Julie Kelly: Chris Christie Doesn't Have Anything New to Contribute
"I think, of course, you are correct. I can't imagine what Chris Christie is thinking, except that he wants to sell some books. I don't even know why he continues to represent the Republican Party or conservatives like he does on ABC News. He's so out of touch with the base. I really doesn't have anything new to contribute. And so, you know, as far as his comments on January 6th, he's going along with the group, think I'm sure he is not done any investigative research or recording. So I urge Chris Christie if he wants really some factual information about what happened on January 6th, he can look up my reporting at am greatness dot com and maybe he'll learn a thing or

"To the, you know, the controversy in Nashville where you would. Yeah. And he ends up going out. And that has to count here somewhere in the case for against Weston McKinney, the truth of it is though he did redeem himself for that. I feel like on the field, he very much redeemed himself. So if you're going to count it against him, you also then have to count the redemption for him. Christian ballistic, I think, is going to get a lot of attention. You're obviously for the big moments as well, not just because he's a big name, but had some huge moments. Iconic year. Yes, right? With the national team with club team as well winning the Champions League with Chelsea, I was kind of surprised not to see, you know, you see Brendan aronson on there. That's a really young player. Not to see Ricardo peppy. If you were going to go with 6 players included in this list, maybe over a Kelly Acosta, though kalinka had his moments as well for sure. But that one, that one's surprised me a little bit, not the impact. I can see where you're going with Ricardo Pepe. The truth is, Riccardo exploded onto the scene and then at least statistically and that's very important for a forward has kind of leveled off. I see the value he brings in as a 9. I appreciate his game, but statistically, as a forward, it's very important to have those numbers. After those games, the first initial, I guess, outburst of games, it kind of leveled off. So he's not in the conversation for player of the year, but Pepe is her in the conversation for young player of.

The Washington Post Mocked Julie Kelly's Reporting of Terrible Inmate Conditions
"You also broke the story about the conditions in the D.C. corrections facility I had you on We talked about it We were mocked by The Washington Post's Philip bump who has never been to the facility to check out what took place whenever federal judge Royce Lambert who sent the U.S. Marshals in there at a surprise inspection and basically the judge said the conditions are disgusting They're unacceptable That detainees may have civil rights issues And I notice The Washington Post didn't pick up on that either Julie did you notice that Yes another thing that seems to be missing in this huge puzzle as they marked us and certainly is covered with more heated incendiary rhetoric every January 6th case in defendant they don't seem to be interested not only in the conditions that they found for the January 6th the political prisoner but also just the general conditions of that D.C. jail that so bad they're actually moving out 400 inmates and I'm also hearing word marks that they are going to be moving out a lot of the January 6th defendants as well It's just an abusive disgusting drug ridden hellhole for everyone who's there but it's important to note that the January 6th defendants have not been convicted of any crime yet They are simply there under pretrial detention orders dictated by D.C. district court judges who are as bad as federal
Julie Kelly on the Whereabouts of Alleged 'Proud Boys'

The Truth About January 6th With Julie Kelly
"More on the January 6th events with Julie Kelly. Let's pull out a little bit from what we've been discussing the concrete cases, individuals who need cancer treatment who aren't being given the requisite medical attention people who are now delayed in their trial until May of next year. I mean, that is police state tactics. You say there's one place that's helping them some of the relatives have got a fan together at patriot freedom project dot com. That's patriot freedom project dot com. When it comes to January 6th, let's zoom out a little bit. The GOP give us your take on the GOP's response to all of this. Well, I mean, with a few exceptions, no one has said anything. You know, I watched that hearing with Merrick Garland, not one Republican senator, confronted Merrick Garland about what his DOJ has been doing to over 650 Americans. I appreciate what Tom cotton said to Merrick Garland. I appreciate that every Republican senator asked him about the letter that he allegedly wrote, which I'm not even sure that Merrick Garland is in charge of the Justice Department. He believe it's least the Monaco who is the deputy. It's really wrong in the show. We know that. But look, Lisa Monaco almost got a unanimous vote from Republicans in the U.S. Senate, including Tom cotton, they put a known Barack Obama loyalist, someone who was a collusion perpetrator who said nothing but horrible things about Donald Trump for four years in between allow his presidency and now Joe Biden's they confirmed her. Put her in charge of the Justice Department. What do they expect Lisa Monaco is going to do? Of course she's going to use every weapon at her disposal to go after
Julie Kelly, Senior Contributor for American Greatness, Describes Biden's Political Prison
"Welcome back to one on one with American greatnesses, Julie Kelly. Julie, let's break down some of the cases. We have this incredible long thread here on Twitter from the attorney for Nathan de grave. I heard some awful stories when you did an interview with my colleague dinesh de Souza on his podcast. When he talked to us about to give some examples, but put some names to these political prisoners. And isn't there one? Where this person is in prison and they've extended the trial date. He hasn't even been arraigned to what is it somewhere in March of next year, Julie give us some stories. So Seb what a lot of Americans don't know, but need to know is that the Biden regime has opened up in his operating a political prison in the nation's capital. That is not an overstatement. It's not hyperbole, it's fact. So what they are doing, they have a certain space throughout relegated in the D.C. prison system. And this is only used to house and incarcerate capital defendants. So this jail was opened up the first week of February. Over time, it has probably up to a hundred, maybe 80 90, a hundred detainees over time. Right now, I believe there are about 60 in that specific jail. There are more that are being held in what's called pretrial detention orders and various prisons across the country. They are political prisoners. And so what's happened is they've been in this jail for the first few months. They were held in solitary confinement conditions, the justification, the excuse was COVID. They were stuck in these cells for 23 hours a day. I've heard just numerous civil rights and constitutional rights
