I guess this was written down because he's at a podium and he's looking down but i guess he veered off the script at some point. Oh and he just started ranting ranting incoherently according to one report it looks. Don't forget if you are running in the recall. Got your You can call it at one. Candidates for governor do some and we're gonna talk to any of them want to call in at five. Oh five at one. Eight hundred five two zero one five three four. We'll see we'll see if anybody calls in it. Yeah maybe we'll get one or three or twenty of them. Who knows we'll give you a couple of minutes. You're not getting a whole hour. There's other things we wanna talk about next hour but when we get tired of you you can make a statement and right if we wanna ask unity questions We'll do the more you entertain us long ago hanger by and you're voting tomorrow. Don't forget to bring your mail in ballot and surrender it you serious. I'm technically supposed. Don't think they'll ask going to not do that just to see what happens tomorrow. Right if they ask for your it's around the corner from me because they know everybody was sent one so therefore you probably have one option less way they can ensure you're not multiple voting. I gotta believe a lot of people through the mount right. But but i i don't think so i. I don't think a lot of people throw them out. The kind of got big markings on the front the fish through mac. You know the because they said. I'm gonna vote in person until you brought this up last week. I'd never heard that you're supposed to surrender your surrender dorothy. I don't remember doing that last time. I ended up voting by mail last november two. So i didn't have to even try that. So so that's coming up at five. Oh five and we'll take another look at this story. That was presented over the weekend by candidate larry elder in an actress. Who claims rose mcgowan. That the newsome's wife tried to bribe her off from the harvey weinstein story for years ago. What happened today. We were just talking about afghanistan. There was a hearing of the house foreign affairs committee and the main person questioned was the secretary of state. Of course this is the house. So the democrats run things and apparently They all made statements about how difficult it was to end the war in afghanistan. Saying it was never gonna be easy. We have to understand that. Oh you know what. This is. What i'm talking about. That's all nonsense. And they know it's nonsense every single one of probably sitting at home watching tv telling their wives and husbands. Oh my god this is horrible debacle. Is that disaster. Especially after the servicemen died. Oh don't tell me they hate they. Seize on their stupid little talking points and repeat them over and over and over again stop. It would go ahead. Sherman said yeah that let loud alley. Yeah there was an ongoing stamp stampede. At the airport where the us carried out its evacuation. There's simply no way administration can have an orderly or successful stampede. He called it. Bread sherman's employees. And they all were blaming trump for setting the original may one troop withdrawal date so change it and for cutting that deal with the taliban it did see just talking point lines. You created the stampede by saying we're getting out of here real fast you did you already bloat. Blew through the may first deadline. So that wasn't relevant anymore. It's now august. I don't know why we like quietly. Just evacuating people months. Don't tell anybody to snow. Just just a couple of soldiers out the side door right just disappear and keep a forced there until you have removed everybody who deserves to be removed. That's what you see. If you can reach out any americans that were there. Contact them somehow secretly and say look. It's time to go and that's what everybody says because it's an obvious truth. I don't understand this. He biden is impulsive. And he's he's got he's got dementia honestly only a dementia patient. We do it the way he did it. And unfortunately commander in chief's everybody's gotta salute and say yes sir. There's no provision in the constitution or in law for everyone else to say. Oh well he's nuts. We're not gonna do this. And then if you question me talks about beau biden. Yeah i. I've been through this. I know instruments saying we're in a state now. You can't talk to him. Because he says like loopy things or makes up stories and this danger of any president they can actually kill a lot of people if they and most of the president has to add killed. A lot of people were they're idiotic wars but they're not questioned the all the loyalists all the partisans. Like i told you. I just read the story about all the bush partisans. "The country right now when you talk about voting and it's interesting a recall. Most of the stories of our waste of time you could tell. They spent a little or no time in california. They never mentioned all the real issues that are plaguing people or newsome's really about but it's really it's really lazy and silly and shallow somebody at the washington post. Got the idea. Well what was it that got so much trouble. The french laundry restaurant. I'm gonna go there and see what inspires me and what she came up with is making an analogy that the french laundry restaurant because obviously it costs a lot to go there. It's very exclusive california. And it's different classes of people will know from it. It's funny there's a lot of preaching in it. There's a lot of preaching a lot of really sadness. Then we'll have the voice line and we have a hack to throw the dumpster. A person that appeared on the john and ken show a couple years back the same subject matter for which he's being thrown in the dumpster today so it's kind of relevant to play some of that audio another another guy that just made life worse in california and his policies have ended up killing people. Yes not that. he'll ever take responsibility right one. Horrendous story in the last week coming out of the sacramento area dealing with this topic is another reason that the committee voted to throw this hack into the dumpster. It's coming up at five thirty five. Well who's ever governor after september fourteenth. And we told you yesterday. It's gonna take over thirty days to certify the elections so if newsome's removed it won't be until sometime in october. We'll have a pile of bills to go through the legislative session. I think ends today and one of them is one. We've talked about before and it's really vital that we become the first state to outlaw this. It's the term. I had not heard of until i read these stories. Still thing this is from that a democratic