. Go to the family. And in that the same time then you go to every staff member and that that condo complex and then go to the different staff members of the construction but that lies a big problem when you don't have a list of those workers Now you have any of those workers. Plus any of their immediate contacts that possibly possibly worked with them at some point two now the pause becoming so big to try to investigate well and anyone that's experienced one of these he's renovation large scale renovations or construction projects on on housing sites and residential areas and even in commercial areas understands the. It's not as easy as just going to one big company going. Give me a list of all the workers that are working working on this property. It doesn't work that way because there's multiple multiple companies some of them big some of them small some of them one man owner operated operated operations.

"Disappear or evaporate. They did not want to be under scrutiny. Even if they were not involved in anyway in her disappearance Jennifer had been dating someone for about a year when she disappeared. This was Rob Allen. He's an English rush soccer player. Who lived in Fort Lauderdale? Almost three hours away they had met at the Tiki Bar in downtown Orlando Ndo in two thousand and five rob was eight years older than Jennifer but the two seemed to be a good match since Jennifer was somewhat mature for her twenty any for years of age. They spoke multiple times every day. And the two of them alternated trips to stay with each other taking turns every every weekend rob figures heavily into this story and to the story of Jennifer's disappearance since he was the last known person person to speak with her rob has grown very close with the Qaissi family and remains so to this day on back to your one point it's really hard to have undocumented workers because we don't know what kind of criminal history they have and so in this case too we have the undocumented documented workers staying in the same complex as the owners. Yeah and the other thing. I WANNA point out to to talk all of that off. We have the the false sense of security that some of the optics provides for the CONDO. uh-huh owners right. There's they are sold that this place is gated insecure. I'm here to tell you it's neither. And and there seems to be no question of what happened to Jennifer Cassie and January of two thousand and six Jennifer was abducted everyone including including the Orlando Police Department agrees to this but the remaining questions surrounding her disappearance is who took her. How did they taker acre? And even when did they take her. All of this is unknown even to this day. Let's go through the timeline of the disappearance Jennifer Kesse to establish what we know and what we do not know. On Wednesday January eighteenth two thousand and six Jennifer drove from Orlando to her boyfriend raw balance and Fort Lauderdale. This was after work on Thursday January nineteenth. The two of them flew flew from Fort. Lauderdale to Saint Croix for some are in. Are they stayed in a condo. There this is with Family Friends of ROB's photos of the to show them doing the usual vacation type things there at the pool. They're relaxing in the sunshine. They were scheduled to fly back to Fort Fort Lauderdale on Sunday but for whatever reason their flight was cancelled so after some scrambling around they managed to get a flight to Miami and have a friend pick them up to make the forty minute. Drive back to rob's place Jennifer got up at six. AM on Monday. An and after rob filled the gas tank her gas tank and her black Chevy Malibu for her she made a three hour drive north all the way up to Orlando and went straight to work that day. According to Jennifer's work colleagues she had a normal day at work she raved about her trip and said she didn't want to leave around six PM. She stopped in and said good night to her boss. John Willman she. She got in her car and drove twelve miles home. Her car's transponder said that she went through the usual toll at six fifteen pm. Am that day too. In how many miles. It is from her boyfriend's house to her house. It's a little over two hundred miles now. All she was in her car on her way home from work she did call. Her parents drew and Joyce to tell them about her trip she also spoke with her brother Logan who was living with their parents at the time right Jennifer had given Logan a set of keys to her condo. He was just twenty one at the time and Jen had given permission for him to stay. Ah Her place while she was away. This is with some of his buddies with Logan at Jennifer's place that weekend was Travis Borgen Yawn a longtime family friend of the Kassy's and joining the two of them was a guy named Matt. This Jennifer's ex boyfriend Logan Matt Matt remained friends despite Matt and Jennifer Breaking Up Matt didn't actually stay at JEN's Condo. He lived in Orlando so he's very close only about thirty minutes away he just hung out there with the other two guys. The family says that Matt took the break-up with Jennifer Jennifer very hard and he continued to pursue Jennifer for quite some time. Yeah it's not clear where things stood in January three of two thousand and six because we know that Jennifer had been dating rob for seems like years or over year and rumors are that Matt had moved onto a new girlfriend right on the phone with Jennifer. Logan told JEN that travis his buddy had inadvertently left his work work cell phone at her condo and he needed it for work asap. Jennifer agreed to find it at her place and she she was going to Fedex it or ups it to Travis the next day the family is unequivocal about this Jennifer. Plan to bring Travis's cell phone to her work with her on Tuesday and send it out at at that time again. Jennifer's family says she was a creature of habit so they can predict or they say they can predict what she did next she arrived at home at the condos at Millennia and parked in her designated spot. This is number twenty me too. Twenty six