"Never told anybody any of the dirty details for years and years and years I didn't know that there were other women I just thought it was me Bell says he didn't ask Cosby for comment because he wanted to make a conversation about Cosby not with him and he was concerned about the survivors Once you get the buy in from some of the survivors to do something that is very delicate we're going to tell your story but there's also going to be stuff in here that is about the good parts of Bill Cosby's legacy To get them to buy into that part is big they would feel like a total betrayal to then go also we reach out to Bill Cosby and we're going to interview him When I say that his project reminds me of other documentaries like surviving R. Kelly and framing Britney Spears that ask audiences to reexamine how we all may have shrugged off past controversies he suggests another parallel The commonality is not listening to women And so I think the thing that we all need to do and specifically as men we have to do a better job of prioritizing centering and platforming The voices of women especially brothers like me and you who are musicians of power and privilege They all may not answer the central question and Cosby's legacy How did someone who achieved so much also seem capable of such evil but he presents a compelling discussion on judging art and artist when no easy answers Americ decadence You're listening to weekend.
Michael Anton: If Trump Supporters Were Actually Dangerous, the Deep State Would've Stepped in Already
"Michael these psychological operations obviously sign up being sure for that They're not unusual They're not in any of the remotely unprecedented It's pretty common actually And you stay in the piece that they really have kind of two functions one of them to be you know that use the Tokyo rose example to demoralize people You know not an uncommon battlefield tactic at all But one of the others I believe you kind of hit that is the gaslight people into believing what their eyes are telling them isn't real In other words the left wants to criminalize dissent They want an open pathway to the finish line They don't want any conservatives getting in their way and challenging them And as you state in the piece the left understands that the American people have this inherent kind of revulsion towards censorship and political targeting So the way around that is by this psychological operation to get them to believe that these hordes of maga supporters right Are arming themselves for this mass Civil War but you bring up a great point If this was happening the FBI would be all over this Where are all these soldiers they're talking about And the media would be all over it I mean think about the media would love the media and the deep state the national security state would love nothing more than to have some real group of people organizing a militia with the explicit intention or implicit intention of overthrowing the United States government because then they could go and round all those people up and have spectacularly publicized trials splash front pages on The New York Times Washington Post Wall to wall coverage on CNN then it would justify what they're talking about It would feed the narrative They don't have any of these people It's not happening So they have to make it up Look they even had to again I trust Julie Kelly and others on this one We still don't really know what happened in the alleged kidnapping case of the governor of Michigan But it seems clear that there were feds all over it and it may be a case of simple entrapment where a bunch of people who have certain misguided political opinions because they could be led down this road but wouldn't have gone down that road had not federal agents come and go to them

Michael Anton Previews American Greatness Article 'The ‘Civil War’ Psy-Op'
"What I've noticed especially around the anniversary of January 6th which got ridiculous over the top coverage in the mainstream press Just modeling recollections of an event let's remember I think the total death toll was 5 If you include the capital police officer who died of a preexisting medical condition the following day after having been falsely reported in the mainstream prestige press of having been beaten to death by with a fire extinguisher by a capital hill protester completely false didn't happen absolutely untrue of the other four as my recollection is correct One of them was shot by a capital police officer We certainly know that the unarmed woman Ashley babbitt And three others were protesters who also died of preexisting medical conditions although there's some possibility in Julie Kelly's reporting in others that a woman may have been trampled in part by capital police and there's video of this and nobody has seen all of the video and they're trying to cover up the I don't know I haven't followed the story carefully but Julie Kelly is the main person who's on top of that trying to figure out what happened to this one person and she's being stonewalled So again an insurrection a Civil War level event which results in 5 deaths none of whom or Police officers except the one who died of a preexisting medical condition And the others are a medical event I mean it's preposterous It's an obvious lie So why are they doing it Well my view is they're doing it because they want to say red America deplorables Trump supporters Republicans conservatives are gearing up to fight an insurrection and this justifies all kinds of surveillance and entrapment intrusive tactics pretrial detention no knock Don raids by the FBI All of these things that the American people when they see them happen think gee this is terrible and not part of the way the American justice system is supposed to work They want to be able to say no no no we have to do this The threat is so grave that we have to do this so that the American people will give them give them the past with this kind of behavior That's what I think is going on
Julie Kelly: Did the Justice Department Lie About Pence and Harris’ Location on January 6?
"Well we know now for effect at Kamala Harris was not there The premise for one of the most often used misdemeanors apply to nearly every single one of the 730 defendants is this trespassing charge that people were at the capitol It was a restricted area because two people Mike Pence and Kamala Harris who were under Secret Service protection were in the building So they have repeated this story this narrative in charging documents They've presented it to a federal grand jury saying that both of vice president and vice president elect were in the building They had to come out recently even though Kamala Harris has said herself that she was not in the building They've had to come out DoJ and say oh oops we just finally recently found out that she was not in the building So they've retracted that Now it looks like they're assertion that Mike Pence was also in the U.S. capitol building during the four hour disturbance that day It looks like that isn't true either And so they're sort of walking that back They are asking the court to prevent defense counsel from asking Secret Service agents who are protecting Mike Pence where he was They're trying to conceal photographs that would show where he was those four 6 hours And so market just looks like what I talked about in my book another major narrative related to January 6th is completely disintegrating and actually is just a big lie
Julie Kelly: D.C. District Judges Like Tanya S. Chutkan Are Performative
"He think you're referring to Tanya chuck Ken who is a D.C. district court judge She is a black woman and she is handling several of these cases And in many instances Mark she is sentencing trespassers people who are pleading guilty to my favorite misdemeanor which is parading in the capital She is sentencing these people to jail time 30 or 60 days in prison for a class B misdemeanor which this court usually doesn't even handle And so and then she of course schools them from the bench the rates about being insurrectionists and trying to attack the capital So a lot of what I'm seeing by these D.C. district court judges is just performance art They are trying to get elevated by Joe Biden to another court And so I think that that is the judge that you're referring to
Julie Kelly: ACLU, Government Doesn't Care About Awful Treatment of January 6th Detainees
"What Julie's doing and asking questions is doing the nation to service that the media used to do Julie but they don't seem to care And even worse they don't seem to care about the treatment of the January 6th prisoners either all these prison reform advocates are prison reform We've got too many people in jail We get when you talk about January 6th They're like throw them in the cell feed them dead rodents I mean what a bunch of frauds And let's keep in mind the people who are detained right now as I explained in my book in this D.C. gulag which has been opened just for January 6th defendants and they have not been convicted of any crime They are there denied bail at the request of Joe Biden's Justice Department With the consent of D.C. district court judges and we're talking everyone some wake and appointees Obama all the way to Trump appointees Signing off on pre trial detention orders to keep these men behind bars their trials keep getting moved I just listened to a trial this week a man who is turned himself in over a year ago his trial was supposed to start February 24th It now has been moved to April 20th Judge Emmett Sullivan yes that judge didn't even consider flatly rejected the idea of allowing him out of prison Awaiting a trial did he just moved back another two months
Julie Kelly: Was Ray Epps an Informant for Any Government Agency?
