Who is Alex Cintrón, the Astros hitting coach who instigated brawl with the A's?

"Brawl in baseball yesterday. Ramona Reynaud went right after Alex Cintron, who is the head coach for the Houston Astros, And this whole thing was bizarre to Maine. We know that there is a beef between the athletics and the Astros. Mike Fires used to pitch for the Astros was on the on the athletic still is on Lorraine. Oh, gets hit twice in the Siri's that the 2nd 1 I didn't see the first of the 2nd 1 was not intentional. But he was walking to first base is so John boy pretty much tryingto figure out what was going on. And I guess Laredo was trying to tell the picture had to throw the ball. Cintron asked, get suspended from saying his name correctly, If now I apologize, but the bench the hitting coach has to get suspended, has to get a lengthy suspension. Because he is basically egging on Lorraine. Oh, who's at first base? And it was gutless. What the hitting coach did he goes? Oh, yeah. You come over here You come over here. The guys 41 years old, if this is not A 60 70 80 year old heading coach. This is not who is the Mets pitching coach? That's your Phil Regan. This's not him or or the late. Great Don Zimmer with Pedro Martinez, where you see potentially an older person get thrown to the ground. That was not this. This a 41 year old yellow Nazareno basically, Tom come over and fight him, and he did the ultimate Gutless move off. I'm going to tell you to come fight me. But the minute when you take a step forward three for my players are going to step in front of me. And then I'm going to become Mr Hold me back, bro. Type of guy. That's the worst person in a fight. Someone that instigates the fight and then doesn't throw the punch and doesn't actually fight when someone comes charging at you because of you just being ridiculous in the dugout. That guy doesn't get popped if Joe Kelly gets it with what it was an eight game suspension. If this is it, the heading coach here for the Astros doesn't get At least eight games, then that's ridiculous. Albay have no clue how to figure this out. They'll mess it up. Did you agree with that? Then we have a heading coach, basically telling Laredo to come over and fight him. Or Laureano. Excuse me. To come over and fight him. And then he lets what 34 of his players take care of it that was weak. Yeah, it's weak and it's like extra dumb when the league is begging you not to have a bench clearing altercations, and then you instigate won as a coach, not even a player for seemingly I don't even understand the reason. And it even begins. So, yeah, you would think he's going to be in big, big trouble, too. We

I believe we're now going to Are we doing? Simon call Now. How is Simon called doing? I should say. Well, all things considered, he's okay but he broke his back. So you know where the weekend He broke his wealth blowing up his electric bike. That's right. He got an electric bike, which goes up to 60 miles per hour was his first time riding it and he decided to Papa Willie in the electric bike fell off of it. It had to have surgery because he broke his back. He has rods and his best, but he's OK. Thanks. What? What? What's up for him in the weeks ahead. I mean, Recovery. Physical therapy is going to be unbelievable. It's going to be unbelievable. If you remember a few years ago, he actually took a really bad and fall identified affairs and had to have therapy for that he was supposed to start. Oh, no, never thought you would say that. That's why I made note of it. Yeah, but now he's in recovery. He thinks his nurses and doctors, but he was supposed to start when the Americans got talent again, and obviously we can't do that. So who's what's going to happen? America's got talent because American good little it's talent. America will never lose its talent show was on And stepping in for him. It's Kelly Clarkson. Of course, she has her talk show, but the two go way back and she's American Idol winner. She's fine, and she's stepping in. I'm sure she'll be much nature judge than he is. Well, that's not setting the bar. Very high asked me, Uh, what about now? This one is interesting to me. Anyway. This friends were union. The friends were union. The friends were union. Or not, what's going on? Is delayed again. And for people like me that love friends. It was going to teach feel Max. It was proposed to premiere this year in the spring, Never pushing it back a whole nother year because of the covert pandemic. They like him in front of a live studio audience of they can't do that. We gotta wait another year for friends. So, but this wasn't going to be A new friends episode. This was just like a conference, sir. Let's just sit around and Talk about the old days, right? And now I think of a new episode act really? So it's like, right? I know that I want 50 Virginians special meaning that they're gonna have a top, but they're also going to get into character. And quote unquote just go for as living. You know what I would watch that so we'll keep on. I offer that, you know. Okay? Remember. See, there's