the same as her condo unit. That was very near the bottom of the stairwell that went up to the second floor where her condo Rondo us. It's literally a matter of maybe thirty feet to her spot from the stairs. Yeah it was dark out when she arrived home home. She brought in her luggage from her trip. which was later found still packed in her condo? She checked her male which was also found in her condo at the main office on her way in. It isn't known whether she ate anything. Her parents say that there were no takeout Out Containers in the trash so perhaps she just ate something from the fridge which did have food in it and likely changed into her sweats which she always wore at night when home then got on the phone yet. Jennifer is going to get on the phone but her condo had notoriously bad cellphone phone service according to her parents the phone or her cellphone only really worked in this would be sporadically when she was out on the balcony so when at home Jennifer would usually use her landline the Orlando police have all of her phone records but have never ever released or discuss them and fact the Orlando Police Department has been incredibly tight lipped about this entire case releasing virtually we know information. This has resulted in a major legal dispute now. That night jen spoke with her best friend from childhood. This this is Lauren McCarthy. The two were as close as sisters and shared everything Laurin told idees disappeared that Jennifer told her on on the phone that she had a great time on her trip but that she and rob were actually having some trouble mainly with the distance that they live from one another the distance distance between was providing this trouble and neither one of them wanted to move to correct this Brian. This of course anybody a problem. Yeah anybody that's it's been a long distance relationship understand that this is a very common situation. Jennifer may have talked to other friends at night but we don't know for sure as said they've not released the call records but we do know that rob told the police and JEN's Zhen's family that the two of them had a phone conversation on Jen's landline as they did basically every night. This one was at nine fifty seven PM. Jen told rob that she was in bed when they spoke the two argued on the phone. A bit it isn't known exactly exactly what they discussed. But Lauren told Greta van cistern that Jan was quote feeling the distance and quote rob and Jen and wanted to be together but neither was willing to commit to moving rob later said that he wished that he had told Jennifer. He loved her her in the year that they were dating since he hadn't. It's possible that she was questioning his commitment. And it sparked an argument in any prevent rob was the last known person to speak with Jennifer and this is the last of the concrete facts for that night again. This call this conversation ends around nine fifty seven. Yep.

They will not say anything or continue to take the money until the government says hey we're changing. This isn't how this works. You gotTA assume this has also lead to more jobs in the U._K.. So like if that's the case this has been a positive thing right. You'd like to believe right but then we have the thing in there about the bonus pool of three point whatever billion dollars per spread out possibly over many years ear foster a ton of money. That's that's the what we have here in. Greg Miller is opinion. If you don't mind is just a government program as usual not thought all the way through <hes> not the quick enough to be able to adapt how things Jay probably did mean it to be that hey we want to help foster video game development here and to their credit. I would assume that has happened. I would assume you have seen smaller medium-sized studios do that and when a smaller medium-sized studio does that right then you usually do see that all right cool wow we don't have to pay taxes over paying us more percent of taxes which means we talk about all the time now for our taxes at all but just you know with jobs or whatever right we now have this extra income. That is an extra income. We're thinking gain weight the line our pockets and give everybody a bonus or something it's like Oh. That's a salary that can be. How often do we talk about that? That's somebody's salary we could if we did this and did that move this that can be another head that we could use. We're a small scrappy studio like that right. We're trying to do more and bigger things and bring more people in give opportunities to people that's what happens with small and medium or a small studio even goes to being a medium and Amigos to being a large right but then yet is the question with a rockstar owned by to take to interactive millions of people working. King in all these different things for take to the world where do those dollars and sent to add up and where do they go. Are they really being spread out and bringing more jobs and I don't get me wrong Kevin. I think you're right that yeah. You've seen people get hired there. Regardless right I think again that's the cultural impact Russia. You don't need any extra so what's incentive right which is fine piece of media ever right yeah financially speaking. It just seems like a mistake in the in the U._k.. Cover it seems like just a program that wasn't thought through enough war. Maybe it was maybe we I mean again. This is report from Kesse US pontificating and then based on on the tax watchdog group in the whole tax watchdog is define glaring weird airs in British Tax Law Right. Here's one of them but again. Maybe you get you trace it back to the source of the guys with the whigs parliament I think our hugh prime minister talking knocking about it and they're just like hey. It's not even about small things we just want people making video games here and so yeah the one of the biggest games in the world wants to be made here and we don't pay taxes which sounds weird again but maybe they're talking American corporate law and how much these motherfuckers pay.