assemblywoman nut christina garcia solution for this for four years since the since the metoo movement started. That's right she was. She got on the cover. I think of time magazine. I think it was time for me to stuff. And then and then. She was accused by one of her. Staffers of grabbing is central parts. Yes yes a little bit of groping A little after hours softball game. She got a little handsy. Yeah she went looking for his dugout. She admitted later that she had a little problem with alcohol inter inter lack of judgment but she keeps coming out with more sex related legislation. You any other person would have been so embarrassed that she was public lose accused of groping a guy that they'd go and hide for a while at least on the sex issues. Now here she is more sex regulation from this nut. So what is stealth thing which they came up with. This term removing condom without permission during intercourse. That's it pure and simple. Does this happen a lot. Some yale study and this is what motivated her to write this bill. Somebody else study says it's increasing. Well wouldn't the woman know immediately necessarily tell me more women ways in. I think if you're in the throes of passion maybe you wouldn't realize that the guy did something like that which is totally not cool. By the way it's it's not cool but isn't that sensation much different. It is but again if you're in the throes of passion depending on how it's taken off my could see that maybe somebody wouldn't realize that the condom was taken off. I just think you'd pick up on it real fast. I mean for the guy. The guy knows much different. Yeah the feeling is much different but go on. Tell us i could be wrong. I could be wrong. i have no experience. I'm sure i'm sure there are some people that we could argue either way. Yeah of course it feels different. And of course i would know right away and somebody else could say. Hey yeah i didn't realize it. That time would would a guide do this. Because he doesn't like condoms and just guys never want to wear condoms because the feeling is much better without economy. I'm told that that is true. I mean i've never worn one. So where would you put it. Would you be able to do that without needing a hand or something or would you. Depending on how tidy is a. They're they're they're they're awful. Tell me more would amend the civil code so the victim can sue for damages hooting a huge damage. And how. how does anybody can approve this. They what they said could be difficult. Most accident it wasn't intentional. Most sex assault go unproven. And what are you gonna do. Take a picture down there to show that the condom was on or how do you. Yeah you'd have to. You'd have to record all your word against their. Yeah she's she's not so you you know you can't regulate human beings that that intricately intensely you can't do it some possible back attention to the sensations one of the reasons that many people signed the recall petition against gavin newsom was because he had that dinner at the french laundry with this lobbyist friend who was having a birthday. They drank tons of wine. They were unmasked. They were mostly outdoors. It was outrageous. No indoors mostly indoors. Let's right there mostly indoors. It was partially some sort of door writer so close store. We'll talk about it next. Because washington post writer compares the french laundry to life in california and they weren't wearing condoms. Either john and ken show debra mark has the news. Kfi am six forty..
Biden Announces Vaccine Mandate for Companies With More Than 100 Employees
"We take another look at yesterday's big story which was old joe. Sauntering out in announcing a plan to get people vaccinated not so surprising the mandate on federal employees surprising a bit the mandate on employers in private business. Who have more than one hundred employees. Their employees have to accented or provide proof weekly of covert testing companies. Will face a thirteen thousand six hundred dollar penalty of the osha. Rules says the occupational safety and health act agency. Whoever it says here in one story i'm reading. Osha has experienced a steady decline in staffing and currently provides one inspector for every e. three thousand workers. So this won't be tough on the enforcement. They can't enforce it. This is all this is all show business here it is. It's still get challenged and we're gonna see what

"One story that. I saw that i did not know before and believe me. If this for you this would bother you to even twenty years. Later is an abc news story. They talked to a man by the name of vaughan. Alex who back on september eleventh two thousand one was ticket agent at dulles international airport and two guys arrived and they seem to be in a hurry. They wanted to make flight seventy seven. That's the one that slammed into the pentagon. Let's play this story from. Abc news the interview. Done by gio benitez when you come in here and you see that ticket counter does it bring you back to that morning. Everything brings you back to that morning. Vaughn alex is talking about the morning. That changed our world. Chaos in new york at the moment. They're not one but two incidents too late arriving first class passengers came rushing through the doors at dulles international airport in virginia. They're late they stop. They were confused. They were looking back and forth and then they need to be lying for where. I was working by. Von was at the american airlines ticket counter. Training to age we were just sitting around and too late. Passengers came running in the terminal. Stopped and i was joking. I looked at at my agents. And i said watch these for flight seventy seven and they were but as we now know. They weren't just any passengers. They were salem and waffle. Hosby me two of the five hijackers on flight seventy seven which later crashed into the pentagon. So you had about twenty minutes until that flight while just under twenty minutes. And i told the agents because they were new i said. The attack larry elder and his arm. Perrache the neighborhood of tennis in la campaigning to replace gavin newsom as governor. He was look at the homeless problem up close and it didn't last long because they pelted him with eggs. A pellet gun apparently was used. We will talk about it with someone. Who is there. And i think helped. Organize larry's tour of venice coming up after the news at five o'clock. I think this about says it all being thirteen years. We've been talking about high speed rail. It was about a proposition in two thousand eight that past unfortunately at the time they were saying thirty. Three billion dollars to build high speed