We were already doing two way traffic on the eastbound span, but right now only one direction is flowing and that is eastbound. West banders at a standstill and have been for at least 15 minutes if not longer. The rest of the ride between the baby to the beltway is quiet and Baltimore, Washington park where your northbound work right near I one 95 and the ramps BWI Marshall airport right lane is getting by 95 drama free between the beltways and Virginia just heard from our Friends at the Woodrow Wilson bridge. We are expecting another stoppage on the outer loop. This will be on the outer loop only in fact, here come the Gates as I am watching it in the camera, the outer loop of the capitol, beltway coming to a stop coming from Alexandra trying to get to oxen hill. This is bridge maintenance, the last one took about 15, 20 minutes or so. Hopefully this one won't be quite as long, but again, the outer loop has just been brought to a stop on the capitol beltway leaving Alexandria trying to get to oxen hill the inner loop is not affected by this particular closure. Elsewhere on the beltway, the outer loop where it continues after the GW Parkway, the right lane getting by 66 westbound work outside the beltway before not least read a right link getting by then near pharaohs. In Maryland on two 70, northbound, it's starting to slow down in Gaithersburg on the ITER loop into Silver Spring, the pace is getting slower traffic starting to bog down over Connecticut avenue. Let's go with the interloop through Montgomery county from after three 55 toward Connecticut avenue and through prince George's county with some volume slowing on both loops who land over and on the envelope after kenilworth avenues for those of your three slow spots on the capitol beltway as we speak. Meryl and I two 70, no problems to and from Frederick no delay 95 same, no problems to press Georges and Howard counties, BW Parkway had some volume off and on lightly north through green belt and Laurel, route 50 approaching the bay bridge from the west with some volume from Kent island across the westbound span that Sith works though has been picked up three lanes west, two lanes east, over in Virginia 66 free and clear three 95 trying to get there, maybe a brief delay northbound before the 14th street bridge near boundary channel. That's it. I 95, that's where the big delays are. Heavy in the southbound direction between newington and Stafford in both the mains and express heavy volume along the northbound side as you purchase spots of Vega toward Fredericksburg, no issues reported. And we do have two way traffic now working eastbound across the bay towards Kent island and it is about a four mile back up from about saint Margaret's road, but things are slow and go now as you have three lanes available to you. I think you're going to have that cleared up here in the next 20 minutes to half hour. Nice job by the Maryland toll authority getting that moving. Southbound three O one still have the crash working just past central avenue with a single lane getting you through, a little bit of a delay as you pass their file police direction. On the capitol beltway, we're in good shape the earlier crash at colesville road is gone. Never did find the sign of the crash at the inner loop at going through college park. 95 in between the beltways is moving while BW Parkway also moving well in between the beltways. If you're headed farther north on 95, we have volume delays from an early morning crash. Going to be from route one 52 up to 22 past Maryland House. That's about ten miles of slow traffic. If you're headed up towards Delaware and the Susquehanna river. Two 70 northbound moving well all the way up through Frederick, no problems on 70 west, 66 also moving well out to the west. 95 south were having a typical volume delays. It looks kind of like a Saturday morning right now. So it's going to be a little bit slow across the aka Kwan, a little bit slow through dumfries and Dale City. And then a little bit slow with the express lane merge at a quiet harbor, and you'll open up at 17 falmouth with all lanes now open. Northbound 95, we had some folks clearing the earlier crashdown and ashlyn so lots of folks making their way upstream, which means Fredericksburg is going to start to pick up some pressure. So from the spotsylvania exit across the rappahannock river, and then on toward centerport Parkway, you're going to see some delays and then briefly again at a quiet harbor once you get past the past a quiet harbor towards the aka Kwan river and Springfield you're in good shape. No big issues in the district

"Setting. In Tyson's on the beltway traffic on the inner loop is jammed, and if you are self diverting beyond Arlington boulevard at I 66 bearing in mind, the new traffic pattern with the new flyover for 66 west being the first exit compared to the second. Now, beyond 66, traffic is stop and go under route 7, over one 23, and over the dullest toll road on the ITER loop, the emergency work zone as they continue the inspection of a joint, only one left lane is getting by on the inner loop. The left exit lane to go west on the dulles toll road is also open. On the outer loop, just brief delays toward gallows road and toward the Woodrow Wilson bridge. 