the memory going again. Somebody had a great line, but So that we could go to Vegas and watch it together a great lines, a comedian or someone said You know? The kids are going to believe it When I tell him it took me 10 years to watch every episode of friends. I can get for the binge. Yeah. Wasn't on for 10 graduate every week. Oh, yeah, At least Wow. That is a great run was a great run a good show. They're all looking paid from it. Oh, yeah. They were one of the first I believe they were one of the first casts to unite. There were in the first cast. Speak up there, right? Yeah. Um I'm sure you've heard Some of the horrible news that's come out of Chicago over the past couple of days. Looting reparations. Black flag matters. Protesters gathering outside the Chicago Police Department. What? What is somebody here? And what does the Daily mail have to say about it? That happening here on Social media and About businesses and their insurance. Well, we've been covering it obviously, from the very beginning. I want to make something clear, though I think one thing that he was getting misconstrued assistance, which pain borders. And protesters and that 1000%. We've been making very clear what's happening in Chicago is scary. It's just scary there people looting and should understand their anger but also scary because of the violence there, people protesting Peacefully and start really our messages to deliver a story with facts and don't confuse the issue. Well, yeah, and that's I think that's a challenge for everybody not only in dissemination of the information but also us on the other end who are receiving it. Be able to 50 whateveryou want term you wanna use and discern Reality from misinformation, and it's the transfer mission information. That I think is dominating social media. Uh, today. I don't think we hear about what a great thing I heard from Social media. Oh, I learned so much. Have you heard that lately? I have heard that lately. I agree with you. Division OTA is images obviously speak a lot of hearts. Violent images are going to go. Across the ocean media faster than the peaceful protests. And so you know, from this side of the New York we're looking at Chicago like was going on. There is scary. It sure is, and hopefully It won't be. Happening in our neighborhoods or downtown or mag mile anytime soon, or anytime for that matter, and it's a challenge to All of us involved in living in this area is to try to come up with a way to deal with all of this. Would be something that leaves to a subsequent Peaceful environment. So listen this trip to Vegas. Uh, how do you think that's gonna work? I mean, let's get down to the nuts and bolts of it. You know what I'm saying? I mean, it's one thing for Ron. I'm gonna take you to Vegas. All right? Whatever the if you want to go with an old man to say, Alicia, Is that your grandfather? No. That's the Yeah, and spirit. I know they trust me to Vegas. No. Last time with Vegas. I went for J. Lo concert in estate at Planet Hollywood, and we had a meat injury and it was fabulous..

Who should replace Ellen?

Who should replace Ellen?

"News is ongoing. Generous. Ongoing News that won't stop are one nemesis might be replaced by our other nemesis. On their talk show the Ellen show. Well, these are that this is them news, but I do feel like Ellen could be replaced with a WHO, if this all comes to fruition or like a WHO thinks so too person because I'm seeing a lot of people nominate various talk show e people although apparently the rumors are like James Corden is going to replace Ellen, but like he has a show so. That makes no sense to me on any. That's what blows my mind. Why he has eight hundred shows. He has just made another daily show like that doesn't make any sense to me at on. The also has carpool. Karaoke. And then he also has the cat sequel like he has plenty, oh. Yeah. Let's replace a supposedly nice person with another supposedly nice person like. Haven't. We learned anything from this thing. These people are Nice. They suck. I think always be wary of people who say their thing is being. I think the number, one person who should clearly replace Allen is Kiki Palmer. There's literally no. Better obvious. Getting a lot of a lot of traction and she showing up a lot of tweets because it's like she just had a talk show that got canceled for no reason on ABC. Well, it was like that one hour of Commerical Strahan. Michael? And Kiki Sarah? There was A. Third Sarah. Sarah. And Michael and Kiki It just give it to clean working it. Just everyone likes he. We Love Kiki. She's a great host. Who else do you think if if we're going if for skewing young? I think we to Kiki for skewing older, I think it should go to fucking the woman who should have gotten David Letterman, amy. Sedaris like give it to amy sedaris because people like her. She's silly. I don't know that, amy, the thing is I. Don't know that Amy Sarah's would want to do that I. Feel like. I don't need that. We're talking about this on the Patriot. If you WANNA. Go listen to that about how drew Barrymore