rail from san francisco to san diego. Do you know where we are today. The hundred and seventy one miles of trying to complete which takes us from lovely bakersfield. Timmer said is estimated to cost by itself just that segment twenty three billion dollars that that's gives you an idea of the whole that's been dug over the last thirteen years and again that figure may go up because costs. There's always cost overruns. But that's the latest estimate just to build that one segment which is what they're desperate to at least do because somehow they believe. Oh once it's going and everybody's writing it oh. Investors will come from all over the place to finish by sierra california. They believe that well they finally finally after all these years. There's a few democrats in sacramento. Who are kind of finally holding up the stop sign because the high speed rail people are trying to get another four billion dollars and some democrats in sacramento. her thinking. That money could be better used another rail projects throughout the state. Well so they're at an impasse right now. A lot of this was to pay off big unions big construction unions they're always in sacramento demanding government projects that their workers can perform and the workers and the management. Don't care if anything gets built. They just want to get paid for standing around and pretending it's being built my so at this point i mean i would love to give truth serum to every single legislator every union leader every executive and with With high speed rail one question. Do you really believe it's gonna get built. And it should be almost one hundred percent they'd say no none of us believe it's going to get built but as long as we can bully our way through this we'll keep getting paid. The union workers get paid executives. Get paid then. They send money and votes to the legislators and legislators are just thinking okay you know for thirteen years. We hume humor you guys. You got a pretty good payoff. But we can spend this money on other people. This is just public corruption. There's no chance this ever services anybody right even if they even if by some miracle they built it. Nobody's taking it. Nobody's going bakersfield to madeira. Whatever the hell the thing is is to madeira. and no. But nobody's actually doing that and they know nobody's doing that but it's taken thirteen years for some legislators to finally say maybe that's enough for this This sinkhole. i think i've mentioned this before. But i grew up about a mile from an interstate. Highway interstate eighty in new jersey. And right before. I left home to go on radio road. There was a big construction project that started and on the freeway and then twenty years later. After i was long out of the house had got married head..

Big big school and it's got immense bureaucracy and not bright people running the bureaucracy. Obviously here is dorrie devlin. Dorey devlin sees a spokeswoman for rutgers registering for classes that are fully remote is not the same as being enrolled in a fully online degree. Granting program that's a distinction. This is stupid. this is stupid. well now. he's thinking he's gotta go to another school. Yeah but he should go to another school. Oh my god that is just what is wrong. Hearing From California Recall Election Candidate Kevin Faulconer
"We're going to bring on. Kevin faulkner once again to the john and ken show on your as a possibility to replace gavin newsom as governor in the recall election and apparently he made an appearance in l. a. today to talk about homelessness Cabin on my opinion one of the one of the best candidates. Running here kevin. How are you gentlemen. It's great to be back with you. Thank you so what were you doing today. Well we were out in downtown los angeles talking very strongly and passionately about the need to and tent encampments. Not just an la but across california Just like i did. When i was mayor of of san diego and i i spoke in very direct terms that we have a duty to intervene. But if you're going to allow people to live in a tent on our sidewalks and are freely overpasses and underpasses. They're going to die there. And the fact of the matter. Is that these tendon cabinets have become open their drug markets heroin and methamphetamine. Nobody is helping anybody by allowing that to continue and so i took a very strong position. Just like i've done Is married to get the word out. That folks across california are saying enough is enough and that's not who we are as california so it signed to stand up take very strong delivered action and i said i am going to lead by example is governor just like i did this mayor. We are not going to allow ten on our sidewalks. Yeah i think people should know out of the top candidates in the race. You're the only one who actually has had some significant success in reducing homelessness. They you will. The success happened during the six years. You remember san diego. And i think that really is a good thing to emphasize because that i'm ashok paul this week that ninety three percent of the people in la county say that's by far the most serious issue

We're gonna continue with masks then yesterday afternoon. They said and if you show up without a mask could be barred from school. Well kind of reverse that decision again. "Is really all about venice. Yeah in fact it starts off by talking about a man by the name of dr colleague king. He's a nurse. i'm sorry he's he's a doctor. He's got a team that includes a nurse case workers and his only thing is to go out there and check on the homeless people to make sure they can still live but not before long. He stumbles across one of these homeless. Guys john simpson sixty four peeked out from a ragged two person tent. He wore a mask covered his salt and pepper beard. King asked him if he'd like any medical attention. I've been drinking. All morning is that okay was a response. I don't care. Do you want me to be your doctor and sign you up as a patient. He hesitated but then he got into the van. He says he sixty four. He's been homeless for thirty years. His family banished because of his alcoholism telling the doctor and the reporter. I really shouldn't even be alive. But he did get the co vaccination the week before and what pisses me off is. This writer starts connecting all the homelessness to gentrification yes know wealthier people buying up the housing in venice and that eventually drives poor people out into the street. That's not who they are. That is not who they are. That is a total lie. That the that the propagandists in the media keep repeating. I would think that in simpson's case it might be the thirty years. He's