Investigative Reporter Julie Kelly on the Criminalization of Conservatism
"Julie Kelly. Welcome to America first one on one. Hi Seth. Thank you for having me on. I appreciate it. We're going to go through all the incredible things that you have documented in your investigative journalism and American greatness. The specific cases Americans should know about. But let's start with the 50,000 foot picture. I didn't come up with this phrase. I use it every day on the radio show. Do you believe is it hyperbole to say that what we are witnessing in the United States is an attempt to criminalize conservatism? No, it absolutely is accurate. And I think that that's something that really started in the Trump era, what we're seeing is just really have a progression of crossfire hurricane, which started in July of 2016. What explain explain cross fire hurricane for those who don't live in the swamp, don't follow the minutiae of the weaponization of law enforcement and intelligence. What is operation crossfire hurricane and who did it target? It's a great point. Thanks for saying that, because, you know, we throw away throw these terms around like everyone is supposed to know. So crossfire hurricane is the counterintelligence probe that Jim Comey's FBI opened up against four Trump campaign associates, Mike Flynn, George papadopoulos, Carter page and Paul Manafort. And that was really just the conduit to spy infiltrate sabotage the Trump campaign. And that resulted in a Pfizer warrant against Carter page where the FBI and DOJ went to the secret court that is supposed to root out foreign terrorists called Carter page a foreign agent of Russia got a fisa warrant to spy on him that was in October 2016. And that just really accelerated this criminalization of Donald Trump, his associates, then his cabinet, his administration, and now we have almost 5 years later, four and a half years later. Now criminalizing his supporters and his
Charlie Kirk Hosts Meet-and-Greet on Own Dime After Clemson Denies Permits
"You know, our family, our Salem family includes great great talent like Charlie Kirk, Charlie had a big event here in the South Carolina area last night, quick backstory. Charlie was invite, I guess his turning point USA group had an event at Clemson university, the way that works, a group of Clemson typically colleges a university's public schools public universities have to go through a process and they invite organizations like turning point to campus and the left doesn't want to let kids hear Charlie Kirk's point of view. Conservatives aren't allowed to be in the public arena, according to the left. You know, the tolerant left. So Charlie had a great event last night, and the radio station put together a little meet and greet before the event. And Charlie was all excited about meeting 50 or 60 of advertisers for the station for 94 5 the answer Joey Hutch in the morning guy gonna be there going to be a big event. The last minute can't have an event because the right permits weren't filed wink wink. We don't have security wink wink. So Charlie Kirk took responsibility for booking a ballroom at the hotel right down the street, I guess, from little John. On Charlie's own dime, Charlie made it happen, and there was a great meet and greet Joey told me it was a terrific event last night. Had a terrific engagement with people, so kudos to Charlie and his team for going the extra mile. I know pat Kelly, the general manager here at the radio station Joey and the whole team was just they were all just thrilled with the way it went. And I hope you were too if you had a chance to see Charlie and hear him

Arizona AG Mark Brnovich Responds to Potential of Biden Paying Illegal Aliens
"So yesterday a story broke that this administration is negotiating with the ACLU to provide over $400,000 to every parent and or child that had been separated for a period of time during the Trump administration up to a $1 million of family And mister attorney general they're separated because we don't know if those are their parents We don't know if these are sex traffickers People coming across the border voluntarily We're not dragging them across the border This is an inside job isn't it Where the Biden administration's cutting a deal with the ACLU to transfer hundreds of millions of dollars It is once again I am losing words to describe this This has gone from a crisis to a catastrophe Literally think about this He is going to give a legal immigrants more money than the 9 11 victims got in our country More than even some people's families that have been killed in combat defending the flag and fighting for freedom It is unspeakable and once again this is the incentivization and monetization of people crossing our border illegally And I think most of your listeners know that there have been there are people that literally the cartels rent kids or kids that come across the border multiple times and it shame on people that put themselves or their children in that situation and then expect the federal government to subsidize not only their illegal behavior but this recklessness And so all it's going to do is encourage more people to break the law and encourage more families to put in the situation and it's just really unethical for the Biden administration to basically be providing people that have entered our country illegally more money than 9 11 victims or service personnel families have been gotten I don't know how Biden or cartel Kelly Chuck Schumer how these people sleep with themselves
Mike Reflects on His Past Comments About Kelly Clarkson's Appearance
"A number of years ago, I got embroiled in a big thing where I made a flippant remark about a woman's weight. And that went viral and it was horrifying. And the reason I was horrified by it was only because my stupid comment and listen, I'm the last person in the universe to make any remark about anybody's weight, much less a beautiful young woman like Kelly Clarkson. And knowing that there was such media coverage over a conversation that I had with Chris Wallace about that. And it was a real one of those stupid two middle aged white guys making a stupid remark about somebody who put on weight. And this guy wrote about it, and it went viral. It was all over the place. People magazine TMZ everywhere, and I was horrified because I knew that that got back to her. Because of all the publicity, I just it killed me to think that my words would hurt a magnificently talented and successful and beautiful woman like her. And it really did impact me enormously. I mean, it was awful. I went into a box there for weeks and weeks. It was and of course I apologize profusely and I hope that my apology reached her. I have no idea how I would reach her if I ever, but I just it was one of the worst chapters of my career. Only because I knew that my words were heard by her and I wasn't going to get into, yeah, but it was only a quick aside and it was this stupid writer who's an attention seeker and I don't care about any of that. My words hurt somebody.
