"In that sense of you're saying who's in control. Yeah i believe that. God is still always in control. I believe that god is is ultimately a still on the throne And so they're in this wrong. And so there's a sense when i when i used that terminology saying ultimately that his kingdom is always going to be able to reign as always always will rain especially when we look at the daniel and revelation prophecies and we looked at for instance the golden statue or or the statute as broken up into denman different compartments We know that at the when the stone breaks down There's only one kingdom that standard. That's god's kingdom and so. I do believe that guy's keenum was always going to be the one who stands and rains But does that mean that evil does not have. It's it's it's It's poll in the world right now. I do believe that. Of course you know. The devil is actively looking to destroy and to pull down as many people as he can with him and so There's there's this battle of good and evil that's happening around us every single day and And so when you when you ask a question who a control. I believe that got us ultimately stolen control but i also do believe that through the concept of free will. There are a lot of people who are still able to do as day so true please but evil won't win at the end. That does the devil have free. Will i believe so. One hundred percent Why does y'all way allow this ultimate bad guy Are y'all way god. Why does he allow this ultimate bad guy to to pull to to have any kind of control at all in this world. Wisey allowing him to run rampant. I mean that's a really good question. Because i mean even if you go back at the whole concept of how lucifer became the devil ray because some people will ask the question will didn't god create the devil and yes..

Unusual Perennials With Far Reaches Farm

"I'm kind of overwhelmed at the possibilities that you have in your list But i did see one sort of like theme ish thing that really caught my eye and recently my friend can drew's and i were talking on the show about some favorite of our early native spring. Perennials were both eastern gardeners. And we both love things with surveys. Arching stems like solomon's seal and such and you have a lot of things like that i think and i don't know if that's intentional. Or if you're obsessed with that too but can we talk about some of them like the polygon items and my anthem and you've you larrea. I die spor homes and whatever. I saw a lot of these things. Tell me about plants that look like that. Let's talk about that. Yeah yeah yeah all of those that whole kind of group. I mean they're like the disarms are now you know been separated out from the into a different family than Pulling games or solomon sales but but we kinda regard them as the sort of fulfilling the same function in the garden. They have the same visual Impact and appeal really and And we're just we are just smitten by them and and and for good reason. There's fear other things that Offer that In the shade garden Solomon's seals in particular Have there's there's over. Eighty species of solomon seals and within each species and their diversity is incredible. I mean it goes from the arctic circle down to tropical rainforest in vietnam and they can be. We've actually pitched a tent on flicking them hooker. I at thirteen thousand feet in eastern bhutan and that only gets an inch or two high in that really short alpine turf whereas We've got political. Tim did in our shade garden. And it's not done reaching its full mature size and we've been as tall as fifteen feet so that's pretty awesome. Thank goodness textiles for them and it said you have thirty one. Different polygamy items. And i was like and then you had an article on the website. I'll give a link with the transcript to it about one that i think it's cinemas The species is king knee. Ainum or juan neum or something It's like a twelve footer. With orange flowers that was surprising. Yeah that's really really nice thing. It's one that had been the had been regarded as a flagging kingham. It's it's distinct in that it has leaves. That are different than what we would see on on on the east coast for example Heard the leaves are kind of following this stem and their little alternate sort of things like every other step stepped up. The leaves up the stem but in keenum who aim vietnam again Their what's called a tesla arrangement of lease or their little like spokes on a wheel in quarrels ranked up the stem. And that's that's very distinctive right. Can you ain't them You know crashing. You know if it gets like ten twelve or even like in vietnam and fifteen feet. How do you. How do you keep those upright. And they've got a clever little adaptation not the end of each leaf tip at hooks into a little hook and it will actually hold onto surrounding branchless and of shrubs and so we have going up through having going up to really thin twigged shabby dogwoods and that can kind of self trellis themselves that way.

Persona 5 Strikers Review

"Let's talk about persona strikers review roundup gathering this at nine. Am it sat at an eighty. Four on metacritic. Twenty eight gave it a four point. Five out of five were keenum. Call says persona five. Strikers is proof. That change isn't always a bad thing. While it may not hold onto everything that made its forebear a phenomenon the new elements it brings to the table more than make up for it and show that the series future lies in more than just straightforward turn based jr pg's. It's an experience fans will find more than enough to love about And that will give them plenty of hope for the series. Bright future over at games beat. Mike manati gave it a four out of five and rights now. Strikers isn't exactly on the same scope as a full blown persona game. the social aspects aren't as robust. You weren't forty relationships with your characters. Are eating beef bowls increase your personality traits and not as long persona five may take you about one hundred hours to beat. Strikers only took me a bit over thirty hours to complete. I'm not gonna complain about that. Though that felt like a good length for an action role playing game and it makes sense that the experience would be a bit shorter without the counter events. That felt normal persona game prince parentheses. You aren't studying for tests or picking up after school jobs but you're still collecting personas. Infusing them to make new ones. You're still rocking out to an amazing soundtrack which includes a nice collection of new songs and remixed tunes persona five. And if you liked percent of five you're going to have a great time. I'm not sure. I'm not sure if you would call five strikers a spin off or a sequel honestly it feels more like the ladder but if you want to call it a spinoff. It's the best one that the persona series has offered yet and then it. It was an eight point zero from tom marks. Who writes persona five. Strikers main story is every bit a direct sequel to the persona five that it is every bit the direct sequel to promote a five. That seems making this summer road trip with the phantom thieves essential for fans of the original and probably pretty confusing for anybody who hasn't played it. It's lack of personas signature. Social calendar systems are the only places its spin off. Status becomes a bit of a letdown but even replacing turn based combat with real time. Action doesn't stop it from recapturing. The feel of its predecessor overall. Its structure is far more close to closer to the action. Its structure is far closer to action. jr pg's like kingdom hearts then the mousse omega force. Its best known for but the varied play styles of each character and the story that pulls them along made the fairly simple active hacking through shadows enjoyable to the very last surprise.

"It's what you use for things that you want to produce a relatively small number of particularly if there are differences between each product that you are creative types. Yeah prototypes maybe or things. That are customized. And you know the the the the large number of customization relative to the number you're producing that does not apply to these to these drones because they're producing a lot of exactly the same thing is much better to tool up a production line. And also you get to have more people working in the factory which didn't look like. It was creating many jobs there for that well. Did you do employ people. You pay them. So that's not necessarily love. You employ the people. Then they might have noticed the production differences. But yeah it's yeah that was and you know if it's three d. Here's another one if it's three d. Printing them we know dollars are made from a special dollar keenum. Is it recreating that two or these agnostic. Aps i'm not abs or somewhere. But well i shouldn't think he's either. I mean i'm seeing some sort of metal what we know about this darlak as in the original from which they are being developed is it wasn't made a dollar him it was made of sheffield steel and any other bits Scrappy getting hands on. But it would not have recreated itself from that well but still. It's still not going to be able to print dollar keenum because it's not came to be able to get so therefore these dogs are much more vulnerable than yeah than than a real that real s the the real dollars would say not a real. My Kingdom is not of this World (John 18:36)