been drinking himself to death. Just a guess that it wasn't that some rich guy bought his apartment building and forced him out. It's that and in nineteen ninety-four discredited thirty years because gentrified out in the nineties. Maybe it's because he's been guzzling booze for three decades. Maybe we may have more on this story later. It comes with tim audio. I'd like to see what's in there. We got more coming up. John and ken. Kfi john and ken show john kobylt. Ken chiampou kfi am six. Forty live everywhere in the iheartradio app presidents guidon currently today made a speech about voting rights. That whole stupid debate trump is sent out an email biden. Just said one hundred and fifty people voted in the two thousand twenty presidential election on the assumption. He actually meant one hundred and fifty million people to buy. One hundred people voted. I didn't keep track a biden's speech. I didn't either first time right. See if you could find that did it to our trump if he meant one hundred and fifty million people based on the fact that i got seventy five million plus votes that would mean that biden got seventy five million which is six million votes less than what they said they got. What's that about the already conceding. Six million votes. There is a book out by washington post riders. I read an excerpt today and it. It's pretty funny The chapter they excerpted was the night of the election inside the white house. What was going on and the thing that jumps out at us rudy. Giuliani had set up a command center in the white house and he was running around telling everybody. Just say we won. Pennsylvania just say we won michigan like no matter what the vote total was at any given point. If you going to talk to the press in any way you were supposed assert while we won pennsylvania. Well we won michigan. We won wisconsin So that that that was his aggressive strategy to be forceful about it and right out front be out in front we do. We have the biden thing. Play one hundred fifty americans of every age every race and every background exercise their right to vote. They voted early. More than a hundred and fifty. It is true. That's a small turnout. Relatively speaking one hundred hundred fifty people voted less wiggle room. He said more than one hundred and fifty more than one hundred and fifty america of every age that could take us to one hundred and seventy million wherever the tech technically not false. Okay perhaps misleading. You know what it is to. It's the insanity one side is trying to say you're just trying to take away the right for people devoted but you get that story in texas with a democratic state. Legislators left the state through the vote on one of these voter. Id bills but then he got the republicans some of them claiming it's all fraud. You gotta tear it down and start again. I mean honestly nonsense. Did you see the photo of texas legislature group i. They're taking private plates. How corrupt is that. It's a great way to announce to washington. Dc they flew to washington dc to escape the vote. They took selfies of themselves in the planes they all look like a bunch of goethe and they're on private planes which can only come from donors and they were maskless but then again they can do what they wanted a private. Yeah and it is texas. Where a lot of mask. Your business worse. Yeah but i'm sure all of them are heavily pro mask. Democrats generally are right. Yeah but i mean this. I think they should find a washington. Never come back why we never works. They've tried that in other states sometimes. Republicans walk out. It doesn't stupid so in in three weeks. They're going to ban standing hoping the whole country comes to their aid and forces. The republicans were sensible position. Eighty ninety percent of the country thinks that you ought to have photo. Id for your elections. They're very few people that disagree with that. So what's going to happen is they claim they're going to be at three weeks. And the governor of texas. Greg abbott said will when they land. We're going to arrest them. He's got the power to get them arrested or mayb- whoever runs the maybe they won't texas has. Oh and then. They'll be they'll be. What was the word he used cabin. D- inside the texas house of representatives building until they vote. Yeah he said. We'll call a special session every day until this is done. They can't avoid the the term cabin cabin. Yeah arrest her arrested in cabin some of this centers on the fact that Mail in voters are going to have to send in a copy of their. Id their mail in ballot to prove that they are who say they're showing idea vote. Do you know that that is up there with the fund. The police as one of the stupidest political issues this year. Almost everybody understands the idea of sending in your id or show your id to vote. I don't know anybody any normal person who disagrees with that concept. It seemed self evident obvious. Of course you've done it though. I have never shown an. Id to vote. Walk is we. Don't want california but we should know you know that we've put a crimp in the ballot harvesting well. Somebody people vote by mail. Now you'd have to have people sending an. Id vote right this now. Very few people vote in person anyway. Then you wanna get rid of that too don't you. Everybody should be forced to vote in person. Yeah because because everything else leads to possible fraud so and i- scale fraud. I don't steal the election what you're saying. No i never not for one day. Did i say that happened in the trump election. Not one day. But i know it can happen. And they're getting more sophisticated about it. This ballot harvesting thing is about producing fraudulent votes. There's no other reason for it to have a stranger door to door and help you vote and then take your ballot in as a favor at out it's about screwing with the vote totals first year. They did all the voting went. Real wacky. remember when way democrat. No we've been following ballot harvesting. I apparently and i didn't follow this but it did sort of make a twenty to the supreme court. I guess there was a fight in california. Over ballot harvesting arizona arizona arizona passed a law which says no ballot harvesting so it went to the supreme court can the state something like ballot harvesting and there were others used to and the court says. Yeah you can ban. It does a number of states at abandoned the court the court didn't say that there was anything illegal about ballot harvesting but they said estate can choose to i think one of the justices did say though it opens itself to fraud possibilities of well it does it absolutely. Does i mean if if i was running.