"That's right because they're very careful to parse their denial with the fact he was not tied to law enforcement Well you know the Stan he could be a government asset for any agency Local or federal he could be part of the intelligence community or military some people have even suggested he was a crisis actor working with the Democrats to DMC and of course while we have to do is go back to the Russia collusion hoax to see how they used political operatives to promote destructive narrative against Donald Trump So we'll see why won't they want to January 6th committee interview him under oath in public If it's important to get the truth quote unquote truth to the American people about what happened at Dave Let's start with rates talk about what he did why he is escaping charges who if anyone he was working with and why more than a year later he remains uncharged when Dan just this week three more men in Illinois charged with four misdemeanors the FBI rounded them up charged them They're going to be facing charges possible short prison sentences for just being in the wrong place at the wrong time They absolutely was too in a restricted area outside the capitol building So they're really having a hard time explaining why so many others Now 720 people have been charged arrested and charged by ray apps still as a freelance doesn't make a lot of
Julie Kelly Explains the Cover up Around Ray Epps and the FBI
"The FBI had him on some kind of watch list looking for him or something A very strange case I mean he's on video We can all see it Digitally recorded Saying we're going to go to the capitol People are saying fed fed fed No you know we're not going to do that Multiple times he seems to be whispering in people's ears and then these people do things They're out there They're pushing barricades after that Some of these guys what's your best take on what's going on there with epson the FBI Well it's definitely a sketchy story and most importantly because the people who are trying to protect ray apps can't keep their own story straight So let's remember that it was based on the reporting of Darren Beatty at revolve or debt used who found ray apps all this video and then noted that he was still on the FBI most wanted list will suddenly ramps disappears from the FBI most wanted list even though he clearly is inciting and provoking people into criminal behavior that day including Ryan stem cell who's the first man that whispers in his ears and Ryan Sam toler is really the first person to breach the exterior perimeter police line And so then we were all the Merrick Garland wouldn't answer questions about who ray apps was FBI officials won't answer questions So this kept getting attention All of a sudden the January 6th committee comes out and a kinzinger saying oh he's not a federal agent We talked to him at the committee This is another conspiracy theory et cetera Well then what happens this week The January 6th committee announces ray F was coming in to sit down for a formal interview under oath and his attorney says he is not an FBI agent or informant Well that doesn't mean he wasn't over a year ago So still a lot of unanswered questions but the cover up in sudden white knighting of ray eps by all the wrong people should certainly raise a lot more suspicions about his role in ties to the government
Julie Kelly Previews New Book 'January 6'
"So let's get the title of the book You can get it wherever you purchase your books It's called January 6th how the Democrats use the capital protests to launch a war on terror on the political right That pretty much sums it up Julie Tell us about the book and does this emulate the rahm Emanuel I'll never let a crisis go to waste strategy by the left Well I'll take it a step further It is how to create a crisis to then take advantage of it over your political opponents And what I suggest in my book Dan is that most of what we saw on January 6th was an insight operation that Nancy Pelosi and muriel Bowser left the capitol intentionally unsecure that day that there were FBI informants and agents months before January 6th with infiltrated some of these alleged militia groups And that capitol police let protesters into the building on several occasions and a lot of the confrontations we saw between protesters and police were actually initiated by D.C. metro and capitol police So a lot of people what we saw that day doesn't match up to the reality of what happened behind the scenes both before and on January
Actor Nick Searcy on the Uniqueness of His New Film 'Capitol Punishment'
"I'm talking to Nick searcy who is the man behind a new film capital punishment. Nick, is there anything like this film in other words are there are there other films or because I'm trying to think about who's kind of telling the whole story. I guess some people have written some books, the book that just came out. Julie Kelly is it from American greatness. But your film is really the only film that deals with this. Yeah, I think well Tucker Carlson did a three part series on it on his website and I think newsmax also did a documentary about it. But I think our film is unique and that we really went out and talked to people who were there and are being persecuted by the FBI and by the justice. Do you think do you think that Tucker Carlson and the folks at newsmax was a Greg Kelly? I don't know who at newsmax made the film. But I'm not sure. But I guess my question is, do you think that they're aware of what you're aware and what you talk about in this film? I mean, Tucker Carlson, I don't know if he's seen the film. I was mentioning before, you know, I didn't want to watch this film because it's so upsetting to me. Yeah. But it's important. And I guess so I didn't see what Tucker Carlson did about this. But what is your sense of who gets this and who understands that this is something outrageous that needs to be dealt with? Who in the media other than maybe Tucker? Well, I've been shocked by the fact that nobody at the Fox News channel will have me on their show or talk about this film. And I'm not sure why that is.
America First with AZ Senate Candidate Jim Lamon
"A lot of people are interested in this race. So we're airing this to our national audience. We're headquartered in Arizona, and we're talking to all the candidates and I've known you for a long time and I could speak to your character. You've been very good to us. I want to make sure everyone knows that. But there is a common theme where people are worried that we're going to get someone who talks a good game and does something different. Talk a little bit about that. That's one of the reasons why you're running, isn't it? Exactly. The quintessential example of that is who we have in the Senate now. Mark Kelly, as a moderate, I don't think many people believe that, but we can see what's occurred in his Senate time there is voting a course a 100% with what the most left want. Unionization of Arizona, open border, CRT, and just crazy things that he's doing there. As a veteran and a businessman, you can't do that in business. You can't promise your customers one thing and do another. You won't have a customer. And then other customers will understand that's not a company to be trusted. So look very forward to doing that in Washington is I've talked all across this beautiful state thousand miles a week and record audience is just great enthusiasm that guys from our priorities for the layman campaign. One, secure the southern border, that borders we just don't have a country. Number two, let's get back to America first. Not China first, like Biden and Kelly seem to have done that America first. And then thirdly, get the federal government out of our face. All these mandates and mandatory this and stuff, we didn't have that when I grew up and we just don't need it today. We get back to solid American principles, trust locally. The federal government is supposed to be fairly small. They were given a limited amount of power. I intend to be hell bent on making sure we get it back to that on the Senate
AZ Senate Candidate Jim Lamon: 'It's Time for Washington to See Some Real Action'
"A friend of mine, someone who's been very generous to turning point USA and he's a great American Jim layman, and you're running for U.S. Senate in Arizona. Charley, it's time for Washington to see some real action on the U.S. Senate floor. Somebody's really going to stand up for America first, Arizona. I'm going there to make sure it happens. Well, I love to hear that. And so you built a business here in Arizona. Tell us about that. Well, a great foundation of 8 years ago, we brought in great guys from the colon gas industry, which I had led for many years. Second largest company in that industry was fortunate to not start it, but build it to what it was. And then bringing those guys over, seeing an opportunity that said there's a new form of energy that if we focus with utility types really strong power people, not looking at as a greeny thing, look at the power thing. The way of the potential for it to become the lowest cost power. And we've actually achieved that about 5 years ago. We hit parity with the lowest current then formed natural gas. We've continued to drive that down and today Charlie, it's half the price of natural gas. I'm a believer in American energy dominance, not just independence, as our past president said. Or asterisk, guys that are in there now would not believe it, but we just have a strong belief that we've got so much resources in the country. Add solar to that mix. We should absolutely not be doing what the Biden and Kelly administration are doing now. Begging Saudi Arabia for more fuel and just crazy things like that when we've got it all here.
