Thanks for day sexy my joke anyway so I told them that we were talking about. It was the night who was all five of us. It was like us three in Tampa and keely and we were talking about how nonchalantly they're talking about how she had never been topless on this. Show and Sean was like. Oh you need to take your shirt off right now. And I told him that how sean was got Keatley topless and he fell over. He's like Oh my God dude I was really hoping she on the Zoom Chattan. Feel comfortable at home just like yours. I wish I told her the next time we record we should all do. The zoom topless works out better so when we originally thought of this idea star just got no go ahead go. We originally thought. Never heard of chatter bait. I was like oh I was joking but I was like yeah this is. I actually saw masturbating on here. Speaking of that website. Like my brother like I asked him what he because he spent all his money us. Chef so what are you spend your money on? He's like well fast food and then like transformers and then like chat sites or whatever and why do you pay for chat sites like all you have to do is click on there and watch and they'll just get naked like? "Death is a shadow a constant companion haunting the living when a loved one dies. We like to believe that they never really leave us. It feels like they were just here. Having left for a moment sure to be back any time. Our understanding of the Yumbo 's draws predominantly from the writings of the Irish folklorist Thomas Keatley who was fascinated by the sprite light creatures similarities to Scottish fairies. In his eighteen twenty eight work the fairy mythology he describes having learned about the Yumbo S- from a woman who lived on Gourmet Island off the west coast of Africa. It's important to note that Keatley does not claim that this woman was wolof herself which means that our understanding of the bose relies heavily on a third hand account however several elements of his description. Ring true for its similarities to ancestral spirits. From their west African cultures. First Keatley describes jumbos as tiny pearly white humanoids across west Africa. The color white is often associated with magic and the souls of the dead like other African spirits. They don't exist merely as ghosts or rates but live in large communities beneath the hills their existence mirrors their former lives. They grow crops. Cook eat and play music and sometimes they attach themselves to their former families watching over their living relatives from beyond the veil in this way young does represent a family's heritage their links to the past that look after their bloodlines future and considering the many dangers of the savannah the living often find themselves in need of protection. It had been three days since her father had left and been told was growing worried on Thursday her father or by Ashi. Endearingly referred to him had bounded into the house a big smile on his face. He told Bente that she needed to be a good girl and watch her brother. Ob- due for a day while he was gone a foreign man had come to the village from faraway and hired him as a guide to take him to neocolonial Koba. The nature preserve by said BINTA. Ab- do you have to be brave. I will only be gone one night. I promise you I'll return tomorrow. And into days on obtuse birthday we will visit your mother and celebrate now. It was Sunday obtuse six birthday and there was no sign of her father. Binta felt resentful. She hadn't wanted to look after ob do in the first place and now it seemed like she was stuck with him. Not only that BINTA was growing worried by had never left them alone for so long. What if something had happened to him in Neo Koba there were predators in the preserve? What if one had hurt her father op do had begun to wonder to that morning? He asked Binta if by could have gotten lost or had left them for good. Been to shushed him but she couldn't deny that the same thoughts had crossed her mind by mid-afternoon BINTU had decided. Since by had not come home they would have to go out and find him been too wrapped the remaining cold lamb bananas and hard goat's cheese in a clean cloth and stuffed it into her school rucksack. She threw in her father's big flashlight and a hollow gourd filled with water. Finally she dug her father's small hunting knife from its hiding place under his pillow and looped it through her belt the way she'd seen him do it so many times before she called her brother. Ob- do get your clothes on. We have to go find by the STOIC. Six-year-old nodded resolutely. He was used to taking the lead. Whether it was in make believe adventures or real ones op do was her first mate. Her second in command used to adapting to the ever changing rules of play that intimate as she went along to him this was just another game like hide and go seek. Their father must have found a very good hiding place. Thirty minutes later. Ob- do was ready to go. Binta was exasperated. He could tell she always said he took too long no matter what he was doing he hadn't been sure what to wear so he decided to wear everything father's Long Green. Mabobeh or Kaftan trailed along behind his short legs and he donned a red plastic firefighter's helmet that been to head once brought him home from school. He clutched one of their fathers walking sticks in his hand. A branch taken from a flat topped ACACIA and sanded smooth with years of use. The siblings left the house quietly. Careful to blow out the kerosene lantern that burned the front window. Been to check to make sure the sheep in the small pen beside the house had plenty of feed and water do followed behind. Binta his father's mabobeh trailing in the tall grass as they walked to the rear of the property. The children stopped before a simple stone marker at the far corner of the property the stone was unadorned save for a simple inscription carved in thin neat letters. Army Nata beloved wife and Mother