"Here with music news. And this is Kesha. Were weird and wonderful. Rainbow ride to Cruz has been rescheduled. Like everything. I'm telling you guys, I know there's nothing to do right now in 2020, but rest up because apparently 2020 their big plans. Bang. It's 2021. Alright, tell us about Pasha and her weird and wonderful rainbow ride to Cruise Cruise has now been postponed till November. 3rd of 2021. It will run from November 3rd two November 7th. It's going to continue in the tradition of her first cruise that she did in 2019, which was named after her album, Rainbow will go. It will depart from Miami to great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas. And, uh, it's gonna feature performances by Kesha Struts, K Flay Alley and a J. Wow, I haven't heard of them in a long time. Big Frieda, who is on his new album, Mr Wives, Rabel, who has done a few songs with Kesha. I have really like Rabel. He's great detox, Monet and change Roxy Andrews Authority whore and you No more drag queens and fabulosity will be expected. On the weird and wonderful rainbow ride and guests. You purchase room's already on the cruise, which was supposed to be this October. So if you are you probably have already been notified if you bought these tickets But you can transfer your reservation if you want to still go for next year, And so they've extended Thie change date. So you have until December 31st this year, Tio figure out if you want to go on the next cruise, but it sounds like it'll be pretty fun. Kesha's new album, which I'm blanking on the name of it, but I've listened to it a lot recently. It's really, really good, and I never in a million years would have ever thought that I would say that I've listened to a Kesha album, but it's really, really good. Her voice is is sick, and there's some great songs on the new album so I would actually see her life. I don't know that I'd go in a whole cruise. Of this, But you ask you I know they do. A lot of these crews is a lot of artists from all genres that they do a lot of country music cruises and all that. The because on the block do a big cruise. I always I think you'll be way fun, too, but I think I'd be a little bit embarrassed. Is that weird that there's like an embarrassment factor to go on a fan cruise? I don't know. I mean, I wouldn't I don't know. Like Rosie. Who would you cruise to go? Who would you go without a clue? Aside from your brother's, because that would be acceptable. I wouldn't do that, Um You know, I would probably do a Coldplay Cruise or YouTube crews like I would do a band that has a big catalogue, where, like every night could be a totally different set. And you're not going to see the same stuff over and over. So there you go. If you want a cruise with cash, like I wouldn't do like the Celine Dion tour because that that would you know, dinner would be a fork. I would actually probably have to settle myself overboard doesn't have a beautiful voice, but by beating on her chest. It was a lot to handle. All right, Let's talk about Britney Spears. Now I've been following her on instagram and this girl does not ever take off choker. It's just Something happen on right, but she is strong. It's always on, but she strongly opposed to having her father take over her conservatorship. So what's going on with Britt Rich? You know this whole free Britney thing? Maybe she's now watching it online. And now she does. After a decade. She doesn't want her dad to be in charge of her personal affairs anymore. We know what happens when he's not in charge. She shaves her head and things go horribly awry. So I don't know I I don't want her to be controlled. But I also think that her dad has saved her life. You know this started in 2008. This was a very public generally stuff still going on with that there has to be. I'm just concerned that she won't take her meds anymore. You know, if he's not in charge of her money, she'll blow through all of her money. She's trying to fight it. And, uh, obviously that this renews every few years so now saying she doesn't want her father in control of her career and her finances D. J. V. Show Music News at 28 minutes past the hour. "I was. I was reading a tweet by Kesha bottom. She is the mayor of Atlanta. And you know, she tested positive for 19 and in her tweet. She talked about that she she just received her test results that were taken eight days ago. This is the mayor. Of of Atlanta. She she just received a test The results from eight days ago, and one person in her house was positive back then. So that was the reason why that they went to go get tested, but by the time they that they, of course tested again one week later. Three of them in the household are now called it So The point is, is what she's saying is is had they known sooner they would have immediately quarantined sooner. Now that's just in the house. Imagine they went out and about as they're waiting on those tests. This is something we talked about last week. Remember, we talked about the the be testing taken awhile and that's while yesterday we had Dr Angela Rasmussen on talking about the importance of the future, hopefully getting in home testing so that we can be better aware of when we're covert 19 positive so that we don't go out there and spread that into the community. Absolutely well. Here's the thing because I don't think we're going to ever Stop people from arguing. I think people are always going to be, you know, resisting certain things, including the mask situation. So again, I think it's just going to boil down to If we can call it herd immunity In terms of people, The more people who do the right thing, the better off we're going to be and the better off. We're goingto be in terms of trying to go back to normal. And I will say another thing that doesn't help Aah! And you know that is when anyone tries to downplay The virus and Also these discussions about well, you know, all those protests happen, but you know any increase in cases not because of the protests. You get it? I didn't like that. That's ridiculous. That's ridiculous, Right? I mean, who would say? Well, well, you know, there's no evidence of that. But we can't have five people. Gather s O. That doesn't make sense. But the other thing is that the president made this claim about Pope in 19 just this week. Now we have tested almost 40 million people. By so doing, we showcases. 99% of which Are totally harmless. Well, according to the Johns Hopkins University, Slightly more than 4% of the cases in the US have actually lead to death. That's just the people who have died. And, of course, there's also evidence now that Corona virus is spreading faster than ever before. Like you mentioned yesterday, nearly 60,000 cases were reported nationwide. That is a new record. And we've got this from Dr Tom Freedom, who is Thief, former director of the CDC. We will see a lag in deaths following the increasing cases. We expect that Doing a little bit better on treating people. More importantly, it's in the younger age groups. Currently that's where the big increase is. But what starts in the young adult population doesn't stay there. Again when you have so much mixed messaging, too, you know, in young people. Hey. No, They think that they're just clear of anything and they're not gonna get sick and in fact because so many young people are getting sick. That is why we're seeing so many of these new cases, and governor Inslee said that as well, having young people we really need them to step up the plate and not be hanging around with eight or 10 or 12 people shoulder to shoulder having a beer on a sunny day. It's