And Daniel, you're on the Frank Beckmann Show. Good morning. I think you know, Frank. I was trying to think in my mind. Not long ago, President Trump took out Ah, Islamic terrorists over there near an airport. Seems like the last name with Danny. I could be wrong. Not a name. I pronounced everyday to your cue to call his name there. Are you talking about the one in Iran? Yeah. Yeah, I guess they got him when I rocked, but he was run out of Iran. All them terrorists did. I can't remember his name. Do you remember if you give me half a second? I'll get it for you. Okay? It seemed like it ended with Daddy. But, you know, I guess I guess that's really not important was al Baghdadi was, I think was how about Yeah, That's that's had a lot of American blood on his hands when when President Trump took him out? Mrs Harris, Kemal Harris, and along with the rest of the Democratic Party were very upset. I mean, there's their heart wasn't with America. Their heart was with them, and I I actually I've called the Democratic Party Muslim crafts for a long time. In a lot of long time ago, people thought it was inappropriate. No, it's very appropriate. And I hope that Mr Pence brings out That some night because if you go to Iran, and you go to some of these Islamic countries, you know women are treated so good. You know, days, you know they're thrown off of buildings and grounded, So I truly hope he brings that up because that's exactly what they want. You know Joe Biden was talking about he wants this lamb taught in public schools. Well, I think we should put an eagle eye. Not exactly what comes with that. Well, you know what? And there's this. This also points out a real problem that Joe Biden doesn't understand our Constitution. It does not allow the teaching of religion or public schools and Islam is a religion Jo. It's not a political point of view. It's a religion. So you got a point this out to these people continuously on DH. I appreciate the call. Thank you so much, Daniel. Good points. Let's go to Salem Township, Dennis, here on the Frank Beckmann Show. Hello. Hello, Mr Beckman. How are you, sir? Please call me Frank. Well, I'm gonna call you, Frank. It's every single street is loaded with lawn science. Now that's I guess the good news bad news because guess what it was four years ago. Was mostly Clinton. Clinton is all Clinton in Plymouth. Interesting and we'll see if it holds again. I'm I don't know how this election is going to go. I'll be honest with you, Dennis. I think it's even harder to predict than the last one was. I appreciate the call. We've got two Ah gets more colors in it. 808 590957 Will goto Waterford here, Andy, You're next on the Frank Beckmann show. Thank you for holding, sir. Good morning, Frank. A quick question. So the governor? I don't know. She said she was signing a law or That any way that they could count the votes before the election. I guess my question is this If if I vote before the election, decided to spoil my valid and change my vote, and she's counted already she's disenfranchised meat. Possibly hundreds of voters are hundreds of thousands of voters. Yeah, that's a great point you could you. You know, you cannot count the votes ahead of time and say we're just making you're making sure that this has done the right way. No, that's not what you do. You don't count the votes ahead of time. You wait until Election Day. She's she's disenfranchising me. Should I change my vote? Because new information comes out? Well, remember one thing The governor is viewing this through through one lens and and one lens only, and that is politically and if she sees this is a seeming advantage for Joe Biden, her candidate. With whom she with whom chic consulted so regularly while she was telling us she wasn't interested in the campaign, you know, I just Ah, Challenger. I did I just say no, That's not how it happened. Governor so Well, we'll see what happens. I had someone legally challenges there on it. I guarantee they will. It's some point. I guarantee you it's going to. It's going to happen, whether it's a state Republican party that does it. Because this governor has become so completely partisan. I don't know, but I guarantee you that we're going to. We're going to see a challenged in court and the court and then wind up going to the state Supreme Court again. And then we can hear the governor wide about four Republicans and three Democrats. There is a Republican court, you know, as if she's the only one who can. Who can be a nonpartisan by political party, and that's that's part of the problem. There's no respect for for the other side here. At any rate. We thank you. And he very, very much appreciate that. 808 59095 sevens. Our number on the Frank Beckmann. Sure. They They argue argue police have been violated a federal judge's ruling when it comes to the use of non lethal crowd control methods against protesters. More from Kemal's Matt Markovich. During an August vigil held streetside for summer, Taylor. Protesters say police tactics violated a federal judge's court order. There was no violence. There was no nobody's damaging anything. There was no spray paint anywhere. We were having a peaceful vigil, but it turned ugly. As have many demonstrations over the last several weeks, declaring it a riot doesn't change the rules here. Now the American Civil Liberties Union and others have filed a contempt of court lawsuit against the city, its second one this time involving police actions at the vigil and three other demonstrations, including the one where an officer rolled his bike over a man's head. We're really asking just Jones to clarify what is allowed and what isn't allowed under that order because that order is still in effect. But we still see protestors protestors being hurt every single day. Federal Judge Richard Jones ruled in June that the city could use pepper spray blast balls under limited circumstances when it wass necessary, reasonable proportional and targeted to a