I would say having everybody stay healthy would be the first part of being a successful offensive coordinator with the Chargers. If you want to run and play with this personnel grouping, go ahead. Yeah, not calling it time out. It's weird because at the time they're down by two touchdowns. So it's like you're trying to get the team who's going to possess the ball and not want to use their time maps to burn a time out at the detriment of running off like a minute of game time when you need all that precious time to support your sessions.

There's no expectations from Kellen Mond that's going to help them to other than, you know, obviously off. So, I am really bullish on this. "Help your quarterback, an offensive line helps your quarterback. That's first of all having two running backs when you I don't love this pic, I really don't. I was excited to watch and now I don't know what to make of it, and then drafting running back in the first round, is not really a, it's not a popular thing to do it. Kind of does show to me. At Urban, Meyer hasn't been any NFL, very long. I, I don't know, I try to see chance good player, and maybe he's like a huge Superstar and then the pic is totally justified, but especially in the Jack already had running back James Robinson and you're drafting a guy in the first round, where you can get a running back in the second round is good. I just doesn't make any sense to me. I don't really, I almost never think it's a good idea to draft a running back in the first round off. And I just this picked a necessary and like not a great pic, even the only person feels that way, but I'm not sold that the Jaguars are going to do well in in the future with Urban Meyer with what they're doing, moving forward. "They got a guy who can be there next guy. And I really think they're done with Kirk Cousins, pretty clearly based on their actions, what we're hearing. And so Kirk is the guy for now. He's going to get snapped starting week, one of training camp but after that, nothing is guaranteed. And a competition is on in Minnesota. I I just I cannot wait to watch this go down. I really am confident. Kellen Mond is going to become the guy in Minnesota. I think, Minnesota got a steal, a franchise quarterback in the third round and I I'm not kidding about the wage. Look at a social media, Google, listen to the way he carries himself the way he talks. I think of all the quarterbacks on 2021 NFL draft Kellen, Mond carries himself, most like a president or CEO or bought a franchise quarterback know knock on Trevor Lawrence or Zach Wilson or Justin Fields but go watch the way that Kellan montauk's. That's a dude Who's Got Confidence and Swagger. He's also self-aware. That's a great moment where he says, you know, I'm not a finished product which is very healthy thing to say. He knows he's got work to do and things he can improve on. So I just I love this kid. I think he's really awesome and I I really truly believe. John mayo kansas city quarterbacks coach mike kafka philadelphia assistant head coach do staley oklahoma head coach lincoln riley ohio state head coach ryan day. Cincinnati head. Coach luke fickle and more are coming each and every day and i know among eagles fans. You know we see this as a pretty dysfunctional team right now. We see this as an organization. That doesn't seem to know exactly what they're doing and we're skeptical as to whether or not a a really high profile coach is going to want to come here given the list of names here. Where are you at on this eagles. Coaching search as there really are just getting started right. Now yeah and we saw it just kellen more added today and obviously you know they're going to continue to cast the net and i think just in general. I think there's a little merit to the idea that you know when you compare openings. The eagles aren't A bursting with attraction just because of the situation. I mean Doug peterson clearly. I mean you're not going to just not going to turn down the opportunity and so And eventually some of the spots are gonna get filled For me i mean i. I start for the eagles with looking at the offensive side of the ball. I know that's it's a big talking point. Jeffrey lurie with with you know really any eagles fan. That's been under or watching. Jeffey larry hires run. The team I i think really it comes down to are you going for You're gonna have to sacrifice somewhere. Because with somebody like joe brady even kellen moore. You're really banking on them. Being kind of an offensive mastermind and up and coming mastermind as opposed to this Person who's been around the league for years and respected and you know doug peterson even though he didn't have head coaching experience. Jeffrey loria himself talked about that emotional intelligence he talked about. Doug peterson former quarterback. In this league he had time under andy reid and so i. I think it's just a matter of where are they gonna sacrifice. Because if they go with robert. Sal the forty niners you're sacrificing. Who will get COVID-19 vaccine first?