"John Chapter Eight, Verse Thirty Six. Jesus answered. My Kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting that I might not be delivered over to the Jews, but my kingdom is not from the world. When I grade verse that just? Contrast the Kingdom of Jesus and the kingdoms of this world, and it's really a contrast. We see all throughout the gospels. You just think about the differences even as we are in an election season in the United States for those who listen to this podcast and live in the US in the middle of a presidential election and like all the things that are happening that are that are pretty focused on our country in this world. So think about the difference between Jesus Kingdom and the kingdoms of this world like. The Kingdoms of this world are built on like appeasing catering to the crowds. Keenum of Jesus is built on like counting the cost of following him in such a way that the crowds for the most part left that happened all the way back in John Chapter six. The road to Jesus's kingdom is not paved by like political hostility toward people. It's paved by spiritual humility that's counter the kingdoms of this world. Entrance into Jews, kingdom comes not by asserting yourself by denying yourself. Like those who are citizens of, kingdom are not people who show their power like with the weapons of this world. That's the whole point of what he's saying here they're the people who put their trust in God's word. And all of this is right before Jesus is delivered over to be crucified like. Alternately the inauguration of Jesus Kingdom is not set in motion when he is elected. It's set in motion when he is executed. When in the? Next chapters he will be crowned with thorns on his head as he suffers for sin we committed. Cheeses we praise you. As. The perfectly unique. Unprecedented. And a worthy only worthy king. We Exalt you as the one who is syndicated in seated at the right hand of the Father Right. Now, all glory beat your name Jesus our king, we worship you we exalt you we surrender to you. We gladly lay down our lives before you in me say thank you. Thank you for letting us part of your kingdom. Thank you for making us ambassadors. For you the king on a picture that we see in scripture that were embassador of yours representing us, help us to represent you. Well, we pray help us to live according to your character and your word, help us to reflect your love and your truth and your kindness and your compassion gun make more and more like, Jesus. Our King, we pray and We are exhilerated when we think about how you have made us heirs. Of Your Kingdom, how the Holy Spirit as a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance that one day, we will inherit your kingdom. So we pray like you taught us to pray Jesus our Father in heaven hallowed, be your name, your kingdom come your will be done. Your will be done in our lives. Your will be done in our families. Your will be done in our churches. Your will be done on earth we pray as it is in heaven. Jesus we praise you as our king re pray you'd help us to live. Ultimately not for the kingdoms of this world, but for your kingdom. In the name of Jesus our King We pray. Amen. Even as I pray that I want to mention that just finished writing a book actually about how do we glorify Jesus King in the middle of a presidential election so just a short buck called before you vote seven questions Christians should ask before they vote. I'm just so burdened to help. One another glorify Christ with our vote as citizens in this country for those who live in the United States and to do it. Hollow Trees = Habitat

"Their numbers new yard by dumping those out good to know. Thanks for the little PSA, there. We needed to hear that. So as Dr Surkov mentioned you know you don't see how the trees as much or at least as frequently in sort of urban suburban areas where people live. But they're much more prevalent in probably far more common than most of us even realize in the wild, and it's really important, and I'm going to say this is sort of like a rhetorical question. Did both of you know that hollow trees? A hollow cylinder technically is far more structurally sound on physics level than a solid cylinder I do not know that yet by Lucan because I ever follow in my backyard and. I decided that the gave. Yeah, and so again here we have a situation where we have structural habitat something that's very simple to provide as long as you keep trees on the landscape, and I see it all the time I walk around my neighborhood at night, or in the evenings, and you can see where trees were hollow, and people have filled them with either concrete or foam or something. It's like they they. They haven't quite figured out that if they maybe want to keep the tree, it's probably best just to let that go. And plus the rotting in and of itself returned some of those nutrients that were locked up in the hardwood, and it's it's IT'S A. A natural process in the life of a tree and I would bet that a lot of the big trees you go out into the woods and see all these ones that people get really excited about Many of them are hollow to just had a guest on talk about ancient trees, and they were saying it's really hard to estimate because every time they go in with a core They just meet a spot that goes, and it goes right into this hollow chamber within there. "Keenum was it was fine for the gamble, but it was obvious. That could turn out badly. You're not. You know, we're talking about veterans. We're not talking about rock solid guys. You're talking about just John Hollywood swinging for singles. I mean, what's the point? I don't know. Trulock is good. None of us do that whole like you went 15th. Overall, ESPN thing was it was insane. We do not know through lock is good, but I think he showed enough at the end of last year that your team building needs to be Hey, let's give this kid the chance. Let's go out about our off season as if he's a starter and put all the pieces around them so he can be successful, and the Denver Broncos are going to know very early if they lock up the guy or not, because there's no excuses. Good offensive coordinator Good running backs receivers good, tight ends improved line It's doing guy for drew locked, and they'll know one way or another. If they got the guy, and then you start over. If he's not we any hope he does. Great stuff, Frank. Looking forward to reading your write up and appreciate the time tonight. All right, Frank Schwab. You can read his fantastic work at Yahoo Sports and find him on Twitter at Yahoo. Schwab. These are really cool. These these I mean, every year around this time I love getting frank on because he likes it. He breaks this thing down. He's through Team 16 right now with the Browns. Broncos haven't shown up, but just by process of elimination. Clearly you're looking at the Broncos as a top half of the league team and significantly better or significantly ahead of what he reads with the Raiders and the Chargers. And all you have to do is kind of a look through these things to kind of get a sense of how much work and research he puts in to these teams. I mean, it's a deep dive on a lot of these teams. It's not just a very surface. See, here's their starting quarterback. Here's their starting running back starting. Why'd you see anybody can regurgitate information? Oh, man, does that kind of stuff going on. You could tell the details. The devil's in the details, and Frank does a great job that So I invite you to check it out which again? I think I kind of just Further puts a positivity into what you think that the season Khun B to be that far ahead of the Raiders and the Chargers. When there are some people that can't quite separate those three I feel like they are for I feel like the Broncos are further ahead of nothing else from just a talent, perspective and more. So what? The point he made there about what their direction is on the offensive side of the ball. The charges might have a little bit of a better defense. Especially maybe in the secondary. Thank their deeper defense. I do. With their offense. There's a little bit question mark about what they're trying to do their their offensive line's bad the quarterback situation. A giant question, mark, and then they come to. You know now they don't have Melvin Gordon's just all Steckler. Can he carry the load? For a full season. That's you know that that is a Ah, big question with no Phil rivers back there, so you know to threaten and keep those safeties. Honest..

Actinium Pharma's Transformative Radiation Treatment

"So today. We're GONNA talk about a couple of things. COUPLE UPDATES we've seen in the last couple of weeks related to Jin Amarin, as well as Kerio farm that we heard today and I'm recording this on the twenty second of June. And, then the main story today we're GONNA, talk about actinium pharmaceuticals, and I think if everything goes well with them. They could be a big play now. This weird stuff around the stocks or we're GONNA touch a little bit on that, but I think that if the data continues to look as good as it has so far, they could really make a big change in the targeted radiation space, so we'll touch a little bit on that as well. But. Yeah, for me on a personal note. It's it's been busy. Things are kind of getting back to normal here. In San Diego, a lot of businesses have been opening up. So I've noticed that actually have a bit more of a social life now, so that's definitely been entertaining. Take me away from the market's a little bit, but you know I'm here today to talk about some awesome biotech company so with that. Let's get into it. And the first piece of news I wanted to touch on is biogenic and what we heard. Is that biogen's Tech Videira pen? Five one four was ruled invalid us. District, judge, and they closed Friday at two seventy one, and they did see a little bit more of a dip this week. As we've dealt with this already with Amarin we're hearing that Bison does plan on filing an appeal, but that appeal process can. Can take up to a year, but what's different here is that we're actually expecting at risk launch, so mylan has made it clear. Myelin the company sued by John. Over this patent made it clear that they're aiming for a November sixteenth approval day for Generic Tech. FIDORA, and they have already filed an da with the FDA which is the normal process by which a generic company has to get their medicine approved. By, June did kind of expect this to some capacity because they did launch a competing drug to tech Videira, called vulgarity and a little bit of a better safety profile, and they launched this just in case, the tech texture patent battle did go south because I believe there's other lawsuits coming up against this patent, but biogen launched Romerike parity in the hopes that they'll be able to shift the revenue. They've been getting from. Tech Fidora onto American and then maintain this juggernaut status since tech for their is their biggest selling medication, and it's about four billion dollars. Dollars per year they generate in this medicine, so they're going to hope to replace that with something and the loss of this patent protection means the generics are gonNA. Come on the market pretty soon and when I did mine. Alice's using a model that I had created. If I have the tech revenue, their stock price would go down to run to thirty, so I think what's going on here is investors are pricing in the potential of America to take a lot of that revenue from Tech Videira, which would help Jin, either that or the odds of winning? Winning an appeal are there so the stock is pricing in some upside? Despite the loss they suffered, and the other thing that's going on with biogen is they are planning to file the advocating B-. Be La in two three, twenty twenty and advocate the indication being Alzheimer's disease, which is a very very big patient population, so I think there is also some support for the stock given that biding could potentially get an Alzheimer's drug approved. If not late issue than early next year and I know there's a lot of controversy over the added Keenum data I think. Think personally. It's a coin flip whether or not the FDA is going to approve it. I think the the date is very shady and it shouldn't be approved, but strange things happened with the FDA before, so it is possible that they could lobby the FDA enough to get it approved the next company, and wanted to touch on is Amarin and just a little piece of news that we heard. Is that Amarin settled with the generic company called appetites, Apex Appetites, and this settlement would keep them from launching a CPA generic until August ninth of twenty twenty nine. And I saw a lot of excitement around this just because the logic being that if apex fought that ammon was going to lose the appeal, they wouldn't bother going through the motion to do the Selman agreement keeping Aptex from going to the mark until twenty, twenty nine. But, if I were to think about it logically, I assume that the lawyers between Amarin and APP attacks have been in discussions for months by now and that the failure of Amer to defend its patents just happened to go against Amarin APTEX was not expecting that, so they ended up filing the settlement agreement anyway, but I think that if Amazon is not successful in their appeal process I imagine appetites, April tax is going to be able to file a generic before this twenty twenty nine days, so to me this neither a positive thing, negative thing, but you know I'm still holding all my shares and will look forward to that appeal decision coming up later this year.