How 'Wokeism' Is a Threat to American Life With Megyn Kelly
"Issues. Let's talk about the CRT battle. You've decided to speak out about this, saying, I don't want to put words in your mouth. But you've given some opinions about this, especially given your own family in New York City and kind of all the drama surrounding that comment a little bit about where you think our country's at with this and do you consider kind of woke ism to be a threat to the American way of life? Yes, I do. I mean, I think it needs to be fought and we need all hands on deck, because while their army is a lot smaller than our army, it's powerful. And it may be small in number, but they have control of some key institutions, including the media, including academia, now sports, and so on. And so if we don't fight, they're only going to grow further and more powerful. So now's the time and I get that it's scary, but I'm kind of done listening to how scary it is because this is an existential moment for our country of our way of life. And I just interviewed John mcwhorter. You know, he brilliant Columbia University professor. He and Glenn Lowry, they speak sense when it comes to race and all this stuff that we've been listening to. And recorder just said to me and I quote, it's in his new book, make no mistake. They are coming for your children. That's exactly
Megyn Kelly Is Bulletproof Against the Mainstream Press
"Can you talk about how what you've learned in the last couple of years of kind of getting into this space of some of the political orthodoxies out there of things you're not allowed to talk about? For example, critical race theory or the trans issue, I'm sure you get some backlash for even talking about these things. Well, listen, I would say the one advantage to having been called all the worst names. You know, I've been called them all. I mean, and, you know, you sort of worry about that, right? When you touch these dicey issues, whether it's the trans stuff or the race stuff. And then to wake up one morning and see those names hurled at you on the front cover of every newspaper in the country. It's terrible to go through, but it's also quite liberating because the bad thing happened and you're fine. You know, it's painful in the moment. But then you look around, you're like, what's my world, my world's my husband, my kids, my Friends, my family. I'm fine. And now that the bad thing has happened, I feel totally free to talk about everything in exactly the way I want to because they've already fired that bullet at me and I'm still standing. So it's like the it reminds me of the scene in Jerry Maguire where Kelly Preston's character looks at Tom Cruise. And she's like, you can't hurt me, Jerry. I'm too strong for you. That's how I feel about the mainstream press. That's me with the mainstream

But i have been getting a lot of requests to answer more emails from you guys and then when i do my instagram question and answer session. There's always people either asking the same questions or wanting more info. So i figured i would just pick a couple of those and go into some more in depth answers on the podcast here. I actually haven't seen these questions. I had my assistant kind of go through them and pick out the ones that we got most repeatedly Or that. I've gotten a lot in the past or that. She just thought were interesting. That you guys would go through someone. Answer my top. I don't know ten to fifteen questions. We'll see how long the answers take and see where we go. Okay so to start this. This first question. Says i want to see how you walk. If you guys don't know what this is referencing. I get this question a lot or this comment. Allot i get it on my instagram pictures. But i did a podcast with my boyfriend. Who really does not enjoy. The public is so he isn't very involved on my instagram. Or the podcast. Mention him But we don't really have like a public relationship which is a little bit odd for a person who shares their life so publicly. But i do respect him for that and i try to respect his privacy as well as his daughter's privacy and so they're mentioned briefly but i don't go into too many details however he did do one podcast with me. He came on the velvets edge podcast. And it's called the international man of mystery as a joke. Obviously because nobody knows who he is but he talked a lot about when we first met and someone asked the question. What was the first thing you notice about. Kelly and he talked about it a couple of times in the podcast but he referenced. My walk now. I have no clue what this means really. I'm just walking. I'm just living my life. I don't even know how do are like what's so special about it or anything. That caught his attention about it. But apparently. I have some sort of strut that i do. So maybe i'll make a video. Maybe this is good tick-tock material. I don't know you guys know. I don't really understand talkie there but he did mentioned. Not if you haven't listened to that podcast. It was a big hit because people love hearing from him and he has a really sexy voice. If i'm being really honest it's like a little bit raspy. I don't know he's just real cute says search that podcast. It's called the international man of mystery and it is. I mean okay. This next question says how do i. Oh i'm sorry. I'm dating a single dad. His sixteen year old daughter is not having it any advice. Well this kind of goes hand in hand with talking about my boyfriend. He has two daughters They are nine and seven so they're a little bit on the younger side. And i'm sure when you get involved with a person who has a teenager. It might bring a few different issues than i've had to face. But i do understand his transition and in my experience i was the first one to date my guy after a divorce. And so you know. There's a lot to navigate there and it was difficult for all parties on some level. I think but we did. We were able to kind of navigate through that in a team. Like manner which i think is super super important if you can do it And it's just the right thing to do for the kids because they have a lot of emotions going on. They don't want their parents to be dating other people. They want their parents to be together. And i had to accept that and not take it personally but you know that was some of the battle that we went through at the beginning was just sort of. Why do you have to have a girlfriend. Which i get and i know that with my thinking about my parents doing that just really hard to think about. So i do think it's really important to respect the kid's feelings and try as hard as you can not to take things personal because it isn't personal. It isn't about you. it isn't about what you do or don't bring to the table. It's just them navigating through their emotions and their kids so on this case teenagers. So let's not even get started on the hormonal aspects of all those things happening but Do i was told very early on. And then i read this in a lot of blogs about this this kind of stuff Transitioning into dating someone with kids but that consistency is the most important thing that you could do so for me. It was small things that i like. I'm gonna wake up every morning when the girls wake up. And i'm gonna help them do their hair because that's a skill set that i have and it was a good way for us to bond and then it became this small thing that i do not you know. It's not like life. Changing their dad could help them put in a ponytail if he needed to And their moms created here to get it on the other side but the best part for me was that that became something that they could count on every day and so it was just our routine and once we started developing small things like that like little routines or they knew i was going to be the one to do it are they knew to come to me for certain things it really did. Start to create this bond between us. That is now very very strong and a really have noticed. I've started traveling again with work. And when i'm having to miss them a lot because of the scheduling or i don't get my qualities. How am i can't show up in the ways that i do. It takes a minute for us to kind.