also has daily, show a daytime show coming out, and I'm like who would want this job? Drew Barrymore wants this job since when like it's just to meal a a weird job that you wouldn't want that could turn you or probably. Turn you into a monster, right? Yes. but the to provide a context in case you've been under a rock people are like there. There have been the rumors for years and years and years, but specifically the past few months they've really you know the hit a critical mass and started being reported publicly like Ellen is an asshole to everyone. Ellen is an asshole. The people she works with Ellen makes people not talk to her ellen cruel. But now there are reports by like news and variety and insider that it wasn't just ellen being a to everyone and celebrities and not liking Ellen like being on Ellen show. It's that the executive producers were actually like being abusive like in sexually harassing the employees. So it's like a culture. Culture of toxicity. That is the sort of thing that I don't that Ellen is deciding up allegedly that she doesn't want to deal with anymore. So she's like this sucks like I just rather not do this anymore. Right. So but this rumor, this isn't this is in fact, this is rumor because people keep their keep going back and forth and saying some some sources say she's not leaving this show sums his sources as she's leaving the show. I. Can't imagine somebody as likely a annoyed with the whole situation who is known to be not a very nice person would want to continue to fake be nice and have to apologize and half to like kind of whatever because these rumors have been. Kind of like I for some reason I, keeping you Kevin Spacey Pre the abuse allegations like when everyone knew he was gay, but no one knew he was gay like it was weird thing where it was like if you knew, you knew if you didn't, you had no idea what be totally shocked it. Kind of feels like that type of Hollywood news where like everyone knew that Ellen was secretly mean except for Ellen fans who had no idea where living happily with ellen everyday of their life and like the show was wildly successful, right? very strange. A very strange thing. Do you think that this will happen because people are so bored in their craving, the Gospel, and then somebody just this is this is what I mean I, think it's I mean. It's a combination of a lot of things at one of is like the people finally speaking out about their employers. It's like finally like shutting down like the. The systemic issues and leg, not being corporate America and knowing that people will support them and believe them and believe them, and that like the media machine of Ellen isn't powerful enough to shut down. So many voices if enough come out and and we'll talk about it later in the episode, but it's like the it's similar to the. Vanessa. Morgan thing, it's it's shades of an ESA Morgan being like I'm going to speak up against the riverdale creators and the Riverdale producers because people are people are realizing that they can do that and they won't get like dumped on by the press or of their fans they will be seen as like heroes. But. It's also just like, I, Think Dakota Johnson had a tiny bit to do with it because Dakota Johnsons like Open crubaugh open open. Rudeness to Ellen SORTA. Gave People. I don't know permission to speak about rumors that she's an asshole more openly. They're like, it looks like that's what Dakota's referencing. So I didn't even know you liked me. Of course, I. Like you. You Knew I. Liked you. You've been on the show many times and don't I show like. But I did invite you and you didn't come. So this time you invited me, are you sure? How do you? I don't think. So ask everybody. Jonathan. Your producer. I was that, why didn't I go? I don't know that became a meme. You have people like Brad Garret and who else replied to him. Leah Tom's Tom's joins. She is mean she is. She. Yes. Now, I can't believe I just called the Thomson. So Deutsche US minor. That was obsessed the disease of this show right here. Yeah. Leah Thompson also respond to that and said Yep I mean, I just think that it's like no one was a true story note once you lose grip on the fear, you are the power you had over I mean, and it's funny because then you have scooter Braun coming out her being like Ellen is great. I. Love Allen is like so people still. Look at the people coming out and say L. Like scooters, hedging his bets at this, all go away and back to normal and Ellen will still be powerful and whatever, and then you have people speaking out i. just it's a fascinating reveal of a monolith almost kind of crumbling that you didn't think would ever. Be exposed like this. I didn't. It seems like Palmer is getting a lot of A lot of press over like a lot of tweets being could replace. Ellen is trending key Palmer got a lot. Tiffany haddish. Got A lot that woman who does the like trump impersonations? What's her name? Sarah? Cooper. She got a lot of people tweeting about her I mean, I think it's just bomber just someone who someone who actually. Got Some