"E. N. Minnesota yes we had digs in Phelan and Jerry's right and Dalvin cook Hey case Keenum was a quarterback and you saw the live side to it clearly still for Greg little he's also got could catch more running back he was a receiver but at least in terms of building what he should have been but they played receiver and and so he has a history of doing that with certain guys so I am excited to see what role they carve out for him or should he earn that wide receiver three as we expect federal I think it's him attempting to Patrick the water super three what is your for yeah it's gonna be a really fun season no matter what our Graham Glasco joining our program right now where the new additions to the Broncos here in the offseason will find out from him in a little bit about what he thinks about the new additions in the draft but Graham how has virtual your virtual offseason gone so far I think it's been going pretty well I mean you know we've been meeting with our with our position groups and I've gotten to meet a lot of the guys that mean albeit it's not really face the face or anything like we would be normally doing around this time of year I think it's definitely nice to do you get to talk to those guys and kind of get a feel for who they are and what what what I've gotten myself into okay this thing it one of the things they talked about with the Broncos versatility on the offensive line you've of course played a lot of reps at three different positions on the office of what was your favorite spot the boy I like the I it's hard for me to say that because I do like the aspect of the standard stuff like making the calls and kind of running the show in that in that regard but I do think that it's it's not nice to us I really do like the aspect of Garber I'm able to just go out there and play and not have to worry about and let somebody else do it so I just I mean I would say probably guard I am I really like playing record this past year I'm excited to to be doing that again so back to the the virtual off season the one thing I think it's come up a lot on our show is about getting timing down with the office of line you know building a cohesive unit it's kind of hard to do a ritual reality isn't well I mean I think that at this point time we've really just kind of going over more the assignments and everything like we have a new offensive coordinator and there is a little bit of carryover from what I've from what I've what I can understand so far but I'm learning a new scheme it seems like there's a little bit a new stuff everybody else needs learn self when the accident was at this point Temecula is just as beneficial as getting that that timing down but you just reference coming back to be the coaches what's your impression of Mike one Jack it seems really cool I mean I think that he's at is I mean I can understand why a lot of people have really really enjoyed playing for him in the past he seems to be like a he adds up is almost like an educator you know he goes about it like in a very very efficient way and I think that the way that he teaches it makes a lot of sense and I mean I haven't really gotten out there and been able to do anything physically but so far I think everything is been it's been really good night I can already tell that I'm gonna really enjoy playing for Christian Barry there in the third round what advice can you impart to the to the new young Bucks center in the playbook learn the place because he's going to I mean I I don't mind helping every once in a while but if I have to make all the middle call them like that so didn't give the playbook learn the plays and will I mean I'll mean dog will help you out as much as that as much as we can I think that's gonna be pretty stuff out of the bottom so I mean a lot of stuff comes with experience but will will kind of be there to help them along the way can he realistically be a starter on this offense of line this year I mean what like lectures for example at center if you're gonna be playing guard can can he ramp up fast enough for that I mean what what what is that ultimately tied to well I think that part of it well I don't I don't really know the composition of the room to get right now and how everything with that is I don't know if a guy this year will will step up and become that guy or whether he's going to be that guy what they want but I think that what it comes down to is he has the experience of of making the calls and doing all that stuff in the past and I think that that in itself is enough to get him off the ground I think from there you learn to learn a little bit on the job but I think that will do you'll do just fine what's the biggest thing the grand Lasko brings to this team I think I'm pretty I think I'm tough and I think that I can I think that I look at things a little bit differently I'm very very technique oriented and I like the details and I think that that's part of what makes offensive line so awesome and it's not about the the the big swings in the home runs about chipping away at somebody every single every single plan that in itself building until you you've not only defeated the man across from him but you've won the game I think that that in itself is something that I can bring to the table for us so we ask about Lloyd could Jim buried trapped in the third round but the first two picks were to speedy guys in jury duty in cage a hablar hello kind of excited is that office room right now I mean it seems like we've that we've had a lot of a lot of speed as you said and I think that just being able to stretch the field and have guys running down the field will only make the running lanes bigger and when we get big plays on offense I really demoralized the defense so I mean I'm I'm really looking forward to it I thought the draft one awesome what's the biggest goal for grand Alaska this year I like to look at things a little bit more personally and go about them in that regard but I think that if I can play the best football of my career this year I would I would be happy and I know that you know being being for like playing in a trade I know that in some regards like pro tools and stuff or not in indication tech usual like you can't be an indication of good play but I know it's not always so I mean I just want to play the best football I can play and make sure that's the best of my career so far how can this offense of line help drew lock get off to a fast start knowing what is ahead of you guys here in the offseason maybe potentially even a shortened training camp we don't know yet what can this offense of line do their best to help out drew lock well I mean at the forefront of it I think that making sure they were rock solid protection and making sure that the the front like the front of the pocket stays give given like three yards from the from the pocket that's really important that's basically the whole interiors job in making sure that the I just don't get collapse just we really just need to make sure the protections there and I mean there will be occasional break down but from what I've seen and what I've heard this guy can makes make something with his feet you can go out there and be dynamic and I think that's part of what that is making a lot of fans really really excited good stuff there from Graham Glasco will get the interview up actually it's already up the Broncos country tonight dot com here she gonna bailed me out on that last one and as soon as I ask the question I got lucky that he gave me an actually good answer so I was like Hey how can this offense of line helped relax like you could just said past block like do a good job at it right it's a good time I try to set higher been up for a question about that what you bring to the table he's just catch the ball and I got to that's not what I you know I know I know so it's funny the guy you know the guys sometimes they they play along in that case he's like yeah you know I'm really impressed with his wheels and right right out of your trouble and that's gonna help us out that's going to help everybody out but you can he kind of bailed me out there because he could legitimately just said scoffed at the question yeah yeah we just have to block right we just do our job right in he would've been justified to set up all right three three seven one three eighty five eighty five R. four number five six six nine zero texts on job roles for mile high report's gonna join us in the next segment or reminder that in cooperation with Dalton Risner other offense of linemen for your Broncos in the rice drop foundation will help to raise funds for the food bank of.