So when they start that construction. I don't know. If there's room or Hallo deeds in the land, they would be interested if they just built a separate road and finish it in rechannel. And then just making that up on it after the fact that's gonna be bottleneck when they start that project, but it will be but. Every construction project does tend to do that. "New frontiers painting intelligent design air conditioning and heating, so we've got the areas covered and we had Phoenix Tucson covered for a long time. And all the folks in castle GRANDE kept calling us and saying man, we're like in no man's land. We can't get your Phoenix contractors to come south. And we can't get your Tucson contractors to come north. So we. Built out what we call the Kesse Guerande connection, and we've got technical security all about water d'oro, foam roofing, lions roofing. Arizona painting company. Bruton Al electric now plumbing desert sun, Hiya Cooley for those of you in Pinal county. Growing county what we flatland third between Phoenix. And tucson. It's you know, I laughed at the light rail system to win. And in Phoenix light rail system went into saying they should have just put a light rail system between the two cities at save that traffic on itin. I would take that overdriving that I tend stretch any day. It's it's kind of a scary stretch. We've had some some very heartbreaking tragic accidents there just recently, but they are getting it close to be in an eight later the whole way, and boy that sure gonna help. Lou is going to be a nightmare when they rip up. Is it like right south of rawhide Riggs road down to about cash grand to the river. Do they either air or they rage isn't big enough to go any wider? So when they start construction probably I don't know if there's room or how the deeds. They would be interested. If they just built a separate road. The 65mm Woman: Natalie Portman To Star In Sia Musical VOX LUX ...
"Mama. Mia, here we go again. Exactly. They really might go for it and sort of Italy kick the movie off like it'll even some good momentum as enters the false Hollywood Foreign Press. Is this the people that gave lady Gaga her Golden Globe, right? Ready for her second. Like if she doesn't win it, I think there's an they're gonna burn. Think she already one. There was a press release about that. I Richardson up for you at the Venice lineup. We've talked about, we talked about the trailer last week, but I'm really curious about the favorite yoga's slams most movie, but one that kinda snuck in. Don't know. It's going to be other festivals is Paul Greengrass movie twenty two July, which is, you know, just a cheery comedy about the Norwegian terror attacks of years ago. I did speak to a publicist for the movie a couple of weeks ago, and she told me that. I mean, it's her job to tell me it's good. But what she described to me was not just, you know, it wasn't ninety minutes of a terrorist attack. It's actually more about what the what, Norway did afterward to kind of come together as a community and to prosecute the guy who did it Andy. Now given that he's like a Neo, Nazi, blah, blah, like there's some, sadly, some really pertinent relevance to today. So I'm really curious about that. And then vox Lux which is another musical. I think with Natalie Portman, there should just be a musical festival. Actually Br brilliant idea which you know it stars, Natalie Portman as a pop singer. It's billed as a musical name, UB Jude laws and Jennifer, Jason Leigh and directed by Brady Corbett who we mostly know as an actor from funny games and various other things, clouds cells, Maria. But he directed in two thousand fifteen a movie called the childhood of a leader, which was really well received by some kind of sort of pretentious. Art has piece anyway, I'm very curious about that. I feel like that could be like a slow burn, kind of like dark horse contender for something. Maybe Natalie apartment, I don't know and kind of buried a little bit below the films, I guess because this playing out of competition, there's going to be preview of my brilliant friend. The HBO Elena Francais adaptation, which I'm very curious about. I'm gonna go pick a couple of like fancy director titles which got knows when we'll see them. Some of the may come out last year next year, but you've got the first film from Florin handled von Donner's Mark since the tourist, which was kind of his. Follow up to the lives of others, which was this hugely successful German film. The tourist was disaster. So it's interesting this evening could come back there. Jennifer Kesse director of the Babu has a film competition. The only woman with the film with the foam competition, which is its own thing that I'm really excited to see the film from Laszlo name. As the I think he's a Hungarian director who made on of Saul, which was incredibly Graham kind of them the Paul Greengrass style just deep dive into humid privacy of, but he's got a new film coming. So I'm intrigued to see it has to be lighted than son assault. I don't think there's an option, so we'll see what happens with that. The exciting thing about this lineup and the Toronto line which will talk about is that this year was so weird because there really was not a big awards contender that came out of Sundance. There really wasn't one the came out of can. There wasn't one of the south by southwest, really. So like it's just like, I guess we have Black Panther. That's one we think is in the best picture race. But like beyond that, like we're all of this is like new exciting. Like heaven's seen it stuff. Yes..