tweets booing reply Oh doodoo be from drag race also got A. Drag. Race. Got I. saw that. Yeah. But I think he palmer when you when you want someone who has like the resume as well like. You of don't WANNA, pick someone random like Sarah Cooper. As funny as she is on twitter, because like her her her skills as a as an interviewer, not proven whereas Kiki, Palmer is a link interviewer host. Yeah I mean I would say like the Ellen slots, big slot made we just move up the ladder. We get Kelly Clarkson in that slot. We get Drew Barrymore Kelly was and we get key. Palmer. Work. Curse, lot I know these are all people on different network. So it makes literally no sense but you. Better like we. We cannot confuse the audience. We must replace the Ellen show with someone named. Ellen. Ellen Ellen. Page's like don't look at me like another gay. Just like I will not I will. Zone POMPEO, she wouldn't do it. I. Don't I don't need Elon Pale. Ellen Page Ellen Popular, and Never Would Ellen Pompeo every interview Ellen Pao's ever done. It's been like I. Love Grey's Anatomy I. have nothing but free time like. She will never do that. You know who would do it. Who Ellen Barkin? Embark and all Ellen Barkin wants is a soapbox like did someone say soapbox?

I am an recently went to the beach down the street to the will rogers, and I just made me realize that Kim believe that that was high school I went to I'm like Oh my God how did I just take this betray granted I never even? I never went to the beach either so crazy and it was so close but I just always wanted to get out of Kelly because it was. It was like, yeah, which degree. You're older one. There's a lot of insulin lot village was so small then it wasn't really much to do so it was like. Always trying to. Rely on welcome to the show. So great to have you here. Thank you so much for sending over some of skincare routine some of the oil they add stretch mark oil that I received and the postpartum bath IDs phys called. Back fits bath there it is I can't wait to. Lying the bathtub after baby and just enjoy myself. But let's talk about your skincare line. What is what is Montana skincare? How'd you come up with the name? What products do offer tells about like this whole journey yeah, Abou- in how your mom inspired it. Yeah. So modern organics is basically a simple plan face care line devoted to mothers and just kind of help navigate distress that pregnancy in early maternity kind of brings with say if in fun ways to pamper yourself in your growing belly but just also that self care aspect of creating that moment for yourself, it really comes through in our products and I wanted to really create something that I felt was safe in fun for MOMS to enjoy. During pregnancy and after and when creating the brand in finding the name was actually a really unique coffee for me because I had to really look to motherhood my own mom and my daughter and my daughter's name is Netanyahu, which in Hebrew means God's gift and that really resonated with me really love them meaning so much because I gonNA lose women that at a young age I knew I wanted to be a mom it was just one of those. Things like I always wanted to be a mom you know I I saw myself being this working mother never a soccer mom but I just always Selena most likely Napoli herself with a Mile Yeah. Yeah. So when I became a mom at twenty six seeing age, my mom became a mother not planned at all. It was like just such a miracle for me and so the name really resonated with me and when I was looking to my daughter and my mom. Montana just came in mind because in Hebrew that means gift. So I really loved that it had that cultural background but that me that you know that I really wanted to share the knowledge support in a widely wanted to give mothers that nurturing safe fun way to pamper themselves. So just as the NAIPAUL's that kind of gift remains part of the mothers that we nourish. but yeah, that's that's kind of like a little bit of the background. How I came up with the name in stuff We're you know we're kind of early on you know I, have a stretch mark oil instance bath, and both of them kind of again always keeping in mind how I want to like. Create a skincare. That's really mother's. Centered I couldn't find anything when I was pregnant in terms of oils that was fast absorbing save accessible just easy to put on in a lot of my friends as well. Overall consensus was like, Oh, I am do not use oils I. Typically use creams and lotions because oils are just sticky there messy. They get all over my clothes so I really wanted to create something that was easy to put on, but that would hydrate your skin at all day in. You could just put it on, put your blouse on and get going