just too dangerous and we really need them to help us out here and believe they can Ursula. I hadn't asked you this in awhile, So I ask you now we've got about four minutes to go. What's the biggest concern that you have personally that you have right now. That we're going to be still talking about this and still going through this cycle next year. Until we have a vaccine and again even when we have a vaccine, there's no guarantee that it's going to be effective. Even flu vaccines some years there just highly ineffective. And my biggest fear is going into the fall. When we do see more cases of flu, and so going into flu season with this, not under control, I will have a kid going out to college. I think, um And I just I worry that we're going to stay in this. And any business that is already struggling is just going to shut down forever. I don't You know what are so you took a little bit of my thunder You brought up the flu season. That's my biggest. That's one of my biggest concerns right now is Thea upcoming flu season. That's coming because right now, this is the month of July here and it's not flu season, right, You know, a flu season. I know everybody seemed to tell us a lot in March, and they would send us numbers every single day, and they tell us how many people have passed away from just the regular flu. And still understanding that yes, people pass away from the flu, and then also, they pass away from Cove it in the effects of Kobe But I think overwhelmingly the biggest thing that my biggest concern is our Non fight as a nation like this is not a federal fight. This seems to be a state fight. And in my opinion, I think the way to really fight this is to really there has to be a message from the top that we all fight this and what I'm what I'm really afraid of is that if we're waiting for the president, it's not going to come from the top. It is if you're talking President Trump, Okay, We're not going to come from. They're okay with it. Then we're in trouble then. That's where I go back to individual responsibility. At this point. It's like it's up to us. We can I be honest. Like what? This This makes me so so angry and so disappointed. You can look around the world right now in C countries that have succeeded. There's nothing about Americans that make us exceptionally vulnerable to this virus. It is the decisions that people have made, and it is the messaging in the decisions that our leaders have made. I cannot imagine having to file for unemployment a second time after waiting 12 weeks, the first go around there is a successful model for this. There is no argument on that. I just don't understand. You said it beautifully. Sorry. Go ahead, G. I just Like Ursula, I hear what you're saying is as faras individually us as Americans. Yeah, I get that part of it. But individually we were not going to witness. We're not going to fight this and I don't know if and when President Trump is going to do it, but he has to. He has to a some point stop with all of the politics and let's fight this pandemic or just like chef said there's going to be men and women across the country. Fallon again for unemployment. We still have people here in this state that have not gotten unemployment. I'm going to be kids not going to school. There's going to be the possibilities of hospitals filling up deaths in sickness, two families and this is what I'm afraid of, if we don't try to fight this together. And I hear you. I mean, I hate the idea that what we were talking about in March is what we're still talking about today on July 8th Yeah. 9 47 way, hear from someone who is really tired of everything going on. Coming up on 9 33 There.

"Was so I was expecting like just drama and or train wreck and or not great musical performances. I was expecting awkward moments and honestly didn't get that many of either of those things I thought it was tastefully done. Great music great musicianship rate singers and a couple of potential connections. Some of which I felt were really authentic. So I was GONNA say is at least surprise I was GonNa say Jayson Dallas. Just let's be honest. You say pleasantly surprised they thought they were GONNA suck. I was a judge later on. I was like okay. This is GONNA be they're gonNA suck is going to be a lot of drama. No we could say I. I thought the same thing so I was in the same boat as you. Well and Richland. I've talked about this. We didn't know what to expect because this is the first time this show has happened. And so we went in thinking like okay. You know there's going to be hopefully couples that form. Hopefully the people can carry a tune and be decent singers but like when we started watching we were both away and so watching the couples in these performances. Go down there. I'm just GONNA ask you. Was there anyone that really stuck out that you were like that person has what it takes to like? Keep going keep going far whether it was just an individual or a couple. I was in the early. I was in an early group. You had more a lot and most of the couples there there tend to there. There seems to have been like a a standout female standout. Who really was like this is going to be her act and it was really going to be his role to support that. Yes he's part of it and it's meant to be both of them delivering this message. In a lot of cases they're really sent seemed like it was female dominated in the performing side of things. Okay girl taken the lead. I like it runs the world. Becca so you brought up a good point. You know you're trying to connect. These couples are trying to connect not only with each other but with the audience. Did you see anyone? And we don't need names but did you feel like I was there not for the love aspect but more for the fame or the performance and what could come after all of this absolutely. Why think each of them had a little about some of them really ward on their sleeve and you could see like they're really here because they love music? They love performing. They love themselves. And do they love this person at their with? They're not sure yet. I did see a little bit of that. I did see a little bit to see who was here for the right reasons in the wrong reason. Yeah in a in. Throughout the course of the show that will that will be told for sure so prior to coming on this show because it is the bachelor presents. Listen to your heart. Did you watch any bachelor shows? I did I did life sellings or hurt at all. No discredit to the bachelor. I just I haven't really seen any programming. I only just recently got WIFI because of the whole lockdown situation prior to that no TV no Wi fi at home. So I wasn't really caught up on on all the entertainment. You had no idea who Joe Joe Jordan War when you sat to be now knowing people abuse had you cash before I mean another. Choose one of your judges. No but I had just seen her live a couple of nights prior so that was really cool ready to acknowledge her for what I saw her. Do it was cool. Yeah I really enjoyed meeting her. She's Orsi so one thing that we've talked about not only with each other between rich night but with the contestants and some of the other judges that we've had on here is like I personally have never dated a musician. A lot of them also have not They just don't necessarily think it could work. So Jason. Have you ever did musician? And do you think it could work in the long run? Good question I have dated a musician. Maybe two I've definitely dated artists and it can be competitive very competitive because each artist's really wants to be in control of their their personal expression. And you already may.

