Actinium Pharma's Transformative Radiation Treatment

"So today. We're GONNA talk about a couple of things. COUPLE UPDATES we've seen in the last couple of weeks related to Jin Amarin, as well as Kerio farm that we heard today and I'm recording this on the twenty second of June. And, then the main story today we're GONNA, talk about actinium pharmaceuticals, and I think if everything goes well with them. They could be a big play now. This weird stuff around the stocks or we're GONNA touch a little bit on that, but I think that if the data continues to look as good as it has so far, they could really make a big change in the targeted radiation space, so we'll touch a little bit on that as well. But. Yeah, for me on a personal note. It's it's been busy. Things are kind of getting back to normal here. In San Diego, a lot of businesses have been opening up. So I've noticed that actually have a bit more of a social life now, so that's definitely been entertaining. Take me away from the market's a little bit, but you know I'm here today to talk about some awesome biotech company so with that. Let's get into it. And the first piece of news I wanted to touch on is biogenic and what we heard. Is that biogen's Tech Videira pen? Five one four was ruled invalid us. District, judge, and they closed Friday at two seventy one, and they did see a little bit more of a dip this week. As we've dealt with this already with Amarin we're hearing that Bison does plan on filing an appeal, but that appeal process can. Can take up to a year, but what's different here is that we're actually expecting at risk launch, so mylan has made it clear. Myelin the company sued by John. Over this patent made it clear that they're aiming for a November sixteenth approval day for Generic Tech. FIDORA, and they have already filed an da with the FDA which is the normal process by which a generic company has to get their medicine approved. By, June did kind of expect this to some capacity because they did launch a competing drug to tech Videira, called vulgarity and a little bit of a better safety profile, and they launched this just in case, the tech texture patent battle did go south because I believe there's other lawsuits coming up against this patent, but biogen launched Romerike parity in the hopes that they'll be able to shift the revenue. They've been getting from. Tech Fidora onto American and then maintain this juggernaut status since tech for their is their biggest selling medication, and it's about four billion dollars. Dollars per year they generate in this medicine, so they're going to hope to replace that with something and the loss of this patent protection means the generics are gonNA. Come on the market pretty soon and when I did mine. Alice's using a model that I had created. If I have the tech revenue, their stock price would go down to run to thirty, so I think what's going on here is investors are pricing in the potential of America to take a lot of that revenue from Tech Videira, which would help Jin, either that or the odds of winning? Winning an appeal are there so the stock is pricing in some upside? Despite the loss they suffered, and the other thing that's going on with biogen is they are planning to file the advocating B-. Be La in two three, twenty twenty and advocate the indication being Alzheimer's disease, which is a very very big patient population, so I think there is also some support for the stock given that biding could potentially get an Alzheimer's drug approved. If not late issue than early next year and I know there's a lot of controversy over the added Keenum data I think. Think personally. It's a coin flip whether or not the FDA is going to approve it. I think the the date is very shady and it shouldn't be approved, but strange things happened with the FDA before, so it is possible that they could lobby the FDA enough to get it approved the next company, and wanted to touch on is Amarin and just a little piece of news that we heard. Is that Amarin settled with the generic company called appetites, Apex Appetites, and this settlement would keep them from launching a CPA generic until August ninth of twenty twenty nine. And I saw a lot of excitement around this just because the logic being that if apex fought that ammon was going to lose the appeal, they wouldn't bother going through the motion to do the Selman agreement keeping Aptex from going to the mark until twenty, twenty nine. But, if I were to think about it logically, I assume that the lawyers between Amarin and APP attacks have been in discussions for months by now and that the failure of Amer to defend its patents just happened to go against Amarin APTEX was not expecting that, so they ended up filing the settlement agreement anyway, but I think that if Amazon is not successful in their appeal process I imagine appetites, April tax is going to be able to file a generic before this twenty twenty nine days, so to me this neither a positive thing, negative thing, but you know I'm still holding all my shares and will look forward to that appeal decision coming up later this year.

