Leftists Continue Using Tragedy to Advance Political Agenda

"You know we recorded our show on Friday and by Saturday there had been an attack in Buffalo by Sunday there had been an attack in California And as always it becomes instantly not a battle to help the victims families not a battle to find out what was the underlying motive for this and try to prevent things like this from happening not that all got sidelined immediately as another round of genuinely awful human beings Had to promptly find a way to abuse this tragedy and the victims of it To further divide and destroy this country and burn it to the ground Now the tragedy another round of genuinely awful human beings abusing it it used to be Jim when I first got into radio about ten years ago they'd wait a day or two because they didn't want to their grifters and losers And they never wanted to appear like her if there's no losers Remember they'd wait like a day Use maybe they're two days Then it was down to a day then in the Obama era they'd wait just a couple hours Now it's instant Now people are still getting medical attention at the scene And there's some lunatic like that Rob Reiner That meath is meathead right Rob Reiner known only for one of the few characters whose actually smarter in the television series used than he is in real life Rob Reiner and others Keith olbermann who can't keep a job of course just minutes after trying to abuse this tragedy to advance a political story as a way to get back at Republicans

"I i mentioned earlier and i wonder what you think about it. Keith that had rose taken the approach towards gambling and Made himself the face of the scourge of gambling similar to what mantle did about alcohol and how it can tear away at your career and your family and it's not for everyone and don't do it. Had rose taken that approach. Do you think he would still be banned today on that front i i. I'm really conflicted about the answer to that. Because you could just as easily ask the theoretical if pete had laid low for a long time and then came out as the face of baseball friendly gambling which the league's have now endorsed Maybe he would have been reinstalled that way you know The the the attitude towards this entire topic has done a one eighty in the last twenty years maybe longer really started with the acceptance of fantasy. Baseball is kind of a low grade. gambling form which. I often indulged in as you may remember. Yes i taught It's it's such a strange What's moral what's immoral. It changes every few years in in many different areas. I i don't think. I think pete went through periods of time in which he was really remorseful and was was showing. An understanding of what happened was trying to atone and i thought he should have been left off the hook and then oh by the way this stuff with underage girls came out and that was the end of it. But they did you know. The commissioner's office had to sign off on. Pete rose going to fox for baseball postseason coverage. So he did in fact get back into the game and there was a path for him to go further back into the game and maybe even have that ineligibility lifted in some formal way. It have been my mind. It had been lifted informally pete. Rose was not. i mean. You can't be banned from baseball and be on the fricken post game. Show the world series. Because that's that's you know i. It's it's like the joe jackson band. We're gonna celebrate shoeless. Joe jackson every year. Now in dyer's ville iowa but he's still officially banned and nobody should do what he did brought to you by draftkings. It's kind of a mixed message. Now keith olbermann here on the rich eisen show. What about the sense Of the fact that cooperstown is a museum as much as it is a shrine to the greats and placing on a plaque. The whole story does your best you can fit on a plaque and put peden For what he did on the field. What about the sense of that. Well you're now asking to to do something subtle in one of the least subtle places in in the world which the baseball hall of fame. I mean if you wanted to do that. They're they're means to do it tomorrow. Stratified the hall of fame in two salons. You know the all time immortals or whatever you wanna call them. Which would be an errand. Josh gibson and twenty people or whatever and then there'd be everybody else who reached certain statistical plateaus and other people who got voted in and and infamous people who you know ruin their own lives and careers and you could have essentially the hall of fame members who were Bad guys if you want to have very bonds. And and pete rose over in one section show jackson and eddie see kat and and and george hall and jim devon from eighteen. Seventy seven louisville team that through the pennant that year. You could do that too but this is you know this requires a lot. I will point out as often. I think mentioned about pete The best part of the baseball hall of fame is the basan behind the scenes tour that you can usually get if you know somebody and in a room downstairs next to the thirty seven degree photo. vault is the uniform vault and i forget how many pete rose uniforms are in the hall of fame right now but i believe it was a dozen and that by the way The uniforms is how we knew something was wrong because when you could not collect baseball uniforms because teams did not sell them or distribute them in the late seventies and early eighties. You could always find a game. Used pete rose uniform and the story was he needed so much money for something. Gambling was the rumor that he used to buy the uniforms after he wore them in a game or two would sell twenty or thirty uniforms a year. and a joke was elected goes to the dealer. And says i wanna. Pete rose game used uniform and the guy goes Cincinnati montreal or philadelphia and the fan goes Cincinnati goes home or away and like home sixties.

"Head. That night could've just happened to be a game played in cincinnati ohio. Where they today on. Pete rose way and they got a big ass statue damn park so i had to be saved. Brzeczek meows peaked in july. Of twenty. Seventeen right here. On the rich eisen show back on our simulcast with the rich eisen show on nbc sports on peacock Also on sirius. Xm channel to eleven every day. After the dan. Patrick show dp obviously Attached at the television hip with this man certainly was when i was I at sportscenter and I am thrilled to be able to call him a friend and now a guest of the rich eisen show here on the second anniversary of pete rose being banned for life and baseball is great. Keith olbermann how are you kale. Well i just had to knock down over rich. I mean he was getting my wife at the roll him over and my dad was in the end the audience. Sorry i know dp is the ray fosse of this Of this analogy writer. Well he would not say that how you doing kale band enough time. So i work courtesy before it was like. Why am i at sympathetic. To pete rose. Oh so tell everyone where you were thirty two years ago today. Consulting bart giamatti announcement none the suspension. Banishment of pete rose by happenstance. I was working in los angeles. I was the sports director at channel two and summer. Nothing going on vacation. I was home leaving. friday morning. Was a friday eh. go back to. La and thursday night. The story began to break. This press. conference is gonna take place through the plans. Rivers went with the local crew from channel to here in new york and was at that press conference. And you know i mean. It's a historical moment. we see it as like flash. There's two points of importance one. That story had been building up for a year. I have a vision of myself standing outside spring training with the angels in nineteen eighty nine holding up sports illustrated with the beginning of the end of pete rose that was march so every day that summer until this time of the year it was. Pete rose this. Pete rose that you know four years after he broke the hit record and this was i this would be the the the equivalent of i don't know banning otani in