"The Short Montana that I've seen of them. Nfc of her. I just think she seems much more into him much more smitten in the relationship than he does. Yeah well BECCA. I feel fooled after after. He had an interview with Trevor and we. We Adore her. We thought he was great. We thought hey. If this doesn't work out for you you could be great for the Bachelor on starting to sing a different tune. And it's not because of Natasha who we are going to get into the mansion raising straight hell not. That's not it. It was his response to Natasha. It was his response in how he acted. I watched the Way People Act. Not necessarily what they say. Which is why now my antennas up with Trevor. So let's just gets into Tasha. Yes so latasha comes in beautiful right. I'm like the girl is Chilean. She's franch she thinks in Spanish. She sings in France. She's stunning. Say what can this woman not do well. In addition to that she comes in and she brings US drama. She brings great cv so we thank you for that. So she comes in and says she knows. Trevor because she was friends with travers ex girlfriend and then she reveals to the group that there's no other way to say it. Charles dog he's a dirty dog So what did you think about the TASHA coming in? Did you believe her? Did she think she was exaggerating? Like what was your initial. Take mine take okay. You know me you know. I have my doubts girl. So I'm all about honesty and transparency so the fact that she came in and was like I'm going to say like it is. I'm not going to hold anything back again and I appreciate. I don't think it's anyone's place to Start Gossiping. And saying what she was saying to the entire group now if rains if her main concern was really. I don't want this to happen to another girl. She should've been waited for Jamie ticket home and had a conversation in separately with Jamie. Okay again people this is a TV. Show I get that. We need the drama. We need things to be amped up a certain way but I don't think it was her place to pull trevor aside and to basically say you have to tell her this because this is his first date with this girl like Jamie and trump. This is their very first date. And if all of the allegations that Natasha's says are true of trevor like that. He did cheat on her friend a year and a half ago. Okay everybody has passed. Everybody has made mistakes if trevor is into Jamie and into the relationship at some point and hopefully he's GonNa respect turnoff to be honest and tell her when he's ready but I don't think necessarily after a first date Having somebody else basically say you have to tell her I well after she's already told twenty other people it just the wrong way again. I'm not saying she shouldn't have been honest. But I think the approach could have been handled very differently. This is where I agree with you and then I disagreed on one part so I definitely agree. She should not have told the whole room. It was like she was trying to turn the whole House against driver but I think that she was right to confront Trevor. And Not Jamie. You don't know Jamie your your beef with trevor so we have traveled the opportunity to tell Jamie but I agree with you too. That it's not the the best time to say it on the first day but when he said he's made mistakes. Jamie didn't ask the right questions on their date. He's like Mate's mistakes in the past. Jamie Lee should be like. I'm sorry. What MISTAKES. What exactly right at the end of the day. Jamie's also twenty one. So I feel like she doesn't have necessarily the experience or the wherewithal to ask those questions. Maybe half those experiences in a relationship I I think my favorite part though was when Trevor's seasonal Tasha they get back from the day and Natasha's like I know you and he's like carrying a credit look familiar and she's like I'm friends with your ex girlfriend and then she's like I'd love to talk to you and he's like yeah. Let me go get settled for a second. She's like actually no bitch right now. Talk to me right now. And I felt like she had his number he was gonna go try to figure out how he knew her linger out kind of his how he was going to approach the conversation with their and get a game plan together and she was like absolutely not. You'RE GONNA sit down right now with me and have this conversation. I loved it. I will say there was one part in that conversation between Natasha and Trevor. That can bother me a little bit because and it wasn't until the very end when you know she asked him did you lie. Did you cheat whatever the part at the very end where she goes and I don't remember where forward what she said like? Are you going to go tell Jamie and like act on this? And he goes yes I am and her response goes while it doesn't seem like that to me and in my mind. I'm like doesn't response. You should be giving it. This just met him. You just met Jamie for two seconds. You don't know how he's going to after how he handled certain things so that that comment and I wrote that in my notes. That's the part that irked me And then going back to your thing about Jamie and you know she is only twenty one. She probably hasn't been in too many relationships to kind of know how to navigate certain situations. I mean we do kind of see it. The instance where it Natasha. Trevor go off and Jimmy's left talking with other women and she starts sobbing and it's like the end of the world and will look wise anything going right. It's like honey. Give it time give it three hours. Have a conversation with him. Get his side of things before you think. The world is ending So you are starting to kind of see. Jamie's age a little bit. I like Jamie. I think she's like we spunky. I enjoy watching her. I enjoy listening to her saying on but it is just an age thing that you you do. See between her and some of the other contestants. Yeah because she can't be definitive with her decision. She said. Sheetings dill breaker for her. And this world. You only have a few seconds days. Whatever weeks to really get to know someone so you Kinda have to be very definitive and Mike your stance on what what you're gonNA take and whatnot and if you're just meeting somebody and you find out that they have this past people can't change totally change but In this instance. I thought maybe she shouldn't have just been all in with trevor inches taken a step back and say like we'll still navigate this relationship. But I'M NOT GONNA put all my eggs in one basket one thing out and this is for batter nation people to never trust okay. So you see Jamie. And she's balling and she's got these real tears and the.

"It's Kinda bad for the Jews here in the United States. Many episodes odes of antisemitism every week we email updates for this sort of thing the most interesting one this week A woman in the Hudson River valley was charged with throwing a piece of pork at a synagogue. She's been charged with hate crime for throwing pork chops at a synagogue in Columbia County. What do we make of this? Can you say this. This is a heartache. But I was pretty impressed with her for her action. She could've gone with the very cheap kind of you know two dollar a pound pork. She went with a pork pork. Chop that is both expensive and in my mind a semi respectful thing. If you're going to go hate crime can I just read this to you. Rios on January nine in between the hours of five twenty three PM. Three Twenty eight am through a package of pork chops. A non kosher food onto the front steps of the congregation Andrzej MFA causing pork fluids to spilled onto its steps according to criminal complaint. That is just like so gory. Gross and like Kerry ask. I mean it's really fluids was the name of my high school band the back in the morning to photograph it. It's just really weirdly specific. My first thought when I read this was well. Well if it's a reformed temple they'll take the pork chops inside and cook them and have have a Nice Kesha. So last week was like reform movement kindness week take this is sponsored by the clan and honestly no judgment here. It's food and if you eat as many many the people as most American Jews do add more power to them than you take it inside you fry it up and you have a nice pork cutlet but it does seem that the show that she threw the pork chops at was a conservative synagogue. And this is what's really diabolical about it right because the conservative synagogue. Most of your members in fact do eat pork but they pretend not to eat pork and the rabbi pretends not to eat pork and the synagogue doesn't allow to be cooked on its premises. So what she's doing. She's throwing them this tasty cut of meat that they they all really would like to enjoy at their own homes that day after God. But she's throwing it at the synagogue on the slam of American Judaism. I mean she went like right into the hypocritical. Soul of American Judy. She's a one woman theological seminary. Oh Oh my it just feels like a waste of perfectly good pork.