Two or three dozen and the so-called anti or. I'm sorry the pro transgender rights people. They were oddly enough. They were all dressed like antifa and it was. It was antifa cost play and it was all black. It was face covering the whole thing. It was beatings of old people. So there's that there's there's iconic photo already from yesterday from saturday. I i should say anyway. One one of the guys a korean who was assaulted by this this little white girl. There's like she had to be like twenty one or twenty or something and she took great offense at the fact that he was protesting people people with male anatomy exposing themselves to young girls. That was he was protesting against that notion. I mean what a caveman right. Anyway this This young white woman took umbrage to it and she felt that assaulting him was the baller move so she kicked him in in the crotch in the crotch region so she went ahead and kick their and he defended himself he was only a water bottle and he connected with her noggin and it sounded like college. Baseball is what it sounded like sounded like a college baseball homerun aluminum bat soda. We'll we'll talk with him but it's up. Here's what's really sad about this. Is that hey folks. It's the law. Did you not think it through. Did you not know that it would come to this. It's come to this. This is where the rubber meets the road that this spa is literally following california law. And if if your seven year old daughter that you took to. The spa is not woke enough to whether or not you don't want her to see is not the issue she. She has a legal obligation to see it. That's so ridiculous this is a i don't care you know the bail the jail time it's not gonna happen. I'm with that woman. My my daughter doesn't have to see that and that's what women's bathrooms are four okay and that's what the wnba is for. Why are there any man man men i would dominate the wnba. I would not. But i don't know what is blocking a third tier. The last guy that the lakers cut between the nba and the italian league and the israeli league and the turkish league. What's stopping them from. Just staying in this country and going into the wnba is it. The w is there. Anything by the way eric sklar. You're the duke of sports officially. Is there something in the wnba like charter. That says that you have to be a biological woman or something you know i would assume so but ken. How can they legally do that. I don't know. I bet you the cancer i mean. They're private enterprise. They not a yeah. Nba owns them So i mean i. I'm going far afield on this. But this is the law in california. What what the pre trans person did with. His penis was totally legal and so people protesting and like i say you know this happened five or six years ago. So there's that all right afghanistan is going back to the twelfth century province-by-province hour by hour as we speak and we're washing. Your hands will give that. Plus matthew mcconaughey tells america that very soon your body will be undergoing changes and we call it puberty. The fourth of july message will be back right if this. It is the john and ken show. British Influencer Identifies as Korean After 18 Surgeries to Look Like BTS Singer
"Here's a i i think from. The world of this person already considered himself nonbinary but really took a big step. It's a social media influencers british and white had eighteen plastic surgeries to look like a member of the k. Pop band bt s out of south korea. So he's decided to he sorry. They decided to change their look to look like a young korean guy with eighteen surgeries costing more than one hundred fifty thousand dollars and made the announcement that not only they nonbinary. They're officially korean. So this person changed their name. They're trying to look like a member of that boy band. You know that has park jimin so they were transitioning their face to look like that and now they are considering themselves. Well here it is. Hey guys i'm finally korean. I've trans visioned. They are now transracial and identify with the name. Jim in which is the same name as the korean boy band guy. I identify as korean. That's just my culture. That's my home country. That's exactly how i look now. Even though again this is a british born white guy who is now nonbinary korean because of eighteen facial surgeries and one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. I'm so happy. I've completed my look. I had the is. I had to brow lift as well and it looked just like jim. I've been trapped in the wrong body. But finding i'm korean i can be myself and yes. I'm so happy. So i've transition. To a non binary person but transitioned to a korean boy band singer. You don't know who i was. You just think i was a korean person. Although i'm looking at the pictures and i they still have blonde hair. And i don't know that they really look

"That this doctor sexually assaulted him. Now why would you care or cover up for a team doctor. That's doing this i. I don't know i'm looking here. There's a there was one of the players. His name was johnson gillani johnson and he played receiver at michigan in the nineteen eighties. And before johnson's preseason physical exam freshman year. He began to hear jokes from his teammates. About seeing dr anal. Sometimes it was used as a punishment he didn't do it on the practice field. We're going to send it to the doctor all look at each other like. Oh god no yeah. I think sham boeckler knew about this in the form of discipline or he was perverted to anyway. Johnson says he didn't know what the doctor anal jokes meant but he arrived for the exam and anderson played with my genitals tried to razz me and put a finger minus exam was very painful. I felt humiliated in confused. I never had a medical exam like that. Before this is from the detroit free peck press and we found out. Usc that you can get away with this for years. And even if people complain for some reason the management of the school in this case even the coach of the team. They just ignore it. So just like old. Joe paterno they need