four years or any other huge baseball figure And the second part of it was bar tramonte. And i set it on the air that day and i still haven't gotten over. This was the most alive. I ever saw anybody anywhere the day that he banned. Pete rose and a week later he dropped dead of a massive coroner. It's still just the the the most forceful righteous indignation. he was vengeance As as justice. And and just the most a live person. I've ever seen do anything. And he was gone a week later. Extraordinarily week so What was it like in that room. Keith thirty two years ago today there was there was there was bart giamatti and the rest of us were just kind of just kind of watching this Orchestra conducted by man by himself. I mean he was. He had the whole thing prepared and it was clear from his phrasing. Based on what we're hearing out of. Cincinnati that he had somehow convinced pete that this was a reviewable suspension than a temporary thing. And maybe a year or something. And then in fact he had slipped the noose around pete's neck And and and what we have seen sense which was a lifetime ban without really ever calling it that but it was so dramatic and rarely do stories in any line of wife in my forty plus years of covering this stuff stories. that have such a long build up. I mean there were rumors of this eighty eight. I i heard something about pete. Rose and gambling in nineteen eighty out of the memorabilia. Business and it took all that time to build up and yet this was like i can't compare the this to anything else of that kind of long build up. This was lightning. This is a series of lightning strikes. Only the man standing at the podium was throwing the light. That was what it was like. Keith olbermann here. On the rich eisen show thirty. Second anniversary of the Bart giamatti press conference announcing pete rose being banned for life. Ko was at that press conference so the sense was at the time that that pete would have a chance to come back or no. No i think the sense was that Pete thought he was going to get a chance to come back in a lot of the ill-will between pete and baseball. I think really originated with the idea that that they have a. I don't know if they didn't read the documents close enough where she didn't understand them or what happened. But giamatti was going for a permanent ineligible ban. I mean his last words were the subject of pete. Rose is closed And i think the the the from later in the same day when they put those questions to pete he was like no no. It's going to be reviewed in a couple of weeks and that's the whole me. He believed he was signing some sort of admission in exchange for leniency. And i guess the leniency was. He was suspended for one lifetime rather than for twenty five but giamatti was was clearly furious at that news conference and and suppressing rage and it contributed to the to the nature of the The forcefulness and many people thought contributed to bart's death too because the whole the entirety of his commissionership was essentially consumed by dealing with the rose scandal as it built and built and built and that was You know if you tie this into the idea. That's also sort of lost. A history. bart giamatti was considered to be the man most likely to save baseball permits He was a president of yale scholar and baseball addict. And a red sox. Fan when that meant you can endure losing poetry about baseball and who was probably the most overqualified baseball executive of all time and he was coming in he was going to clean things up and the first step was you know. Pete rose thinks he's going to sue me. Go ahead try it. And that was his attitude and he was going to say the same thing and had the same things to owners. And we haven't had a commissioner in sports like that there have been some good ones like adam silver and a few others who've done okay but commissioners are toadies who are management employees. Fay vincent would banned like sixteen owners meet at excuse. Me dramatic would have done it. Vincent tried bart giamatti would ban sixteen owners if he'd had twenty years in the commissionership. So there's that second element to it as well besides pete so then. I guess that might answer my next question keith. Olbermann which is if giamatti had not passed away a week later. You know how stances soften overtime right. So do you think the fact that giamatti passed and then there are people who are close to him who do believe that the the rose scenario and situation led to his heart giving way that that if he had lived that may be rose might not be banned for life today. No i don't i think that Regardless of what the consequences were. i mean. obviously you're motty died. Because he was a was a chain smoker and and panties and the other things that that brought stress or pressure to him could have been interchangeable with things that did or did not happen elsewhere in his life. I mean you can. You can control. I'm recreating i sent a sense of. This must've contributed to his. Who knows but i will say this. I don't think that that there would have been much different paths. Repeat under a long-term giamatti commissionership because again there had been in that year. Many threats from the rose side. Like don't you dare try to. I mean he's the most popular man at baseball which might have been true He's the most famous player in baseball. He broke bastard ty cobb's record I think giamatti was was believed that the entire power structure and the rules that he most believed in as in know gambling Certainly no gambling on your own team passive aggressively or otherwise. I think he believe rose was not only violating them challenging them and challenging essentially the rule of baseball law and nobody was right. Just like bart giamatti. It put a lot of people off but it endeared him to other people because he was that hard on himself people that he liked as well as people he did like but it was a personal struggle between these two men. Bartsch amati died thinking he had Banish pete rose for life. And i think it would have stayed that way and what about roses demeanor towards all of this..

"That was the goal. Hopefully it appears like it's dead hopefully remains dead for another year and a half when when they take the gavel away from nancy pelosi. But back to tucker. We'll know soon. And i believe this. We're going to find out what is going to be anonymous stuff in the new york times daily beast politico or and you're gonna say holy crap. They got him. And that's gonna send a chill through everybody. Because is there anything more chilling intimidating scary than the government listening private communications and using it against you. That is going to be a big f in deal. There's no question. We are our like afraid of the chinese communist party in their government. But there's no question on on earth the. Us federal government is the most powerful entity on this earth. So if they if they they train their eyes on you urine world trouble and we've seen like what the prosecution of the january six rioters we've seen. How the the the biden doj the biden department of justice will use its power to persecute to destroy its political enemies. And i mean you see trump. now they're guy they've tried to peach. They they impeach twice with fraudulent on fraudulent grounds. And now they're going after him. You know his business today. I was just flipping around. Cnn's got a story. There's now looking at cash payments that trump made the some people in from when he was running the trump business he was making probably like given the mailman twenty bucks but they will stop at nothing. donald trump. He could live to be one hundred ten. He will go to his grave. There will be open investigations of something. He did because they won't rest until they until they destroy him. I mean that that has been the goal for five years now it will remain the goal even in retirement even if he doesn't run in twenty twenty four and by the way when if he doesn't just open the door wider run to santa's you're