"Has a party plus one grade yeah fine but can you start with the smoothie because sometimes it's just overwhelming for people to start something new and it's way better if something becomes a habit let an action to become a habit because i wanted to have it. You don't think about it. Yeah it's not. It's not taking mental effort and energy. I like to think about like steve. Jobs word turtlenecks. You know that was his uniform if you can make something like a food choice a habit. Yeah it's really good but food is emotional. And you need to have flexibility with food if you get taken out on a date night. You don't wanna feel food anxiety and stress drama. Just have a small salad. I there's there's a lot of people. And i'm a human and eve especially after having the baby i wanted to really be aware of everything i a and then i found myself like depriving myself like hanging out with girlfriends. That girls night and saying like. I can't have that because if i eat it just going to throw me off. I just need to be really disciplined by. It's not about like feeling bad or having anxiety when you eat and i think a lot of people nowadays they see certain image on social media and how people look maybe their favorite celebrities who are in like the most amazing shape and then they put themselves down there like. I have to punish myself and i can't eat this. You know. say two girls like that. Yeah no I'm yeah i'm actually. And i see this all the time. What i will say is say. For example of bloggers. We're getting together for an event. That was a brunch put on by a brand and you're walking into a bunch of carbohydrates and sugar and sugar smoothies and toast or whatever but needed to go to that event and you went and then you maybe had some things that you didn't feel great about when you left the inclination for you to deprive. Is there what i would say is instead of depriving and thinking you'll restart tomorrow. How can you restart right now and not restart by depriving but say you know one of the. The smoothie is also a tip that can be used for lunch or in the middle of the afternoon when you're craving brownie or cookie Because the thing is is it's a physical restart just like a workout is a physical restart. Drinking smoothies physical restart. Your restart can happen at your next meal and so many times. I see people start tomorrow morning on monday. The first of the month the first of the year. And they're putting this off and what's happening between when they decide to put it off and the actual start time of the restart way. More damage is happening. And it's all spiraling out of guilt so instead of allowing yourself to feel guilty. Say what. What have i decided as physical restart for me. Maybe it's twenty minutes meditation meditation app. Maybe it's taking tiny for a walk around your neighborhood and doing some lunches behind her stroller and going like i made an opposite small opposite swing from feeling guilty about that little brunch. And then that way you're not really allowing that pendulum ball to go to a binge space. What what. I love about everything that you just said. Is that it completely ties into your brand and what you're all about and it's not just you know i love that. You're you're you're instagram name. Be well by. Kelly and your book is called body love. Because it's it's not this. It's not beef it by kelly. It's not get ripped kelly. I like big belly when i love you. Just you're promoting Wellness and like you said just even taking time to to meditate for twenty minutes or It's promoting a healthy lifestyle. That's not just what you're eating. It's also coming from within. You know. that's what i think about. When i think of the word wellness i think a whole being. You know embody love. i mean. that's that's the thing that that a lot of people struggle struggle with whether You know your guy or a girl. There's there's comparison out there all time. We're thinking about what we're always doing wrong instead of what we're doing right but what i love is that you have made this program. That's so balanced and that you yourself are living that out and you're living proof that that it works and i think it's just it's really encouraging for anyone who feels like they're very far away from their goals you know. Maybe you have packed on a lot of weight and you don't know what to do or where to go. I love that your brand and what you're about in your book are about encouraging people in steps like you said if you can make a small step back if you can just gain a little bit of ground by doing something every day something small. I feel like that's what everybody's looking for. Whether we're you know seven to weeks from our goals or were two years a lot of people just get discouraged. And they're like what do i do now and i. I love that it's about treating yourself right. It's about walking this thing out in a practical way and i think that you're just gonna continue to thrive. It's so so awesome. And i love. If you guys haven't read kelly's book it's called body love you gotta get to check it out is changing people's lives kelly's changed our lives. Might my mom like she's obsessed with you. She is literally my mom. Thank me for saying her age. I think she's fifty four. She looks thirty five. She works out all the time and she eats very healthy pretty balanced and she was struggling and she goes. Oh my god she call she steve. I lost five pounds. I said wow what will would you do differently. Because she's so strict she goes. I started doing the bureau by kelly and it just it just motivators age in any woman guy of any age can do this program and it's just. It's incredible because it works. Kelly something we always ask our guests is. What's good in your life right now. Whether that's any exciting things you have coming up. Obviously a baby on the way In exciting projects or anything like that that you can sort of tease or share. Sure so it's been a pretty big year. I am pregnant. I'm due october for it. So little libra baby two days after my birthday. I know i'm actually fingers crossed for ten to so so that's really exciting. We don't know what we're having. So that's even more exciting you for waiting. Yeah and second I'll take maternity leave and hang with the little peanut and then january on my second book comes out. It's called body love every day and so what it does is breaks down the fab four different lifestyles on the go. So say on an airplane all the time. And you're like how do i take a protein bars an airport. Or how should they pack my bag. Or what do i need How should i attack my bachelor weekend..

"And you want your blood sugar to be balanced and old science would tell us that to balance your blood sugar. You need to eat five to six small meals a day because your blood sugar will go up and down every three hours so instead of letting you crash. Let's just give you a snack. You up and take you down. Give you a snacker another meals and you take you down. My whole philosophy is. Let's eat me a meal. That is a little slower to digest but fuels you at a nice rate so fiber and greens are a type of carbohydrate. Non starchy vegetables broccoli. Asparagus you know your favorites cauliflower cucumber carrots. Whatever it is. Those are a form of carbohydrates that are wrapped in fiber right. Congestion is slow. So we're actually elongating. Your blood sugar curb so you feel full and calm between lunch and dinner without crashing. And when you don't crash you don't crave you don't grab for those bad foods. You don't need a cookie or brownie or piece of bread to bring yourself back up and so all of a sudden you notice that your naturally making those healthier choices without forcing yourself to eat that way. And i think what when someone's on a diet and maybe they look in there like i'm having poached chicken and steamed broccoli like great good for you but i'm going to be hungry into our Is going to feel like a diet. And if all the sudden you're letting me make that a chicken burger lettuce wrapped with guacamole and some garlicky roasted broccoli on the side. that's a completely different experience. it's emotional it's it calms you physically and the best part about it is. It's what your cells need. So we're constantly breaking down and rebuilding ourselves ourselves or made a protein and fat on the fiber and greens feature gut microbiome. So when you're talking about feeling bloated or when you're talking about having a little bit of maybe belly fat or or dealing with those like not so great areas your gut microbiome and all that healthy bacteria in your gut. It's an ecosystem that keeps you well. It keeps your immunity high produces Neurotransmitters like dopamine serotonin and things that make you happy and calm so you always constantly feeding it so at every meal. I'm looking to turn off your hunger. Hormones make that meal last intel your next without crashing out And i want it to be what your body actually needs And then when it comes to like carbohydrates like potatoes rights keen wall. Let's say cake. Cookies pizza pangea pasta. I think those like the party plus one. It's not necessary at every meal. But i also want you to be aware that we're not putting four of those things on our plate right. Were saying like okay cool. I'm gonna fill my plate with the fab. Four and then if i need a party plus one because a party glass zeh or someone brings out the brownies or there's a little. It isn't that you can't have that stuff. It's let's turn off your hunger. Hormones i yeah. Let's allow for your body to be fueled first and then let's keep whatever that party. Plus one is in a serving size. You get one party. Plus you're not inviting your.