specific, imminent threat. We think that's a really high standard that applies to very rare circumstances. But SPD is invoking it constantly. Wait a minute. Are you asking yourself to in the City Council pass a ban on tear gas, blast balls, rubber bullets and limited use of pepper spray. Did passing the band after Judge Jones made his ruling, But federal court Judge James Robart, who oversees nearly all things, SPD, under an eight year old consent decree last week issued a preliminary injunction. "I'm sure you're aware that we had a bloody Sunday 17 people shot. We had three people shot last night. This is a story that's been repeated across the United States. But it's here in Cincinnati is here in the Buckeye State. And it's here in my home town and people listening Jane Temkin, and that politics, of course, is about tragedy. Fighting tragedy, Some may say exploiting tragedy. Sadly, does this help Donald Trump in a sense that it takes the shootings in the death of people of innocent citizens, men, women and Children in order to get the attention of voters? Well, First of all, I'm saddened as well. That is my hometown on DH. I know those areas very well over the Rhine was no part of that great comeback of our city, and it's a beautiful area that you know, unfortunately, separate great tragedy. And, you know, listen. The Democrats have been pushing this defund the police agenda, and it is incredible that they would be pushing that when we have the violence in the streets across this country that we see and I don't understand it. I think it's the wrong direction. Quite clearly, The president stands behind the men and women in blue. They're there to protect our communities to make us safe. On voters were goingto look at that and say who is standing up for our safety and security who's standing up for our police force. And it's Donald Trump, Joe Biden and Kemal Harris have basically adopted the radical leftist agenda of OSI and Bernie Sanders, their coastal elites. They don't understand what's going on in the rest of America. And their policies are just bad. Well, we've seen it in California we've seen in Illinois. We've seen it in a lot of places that Iran cities that are run by democratic mayors and entities and bodies. And essentially, is the vote isn't this a week ago Might have been about Ah, eh? I don't know. Vote on the president's handling or mishandling of the Koran, a virus. I think it's Marvin mishandle as someone who voted for it. I thought it response to Corona virus was and continues to be terrible. But when it comes to the issue of crime and punishment, do you see this? This election coming up is basically going to be a vote about not about Corona virus because it's that's turned into a steady, ongoing drumbeat. But rather the new three headed monster, which would be how we police in urban areas specifically on what level of proactive policing we have in the United States. Is it become a referendum on that, as opposed to Corona virus. I think it's becoming more and more of an issue. The national media won't talk about it. They continue to refer to the violent looting as a peaceful protest when we actually see the evidence of people going into downtown areas and smashing windows and looting, and it's incredible to me, even in downtown Colin, but still has plywood on the doors, many buildings, including the apartment that I drank Uh, and you know, people see that and they see that this is all these fostered by the Democrats, and but I have to tell you. I think that the president has done a good job in Corona virus. I think that it's the news media that wants to paint him as ineffective on Corona virus. But if you look back when we didn't have enough personal protective gear, we didn't have enough Then laters. He Worked with the private sector and got those going and now we have ventilators and mass we have, but he'd look there was no playbook for the Corona virus, and I think he and Governor DeWine have done a really good job with that hand that they've been dealt. People have gotten sick and unfortunately have died. But We're moving faster with a virus with a vaccine for this virus, and I think, but we know how to treat this virus and I think it people are going to see that. Well, I don't know. I mean, I know that you're the spokesperson of the Ohio GOP. Jane. Tim, can I appreciate that? But I think we're in stark disagreement with the president's handling of Corona virus. Now there may be some of the trump people believe that, But by and large, most Americans look at this and go It was there was a failure of leadership from the top. Their failure of more or less empathy is what it was. He's not an empathetic human being. And he was exposed their times. We want our leaders to be empathetic. We want to realize look at them and they're gonna look as go. Hey, you know it's going to be okay. You didn't have that sense with the president. You can't change that about the man. That's part of his makeup. But this happened for him at the wrong time. In an ad element he was exposed. Well, I You know, I think that look, I think the president has always come on. That's fair. Jane. It's fair, right? It's a fair. That's a fair criticism. Well, I actually that I think to be honest with you. My father passed away in June of this year, and the president called me and talking his condolences to me. I think that there is a side of the president and a lot of people don't see And I think you carry deeply about the people whose lives two blocks I've been lost on DH. I think he's just trying to do his level. Best to make sure this country is coming out of this pandemic and with a better economics into the great American come back, and I think that, as I said previously, there is no playbook for this, and I think he and his administration and the people that have been working on the Corona Virus task force I've done a pretty good job. Well, I would say that, you know, you mentioned Governor Mike the one..