Abu. Darted forward a small bundle of wildflowers. Still trailing roots clutched in his hand. He placed them in front of the gravestone. He spoke to the stone. Hello Ya by its Ab- do and BINTA again. We came to visit you like we do every year on my birthday. I'm six years old today. We're going away to find father in the preserve. I'll do still young. So he didn't fully understand why they visited their mother's grave only on his birthday and not on Ventas or their fathers but he never minded saying hello to his mother and imagining what her voice might sound like saying. Hello Back Binta always grew sat on this day. Even though they usually have a celebration for Outdo Ob- do blamed the gravestone been avoided at the rest of the year and rarely made mention of their mother. But today ob DU's birthday Bento spoke to the stone to she said. Yali father says that you watch over us. I know that you look after us in the park. We'll be back home soon. We promise then. To produce the goat's cheese from her rucksack and placed a small piece next to abuse wildflowers satisfied. They had pleased their mother. Both children rose to their feet turned north and disappeared into the forest binta and do picked their way through the underbrush jumping over roots and balancing on down tree trunks though. She was more focused on trying to hurry up. Do along been took couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched for just a moment then to thought she saw a flash of something brilliantly white out of the corner of her eye but when she looked back to pinpoint it all she could see where the Greens and yellows and Browns of the forest. Shrugging she turned her attention back to the half a head above her. A small whitehead poked out from behind a particularly thick tree. Bow The creatures watery eyes watched as the two little figures below trod on through the forest seemingly unaware of the dangers. That lay in wait for them. Do was not in a good mood. They've been walking for ages and now that the Red Sun had set below the horizon it was growing cold. They finish the bananas and cheese and he would starve before he ate the cold. He was ready for this adventure to be over. He wanted to go back home. With any luck by would be there already waiting for them with Hot Yasa and T. But when he expressed this to Binta. She became annoyed with him. Didn't he realized their father was not home. They needed to press on if they wished to find him in the preserve. They been limping along. When ob do spotted the Bowel Bob Tree? It was a giant taller than any of the trees that grew closer to the village. It was wider than their whole house with its thick gnarled roots spreading out another dozen yards from its trunk high in the trees branches. Heavy dried bow. Bob Fruit Hung tantalizingly. Abdu ran for the tree aiming for a low bow that bent almost to the forest floor. He could already taste tart. Bowel Bob at the back of his throat at home he liked to mix the powdered fruit into water or tea and sit them on a hot day now. With his tummy rumbling abided the gritty dried heart of a wild fruit sounded like heaven. He jumped grabbing onto the large fruit. His weight was enough to break it free from its stem and he tumbled to the forest floor the Bowel Bob held aloft in his hand. He ignored BINTA. She called his name. He could hear the annoyance in her voice well. She could wait until he'd figured out a way to break open. The ROCK HARD FRUIT. Abdu hadn't seen the is the scrub brush yet through gritted teeth. Binta called softly.

"Breaking news with Matt Cassel Larry fitzgerald coming back for another season this one more time Matt your thoughts on Larry fitzgerald still going strong at the age of four thousand three hundred two oh my goodness there are the native he's a man that young out there that I mean he just it's incredible that it's still going at the end playing at this level at the age that he has and he puts in the work you've got a passion for he's still got a desire to play and I'm sure every every Arizona cardinal fan out there is super fired up they haven't come back on the side the employee to listen I we're trying to get the numbers I'm curious does he think he has a shot to get his number two on almost everything it really is remarkable I met today at eight six six we get the announcement alert for Gerald coming back for another year a day after twenty eight year old Luke Keatley retired yeah and announce that obviously very different position but I'm curious Matt you were in the in the league not all that long ago how prevalent have those conversations become for guys about their health their futures and the potential of not grinding football out until you absolutely can't go anymore right I think you're starting to see it more and more and I obviously with Lucy Kay I mean with the concussion that he's had over his career and whether or not that was going to have a long term impact on all the different information that comes out about head injuries and everything else and it just takes its toll on you physically and at some point for some these guys they they they look at the calculator rescue may say you know what I'd rather walk away and have my health and be able to do something else rather than continue to play a game that we all love and we all never stop playing it but at the same time you have to also make a decision for you your yourself and your longevity and what you can do with you and your family down the road and obviously a lot of more people at a younger age with a lot more money in their pocket or making that decision earlier rather than later Matt we appreciate the time this morning thanks very much X. wrote thank god it got it might so without breaking news coming up more on what is a possibility for Larry fitzgerald now that he's coming back for at least one maybe there's more we'll get into that after this art who will pay Todd Gurley in his hash tag cat.