Journalist John Solomon on Voter Rights and Suppression
"And I'm proud to present to you on Sebastian gorka's show John Solomon John welcome to the program. Great to have you with us brother. It is good to be with you. Happy Monday. Happy Monday. Here we go and happy Martin Luther King day. John. You're our go to guy if I may. And so would you explain to me the pressing is voting rights situation? You know, John, I didn't know there was suppressing votes in America. I didn't know I always felt as a person who just showed up and voted my fault was being suppressed. My vote wasn't counted because I wasn't one illegal. Number two, I wasn't dead yet. Despite what you might hear right here. Explain, explain to me, what is going on with this voting rights like they double that and they go to Georgia where they might very well have been shenanigans down there and I'm being kind in the 2020 election, but they doubled down. Could you break down what they want to vote for? And what they will end up with down in D.C., please. Yeah. Well, first off, the bill is in some dire trouble because there are at least four Democrats that are holding the line on it. Joe Manchin, Kirsten sinema, Mark Kelly and I'm thinking that the fourth one now just gave my mind. But they've got a little bit of opposition in their own party, particularly in these Democrats that are in the swing states. And so the bill may not happen. It may go the road of the BBB and some of the other Biden democratic plans. But the big thing that Joe Biden talks about being Jim Crow two is the idea that it is inherently racist. It is voter disenfranchising to ask someone to show their ID before they vote or descend in an absentee ballot. And this is an interesting thing because every poll that I've seen in the last year, including one, we did it just to know news says 70 80% of Americans support this. But there's a fascinating new poll out in Michigan. It surveyed Michigan voters who voted in the last election. And here is the ticker. African American voters, the very voters that Joe Biden says are disenfranchised by a voter ID. They support voter ID by Uranus, 79%. In fact, black voters were more strongly supporting of voter ID than all other voters
Journalist Julie Kelly Describes the Recent Hearing of January 6 Defendant Ryan Samsel
"Guys, I'm delighted to welcome back to the podcast my favorite journalist Julie Kelly, the heroine of the January 6th reporting. Julie has, well, Julie writes for American greatness, but she has an important and bestselling new book out. It's just called January 6th and I'm going to read the subtitle how Democrats use the capital protest to launch a war on terror against the political right. Julie, welcome back, delighted to have you as always, you were just at a hearing and tell us all about it. So thank you, dinesh for having me on and we'll talk a little bit about my book. But there was just a hearing this morning on Thursday morning related to the case of Ryan samso, who has been in jail arrested last January 30th. And it's important because this ties into the ray eps controversy that we've been seeing for the past several days. Ryan samso is the man who ray Epps whispered in his ear right before Ryan Samuel becomes the first Trump supporter first capital protester to breach the initial lines at the perimeter of the grounds that day. He has been, as I said, arrested and detained since last January, the government continues to delay his case. He wasn't even formally indicted by grand jury until August. What DoJ is doing now to delay his trial and what I believe is to delay revealing what happened with ray eps because of course it was a critical point right before the breach is delaying his trial. They've added defendants to his case. And the judge judged Tim Kelly again today delayed for the next few weeks until January 27th, another status hearing is DoJ adds defendants ads indictments and then claims they need to add more discovery. This is just part of DoJ's gamesmanship in delaying as much as they can what happened on January 6th and specifically related to any sort of government informants or assets that were used in the capitol

'January 6' Author Julie Kelly Describes What Actually Happened on That Fateful Day
"Folks talking to Julie Kelly both hours today, the brand new book January 6th, which is an expose on what actually happened and what we can know as of now. So Julie, again, what actually happened based on your reportage is dramatically different than the narrative we're getting. The candlelight vigil that the Democrats put on the other day. All of this just ridiculous theater. Mainstream media and to some extent conservative media is going along with this. What gives you hope that the truth is coming out? I do think that at least if our Republican leadership is you said Kevin McCarthy, who is just very weak, let's think about this. Last week, he released a video a little Montage talking about what Republicans were going to do. They stand up for this. They stand up for that. Stand up for law enforcement. He included clips of the U.S. capitol police in this video. This is the agency responsible for the near point blank execution of Ashley babbitt. I would say the speakers lobby on January 6th. And here is the Republican leader of the House of Representatives commending this police agency who not only is responsible for her killing, but covering up the name of the officer who did it for months on end. This is the agency who still lies to this day that Brian sicknick was killed in the line of duty by Trump supporters and here you have Kevin McCarthy, including them in a clip instead of other police officers across the country who are under siege every day and major cities as Democrat governors let crime run rampant. This is how tone deaf and out of touch Kevin McCarthy is and shame on him for commending U.S. capitol police and now going along for the most part with this January 6th narrative. But Eric, I do feel like the rank and file the base of the Republican Party are increasingly outraged about what they hear about January 6th are increasingly suspicious and convinced that the government played a much bigger, if not animating central role in what happened that day. And they are starting to call for Republican lawmakers to be held
'January 6' Author Julie Kelly on What Americans Can Do to Help
"Folks final segment with Julie Kelly, the book is called January 6th. Julie, I just thank God that you exist and that you are working hard to get the truth out at a time when let's face it. Many people are working hard to keep the truth away from most of us, but we're not about to go down without a fight. What can people do to help? I mean, besides buy your book and share this information wherever they can. What else can folks do? Well, Eric, thank you so much for having me on and spending all this time getting into some of the details. It's so important. And hopefully we've given your viewers and listeners some information they didn't have before. So thank you so much. What people can do, of course, I be grateful. They would purchase my book just so they have all the information details. Also, I would ask them to push their Republican representatives in Congress and in the Senate to talk more about this and defend the people who are ensnared in this abusive investigation. I also would point people to the patriot freedom project. It's patriot freedom project dot com. Eric, there was no apparatus in place to help people with legal defense or families who needed financial help because their husband or father was dragged off to this D.C. gulag where they've been languishing for months fired by their job causing great financial strain. So this is a really great project that was started by the adoptive aunt of one of the detainees. And it's raised a lot of money. So people are looking to help these people. I think that that's the best fun that they can go to and contribute whatever they possibly can to show support that we're in solidarity with not just these Americans, but we are in solidarity with each other
The Truth of January 6th Is So Far From the Left's Narrative
Was the Government in on Creating the Illusion of January 6?