to rethink the hero. That they've made out of sham boeckler at michigan. Because this is horrific. And i can't believe if all the players are making the joke dr adl that both sham boeckler didn't know that this guy was up to a new nothing to stop it. Another another sky retired from the university. He wasn't removed now. Some kind of sickness chef boeckler add. It was like joe paterno. Ignoring what sandusky was doing. These guys are sick. Another player daniel quite quack. Hausky said he approached him boeckler after practice following the exam and said that anderson had assaulted him but looked at me and said toughen up. Toughen up yeah. Three exams with dr anderson who violated me again and again. You wonder it's because you know this is the time you can turn the argument because these were young men yet. That toughened up. Line is what you're thinking. Yes but a law firm hired by the school. In two thousand twenty found multiple school employees found to act when presented with credible claims about anderson's assaults. And now they're working through the process of settling with these guys. I don't understand the culture of that era. i really don't from from the priests and the catholic church to the boy. Scouts abandoned the college uranus. And you're told the toughen up toughen up. I don't know what was going on. I don't know nobody talked about it. Nobody's explained it. "Bibi's again right. Hey you know what a railroad train back yard nimby. Screw you johnny ken. Kfi am six forty live everywhere on the iheartradio app is comes under the jeopardy category. Let's just reverse everything that trump did doesn't matter whether or not it makes sense if trump did it. let's reverse it. So the news is the california high speed. Rail is going to get that near one billion dollars that the trump administration blocked back in may of twenty nineteen. This all goes back to the days of obama when a total of about three and a half billion dollars was awarded to the unbelievable money pit. That is california. High speed rail. I'd forgotten one of the reasons for that. As in other states turned down the money so it was available. Only just throw california. They've already got a wasteful project. Going out there. Yeah other states realize when they have boondoggle and decide to not build the boondoggle but to cancel the project. I think florida was one of them if they decided. This is not what we're gonna do. So the trump administration blocked it was exactly nine hundred twenty nine million dollars. This was out of the total grant money. Then the trump administration was and this didn't end up happening they were going to try to claw back the two and a half billion grant that had already been spent which was great when we heard that news a couple of years ago except that money's long-gone of without a trace and they're down to just a few billion from the ten billion dollars bond measure so i think it says here newsom is putting pressure on the legislature to appropriate all the remaining four point two billion left from the bond measure for the project and some are pushing that they allocate a large amount of general fund. Money to the project. Are you kidding me. I thought that was against the proposition that you couldn't use any Tax money you're right. It had to come from bond money and private investors. Yeah what night. Where's howard jarvis. They should sue if they do that. I think you're right. But it says here Gavin newsom is under pressure to allocate a significant amount of unexpected tax revenue to the bullet train project as a signal to the feds at the state is fully committed. He can't do that. You're right besides that they need well over a hundred billion dollars to build this thing. They haven't built one foot of track. They don't even own most of the land that they would build the track on the central valley. Which is where they've tried to build this bakersfield dimmer said hundred and seventy one miles. That alone is supposed to cost twenty three billion. But i'm sure that's way off it. It's not it's not gonna cost them one hundred billion to build the entire state wide system. It's probably more like two hundred billion. Oh you can't even do it because they can't get the property they can't figure out how to tunnel through the mountains is like one hundred teams. They can't figure out all they do is line their pockets in their contractor friends and consultant friends pockets and the corrupt newsom actually released a statement saying tonight's action by the federal government is further proof that california and the biden harris administration shares. A common vision clean electrified transportation that will serve generations to come. It's not gonna serve anybody and they know it's not going to serve anybody. The trump administration canceled that money because they were way behind on the promise schedule. but it's the times reports. Terminations of this are rare unless there's fraud involved merely behind. Yeah there probably is fraud or no. They did an audit and they found that there was no record of millions and millions of dollars of money spent. There's actually no physical record. Nobody knew where the money weight because the developers and the contractors. They all ran off with the money. They were all politically connected and remember. We found out that some of them wear two hats. they're like what the consulting company but they're also making decisions like high speed rail exerts exactly. It's was completely ancestor. It really was taken over by the consultants. It was really there just to drain the bank. They're the kind of guys that the french laundry with newsom. It's the same crowd exactly well. They're enjoy their day. I find this corrupt up to his eyeballs to he and his son. So why why. Why would he be offended by this and decides he likes trains to remember. He would read the train every day from delaware to washington dc. We're thing is they build the train. It's been don't but i don't understand it. What what they haven't built anything. "This story comes