"Leveque kelly so awesome. Have you thanks for being here. Guys is such a pleasure to be here. I mean we've been friends since the beginning of beulah by kelly. So i know it's been a while since we've seen you. I feel like the last time i saw you as that. Your oh my god. it's crazy. It was her book release party. It was like a launch party. And i was probably seven months pregnant. The tummy teeny was in the tummy. And i remember. I looked at you and i was like winter. You're going to be pregnant. And she was literally like well. We're trying so we'll see what happens and look you're pregnant now and you're glowing. I mean she's going naturally but her glow is on another level. I want to ask you just want to start off by asking you. How has it been being in your field doing what you do being pregnant you know with all like like okay when sascha pregnant the first six weeks under a bus ie am because she was on the most strict like diet you know she was fab four. She was working out hardcore when she found that she was bragging. She goes she goes. I can't work out anymore steve. Get me a coke. Get me some pickles. And go to in and out. And i'm just like oh god switch here. How crazy is that though it is it is weird like the cravings that pop up or you know the changes in the way that you feel if you feel tired or nauseous. I definitely found myself walking into rooms being like why am i here and so it becomes a little bit difficult to prioritize the things like wellness in your life but i feel like i've lived it for so long that even a slight departure wasn't i wasn't off the reservation. You know i wasn't driving through mcdonald's times when you know i don't eat a bunch of dairy. I think that there's flexibility around area like goats sheeps cheeses and stuff. But i grew up cottage cheese and every single time. Chris went to the grocery store i was like. Can you gotta gee guilty yashar you going like spoon into cottage bowl. Yeah like salt-and-pepper from the fridge all just love hearing that from you kelly. Because you really. Are this obviously incredible. Celebrity health coach to so many stars and so many people like us. But it's so humbling to hear that you're a normal person and you have moments where you cave and that kind of brings us to the conversation of how you got started in this health and wellness world. You said it's a huge part of just who you are and your lifestyle so kinda. Give us the back story on how. This all started before buell by kelly. Sure i would say my favorite class in high school was health with coach rap. He's a volleyball coach but he taught health at my high school. And i loved it. I felt really inspired. I wanted to learn the content. It was the first time. I really felt that way. And i'd always been A math and science brain over english and grammar and all that so it felt comfortable for me and then when i went to usc for undergrad. My dad was a business major there and so i just sort of followed in his footsteps oldest of three girls he was a trojan. We had twenty seven relatives. That were trojans like i didn't think about going to a different college or doing a different major and then my senior year took all of my biochem nature of human health and disease called my dad and tears sick. I should have been premed. His horrible. I wanna stay another year. I want to change my major. And he's like well. That's fine if you wanna pay your college tuition. You're more than welcome to stay. So i actually ended up doubling up on classes. We made an agreement. I doubled up on classes. I gotta concentrate concentration in human nature of human health and disease and so then. I spent an eight year career in cancer and genetics out of college. So i know that about you. Yeah that's crazy. Yeah no. I paired my business degree with with new technology so i was teaching oncologists and the cancer space from cedar sinai to all the eight west coast states here on the united states. I had a team of eight reps and was working with them and we basically took new genetic technology and we represent the science to on college and teach them how to use it in their practice. Are you kidding me right now. Dr dr kelly. No no always just been the support. Let's get that straight for. The dogs support. Says this is worth the blogger support. The i was going to capture. Drought kelly phd. Yeah maybe i mean. I love school. If it's something. I wanna learn about you know a window sort of turning point happened for you when you realize you wanted to be support coach and start. Be well by kelly. Well what's so interesting is in my career. All i did was read research scientific research in regards to cancer genetics and biology and so i was able to kind of go into public medical research and look at nutrition studies so instead of reading. Someone's blog about a tip in a trick. I would see you know a usa today. Article come out or new york times article come out and it would reference a study and then i would just go read the study because a lot of times people will take a headline and make it..

"You're inside in feeding yourself with the good things and that's where our good friend. Kelly really has come into our lives and played a huge role because i think it was when we met kelly when we finally had a healthier mindset like she has a way of explaining things. That's like crazy weird. We figured out how to how to find balance. And i think that's the most important thing in a lot of the times. It just starts with practicality. The practicality of eating balanced meals led to a more. I feel like a balanced state internally for us you know We weren't starting to feel bad about you know. I wasn't feeling bad about. If i wanted to eat a little. Something here there. I just felt more balanced and at ease and i. I really wanted to talk about that today. Because i don't want this episode to be confused with like i said being ripped or you know or or being the healthiest you all of that in eating you know just like boring meals in that kind of stuff i. I wanted to talk about that. Because i feel like wellness and health overall starts within you know and then you make those choices after that and i feel like you have to love yourself before you can do. I love the. I love the scripture. In psalms one thirty nine that says i have fearfully and wonderfully made. That is something if you feel like crap about yourself whether it's internally whatever i suggest you write that on a post it note and just stick it all over your house and your car and just when you see that to remind yourself you know we all come from different walks of life all different. Our bodies all different. Nobody looks the exact same. Even identical twins don't have the same body types and i think it's important to know that health plays a big part of living a good well balanced life but we all experienced seasons of poor health and seasons of good health. And there's obstacles that you have to overcome your journey. And i think the thing that drives us to those unhealthy places. Mentally says is is if i had to boil it down. What drove me to be insecure. When i moved out here was comparison. There's always gonna be somebody better looking than you smarter. Gear the most good-looking person out here and we pause personas repeat. Repeat that for a few minutes. Oh that's sweet. No but there's always going to be so am better looking than you. somebody smarter. Somebody's always going to have more in some category than you and so it's not about being perfect. It's about being your best. You and i love the quote from theodore roosevelt. That says comparison is the thief of joy. That's good and now with access to social media like that we that we have on. Everyone's i phone any time of the day. You can start comparing yourself to an instagram model. An actor your friend when you start comparing yourself to whoever maybe the life that they're living and that's not gonna do anything for you. That's actually going to eat away at your soul. And so i just wanna encourage you guys. If you are comparing yourself whether it's in your body you're in another way to be feeding your soul whether feeding yourself. Good food to feel healthy you should be feeding your soul taking time out to appreciate yourself and i feel like it starts with gratitude. Zig ziglar said you know An attitude gratitude starts with your attitude and vice versa. I feel like being grateful for just even yourself your body your mind who you are. The way you were made likes asset in psalm says your what is a wonderfully fearfully made and that's just so important to remember guys says i have to remind ourselves daily because you can compare yourself. We have our own struggles you know. I said everyone who comes has different body types. From me i always grew up naturally. Thin