Make Australia Gay Again

"Okay. Jeremy. So you found these stamps. They're clearly very gay What what's the deal like? Where do they come from? I've never heard of this Gay Kingdom what is it where is it and how can I move there? Are you messing with this? Jeremy is even a real thing. It's actually real and I've been working all day and night to find out more. I've called experts from the United Nations. The Council on Foreign Relations. I've made burner phones. My apartment's walls are covered and post it. Notes detailing epic story behind this kingdom yarn. Did you connect them John? It's GonNa ask the same thing. Yes it's required and after lots of law sleep. I think I finally have some answers. Hermit sexual people have honestly endeavoured everywhere to merge ourselves in the social life of surrounding communities and to be treated equally. This is an excerpt from the declaration of Independence of the gay and Lesbian Kingdom of the coral sea islands. A nation created for life liberty the pursuit of happiness. And all things gay well technically. It's a micro nation. So we'll micro nation is a place that declares that they are a nation but aren't recognized by other countries So it's basically someone walks out into their front yard and they're like my front yard is a nation In their mind they are their own country but they don't really have any recognition or any kind of Legitimacy in terms of the global stage this is Derrick Thomas. I tracked him down after he made fun video online about the gay and Lesbian Kingdom. I created a youtube channel. That has an ongoing series on micro nations and kind of the funny stuff that they get up to so there see land of land lower Malaysia. Lieber Land Danica in the Game Lesbian Kingdom of the Cross island. Derek told me that this gay kingdom was born in two thousand four when Australia passed a law saying that marriage was strictly between a man and a woman with gay marriage all the rage in America. The changes here a designed to thwart any similar attempts legal recognition. At Dav aside their community is facing a new wave way of homophobia. Here's John Howard. The prime minister at the time. The definition of marriage is something that should not a time potentially be subject to redefinition will change so in an attempt to protect against future gay marriages the law said marriage is by definition between a man and a woman and every single wedding ceremony in Australia. I kid you not that definition had to be like at your wedding you would need to say the words marriage. According to law in Australia is the Union of a man and a woman. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in so romantic really but Derek said it actually kind of backfired and drew a lot more attention from activists about gay marriage than ever before Australia including one group in two thousand and four a group of gay rights activists who were attending the Brisbane. Gay Pride Festival Were frustrated with two thousand four marriage amendment act in Australia. They got on a boat. Well a seaplane That they christened the gay flower sailed it out to an island in the coral sea islands. Territory called CATO. Island planted a flag and said this is our country now Gay Marriage is legal. And that's kind of how the gain lesbian keenum of coral sea islands

Dwayne Haskins named the Redskins’ starting quarterback for rest of season

"Appropriate that we begin with news out of the nation's capital redskins coach Bill. Callahan said within the last half hour that Dwayne Haskins the redskins starting quarterback the rest of the way Haskins started the last game for Washington against the Buffalo Bills. Coming off a bye the redskins will face the jets. That's this week Tim Thought the decision to name. Dwayne Haskins distorted the rest of the season. Do it now and stop answering the question. I guess and that's the key I think you just go make a decision and go with it. Don't look back. He's the quarterback of the future. They want him to be the quarterback of the future and so rather than answering questions each and every week. There are being somewhat of a distraction. The rest of your football team but I think also a message to Dwayne of okay. Here's the deal. You need to get ready. You need the be ready and prepared to go out and play and play at a high level each and every week in these what the expectations are for you as a starting quarterback in the National Football Tali at so. I think they need to do it. They'll still be somewhat difficult to evaluate him because of some of the situations you know there and we've seen some guys get better watching somebody else. The truth matter is find out if you can play or not by actually client yeah. This is a situation or decision that I felt should have been made once. You named him the starter for the Buffalo Bills Game. This shouldn't have been a thing where we're going to put him in pulling Glenn Beck. I'll see if we can start Cole McCoy or go with case keenum once you decided to go with the Wayne ask is. He's you're first round draft pick. You WanNa see if he's your quarterback of the future because as you will be moving on to a new coach and he may have to get his own guy and he's still a rookie so you the only way you're gonNA learn is on. The job is by going out there and doing it and I think they knew that is interesting that they waited until go bye week to do this. And and case keenum won't be the number two quarterback and Cole McCoy will be the third quarterback but he's shown Some glimpses in that last start. You see the arm talent. That's the one thing that that was. I don't think that's ever been concern listening to people. Call a game. When people people have obviously met with the team and have talked to the coaches and production meetings about this and they wanna make sure he he can call the play properly in the huddle call like say what what you want? There was a reason he wasn't playing and it was not because the physical ability. There was a lot of talk about him. Not Being Mentally Ready to play the game and and you have to at least give yourself a chance to succeed before the bolts. And if you're not doing that that's why you're not on the field the criticisms if you can call Oh them that wasn't about whether he was smart enough but they were interpreted that and I think Adrian Peterson and trying to explain and maybe defend himself last week or the week before. was He telling Dwayne it's time for you to get into the playbook in other words it was really learning how to be a pro. And that's what they wanted to do is learn how to be a pro in terms of how you prepare apparent when he's sitting there at number three and no one that play. I don't think he prepared like a guy who might start that week.

"So it's not a Monday night the Monday night game WBBM newsradio seven eighty ha ha Clinton Dix of the pair of interceptions for the bears that one return for a touchdown in the thirty one fifteen win over Washington time for straight talk brought to you by straight talk wireless. Washington. struggled Monday night case Keenum high five turnovers three interceptions two lost fumbles after the game is coach Jay Gruden. really no I think what's most important thing is we have to have some continuity you know I can't be changing people every five minutes or so I think case I gotta get case and other outlets on an ample opportunity play these new guys this is first time this offense really and all I'll pen Eric flowers are first time is often you don't Terry Drake when only played two games less have made this point before we're not gonna be perfect but we need to be better and I think we can get better otherwise if I didn't think we had a chance to get better that I would make a change but I feel like case has the tools to be come a very efficient quarterback in this offense to get us some victories here moving forward. how many victories up to this point Washington one to three their third in three start over the last twenty seasons. but no change at quarterback at this point one of a large group I go with patients because I just don't feel like they have their team right I mean like I said I don't have their left tackle the the running back a lot of running that a dress of last year's heard again you know it it mean the patching together on the offense of line Eric flowers and and and such so I feel like there to put the quarterback in right now the young guy if they don't think he's ready which apparently they don't it just seems like it would be a panic move and at this point to the way you listen to Jay Gruden talk it sounds like they believe they're a team that needs work and at this point they don't feel like putting a quarterback into a situation like this version is that I get from other games Khalil Mack you're from Monday night and that's not doing him any favors so I think Washington has to assess what it is and and the long term view and be patient yeah I would go with patients I was definitely panicking during the game last night but when you look at what's going on in Washington it's really not time if you're a guy is it prepared if your guy is it ready and I think he really wants Liz Jay Gruden what's colt McCoy to be the starting quarterback of this team so if you expect him to come back you can't go to Haskins and then move on to McCoy well I well you would have been called the core of course we know now he not been injured have been able to play but he hasn't since the preseason go twenty oh wait going into. okay. first of all let me just say okay a draft the guy in the first round right everybody there divisions play their young guys starting with Daniel Jones last week he gave the team a spark okay do you believe in this quarter back that you drafted in the first row all right we see career backups coal quite nice guy is a back up all right case in case you cannot nice guys are back up are you draft a quarterback for reason this guy has all the tools that's what you said when you drive through so let's let's get that process started right now is Kim did struggle in the Monday Night Football lost the question obviously out there on the front burner about whether or not it's time for Glenn Askins the guys of PTI I will go on as a time for the red skins to start winning Haskins no it is it Tony and we're talking about a team in a franchise is so utterly dysfunctional the last thing I want to see is Haskins just be thrown to the wolves which is seems like that would be the case the case Keenum have two good games to start the season in that airs took his wheels of off last night and now Colbert cuisine coming back to practice but you got so many problems with his team's only treat Williams was the best offense of linemen of the team is in there with the team to help protect young Mister Haskins so why do this what I know that people making very sound cases to put him out there now former coaches who were on the air talking about this but Tony the risk is a such a mess putting Haskins out there just give his brains kicked in that is not the way to go for me yeah so I agree with you that they shouldn't put him out there the case would be made in the would go like this they are at the New York Giants this coming Sunday the giants have Daniel Jones out there or will keep you can take advantage of that circumstance you could have a rookie Super Bowl quarterback circumstance and you start to win Haskins the problem with that is the next week is New England and bill Belichick could dissect too scared to such a degree that he will get back out here is just. you wait for a while if you wait till after New England you have the dolphins is think forty nine is a good Vikings good bills are okay jets and not very good it's a softer rolled if you want to do with them I have it I find it hard to take Jay Gruden's back it any time for any reason but I like what he's done. last night he said no we're not putting in there that's right good for him for holding the line and hopefully Tony this is an asset the Redskins half don't don't get hurt emotionally and physically before he even gets on well when you say it's an asset and now it's like a Faberge egg it's in a box somewhere well you don't know what out of the box at some point you got to get out there not now. that's it we're done back to you. spotlights warm on Washington they are the only one three team in the NFC straight talk wireless everything for less only at Walmart. we're down to to enable start meeting this weekend sports general I continues ESPN radio. this.