"Talking to Julie Kelly Julie, your book is January 6th. And you're laying out some facts here. And what is your conclusion based? I mean, you've looked into this a lot. But as your conclusion, roughly what mine is, as I listen to you, that the fix was in, that people like Nancy Pelosi. I mean, this is chilling that the Speaker of the House of Representatives was in on wanting to create an incident that would give them political leverage against their enemies. Can this be happening in America? Is this possible? It is a hard reality to confront that the people in power are that evil. Are that a moral? Are that desperate for revenge against their political opponents, including millions of Americans, that they're capable of doing such a thing? And it's been a tough reality to confront through my reporting over the past year, but Eric, when I listen to these line prosecutors, what they say in charging documents, the accusations that they make against American citizens. When I listen to federal judges, berate Americans for parading in the capitol, accusing them of trying to overthrow the government, sentencing them to 30, 60, 90 days in prison, people with no criminal record just for walking in and out of the capitol for ten minutes where they thought they had been permitted. When I take in what I hear and what I read, I do believe that that is exactly what this government did on January 6th. It was months in advance. You only have to go back to some of the lockdown rallies for instance in Lansing Michigan in April of 2020 that created a lot of the same optics a lot of the same news coverage. I considered a dress rehearsal for January 6th. So this is not far fetched conspiracy theorist thinking. This

Allot i get it on my instagram pictures. But i did a podcast with my boyfriend. Who really does not enjoy. The public is so he isn't very involved on my instagram. Or the podcast. Mention him But we don't really have like a public relationship which is a little bit odd for a person who shares their life so publicly. But i do respect him for that and i try to respect his privacy as well as his daughter's privacy and so they're mentioned briefly but i don't go into too many details however he did do one podcast with me. He came on the velvets edge podcast. And it's called the international man of mystery as a joke. Obviously because nobody knows who he is but he talked a lot about when we first met and someone asked the question. What was the first thing you notice about. Kelly and he talked about it a couple of times in the podcast but he referenced. My walk now. I have no clue what this means really. I'm just walking. I'm just living my life. I don't even know how do are like what's so special about it or anything. That caught his attention about it. But apparently. I have some sort of strut that i do. So maybe i'll make a video. Maybe this is good tick-tock material. I don't know you guys know. I don't really understand talkie there but he did mentioned. Not if you haven't listened to that podcast. It was a big hit because people love hearing from him and he has a really sexy voice. If i'm being really honest it's like a little bit raspy. I don't know he's just real cute says search that podcast. It's called the international man of mystery and it is. I mean okay. This next question says how do i. Oh i'm sorry. I'm dating a single dad. His sixteen year old daughter is not having it any advice. Well this kind of goes hand in hand with talking about my boyfriend. He has two daughters They are nine and seven so they're a little bit on the younger side. And i'm sure when you get involved with a person who has a teenager. It might bring a few different issues than i've had to face. But i do understand his transition and in my experience i was the first one to date my guy after a divorce. And so you know. There's a lot to navigate there and it was difficult for all parties on some level. I think but we did. We were able to kind of navigate through that in a team. Like manner which i think is super super important if you can do it And it's just the right thing to do for the kids because they have a lot of emotions going on. They don't want their parents to be dating other people. They want their parents to be together. And i had to accept that and not take it personally but you know that was some of the battle that we went through at the beginning was just sort of. Why do you have to have a girlfriend. Which i get and i know that with my thinking about my parents doing that just really hard to think about. So i do think it's really important to respect the kid's feelings and try as hard as you can not to take things personal because it isn't personal. It isn't about you. it isn't about what you do or don't bring to the table. It's just them navigating through their emotions and their kids so on this case teenagers. So let's not even get started on the hormonal aspects of all those things happening but Do i was told very early on. And then i read this in a lot of blogs about this this kind of stuff Transitioning into dating someone with kids but that consistency is the most important thing that you could do so for me. It was small things that i like. I'm gonna wake up every morning when the girls wake up. And i'm gonna help them do their hair because that's a skill set that i have and it was a good way for us to bond and then it became this small thing that i do not you know. It's not like life. Changing their dad could help them put in a ponytail if he needed to And their moms created here to get it on the other side but the best part for me was that that became something that they could count on every day and so it was just our routine and once we started developing small things like that like little routines or they knew i was going to be the one to do it are they knew to come to me for certain things it really did. Start to create this bond between us. That is now very very strong and a really have noticed. I've started traveling again with work. And when i'm having to miss them a lot because of the scheduling or i don't get my qualities. How am i can't show up in the ways that i do. It takes a minute for us to kind.

"There's going to be a chapter on red carpet secrets. So how i worked with jennifer garner to get ready for the peppermint movie or jessica alba post baby molly. Sims post baby. Whoa so kind of giving the keys to the kingdom they're A chapter on plant-based eve. Ot's so i had a lot of not. I wouldn't say backlash but a lot of comments from vegans vegetarians. Like you don't like soy protein and beans a lot you say. The beans have carbohydrates in congressional carbohydrates for me to eat so Every single one of these Chapters will actually include a twenty one day. Plan three weeks of recipes tips and tricks. Yeah all my favorite products how to look at products look at nutrition label. This is so good. It's science book postpartum. You'll have like a postpartum for like mummies postpartum sort of thing in there to So i think the baby love book would be next after that. Maybe you are this. Self-made breaking queen. I love you. "Has a party plus one grade yeah fine but can you start with the smoothie because sometimes it's just overwhelming for people to start something new and it's way better if something becomes a habit let an action to become a habit because i wanted to have it. You don't think about it. Yeah it's not. It's not taking mental effort and energy. I like to think about like steve. Jobs word turtlenecks. You know that was his uniform if you can make something like a food choice a habit. Yeah it's really good but food is emotional. And you need to have flexibility with food if you get taken out on a date night. You don't wanna feel food anxiety and stress drama. Just have a small salad. I there's there's a lot of people. And i'm a human and eve especially after having the baby i wanted to really be aware of everything i a and then i found myself like depriving myself like hanging out with girlfriends. That girls night and saying like. I can't have that because if i eat it just going to throw me off. I just need to be really disciplined by. It's not about like feeling bad or having anxiety when you eat and i think a lot of people nowadays they see certain image on social media and how people look maybe their favorite celebrities who are in like the most amazing shape and then they put themselves down there like. I have to punish myself and i can't eat this. You know. say two girls like that. Yeah no I'm yeah i'm actually. And i see this all the time. What i will say is say. For example of bloggers. We're getting together for an event. That was a brunch put on by a brand and you're walking into a bunch of carbohydrates and sugar and sugar smoothies and toast or whatever but needed to go to that event and you went and then you maybe had some things that you didn't feel great about when you left the inclination for you to deprive. Is there what i would say is instead of depriving and thinking you'll restart tomorrow. How can you restart right now and not restart by depriving but say you know one of the. The smoothie is also a tip that can be used for lunch or in the middle of the afternoon when you're craving brownie or cookie Because the thing is is it's a physical restart just like a workout is a physical restart. Drinking smoothies physical restart. Your restart