trying to figure out what to do what I should be buying or selling investments the puzzle of managing their taxes when they're not living in their state of residence everything is quite a puzzle out there isn't it sure is a puzzle and that's my topic for the week because I've been hearing a lot about puzzles to our friends are talking about the puzzles that they're doing and not just small puzzles huge puzzles thousand fifteen hundred piece puzzles that they're working on they've just got them laid out for the moments when they can relax and turn off their minds and I've always only enjoyed puzzle you love puzzles I love puzzles I make trees out of puzzles and pictures out of puzzles are every bit if you're in our life you have a puzzle for me I enjoy sitting down and just absorbing the colors and shapes and and just turning off the world and and putting my puzzle together when I'm working on a puzzle there's no pandemic and the world just kind of melts away but there are life lessons to learn from a puzzle of course there of course there are here we are locked down but some of the states are starting to open up and what I feel is like the puzzle of our life has just been totally thrown up in the air yeah just totally all the pieces are everywhere and we're a little upset because now we have to put it all back together this isn't something dumped his it was we can put it back together it's not easy no no well I just got into the groove of working from home staying at home no travel no nothing and now all of a sudden that life it up so I just got thrown out and you have to start putting it all back together again but what we're noticing is that as we are challenged with putting our life puzzle back together some of the pieces are missing the picture has absolutely changed and we like organization you know like we like routine and and for those puzzle people out there we love an organized puzzle board but right now we feel very disorganized very very unbalanced and so let's let's take some steps to put our life puzzle back together because we can rebuild it and it is one piece at a time and it's one day at a time and it's one breath at a time and as we start looking to go out and back into our lives we'll find that new normal but the first thing I recommend is that we we pace ourselves I hope that we don't go back to the busy busy busy multi tasking yeah you're you're right you really can't hurry a puzzle long exactly it occurs at its own pace exactly and the pieces come up when they need to come up and so that's what's going to happen now we need to just let it all come up when it needs to come up and flow and so I want us to pause before we jump back into this new normal just because you're allowed to socially congregate doesn't mean yeah you really necessarily should but I want us to prioritize too as we work on a corner of a puzzle we also need to work on a corner of our life and we need to prioritize what's important and and hopefully during this this pause and in society we have discovered what's important to us we've also had a lot more time to focus and notice the world around you and us and so I'm gonna I'm gonna put the spotlight back on you because you are Mr busy travel you come home you get ready to leave and it's very funny to have spent these couple months home with you because we walk around and you're like what's that what's that I'm like oh my god it's been there for three years going under your desk the other day and I was like what is that and you're like it's been there since two thousand eleven already but you just noticed that's the gift I'm gonna take that as a wonderful gift you finally noticed it so that's that's that's that's what this is all about we're seeing things for the first time and so we don't I don't think we want to lose that let's not lose that but pace ourselves to take our time let's also not forget about our quiet and I know most of us are probably tired of that and Netflix but you know this pause a hopefully we've practice good self care we actually let our nervous system reset and relax I'm and I'm I'm really hoping people are are observing that about themselves we had time to process our life process our thoughts the puzzle pieces we're we're reconnecting we're finding new ways to connect and we've got to take in this new change of view this pause has given us the perspective nothing is as it was the view is very very different and I'd like to put the word flow in because we need to go with the flow if we become rigid and we try to go back try to make it it has to be as it was it no we can't do that because that was puzzled one we're on puzzled too and puzzled too is we go with the flow we just find these new ways and it will be a whole lot easier and we won't put a lot of energy into areas that we don't need to we just need to go with the flow and so our new puzzle of life this new puzzle let's hope that it's not as negative because it's so easy to get bombarded by the news but we really need to turn the snooze off and and go find positive things to absorb our time with so the goal is just to stay positive "ETA Monday June first at eight PM and now you don't have to wait till June first for this right now it's everybody's favorite segment of the show my wife Jean Adleman hire a Kerio doing wonderful gene for those who don't know gene has a degree and consumer economics and nutrition and is an expert in macrobiotic cooking and over the last thirty five years pretty much as had every job in this firm she was pretty much other than financial planner she was the first everything here at element financial engines the past couple of segments here on the show I talked about the challenges of everybody trying to figure out what to do what I should be buying or selling investments the puzzle of managing their taxes when they're not living in their state of residence everything is quite a puzzle out there isn't it sure is a puzzle and that's my topic for the week because I've been hearing a lot about puzzles to our friends are talking about the puzzles that they're doing and not just small puzzles huge puzzles thousand fifteen hundred piece puzzles that they're working on they've just got them laid out for the moments when they can relax and turn off their minds and I've