"Me that's news to me whatever reps I'm getting I'm getting to play that's hands down what I'm doing the depth chart is for you guys to talk about I'm not going to change what I do and how I approach every day okay case that's fine but it still had an impact if it really had no impact on case Keenum his reaction would have been that depth chart that mean anything not that's news to me it wouldn't even register a blip depth chart you wasting your time talking about depth chart coaches at things silly he basically drew names out of a hat you know what if a coach really wanted to demonstrate how silly it is that's what he should do he should just draw names out of a hat it is such a ridiculous process for the league to mandate the creation of these depth charts and then for the teams to say how meaningless they are if you truly want them to be meaningless draw the names out of a hat and then and don't don't say that in advance just draw names out of a hat and you can tell your players Hey guys here's what I did I just do the names out of a hat so don't read anything into it they make me do this damn thing I'm just drawn the names out of a hat and I guess if the coach is asked about at a press conference you could say they make me do it I drew the names out of a hat now I wonder if legalized gambling creates a greater imperative for guidance to be provided to the batter's out there as to who the starting quarterback gonna be for preseason game are people betting on the pre season I think big cat said he bet on the Broncos given two and a half points last week.

"To a rich gang role here in a matter of moments we'll get his thoughts on the hall of fame fame game how much of the offense the scheme will actually see coming up tomorrow night's but does Steve wants to a pop on the show Steve drawn Broncos country tonight how aria I'm fine thank you what we do for I just wanna I just wanted to send case Keenum but then it also comes with play of defending the rest of the team they seem to have gone on that he wasn't there shape you're just you know for us last year but you know that our office of line you everything you needed to deter steaming do what they needed to do to get our coaching staff but I'm in a good situation she like he takes the brunt of the punishment then I think you're getting more than its fair share of criticism alright Steve thanks for the call I eat I mean look if you go back and look at the way I talked about this team last year I think there are a lot of people thought that I was too nice on case Keenum that was that was his biggest cheerleader support I did say that you know they certainly didn't play the case Keenum strange they didn't put case Keenum in the best position to win that sad case Keenum is kind of like Alex Smith if you put everything perfect around and you can win football games with him but he's never going to drag a team to the Superbowl by himself and that's kind of cases cases that guy you you can win football games would go to class with we saw him ride a very good Minnesota Vikings team deep in the playoffs case Keenum work we saw him here he's not able to make the scene for out of a tight etiquette get picked off and then you won't Steve is right to an extent they didn't scheme to case can strength was a lot of play action stuff there was a lot of you know that going out early I cases one the better player action quarterbacks in the NFL you are right to a point about the office of one the office of live with great but at same time if you're a great quarterback you're overcoming those things you're you're you know you get the ball out quick you're you're finding ways to compensate for that and in case just what that guy just afterward he wasn't the primary reason that the Broncos only won six games but he also couldn't necessarily put the team on his back right and fix everything and and that's sort of expect don't think he was brought in to be that guy he's running to be better than what they had and was cider in in many ways what yeah it's better than Paxton Lynch Brock Osweiler but in the end this and you know what this is something that I want to get into maybe a little bit later on the show but in the end to end this is from who is this from Kurt Warner Kurt Warner put this out how to measure quarterbacks had really judge quarterbacks in he had three thanks how does quarterback playing the big moments decision making and waiting and even the winds are a little bit weird to assess the quarterbacks because it's kind of a team thing if you don't win in this league you don't get to stay in the league did keep doing your job right I hate the winds things strictly because that Archie on it was a great quarterback then when a lot of football games but the other two are are vital vital how's he doing big moments how does he how well does get process the field to carry the team those kinds of thing that's what I'm looking for the team is down there's injuries when there's things going wrong in the quarterbacks deputy carry a team taking that carry the team never has never done it won't ever do it I even even in his most bright shining moment it was a great catch by wide receiver that bailed case Keenum out like a star singing are you don't stop Believin one shining moment followed at a fortune in the gym I can remember the town now nobody wants that will Kevin Hogan be that guy for the Broncos tomorrow night in the hall of fame game here is is C. risking Torello Kevin sent me a solid job is just getting better more comfortable with the offense and yeah just one I mean in the end I just want those guys to be themselves to go out there be feel comfortable relaxing the offense show that their you know that they feel comfortable in it and and managed to gain and and that means you know just making people around you better just with cadence get on lined up and keeping us on the field now is what a backup quarterback supposed to do in general anyways any quarterback make people around you better make people around you better the case came to make people around him better not all the time now and and again that's not about to rip case because I mean if you go back to last year you'll see I got plenty to each other and we're talking a case in the biggest problem here it was the coaching it's a scheme right in the end even with perfect perfect coaching perfect scheme perfect personnel I'm not sure case came is dragging you to a Superbowl three oh three seven one three eighty five eighty five here is rich gang to rob Lowe on how much of the offenses scheme will expect to see tomorrow night three seasons preseason one got a lot of young players out there so you get to keep it pretty vanilla and in in in the in the scene an entirely different defenses scheme which is a huge challenge for a lot of these guys because it's going to be completely foreign to what they're seeing out here every day yeah you know in the end on that he'll talk about a little bit more but just remember direct chain planning really for the falcons I mean because first of all as we mentioned just a little bit ago you be game planning for the backup so the falcons in the rookies the falcons in in the scheme of the expected scheme of the falcons which by the way they don't want to show you I either right this is all they want to show their division rivals that's right they will show anybody nobody was to tip their hand yeah so this is this is a we are going to go out and we're going to we're gonna go ahead and just play football this is a a word playful border testing things out we're to see what works what doesn't work and we gonna use the film for our advantage in teaching generally looking at a first preseason game especially one like this it's it's not it's out in front of everything else all eyes are gonna be on this game tomorrow right because it's not buried in the first week of preseason games with everybody else it's it's on its own so generally what you wanna do is go out there view it as an extended scrimmage you go either just price and what you do like you said there's no scheming and that kind of stuff you also want to throw in one maybe two little trick plays just to get the other just to get your opponent for the rest of the year practicing spending time each week on defending whatever that will play was Tingley Philip Lenzi on a flea flicker I just saw something ridiculous you want to throw one little thing out there that's going to make other people sell I need to defend that yeah well I mean Phil plans will play this game but I understand it yeah this is what a rich king Rollo had to say about working from the booth on game day I think it's personal preference for everybody but personally I think sensitive allow the coaches to talk to the quarter back up stairs I think that it makes more sense when especially of a veteran quarterback but just to go upstairs where you're in calm and quiet you can think things out you can it's just a little less hectic if you as long as you feel good with the people communicate on the field you have a strong line coach and you have this from quarterback coach you believe in speech for you your language and you have a veteran quarterback especially I think it's a lot easier how jealous is Vic Fangio closely to that big fed you if it was up to him and he could be the head coach from the booth he do in a heart beat I don't I don't think there's any I think he feels like he has to be down the field for challenges to be kind of with the flow with the team but you've got guys here that all seemingly preferred the quiet of the booth being able to call the game from the box I think that's kind of unique yeah and I think Vic he did a season where he was a DC down the sideline before it didn't it wasn't exactly as best what he sees a I. it was not his best work and and I would say that you know they probably feel most comfortable that way it's gonna be interesting to see how that plays out victim a different role than he's been in ever before is kind of the C. E. O. tie in this whole thing together and he's going to have to rely on guys like rich and guys like a Donna tell up there in the booth and so it's a you know it down Vic course has a good working relationship with that Donna tells that shouldn't be a problem but you know it he talked about it the other day we talk but try to get different angles from the sidelines we could maybe get a better view you can tell he's thinking about that it's been on his mind yeah no no question that's it's funny on something like that which is kind of more of a peek behind the curtain kind of answer it's been asked a lot of Vic Fangio the past it's actually kind of a big deal it's it's actually a really big deal as this team figures out who they are the coaching staff figures out how they want to run game day it's a big deal this this is gonna be the first peek into it preseason part iron that out yeah you know I mean it's not just for the players is for the coaches to you got to sit there and iron symbols communication things out a communication is vital to football it's the thing that goes on talked about probably most and it's it's a vital to its be it be interesting to see interesting is the other check things out water on the sideline shots were gonna panel residency Vic upset and some some communication issues I'm out I'm gonna keep by I believe or not I'm gonna keep an eye on that yeah it well you know they had the chance to a practice for the stadium they did a little bit of work on that here's what he had to say about that that stadium practice helped yeah that helps I mean I mean we do it every day or out here but I guess something's wrong I can you know on the hot or get a player lined up I think just for the coaches and us getting out there it it does help the the whole process but you know in the end until it's a a game in the offense is up and then the defense is a that's when it'll be more realistic and we'll kind of have a better feel for for the whole operation as a pre season is all about three oh three seven one three eighty five eighty fives are.