"So beautiful. Thank you is it hard to be that vulnerable on your records? Could I know you did that with praying and rainbow in that whole album But it's still hard to put out things so just authentic to your life. Well that one was particularly hard as actually in the studio. I yeah. We're in this room and I was working with him and my friend drew who. I did a good portion of rainbow with. He's a producer and I never really thought I had that much emotion behind not growing up with a father figure and and then it just kind of started happening it really was my stream of consciousness. But I wasn't even conscious of it was realized how much he needed to like. Put it out there am. I was very very uncomfortable. It was very. How can you not be though so uncomfortable? Especially if you didn't like mentally prepare for something like that is like really was fighting it and then I was with the two guys that both have children but the daughters and they're like no. This is important and keep going and like. I just feel really uncomfortable but usually the songs that are the most uncomfortable. And you just like really. Don't want the hardest but usually those are the ones that people in my past. Experience have responded to and been like okay really relate to that unlike a deep level so the uncomfortable and painful and the Tim's good to put yourself you know and uncomfortable situations like I feel like I'm slightly addicted to putting myself an uncomfortable situation forcing myself to some times and it's just like getting myself like okay. Smyth that you can do this. You can do it and it's also like the adrenaline and helps so much when you play live. Tv shows every I cannot imagine the adrenaline that comes from that. He had so scared. And I've been doing this for ten years. Do you still get stage fright? I get like massively terrified to the point of Lake for sure crying before I take the stage ever. It's a live TV performance. When I'm just playing shows they're not televised and I know it's just my fans and were just writer Diet and it's so fun and infectious. I don't get nervous. I get excited like I'm going to a house party. So what is it about the live? Tv's because like so many people you know that don't necessarily know you're Djing or don't necessarily like me or would like to find something to pick apart or would like to find the one note that I miss because I don't lip sync and things like that where I just don't want to be fucked if I hear myself and I hit one bad note or if I'm dancing and amount of breath and it's just it's live. Well that's not. That's what I think is so incredible about live performances is because it's not exactly how it is and you can see that everyone's just human and I think people forget that what's also like you don't know if people want out because it's we're also used to the face tune in the auto tune in all of these things that are supposed to make us all quote unquote perfect. I don't believe in that can like that concept. I don't believe in perfectionist. Even a thing. I don't think it exists but I don't think it does either but like we're all because what is perfect Sound breaking really boring to me but like I just don't think it's different for every person and we're all fed. Perfection is something that is almost unachievable on something that we're not so feeds insecurity especially in women and I am just calling it bullshit. I'm thirty two years old over it and I don't WanNa be perfect. I'm not ever going to be so. No one is in the fact that you're showing that will help others to realize that. Oh flake being not perfect as cool and everything and everyone is perfect. If you stop comparing true very true something I wrote on my ceiling when I was in high school. And it's still there my mom's House. How do you write her to your ceiling I stood on my bed. Says put posters up there and right on the ceiling nice. That's impressive but there's a song there just from your past music that I love good old days that you do. That is such a beautiful song and I think the lyrics and Rameau just about the Song Room. Yeah and just like the colors like toys are great. Colors are great. I just put out makeup and it's really I wanNA talk to you about that. Yeah I I'll send you a box of it is very bright and yes please. Okay cool I'll send you a box but I'm so excited about it because it's so bright and colorful beauty. Yeah casseroles beauty and I just wanted to make something that would make people happy and I think colors make people happy just go. There's something about it. I don't know what it is. What do you think your payer had to only wear one color for the rest of your life? I don't know if I could do that like if you had if I had to rainbow of color. No I'M GONNA I'm GonNa Make Carpio okay. It'd be either a baby. Pinker Turquoise ooh or puke green like chartreuse. Ooh See can't pack light. Pink is so pretty to know I got all those. I've had my hair all those colors so I was thinking about all my favorite college. I love your hair color thinking about this earlier. I think it's so cool thank you. I'm still getting used to it. Yeah I feel like I when I look at myself in the mirror. I kind of feel like an alien. Yeah when you're used to seeing yourself away but then I also like challenging. It like used to not wear a lot of color and now I want to. Because it's almost just reconnecting with my child self child self and my child heart is. I love color and I love letter and I don't care what glitter I think. It's like an innate animal instinct almost to like sparkly things I know I literally have unicorns socks in a Yukon unicor necklace. I love color and everything I love also Unicorns so incredible you WanNa talk to you about. Castro's beauty yeah. The colors in your palate are just. It makes me happy looking at it. Good that was Michael Chang. Jing and the colors just the whole thing to feel like magical. So do you when you're creating makeup line. How do you decide what you want it to look like? Because it looks very cohesive but also very different. I wanted it to be unique. I wanted it to be something that if you had it out on your counter or in your purse that if you put it out people it'd be like what is that. That's really cool especially the Palette I wanted. It's foil and Velvet and stars and there's a castle and there's all these colors and some are day in summer nineteen summer. Whatever you want and I just wanted to give people something really special. Because it's something that is it easy to ply 'cause it's it is. It is why it took me over a year to make this is because I love all the colors so I was like I like Colty free right. Oh its cruelty. Free not tested on animals. Not Main of any animals super pigmented which is hard to achieve when its cruelty free and just has absolutely no harm done to animals like working on a red. That really difficult. I can't imagine how hard it is to develop read. It's hard because it's usually made out of like smashed up Beatles. That's it usually. What red is from? This is all you learn something every day. No smashed animals and my makeup so yeah and if you add water to the eye shadows then they get even more pigmented. You can just like play with it and it's playing it's for feeling Oh. I want to try this like happy and excited about life and I like to do one. I one color sometimes when the other I'd just go full like yeah. We're not exactly I've just like like I was telling you before I've I'm not really into like beauty standards of what I'm supposed to be like to just do. It makes me happy and I think especially with my makeup for everybody else to do. That makes you happy. You feel you just to sidetrack for a SEC. I feel like you have so many great memories and experiences just because you wanNA test things and try new things. What do you think the most memorable end or rebellious thing you did when you're eighteen? Oh well so. My mom wasn't honestly I think it was. She wrote country music so I was like. What is the polar opposite? Kinda music I could make and it was like dancy emotional but it was also like I. Don't call it wrapping. I call it shit talking because I. I myself a rapper. But I was like what would be like the polar opposite of what Kinda music my mom rights and so I kind of just went like full dance and was talking shit and like just went in a totally different direction. That's kind of how I found my sound. Initially by accident. It was just me trying to rebel. Against what my mom would've like wanted me down and it's funny because now. I've come full circle and just put a song with Sturgeon Simpson and love country music. So hey everything happens for reason in that way I think I like to believe it does because if you don't believe that and there's some days I don't but I think it depends on the situation like if if the stars align you know why not think it happens for a reason it's kind of you can make that choice or not and it feels nicer to think something's watching out over you and everything's happening for a reason and there has Karma all of those. Very hippy things I do. I do you believe in because it makes me feel comforted. Yeah and I mean I also know that it might not be real but I like to believe it. I think I think it was you on the Zac Sang. Show when I heard you say that you believe that we are talking about raising hell and you're talking about You believe you can make heaven on earth. Yeah can you talk more about that? Sure I think that like our experience how we behave. Tore solves to other people being honest chasing our dreams believing in ourselves. All of those things can contribute to leading a more positive or quote unquote heavenly experience. And I'm not so worried about being judged at the gates of Heaven or Hell. I'm more concerned with leading a really honest life and standing for something and being remembered for standing for something and being a good person being on the right side of history yes and I feel like that to me is living in your heaven and living in your hell would be not following your heart and not following your truth. I love that. Is that how you want to be remembered? Is that what you want your legacy to be so weird? You're asking me that because I was up all night last night. I couldn't sleep because of the foreman and I wrote a song called legacy. That's really bizarre. You ask me that. That's so weird. Yeah but I was talking about how. I don't really know what I want to be on my tombstone. I think it should just say like party on. Yes. I also just think we're here. Yeah short time. I think we all should try to have the best time we possibly can. And there's a little bit of nihilism in that. Which is you know. It is what it is you know. You never know how long you're going to be here for so led to the fall limited. The vast and a lot of my sons are about. I know think it's I just think it's so incredible and it makes me smile that you did a song with cast with cash out the dollar sign.