gonna see smear campaign like you've never seen before into santa's they're going to be talking to you know it's gonna be like cavenaugh they'll be talking to high school friends. Did he get drunk that night. After the big game you know who do you take to the prom. They will stop at nothing to destroy the santa's because he is a threat to their power. I mean does anyone think kamala harris a chance in hell of beating to santa's If it's those two about those two on the debate stage she'd be giggling and begging from help for you know whatever supporter. Who's the mediator will be like chris. Wallace doing his best to help her to santa's would eat her alive. Trump's not even a good debater and destroyed by but anyway let's get back to this. We've we've got in my mind confirmation. Sorta kinda the this is happening. It should scare everybody whether the elect tucker not and then you got the nut. Jobs coming out who hate him. They hate him so much because he so effective you know. He's so direct. Doesn't hold anything back. O'reilly used to do this deal where he tried to be a moderate. He'd say you know there's some good things about whatever obama you know. I like what he did here and tucker doesn't play that game he doesn't pretend to like a respect you know the biden's he did a whole thing local show mocking dr gills thesis which looked like it was written by dave. Cullen was barely barely coherent or doctorate thesis on community college in delaware. So she's still important. Work any mocks the fact that she calls herself a doctor and he just doesn't hold anything back they hate him. They want to destroy him and he because he drives them nuts. It doesn't take to drive. Someone like keith. Olbermann nuts or joy reid or you name it on. Msnbc rachel chris hayes mitchell matter the whole bunch together. There's nothing they hate more than the site of no tucker calls coming on to snare drum blasting tucker saying good evening. This is tucker carlson tonight. They hate that because they know he has more eyeballs and more effect more influence than they do. But i think it's a tribute when you drive your enemies insane. Is there anything anything more planning than knowing you're driving your enemies and saying that they hate the side of of the sound of your voice it just it must. It must feel good to know that someone like keith olbermann. Who does who used to be. A big star. Used to be o'reilly's opponent. His adversary at eight o'clock on msnbc was the biggest star on liberal cable television. But he's so unhinged he so just insane that he is now doing far as i could tell is done with. Espn he's done with msnbc. He does commentaries from his balcony and his luxury new york apartment. He gets dressed up. turns on his iphone. does two minute commentaries. Do i have that right. Yeah no nothing says. I'm above it all more than him doing. And you know i'm not in touch with the people then him. Doing you know doing these two minute videos from up on high looking looking down on all of us. He's he gone kooky know. I believe he had a place. In trump tower that it was all theater when trump won and he hates trump more than anything needs to do his thing. Trump should be arrested. Everyone is a family. Should be arrested. News just go off the rails. It is amazing that there's not a place for him on cnn. Msnbc hbo hbo. Max all these shows. I mean even the perverts like jeffrey toobin marc halpern. They find their way back on. Tv they find their way back to gainful employment. Far as i know could be wrong in keith. Olbermann ever just whipped it out to zoom call started beating it i mean. I don't think so out that. I've seen no nothing ever. We would probably hear about that. But he's he's not he's not gainfully employed even though he's he's smart and he's crazy and he's articulate and he can do a commentary whether it's whether it memorize is a reason as well as anybody but there's no place for him he's that nuts which is hard to believe. But if you haven't. I mean we've seen him before his commentaries on his balcony from his His condo overlooking central park in new york and he goes off on tucker. carlson promised. Keith is such a nut that there will be no response from tucker like if this were. Brian staedtler jake tapper or chris cuomo with his biceps. You would have a great funny entertaining rebuttal response from tucker but i think i think keith was just nuts. It's like responding to some lunatic with six followers on twitter..

"Children's shut the fuck up down listening to your elegance stop bitching. Oh that's so good. It took a while to get there. Took a while to get there but That is so good. And no one ever tells these people to sit down and shut up like you know calling us his children. You know the also smacks him. What are you use like a wire hanger wooden spoon. What did you use when you hit the kids. Don't have the kids now. i'm out loving father. I just i just sit there and take it from everybody in life. I just sit there. And do whatever's easiest life. I can't believe that once again. I'm plotting bill maher. It is amazing the he has become the voice of reason again. You still crazy liberal. But he's not like unhinged like keith olbermann. I mean they were two prominent voices of the left. Not so long ago keith. Olbermann was the big star on. Msnbc and now he's on this little balcony and in new york city. Oh was central. That's only does to videos railing against somebody without me humor without any laughs and bill. Maher actually make sense. Every week i mean. Could you ever like defend keith. Would defend the people who want to cancel lin-manuel miranda's he would defend that. It say they should have more dark skin latinos in he'd say that makes and bill maher holds up to light and says this is insane. This is stupid. of course it doesn't make sense. Of course i'm not joining that mob and he gets applause from everywhere on saturday and even me even me so great job. Bill we will wrap it up with that because you know we want. We want to end on a happy note. Lots of meltdowns. Lots of breakdowns This weekend beginning with the dave dave. They've number two on thursday leading into the weekend. Where the with the the nets and the sixers and By cindy shambo. A bunch of other people by the weston. Just shambo as paul azinger of the humorless. I like gazing a humorless color commentator on the broadcast pointed out. Everybody was melting down except for jon. Rahm in the in the us open. You're into watching guys choke and it wasn't. That was a helmet entertaining finish. But how did Dave number to do today coning today. Seems i mean you're the you're the end all here but today seemed to go better than whatever happened wednesday but granted. I was like four margaritas deep at that point so i don't really know what happened. Wants to put you on the toronto. That's right you were at dinner. I because we did point derek. Dini something which i don't remember. Did you fix the problems here mcgrath. I did fixed problems. Jerry preloaded the video clips instead of sharing the screen. There's a lot of mistakes made. But i wanna put. That is still look nervous. You're still look like you know that's just my face. I can't change that. I'm totally relaxed. Things take time of christ there. We go into cherry. Just disguise take time next thing you know he's gonna be playing the hits warning seventy and matt walk next year. Dave can't wait. I just my. Dm's might tax. Were blown out with friends and they were like can hurt the calendar. What what did you do. I don't ever want to relive that again. Terrible terrible weekend. Well like we said you know you're one of those people. I guess you'd say i can do it. You're confident Sometimes a little too confident but we will see how we do going forward. Let's leave it there. I talked to my congratulated him. But i hadn't really asked him about what an on when whether he'll be joining us going forward squeezing us in his busy schedule. I think you're gonna be shattuck less for the future because