can happen at your next meal and so many times. I see people start tomorrow morning on monday. The first of the month the first of the year. And they're putting this off and what's happening between when they decide to put it off and the actual start time of the restart way. More damage is happening. And it's all spiraling out of guilt so instead of allowing yourself to feel guilty. Say what. What have i decided as physical restart for me. Maybe it's twenty minutes meditation meditation app. Maybe it's taking tiny for a walk around your neighborhood and doing some lunches behind her stroller and going like i made an opposite small opposite swing from feeling guilty about that little brunch. And then that way you're not really allowing that pendulum ball to go to a binge space. What what. I love about everything that you just said. Is that it completely ties into your brand and what you're all about and it's not just you know i love that. You're you're you're instagram name. Be well by. Kelly and your book is called body love. Because it's it's not this. It's not beef it by kelly. It's not get ripped kelly. I like big belly when i love you. Just you're promoting Wellness and like you said just even taking time to to meditate for twenty minutes or It's promoting a healthy lifestyle. That's not just what you're eating. It's also coming from within. You know. that's what i think about. When i think of the word wellness i think a whole being. You know embody love. i mean. that's that's the thing that that a lot of people struggle struggle with whether You know your guy or a girl. There's there's comparison out there all time. We're thinking about what we're always doing wrong instead of what we're doing right but what i love is that you have made this program. That's so balanced and that you yourself are living that out and you're living proof that that it works and i think it's just it's really encouraging for anyone who feels like they're very far away from their goals you know. Maybe you have packed on a lot of weight and you don't know what to do or where to go. I love that your brand and what you're about in your book are about encouraging people in steps like you said if you can make a small step back if you can just gain a little bit of ground by doing something every day something small. I feel like that's what everybody's looking for. Whether we're you know seven to weeks from our goals or were two years a lot of people just get discouraged. And they're like what do i do now and i. I love that it's about treating yourself right. It's about walking this thing out in a practical way and i think that you're just gonna continue to thrive. It's so so awesome. And i love. If you guys haven't read kelly's book it's called body love you gotta get to check it out is changing people's lives kelly's changed our lives. Might my mom like she's obsessed with you. She is literally my mom. Thank me for saying her age. I think she's fifty four. She looks thirty five. She works out all the time and she eats very healthy pretty balanced and she was struggling and she goes. Oh my god she call she steve. I lost five pounds. I said wow what will would you do differently. Because she's so strict she goes. I started doing the bureau by kelly and it just it just motivators age in any woman guy of any age can do this program and it's just. It's incredible because it works. Kelly something we always ask our guests is. What's good in your life right now. Whether that's any exciting things you have coming up. Obviously a baby on the way In exciting projects or anything like that that you can sort of tease or share. Sure so it's been a pretty big year. I am pregnant. I'm due october for it. So little libra baby two days after my birthday. I know i'm actually fingers crossed for ten to so so that's really exciting. We don't know what we're having. So that's even more exciting you for waiting. Yeah and second I'll take maternity leave and hang with the little peanut and then january on my second book comes out. It's called body love every day and so what it does is breaks down the fab four different lifestyles on the go. So say on an airplane all the time. And you're like how do i take a protein bars an airport. Or how should they pack my bag. Or what do i need How should i attack my bachelor weekend..

"Leveque kelly so awesome. Have you thanks for being here. Guys is such a pleasure to be here. I mean we've been friends since the beginning of beulah by kelly. So i know it's been a while since we've seen you. I feel like the last time i saw you as that. Your oh my god. it's crazy. It was her book release party. It was like a launch party. And i was probably seven months pregnant. The tummy teeny was in the tummy. And i remember. I looked at you and i was like winter. You're going to be pregnant. And she was literally like well. We're trying so we'll see what happens and look you're pregnant now and you're glowing. I mean she's going naturally but her glow is on another level. I want to ask you just want to start off by asking you. How has it been being in your field doing what you do being pregnant you know with all like like okay when sascha pregnant the first six weeks under a bus ie am because she was on the most strict like diet you know she was fab four. She was working out hardcore when she found that she was bragging. She goes she goes. I can't work out anymore steve. Get me a coke. Get me some pickles. And go to in and out. And i'm just like oh god switch here. How crazy is that though it is it is weird like the cravings that pop up or you know the changes in the way that you feel if you feel tired or nauseous. I definitely found myself walking into rooms being like why am i here and so it becomes a little bit difficult to prioritize the things like wellness in your life but i feel like i've lived it for so long that even a slight departure wasn't i wasn't off the reservation. You know i wasn't driving through mcdonald's times when you know i don't eat a bunch of dairy. I think that there's flexibility around area like goats sheeps cheeses and stuff. But i grew up cottage cheese and every single time. Chris went to the grocery store i was like. Can you gotta gee guilty yashar you going like spoon into cottage bowl. Yeah like salt-and-pepper from the fridge all just love hearing that from you kelly. Because you really. Are this obviously incredible. Celebrity health coach to so many stars and so many people like us. But it's so humbling to hear that you're a normal person and you have moments where you cave and that kind of brings us to the conversation of how you got started in this health and wellness world. You said it's a huge part of just who you are and your lifestyle so kinda. Give us the back story on how. This all started before buell by kelly. Sure i would say my favorite class in high school was health with coach rap. He's a volleyball coach but he taught health at my high school. And i loved it. I felt really inspired. I wanted to learn the content. It was the first time. I really felt that way. And i'd always been A math and science brain over english and grammar and all that so it felt comfortable for me and then when i went to usc for undergrad. My dad was a business major there and so i just sort of followed in his footsteps oldest of three girls he was a trojan. We had twenty seven relatives. That were trojans like i didn't think about going to a different college or doing a different major and then my senior year took all of my biochem nature of human health and disease called my dad and tears sick. I should have been premed. His horrible. I wanna stay another year. I want to change my major. And he's like well. That's fine if you wanna pay your college tuition. You're more than welcome to stay. So i actually ended up doubling up on classes. We made an agreement. I doubled up on classes. I gotta concentrate concentration in human nature of human health and disease and so then. I spent an eight year career in cancer and genetics out of college. So i know that about you. Yeah that's crazy. Yeah no. I paired my business degree with with new technology so i was teaching oncologists and the cancer space from cedar sinai to all the eight west coast states here on the united states. I had a team of eight reps and was working with them and we basically took new genetic technology and we represent the science to on college and teach them how to use it in their practice. Are you kidding me right now. Dr dr kelly. No no always just been the support. Let's get that straight for. The dogs support. Says this is worth the blogger support. The i was going to capture. Drought kelly phd. Yeah maybe i mean. I love school. If it's something. I wanna learn about you know a window sort of turning point happened for you when you realize you wanted to be support coach and start. Be well by kelly. Well what's so interesting is in my career. All i did was read research scientific research in regards to cancer genetics and biology and so i was able to kind of go into public medical research and look at nutrition studies so instead of reading. Someone's blog about a tip in a trick. I would see you know a usa today. Article come out or new york times article come out and it would reference a study and then i would just go read the study because a lot of times people will take a headline and make it..