"Seen the musical dear? Evan Hansen I have not okay you like I will write it down. I will take now. Listen TO THE ALBUM. You can listen to around. You will like connect with it because a we like you were on the same level here like listen to like you. We blown away. I roam no way. Well it's GonNa be great is it? What's it about? It's about a high school kid with anxiety and he goes into the new school year. It's a very dark subject to deals with like a suicide and love and all this and that. But it's about I. At least I took away from like because it is a very depressing musical. Just coming out on the other side of it and inspiring and I think you know through your music you really channel us the positivity and are actually really with your philosophy on positively because it's hard to it's hard to forgive and it's hard to move on especially with the positive mindset. How do you do that I can't say that I'm perfect at it like you know when I'm talking with people I feel like I wanna be this perfect role model right but I struggle with forgiveness. It's hard sometimes because you can forgive but you don't forget what people do what they say to you so it can be really difficult to rebuild. Trust that's what my resentment is about as you get resentment towards people and unless you address them and they can really destroy relationships and I just try to always remember that. I'm really really lucky to get to do my dream as a job and it's not just my job. It's my life and I get to do things like this and meet other really talented amazing people and talk about art as my life as so cruel that like this. Is Your job when you would be doing it. Even if it wasn't it'd be doing it if I was not getting paid a dime exactly when you love something. Yeah it's your dream. And when it comes to fruition I just try to live in the gratitude and then I also just when I was going through a really dark time a couple years ago. There were a lot of people total strangers. That were really really kind to me. That I'd never met before and had no reason to be nice to me and I just remember feeling so overwhelmed. That could just still cry about it. Every time I think about it I just like these people had no reason to nice. Meet or they're for meat or supportive and they were and I just want to be that way towards other people. Yeah kind of stuff so much like just the simplest thing because you don't what everyone's going through have no idea what anyone is going like even someone that flips you off in the car when you're driving like of course. I get that initial reaction. It'd be like fuck you want that but then I'm like okay. You don't know what they're going through. Just take a deep breath turn on some Cardi B. Everything's GonNa be okay. There's actually a quote that I saw that I want to tell you. I don't know who by so if anyone knows. Let me know. But it's anger is a punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake and never heard that I was like it's so true right like it's punishment we give ourselves like. That feeling wins for someone else's actions and take it personally. Yeah that's the thing if you've ever read the four agreements and if not it's a short awesome book and one of the four agreements of life is try not to take things personally so when people are rude or mean or just like girls bitches at school or you know. People have been Cabbie in the business. I'm in and I just try not to take it personally because everyone has their own insecurities and it's usually not coming from it's like projection. I've done a lot of therapy around the stuff but especially if I've ever been jealous of someone in the past I now realize that it's just my own insecurity so I try to go into all things in my career and just be like hopeful and positive for everybody else because people were kind to me when I needed it so I just WanNa be kind to people I mean. I think that definitely shows good so because I feel changed by the kindness I received I felt like like taken aback and realized the power it can have. Would you say that Others people kindness inspired you in your music and inspired me to be a better person and not feel especially in industries women are so much pitted against each other but also support each other. Because there's enough room for everybody likely to thwart that month in entertainment but kind of it all starts in like high school and then in movies women are fighting over a guy and I just think it's kind of setup a setting us up all wrong like we should band together. There's room for everyone and it's not a competition. It's not a competition. Like I just really want to be a super supportive. Specially of women in the business. Because that's what I received and it was shocking like impactful and it changed my life. Okay here's a question. Do you think you'd ever write a musical. How yeah I actually thought about it. You should do it on like this topic. I was thinking about that and just like the of mankind and where society is going. And how kind of fucked but yeah. I'm like trying to stay hopeful. And we all yeah like. That's all you can do at this point. It's all that you can do just especially with social issues. That's my main place of concern as just where we have made progress. I just don't want to go backwards and I just see we. Are we start? Yeah Yeah and you see it and you feel it and you WANNA fight against it and I feel as if there's just racism raging homophobe arranging and I- everywhere. Just anybody you WANNA fill in the blank I so I think it's just important to just try to spread love as much as you can and positively in good good. 'cause that's all you can do at this point and vote about. I'm actually going to be voting in this my first time important. I'm so excited just like I've been like I'm taking a US government class and US history. So I'm like extra educating myself. Watch the news. Every China like stay intact with smart because you learn what not to do from not repeating habits that we have maybe done in. The past made mistakes with knowing street to not repeat history. Yeah Yeah I kinda did the same thing in high school. I studied a lot of I studied Cold War history for fun. I was studying religious history. I was obsessed so was history your favorite subject when you're in school or did you like anything. I liked all honestly I really like. That's like me I love learning But I hate the other aspect of it. I hated like the rest all of it but I liked learning information because I feel like information does help you create a more educated decision about who being how to act affects your songwriting. To the more you know on the topic it can affect how the song sounds especially just also knowing that when I first started out as again ten years ago I just wanted to make people dance and shake their ass. I mean that's still a goal of mine. I still want to make people dance and have the best night of their life. They come to like that but I just the more I've learned about social progress and also going backwards the more I want to put messages and meaning and depth into not only music but also give back in any way I can so yeah all of a sudden. It's not just like this total narcissistic being a famous person thing. It's also utilizing your platform and I'll evatt well. I think we have to talk about talk to me like it would just be shamed. It would be a shame if we did how did do how did that song come about. And do you realize it would be such a hit that it? No you never know what's GonNa be a hit and what's not you really. Don't you just write songs? Pray for the best and that song. Actually I remember writing the lyrics and I was like this is like I was a joke. I was joking as taking the piss out of my life and I wrote all these different lyrics that we're a lot deeper and more complicated and then I just wrote Versus as literally a joke and then I remember somebody I was working with was just like just for fun. Make it like as dumb as humanly possible way up in. Yeah sounds like pedicures on my task. And they're like that's great but it's It's good but I think it also set my career up away where people didn't know if I was in on the joke or not so I've spent if you were if that's how you actually artist or if that was just you messing around. Yeah and I don't know if you listen to the boys but especially their first record like it was them having fun and just kind of being idiots and being happy and fun and joking about Shit and just like being nihilist young people and that was kind of where my head was at then but then I also think that I had to spend a solid like five years trying to prove to people that I had a brain was that how do you think that Made it harder for you to prove yourself in the industry because you know. That was your breakout song. But it wasn't everything you could accomplish as an artist break and it did and I feel like I've had to prove myself over and over and over and I finally feel like with this record. I finally feel like I've been seen and heard for all sides my personality 'cause they do have aside. That's just kind of a jackass. But then I have a really emotional side that every person. And that's what I think I felt like. I finally got to showcase on my last record. And so on this new record I have both sides like a mix of it all and like all sides of my voice all sides personality and I hope people can have so much fun with it but also there are songs like wailing and singing. That are really depressing. So it just depends on the day and how. I'm feeling that day but you can.