sometimes too thin and i was eating and i didn't know why wouldn't gain weight and for st. He's had this knee injury. Which we've shared with you know our online family publicly over the past year just talking a little bit about that and it's really been challenging for us at times to find our own personal routine that works but today we are going to help you guys if you're out there and you're like you know what i wanna to do it the right way but where do i start are starting point was when we met kelly so we thought it would be great to have her on the show and to help us break these stereotypes about being healthy and that healthy means you have to look a certain way. Because it's not about that it ain't about the six pack it ain't about the perfect hips and the curves and all it's not about that it's this internal health. Are you going to tell to the governator. What in the world was. That was a really bad attempt to do arnold schwarzenegger you guys second. You made it sound like that. Was kelly like they're like whoa. Is kelly a dude justice guy who likes to work please god. That's so good. It's so good it's so bad. I can't all right you guys but first serious kelly bestselling author. "Maybe you're at work and you should be working but you're listening to us and said working time because it burns calories yes whatever you are doing right now in the comfort of your own home whatever it is we welcome you to another episode of the good life with stevens stuck it out through that freestyle and stick it out through every freecell every week. I just wanna say thank you and commend you for not giving up on your boy steve. Because as we all know. I was home schooled before we actually get into our episode for reals. I want to address something with you last night. Okay when i got in bed and year-old over and said can you can't get night. Oh god what are you about to say. Well i was going in for the smooch. And why i was bombed by the smell of sulfur. What hard boiled eggs had been sitting on the counter. Such a hater. He how deng he's not referring to me farting in bed by the way. Okay he's referring to me enjoying a little face mask and you're hater was okay. Here's the thing if a face mask smells like that. Why are you putting it on your face because sulfur is really good to dry out. Acne and i've been having lately. But i had a little bit of pips popping up on my face so i had to do the things math. This was after. I rinse it off by the way so he was really trying to get up close and personal. I didn't ask you to sniff my face and you're like why don't you wanna kiss me. That's like putting cow poop on your face. And i love me is not going to happen. It wasn't cow poop. But i will say sometimes the things that smell the worst are actually because they're organic and they're good for you and they're healthy. I'm not gonna the brand on blast but this facemask. I swear by. It doesn't smell good. That's good for you working out so next time. I come in the crib with a sweaty nasty shirt on. And i'm like give me a hug. You better arms up okay. Fine whatever you know that's actually really good segue into today's topic of our show today date. It's all about living in good health whether it's a good face fast or paying attention to what you're putting in your body that's kind of what today show is that's kind of what today show is about. That's what i meant. And we've got wellness tips from our good friend. Who's a celebrity health holistic. Kelly leveque ac- know is the frigging bomb. You guys you're gonna love this interview with kelly. She has such a wealth of knowledge. Your life end my life. She's changing everyone's lives. We're all changed. The best thing is is that it's real in it's applicable so if you think that this episode isn't for you just stick around listen to a kelly has to say i mean she's really changed the way i operate on a day-to-day basis. It's not a diet is a lifestyle you know it's true. I think if we kind of just briefly touch on who stevie. And i were before before we met kelly man. If only you guys was the queen. No no i said. Why don't you tell them about you. Tell them about you. I'll tell them about okay. The queen of the late night burger. Run this chick was popping up in and out between eleven. Thirty and midnight every freak. I'm talking about five days out of the and this was the only meal of the day it's like she would forget to eat. I was like what. Did you remember how i was like. It's eleven thirty year. Impersonations of me drive me insane. I do not sound like boy off me out star in that movie. Is anybody know that reference chris farley come on guys look it up. Layoff me again heavyweight. Snl skit with like antler guys. That's that's a deep track but Saz was like crazy imbalanced diet and then and then let me. Let me say this. I was kind of the other way. I moved to l. a. An actor and my first managers like bro on you'd be rip dog and i was like well amid pretty good shape up talking about six pack. Big shoulders bro. So do these crazy fast and stuff and he would just do these drastic changes in his diet and then on the other side of the spectrum where i would eat fast food three times a day and i didn't think it was a bad thing because i've always been naturally thin but boy little. Did i know that there was just all kinds of jenkins happening inside of me and i travel south lots. I'm going to take us opportunity to troll myself guys that it's all equal here the good life your boy. Do you remember. Says when i went and met with my manager. And he's like. Is you get shredded up. So i was doing these diets and i went and got this. Pre-workout called c. four. Which i don't take pre-workout in harm none of those guys i took this pre-workout called c. Four okay and it has created in it and somebody warned me they like. Make sure you drink a lot of water. 'cause that create team and i was frigging a camel. I was lapping up water. Every every chance. I got but because of this i got hemorrhoids and his. But you see we told you we're going to be honest with you and that's the only place you can get. You're in so much pain. I felt so bad so anyways. We're not living a well balanced life. It was either being like super crazy. Like i'm gonna be healthy but actually not being trying to find shortcuts. So for me when i finally decided. Okay i wanna be a little bit healthier. I need to quit eating bad. I was like well. What's the quickest way. I can figure out how to be healthy and i feel like though shortcuts for me included like looking into those crazy like body sculpting techniques that they have nowadays where you can literally transfers that and i remember thinking like wait. Is that like a shortcut. Like is that really a thing. I actually considered for literally one minute. And then you're like. Are you crazy. And i was like yeah. I am crazy and then. There's those documentaries out there now on netflix and stuff which even to this day i watch one of those things and it puts me check like whoa do. I not need to be eating that. And then i sometimes drastically needed to change it. I think that a lot of people don't know that about us is that we both went through. We've both been through episodes and times where we really lost. Sight of what was actually healthy. And what was actually good for us. And what would give us the sense of wellness. Because i think it started from within you know not just what we were eating but i thought i think it started with our mentality moving to la you especially in the industry. If you're acting you're in your singer you're just in front of people. Basically you're constantly comparing yourself i. I didn't feel so insecure about myself. Until i moved to la. I never really questioned anything about myself. I was just felt. Like i was just a normal dude and when i moved to la and started acting You know i started comparing myself with all these guys at the auditions like man. This this guy is ripped like my manager said like what. If i don't get the part and i started thinking that there was there was something wrong with me and i. I think that's what you know. The issue was is that. I didn't have a strong sense of of myself and appreciating and loving. Just me as i as i was. You're sharing that you know from a male perspective. I feel like a lot of guys. Wouldn't say that out loud. Because i feel like with women with me specifically i've experienced the whole insecurity something about la That makes you feel like all of your securities and flaws are under a microscope and this is a city where everyone's very aware on the outside of what you look like. What kind of car you drive you know or your nails did like and i love that. Today's episode is not around this topic of how to look fit how to look completely ripped in your life. It's.