he's got a sub stack. He's got his podcast. I'm telling you he does. He likes have a full plate. He likes and you know what i mean. There's a guy with four kids who felt the need to go out and buy chickens. Yeah true in like dogs and goats and stuff and you know because he he. He likes the chaos. Which i appreciate. I liked that. I liked the like that in a man. He say this what he's going to do culinary he's coming. He's going to cut back on trips to planet fitness. That's probably gonna then. Yeah the thing you need them. Most of his. I will take a graduation. Tomczak might legitimately be the only person that i like from my almost ten years in the radio. World or whatever. He's the only person. "You come here there schools. I was reading about colombia. I believe you know obviously far left. You know absolute marxist play School they're requiring the vaccine of the kids who don't need it. Don't you know whatever they just require. It's like a stamp. It's like a yellow star. Snip number on your arm But astrazeneca's not acceptable. So if you're in india asia europe and that's what you've got. Do you come here and say okay. I'll get another vaccine. Who who knows if two vaccines in the same person are going to create long term issues you know but to go see springsteen on broadway if you're been vaccinated with astrazeneca you gotta get another fact. Seen you gotta get. Johnson look they reverse that jerry did you see. Yeah so i guess the it's because of the theater so the theatre that ruin the theater reversed it. There is a it's a happy ending. they go. it's a happy ending for the. I was just hoping that your new boss hoping that minihan had the astrazeneca in bruce wasn't going to allow him in. That would have been good. You know but i guess most americans have have an acceptable. I saw that. Bruce was going so i reached out to his publicist kirk right and the last email she said to me was i can no longer respond to. Your email was blatantly. I was i was respectful. Wasn't a dirty lie like usually respectful. She just didn't wanna talk to me anymore. So i'll i'll give her credit. She was raw honest with me. Don try to get someone like a little lower down the food chain. Get steve van. Zandt or get whatever's learns clemens. Nephew was a saxophone guy. player him. Yeah we'll get someone in the orbit in these springsteen and then if that person has a good experience with your new boss than maybe puts in a word yep gets you can actually try to book guests for kirk for your new show. I would assume so. I mean my track record of booking guests is phenomenal on. It was great. I call three times. Call them three times. You're gonna mcgrath. You haven't booked any guests yet. Are you up for this. Because harling cohen this friday jerry. Oh and i. i love harlan but I haven't talked to him in a while. I got a couple of harlem books right behind. You see this to newest all set for my summer on my summer reading list. But i could do that. I could get look just like i get buck sexton right you did. I didn't i. I'm the one who is really hook you up. I got you out on a show. I don't know. I thought it was pretty cool. That he got back to us came on the day before starting his new show. 'cause you know he's just and after shattuck and i absolutely buried him that's true that's true. I'm not sure he was aware of you killing him but you you felt bad afterwards. Text thought he was a nice guy. I thought it was. I guess he's not that much of a douche optimistic pompous hump douche. But i mean. I flat out told him in our interview that It is a strange pairing with clay. Travis which that doesn't mean i don't like it. I like the fact that they're thinking outside the box. A when you and i and and bobby burke and Shattuck top about feeling that rush show Slot names dan. Bongino is one and he's on one. He speaks indicated by someone else on like one hundred twenty stations buck sexton clay traffic going to be on four hundred stations So they got a obviously a bigger audience and more of russia's old affiliates many more But if buck sexton gut the job just himself. I would have said that makes sense. I mean he does a solo. Show three hours solo. Podcasts does a tv show on the first and he's just a very experienced in doing shows by himself he can do it three hour monologue like i said standing on his head so if he got the job that would have made sense. I would have said good luck the buck but they stick 'em with clay travis. They're both as i said kind of lead guys they're both at. It's a strange pairing but that's good in that span taking a chance. They're trying something different. The only thing that gives me pause and tell me if you agree culinary because in the middle of the enemy said this. When i said some about fighting with clay travis and i said you know when the annoys you just remind the audience that he voted for obama twice and buck. Says i wouldn't do that. Claes my buddy. Mike what wait it. We got a problem here. I mean like. I said like your your new boss manhattan and i were an we. Were like real close friends. Good friends and we would fight every day. It was hell. I was friends before that would dino and we will fight wild would have wildfires every day. That's kind of why you have a two man booth. You don't have a man booth said that you can get along agree on every issue. You have one so you can have conflicting opinions and battle it out. You don't need callers that way now. Like if you're flying so low. If you're dan bongino or tom shattuck. You're going to rely on callers and guests because you know not gonna wanna just hear your own voice for three or four hours a day but travis and sex and can take an issue disagree and battle it out any. They genuinely do if they generally you know butt heads in and disagree. That's good radio. Like i told him that raises the level of energy. And if you're in a car and these two guys are finding out in they're both smart and you know experienced and they're really having a good. You know debate getting down and dirty. You can't turn that off. That's that's gold. Yeah i don't know about that like you. Karkare two guys that you could not kirk literally in this sense but like two guys that you can get a sense. You could get a beer with these two pompous assholes by now. I'm just in the moment the he doesn't come off. Papas asshole they're both. They're both like the eagle between the both of them together. It's going to be outstanding and imagining them. Fight would be one of the most. I don't know maybe it is good. I i gotta hear it in his his. What's going to happen Cullen is they're gonna fight one day and their program director. Whoever it is the premier its premier network. Whoever is the president is going to say guys. You know and one at a time like after years of fighting with dino john dennis on the radio he decided one day or somebody told him one day that it was. You couldn't hear each other because we were yelling at each other and they said one at a time and dino showed up one day okay. We're not gonna fight. We're going to go one at a time. When i was like what when we were fighting for years and we'd have knock down drag out battles and he decided that was not good radio anymore and i was like. You're kidding right. But no he didn't want to fight anymore and that was fine. He just decided that he wanted to take turns. And if someone tells clay travis and buck sexton to dake terms it will be a disaster. They can't do that have to let them be themselves that let them battle and i don't care buck how much you like each other again. We you know that's really really good friends with minihan. We only fought on the air. We never fought off the air. We used to fight on the every day and walk. You know walk off together and get lunch and have a few laughs. It's the job you know it's the job you have to fight. You have to defend your your point of view. I mean who. Wouldn't wanna see keith. Olbermann and cole beasley alone in a booth. Battling it out. Who wouldn't want that. I would..