Initial Reactions Vary To Biden's Choice Of Kamala Harris As VP
"Election in 2020. Unlike anything we've ever experienced Joe Biden, who will be nominated next week in a mostly virtual Democratic national convention, announcing that California Senator Kamala Harris will be his running mate. They had their first appearance together Wednesday, and Wilmington, Delaware. Everything we care about our economy, our health, our Children kind of country we live in. It's all on the line, and with that history was made the daughter of Jamaican and Indian immigrants, Harris will be the first black woman and the first Asian American woman on a presidential ticket. Women across the country weighing in on the choice Commission. Grant is a professor of Harris's alma mater, Howard University in Washington, D C. Surely the attacks will come and I hope that It'll be the case that women around the nation not just black women, but all women will have this woman's bag. Keisha, Middle Mass is another Howard professor. If they get elected, which I hope they do, will actually be able to help him govern like a true partnership. And I think that's really important for America to see that black women are good partners that we will do the work that we will be aggressive and more currently, being a black woman with ambitions is not a bad thing. Georgetown University Vice Dean So Eka Colbert tried to figure out why it was such a monumental moment. It's difficult to decide for her. Because we're not used to seeing black women in these roles. She is a 10 black woman elected to the U. S senate. We have never seen a black woman on the Supreme Court. She is the first black woman to ever be on a major party ticket as a vice president. What I'm suggesting is that perhaps our inability to see her has to do with our vision for our country. And our third reconstruction. We need to reform that vision of the nation. President Trump also weighed in with his opinion. She is a disaster. She's going to be a disaster. I think for their party, and so did the man. Harris will eventually debate Vice President Mike Pence when he spoke with farmers in Iowa on Thursday, Senator Kemal Harris said she would change the dietary guidelines of this country to reduce the amount of red meat Americans can eat. Well, I've got some red meat for you. We're not gonna let Joe Biden and Kamala Harris cut America's meet next week, Harrison Biden will be nominated by their party to take on Pence and Trump will be nominated by their party a week later, both at party conventions that will be online on zoom on radio on TV on our phones, but not in person. Maybe maybe they think Maybe they think he's not up to it and I wanted that's what I wanted to touch on. Next. We're talking Florida politics publisher Peter Shore Sheer on PM Tampa Bay. There is no way That he can pick. Congresswoman Karen Bass right at that. He can't make that decision. Her ties to communism that plays right. That would be like a gift. He might as well just donate to the Trump campaign. If he's going to do that. I don't know why. I mean, there's there's something to be said about being thoughtful and trying to project fossil misses The counter to Trump's like just, you know, deciding by the gut, But I don't get why Ah, you know, Karen Bassett's in that mix I don't get there's a couple of other people, you know I get you want Susan Rice, but there's some people that just listen. It's Kemal Harris, or it's like one other person or else. And that's it. I mean, it's just You know, especially because You know, we are with Joe Biden. We are. You know, if you're voting for him, you are very much. Rolling the dice that that person is going to probably still in Yeah. The last thing I want to hear about is Benghazi for the next couple of months. Talk about just a horrible ending 2020 Karen bass with the ties to communism. I mean, they're right there. You know, That's where the Trump campaign wants to take the election. She's also got that stuff that she did with Scientology. I mean, they're gonna have a Field day with that to me, I look at it and I say based on the names that have been out there and I get the whole Kamala Harris thing, But I think Val Demings Tammy Duckworth's. Those are solid choices. They they enter in some, I think difficult. Circumstances for the Trump campaign in terms of lines of attack. I think those are the two most interesting to me. I don't know if that's the direction he'll go, but that's where I would be looking. You know, sometimes I think I think there's a lot in politics. But If it hasn't been Kamala Harris, then I guess it's not gonna be Kemal Harris at the point. That's what I said, You know, e mean, we're you know, we're in August 4th right now. You know if you're going to do it, man, you're going to do it tomorrow. Maybe Thursday morning. You know, just the way cycles go or you're going to hold up the next week. Something must be there something she must not like. They must not be. You know, I think your body's term