"You're inside in feeding yourself with the good things and that's where our good friend. Kelly really has come into our lives and played a huge role because i think it was when we met kelly when we finally had a healthier mindset like she has a way of explaining things. That's like crazy weird. We figured out how to how to find balance. And i think that's the most important thing in a lot of the times. It just starts with practicality. The practicality of eating balanced meals led to a more. I feel like a balanced state internally for us you know We weren't starting to feel bad about you know. I wasn't feeling bad about. If i wanted to eat a little. Something here there. I just felt more balanced and at ease and i. I really wanted to talk about that today. Because i don't want this episode to be confused with like i said being ripped or you know or or being the healthiest you all of that in eating you know just like boring meals in that kind of stuff i. I wanted to talk about that. Because i feel like wellness and health overall starts within you know and then you make those choices after that and i feel like you have to love yourself before you can do. I love the. I love the scripture. In psalms one thirty nine that says i have fearfully and wonderfully made. That is something if you feel like crap about yourself whether it's internally whatever i suggest you write that on a post it note and just stick it all over your house and your car and just when you see that to remind yourself you know we all come from different walks of life all different. Our bodies all different. Nobody looks the exact same. Even identical twins don't have the same body types and i think it's important to know that health plays a big part of living a good well balanced life but we all experienced seasons of poor health and seasons of good health. And there's obstacles that you have to overcome your journey. And i think the thing that drives us to those unhealthy places. Mentally says is is if i had to boil it down. What drove me to be insecure. When i moved out here was comparison. There's always gonna be somebody better looking than you smarter. Gear the most good-looking person out here and we pause personas repeat. Repeat that for a few minutes. Oh that's sweet. No but there's always going to be so am better looking than you. somebody smarter. Somebody's always going to have more in some category than you and so it's not about being perfect. It's about being your best. You and i love the quote from theodore roosevelt. That says comparison is the thief of joy. That's good and now with access to social media like that we that we have on. Everyone's i phone any time of the day. You can start comparing yourself to an instagram model. An actor your friend when you start comparing yourself to whoever maybe the life that they're living and that's not gonna do anything for you. That's actually going to eat away at your soul. And so i just wanna encourage you guys. If you are comparing yourself whether it's in your body you're in another way to be feeding your soul whether feeding yourself. Good food to feel healthy you should be feeding your soul taking time out to appreciate yourself and i feel like it starts with gratitude. Zig ziglar said you know An attitude gratitude starts with your attitude and vice versa. I feel like being grateful for just even yourself your body your mind who you are. The way you were made likes asset in psalm says your what is a wonderfully fearfully made and that's just so important to remember guys says i have to remind ourselves daily because you can compare yourself. We have our own struggles you know. I said everyone who comes has different body types. From me i always grew up naturally. Thin sometimes too thin and i was eating and i didn't know why wouldn't gain weight and for st. He's had this knee injury. Which we've shared with you know our online family publicly over the past year just talking a little bit about that and it's really been challenging for us at times to find our own personal routine that works but today we are going to help you guys if you're out there and you're like you know what i wanna to do it the right way but where do i start are starting point was when we met kelly so we thought it would be great to have her on the show and to help us break these stereotypes about being healthy and that healthy means you have to look a certain way. Because it's not about that it ain't about the six pack it ain't about the perfect hips and the curves and all it's not about that it's this internal health. Are you going to tell to the governator. What in the world was. That was a really bad attempt to do arnold schwarzenegger you guys second. You made it sound like that. Was kelly like they're like whoa. Is kelly a dude justice guy who likes to work please god. That's so good. It's so good it's so bad. I can't all right you guys but first serious kelly bestselling author. She has written a book called body love. It's an inspiring book on how to live a balanced life. Way which you want and free yourself from food drama forever. She's a dear friend. She's a prego mama right now. And she is crushing. The health games celebrity clients include a jessica alba jennifer garner chelsea handler. Goes on my mom and your own. Let's bring in kelly. "Maybe you're at work and you should be working but you're listening to us and said working time because it burns calories yes whatever you are doing right now in the comfort of your own home whatever it is we welcome you to another episode of the good life with stevens stuck it out through that freestyle and stick it out through every freecell every week. I just wanna say thank you and commend you for not giving up on your boy steve. Because as we all know. I was home schooled before we actually get into our episode for reals. I want to address something with you last night. Okay when i got in bed and year-old over and said can you can't get night. Oh god what are you about to say. Well i was going in for the smooch. And why i was bombed by the smell of sulfur. What hard boiled eggs had been sitting on the counter. Such a hater. He how deng he's not referring to me farting in bed by the way. Okay he's referring to me enjoying a little face mask and you're hater was okay. Here's the thing if a face mask smells like that. Why are you putting it on your face because sulfur is really good to dry out. Acne and i've been having lately. But i had a little bit of pips popping up on my face so i had to do the things math. This was after. I rinse it off by the way so he was really trying to get up close and personal. I didn't ask you to sniff my face and you're like why don't you wanna kiss me. That's like putting cow poop on your face. And i love me is not going to happen. It wasn't cow poop. But i will say sometimes the things that smell the worst are actually because they're organic and they're good for you and they're healthy. I'm not gonna the brand on blast but this facemask. I swear by. It doesn't smell good. That's good for you working out so next time. I come in the crib with a sweaty nasty shirt on. And i'm like give me a hug. You better arms up okay. Fine whatever you know that's actually really good segue into today's topic of our show today date. It's all about living in good health whether it's a good face fast or paying attention to what you're putting in your body that's kind of what today show is that's kind of what today show is about. That's what i meant. And we've got wellness tips from our good friend. Who's a celebrity health holistic. Kelly leveque ac- know is the frigging bomb. You guys you're gonna love this interview with kelly. She has such a wealth of knowledge. Your life end my life. She's changing everyone's lives. We're all changed. The best thing is is that it's real in it's applicable so if you think that this episode isn't for you just stick around listen to a kelly has to say i mean she's really changed the way i operate on a day-to-day basis. It's not a diet is a lifestyle you know it's true. I think if we kind of just briefly touch on who stevie. And i were before before we met kelly man. If only you guys was the queen. No no i said. Why don't you tell them about you. Tell them about you. I'll tell them about okay. The queen of the late night burger. Run this chick was popping up in and out between eleven. Thirty and midnight every freak. I'm talking about five days out of the and this was the only meal of the day it's like she would forget to eat. I was like what. Did you remember how i was like. It's eleven thirty year. Impersonations of me drive me insane. I do not sound like boy off me out star in that movie. Is anybody know that reference chris farley come on guys look it up. Layoff me again heavyweight. Snl skit with like antler guys. That's that's a deep track but Saz was like crazy imbalanced diet and then and then let me. Let me say this. I was kind of the other way. I moved to l. a. An actor and my first managers like bro on you'd be rip dog and i was like well amid pretty good shape up talking about six pack. Big shoulders bro. So do these crazy fast and stuff and he would just do these drastic changes in his diet and then on the other side of the spectrum where i would eat fast food three times a day and i didn't think it was a bad thing because i've always been naturally thin but boy little. Did i know that there was just all kinds of jenkins happening inside of me and i travel south lots. I'm going to take us opportunity to troll myself guys that it's all equal here the good life your boy. Do you remember. Says when i went and met with my manager. And he's like. Is you get shredded up. So i was doing these diets and i went and got this. Pre-workout called c. four. Which i don't take pre-workout in harm none of those guys i took this pre-workout called c. Four okay and it has created in it and somebody warned me they like. Make sure you drink a lot of water. 'cause that create team and i was frigging a camel. I was lapping up water. Every every chance. I got but because of this i got hemorrhoids and his. But you see we told you we're going to be honest with you and that's the only place you can get. You're in so much pain. I felt so bad so anyways. We're not living a well balanced life. It was either being like super crazy. Like i'm gonna be healthy but actually not being trying to find shortcuts. So for me when i finally decided. Okay i wanna be a little bit healthier. I need to quit eating bad. I was like well. What's the quickest way. I can figure out how to be healthy and i feel like though shortcuts for me included like looking into those crazy like body sculpting techniques that they have nowadays where you can literally transfers that and i remember thinking like wait. Is that like a shortcut. Like is that really a thing. I actually considered for literally one minute. And then you're like. Are you crazy. And i was like yeah. I am crazy and then. There's those documentaries out there now on netflix and stuff which even to this day i watch one of those things and it puts me check like whoa do. I not need to be eating that. And then i sometimes drastically needed to change it. I think that a lot of people don't know that about us is that we both went through. We've both been through episodes and times where we really lost. Sight of what was actually healthy. And what was actually good for us. And what would give us the sense of wellness. Because i think it started from within you know not just what we were eating but i thought i think it started with our mentality moving to la you especially in the industry. If you're acting you're in your singer you're just in front of people. Basically you're constantly comparing yourself i. I didn't feel so insecure about myself. Until i moved to la. I never really questioned anything about myself. I was just felt. Like i was just a normal dude and when i moved to la and started acting You know i started comparing myself with all these guys at the auditions like man. This this guy is ripped like my manager said like what. If i don't get the part and i started thinking that there was there was something wrong with me and i. I think that's what you know. The issue was is that. I didn't have a strong sense of of myself and appreciating and loving. Just me as i as i was. You're sharing that you know from a male perspective. I feel like a lot of guys. Wouldn't say that out loud. Because i feel like with women with me specifically i've experienced the whole insecurity something about la That makes you feel like all of your securities and flaws are under a microscope and this is a city where everyone's very aware on the outside of what you look like. What kind of car you drive you know or your nails did like and i love that. Today's episode is not around this topic of how to look fit how to look completely ripped in your life. It's.