"You know what this would qualify as a meltdown too. Because it involves keith. Olbermann anything involving keith. Holman you talking a guy who's as unhinged as it gets a guy who is always appears to be in the middle of a mental breakdown. And i love this because cole beasley is speaking for a lot of people. Kobe's a little a little more militant than most when it comes to the The vaccine if you missed the news over the weekend cold beasley put up posted on twitter. He called it a public service announcement any essentially posted a personal statement saying he is not going to get vaccinated. And if you read it. They're not gonna. he's not changing his mind. He is completely convinced that he doesn't need the vaccine. And i don't blame him. He's young he's healthy is obviously fit. He's a. he had a great year last year. Buffalo see red eighty two catches If you don't know cole beasley. He's one of those you know. Tough ass white guys goes over the middle gets hit and just keeps getting up and plan on. But he's not any and he says he'll give up his career you know he's he's making i think he's got Two years and twelve million left on his contract making six million a year and he says he will walk away. He will he will. He will not play before he'll get vaccinated and and it's a pretty strong statement. I think i made. What did he say omit. Here's where he kind of loses me because it's just so over the top. I don't know who's who's In his head or who is speaking to but he writes quote. I may die of kobe. But i'd rather die actually living. What does that even mean. That's a little extreme. I mean he. He says that he's not. He has friends family members whose days are numbered. If they want to come and see me stay in my house. They're coming regardless of the protocol. I didn't know what that meant. And then i read the protocol. The nfl says according to their rules protocols players can't have more than fifteen people at their house so they every rule in the nfl. That you can't have a fourth of july cookout or you can't have your extended family over on father's day now of again. I don't even how you check. I guess you look at social media and you see these guys host of pictures on instagram of their fourth of july parties and then you bust them but initially you hear beasley say this and you can get whatever you know. Don't get vaccinated. They can't make you and they can't. They can't make him but they can certainly make his life more difficult players who don't get vaccinated have to wear masks l. times by the way did anything look more ridiculous than the nba. When the coaches head masks in the nf nhl. Also the coaches wear masks and nobody else's like the fans aren't wearing the players rafts. Just the coaches in like the score keepers. Is it really science. It's just absurd but beazley's completely against i mean he's not changing as he says. I don't play for money. Find me if you want my way of living and my values are more important to me than the dollar. i'd. I'll play for free to live to live life the way of lifted from day. One if i'm forced into retirement so be it of enjoyed the times i've had either way. It's a win win. I'm not going to take meds for a leg that isn't broken. I'd rather take my chances with kovin and build my immunity that way. That is my choice based on my experience. And what. I think he's best. I love my teammates. Enjoy playing ball because all the outside bs goes out the window in these moments. I just want to win the super bowl enjoy these relationships that will be created along the way. Thank you for everyone. Who's been supportive. And he points out that there are lots of other guys who agree with him but he says. I hoping i'm doing my part to represent you guys. Well he's a second team all pro but he knows lots of guys agree with him. I think the latest estimate is fifty. Five percent of players have been vaccinated but And albert bright about this news on monday morning quarterback if you're not vaccinated you'd better be good you better be and beasley good. You better be really valuable to your team really important team because if you're not vaccinated they're not gonna keep you around if you're marginal if you're if it's if you're battling for position as a special teamer backup You know nickel nickel corner and you're going to get another guy and he's vaccinated and you're not You're the they're going to. They're going to pick the guys vaccinated because it's just easier. They have to. You know the the guys who aren't vaccinated have to. They can't leave the hotel. They can't go to restaurants mean they. They have to stay in their room and wear their masks when they travel. They're just making it difficult. If you're like beasley if you're an anti vaccine or you just choose not to get vaccinated. Your life is going to be difficult. They are pressuring guys to get the vaccine. Some guys i believe who don't want it. don't need it obviously. I mean everybody knows young fit. People don't really need it but it's become a thing you know it's become a an issue and they want everyone vaccinated and they're going to pressure guys to get the vaccine whether they want to not beasley to his credit. He's standing up at saying he won't do it. I don't think they're going to cut him. But they're gonna make life difficult and we'll see how many guys follow suit. But i mean clearly if you read this. It's standing by his principles by his convictions. It's not he's not he doesn't mention. You know the biden or trump or any conspiracy theories or he doesn't sound like some crazy. Robert kennedy no antibac- baxter. He just says he doesn't want to take meds for a leg. that's not broken. He knows he's not really vulnera- bullies knows he's not gonna die knows. Probably not if you're gonna know it if he gets the virus and he's just like i'm not doing it doesn't sound too crazy to an inch to me a little bit little bit strong with the thing about living life. But of course this brought out the crazy provex irs the authoritarians out there who want to hold everybody down inject them against their. Will that the leading voice. You know the leading rational reasonable voice against beasley and in favor of vaccines of course would be crazy. Keith oldman can we hear from keith olbermann. You know after the news about cole. Beasley going to get vaccinated. Because because of some meaningless word salad in your head like that chicago cubs baseball player about how other people must get vaccinated. And then when they do that means. You don't have to or is your excuse. The threats of lawsuits against the vaccine mandates from new york city law firm. Or are you from the marjorie traitor green school. I don't believe in science. I believe in god if that's your anti vaccine excuse. I don't trust science. I have god. Let's test that theory from your.

"You weren't sure if he could handle pressure he's been great again you know. He's i don't know if he's like number one in the fedex cup but but he's close and he's making money and he's winning and he and he's the big star and in the sport and he's good for sport because he's kind of telling can he's good looking and he's weird that he does all kinds of strange things all his clubs of the same length and he's got a weird putting Style everything else so. He is good tv and yesterday. He was great tv because he went was thirty. Something holes without a bogey. Which is mind boggling to me. On one of the hardest courses he will ever see How many calls did you go without a bogey yesterday cone the well i mean i tripled the first hall so that was robbed. That would count as any kind of bogie single double triple boca on. You're one of the hardest courses in the world under. Us open pressure. And you go thirty whole the bogey and always boxing any went. I forget the number of holes without a three-putt on those unbelievably fast greens. But he was playing great. he was in the hunt. I picked him to win on saturday night. I said he's gonna finish strong here and win. He just completely collapsed. What what's the number mcgrath. Played on the back. Plus eight on the back of a. Us open eight over to finish at his seventy seven. Did he finish it. I believe finished with seventy seven. Yep seventy and lost literally millions in or you know. Probably a million In prize money just in prize money. The winner gets to point to Jon rahm got two point two. He literally lost millions. I have have. He made like a hundred grand. I believe i'll get the number But an and if he want he would've won two point two million dollars but he was under immense pressure and he could not handle it. It was it was amazing to anybody if anybody is allowed like a mental breakdown. Just the way he poise. It's fair to like that's going to happen to him like he. He plays such aggressive. Fucking bomb. the ball style. It's gonna go away. Well what's a good question because he he is changing gulf. Yeah and you know you always say particularly the us open. I would say you got to hit fairways fairways price and be shambo steps up and says no you. Don't i mean he bombs it three hundred fifty yards in the rough and then he only has whenever eighty ninety one hundred twenty yards left. He acts it out onto the green. So he says you guys can hit fairways and second approaches. That are two hundred yards long. I'm not gonna do that. I'm going to hit as far as i can hit it and It was working. It was working and he was just