has been simpatico. Maybe they're not. Um and something is Duck course, is such an interesting choice because Agents, just the exact opposite of Donald Trump. But I just I don't know. I just don't know if she is If she's up for this kind of, um, attacks from Republicans. I don't know if You know, are they? Well, they how NASA will they be to someone who even served her country and has given life and limb for her country. You know, I just don't know if she wants to. Get into that fight with these folks. I think that puts the Trump campaign and Republicans in a difficult position. And if I'm Joe Biden? I'm looking for two things right now. I'm looking for somebody who is going to scare away moderate voters, eyes going to scare away Maybe some people disaffected with the president, and I'm looking for somebody who puts the Trump campaign in a difficult position. Who kind of you almost want to go them into an attack where it's gonna backfire. And I feel like on a number of different levels. Val Demings and Tammy Duckworth's could potentially be that person. Where is Kamala Harris or Susan Rice or Karen Bass? They will go after them with everything they've got, and they'll enjoy every second of it. Yeah, I guess I really Karen Bath when I mean, you see how bad it's played, especially here in Florida. Let's hope that that one The Democrats sake is off the table. Let's talk about governor to Santis and I'm joined by Florida politics publisher Peter Shore. She confined him online at Florida politics dot com. His interview with South Florida TV host This was the 1st 1 that he did. Where was pretty extensive interview where he was challenged a bit. What were your big takeaways from that discussion and some of the things that he's had to say over the past couple of days? Rhonda scientist really wants a reset. They really want to restart. Ah, and but I don't think he has sold himself on it yet. You know, it's like one of these, um you know, it's like the Michael Scott joke. On the office where you know, he says. That's what she said. You know, and he can't resist saying it. And so, you know, the Santos wants to say no. He wants to say, X and want to say why, but he still wants to get in that little jibe against the media. We still want to get in. You know the dig on the data, and it's just, you know, as you're watching him. And you got somebody like the CD, you know, going out and defeating, asking the great follow up questions. I mean, this has basically been this great week of political interview. Follow up questions. You know, you don't just take the answer. You're like, Wait a second, sir. You also said this We saw that with Trump and now the Santas, and it's just like I don't know if the Santis his heart is really into the recent. I think he still thinks, you know, especially as you're watching today when he was at the senior center, and I was talking about like hugging. Your relative and that that's okay. And everything like that. He still doesn't want to get to that mass mandate, even though places like Mississippi on getting the Mississippi Alabama Now, he said, And this is a really infuriated me The other day. In that interview, he was asked about masks and he said, Um I also think its important to just be honest with people. You know the mass. There's a lot of disagreement in the scientific literature about how much protection that gives you How does he still not understand? When you wear the mask? You're mainly protecting others, not you're so I mean, this is like basic stuff. And there is no disagreement in the scientific literature about the protection that mass offer other people when you wear them. Turkey reconverts Istanbul's Hagia Sophia museum into a mosque
"Eight acres court is expected to announce today that the conversion of Istanbul's world-famous argue severe into a museum almost ninety years ago, it was awful. The decision would pave the way for the building's Restoration Mosque and we'll represent a victory of sorts for president recipe type one, but it may cause anger elsewhere, including in the Kremlin and UNESCO HQ, joining us on the line now is Hannah Lucinda Smith is stumble correspondent of the. Times Hello Hannigan off new thanks for being with US I. Guess this was what we had perhaps predicted nevertheless. Oh, that's not gonNA. Stop a number of people being pretty disappointed with the outcome. Yeah well. Absolutely I mean affair is such a symbol, not just in Turkey or not just in the region in the whole world at points it was built in the sixth century. It was the biggest cathedral in the world. It was the seat of eastern Crescenzi for more than a Millennium and then it's really been kind of the symbol of the struggle for the soul of Istanbul. I guess when the autumns took control of the city in fourteen, fifty three, they converse into a mosque, and then when Kemal Ataturk the first president of the secular republic. Took over the country he then. Signed an order basically deconsecrated intending into museum in nine, hundred