"Not heard that. That's really captured the Christmas season didn't it. Yeah. And we had to do it on New Year's Eve as well. So they did it live out of New Year's Eve as well. Second time. I do think it should be docs, ringtone. And I think he should do that. I'll do it just not answer the phone. Just let it ring where you hear the song every time. We're concerned about grieving in the city this Morning Post bears. You gotta cheer up medical thing. They could do other than go right to the booze drugs. Wow. You know, how bad how depressing and the guy. I really feel sorry for is. Cody barker. Sitcom get. Yeah. But he just feel sorry for the kid, and he knocks it through on the time out then. And then and then that happened again to this is not like, you know, he said it what six times, I think it sounds like he's missing wide, you know, like a mile. So I think he's the only kicker statistically that anybody can find the rates seven times in one season. It's not easy to do. Frankly. I mean, you know, we work on his accuracy and move them left three or four inches. I mean, it's going to be good. Hey, but hey, you know, what? You're really sad. When you really sad. How do you move on doc? It's it's time to start to focus on other things get out whether it's other sports fans or get out and do some exercise do some things to yourself exercise, always helps projo that's for you. But that's it get out and workout. Now, let's say you bet a lot of money on the game and your broke. Now. What do you do about that? You get a second job. All right. There you go. That's why your doctor most. All right, one other thing, that's really not a main agenda item. But Friday, I did a story about pizza grind crusher from Pennsylvania. And I'd never heard the term in. Apparently, it's an actual medical thing. This is post cardiac surgery. We have to apply pressure to the federal artery to create clotting. So somebody doesn't have internal bleeding is accurate. Yeah. And it's more after cardiac catheterization stent placement. You know, they'll put a catheter into your groin into your federal artery. Artery is big and it pumps a lot of blood through that supplies here tire legs. What is big Nian like size of a quarter? Yeah. Quarter. That's a big hurry. It is. And I mean, there's there's a lot of blood going through there. So what happens is we put it this puncture hole in there. And you hear about people who have been shot with a gun in the leg or break their leg badly. You know, that's the that's the artery conservative because you can bleed out pretty quickly. So yeah, we have we have grown Crushers that used to be the residence job. Turn residency after capitalisation you'd sit there, and you hold that growing for twenty minutes and try to decide what you're gonna talk to this individual about interesting way, you meet people. Yeah. It is. Now things have changed geo. We we're getting away. Well, we have things called closure devices. So whether puts a stitch in their clip in there, actually, put the plug in there, it allows us to to make sure that it's more safe that it's more consistent than, you know, hoping that you're going to form a cloud as you hold that leg for twenty minutes. And as you come out of you know, any sort of anesthetic, even if it's a local, and you're a little loopy if you hear a discussion of grind crushing. It doesn't mean you should get up and try to run. It's it's okay. Correct. All right. So New Year's resolutions being broken all over the place. What are you know? Well, you know. No, it doesn't special about December thirty first going into January first there's nothing that you're going to say I am going to change because it's a new year. And what we find is that a vast vast vast majority of sometimes up to ninety percent of New Year's resolutions are broken in a vast majority of broken before February. So you get the sense of again, you're talking about sense of depression with the bears. You said this is what I'm going to do. And you were able to do it for five days. Depression. Kevin we are talking on Dr careful sorry, you're talking on Friday with a friend of the show Kelly Keatley about dry January and my sister and some of her girlfriends are doing JiJi dry January, and they were at a party on Sunday and all everyone, but Katie has already gone back to everybody's bailed. All right. So that's that's why there's a concept called micro resolutions. A we come back dock is going to explain what that is. And I maybe we the fat happy Americans except for those beverage. Maybe this is something we need to go to Michael resolutions. Tackle explain it. Just a second. I seven forty six. What's up at seven o'clock? "Oh, seven it is Tuesday morning, December four a couple of food notes that seemed to be garnering a bit of attention this morning. I one posted by Jesse am. I the only one who thinks it's hilarious that Jim Harbaugh. The man who refuses to eat chicken because it's a nervous bird has to play in the Chick-fil-A able. Yes. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Now what baby more pressing, you know? Maybe you have a view of Harvard, Yale Ivy league schools as one thing or another. But there is a Harvard. Professor this morning who is garnering a fair bit of attention and some outrage because he says. Based on current dietary guidelines that if you order French fries with any Neil, the appropriate. Order size is six six French fries. It's funny to me. The guys names Eric rim. He's a professor of epidemiology nutrition. He is a professor at the Harvard t h Chan school of public health. He says French fries are terribly unhealthy. And I think most of us know that they're not a health food. But he says look there aren't a lot of people sending back three quarters of an order of French fries. He says, I think it would be nice. If your meal came with a side salad and six French fries. He also lamented Americans love of fried food. He said it's too bad in this country. The idea is that you'll have to pry them from my cold dead. And now, I think immediately about places like red, Robin because they have endless French fries and there it's steak fries. You don't get the thin ones. Like, you do like steak and shake. But when you look at the steak, fry like Gina Keatley, certified dietitian nutritionist she practices in the Big Apple. She says look I agree with the professor if you're eating French fries. They should be seen as a