I went to Florida and where it was very hot, but actually not as hot as it is here and the cool ocean breeze. Very nice. Very nice. Indeed. I went by Mara Lago. It's empty, although guess what The great big, gigantic American flag is still flying in front of that place. They are hassling President Trump. They are trying to cancel him. He is a Nkansah level. It's not going to work and this phony baloney case against his CFO. Um, Westerberg. That's not going to work. Either. Everybody knows this should be a civil matter at best or at worst. This is not a criminal matter. I heard the fake news yesterday, saying, this is a 15 year criminal conspiracy. Give me a break. This is not a crime. It's not a crime. It's possibly a violation. The tip off for me was that thing about paying not paying city taxes as he was alleged to have not done, but he was paying Nassau County taxes. All the way through 2013. They said he didn't pay city taxes all the way through 23. He had a house in Wantagh, Long Island paying taxes there. That's what it's about. Um, it is Ridiculous And they spent all this time all this money. Why? Why are they doing that? Where the city is falling apart? I had a trip over somebody on the way in here. The sum You know you feel bad for these people, but at the same time you're like annoyed and a little bit scared. You know what's this derelict doing? Laying down at 12 30 in the afternoon on the street? Right. I told you about the guy I saw shooting up. Hey, Did you hear Chicago? 100? People were shot over the weekend. All the way. 100. People were shot over the weekend. I mean, 18 people killed in Chicago. Uh, this is what I believe The left wants. You know, there are people very smart people have been looking at this. The whole defund the police movement. They've gotten the agenda they want to nationalize, nationalized police, a national police force. Now That's something to be scared of. I wouldn't have said that a couple of years ago. That sounds okay to me. Nope. Not after what the FBI is. Let itself become A arm of the deep state Left wing cabal, Deep State Federal Bureau of Incompetence. Federal bureaucrats incorporated what everyone to call them. Yep, There are some great FBI agents, of course. But the place is now corrupted by her horrific leadership. You go to the Twitter page of the FBI. What is their priority? All the stuff that's going on. You know what they're still trying to do. Hunt down January. 6th, Um trespassers, January six Trespassers. Hey, I'm here in Southern We may know pretty soon. The results the so called results of the Primary. We know that on the Republican side here in New York City, Curtis one, and that's fantastic. On the left. Uh, we're not not not not too sure what's going on. They're not too sure What's going on there is going to be Eric Adams. Is it going to be Garcia? I don't know. Uh, I'm actually pulling for Garcia. Even though I don't like her. She has no business being mayor herself. What? What? What Good. The sanitation commissioner of Sanitation Commissioner of the Blasio administration, do not too much, right. No one's impressed with that. No one is impressed with that at all. Hey, listen to this. This is Jen Psaki. He heard about what's going on with Kamala Harris. Looks like Joe Biden might be finished with her doesn't like her. Um and they're leaking all kinds of nasty stuff about her. They are appalled the political pros in the White House. I love there is a gigantic show announcement coming I said yesterday that I thought it might be Wednesday or Thursday. That means today or tomorrow. I still think that's a possibility. But that means I'm going to have to have a text message saying you can announce it within the next hour and a half for the show's going to be or 2.5 hours. Never. We got 2.5 hours. Cross your figures. It might be by the end of the show. I would stay tuned today. How about that? Chris? Always keep them listening. See that? What have I been telling you, 8773774373? Jesse at Jesse Kelly show dot com. We have new We have new reviews of the show. Let me just say, I mean, when you have titles of these reviews like secret admirers and so handsome, you know, people have really been reviewing the show. Alright, back to Alexander the great it Fill up the second. Alexander's father points to Aristotle and says I want you to tutor and mentor, my boy. Well as I pointed out before Philip, the second had raised Aristotle's town to the ground and enslaved all of his people. Aristotle to his credit. Stands up to fill up the second and says, Okay, Yeah, I'll be happy to tutor your boy. I want you to rebuild the town you destroyed of mine and all the people who you haven't murdered yet in slavery because some had some had passed away. Other people you haven't murdered yet. Free them and let them come back and fill up the second does it? That's Alexander The Great's tutor. I did. I did mention the Spartans earlier. I should point this out. Philip the second Conquers all of Greece unifies all of Greece. Remember these are all different city states and very, very powerful city states, But Philip, the second essentially makes them Greece. Except for Sparta. He wants a unified Greece. Philip, the second does because he wants to go to war with the Persians will get to them in a moment. Sparta hasn't joined And so Philip, the second after dominating everybody and Sparta, by now is way past their prime. I want to make sure I'm clear about that. There's still obviously as you're about to find out tough as nails. You're certainly not just gonna waltz in there and push him around. But Philip, the second could have taken Sparta by now. He writes them some threatening letter the ultimate You know, the old ancient conqueror threatening letter. Come bend the knee or I'm gonna raise all your cities to the ground enslave all your women all that stuff. You know the standard conqueror talk from back in the day. His letter when he wrote them started out with if if you don't submit to me, I'm gonna go over the razor cities, things like that. In the most spartan move of all Spartan moves. They write him a lettered response back. Do you know what it said? If That's all it said. Oh, what a gigantic screw you to fill up the second Anyway, he didn't go. Didn't he didn't follow up on the threat. He's like, you know, I actually think I'm going to leave them alone for now. All right. Philip gets assassinated. Alexander take takes over as king at 20. And I realized people, uh People are mature. Faster than others. It's just some people never mature. Don't look at me, Chris. Some people never mature. I couldn't imagine having a gigantic kingdom handed to me at 20 years old. I promise you one thing. I would not still be alive. Alexander the great gets handed a unified Greece at the age of 20. But The world is a funny place. And I want you to understand this because the world has not changed. It is the same today is it always has been People respect strength. And when people smell weakness, or think there might be weakness. When people smell weakness. Pounds. They're going to test it. They're going to probe They're going to see what they can get away with and what they can't get away with. You have this? You have this juggernaut of an ancient conqueror fill up the second. He dies after fighting all these wars with all these Greek places in unifying Greece. These other Greek states who didn't want to be under Macedonia didn't want to be under the Philip the second they look at this lion of a man dying and see his snot nose 20 year old son taking over the kingdom, and you know what they say to themselves. Wow. This kid doesn't have what it takes. All these places Philip had taken over start rebelling right away. But Man. Talk about some bad luck. They really did not realize who they were dealing with. There are 20 year olds. And then there's 20 year old Alexander the great, he promptly raises a force smaller than virtually all the other forces he's facing. And just curb stomps all of them right back into submission. He's smart enough to do some diplomacy when he has to. He's also a brutal conqueror. He knows when to absolutely burn a city to the ground and enslave everyone. I want. I want to clarify something about slavery, too. When we talk a lot about ancient Greek slavery and ancient Roman slavery, it can run the gamut on how that slavery goes for you if you're enslaved. If you're if you're a dude. You can do you can be anything from a tutor. The Rome had tutors all the time that we're slaves. You're teaching, you know you're teaching the rich guys. Son, Math. You live a real nice life. And you could be a stable hand. You can work the farms. You can work stone. You can You can on the low, low end of it..