from the beverly grove area of los angeles and here. It is from nbc. Four is kim tobin. Police are still investigating here but like you said we know man was stabbed to death in his own backyard and then not suspected stabber took off. He was found dead of an apparent self inflicted wounds of an apparent suicide. So right now. Police are still investigating out here. Happened up to sixty six hundred block of maryland drive but we do want to show you some video from the news chopper. Four was up above when all of this happened and police were initially responding to a trust passing. Call this afternoon. And it's very upscale neighborhood. Then a gruesome discovery man around thirty years old was found stabbed to death. Police say at this point. It appears the victim was in his backyard when that man came onto the property stabbed him and took off. Police say they tracked down. That suspect a few houses away where he apparently had jumped some fences. He was hiding him when looked like a guest house in another back. Yard officers used tear gas and other devices to try to get that man to come out but he was found dead from apparent self inflicted wounds and neighbors here in this area. Tell us there's been a large homeless encampment nearby. They say been dealing with a lot of issues for the last several months and to hear this happening on their street is absolutely terrifying for them. When they went into the unfortunate person who got murdered the guy said. Get out of here and it stabbed him. It really is crazy. Three houses down from me all day. Three houses down there could have been me. Our city is broken and killed. Focus on helping. Police have not confirmed that. The suspect is a transient. They say they are exploring. Every possibility about what led up to this deadly stabbing interviewing neighbors and looking at any surveillance video that may have caught the crime muscular. See at this point. They are not looking for anyone else. Who was involved in this homicide but if you are out here in this area the area of maryland drive near san vicente and wilshire. Stopping
100-Year-Old Man Killed In Violent Encino Attacks In Los Angeles, Suspect Arrested
"I mean you talk about a crime wave. And what the hell's going on in the city of la. Somebody killed a hundred year. Old man in encino supposedly happened before noon yesterday. Cops were called assault with a deadly weapon. An axe are you kidding me. When officers got there they found a man who had suffered minor injuries but he directed them to a suspect. They've arrested forty seven year old. Adam dimmer men. We're going to find out this is the vagrant. What are we going to find out next one of the mental issues here. He's walking around attacking people with an ax There was an officer that basically told me to stay indoors as a guy with a machete. Who's walking around here. Apparently dimmer man had a dog with him. See deborah not. People with dogs aren't necessarily always good people i know. They got an action a knife at the scene and sometime later they responded to a home in encino on alonzo place where a hundred year old man was found dead. Numerous contusions and lacerations they believe dimmer man killed him. Can you imagine living to one hundred and going that way to get murder. They've identified the poor guy as yussef mahboob ian. He'd been living on the secluded hilltop cul de sac for more than thirty years. His wife is the one who found so. I guess he broke into the house. Or i don't know we don't know a lot of the circumstances here yet. But you got a guy running around the valley with a machete attacking people and he kills a one hundred year old man. Wow
Atlanta-Area Spa Shootings Spur Debate Over Hate Crime Label
"He went to lanta today. Was supposed to be a trip to check out the cdc but of course there was a stop to recognize the eight killings by the man robert. Aaron long eight people were killed on this splash shooter. Killing spree by long the media has run with this one putting it and lumping it with attacks on asian americans because most of the victims were asian females. Abc news has a source number one long told investigators that he blames the massage parlours providing an outlet for his addiction to sex. He told investigators. Crimes were not racially motivated. Now they're gonna look and see if there were any posts writings by this guy. Bad thoughts about asians or asian women. They're gonna look into that. This isn't over yet. But what about you know. Why don't we wait before. We run with a narrative and if there are attacks on asian americans terrible. But you see what happened here. S another great lesson on how the media works particularly if they have an agenda this was the worst of the worst killings. He shot people to death. So let's lump it in with this rising tide of attacks on asian americans because this will get more attention from people. That's how they do it even though it may not have anything to do with their race if you have sex addiction and you go to these massage spas. That's the way i was looking for yesterday. Deborah now parlors. Well some are still saying parlors. Spa use the word. Spa a better. Connotation i'm not an expert on the language but That's where he went i. I guess to satisfy his sex addictions and he just broke down and he decided to and i think he had been to these specific spa that he attacked so he was trying to quell the I mean clearly it should be on. Death row is really no question about that. But let's not try to drive this into a different agenda before we know a little bit more. So you know. Biden shows up today and kamala harris to they both went to make the stand about. Let's stop the tide of attacks against asian americans and apparently they dragged trump into it because when trump would talk news conferences. He liked to call it. The china virus that that was his way of referring to the corona virus and as we pointed out on this show many times we've often referred to viruses from their origins and i don't think there's much doubt that virus originated