thirty four, and that's the status it. It's hard since then, but it is such a powerful symbol for Muslims. Christians and also for the Turks who are really bondage this idea of a second second they sit. It's kind of one of the ultimate symbols of their secular country. Just when you're out, and about as it sounds like you are indeed right now, is this one of these things where people are talking about it, and it's upsetting people, or is it one of these strange things? Actually seems to be much more stark much more controversial through the prism of I'm in London or etc. People looking on from Moscow which maybe we'll come to in a in a minute it does it excise people out in about. March she stood in the courtyard. Safia right now. It is a few Tori style. It's actually quite quite mean that's mostly because of the current virus pandemic coming normally at this time of year that would be crowded with tourists actually took his most visited tourist attraction, but I think the interesting thing. Is that inside Turkey this debate? That's not new. It's been going on for a couple. Couple, of decades, it's a question that sort of comes around quite six. In fact, you know I've I've been in Turkey for seven years. Now is the ton. This is come up in my time here and so there is this of feeling of fatigue I you know this is just the same policy policy again but I think it's undeniable, the for certain positive the Paul is. Very, much behind prison on the move is part of the society would be seen as. A big victory pick symbolic victory, but I think in terms of the kind of. The opposition to it. A lot of that comes from outside country. As you mentioned that the star obviously the Greek government's in holy. They still see Istanbul Constantinople. This is the as the center of Greek Orthodox also the Russian Orthodox Patriarch earlier this week, voiced his objection and of course UNESCO Ted. This is a world heritage sites listed by UNESCO. That's partly because of the The mosaics that were uncovered once this was ten years. In the nineteen th that is. On. The big questions is of course. If this is ten back into a mosque, what will happen to those mosaics depict Christ pizza version married picked him of the apostles. You know seen in, Islam, FIT Is is not allowed inside mosques. So this is the kind of places where the real objections are coming from, but it's quite interesting I'm you know it's? Really doesn't feel like much. Is happening at the moment here high? Sophie, let's see. We got the announcement in June a couple of hours. That's what we're expecting so. Possibly something will happen after that, but it's kind of. Yeah. It's still the same very peaceful, very unique. Is indeed sort of an eerie call just on some of those other international stakeholders. And he'll be watching on. We mentioned already you mentioned the Russian. Orthodox Patriarch of course. What about the relationship mean does this tell us anything about the relationship between assemble in Moscow more broadly, maybe more politically because there's various other sort of proxy disagreements agreements. There's other places Libya that seemed to sort of muddy. The waters is this. Does this need to be to be viewed in that context in your view? Show, I think the relationship with Russia is actually the one thing that might give president or pause for thought on this now what we see as I said before the Greeks are. Very opposed to this the US. State Department might POMPEII stems as well, but you know that's kind of old hat fred when he doesn't really care about. Stoking rows with Greece and with the US. Because he's got huge amounts of disagreements with those countries anyway, but when it comes to Russia, it's been quite an interesting situation in Russia. Turkey for the past five years on one level as you say in Libya also in Syria they're. Backing opposing forces, but at the same time, the personal relationship between two President Putin has gone incredibly close, and in other ways. Russia has been backing sick. I guess trying to woo. Tick to a certain extent away from its more traditional allies in the West, so we've seen for example side of the one hundred defense system. From Russia Turkey we've seen many many pets meetings in about trade and defense mutual security between. One impeach him now. The question is if this. Decision goes ahead and the conversion goes ahead then how much opposition will come from from the Kremlin? Clearly, the Patriarch Russian Orthodox Patriarch. Expressed his opposition. That's to be expected, but we also know that religion plays a big part in Russian. Politics today, so would it. Would it carry on further? The featured does it were? Would President Putin be the next person's kind of expresses displeasure, and how would that affect the relationship Tweeden's? I stopped really great to speak to you and thanks for reporting for us right from the scene of this Hannah Lucinda Smith In estan standard joining us on the briefing Monaco Twenty Four.

