Arizona Governor Blasted for Plans to Defy the Death Penalty

"Katie Hobbs, the governor of Arizona is now disregarding the death penalty sentences that have been handed down for someone for folks in Arizona because she has a problem with the death penalty. If you have a problem with the death penalty governor Hobbes, you go to the legislature and say, we need to modify or do away with our death in it. You got to do your job. We're seeing this with DAs all over the country, James. What is it that why have we gotten away from, you know, and I may be an old funny duddy here or something. I don't know, but the three branches, the two branch government system is what made us what is good as we are today. Why are we going away from it? That's a loaded question, isn't it? Yeah. But you see it all. Democrats. Republicans. Specifically about this situation. She's okay, this is the governor of Arizona. Yep. Making the decision to remove the death penalty from all of the inmates in their state. She's not going to care the executive branch will not carry out a death penalty center. Here's my question. The power. He could commute them. Okay, this is a question that I have because when you brought this up to me earlier, made me think of this and it's sort of terrifying. Okay? Yeah. She has the right to say, okay, everybody who's currently in prison right now, she can just say, and during her term, those people will not get the death penalty. Correct. Okay, let's say she loses the next election. Yep. Do those people, are they, are they pardoned or governor just say they get the death penalty? Yeah. If she doesn't change their sentence, and again, I said something wrong. Let me be very careful here. Some sites allow the governor to commute or pardon, okay? Some sites don't. I'll be Frank. I'm not sure about Arizona. So what I do know now is that she doesn't have that power. Frankly, it's even worse.

Arizona Bill Banning Critical Race Theory in Schools Goes to Hobbs

"Arizona Bill has passed to ban not passed. It is past Senate and now has gone up to Katie Hobbs that you know what going up to her desk for her to pass. Now, since the Arizona Bill ban critical race theory in schools narrowly passing in the Senate, now it goes on to Katie Hobbs, this Katie Hobbs is the governor of the state of Arizona, the state that I live in and I'm very disappointed that she's an absolute nut. And she's not even qualified. She's like an immature woman baby. That's walking and woke. And we're going to see what she did with this bill. She considered the bill that it would be as sponsored, say, preventing schools from teaching critical race theory, Senate Republicans voted 16 to 14 to pass SB 1305 to prevent critical racial bias education plans. They sent it to Katie Hobbs desk. We'll see if Katie Hobbs actually do her job like she's supposed to because the people elected the Senate, the Senate came up with the bill so the government should pass the bill. If she got any sense whatsoever, and in my personal opinion, I think it's invaluable for us to consider never teaching critical race theory. You can teach history. You can teach black history. You can teach American history which black history is American history. But to teach kids, this theory that no matter what you do in life, no matter where you come from, no matter how many aspirations you have, you will never be able to maximize because the white man would never let the black man get a hand up.

Kari Lake Among Four Women Trump's Considering for VP Pick

"I really hate my cynicism. I hate how cynical I can be. And I do. I'm a cynical soul. When somebody hears the news that Trump is considering Carrie Lake to be his vice presidential running mate, it's like I'm watching carefully how certain people react. According to axios, president Trump is strongly considering the former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kerry Lake to be his running mate. She is among a short list of women being considered by the former president. As he looks for a way to gain support from white suburban women. She, of course, is the former TV news anchor from Phoenix, who ran for governor against Democrat Katie Hobbs. Here's where my cynicism comes in. You can measure where people are by their reaction to this news. Now, I could be wrong. I've got people on my team who say, oh, I don't know, Carrie Lake. She's so heavy handed. You know, she's dramatic. Oh, I don't know about Carrie Lake. And then I've got people in America who say, that's an unbeatable ticket. You have two brawlers like Donald Trump and Carrie Lake on the same ticket. No one will stop them. And so I don't know if it's fair. For example, the person on my team who seems reluctant about Carrie Lake, she's not wimpy or not with Donald Trump. She's not. She's not like. So that's not fair. So maybe it's just my cynicism overtaking me and I'm having a hard time being objective about certain things. And

Darren Beattie Reacts to the "Cartel Katie Hobbs" Story

"Okay, this is a very important topic. I'm going to do my best to navigate it with a great Darren Beatty. I'm here. Darren is with us. Great. Okay, Darren, over the weekend, there was a viral testimony that was basically an allegation against Katie Hobbs and with it the entire ruling class of Arizona. Now, whatever merits of these claims regarding Katie Hobbs connection with the Mexican Sinaloa drug cartel, the reality of the cartels association is likely far worse, cooperation between certain drug cartels and U.S. agencies have been a long open sect secret. So Darren, you have this in your article walk us through it. Absolutely. And, you know, I say it's a silver lining of this whole sort of recent viral episode that the public's attention can be drawn to what is really one of the darkest aspects of our government and its associations. You know, I can't speak to the allegations related to Hobbes, my understanding is they're pretty explosive allegations, but I would like to see some evidence behind it. Given my own reporting on Rey epson things, I was particularly aggressive in debunking rumors about apps that I knew to be false because it discredited the actual scandal behind what was going on there. And so there could be something similar here. I don't know. I haven't seen evidence, so we're waiting, but as with many things, the truth is actually far darker than the rumors, the recent rumors. And the truth is there's been a long-standing association between the U.S. government and various cartels, including this, including the Sinaloa Cartel, and if people go to revolver dot news and look at the piece, it's up there right in the top 5. You can see video of a lot of fascinating testimony by some of the most celebrated and courageous narco journalists in Mexico describing in depth the nature of this relationship,