66 westbound traffic heavier now between the manassas exits three lanes get by for a couple more days until the express lanes open. In Maryland on two 70, no issues in Riverdale though, the closure of kenilworth avenue for emergency utility work, working on a pole and wires between campus drive and river road two O one remains closed, and therefore expecting more congestion on the Baltimore Washington Parkway inside the beltway, 95 beltway to beltway without incident. And on route 50, there are no delays between Bowie and the bay bridge or even westbound across Kent island traffic is moving well, westbound toward the bay bridge as well. "The remains of a crash along the right side, westbound slow across Kent island, the crash happened at the foot of the bay bridge on the Kent island shoreline, but they are clearing it from the left lanes and I think getting those left lanes open. Whether the lane control signals reflect the clearance of that crash though, I'm not sure about that. You may still have some red X's toward the bay bridge. There's first scant race leading up to the westbound span. Stay right. Don't think we have two way traffic. I don't think that's going to happen any time in the near term. Meanwhile, on the beltway, interloop heavy through landover beyond a Rita drive, the crash blocks the left side. There's also crash reported on two O two landover road, just north of two 14 central avenue. There was a crash in Charles county, and it elicited a pretty large police response at the route 5, four 88 intersection, but that is mostly clear now. Meanwhile, in Montgomery county, a stretch of Macarthur boulevard remains closed between Sangamo wrote and while hunting wrote at emergency utility work. Two 70 north, normal delays beyond clarksburg, beltway and Montgomery county, no issues except for the volume delays. In Virginia 66 westbound slow, centerville toward manassas, remember if you commit to those left lanes on the other side of the bollards, you won't be able to exit into bad assets at exit 47. 95 northbound heavy out of Quantico, but the crash before dumfries is now on the shoulder, southbound slow lord into woodbridge, what else is new? District, suitland Parkway outbound and Alabama avenue once stalled in the left lane inbound at first Sterling the work is clear. On 50 out of bay bridge, all is quiet, things are generally good to go on 50 eastbound out to the bay bridge, but westbound traffic has been slow across Kent island due to road work that had been on the bay bridge on the westbound side, but now we understand that has been picked up, but it's going to take a little bit of time still for that to clear out. In Virginia 66 is heavy westbound has moved on into manassas near the rest area. I believe it's going to be a work zone there. Blocking the right lane and there's one eastbound on 66 after one 23 and that is also blocking the right lane. Things are good to go on 95 traveling south, a couple of slow spots in Stafford from an earlier broken down truck in the roadway, which is gone now. So things are moving a lot better, headed toward Fredericksburg. So in general, we should have an easier time of it barring any big incidents between the beltways on 95, northbound traffic is very slow. Columbia through elkridge, the work zone, near 8 95, exit 46, should be getting picked up from the left lane, some bailout on the BW Parkway. It will be slow and stretches anyway between the two beltways. Two 70 northbound, heavier and stretches now from clarksburg, on and off to Frederick. Much better at the bay bridge. 50 eastbound no delay 50 westbound just brief delays off Kent island with three lanes open, westbound, two lanes open, eastbound, the work zone at the at Acosta river is getting cleared right this very second. In Virginia, on 66, westbound, no issues from the belt way out to Gainesville, westbound between the planes and Marshall. There is a collection of cars on the median strip, both lanes get by, but slowly with rubber necking, response flanking the shoulders, 95 few slowdowns between Springfield and Fredericksburg, but all told not so bad by summer standards on I 95. "Car today it's 5 28. Time for traffic and weather and I guess we've had a few tough spots out there today, Dave. Yeah, one of them is in D.C. if you're coming out on three 95, it is slow. Eastbound on the freeway near the third street tunnel, the crash for about an hour has been blocking the left side. A little better outbound, but still sluggish, leaving D.C. from the freeway in three 95 with the crash of the 14th street bridge clear. It'll be heavy eastbound on constitution and independence avenues along the mall with bailout and workaround. The in Virginia on westbound Arlington boulevard, west of 7 corners, near cherry street, there is a crash affecting westbound traffic, 95, better northbound through Fredericksburg, crashes beyond route three clear southbound slow as usual through woodbridge, loudoun county, the closure of route 9 between hillsborough and the state line, a poll came down and route 9 is closed both ways between Harper's ferry road and sagal road. In Montgomery county, northbound two 70, local lanes, the crash involving several cars and including one that ended up on its roof, near shady grove road, the left side remains blocked. You should be able to get by by staying right slowly in the local lanes, main lanes are all open, but with rubbernecking delays. I 97 is better, north and southbound between 50 and 32 with a crash and crownsville clear, 50 eastbound slow across the severan river to go north on route two, no delays eastbound across the Chesapeake, but westbound traffic is heavy off Kent island, medical response to one stop at the beginning of the westbound span blocking the right lane one single lane gets by down the center. You're getting by to the right help is there, but it's causing to slow down on the adult of leaving two 36 on your way toward the spring front interchange delays beginning in fact up around I 66 at this point based on what we can see in the cameras nearby. On 66, eastbound, that crash was at the ramp to the inner loop express lanes, the ramp is reopened now looking at the camera, but if you're through on 66 espoo and heading toward Washington, you were passing the beltway staying to the right to get by with a brief delay, nothing complicated there. Demonstrators gather for Women's March in Washington, D.C.
"Gathered in downtown D. C. Today for the women's March, demonstrators began rallying at Freedom Plaza before marching to Capitol Hill and onto the National Mall to protest the Supreme Court nomination of Judge Amy Cockney Barrett and vote President Trump out of the White House.