always always enjoyed puzzle you love puzzles I love puzzles I make trees out of puzzles and pictures out of puzzles there are every bit if you're in our life you have a puzzle for me I enjoy sitting down and just absorbing the colors and shapes and and just turning off the world and and putting my puzzle together when I'm working on a puzzle there's no pandemic and the world just kind of melts away but there are life lessons to learn from a puzzle of course there of course there are here we are locked down but some of the states are starting to open up and what I feel is like the puzzle of our life has just been totally thrown up in the air yeah just totally all the pieces are everywhere and we're a little upset because now we have to put it all back together this isn't something dumped his it was we can put it back together and we know it's not easy no no well I just got into the groove of working from home staying at home no travel no nothing and now all of a sudden that life it up so I just got thrown out and you have to start putting it all back together again but what we're noticing is that as we are challenged with putting our life puzzle back together some of the pieces are missing the picture has absolutely changed and we like organization you know like we like routine and and for those puzzle people out there we love an organized puzzle board but right now we feel very disorganized very very unbalanced and so let's let's take some steps to put our life puzzle back together because we can rebuild it and it is one piece at a time and it's one day at a time and it's one breath at a time and as we start looking to go out and back into our lives we'll find that new normal but the first thing I recommend is that we we pace ourselves I hope that we don't go back to the busy busy busy multi tasking you're you're you're right you really can't hurry a puzzle long exactly it occurs at its own pace exactly and the pieces come up when they need to come up and so that's what's going to happen now we need to just let it all come up when it needs to come up and flow and so I want us to pause before we jump back into this new normal just because you're allowed to socially congregate doesn't mean yeah you really necessarily should but I want us to prioritize too as we work on a corner of a puzzle we also need to work on a corner of our life and we need to prioritize what's important and and hopefully during this this pause in in society we have discovered what's important to us we've also had a lot more time to focus and notice the world around you and us and so I'm gonna I'm gonna put the spotlight back on you because you are Mr busy travel you come home you get ready to leave and it's very funny to have spent these couple months home with you because we walk around and you're like what's up what's up I'm like oh my god it's been there for three years you know there was something under your desk the other day and I was like what is that and you're like it's been there since two thousand eleven already but you just noticed that's the gift I'm going to take that as a wonderful gift that you finally noticed it so that's that's that's that's what this is all about we're seeing things for the first time and so we don't I don't think we want to lose that let's not lose that but pace ourselves to take our time let's also not forget about our quiet and I know most of us are probably tired of that and Netflix but you know this positive hopefully we've practice good self care we actually let our nervous system reset and relax I'm and I'm I'm really hoping people are are observing that about themselves we had time to process our life process our thoughts the puzzle pieces we're we're reconnecting we're finding new ways to connect and we've got to take in this new change of view this pauses given us the perspective nothing is as it was the view is very very different and I'd like to put the word flow in because we need to go with the flow if we become rigid and we try to go back trying to make it it has to be as it was it no we can't do that because that was puzzle one we're on puzzled too and puzzle to is we go with the flow we just find these new ways and it will be a whole lot easier and we won't put a lot of energy into areas that we don't need to we just need to go with the flow and so our new puzzle of life this new puzzle let's hope that it's not as negative because it's so easy to get bombarded by the news but we really need to turn the snooze off and and go find positive things to absorb our time with so the goal is just to stay positive and don't miss this opportunity to update and change ourselves use this opportunity to be creative and really dive deep within us to really get to know ourselves to prioritize to find our personal growth because because this is this puzzle too we're gonna get a chance to live with more wariness more gratitude and more kindness and who would have thought a puzzle would be so insightful and who would have thought a puzzle would be such a great learning tool I'm impressed so my word of the week is models P. is for the possibilities I think we've all seen greater sides of many many people around us U. is for understanding ourselves better Z. is for the zest of life I think we're ready to really get out there and just taste life again the S. second Z. is presume because that is the new way we are conducting business and and connecting with others the L. is to look for the new and ourselves and the world around us E. is for eager eager to be out in the world but I think we're eager to feel safe and **** to savor soak up the moment don't let them pass just be happy and have a great day that's the nettle then co founder here at element financial she was pretty much other than financial planner she was the first everything here element financial engines the past couple of segments here on the show I talked about the challenges of everybody trying to figure out what to do what I should be buying or selling investments the puzzle of managing their taxes when they're not living in their state of residence everything is quite a puzzle out there isn't it sure is a puzzle and that's my topic for the week because I've been hearing a lot about puzzles to our friends are talking about the puzzles that