The NFL's best and worst offensive arsenals: Barnwell's 32-1 ranking

"Barnwell writes these very lengthy pieces on E._S._p._N.. Dot Com and he wrote a piece that that came out early this morning ranking the N._F._L.'s. Goals offensive arsenals thirty two worst all the way to number one <hes> and basically you know he's considering how the players that the teams have will perform in twenty nineteen. He's not necessarily really just basing it off of recent <hes> recent performance. He's he's he's guessing on what you know. It will be in two thousand nineteen any says also that the as as a preface it with a lengthy the preview before he started ranking them of course in love with is that the arsenals are weighted <hes> the arsenal rankings are weighted more towards receivers than tight ends or running backs <hes> any says also the top elite level talent wins out over depth anyway the rankings start with the thirty second ranked offense of Arsenal Jacksonville Bennett's Denver Miami Seattle and then the Redskins so the redskins have the fifth worst offensive offensive arsenal in the N._F._l.. According to a bill barnwell any rights the investments Washington is made it wide receiver haven't worked out former former seahawks wide out Paul Richardson signed to a five year forty million dollar deal wasn't healthy and Seattle and cautious watches twenty passes in seven games last season former first rounder. Josh DACHSHUND hasn't developed in Washington. Just decline the fifth year option on Dachshund Jamison crowder left the jets <hes> mister relevant Trey Quinn will be as replacement Jay Gruden gruden drafted Terry maclaurin in the third round but there but is there any reason to think Washington is going to start developing whiteouts effectively. This is likely the league's worst group of starting wide receivers while that's the kind those kind the tools you wanNA put around a rookie quarterback and you know the funny thing is according to warn sharp. This is the most expensive offense in the N._F._l.. This mostly costly offense. Well take the field the N._F._l.. Because of the Investment Alex Smith and you know that is not going to write to pay off <hes> yes so I mean again another reason why you you WanNa put this on this limited offense in the hands hands of a quarterback who understands limitations in that case keenum. It's Cole McCoy too but I'm going to operate on the assumption that cultures isn't going to stay healthy so <hes> that's case keenum you don't want to <hes> experiment and test out a rookie <hes> with these with these kind of weapons <hes> especially if you're Jay Gruden and you know you have the expectation or the hope and we're assuming he does is of of having team good enough for him to remain as head coach. You know what's interesting. I was thinking about this as I was reading this early this morning. <hes> that the redskins according to Barnwell look I mean I don't know if it's the worst it's certainly among the five for six worst greg in a starting wide receiver groups and the N._F._l.. And we we know that you know in terms of offensive weapons they don't have much. I mean you have to pray. The Jordan Reed comes back plays thirteen games in his Jordan Jordan Reed again. You got to hope that Chris Thompson is a weapon out of the backfield. The dairy skies pays off as a second round pick and turns into a a guy that with Adrian Peterson is a big time back that that that <hes> Vernon Davis continues to be effective in it somebody somebody whether it's Richardson Dachshund or Harmon or maclaurin. Somebody steps up you.

"keenum" Discussed on The Kevin Sheehan Show

"If Dwayne Haskins is ready to play in the NFL. And all I'm saying is ready to play in the NFL. If if the answer is, yes, there's not a whole hell. There's not a, a significant competitive threat in front of him case keenum's as starter in the NFL a low level starter in the NFL in my opinion that put him ahead of. Rookie quarterback coming out of college who case keenum. Yeah. Doesn't doesn't that level experience? Put that guy ahead of any quarterback coming out of college. So even if it even if the answer is yes, if you deem case keenum to be a low level NFL starter who is let's say a head or slightly ahead of any first round quarterback that you draft. If you're team like the Redskins. What are you waiting for? If Haskins is close if he's close to keenum, was just say, keenum's marginally slightly better. All right. What would you wait? Wait wait just start the process. No. There are a lot of reasons to start the process now. But you're not this is a team right now on paper that looks more like a double digit loss team than a double digit windy. Yes, I would start that process right away and the hair's the other part of it, that I think that you have to take in consideration. Do you wanna put the kid in the best chances succeed? In his first year and playing him in those first five games does that meet that goal. I mean you know, or you start him in my against Miami, and week, six is that the best chance for him to succeed in his you want him to have success, don't you, you don't want, you don't want people ready to peel off their twain Haskins jerseys after the fifth game of the season. I if it's close I want him to start week one. But if doesn't matter if it's in the Naza, if it's not close than what I would suggest to you is. It's not close in. That means he's got a long way to go because he wasn't even close to case keenum, or Colt McCoy would be one thing, if he walked in and Brady was the starter Rogers was the starter or you know Dak Prescott was the starter or take a mid level starter. But if he's not close to keenum or two. To to Colt McCoy. Then I think the answer is world. We're a long way off. I think your, your answers, a better one in that if he doesn't play at all during the two thousand eighteen season two during the twenty nine thousand nine season and the twenty thousand nine hundred season isn't a successful season that speaks volumes that would speak volumes. I agree with you on that. Okay. What if Ryan Fitzpatrick, we're here? Ryan Fitzpatrick's better than case keenum. How far has taken a team in the NFL? He hasn't taken anywhere near where case keenum talk in incredible. All around football team in Minnesota in twenty eighteen right? Twenty seventeen a team that was one of the best defences that wasn't one of the best defences last year, a team with a healthy offensive line and a first rate line coach. And last year you had one of the worst offensive lines. And we're still -fensive line situations in the NFL Vikings giants one to put him in whatever order, you want to worst offense of line situations. In the NFL keenum, didn't face that in twenty seventeen. I think you really under sound Ryan Fitzpatrick, so better quarterback. And let's say let's say it doesn't matter in those first five games again. Eagles on the road Cowboys at home bears at home giants on the road. The giants are not in the murderers row. Why not what if you start them at New York? And then the patriots at home, okay? If you know as a coach that you pretty much got no chance to win for does five games. You really don't. You can't think that way. But what if what not think there's a voice in your head? I don't like this the schedule part of this argument. What if Jay knows in his head that.