"Guys Sammy J and for this episode re talked to cash. I was really excited for this interview but I also know what to expect going into it at the end. I realized that are soul sisters. We talked about so much. We talked about her philosophy on life. Positively going through hard times her new album high road her makeup line. Castro's beauty and much more. It's a really interesting conversation. I hope you enjoy you guys catches on this week's episode of my podcast. I am so excited you are here. I'm so excited to be talking to you. I'm so impressed. I've admired you for so long. Not just because you're songwriting skills. But just if your honesty in your candidate about everything and it's very refreshing. I think that the culture right now is so just thinking about this. When I was home I was like going in my head in circles about it. I want to be as open as possible but then I'm so scared I'm going to say one stupid thing and the whole world or whatever culture. That's such thing now so. I want to be as open as possible but it's also terrifying. It's terrifying because one stupid thing which I do all the time. Everybody SAYS STUPID. Just being human exactly but then you get canceled. I started canceled. Canceled canceled it culture. I agree with that. Well I won't talk to you about a lot of things today. I WanNa start just with your new album. Yeah High Road. I'm so excited. How long did it take you to make this album Some of the songs have been working on since before rainbow came out there and wanted to put on Rainbow. But I didn't have really the space and I wanted to save them for a lighter time like a really wanted rainbow to be a specific thing. I had a really specific idea for what I wanted rainbow to be so there was some songs that just kind of felt. It wasn't the right time and place so I kept in my back pocket because I'm a songwriter so many songs so I was like. I'm going to save this for after this album. And so this record you know four years some of the songs and then some of them. I'm still finishing really so. How fast is a turn for Song? Would you say oh it can be anywhere from like a song on my first record? I think I'd written on an offer like six years so it could be anywhere from six years to one day. Would you say you're a perfectionist? With oh I'm like OCD. When it comes to art really yeah. So the the this record coming out high road and Rainbow. I got two executive producer. I got to pick every song got to write every song I got to pick every drum sound. I got to pick every good guitar tone and I just. I also don't really care as much if people like it or dislike it because I'm proud of it. Yeah is that how you define success? Yeah for me. I think it's been a learning process of how to define success and for me. It's if I feel like I was as honest as I could be and as connected to the truth is I can be and if that's happening and also with my new record. I really wanted to make my fans happy. Because they've been through it with me. Yeah gone on a long too much to very tumultuous Texas Great About Your Music. It's a journey. It's not just like Album just for music. It's like you can see your progression as an artist. Which is coolest thing pink you and like? I don't even. You're probably if you're seventy seven when tick tock came out. That sounds about right. Yeah so it's like just crazy to me fit like you would even know. The progression is an artist because he's so young but that's so impressive. But you've probably heard animal. I hope but even if you haven't if high roads the first record you hear from me hopefully will get the broad scope of way. I'm as a human an artist so after people listen to Jairo to. What do you want them to take away from it? I think that the number one thing is you can go through things in life that are difficult and come out on the other side and reclaim your happiness and find your joy and feel like yourself and it might be something you'll never truly get over but that's okay and you can grow from the pain and make art out of it and I. It's so difficult to do though. It is difficult also. Heartbreak creates great art in my opinion. So even if it's any kind of heartbreaking yeah I mean I think you know. It's your albums called high road. Is that why you chose to name it? That actually a little play on words. So after put out praying my last record I thought people would really expect me to be taking the high road on inland law scenarios. But Sorry Dad but the Song High Road itself is actually about all these things on social media that used to just get to me and like be so grading and would really affect me and now it's legal here but now I just get stoned and laugh about it and I really try not to let it affect me which is more difficult than just saying that. But like that's what the song's about is just being like. I'm just GONNA get high and laugh at this because it's so petty well for those who don't know we're actually recording this episode recorded parade. Yes in the studio and his Studio. This is this studio must mean just a lot to you. Yeah I've recorded. I recorded with Al Cooper in the studio recorded praying in the studio for credit a lot of stuff in the studio. The engineer. Who's here with us? Today is like he's recording a lot of the songs he could probably remember more than I that we record in here. Believe tons of stuff in here. Wow I think this album of yours. I personally love because I think it's very eclectic and there are so many different Styles in one song you know. So what does the process for you for just creating song for this record? It was different than ever before. Okay Lake for Rainbow. I had a lot of emotional baggage to sort through and on this record I really wanted to allow myself to move forward in my life like you said never get over something but allow myself to move forward in trying to find and reclaim my voice and my joy and my happiness and all of those things and I just realized. I really didn't want to have any expectations for myself. I didn't WanNa have to adhere to any boundaries or genres and I just wanted to like purely fuck around and yes you would have been good. Because I'll be listening to run the jewels and then I'll be listening to queen and then I'll be listening to Cardi B. So it's like all different kinds of influences that make me happy but I just wanted to make my fans really really happy and you put that in all just one album. I mean why not yeah. It's all sides of my personality so why not put it on Shiro? Do you have a favorite song album? I think today and my favorite song album is resentment. But I'm just like so excited it. It's a beautiful song and you have a lot of collaborations our Brian Wilson. Just a classic. We'll just iconic legend God. Yeah I'm obsessed with pet. Sounds and I think that he's one of the most brilliant minds music has ever seen so for him to even like no that I exist on the planet. Earth is insane and let alone do a song for me like recording with an artist or working with artists or collaborating and just taking the time to spend time with each other on a piece of art together. That's the highest former respect in my book. Yeah and just like have him have anything to do with me on any levels just insanity and also sturgis. Simpson is like a dream come true and then really close. Friend OF MINE. And Collaborator Amusing. Songwriter Rabaul's on there. So it's just like this. Dream Team of some may favorite human beings on earth. Even people that you've looked up to for years I was like a child. So how long have you been writing music like? Were you like writing poetry as a kid and you didn't even Noah with Trinity Music Or. Was it later on as you were a teenager? So my mom's a songwriter. And she wrote songs for Dolly Parton Johnny Cash so I grew up always being around studios and always being around songs I would grow up like being in the the sound booth while she was writing serving it all. Yeah and I always loved it and I would walk around singing