doing it a different way. I didn't know that he was capable susceptible to this kind of meltdown. This kind of breakdown in you had a. He had a Santa sh mugger shot. It was awkward. It was in a lot pillai a weird hole any just skanky e the shanked and it was. You're watching you're gone. I didn't think this guy was capable of this. So i'm not rooting against them. But there's something about watching a human being whose got it all just completely meltdown. In front of tens of of people watching around the world. That is such good. Tv and watching. Jon rahm win and bring out his baby win after he got screwed on the covert thing and his parents flew in from spain. You know his wife there and with the yellow fingernails and nicholson try to pick up his wife somehow somehow forcing his way into the inner circle i know they both went to arizona state but it was a little weird. That mickelson was the one guy sitting with his wife. As as rum is he's on the range and then louis stays in Whatever screws up hits it into the penalty area on eighteen assuring ram of the win. And there's mickelson right in the middle of a little strange. But hey that's phil he wants to be. You know he wants to be part of the part of the entourage of this new young superstar rom who is kind of fun to watch he just lashes the ball and big and strong got great touch. Great hands But the big story. I mean if i'm a columnist if you're columnist and you're covering this you don't even touch rom you just say good luck to him. You go after bryce and you you you focus on that drama that choke that meltdown. Because that's much more compelling the losers are always more compelling covering the you know the sixers hawks you go to ben simmons you go to ask ben. Simmons teammates embiid is coach rivers. They really didn't support him. They just said you know it is what it is and you know A rivers was asked. Could ben simmons be the point guard on a championship team and he said like i don't know the answer that he didn't support his guy. They're done. They're done trying to caudal. Baby ben simmons. Because it isn't working and i guess if you're at if you're at the us open and you're covering it you go to Speaking of dink's You go to kepco just kept the hates. Pipe bryson d shambo and kept Beat him i mean. He didn't win but he was Let me get the damn leaderboard. Here he Let's see we go rum. Where is Captive tied for fourth tied for fourth at two under. And you gotta go way way find. I'm gonna find poor bryson pool bryson diseases. Where the hell is. He tied for twenty sixth. He was like one shot off the lead. Any totally melt down finishes with a seventy seven. I saw afterwards. He basically they were talking some article. I read this morning. It was saying he was already kind of over it by the time he got to his car and i actually believe him. No i do. I do because i think if you try to. Innovate within the game to the extent that he's changing the game. You know that you're going to have some mishaps along the way. Unfortunately yes it's gonna hurt. I mean there's like. I don't ever remember seeing anything like this from from tiger woods. And it's been a while since you saw something like from phil fill right. He probably recover. He's happy gilmore. Like he's the and it's a shocking. It hasn't happened more often. he's he swings out of his shoes. I mean a madman literally swung out of his shoes. What was that. Tina was where that was the beginning of the end when he and they showed it his foot slipped and he he pushed it into the junk and it was like. Wow they start talking about spikes and why did he wear longer spikes and maybe he'll do that but You're right he swings. It's weird as feeder moving all over the place. He's not uses a different club than everyone else know less club. It's amazing washing amount of power. Five go you know. Three sixty three seventy on the drive and then use a wedge on a second shot. He tied with martin. Commerce chris baker Techy matsuyama any of those guys. Once on all weekend they were just also rans but as meltdown was so dramatic that he fell so far down the leaderboard. I want to get the money. Get the money for me when he are you to dave's if i wanna find out how much it cost them because that was like something i've never seen before or i don't remember seeing a guy that level meltdown that completely that dramatically. And just lose it. And it's if that's a lot of guys there snap in clubs or not snapping slamming clubs and there and he just he you're right he holds seat he puts on a bowl face and i guess i guess he didn't wind and bitch and complain and didn't blame brooks kept her a blame the the people heckling him and it'll be in the other reason it's great is now you get to see how he recovers from that. You know it was. It was interesting to see how rahm recovered from that stupid covid Whatever elimination where they after..

"Host last week. Ah, guy named Keith Olbermann. Sounds vaguely familiar to me. Maybe has been right. Mm. Warmer, ESPN host Keith Olbermann. Lashed out at all Trump supporters. Because he hates them. And he has so much hate and so much vitriol that it was like you know what happens when you make a volcano experiment and you put the Mentos in the soda and it all Frost's out. They will listen to what Keith Olbermann says. Trump can be and must be expunged. The Haiti has triggered the Pandora's box he has opened. They will not be so easily destroyed, so Let us brace ourselves. Task is to fold the terrorist trump must be defeated, must be destroyed must be devoured at the ballot box. And then he at his enablers and his supporters and his collaborators and the Mike Leigh's on the William Bars and Sean Hannity's and the Mike Pence's and the Rudy Giuliani's and the Kyle written houses and the Amy Cockney barrettes must be prosecuted and convicted and remove from our society while we try to rebuild it. And to rebuild the world. Trump has nearly destroyed by turning it over to a virus. Remember it even as we dream of a return to reality and safety and the country for which our forefathers died that the fight is not just to win an election but to win it by enough To chase at least for a moment, Trump and the maggots off the stage and then try to clean up what they left. Remember it even though to remember it means remembering that the fight does not end November 3rd. But in many ways will only begin that day. Cool. There you go. There's your stuff, right? There is your son. You know what he said? But David removed from our society. Oh, yes means imprisoned right with that What you do when you put somebody in prison, you remove them from your dad or executed. Or executed, right? But I would say in prison Well, guess what. Be careful, Mr Overmyer. Amir. What's his name? Over over over bred men. Olbermann, Olbermann. Whatever it is, yes. 00 Be careful what you wish for because it may come back on you. Why gets maggots? Is he looking at NBC or MSNBC or one of those? Gosh. Oh, yeah, He's a mess. But you know what? It's entertaining. It's entertain. You know what he reminds me of. Think Back and again, everybody should watch this movie. Charlton Heston played in the Omega Man. Remember the leader of the The people that were, you know the ones that lived in the dark with the white eyes. Remember the leader? The leader of that. I wish we got to get that clip for tomorrow, by the way, Okay, because he's when you know he's he's out there, and so they have him and he's he's talking and he sounded just like that. The white eyes of the dark. What do they call those people that were in the time machine? The people more law around? Yeah, yeah, the people that were under the ground of the creatures or whatever more laws. There's just something very sinister and wicked about what that man just said removed from our society. This is a dark, dark time should play the injury of Eso. It's so hyper played again. Yeah, we got it so insane. You've got to hear it again can be and must be expunged. Haiti has triggered the Pandora's box he has opened. They will not be so easily destroyed, so Let us brace ourselves. Task is to fold the terrorist trump must be defeated, must be destroyed must be devoured at the ballot box. Remember it even though to remember it means remembering that the fight does not end November 3rd. But in many ways will only begin that day. Who Expunged to erase or hair is completely You know what? I got to tell you something. It takes one to know one. Wow. I got to tell you that is perhaps the most wicked ugly is that thing I've heard from, Lord anybody forget the fact that he's a news guy. And you know, that was only a minute of that was just one minute of it. Oh, my gosh! Keith old that's that guy is sick in the head keeper of maggot! Maggot is demented. That is I mean, honestly, we need to write down what he said. So that you could see just how many wicked things were in that statement. That was where Syria evil, pure evil that we that needs to be entered into a script of a movie. Of what? Some evil rotten. Ah, demonic devil person to say, Oh, my gosh. You guys just witnessed it. This is exactly how they all feel. He is giving you a crystal clear. Example of what all these people on the far left really, really want to say. "I would. On. On covered for this and several additional WIFI to. Mr Gore did not really understand his business partner one of these guys. Just amazing like you. You look at them, you go. Go