they're doing and not just small puzzles huge puzzles thousand fifteen hundred piece puzzles that they're working on they've just got them laid out for the moments when they can relax and turn off their minds and I've always only enjoyed puzzle you love puzzles I love puzzles I make trees out of puzzles and pictures out of puzzles there are every bit if you're in our life you of a puzzle for me I enjoy sitting down and just absorbing the colors and shapes and and just turning off the world and and putting my puzzle together when I'm working on a puzzle there's no pandemic and the world just kind of melts away but there are life lessons to learn from a puzzle of course there of course there are here we are locked down but some of the states are starting to open up and what I feel is like the puzzle of our life has just been totally thrown up in the air yeah just totally all the pieces are everywhere and we're a little upset because now we have to put it all back together this isn't something dumped his it was we can put it back together and it's not easy no no well I just got into the groove of working from home staying at home no travel no nothing and now all of a sudden that life it up so I just got thrown out and you have to start putting it all back together again but what we're noticing is that as we are challenged with putting our life puzzle back together some of the pieces are missing the picture has absolutely changed and we like organization you know like we like routine and and for those puzzle people out there we love an organized puzzle board but right now we feel very disorganized very very unbalanced and so let's let's take some steps to put our life puzzle back together because we can rebuild it and it is one piece at a time and it's one day at a time and it's one breath at a time and as we start looking to go out and back into our lives we'll find that new normal but the first thing I recommend is that we we pace ourselves I hope that we don't go back to the busy busy busy multi tasking yeah you're you're right you really can't hurry a puzzle long exactly it occurs at its own pace exactly and the pieces come up when they need to come up and so that's what's going to happen now we need to just let it all come up when it needs to come up and flow and so I want us to pause before we jump back into this new normal just because you're allowed to socially congregate doesn't mean yeah you really necessarily should but I want us to prioritize too as we work on a corner of a puzzle we also need to work on a corner of our life and we need to prioritize what's important and and hopefully during this this pause in in society we have discovered what's important to us we've also had a lot more time to focus and notice the world around you and us and so I'm gonna I'm gonna put the spotlight back on you because you are Mr busy travel you come home you get ready to leave and it's very funny to have spent these couple months home with you because we walk around and you're like what's that what's that I'm like oh my god it's been there for three years you know there's something under your desk the other day and I was like what is that and you're like it's been there since two thousand eleven already but you just noticed that's the gift I'm gonna take that as a wonderful gift you finally noticed it so that's that's that's that's what this is all about we're seeing things for the first time and so we don't I don't think we want to lose that let's not lose that but pace ourselves to take our time let's also not forget about our quiet and I know most of us are probably tired of that and Netflix but you know this positive hopefully we've practice good self care we actually let our nervous system reset and relax I'm and I'm I'm really hoping people are are observing that about themselves we had time to process our life process our thoughts the puzzle pieces we're we're reconnecting we're finding new ways to connect and we've got to take in this new change of view this pauses given us the perspective nothing is as it was the view is very very different and I'd like to put the word flow in because we need to go with the flow if we become rigid and we try to go back trying to make it it has to be as it was no we can't do that because that was puzzle one we're on puzzled too and puzzled too is we go with the flow we just find these new ways and it will be a whole lot easier and we won't put a lot of energy into areas that we don't need to we just need to go with the flow and so our new puzzle of life this new "Today's episode is brought to you by the capital one venture card the capital one venture card you earn unlimited double miles on every purchase everyday and you can use those miles toward travel expenses like flights hotels the rental cars and more just book and pay for your travel using your venture card and redeemer miles toward the cost capital one. What's in your wallet. Credit approval required capital one bank u._s._a. N._a. Look into brain stuff production of iheartradio. Hey brain stuff. Lauren bogle bomb here from the outside plant. Seem pretty different from animals for instance plants can't walk around and catch food like we do they give off oxygen instead of carbon dioxide and they don't have the same sensory organs help us get out of the way of a fire or sniff out and hunt down a potential meal but plants and animals are more similar than they might seem from the outside hide under a microscope plant cell an animal cell might seem so similar that in some cases. You'd really have to know what you're looking at. Tell the difference between them. This is because plants and animals both belong to the domain ucare iota organisms with cells that are basically sealed baggies full of fluid suspending little factories called org anals which which have different jobs in the cell depending on the needs of the organism plants animals fungi and protests are all you carry. It's these organisms are made up of one or more cells with the variety of membrane bound or anals including the nucleus the big boss organiz that contains all the d._n._a. Instructions for making that particular bear or ringworm ringworm or fakest tree or fruit fly or human being even though a blueberry bush and a corgi don't seem to have much in