and everyone would be like Sh- tell the kid showed up and I was studying it and you didn't even know yet and so then when I went to like middle school high school was total. Hell like we're talking about earlier. School sucks and at least from a social aspect. It high school can be hard. It can be really really hard and I didn't have the greatest time I grew up in the Bible belt. There is a lot of close mindedness homophobia racism a lot of that happening and I just felt like like totally to get away from the comfortable. I felt really uncomfortable on very isolated and like total outcast misfit of school and I just got like so made fun of and never had a group of friends moved to Los Angeles. I found people that kind of understood me. But that's when I started writing songs is when I started having this outsider feeling. I just always felt like I was outside of everything especially at school. I can relate to that. It's a hard feeling it sucks. It really sucks but if you can use it and channel and help create your dreams by just being like okay. I'm not going to focus on the pettiness. It's happening at school. I'm going to focus on where I wanna go and what I WANNA be. I'm going to let this help drive me. That's how I took it and it seems like you're doing the same thing trying. It had it though this. What would you say to your younger self? Your seventeen year olds. I would say. Don't be so hard on yourself and it's all going to be okay man. It's like you're talking to me. I can feel that. We are kindred spirits. I agree yeah and sister. It's totally am. I just know how that feels to be in school and not feel like you're being seen or understood or belonging and it's just like a really mixie full bad about yourself demoralizing us I hate that for anybody. Who's going through it? But I will say you can get out of town and create a whole life. That is perfectly for you and it does get better. I know it sounds so cheesy but like once you follow your dreams it gets better and more comfortable. It's hard to remember the moment. Have you ever.

They decided that one hundred percent had according to them they have but according to the palace there early stages ages of doing this so my guess is in their heads. They've already done it right and the palaces like we need to figure this out so I mean if they say we're going. Are you going to stop them. Exactly goalie can but they're giving up the money and everything they are. Just they're saying that some people are saying that they're gonNA live happening half the year in England half the time in California other people are saying saying no. They're totally going to move to Canada so I guess we'll see what happens Leonardo DiCaprio was sipping Rosaiah on a yacht. His girlfriend and the captain of his boat heard that a man had fallen off a cruise ship nearby. So they all agreed. They had to do something. They actually went and searched for this fall in man. They found him twenty twenty four years old. He had been treading water in the middle of the Ocean for eleven hours. There was no help in sight. DiCaprio's crew rescued the guy. I just before a massive rainstorm was hit was going to hit the area. They said finding this guy was like one in a million shot and I say well. What's the movie he has coming out? It is true when you save someone. Obviously you need some press. Obviously maybe he really wanted to help someone call scarier than a diving into a a pool with no water. It's Win Daniels. "Visit to the desert album cycle and I wrote album about it talking about it talking about this of course rainbow and of course high road. There was a time and it wasn't that long ago where I actually was under the impression you rent a place in your life where you thought you would never ever record an album. Well I sure I didn't know the music would ever come out to the world and so the entire process of hearing you and and you guys play that song on the radio and just hearing it and being able to play shows it was just so emotional. That was the most emotional time of my entire career. Because is this an worked. This is my life everything I do. I write a song about it. Write a song about dinosaurs. They write a song about Godzilla. I write a song about like the nights I go out and my very personal relationships. So that's been dealing with life since I was a little kid so then to then have that taken away I thought was just just like heartbreaking. It was like my greatest fear realized and so I just have to say shout out to my animals that never gave up on me. I like can't imagine and I wouldn't be sitting here without them. Kushtia through all of the Red Tape legalities this in court that they can't take any of it away the voice. And that's what I've learned is that we all have a voice and use it and also there's a bit of nihilism but in a positive way for me because I'm like you never know when or what's going to happen next or in life you know you never know what's going to happen so just just enjoy today and like you can't say bad words really just get it. You know what I mean like all I have is today all I have is right here right now with you guy's name so grateful for it and I have a bunch of fun things coming up so hopefully we'll live to see that day too because it's January thirty first. Hopefully I can make it to January thirty first story back in twenty ten twenty two thousand to two thousand. Ten was the first time we met you. You walked into the studio with a bottle of Jack. Oh that's that's so surprising. Look at the court of your road is a part of your history. We're not going to ignore it. But I still like Jack Daniels of course as you take photos with you and the record company people said bottle out of her. That's her trophy accepting an award like the first single single of talking about how I brush my teeth every morning. You probably don't even know it really mixed messages. Let me just tell you. And apparently your fan base has to be over the age of twenty one to get endorsed so I finally had my first Jack Daniels endorsed party this year. Of course I'm no tried I to really focus on the fact that you were bringing Jack Daniels into the studio but look at where your life was and where it is now and it has not been the most festive journeys but everything you've learned and everything continue to learn. We know that when we go through crap here on the show the first thing I say everyone is okay. Take a deep breath. What are we learning from this? Yeah what do you do differently life. And I think that I've learned so much through everything I've been through and I think the number one thing I've learned. Is that like when you think you know everything. You definitely don't so I've just accepted. I don't really know anything and I'm okay with it but I'm just going to try my best every day. And like I said there was a period of time where I was really just going through it emotionally Allah rainbow and then this records. Kind of like me. Reclaiming all sides of my voice. And saying you know what I'm not going to let the past define me. There are some things. Maybe we'll never get over but I can definitely move on and I'm GONNA celebrate life while I have it because we all go through stuff. Every single person out that goes through some things so just be kind to people. That's what I have learned especially when people came I've never met before and just were saying Nice things both privately and publicly. It's me it was like life changing so I just want to pay that forward and he is nice to as humanly possible again. Listen if he's just turning us on catches here. I want to start at number one on my list of things to talk about the album which is coming out at the into this. The end of this month we hearing rumors here and their caches. Making it like kind of old school. Dan Sees. I don't WanNa hear rumors. In in your opinion what is in a nutshell what this album bringing to us your fans. I don't know if you can stick it in a nutshell because I went.