in the area of wuhan china so based on our history of referring to virus. What's wrong with that right. They're calling all the variants u. k. brazil variant wh but. They took that to mean that he was racist. And now they're taking a step further that this has inspired people to attack americans really i think of trump hadn't been president and we had a virus originated in china. There's gonna wackos that do that. Because yes they are racist they already harbor these deep resentments against possibly asian people and maybe the virus pushed him to another level. But why you have to drink everybody else into this. And why do you have to exaggerate it now. To the point where a guy that killed people has to be a part of this problem because the victims were asian americans and let's face a lot of the employees at these massage. Spas are asian americans. That's apparently a foothold was taken in that particular industry by people of asian descent and really not to be ignored. Somebody's it's not good. Some in some cases these women are being held there almost a sex slaves in return for getting them into the country. But you know that's overlooked too because we have a bigger narrative
More EU Countries Halt Use of AstraZeneca's COVID Vaccine
"Germany and france join a number of other countries who have suspended use of the astrazeneca oxford vaccine concerns over. Blood clots are popping up. They of course would be an exception. But that's probably a serious side effect that you have to pay attention to so
Pfizer vaccine more than 90% effective against symptomatic COVID
"Pretty good news from israel about the pfizer vaccine couple of things came out today. The pfizer vaccine has been shown to be very effective against the uk variant. Remember all the scares about the variants more than eighty percent of israel's covid nineteen cases are from the uk variant and that country has put. Its real statistics. That's what they call real world data because they've been giving people as you know on a per capita basis. Israel's like tops in the world for vaccinating people you heard biden say the us is given out more vaccines and everybody but we're talking about a percentage of population. That's another misleading statistics. Newsom tries to pull that one to write the pfizer vaccine. There's so far. Ninety four percent effective at present preventing what they call a symptomatic spread. People who don't even know there can page so if you have the pfizer vaccine and you manage to get covid in your nostrils. The vaccine is ninety four percent effective at. You're not spreading that vice to somebody else right. That's that's why. I'm saying if you have the vaccine. It doesn't matter the size of the crowd. You can have twenty thousand people staple center. Everyone who comes in shows their vaccination certificate. You get in because no one's going to spread. Nobody's going to be spreading anything. This is a good time to play this audio. Because he did mention the beloved. Dr fauci dr fauci was on cnn yesterday. And even the cnn host was like wait a minute why can't people have been vaccinated traveled because they've been still arguing and arguing mending that even if you're fully vaccinated you don't travel right now. Let's hear how he explained this. Cut one the. Cdc is carefully heading in that direction of you know when we when when dr end ski made the announcement a day or two ago about the fact that when you have a couple of people to three more people in a family setting both of whom vaccinated even if it's someone from another friend that doesn't have to be a member of the family. That was the first in a multi step process that they are going to be rolling out there being careful understandably they wanna get science that want to data and then when you don't have the data and you don't have the actual evidence then you've got to make a judgment call and i think that's what you're going to be seeing in the next week. She she little by little more and more guidelines. Getting people to be more flexible. The first installation of this is what can vaccinated people do in the home setting. Obviously the never gonna be what you're asking now travel about going out getting a haircut. What about doing things like that. Yes that's all known. We're not waiting for you enough for this guy. We're not waiting. I'm not waiting for the government to tell me what freedoms i have. I have them already. He's full of it remember. He's full of it some of the time he told us. Aw don't worry. We don't need masks at the beginning. Well he lied because he didn't want to run on masks. He wanted to save them for the hospital workers. Okay so he tries to quit. He's trying to say there was what i just recounted in this story about the pfizer vaccine and the real world data from israel that it's effective and it stops spread and it stops you from getting sick and it's working. I think he's done a. Cdc is acting like well we want to see real world data on how effective vaccine is before we jump in and just say sure go anywhere. if you're vaccinated be with other vaccinate people you find a masks and you know what he doesn't have an answer to. It doesn't have an answer to. If you're you're in a room with two people why can't you be in it with five or ten or twelve or twenty. There's because you can't that's why it is an answer. That's why it's dead that that that bat saw jabirjabir.

Nineteen nursing home deaths in that state. Of course this will probably go nowhere because The democrats may be under the control of cuomo and may not be willing to move forward on this matter. Although as told you yesterday there's one democratic assemblyman who said that he got threatened by cuomo and apparently he's always coming up against cuomo before and cuomo basically obliterated a phone call telling him that could end his career and you know who backed up the assemblymen that large worthless new york city mayor. Bill de blasios also doesn't like komal. David is saying that. I believe the assemblymen. I i think that sounds like quote to be.