treat a steak fry has about twenty calories. I've never I mean, I know that these are not health food items. I know that but a steak fry has twenty calories. Why do we eat those because they're delicious? That's why. So. She says that six fries. Is the appropriate size. And I don't know if they did any study when people run them through ketchup. Or if you're at Wendy's, and you drag them through your frosty or were cheese fries. I mean, we can go and go and go, but this thing I mean, there's a lot of pushback to this idea. Now, we are in the throes of the holiday season where a lot of people kinda throw caution to the wind when it comes to hollow calories. So. Well, it's prompted me to post a a Twitter poll. I just gotta know what you think. So that's the thumbnail Harvard professor says the appropriate serving of French fries is six. "Sean li type where he give him as a little in that's or i'll say luke keatley now that's better for you bobek's sometimes at middle linebacker can be the centerpiece of a defense and it looks like she's years at type of guy for pittsburgh but obviously sean lee is better than luke kikwete right these coach them so i'm a out all robbery out road i love the players that i coach oh rob purely macgill the truth pill the truth you i haven't seen enough phil monkey ha but sean lee is a for all go play which you know what are we talking to believe now that only the great recession this started in december of twenty seven have impacted more people the shanley before that laws last night there's a lot with gordon older bishara leave ahead relax a lotta you i don't want the what would our standpoint defense without that is correct the fact it's as simple as the record screams win only they're really good without him let's see their six on with them wondering five without them general hongshik carolinas' beef proved with kingly getting cushion food thing will live for you okay who do i trust more who do i trust more the state of the or the patriots defense let me see rob would you rather get ran over by mac truck or don't drop in yemen how could we equally bag it's got a book given the furtive circumstances the what i've been dealing with in knowing his background i'm going to lean slightly toward the patriots for the simple back of coach bela jay ig relieve that he will find a way in what he normally does with a team like this with the steelers he will make you go as robs the of the long way you're going to drinking dunk donkey way down to feel in hubel he believed that if you had to go thirteen fourteen plays to get the ball into the end zone you will get impatient and you.

"We again that 710 espn la we tired i'd say fantasy football now joerg gop was a popular named going into today because the giants allowed ten passing touchdowns and over 1300 passing yard of the last four games and they still were bad death on defense my mvp as i mentioned is intertwined with jeered off my game ball i should say does he was drafted one pick behind him his name is carson wentz he had a monster day against the broths very receivers left rely on closed down oh hi one that right there comes from wip in philadelphia you know what's a good golf fake when the radio guys is have you fake of the announces that's how you know the group of your balvig very impressive performance from these teams have have out other honoree honorable matches i would say armaments is i'm going with a defense of guy and give it our own defense he gave also likely to be called out of a match at your defence of gay ballgame you can be our he gather the ride of with deal when eddie jackson had to defeat the thai south of the seventy five yards 'cause the net the in week he had 3 interceptions come back this week two more fix were byard that big time that's five in two games we had his teammate wesley woodyard on the show earlier and asked him have you ever seen a guy with five interceptions two games as the as hard to do like any level man like they were stopped throw out of your way but as a free ball hawking safety he was able to take advantage on two separate occasions today could have had a third as well the titans improved five and create critical win over the baltimore ravens defensive game ball from me who thinking about it go with you know something i don't know if he had a signature play like other people did but i'm just telling you every time i looked up i could have sworn luke keatley was make it another handle look again are we talking about it before any every week you could for as long as he did a lineup you could probably say luke igloo the defensive player of the week in ed won't be like yet iraq he should so instinctive man is and why it eleven tackle saying it feels like he knows where the is.

"Feel like you've seen this cubs situation before and in it's not like your tuning in for the first time saying you know who were these young kids we saw them on a big stage last year we we move past that great story line now we want to know the great story like the best story line is probably houston a team that nobody really knows may have the the best line in baseball they don't strike out put the ball in play it's actually fun to watch the astros play because that that your cells well i know i'm sorry that's that's as good as i gun iran he aaron judge swing for the average you'd rather seem strikeout four times in the astros have a hit and run bentley sorry about that dodgers they're all in on this year hill clayton kershaw in the post season anybody any but now you got a good story lines here what else do you have mcleod okay after last night's panthers eagles game if you had to vote again carson away first cabinet now with one yesterday i assume that's not going to change now but in kim does things that are unique for that size in that position um you're running eleven times last night um i don't know it still doesn't feel like he has a great handle on the passing attack for that team or they haven't settled into a great formula there i know they're trying to get backs out of the backfield there he still loves to throw the depot um i i'm gonna get going carson once played well but it i there has to be an asterisk by this when liu kikwete went out carson once played really well when liu keatley was in there it was a different story but the eagles are good team might be a really good team i don't think they're great team but there are really good team the.