"I don't know if you WANNA talk about it but you almost lost your life. Yes but that wasn't in Columbia. That was actually in the desert while filming the video for High Road of Quebec to Columbia. From yeah okay. Fell into a volcano fall into I. I know I willingly went into a volcano and took a volcanic like Mudbath is beautiful and then I went into a river and this lady stripped me. Naked hidden washed me off in a river and it was magical. That's how like I rang in the New Year. Have you ever had Lomilomi the Hawaiian massage. It's a it's a massage from old school Hawaii where they have. These feasts with the the Royal Family of Hawaii and they would eat it until they wanted to explode and then they had these crazy massages wishes that would massage your digestive system. Of course all over the road but it doesn't matter as a really romantic next time. You have a chance to do it because it's like like something I shouldn't do totally nude apart. Seen your ear would love your mind good massage ending naked. So you're in the desert shooting video. Yeah so we're we're winding back before Columbia and this was I don't know like a month ago and I was shooting a video for the title Song. My new record called high road and we followed the. What do you call it the Google into the middle of the desert and it was not the right place so then my belly button ring? Got Stuck on my drummers jacket and and then my bodyguard Captain Cereal Daddy. Came barreling down the road. Because we're in the desert so it was like ninety and he's like get out of the way A. and clinging onto my drummer saying don't move. You're going to rip my belly button now. I know and he didn't move. He didn't move just screaming and then he like narrowly averted us and then we got in the car we almost died and then we drive five minutes later. We see a dead body on the road. What's the desert outside of Los is Angeles? You guys take him. Kevin Cheryl Daddy driving. You could write a book about this running visit to the desert album cycle and I wrote album about it talking about it talking about this of course rainbow and of course high road. There was a time.

"No one was modulation Asian. Listen to those but what I'm saying is I don't know I'm I'm conflicted because we I wanNA move with where it's going and less people are listening to that radio. That's picking us up by radio. Waves him by by all means if. That's your favorite. Listen to use it so no problem is is it. It's a tough question because I don't know how people like I think of whether I tell streaming device to listen to an iheart station or whatever I think of it as listening to the radio but I'm like one hundred and seven years old so I don't I don't I don't know that's an interesting question. All Right L. says tape right like videotape and no one really uses tape for anything anymore. That's excellent excellent of comparison. Maybe sticks around. Yeah I don't know Some people today you mentioned tape tape. Yeah that's what you put in Christmas ramping together. With tape to save emoji on my computer is still a freaking floppy UPI disk. I know last time untouched. One of those dot still sloppy makes me laugh. So you don't want someone to tell you that floppy floppy is fun. Of course I'm thinking of ears on a rabbit scary. What let's think? Think of what you want to call it. I think we are providers of Oral A. You're Al Oral. I don't think anyone's going to get a provider provider of oral. I really WANNA do that. It's not oral. It's just the worst we call it. IHEART radio IHEART oral ORL- over role. I H- I don't know I'm not I heart digital. Oh I don't know but now the word digital's getting Kinda crusty come on. I mean it's technically noise right. We create minds. Martin Sound iheart noise. I heard noise. Yeah Yeah Gandhi. I like Fremaux even though it leaves out the am stations. Why no but I'm just people are losing? FM Less my point tainted audio audio's good. I'm telling you right now. A lot of people listening to us on radio still. I still listen to radio when I'm driving around whatever I get it. It's going to be around for a while this is it's not disappearing anytime soon. ADDLE But eventually these frequencies since he's will be used for like garage door openers. You know what I'm saying right. I mean remote the remote control you have for your for your Roomba it's going to be an FM Tressler. They'RE GONNA try. We're going to use our our transmitter at the top of the Empire State Building to control people's vacuum cleaners. So no matter how you get.

Yes I I listen to you every single day but I listened to Davy after so on your the APPS or data head her I all right well. Thank you for listening can lock you know what you keep forgetting that That room just because you lock it. Everyone has a key. You gotta put stuff in the safe. Yes there's a safe. I looked at this hotel and it actually looks really nice. I wonder if they have security already cameras around her. What's up scary? I like to to scatter my money and my belongings. That are valuable and like in between my stocks close does because that's an unassuming spa around safe scary put in the MIC. That floated this out there yesterday. You know I've been doing this job at this radio station for over thirty years. Actually I did afternoons and then I moved to mornings and we started in our show. You can read about it in my new book. Where do I begin? We just coming out in paperback later this year audible audible. Taking edible listened to the album anyway so I got into what's called radio technically radio is this thing where you gotta transmitter for in it. Has It transmits out into the the environment or whatever the the world and then you have receivers that invented years ago. Arguably by a Tesla or Marconi or whoever well now we're in radio we worked for iheartradio but a lot of people more and more every day or listening listening to us through streaming through digital. So should we change it to digital. Do we still call it. Radio using radio waves achieves travels through frequency modulation. Yeah because I guess when you're listening online or something you wins and listening to the radio one of it but you are. You're not I know Jeff here. We have an engineer. A radio engineer. Oh who is also a digital engineer. Who knows how to work with things all digital do we? Should we start thinking about getting rid of the word radio. I don't know if we should start thinking about that. Because radio has such legacy and heritage to it but and we are IHEART radio. I know there but I think we need to start thinking more as we're content providers and it really doesn't no matter how people are listening to us as long as they're listening to us to call it iheart content providers not very sexy streaming iheart content equal frequency modulation and make it Fremaux but we also have. AM stations under the IHEART umbrella..