through the entirety of life, not really enjoying anything that has not been connected directly to bunny, yes. It's. It's amazing, but yeah here here. We are I mean the the. The nightmare is the the bottom line of this is that there are people who think that this is right now is a good thing and I I mean. These are the descendants of the people who win the arbitrator sort of legally gained to them in one thousand, nine hundred, and said Hey, by the way, the whole reserve clause saying that you've built your millions onto the last ninety years since the eighteen ninety tobacco when you instituted the thing by the way I'm about the rules that's illegal and all players the right to get the services go to the highest bidder, so maybe you WanNa. Give me get a week or two. Maybe you can cut a deal with them about this. What No, you're fired! We're doing. And they lost, and as I said on sportscenter the other day. This is why instead of paying. Hank Aaron a record, two hundred and forty thousand dollars a season. They're. They're paying Mike. Trout four hundred thirty million dollars a year because they're genius businessman to on top of everything else. And, the other thing is. There's no particular reason to believe that the title commissioner. Should apply in baseball should be used in baseball. Because it's just you know owners chairman, it should be chairman rather than commissioner. He used to be a connotation that there were some things that were done on this for half of the fans, or on behalf of the players or anybody else connected with the game that was several previous commissioners. Did that happy? Chandler stood up gration when a lot of the owners did wanted There are many many others who have done obviously last year things. This is not a commissioner, even in the sense, that Adam Silver Commission and You know if you're you're. Manfred is the Gary Bettman also went to Cornell Law. "These guys the rest of them for the most part. I I was looking at an old article I wrote about mark. Maguire years ago and I really had forgotten that, but in the nineties baseball has. Made, a point of noting that they had got. Such a jump in in ticket sales in the nineties, and it was like you expanded twice therefore four more teams. You better have had more people at all the Games you had you know. Seven hundred more games every year and it turned out that the increase was. If you discounted. That was five hundred people a game and they they put that that was their idea of sales, and it didn't matter that there was a reason for that had nothing to do with people. Get more liking last. There's just more of it to spell, but then there's no understanding of this as as an a national heirloom and I think it's you know it comes from the top all the other closet, Bud Selig had. He was able periodically to remind people that it was a public relations Africa that they were more than anything else, but sold the product. It wasn't where we provide content for for people who happen to be at the stadium. No, no, no, that's not what you do. you help me, you know slant baseball that can to get the brewers back in the National League. But you know these guys. They led by a guy who's. WHO believes that success in industry is taken away from employees and given to owners. That's where we wind up and there's kind of a metaphor for lots of things going on in our society contained in this attitude, but there's no doubt in my mind and the major. League Baseball Headquarters. Half a mile from where I sit right now and in the various ownership yachts around the country. They think this is great, and they are convinced that they have always been convinced that the player buckle and the fans will forgive and forget and you know. People people protesting in every country, every city in the country were three weeks in a row and give a new reason to do so every other week and pandemic. Those those things they don't understand those things they don't have any meaning. They do not fit into their projections and their slide rules, and the you know they're led by somebody who does not particularly like. Like Baseball, his name is rob Manfred, and unfortunately the commission. Keith. Over in here. You really believe that that that he does not like baseball like when it all comes down to it I, I understand that you that we've all come across people who are leveraged junkies. They have to seek it out if they don't have it. If they have it, they must exact. Come across but. You know what? I he does not like baseball as much as he likes Defeating What he sees as the the people who are opposed to baseball money-making agenda, so then I guess in the correct. I guess I guess in the in the way you mentioned mirroring society a lot here in the same way that covid nineteen has exposed the faultlines in so many parts of our of our world in our country, and our systems and and families feeling pressure in a way because of covid nineteen that covid nineteen is exposing the Commissioner of Baseball as a guardian of the game that he is not that he that there is no. I think this was pretty well known before he was. I think before he was commissioner I can't remember the circumstances for, but I got from him an Eddie Haskell letter and I don't mean to take Kenny's name in vain. Who passed away? Report portrayed. Eddie haskill. Yes, it's just a few weeks ago. but I got an Eddie Haskell like letter from Rob Manfred some years ago about something. That I reported at Msnbc about Labor in baseball and I don't remember. It was three or four page letter and it was really. You know it just it just started with. Were all admirers of your work in your contributions to the game, and it just sort of spiraled through two, so we'll be expecting your correction. Please send US three videotape copies of it or whatever it was, it was just a damndest thing i. ever read, and and a twelve year old would see through it and I. "Had probably been making since little league and it's not just that he can't make it super fast or super accurately he's throwing into the stands he hit Keith Olbermann's mother that is true through into the stands hit of all people Keith Olbermann's mother I mean it is a it is a story that is it almost seems impossible but that's true that he threw into the stands and had her but he did it and that is the kind of thing they seem cursed these guys and it does happen in other sports it happens in golf is this work sort of where that the term comes from it can happen in in basketball or people can't do three free throws and stuff but in baseball there's something about it where it seems to rob people of the ability to do simple thing not even just really you know it's pitchers who who they're not just not as good as they used to be there they can't hit anything they're all over the place it's sort of like in in if it was in boulder I'm where the guy says hit the ball throwing thrown at the ball but if you did that accidentally all the time and you were hitting the ball the yips to me are a terrifying phenomenon and very relatable I think if you're a writer or any kind of creative person you've had that thought of like what if I woke up one day and I just never had another idea and a lot of these guys they don't come back or they if they're lucky enough to be like rectangular whoever he had got the ups as a picture when he was very young and had time to go off and basically reinvent himself as a position player but you have to then have that happen to you in your super young or it's not worth it and usually it happens to guys are a little bit older so it's terrifying you live in Washington DC where NPR is based in detail and Washington DC is a big city have you lived in the kind of small town that your book is set in where there is that quality of everyone watching that you describe a professional athlete feeling but for your actual life I I've never lived in a place like that but the town in Maine that the book is set and is based on a part of Maine that my family used to go on vacation and I'm very very much love and it has this beautiful combination of you know it's physically beautiful it's beautiful water but you also feel like you're in a place where everybody kind of knows each other and it has a really warm and lovely quality but also it's very touristy say it's a it's a very interesting combination to me of tourists stuff but they make you feel really welcome so I've spent a lot of time in that kind of spot but not lived in one now do you like charter I do like chowder I like chowder I like with my family used to go out on a deep sea fishing boat with that cap bill Gargan who had a boat they would take out you know take the tourists out you just go fishing and catch cod and stuff like that I love all that stuff man so for it to ray I love all that stuff it's so like we would go up there and just you know it's not beach kind of shore it's that the other house we used to go to and rent it's not it's a rock if the shore of rocks so you would go and I think this kind of a Hodgman thing right yeah our mutual friend John arduous written often about the the painful but it's like you would we would just go and could kind of my sister and I when we were young we were sort of tweens they would call it I guess and you would we would go and just kind of poke around and find starfish and stuff like that it was it was a great place to spend time in no no internet or television or anything like.