"It's a different type of leading the league in rushing. It was a difference like by committee. You know when you look at air Rogers. He's the only thing on the offense I'll side of the vantera Adam's. Then you you look at my Ryan Matt Ryan is in a system that allows him to throw the football all over the lot when he had or Costa percent Francisco Shanahan hand. But when he got Sark he just looked like a normal guy wasn't nothing special bounty. So when you try to compare those three you have to look at each individual differently because Russell Wilson can't do the same things then air Rodgers can do neither combat Ryan me asking a different way. Keep. If you're the Rams, and you you've got here's the first pick in the draft and to your point. And again, let me qualify. I'm a big Jared Goff fan, and he's taking you the Super Bowl in his two years with a real head coach they've won the division both times. Yes. And he's played really well or you giving him thirty million a year, and you're thu's iast to do it because you've got your guy under contract for the foreseeable future. Or you doing it because this is the going rate, and this is what I have to do. I'm doing it because it's the going rate. There's nothing else better. That's out there that I'm going to get at thirty million dollars a year. You look at the case keenum, right? He's kind of discount version. Right. You look at the case keenum Kirk cousins swamp, the Kirk cousins elevate, the Minnesota Viking not really you did that same thing with with with case keenum, it probably save some money, right? So now, we're getting is there not a version? But you're not going to do that. Get him you. Now, you have done the same thing with keenum in Minnesota as you did with cousins for ninety plus million. Right. You move Jere golf on the air. Go get who there's no keenum out. There is what you're saying. Even if there is why would you go get a Kirk cousins to do what more than what I'm say. So in this particular, analogy, I'm going the other way instead of trying to find something better than Goth. I'm trying to find something that's close to maybe a little less maybe to any. Saying it's forty percent of the Jew. Take less than golf with four golf. Got you to the Super Bowl to save money and spend in other places, but to you now you acting cheap. Okay. And that's how you get five is cheaper as it frugal is cheap because the going rate Evie top quarterback is what it is. So you're saying to Jerry off the top quarterback. He's essentially travis's point. He's eight tau quarterback is your top quarterbacks. For is the top team led by top coach, he's saying or at least until this point eight premier back who draws so much attention that that for instance, when you're going into play. Packers. Everybody's let me ask. You didn't stop you. Let me stop you real quick. Yeah. Shrike minute. Top quarterback. Yes. Yes. He had all timeline. Russia, right. There did any hall of fame receiver tied in check and off into line. That was ridiculous. So you can't say was because of the running back. The you can't just put it on one players that you can't put it on one player in. That's the reason the other players are succeeding. Well, when when we're not basketball football when Emmitt Smith miss games tweaking was under five hundred tell some difference. Come on. Now when you watch Jared Goff without Todd Gurley in the handful of games. He's been something less than his best self. Three or thirty million. But that may be true. But Peter Paul that you're looking for without Todd Gurley in the backfield might be less Jair Goff times two or you willing to take that chance and get fired or you so ego and hell bent on your ego as a coach that you could coach anybody up, and it doesn't really matter. Give me L Granderson at the quarterbacks. Sean, take you. Key when you say stuff like that. Oh, no. I don't. Okay. Don't do it for. What if people beginning this time, we're celebrating home day wins giving away a four-pack not want one two three four foal tickets to the Elliott game area..

"Running backs out. I'll tell you this certainly in terms of dollars and cents Levy on bell light. Yeah. And everybody ever like, okay. He's never been given the rock for full game for a full season. You know, obviously when devante Freeman couldn't answer the bell healthwise. That's when he'd be they turn to him in Atlanta. But give him an opportunity is being the guy. Kevin Coleman twenty five twenty five. Twenty five years old hitting the free agent market some teams, and you're hearing Indianapolis might be a spot for him. He should get paid good player. Okay. Didn't talk about this yet quarterback news yesterday about a year too late. They could've just swapped players. But Redskins gonna trade for case Keno Denver one and done on keenum shipping them to Washington while so, wow, why didn't they just Lau that put the Vikings two years ago? You know, what's going to be keenum to Antonio Brown's gonna be lit? Keep an eye on that one. It's a report not fish. I'm just what what keenum going. That's gone. It's done. I mean, these are all anything you're hearing. Now as done can't be announced as done until Wednesday hits. So and for Denver to find a taker for that freight, good one, not a bad move. Flacco for much you wanna carp on flacco. That's an upgrade. That's an upgrade. Don't give me that sorta. We'll see love grade. Flacco over case keenum is an upgrade. Don't buy like the bench Kyla Murray measured out at the combine. I am about kind. Can I address this place? There's some. Yeah. Sure. What you want to go ahead and hit that other some stuff? Let me explain to. Yeah. At the combine it used to be shown when we first started showing the combine on the NFL network. We used to show the weight in measure. We had a camera everywhere we possibly could. It came down from on high. I believe from the Commissioner's office. No, more cameras in the height and weighing room. Why? Yeah. "That. But you know, when you go on Instagram Antonio Brown after this news breaks overnight, and he says fake news. It shows the guy don't wanna be there. And then he deleted have bought. He's still put that out there. I give credit to Ren the bean above of the bills GM that he went out and got in touch with the Schefter and cut this thing off and just said, this is not this was we were having some talks, and it didn't happen and just goes to show you it's almost scary like an exaggeration. But you don't hear that somebody or in this case, the Rappaport guy could just get something from a sauce and just put it out there to get the scoop. And and then Wade in a million years, but we did not think yesterday when we do our show today that you'd look all over the internet all over TV and listen to our show that you'd be talking about the Buffalo Bills getting their Tonio Brown. I've joked about here like teasing. I never thought this would happen. But the whole thing caught on fire because one guy put out. An insider put out a, you know, a tweet and he was wrong. And and meaning Rappaport, I'm just saying so I didn't it's just it's just a little scary. You know, that's why I be careful be careful you do you not only want to be. I also want to be right, right. And and you're right about that. And lucky for Rappaport, there's picked up through the overnight one of the east coast is sleeping. Yeah. About that. It wasn't. It wasn't two three o'clock in the afternoon and he ended up being dead wrong. But he ended up being roll. And I bet you of the west coast shows while these coastal sleeper now with it run them with no doubt. So now the question is bills are out reportedly the saints are out reportedly the raiders are out reportedly the Redskins are out. Hackers. Packers are out where exactly as Tonio Brown gonna end up. Maybe Memphis teams that were outcomes. We'll stick the Memphis. Not the sh. Memphis express. They show from the XFL won't even know. Memphis showboats from the US. Yes. That's right. I didn't know the Arizona hotshots. Birmingham iron. No, I don't know. No. But we do know this. He's not going to be buffalo. Bill tasr. Ed, we'll see if the Steelers can find some sort of suitor by their self made deadline, which is today number two Bronco's trading case keenum did the red scam. Yeah. I'll just try Michael. Social media that I was getting the the tweets yesterday after this deal went down. I don't I really don't the Redskins are so inept with as a franchise that actually do the Broncos a favor of because. Yes, the Broncos eat half his salary was all guaranteed, but the Broncos also save some money by getting somebody to take case keenum off their hands, and they swapped sixth and seventh draft choice for Washington ties, you feel for Alex Smith is we've talked to Pete Prisco earlier this week. And and he basically said what he's hearing down to Washington is that Smith will never play football again. Which is sad. We'll see if he is able to come back, but with that acquired case keenum to compete with Colt McCoy to be there starter down to DC in two thousand eighteen I guess there's worst places the Redskins. Gotta find the a quarterback of the future tasks put they're just an app, and John Elway couldn't run from case keenum fast enough and the Redskins are basically open up with open arms. Welcome. Him aboard to compete for their starting quarterback job or to be their starter in two thousand nine hundred. Yeah, you know, and we were having fun with this conversation earlier, and we talked about it and listen. Yeah. I mean case keenum when he's with the Vikings. He's pretty good. It's pretty good. I was big fan of what he did with the Vikings. I think their offense coordinator patrimony thousands of head coach the giants had a big fall. This is a different story here. I mean. I don't know. Yeah. Trouble. So. It's a tough deal. What happened with this kid in Denver? It just didn't it just didn't work and it kind of hurt hurt. It hurts his he's like he's like a journeyman. Now feels like he's feels like a like a how is he? We don't. Got to be thirty or thirty one. He's not he's not that he's not young. So as far as football young. So in real, I'm guessing. Thirty one years old starting one. Yeah. Okay. Here started wanting to. Yeah. Man. Look, you still got a shot here. Right. Maybe get Josh Rosen. Maybe something happens there with the club. But that's an attached to spin this conversation forward, we as we've talked about Arizona and their love affair reportedly with Colin Murray any team that is looking for a quarterback should call resort about. Josh rosen. Yeah. He didn't play particularly. Well, you're one you can get at half the cost. You're not gonna probably have to give up a first round draft choice to Brigham aboard. And you know, the Redskins the dolphins the giants looking for a quarterback of the future. Now. That's where you gotta go. See what the Redskins acquired a key them, abandon, right? Correct. On a big gash on a that is what they acquired on on Thursday from the Denver Broncos. They have to find somebody to shoot your up the wound heal properly. That's is that is that is not case keenum and any of these any of these teams are looking for that future quarterback if Arizona's Willard trae Josh Rosen. That's where you gotta go. Right. That's up saying that. That's maybe she's remember that's what they're trying to. Maybe. That's what's happening behind the scenes. I maybe maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit about the say here, you would know you a lifelong Redskin fan, but I just feel like this always quarterback issues with the red sky. Always there. So totally wrong. Always I got paid the truth. Correct. Me if I'm wrong, I feel like the last excellent quarterback. Joe theismann Ripa was a good player. Williams. Williams has got I forgot about the w reply. Ripping won a Super Bowl E ripple was good. It wasn't a he wasn't a franchise quarterback. Nick foles was with the right rip. It Ripa was a quarter. He wasn't. But. Dot quarterback. Heath Shuler, custom movement. Right. Robert griffin. The third was good for.