"Hundred ninety seven nineteen twenty seven, and you're pulling up stakes at the end of January this year and moving chemo's one of the top restaurants in our area. If not the top to Westport plaza. That's correct. Well, good for you. What's going on? It's just we're we're going to scale down a little bit. You know, right now, we've got probably twenty thousand square feet in building which is enormous for any restaurant. We have Bank wood floors, and then the fortieth floor for the restaurant and at my age, I can't do it anymore. So we're going to scale down a little bit. So you're in your mid sixties younger open a new restaurant. I'll be sixty seven when we move. Well. Good for you. I mean, that's pretty impressive. Most people are retiring or trying to at that age. I'm gonna leave chemo's like my father, and my grandmother, MRs chemo feet. I we all work till we die. So chemo's was up on north grant for how many years sixty three years and we've been in the metropolitan square building almost thirty now. Okay. Thirty years so Westport plaza. What by Valentine's Day, we hope? So that's what we're shooting five, right? Same menu. You know, what actually we you know, because of the way people are ordering today. It's going to be more of a a steakhouse chop house. We do these computers checks on what people order and out of the first eight most popular things. Six of them are off the grill like strip steaks, flaming yon grilled fish and two of them were talion. So what we're gonna do is. It's mainly going to be like a chop house. But we're also going to retain probably eight or ten of the most popular Italian dishes on the chemo's menu. Okay fan. Same large appetizer menu. We have now. She's brennan. Absolutely. Yeah. Some I lost my boyish figure. Well, you're not the only one thanks which is more addictive than just about any pharmaceutical or non pharmaceutical beneath says oh kid. I don't know. Why? Everytime. I see you have to have a piece. I never got. There's a lot of things. I mean so much I can't eat anymore. But that's one thing. I now you're in an interesting position is your ex-wife. Lisa still working with you. She is Lisa's every day. How often does that happen that you know? In her husband, Steve two of the best restaurants in Saint Louis while Trotter Marcella in Mia Sara's with Mr. L is is my favorite restaurant. You know? And I go in there about I'd say twice a week. You know? You have some people like to eat a different restaurant all the time. They want to try new places all the time. See what's going on? But I'm like the opposite. If I have two or three places where I know I have these items that I just love. That's where I go like John Tony's on the hill or Mia Sara's and Israel has has the best carpaccio. They have something which when you tell people about it. It's time doesn't sound good. But they have a Brussels sprouts salad. It is the absolute all day long. I think about going there all the time whenever their Lisa's Huntsman Stevie you always cops my meal, which makes me feel very guilty. But I can't stop going in there. It's my favorite place. Well, that probably doesn't happen. Too often either where a restaurant tour calms the meal of his wife's ex husband, right? Yeah. Let's her work is still a chemo's. But you know, when she started working chemo's, she must have been about nineteen years old, and she and MRs chemo worked in the kitchen together. And they were the two best friends for all those years till MRs chemo died and then. Lisa just became like MRs chemo after that. So this is the only person in the world tells me what to do MS chemo was my mom's mother. Uh-huh mother. So your mom is a chemo. Correct. I see. And she started the restaurant and got all the recipes. Right. Exactly. You know, she was seventeen years old in one thousand nine hundred twenty seven when she started that place if you can believe that was she an immigrant. She was actually born in this country. But her parents were immigrants in my great grandmother her mother. I remember her. Well, her her mother, my great grandmother, never spoke English. No kidding. Yeah. But I remember her very well. She used to sit at a table at the old chemo's. And you know, this is probably maybe I'm going back around nineteen fifty nine and I used to sit with her, but we couldn't communicate. So so who's the most famous person to be inside Kemal's through the years? Oh my God. I don't know. Maybe Babe Ruth, Babe Ruth visited chemo's on north grand. Yeah. All the ball players. You know in those days when I was a kid growing up in the fifties. And the sixties every time there was a game all the ball players from both teams you come down to the restaurant. And I wasn't a big, you know, my brother, Doug and my dad and those guys were big baseball fans. But I mean, all the I saw ballplayers, but you know, I saw you know, I'm from a different area than young people today. But the people that