"The first vaccines to distribution sites is just the start of a massive undertaking, trying to get millions of shots into people's arms as quickly as possible. The first batch is limited and there are not enough doses for everybody who has been designated most in need to the big question is still who gets them first. Joining us now to talk about that is NPR health correspondent Alison are by Alison. Welcome. Thanks for joining us. Hi there. Good to be here that you've been talking to hospitals that will start getting shipments of the fires of vaccine tomorrow. Can you just tell us some of the details? Sure. The leaders of Operation Warp speed say about 145 healthcare sites will receive the vaccine shipment tomorrow. Another 425 will receive shipment Tuesday. In some areas. These vaccines will go simultaneously to health care workers and residents of long term care facilities. And as you mentioned, I've spoken to physicians in charge of coordinating distribution at several large hospital systems around the country they have been planning for this moment here is Dr Mark Newman. He is overseeing the process of the University of Kentucky Healthcare System, which has Thousands of employees. We have our plan in place and we were ready and ahead of time. We got additional minus 80 freezer so we could we can handle up to 100,000 doses, so we expect in the next few days to be able to start vaccinating our employees. And this is what I'm hearing from other large hospital systems as well, Michelle now, Newman says about 50% of employees there say they absolutely want the vaccine as soon as possible about 30% 1 a little bit more data but are interested in getting the shot. Well, I will also make sure that won't be enough doses for everybody in the high priority groups at first, and that's health care workers and people in nursing homes. So what's the timeline for when those people would get it? Yeah, you're absolutely right. I mean to begin supplies are going to be very tight, for instance at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. They have tens of thousands of employees but will receive in their first shipment tomorrow about 975 doses. I spoke to Dr Gabe Kellen at Hopkins, who directs the office of Critical event preparedness and response there, he says, Look, in addition to the nurses and the doctors, there are lots of other high priority workers. People that are very essential to keeping the enterprise going. So there are pharmacists and social workers who interact directly with patients. They're people who bring food to patients. People who clean the rooms, respiratory therapist. I mean, the list just goes on. And since there's not enough for everyone to start, they've created tears. And they are random izing the process within the tears using a lottery system within that year to determine who goes first,

"The Cowboys easier to write about when they win or when they lose? Uh, they're easy to write about what they lose. When they win. People feel good. You sell more newspapers when they win. That's a proven thing. So there's that. But, man what you know now, sometimes when they're bad, they're just not interested. And they just kind of go away. Like I don't know what it's like to right about when the Detroit Lions are bad. They probably just people are waiting for the Red Wings to drop the puck. But when the Cowboys are bad, there's usually nine different things in Iraq, And this year there, there might be that might be multiplied. So there's you can just pick out of a hat. And and and go from there. What is Jerry? June Jones do now? You know, one of the really disappointments with serious disappointments, obviously of code. But one of the rial lighter disappointments of this year is that he doesn't do press conferences after every game, because I can't imagine. What level he would have reached yesterday. Um, you know, it's Tze one thing to get beat up by Seattle or airy Arizona's offense. They can't stop the run. With anybody, not the Washington football team. They run for over 200 yards. And if you want to pick one area of the Cowboys that does not beat up my injuries. Their front seven They've got Jalen Smith. They got banned arrest. They've got the Marcus Lords they've got. They've got elegance. They got Everson Griffen. They got Tyrone Crawford. They got guys were supposed to be there, and they can't tackle anybody. And then you have the hit on Andy Dalton and that nobody seems to concern about the chief shot by Jon Bostic. Ah lot of destroyed job back and they get very quickly. The out of position on these place. They really get outflanked quickly without defense. I mean, they're they're talking around the fact that team looks very poorly prepared and has no idea what to do in the players. Never respond if Jerry had to do over coaching. Well, I mean, that's what What was it about Mike McCarthy flying in and spending one night at the Jones house and all they were just so wowed by this guy. They couldn't believe it. Now, what have you seen in any game that he brings? You didn't call the plays so anytime the offense was playing well earlier in the year, That's Kellen Moore is offense. So what is he doing over there that he brings Emily brought in all these coaches? Guys he had in Green Bay 10 years ago. Mike Nolan, who hired him 20 years ago. It's just this. This cronyism tied coaching staff. And you wonder, and you wonder how much Jerry thought about like a mat rule. He mentioned Matt Rule one time last December, just after Baylor played in the Big 12 championship game. What a great young coach to thought. Matt Rhule wass. And you're Matt Rhule took over a team that was just God awful and got ready Cam Newton, and they released whatever they are three and four. They compete. Uh, yeah. I mean, I don't know. I don't know that he wouldn't like to rethink this lot. Now it's the first year so I think both the pandemic the DAC injury, the offensive line being completely wiped out. Those going allow the coaches to skate for year. But he has to be thinking this. This may have been a Terrible higher. The Cowboys buyers or sellers at the trade deadline. You know, I don't think they have a lot to sell. I heard somebody saying trade one of their wide receivers. They don't need that many hundreds of it. That's the one thing they have is good wide receivers. You want to trade one of those go You know, Draft Ah, linebacker with a neck injury. That's what that's what excites you about rebuilding the team. I don't think they will do much. There's certainly not Myers, they get by. I mean, I don't know why in the world you would add. Do it to a terrible collection of talent as this many injuries, but I don't expect him to do a lot, actually.