"Keith olbermann. Remember him? Yeah. He's back. He's back with new excitement. See here's what happened. Okay. Out in Mississippi. There was a guy named hunter Waltham or Waldman. Hunter is his first name. Ironically, he was a hunter he was out hunting for turkeys. And with a rifle not a shotgun a rifle, and he sees this rare Bino or kind of partial all Bino Turkey. So he stocks it. And he shoots it because people hunt outside of cities, and they tend to eat what they hunt. So he got this bird, and he's in and it was in the news. The Mississippi clarion ledger actually reported this okay? Rare albino Turkey shop owner Keith Olbermann did not like this. Keith Olbermann was so mad. He tweets this payback scum brand this P brain scumbag identifies himself as hunter Walton, and we should do our best to make sure the rest of his life is a living. Hell. You mean like Keith over MS existence. Yes, make sure as life's just like mine basement somewhere shrinking at the empty walls. So so he he tweets this. And there's. Well, there's a response because this is crazy. You don't turn one point. Oh, eight million followers on somebody on Twitter. Well, if you're lucky she don't get kicked off Twitter heating, get kicked off Twitter. If is a conservative, and he said, well, maybe maybe stuff is bad. But anyway, it brings to mind this. God is my witness. Turkey. Oh, Keith now, Keith. Who was a former spokesman for Boston market selling Turkey. He had no problem with normal turkeys black turkeys on a white Turkey gets shot. He's all over it. This is Turkey racism, Turkey racism, white Turkey privilege, white Turkey privilege. What the heck.

"Keith Olbermann. Six eastern PTI. Warriors owner Joe lak- telling Tim Cal Kami of athletes about his agency plans, quote, I think we'll continue to have a good team. If not a great team and tried to hopefully, be titled contending for as long as we can we will be aggressive. Nobody's going to outspend us. But he's gonna out work. This is like a locker room speech from a coach luxury tax implications. I only get bigger and bigger, but they knew of a new arena that should I know it's called the chase center. I think is going to be called the ATM because prince money. What do you think of this decision? The warriors signed rant and Thomson to max deals. Their top four players alone would be twenty million over the cap luxury tax. I think the luxury eventually someone game this out, right? That the luxury tax Bill could end up being like three hundred thousand three hundred million on its own. Because it repeater. You have a payroll that's between three and four hundred million. Sever tack to have a bankroll so three hundred million. Did you hear what you call the new arena, the AT, and they're gonna be printing? Go have that bankroll who Rachel this is the only logical way that the warriors can take and survive. If all out if things fall apart people leave, right? You can cause you can controlling what you can control them saving money will not allow them to sign new guys more guys or anything. All it. Does it say money in? So you can't destroy this thing or tear it down because you were trying to be cute and save a couple of dollars here. And there have a guy wants to leave because hey, I want something new. I I wanna I wanna go to New York and fix that. Or where you didn't control. All you could say, hey, man, you stay here keep winning championships forever. But the moment you give them a reason other than something that is not winning too to leave. Then that's that's that's their fault. And so this is the only tape approach. That's built up still mad. Cry Paul making money they making more money than this spending. First of all the guys who own this team are the valley. Venture cafe I was keeping. Making so much money Clayton. Klay. You good will figure out the rest. Oh. Right. Of the year with Raymond in that he will want his extension summer. Yes. They own his rights for another deal that could. Control him for another year. But I do think if he's not happy with the extension. They give him this summer. He's going to want to go to a team that will give him. At the end of the day, you spend the money because this is guaranteed as you get to a ring. Because once this ends Paul how long it will take to win. Another can find somebody. How? Mount you'll find her. Kaby? You find another stash you ain't gonna find another. That's true. And I don't think you'll find another drill. Eating somebody close to them much cheaper price. You gotta give me a name. We have seen owners balk at the luxury tax Bill. And so what jaylo J Joe lake at the state does run counter that look what happened in Miami amnestied, Mike Miller, which upset LeBron and was really sort of rules that came out before they you know, with after those championship runs, and it was to save money. It was for no other reasons two things one is the Mike Miller didn't give up on one of the core guys. And then the second thing is again, Miami was not as much of a sure bet as these guys are these guys are literally you spend the money with win this championship round games weight. And Chris Pash they were they were good. But they weren't this level lock. These guys are lock. No one's ever been. Like did finally go on record. That was two teams that go for Ron this team ago. He finally went on record about the unexpected. Phone call he received from kyri a couple of weeks back. He told Joe Vardon of the athletes. Yeah, we're in a good place right now being kyri a good place. I love the man that he's becoming..