"World today meeting Kelly Owens, who's convention blurring techno, an exquisite vocal work one. How widespread praise for her self titled Debut Sophomore Record in Song is out later next month I spoke to Kenny to find out more. This is my second album the first album put out in two thousand, seventeen, an I write record arrange produce before I worked with a guy James Greenwood's is a CO production co writing, but it's my baby and my world, and so the second chapter. Yes, is almost upon us, so it's exciting times for me on the horizon I'd like to get into sort of the sounds you make an and the way you sound in a moment, but first I wanted to kind of talk about some of the themes that this album maybe sets out to explore that kind of both personal and very public, and that impart engages with climate change. From a songwriting perspective new so from an arrangement perspective. How'd you go about kind of finding the center line between those two between the kind of the micro and the micro? It's one of those things like Nina says. It's like the autism duty is to report the times, and so in two thousand twenty, and especially you really feel as though that super important to be able to comment at least. least on kind of more collective themes, which are personal, ultimately, the personal is the collective and vice versa, and we can no longer ignore things like ignorance is no longer bliss, and so of course things like climate change, and also just like commentary on like. Oh, say collective ideas became in one of them being on a truckload. Wake up where it's kind of a a commentary on swipe coach. And the line that says like never pausing to take it in what was avoiding you sense of dread, and obviously that was written pre lockdown and is interesting because I feel like our time and a period where we're supposed to reflect, it's never been enough to just be, and so it kind of I think undoing that mentality, which has been so damaging for so long, and we're also able to pause and reflect of course on all the oppressions and suppressions a oven happening too many people on this planet and so. So! Yeah, this time has been super valuable, but in terms of climate change, you know a lot of people talking about it an rightly so an autism, especially not going to shut up about it and we shouldn't. It's always ut to keep engaging in these conversations, and so, but my way of connecting with it was you know that familiar so many gorgeous sounds in nature and nature sometimes can speak for itself in violent ways, also in gentle ways and me wanted to create another a techno banger for me was. To have at least one on an album, just to kind of you know, have that big moment, but I didn't just want to create one for the sake of it either, and I thought about what I could say by a sound, and so found samples of melting, glacial ice on a found samples of people skating on thin ice, which is kind of like a metaphor, for where and tons of the human race, and so I wanted to comment on it in a less direct way, but ultimately of course I would then I knew after be having conversations like we are now.

"We couldn't get his permission. So. We name it like Papa. Papa. Jan jan. All right. So are Kelly. We've spoken about R Kelly. I find are Kelly to be first of all very interesting foil to what's going on with Michael Jackson. Because people have no problem accepting the reports, the allegations documentaries about our Kelly. Everybody takes that at face value. You know, we've all kind of come together and said, you know, what our Kelly's kind of eft up, dude, let's not support him anymore. Michael Jackson is different the people the the amount of defending and not just well, it's one thing to defend Michael Jackson. But there's there's an active campaign. It's this really vicious very vicious people who do not like differing opinions. It's just it's a reminder to like how huge Michael Jackson people love like. Yeah. Really nothing else even comparable, right? And all the maybe the thing is it's like all the Beatles. Squeezed into one person. Right. That's true. Right. One super Sol him, he's a one man show. Right. And he's got this story of being a victim. People don't want to think that this person could do horrible stuff. I didn't want to for a long time. I was like listen away. Yeah. Certainly me too. I was always on the fence with Michael Jackson. But before we get into that. Let's first talk about our Kelly because he was in the news. He did his first interview since you know, being accused and people started cancelling his shows and. Taking them off the radio. There was a documentary about it. The was the catalyst for all this again, an interesting foil to Michael Jackson who was a great documentary. What was it called leaving? Or or know something about surviving aren't there, yet surviving or Kelly? It was fantastic documentary. Basically alleging that he has a harm really of girls living with him. Who again, they're not being chained up. But they're being manipulated. They're being I mean brainwashed for lack of a better word. So it's not like they can't go walk out. But there's it's abuse. It's so certainly abuse. There's no question about it. But at any rate, I mean, it's hard to explain the, but go ahead and watch this clip where he's defending himself for me. My crazy passing what I've been through. Oh, right now, I just think I need to be lost and hold girls against