"Uh as i think of the reasons as i try to recall with our uh it sometimes it's a habit now this is shocking or people to hear shocking if you know as a guy steadied with plenty robbins too and and he said uh uh suffering at the choice suffering as a habit being angry all that i'm a happy inc that all the time it's a habit now at first i wanted to reject that at night that's just be at what do you mean racists emotional energy at the habit the more you frequent negativity our anger the more you build the nervous system round that the more you feed it the more it grows it mitchley something you do depression he says is a habit what we need to do is having interrupt so i think the lady as i recall she had got into the habit of being a homeless person if it came or identity and it in in in your right you know when you said that disconnect for it was warrant that distance who she is now she's accepted this a rise he doesn't he doesn't see ourselves as an image of being in a house being in a car uh having having abundant she didn't she didn't see that reality more because she's created the habit over you know months and months i gotta tell you guys you know just there's a guy right now close reaching out to me who is homeless who he is in super successful he's worked on movies with brad pitt he's got the pictures of him in all the stars he's a raging alcoholic.

"To be homeless i remember that moment might break you when someone such me i don't have to be out here i don't even how to be home it i'm here because i choose to be here and now it's like wow in that teaches about life that that a lot of our life boils down to not circumstances not what's happening to a choice joist it's were making way of we accept as our own reality absolutely absolutely now i'm sorry ryan young kuriata question that i just i never understood that whole thing with you know somebody choosing to be homeless unless it was just now when you were working with those folks in you you know i'm sure he probably asked that question but you know are those folks choosing to be homeless because you know they they disassociate with how the current pop culture or the the the sphere of influence has in a traditional you know neighborhood or a traditional kind of life that you live and who live in a house and you pay your bills and you do all these things in your kind of a i guess for lack of a better term are has certainly you'll like a slave to the system right in some certain cases and so is that why those people choose that they choose the truly be free i and i absolutely think to to to your point you're absolutely under percent correct i actually think to a point when people choose chippy homeless choose to be i broke or choose to be you know a victim a life they have their own reasons sometimes it's a disconnect at uh some time it uh.