common on the spectrum of things things their cells are way more similar to each other than they are to those of bacteria for example which are procreates single celled organisms that are generally smaller than a single eukaryotic karaoke excel that contain only a few types of rudimentary or anals and that lack a nucleus to hold their d._n._a. The word you carry out means true colonel referring into that important nucleus. It's kind of a mess inside a precarious excel whereas eukaryotic cells are highly structured but at the end of the day you kerio are ya impropriety have more in common with each other than they do with a rock so there's that if plan animals are so similar on a cellular level wife. Why did they seem so different. When you take a couple steps back well. It's because plants animals have different goals. Each of their eukaryotic cells is customized to make them. I'm great at being what they are for instance. It's a planned job to take carbon dioxide out of the air which we animals just leave lying around every time we exhale or drive. A car and plants can simply add a little sunlight and water to that c._o. Two in order to make literally everything they need to survive animals on the other hand require oxygen in may by plants to breath but we can't make our own food like plans to so we've got to go russell up our own grab this requires movement which made it necessary for animals to golf all kinds of crazy specialized cell types tissues and organs. That plant can't make because they simply don't need them. Survival is based on getting basic needs met an an outsourced requirements of an animal far surpass those of plants even though their cells are constructed similarly plants and animals have different cellular settings things a really obvious difference is in the outer shell of the cell in addition to the cell membrane plants have cell walls made of tough compounds called cellulose and lignin which makes them rigid and tough useful for keeping trees from collapsing into gladness piles animal cells on the other hand are contained within a thin cell membrane a affleck's book container a lot like a semi permeable sandwich bag it provides nothing in the way of structure but it can regulate what comes in and out of the cell and it can keep all the organisms contained within it animals have all kinds of fancy organized help them form some pretty mind blowing structures like bones muscles and nerves. These organs are what allow animals to to build empires honestly but one canal animals don't have is the chloroplast which allows plans to photosynthesis or make sunlight into glucose compounds so any green you see on a plan to leave the stem in the peel of an unripe banana all comes from the chloroplast in their selves turning light into food and try try that animals one important difference between plant and animal cells can be found in another organization called evacuate. Some animal cells contain backyards but in a plant cell. They're really large and have an important job. Keeping the plant from wilting vacuoles are basically intracellular water balloons that keep the cell plumped bumped from the inside by creating <unk> pressure pushing the cell membrane against the cell wall and helping the plant keep its shape if you've ever seen a pitiful carrot at the bottom of your crisper drawer all floppy and unappetizing. It's the loss of turbo pressure in its factuals ultimately landed at in the compost bin and that's about all separately not for a planet. "Because the doctor can't feed the cell the doctor can't oxygenated the cell the doctor can't detox by but we can. And that's the key. If you can figure out how to clean out a nutrient had auks Nate. And how to detoxify keep the system clean you can reverse anyhow challenge because at the level of the cell were sick. That's always only. And then when they pump you with chemotherapy, and you know, all that stuff. How does that work? Well, chemotherapy is a poison that affects the fastest growing cells in the body. So which are cancer cells actually cancer cells are nothing more than yourself that are at their wits end. They don't know what else to do. So they go from being called a UK. Carrio which is a Vance sow to they go backwards in time and they start to act like a bacteria or a pro Kerio, which means they had bacterial quality cancer cell bacterial quality, what's the major bacterial quality, growth and bacterial cells are very on unsophisticated. They don't have a lot of working parts of a cancer cell can't do their business, and then cancer cells are so CO Pathak bacteria. They don't form liver, and they don't form gallbladder, and they don't form spleen, and they don't form skin. They live just for themselves. They become uncooperative. And all of this is a cream because a cancer cell is a normal cell that doesn't know what else to do can you picture this? If at its which than starving suffocating, it's been swimming and aphids talk city, and so you don't want things to they don't care about me. So I'm not going to care about them. And that's basically what a cancer. Yoursel is. And we punish ourselves. We put it. We try kill this Roque sell. That's our strategy. That's why there's never going to be a cure for cancer because the cancer cell actually, an adaptive mechanism for the cell. You say on things. Absolutely. Of course. It's just as it doesn't what else to do with an adaptive mechanism. What about fungus, Ben what people do to fight off bacteria and fungus live together in a nice harmony when everything is healthy. The problem is we kill off our our 'Bacterial coronate water with Lord aided water with antibiotic rich water with antibiotics the food with antibodies that we take intentionally with poisons and food. So we have to say, what do you think, you know, a pesticide on a plant that's designed to kill. Thanks. So when you say that kills bacteria to their any pets game kills you too. Apparently, ultimately. Yes, exactly. So when those bacteria. Area. Die off song is over grow and fungus also love sugar, and that doesn't help. So if you have a fungal infection, you know, toenails, or or or skin fungal infections, or sometimes it happens in the tongue in the mouth. That's a major sign of what's called disc bio sys messed up, gut bacteria.