a wheel chain them up in my basement. And and don't let them eat and don't let them out unless they need some shoes down the street from the ankle, Eddie Murphy. He's acting. It sounds. It's like Eddie Murphy bit is that is that some detail in the story that I'm unaware of such a weird aside. And I don't recall them ever saying he chained anyone up either. You know, what I mean like that's part of kind of. Yeah. It's like, wait. What is what he does is? He makes every anecdote more extremes. It'd be like, oh, I never did that making a mockery of it by like, yeah. Make it so crazed so hyperbolic that it's obviously. Yeah. But people nobody believes are Kelly. So it's kind of. Didn't do this stuff. This is not a fighting for my life. No. John oppression. Me. I have not about mill. Relationship who Marquette's can't do it. The sound guys like toad. I have the flu. I've got the mic on his chest keeps slamming the song is like, oh, God I've seen people even give this news channel shit for giving him any airtime. Wow. And I know fair let the guys week. Let's hear him out. I mean, if anything he's so volatile. Yeah. This set it just goes to show that, you know, behind closed doors as what I I mean, the guy's got a temper clearly dogs. Doc, just don't. Believe it at this point, we briefly pause..

"And so I talked to my sister and her boyfriend, and so we started to watch we watched all six hours back to back to back. Eat was one of the hardest. Six hours for me for from from the perspective of having to watch something on TV. I we had to stop. I had to walk around my house. I almost kick kick my door like I had to I had to smoke a cigarette. Like, it was it was it was so traumatic and all we were witnesses. And all we were witnesses to an account. Do see what I'm saying? And. Not only was it. Agreed his the actual heinousness of his acts. But what it really did? Is it made me realize how culpable we are? And how we have somehow. It's almost that. If if in any way anyone can make an argument that this is somehow oppression related to oppression. Then we should be that upset that literally we have been so brainwashed that we can't see what we're doing in our own community that here. This man was caught on tape raping a fourteen year old urinating on a fourteen year old and that we as a community not only solve the tape. But we saw the tape because it was bootleg that we had no sense of humanity that if in fact there with Amy chance that that was a child that we were peddling and child pornography that child was our child and that literally there has been evidence for decades. And the reason I am so mad is because I was one of those people I was not a defender, but I did not. We I did not allow my brain to see how heinous is that? He is a predator that has because of his celebrity. We have no idea how many girls he's on this too. We and I sit in our group chat as well. We all trash everybody. We are all a part of this problem. And I'm speaking for myself. I was an R Kelly fan when I was in seventh or eighth grade. Remember, the magazines like ride on I had a picture are Kelly. The ball hit our Kelly to twelve player Kelly in my locker me and my locker mate, we had a pitcher arket. We were will we have pitched a picture of our Kelly in our locker last around the same time. He married a leader was like, oh, she fifteen Awale. Oh, we'll shoulder. Shrug getting a little older sought a sex watched it with my life sisters. We will win. This watched. It we like, oh, man. That's crazy. That's why that's terrible. Guess what? Still step. In the name of love still trash. I am willing to emit. The I am a part of the problem is will honest are saying archea Bata here to maybe four or five years ago. And when I was really sat down and put to into together when I really was like, okay. Wait alita was fifteen. This was a grown, man. Then when I was like I thought at tape. He wasn't having this wasn't two adults having sex that girl looked like a child. She looked like a little girl to the poor. I had argument with somebody other day 'cause they tried to say she looked grounding in video. No, she didn't. And if you think she looked wrong, then I'm questioning because she looked like she was thirteen fourteen. Anyway, I said today we are all part of the problem. The thing that we need to maybe Accu actively try to do is just recalculate. Yes, we supported him before. Yes. We turn a blind eye to it. Yes. There's still a lot of people who stood on give shit. Okay. Cool you out of here we you out to paint too. But for us that have becoming who have become a wakened by it. We know he trash now. And then we need to act accordingly because we can't change the past. We change our position. But. We are. We all garbage in the name of love out here. As far we stop listening to the music while ago, like we don't support in that regard. We are vocal about our lack of support for him. But then whether or next steps because Harvey Weinstein is going to trial and make Evans bass he's on trial right now. So like, what are the next steps?.