"Kelly is on the air 77 w A. V. C o, Uh, yes. All right back in the swing of things. How long was I gone? Uh, three months. It just seemed like such a long time was wonderful. I went to Florida and where it was very hot, but actually not as hot as it is here and the cool ocean breeze. Very nice. Very nice. Indeed. I went by Mara Lago. It's empty, although guess what The great big, gigantic American flag is still flying in front of that place. They are hassling President Trump. They are trying to cancel him. He is a Nkansah level. It's not going to work and this phony baloney case against his CFO. Um, Westerberg. That's not going to work. Either. Everybody knows this should be a civil matter at best or at worst. This is not a criminal matter. I heard the fake news yesterday, saying, this is a 15 year criminal conspiracy. Give me a break. This is not a crime. It's not a crime. It's possibly a violation. The tip off for me was that thing about paying not paying city taxes as he was alleged to have not done, but he was paying Nassau County taxes. All the way through 2013. They said he didn't pay city taxes all the way through 23. He had a house in Wantagh, Long Island paying taxes there. That's what it's about. Um, it is Ridiculous And they spent all this time all this money. Why? Why are they doing that? Where the city is falling apart? I had a trip over somebody on the way in here. The sum You know you feel bad for these people, but at the same time you're like annoyed and a little bit scared. You know what's this derelict doing? Laying down at 12 30 in the afternoon on the street? Right. I told you about the guy I saw shooting up. Hey, Did you hear Chicago? 100? People were shot over the weekend. All the way. 100. People were shot over the weekend. I mean, 18 people killed in Chicago. Uh, this is what I believe The left wants. You know, there are people very smart people have been looking at this. The whole defund the police movement. They've gotten the agenda they want to nationalize, nationalized police, a national police force. Now That's something to be scared of. I wouldn't have said that a couple of years ago. That sounds okay to me. Nope. Not after what the FBI is. Let itself become A arm of the deep state Left wing cabal, Deep State Federal Bureau of Incompetence. Federal bureaucrats incorporated what everyone to call them. Yep, There are some great FBI agents, of course. But the place is now corrupted by her horrific leadership. You go to the Twitter page of the FBI. What is their priority? All the stuff that's going on. You know what they're still trying to do. Hunt down January. 6th, Um trespassers, January six Trespassers. Hey, I'm here in Southern We may know pretty soon. The results the so called results of the Primary. We know that on the Republican side here in New York City, Curtis one, and that's fantastic. On the left. Uh, we're not not not not too sure what's going on. They're not too sure What's going on there is going to be Eric Adams. Is it going to be Garcia? I don't know. Uh, I'm actually pulling for Garcia. Even though I don't like her. She has no business being mayor herself. What? What? What Good. I love there is a gigantic show announcement coming I said yesterday that I thought it might be Wednesday or Thursday. That means today or tomorrow. I still think that's a possibility. But that means I'm going to have to have a text message saying you can announce it within the next hour and a half for the show's going to be or 2.5 hours. Never. We got 2.5 hours. Cross your figures. It might be by the end of the show. I would stay tuned today. How about that? Chris? Always keep them listening. See that? What have I been telling you, 8773774373? Jesse at Jesse Kelly show dot com. We have new We have new reviews of the show. Let me just say, I mean, when you have titles of these reviews like secret admirers and so handsome, you know, people have really been reviewing the show. Alright, back to Alexander the great it Fill up the second. Alexander's father points to Aristotle and says I want you to tutor and mentor, my boy. Well as I pointed out before Philip, the second had raised Aristotle's town to the ground and enslaved all of his people. Aristotle to his credit. Stands up to fill up the second and says, Okay, Yeah, I'll be happy to tutor your boy. I want you to rebuild the town you destroyed of mine and all the people who you haven't murdered yet in slavery because some had some had passed away. Other people you haven't murdered yet. Free them and let them come back and fill up the second does it? That's Alexander The Great's tutor. I did. I did mention the Spartans earlier. I should point this out. Philip the second Conquers all of Greece unifies all of Greece. Remember these are all different city states and very, very powerful city states, But Philip, the second essentially makes them Greece. Except for Sparta. He wants a unified Greece. Philip, the second does because he wants to go to war with the Persians will get to them in a moment. Sparta hasn't joined And so Philip, the second after dominating everybody and Sparta, by now is way past their prime. I want to make sure I'm clear about that. There's still obviously as you're about to find out tough as nails. You're certainly not just gonna waltz in there and push him around. But Philip, the second could have taken Sparta by now. He writes them some threatening letter the ultimate You know, the old ancient conqueror threatening letter. Come bend the knee or I'm gonna raise all your cities to the ground enslave all your women all that stuff. You know the standard conqueror talk from back in the day. His letter when he wrote them started out with if if you don't submit to me, I'm gonna go over the razor cities, things like that. In the most spartan move of all Spartan moves. They write him a lettered response back. Do you know what it said? If That's all it said. Oh, what a gigantic screw you to fill up the second Anyway, he didn't go. Didn't he didn't follow up on the threat. He's like, you know, I actually think I'm going to leave them alone for now. All right. Philip gets assassinated. Alexander take takes over as king at 20. And I realized people, uh People are mature. Faster than others. It's just some people never mature. Don't look at me, Chris. Some people never mature. I couldn't imagine having a gigantic kingdom handed to me at 20 years old. I promise you one thing. I would not still be alive. Alexander the great gets handed a unified Greece at the age of 20. But The world is a funny place. And I want you to understand this because the world has not changed. It is the same today is it always has been People respect strength. And when people smell weakness, or think there might be weakness. When people smell weakness. Pounds. They're going to test it. They're going to probe They're going to see what they can get away with and what they can't get away with. You have this? You have this juggernaut of an ancient conqueror fill up the second. He dies after fighting all these wars with all these Greek places in unifying Greece. These other Greek states who didn't want to be under Macedonia didn't want to be under the Philip the second they look at this lion of a man dying and see his snot nose 20 year old son taking over the kingdom, and you know what they say to themselves. Wow. This kid doesn't have what it takes. All these places Philip had taken over start rebelling right away. But Man. Talk about some bad luck. They really did not realize who they were dealing with. There are 20 year olds. And then there's 20 year old Alexander the great, he promptly raises a force smaller than virtually all the other forces he's facing. And just curb stomps all of them right back into submission. He's smart enough to do some diplomacy when he has to. He's also a brutal conqueror. He knows when to absolutely burn a city to the ground and enslave everyone. I want. I want to clarify something about slavery, too. When we talk a lot about ancient Greek slavery and ancient Roman slavery, it can run the gamut on how that slavery goes for you if you're enslaved. If you're if you're a dude. You can do you can be anything from a tutor. The Rome had tutors all the time that we're slaves. You're teaching, you know you're teaching the rich guys. Son, Math. You live a real nice life. And you could be a stable hand. You can work the farms. You can work stone. You can You can on the low, low end of it..