"We couldn't get his permission. So. We name it like Papa. Papa. Jan jan. All right. So are Kelly. We've spoken about R Kelly. I find are Kelly to be first of all very interesting foil to what's going on with Michael Jackson. Because people have no problem accepting the reports, the allegations documentaries about our Kelly. Everybody takes that at face value. You know, we've all kind of come together and said, you know, what our Kelly's kind of eft up, dude, let's not support him anymore. Michael Jackson is different the people the the amount of defending and not just well, it's one thing to defend Michael Jackson. But there's there's an active campaign. It's this really vicious very vicious people who do not like differing opinions. It's just it's a reminder to like how huge Michael Jackson people love like. Yeah. Really nothing else even comparable, right? And all the maybe the thing is it's like all the Beatles. Squeezed into one person. Right. That's true. Right. One super Sol him, he's a one man show. Right. And he's got this story of being a victim. People don't want to think that this person could do horrible stuff. I didn't want to for a long time. I was like listen away. Yeah. Certainly me too. I was always on the fence with Michael Jackson. But before we get into that. Let's first talk about our Kelly because he was in the news. He did his first interview since you know, being accused and people started cancelling his shows and. Taking them off the radio. There was a documentary about it. The was the catalyst for all this again, an interesting foil to Michael Jackson who was a great documentary. What was it called leaving? Or or know something about surviving aren't there, yet surviving or Kelly? It was fantastic documentary. Basically alleging that he has a harm really of girls living with him. Who again, they're not being chained up. But they're being manipulated. They're being I mean brainwashed for lack of a better word. So it's not like they can't go walk out. But there's it's abuse. It's so certainly abuse. There's no question about it. But at any rate, I mean, it's hard to explain the, but go ahead and watch this clip where he's defending himself for me. My crazy passing what I've been through. Oh, right now, I just think I need to be lost and hold girls against a wheel chain them up in my basement. And and don't let them eat and don't let them out unless they need some shoes down the street from the ankle, Eddie Murphy. He's acting. It sounds. It's like Eddie Murphy bit is that is that some detail in the story that I'm unaware of such a weird aside. And I don't recall them ever saying he chained anyone up either. You know, what I mean like that's part of kind of. Yeah. It's like, wait. What is what he does is? He makes every anecdote more extremes. It'd be like, oh, I never did that making a mockery of it by like, yeah. Make it so crazed so hyperbolic that it's obviously. Yeah. But people nobody believes are Kelly. So it's kind of. Didn't do this stuff. This is not a fighting for my life. No. John oppression. Me. I have not about mill. Relationship who Marquette's can't do it. The sound guys like toad. I have the flu. I've got the mic on his chest keeps slamming the song is like, oh, God I've seen people even give this news channel shit for giving him any airtime. Wow. And I know fair let the guys week. Let's hear him out. I mean, if anything he's so volatile. Yeah. This set it just goes to show that, you know, behind closed doors as what I I mean, the guy's got a temper clearly dogs. Doc, just don't. Believe it at this point, we briefly pause..

"And so I talked to my sister and her boyfriend, and so we started to watch we watched all six hours back to back to back. Eat was one of the hardest. Six hours for me for from from the perspective of having to watch something on TV. I we had to stop. I had to walk around my house. I almost kick kick my door like I had to I had to smoke a cigarette. Like, it was it was it was so traumatic and all we were witnesses. And all we were witnesses to an account. Do see what I'm saying? And. Not only was it. Agreed his the actual heinousness of his acts. But what it really did? Is it made me realize how culpable we are? And how we have somehow. It's almost that. If if in any way anyone can make an argument that this is somehow oppression related to oppression. Then we should be that upset that literally we have been so brainwashed that we can't see what we're doing in our own community that here. This man was caught on tape raping a fourteen year old urinating on a fourteen year old and that we as a community not only solve the tape. But we saw the tape because it was bootleg that we had no sense of humanity that if in fact there with Amy chance that that was a child that we were peddling and child pornography that child was our child and that literally there has been evidence for decades. And the reason I am so mad is because I was one of those people I was not a defender, but I did not. We I did not allow my brain to see how heinous is that? He is a predator that has because of his celebrity. We have no idea how many girls he's on this too. We and I sit in our group chat as well. We all trash everybody. We are all a part of this problem. And I'm speaking for myself. I was an R Kelly fan when I was in seventh or eighth grade. Remember, the magazines like ride on I had a picture are Kelly. The ball hit our Kelly to twelve player Kelly in my locker me and my locker mate, we had a pitcher arket. We were will we have pitched a picture of our Kelly in our locker last around the same time. He married a leader was like, oh, she fifteen Awale. Oh, we'll shoulder. Shrug getting a little older sought a sex watched it with my life sisters. We will win. This watched. It we like, oh, man. That's crazy. That's why that's terrible. Guess what? Still step. In the name of love still trash. I am willing to emit. The I am a part of the problem is will honest are saying archea Bata here to maybe four or five years ago. And when I was really sat down and put to into together when I really was like, okay. Wait alita was fifteen. This was a grown, man. Then when I was like I thought at tape. He wasn't having this wasn't two adults having sex that girl looked like a child. She looked like a little girl to the poor. I had argument with somebody other day 'cause they tried to say she looked grounding in video. No, she didn't. And if you think she looked wrong, then I'm questioning because she looked like she was thirteen fourteen. Anyway, I said today we are all part of the problem. The thing that we need to maybe Accu actively try to do is just recalculate. Yes, we supported him before. Yes. We turn a blind eye to it. Yes. There's still a lot of people who stood on give shit. Okay. Cool you out of here we you out to paint too. But for us that have becoming who have become a wakened by it. We know he trash now. And then we need to act accordingly because we can't change the past. We change our position. But. We are. We all garbage in the name of love out here. As far we stop listening to the music while ago, like we don't support in that regard. We are vocal about our lack of support for him. But then whether or next steps because Harvey Weinstein is going to trial and make Evans bass he's on trial right now. So like, what are the next steps?.