"None of time. I mean, I mean people survive to hold downs. But but I mean, I think even the people who survived him don't drown think while they're happening that they're going to drive. So can you guys control your heart rate the way Kelly asserted? I think if you're underwater for long enough, you don't really have a choice, you might panic, but the choices calmed down and wait or freak out. What does that even mean? First of all, it's not my heart. Wait, I'm worried about is about as my loss of Spink control, quite frankly. Messing up my wet suit. I'm just curious to say, well, you're now in a sort of Mixmaster crashing wave. But keep your heart rate rate down. How's that even possible? Don't you think you can? Slow your heart down when you're scared in big ways. I mean there times you can't you're panicking. And then it gets more serious. I find an I just get really really methodical. I think it's when you accept that you're in an area where you have to do that. It's when you're you can actually come yourself talking about. Okay. What you're saying? Is you make peace with death? Right. On the spot. And then if you come out that fun as Kelly said, you go for the next ride, and you know, that it's going to eventually end, but you just hang out from it. So I'm just curious when you have wiped out is it just total turbulence down there. It's incredibly turbulent. So there's a couple of things that are happening when you wipe out. I you saw when somebody falls on a wave that big again this is way outside of my zone surfing. But when somebody falls on wave that big they skip off the surface. I so that knocks the window to your lungs. That's really fast. And then you get driven down deep in the ocean in super turbulent area. Whitewater that whole white mess where the wave breaks is much less dense than regular ocean water. You can't propel yourself through it. Exactly. So you can't really swim. Very well. And so that's why you really have to relax because until the the array in the water dissipations, you can't really swim service anyway. So you you'll grab your leash.

"He has gotten on board recently, and this is this is. Somebody, whereas with Ryan Kelly, I know Ryan, I think this point, you know Ryan, but it's a reminder that when the time comes to buy a home or to refinance Ryan, Kelly is the guy. It's just that it's the default position. You're gonna have to buy a home. You're gonna refinance just know Ryan Kelly's the guy, it's all. It's that simple with Mark. I think I'm presenting something that you might go. I don't need that because you're gonna need a mortgage. You're gonna want to refi. What I'm telling you about Marquette in evergreen. Wealth strategies is this is something you may think you don't need or won't need, and I'm telling you it would be a mistake to to not, and you can check them out at evergreen, wealth strategies, evergreen, wealth strategies, evergreen s. t. l. dot com. His name is Mark Hanna. He presents our guests every week here on the Tim mckernan show, and I met Mark a few months ago and he was very interested in sponsoring the podcast, but I just don't want to ever be in a position and inevitably, I guess it's going to happen here and there. When you when you've done it for? I guess almost two decades at this point don't ever have it happened intentionally and you try to prevent it from happening, and that is you've out for somebody who is out you don't wanna be vouching four. And so I like to meet with people before I start talking about them on his show or social media that I'm associated with. And so in the case of Mark, he was talking about sponsor the podcast and I'm like, that's great. And then I get to know within ten minutes, I'm like, man, whether this guy were interested in sponsoring podcast or not. This is somebody who I would easily recommend to people. I know. And that's because I think a lot of people just don't tend to their money like they should in their twenties and thirties, my case, forties. And you look back on it. Wow. What was I going well with Mark Hanna, you can take care of that because he's going to take care of it. And the thing that I, I really like about what he does as he helps people get organized and get a clue. Clear picture of what they have. I think it's kind of an addition by subtraction type of thing. And by that I mean you're subtracting the anxiety. You may have that, you know, you need to get your finances properly, taken care of setting yourself up in the short term and long term, but you don't know what step to take the properly do it. And so it just kinda lingers in your mind will imagine not having that worry on your mind while here's how you can do that. You call Mark at three one, four, eight eight nine zero five zero three, three one, four, eight, nine zero five zero three.