"My dream was to be like mothra girl. One of the most through twitter. Yes but but but you know. I'm learning more now in adulthood about all these comic book characters. But every time i get one of these characters. It's it's fun. It's fun for me to to learn about them and and And be able to to bring them to life But oftentimes. I have to admit when i when i get on dishes and stuff i have to call my comic book. Nerd friends for the background stories on these characters and and sometimes i get fooled because i remember going in for for X. men and playing Doing the audition. Of course they didn't tell me that i was playing lady strike in the audition. They told us they had us. Read some sides for the audition which had nothing to do with the character I thought i was auditioning for the role of some red headed Reporter and i'm asking my friends. Do you know who this character is. And they gave me the whole rundown the whole everything about it and then you know come to find out. I was playing a whole other character. "We couldn't get his permission. So. We name it like Papa. Papa. Jan jan. All right. So are Kelly. We've spoken about R Kelly. I find are Kelly to be first of all very interesting foil to what's going on with Michael Jackson. Because people have no problem accepting the reports, the allegations documentaries about our Kelly. Everybody takes that at face value. You know, we've all kind of come together and said, you know, what our Kelly's kind of eft up, dude, let's not support him anymore. Michael Jackson is different the people the the amount of defending and not just well, it's one thing to defend Michael Jackson. But there's there's an active campaign. It's this really vicious very vicious people who do not like differing opinions. It's just it's a reminder to like how huge Michael Jackson people love like. Yeah. Really nothing else even comparable, right? And all the maybe the thing is it's like all the Beatles. Squeezed into one person. Right. That's true. Right. One super Sol him, he's a one man show. Right. And he's got this story of being a victim. People don't want to think that this person could do horrible stuff. I didn't want to for a long time. I was like listen away. Yeah. Certainly me too. I was always on the fence with Michael Jackson. But before we get into that. Let's first talk about our Kelly because he was in the news. He did his first interview since you know, being accused and people started cancelling his shows and. Taking them off the radio. There was a documentary about it. The was the catalyst for all this again, an interesting foil to Michael Jackson who was a great documentary. What was it called leaving? Or or know something about surviving aren't there, yet surviving or Kelly? It was fantastic documentary. Basically alleging that he has a harm really of girls living with him. Who again, they're not being chained up. But they're being manipulated. They're being I mean brainwashed for lack of a better word. So it's not like they can't go walk out. But there's it's abuse. It's so certainly abuse. There's no question about it. But at any rate, I mean, it's hard to explain the, but go ahead and watch this clip where he's defending himself for me. My crazy passing what I've been through. Oh, right now, I just think I need to be lost and hold girls against a wheel chain them up in my basement. And and don't let them eat and don't let them out unless they need some shoes down the street from the ankle, Eddie Murphy. He's acting. It sounds. It's like Eddie Murphy bit is that is that some detail in the story that I'm unaware of such a weird aside. And I don't recall them ever saying he chained anyone up either. You know, what I mean like that's part of kind of. Yeah. It's like, wait. What is what he does is? He makes every anecdote more extremes. It'd be like, oh, I never did that making a mockery of it by like, yeah. Make it so crazed so hyperbolic that it's obviously. Yeah. But people nobody believes are Kelly. So it's kind of. Didn't do this stuff. This is not a fighting for my life. No. John oppression. Me. I have not about mill. Relationship who Marquette's can't do it. The sound guys like toad. I have the flu. I've got the mic on his chest keeps slamming the song is like, oh, God I've seen people even give this news channel shit for giving him any airtime. Wow. And I know fair let the guys week. Let's hear him out. I mean, if anything he's so volatile. Yeah. This set it just goes to show that, you know, behind closed doors as what I I mean, the guy's got a temper clearly dogs. Doc, just don't. Believe it at this point, we briefly pause..

"And so I talked to my sister and her boyfriend, and so we started to watch we watched all six hours back to back to back. Eat was one of the hardest. Six hours for me for from from the perspective of having to watch something on TV. I we had to stop. I had to walk around my house. I almost kick kick my door like I had to I had to smoke a cigarette. Like, it was it was it was so traumatic and all we were witnesses. And all we were witnesses to an account. Do see what I'm saying? And. Not only was it. Agreed his the actual heinousness of his acts. But what it really did? Is it made me realize how culpable we are? And how we have somehow. It's almost that. If if in any way anyone can make an argument that this is somehow oppression related to oppression. Then we should be that upset that literally we have been so brainwashed that we can't see what we're doing in our own community that here. This man was caught on tape raping a fourteen year old urinating on a fourteen year old and that we as a community not only solve the tape. But we saw the tape because it was bootleg that we had no sense of humanity that if in fact there with Amy chance that that was a child that we were peddling and child pornography that child was our child and that literally there has been evidence for decades. And the reason I am so mad is because I was one of those people I was not a defender, but I did not. We I did not allow my brain to see how heinous is that? He is a predator that has because of his celebrity. We have no idea how many girls he's on this too. We and I sit in our group chat as well. We all trash everybody. We are all a part of this problem. And I'm speaking for myself. I was an R Kelly fan when I was in seventh or eighth grade. Remember, the magazines like ride on I had a picture are Kelly. The ball hit our Kelly to twelve player Kelly in my locker me and my locker mate, we had a pitcher arket. We were will we have pitched a picture of our Kelly in our locker last around the same time. He married a leader was like, oh, she fifteen Awale. Oh, we'll shoulder. Shrug getting a little older sought a sex watched it with my life sisters. We will win. This watched. It we like, oh, man. That's crazy. That's why that's terrible. Guess what? Still step. In the name of love still trash. I am willing to emit. The I am a part of the problem is will honest are saying archea Bata here to maybe four or five years ago. And when I was really sat down and put to into together when I really was like, okay. Wait alita was fifteen. This was a grown, man. Then when I was like I thought at tape. He wasn't having this wasn't two adults having sex that girl looked like a child. She looked like a little girl to the poor. I had argument with somebody other day 'cause they tried to say she looked grounding in video. No, she didn't. And if you think she looked wrong, then I'm questioning because she looked like she was thirteen fourteen. Anyway, I said today we are all part of the problem. The thing that we need to maybe Accu actively try to do is just recalculate. Yes, we supported him before. Yes. We turn a blind eye to it. Yes. There's still a lot of people who stood on give shit. Okay. Cool you out of here we you out to paint too. But for us that have becoming who have become a wakened by it. We know he trash now. And then we need to act accordingly because we can't change the past. We change our position. But. We are. We all garbage in the name of love out here. As far we stop listening to the music while ago, like we don't support in that regard. We are vocal about our lack of support for him. But then whether or next steps because Harvey Weinstein is going to trial and make Evans bass he's on trial right now. So like, what are the next steps?.