were famous that I remember we're like when Anthony Quinn came in and Charlton Heston, everybody performed at the FOX usually would come in Larnaca call and I can't even think of all of them. You know, just wow. That's that's a who's who. I do recall once at one of your party's and STAN the man was there right for my fortieth birthday party. Yeah. Absolutely. And I can also recall once on Beth's birthday in this would have been. In nineteen ninety one. She and I had been dating for about eighteen months and do not tell this story or I'm talking about. You you bring it up very few years. It would be nice. It's so embarrassing. Well, I can avoid the story. Then if that's go ahead of them. Well, we've been dating for about eighteen months. It was her birthday. And she was looking for a ring and the table next to us the guy proposed. They brought the champagne the flowers Mark sat down at our table. And you and you talked about all said don't ever get married. Your spouse would become your parents don't ever, you know. So all she's looking for a wedding proposal that night when the owner of the restaurant is giving actually do not. I was married to the greatest gal in the entire world leases at the time. Yeah. Paul also said don't get married, right. I'm probably not the main person. But yeah, I actually put my foot my mouth that day and that was thirty years ago. And you remind me of it all the time. Well, it's it's one of those cherished memories. We have on the Brennan household. What's funny too? Is we've been in the metropolitan square building thirty years, and I gotta say it's been great they-they've treated us so wonderfully that's the best building in the world and the management there's fantastic. But there's one table table fifty-one, which is on the fortieth floor in just it's all glass, it overlooks the arch and the riverfront. It's the same height as the top of the arch. But so many people make reservations for that table to get engaged every week some guys Kitin engaged at that table now all my waiters. Are you know, these guys that have been married for thirty forty years, and they're rather jaded? Every Friday and Saturday night, they call it the kiss of death table. You know, these guys are in love and seldom get down on their knees. And you know, the way this kind of shake their heads. Go my God. But this is Marcos Amano chemo's restaurant moving to Westport in February. So people have to make the reservations at the top of the met. Now. I mean, or for your restaurant Ryan going to be there till January thirty first right? Okay. So I think you're gonna have a big next four or five months. I that would be wonderful, isn't it? All right. What's the phone number for reservations for to one zero five five five? Now. It's funny because your brother works channel five at his phone number is almost the exact same thing is is like four two one five zero five five. I think it is. Yeah. Yeah. It's weird. Okay. So you are four to one zero five five five thanks for dropping by today and telling us about the the big news, you're moving to Westport plaza. And thanks for bringing that story up about what you were going to get engaged to your wife. Okay. Next time. I won't do it. Crumbs is our word. Chance.

"And with the author talks about this chapter is that he has found that the more confident experts are the more the wrong they're also and i had like that analysis basie what he's saying is that the most famous forecasters basically the experts emtv their scale is not forecasting that is that the really good of telling a clear narrative and the have this very confident and its you when they were there telnet narrative and a real reminds me of interview we had with guy spear bekenibeu so fourteen what he's saying that he doesn't want to give the narrative of a stock whenever he bought it because he doesn't want to be too attached to it he wants to be able to sell it needs to and he wouldn't like to kemal as a flip anything like that if you decide to sell that the next day so he wants to be as detached as possible cam or it's a jump in the chapter four this one's titled super forecasters and we briefly mentioned earlier about the study and all that kind of stuff but the thing that i thinks worthy of highlighting here in chapter four is this idea that the super forecasters are people that question everything and they basically design a road map from a particular event so think of it like this we going back to the north korea example the question comes down to is they're going to be some type of event a war or something like that and north korea that would be the question whether that's true or false and the way that these super forecasters will go through the thought process of this they will start breaking the question down into subcomponents and then there assigning probabilities to these different subcomponents so for that example is they're going to be a war in north korea.