"Logan show in the final segment here. We have a short show tonight because of CU buffs basketball, they play UCLA tonight in a tip off at seven must have played better down the stretch. They have. Yeah. Yeah. You think they got a shot at the deterrment? I don't know they they they've been banged up most of the year. So, but but they played better. Some I'm going to watch the game tonight for Schwartz that they win the Pac twelve tournament tournament to get in. But there are seventeen and eleven on the year eight in the Pac twelve so I think they're probably a long shot for the tournament. But with a good showing in the Pac twelve tournament, you never know. Yeah. I think he probably gotta get night twenty wins probably to get a legit shot. There's almost never tournament team that doesn't have twenty wins. And you have to be above five hundred year league. But they win the last couple. Maybe it could happen. Yeah. Could happen. So bus pre game coming up at the bottom of the hour. The big sports story of the day, though, was case keenum got traded to the Washington Redskins. And we we started our show talking about that. And the Broncos are going to eat part of his salary. It looks like they'll eat about half of the seven million that he was supposed to make. Yeah. Plus give him five hundred thousand to restructure the bonus. So basically the seven million dollar salary the Broncos in the skin split it down the middle three and a half each. But the Broncos then pay keenum an additional five hundred and then they swap draft choices the Broncos kid. I think it was a sixth round pick next year and Washington, then we'll get the Broncos seventh round pick next year. And how do you feel about the deal? I I think it's a good deal for Washington. And I think it was the smart deal for Denver. I don't think there was any way you could bring case keenum back and put him in the locker room and basically say, hey, oh, by the way. This is going to be Joe flacco job. So you're not really competing for the starting job that you had last year. Most of these guys you knew as the starting quarterback. I mean to me that never made sense just from a practical standpoint in your locker room you want. There can only be one guy at that spot. There can't be too which was part of the problem a couple of years ago when they couldn't decide on the starting quarterback between Trevor simian and Paxton Lynch and even Mark Sanchez at one point. Guys, guys, become loyal to certain players. And they want to know who the receivers in particular. They want to know who's going to be throwing the ball with the regular season starts. So I I I think this was the wise thing to do. But I do think from Washington standpoint, they get a guy who's taking snaps as a starter in the league he can compete with Colt McCoy, and my guests at least at this point would be that case keenum will be Colt McCoy out, and they got him pretty cheap. What they're paying them. Yeah. There's conspiracy theorists on Twitter that are now saying the Redskins are gonna use case as a pawn and swap him for Josh Rosen because of the cliff Kingsbury case keenum connection would make any sense rather than giving them a draft pick you then just giving up case. Josh Rosen gonna you're gonna come into play here. It looks like wait so the conspiracy theorists and I'm sorry to interrupt. Your Rick have the Redskins sending keenum to the cardinals in exchange for Rosen. Yeah. Well, air zone is never going to do that you need to tell me that Arizona couldn't get more than case keenum in exchange for Josh Rosen. I would think that they could also some people think the third wall, even a third is better than case keenum it. I think the Broncos would have happily traded straight across keenum for Rosen. Don't you think? Yeah. Absolutely. I mean, the the age of the player. What do you think of a flat? You looking at flacco as another excuse me another stop-gap like a one year quarterback plays. You know, he's got to stay healthy. He's got a play wealth. He comes in and the any plays. Well, here here's Rick you. And I've talked about this. Here's the thing. I think there are people out at UCLA center that truly believe you know, what we're not that far away. We'll shore up the defense a little bit. Let a couple of free agents we good again in the draft last year's draft rookies there'll be that much better in their second year. We will be in the wildcard at the very least in the wildcard mix next year. We're gonna finish ten and six or thereabouts now I to me that's optimisitic really optimistic. But so I I think if if flacco comes in plays reasonably well, and what some out there think happens to be true and comes to fruition then you probably keep him another year or two and see what he can do his three years on his deal. Yeah. Three years left. So you could keep them three. If you wanted to. Yep. It's not guaranteed money. And I don't see how they lose. I don't see how you lose that deal based on what he's making this year, which is about what keenum was about eighteen and make right? And I think he's an upgrade you think he's an upgrade over case keenum, and I'd I'd still like to see him draft a quarterback relatively high. If there's one they like we talked earlier about if one of the big four drops into the second round, which is probably unlikely or maybe you got to move up a little bit. You know, a couple of spots to grab Daniel Jones or somebody drew lock whoever's hanging around. I think you take them. I think you got your bases covered. Then. Well, I can't remember if we were talking about this on the air off the probably off, but I think there's no chance one of those top four guys falls out of the first round a less. Something happens between now and the draft. They get caught shoplifting or they do something worse like Kate. Wait what? And then maybe they do. But I don't think that'll happen. So then it gets down to the the second and third tier quarterbacks that that the Broncos look at it. And where can you get one of those guys? And yeah, I think you have to draft one for sure 'cause you need you need a young quarterback simply to develop you don't know, you know, next year the year after you have no idea you could say well, the quarterback class of next year's draft is going to be much better. That's true. But again, if it gets back to Joe flacco and the Broncos feeling like they're going to be ten and six and in a playoff mode, then they're going to be in the in the twenties for the draft. How do you then have enough draft capital to move back up and be able to negotiate for one of those top quarterbacks and twenty twenty. That's why I think you're sitting at ten you hope to never have this high draft choice in the foreseeable future to me, I would expend draft capital if I found. Guy that I like, and and I have, but maybe they haven't either expand the draft capital this year to go get that guy. By the way, one of the offensive linemen that we talked about briefly earlier. Ramon foster discount an extension saw that from the Steelers pouncey they signed both of them. So he's off the board. Aren't they going to have some money after AB leaves? Yup. Yup. ABC to the raiders of what it.

"Years ago. He was third string behind case keenum and Jared Goff with the Rams. So I if he makes another run to the Super Bowl, they got some serious conversations in the building. They're in Philadelphia. Not just because Nick foles seems to seems to mesh with whatever it is Doug Peterson likes to do there. But let's face it. This is the second straight year that Carson Wentz has ended the season on the shelf. And and he he was banged up his rookie year two at times. He was banged up in college. This is a back injury. Last year is a very serious knee injury. They rushed him back from this year. Ironically, Russian back as Nick foles wasn't good. The first few weeks of the season. But that to me is the most fascinating thing. Now as far as Cody parkey goes in does he need to find a real estate agent or move? I don't know. Ask Steve Barton that went for him. Same city, right? Eight five five two one two four CBS. Let's get another one in here before the bottom of the hour. Dennis gonna join me in about twelve minutes. Talk some college football, Scotts, California and talk to Mike, Mike. Welcome into CBS sports radio. Thanks for taking my call. Sure. I guess. You're out of the four games that she called the Philadelphia. I kinda you know, kinda you know. No wonder who's going to win because they're talking about Sean, Nick foles. We watch a lot of sports that I could tell them. I wasn't sure. But I thought Nick foles is like the highest a backup quarterback in the NFL. Is that correct? I I don't know they redid his contract before Davis statistician.