Kari Lake’s New Evidence of a Maricopa County “Heat Map"

"Carrie Lake and her legal team went before a judge in Arizona to present evidence of the election malfunctions, election improprieties. That were large enough and significant enough to have cost her the race for governor of Arizona. And the judge set up a standard, which is he said, you have to prove intentional wrongdoing, not just blips, not just malfunctions, not just things went wrong, because things sometimes do go wrong, not just inconvenience, but you have to prove intentional wrongdoing by the miracle but county officials. And he said that based on that standard, I don't see it. And so he ruled in favor of Katie Hobbs, who is now the sitting as a result of the sitting governor of Arizona. Now Carrie Lake filed an appeal, and I thought that the appeal was going to be focused entirely on the fact that the judge at the local level had applied the wrong standard. Remember, in these kinds of cases, the standard is critical. If you set a standard that is wrong, then you're going to be assessing the case by the wrong measurement by the wrong criterion. And Carrie Lake's point was, wait a minute. Let's just say you have an election. And let's say you have a uniform breakdown of 99% of all the machines. And people are not able to properly cast their vote. And then the people who organize the election go well, you know, we just goofed in a major way. This was just a kind of complete breakdown, but it was unintentional. We didn't mean to do it. It just happened. It doesn't make sense that you would redo the election because obviously the result is invalid. So I thought Carrie Lake's case is going to be that the judge applied the wrong standard and the Court of Appeals and Carrie Lake is now before the Court of Appeals would be asked to overrule the local judge on that basis. But as it turns out, Carrie Lake has new evidence, she recently had a save Arizona rally in Scottsdale. This was actually last Sunday. And at that rally, she revealed something that I had not seen or heard before. And that issue put up on the screen what she called a heat map. And this is a map with light and dark areas. And she says that this heat map was hanging in the Maricopa County tabulation and election center. In other words, this exact map was displayed in the office of the people who are running the election.

How Did Kari Lake Lose the Arizona Election for Governor?

"All right, let me just say this. Let me get to Carrie leg. Because there was an article that my producers sent me that I think explains what I've been saying about the Kerry Lake situation. Do I think the election had a bunch of issues? Yeah. Yes. Stevie Wonder can see. The Arizona has some issues in the election. Had some issues at the ballot. But I've been saying this all along that I'm not the type of person to jump straight to the cheating is cheating and cheating is cheating. I really do believe that there was nefarious things, but I think that the reason they carry Lake did not win in a landslide was because of Republicans. The Republicans that didn't vote for her. Let me read this article from newsweek. And I think it'll give somewhat of a congruent basis. It's just Carrie Lake lost her bid to become Arizona's governor because she failed to get support from tens of thousands of Republican voters according to a report. An analyst of public voting record in November race found that Democrat Katie Hobbs managed to pick up support from more than 33,000 Republican leaning voters in Maricopa County who begged GOP canyon, candidates and other state elections such as the state treasurer and comparison Lake, a Donald Trump endorsed 2020 election, they call her election deniers, so you know this is a stupid paper in my opinion. Managed to gain only 5900 votes from Democrat leaning voters around 6000 Republican leaning voters also chose not to vote at all. Lake lost her election to Hobbes by 17,000 votes, meaning that 33,000 voters she failed to achieve from Republicans and Arizona's largest county ultimately cost her the election.

Gov. Hobbs Wants to Take Away School Choice From Arizonans

"Men, I God bless you, and I appreciate you for doing that. I know one of the things right away that Katie Hobbs wanted to do is get rid of not private goose, but your ability to be able to seek out whatever education you'd like. She wants everybody to be everyone to go to government schools. So can you talk to us about that? I mean, these are indoctrination centers. It seems to me these government schools. She did everything that we feared that she would do. And right away. I mean, what the people want is the secure border. She went in and her budget proposed getting rid of tens of millions of dollars going to the border strike force, which is the group that keeps us safe. She pulled down the walls that we had that governor doocy put up. She immediately wants to pull all the money out of what we call our ESA empowerment scholarship program, which is basically what people call vouchers. It allows you to choose what school your son or daughter goes to that is the best fit for them in your tax dollars follow. It's true education freedom. It is a true great equalizer. She pulled that out. And then to add insult to injury, Carl, she put 7 million into a fund to investigate police at a time when we need more police officers. We need to allow them to do their job so that our streets can be safe. She's wanting to put money in to just investigate more officers.

"Why wasn't there qualified men run for governor here in the state of Arizona? Women had to step up and take the lead and run for governor state of Arizona. It's just what it is. Let's just keep it real. There was no men that were willing to do what Carrie Lake was willing to do. Even at dog Katie Hobbs, nobody's willing to do it. Some women had to step up and do it. Men, it is high time for men to get in their rifle position. Understand that you are the leader, you are to lead your role is not pacifism. Your road is to lead, your role is to take responsibility of your household. Take responsibility of your family. And in turn, I believe in leadership positions take responsibility of the country. And there's people out here that ain't gonna like be Tatum saying it, but I say it like I feel it. Who do you thought? Who do you think fought the Civil War? Who do you think were the founding fathers? It didn't say founding mothers. They said founding fathers. There were men who got called to lead. And in their leadership, everything rolls downhill in the proper way.

"As a lawyer, I know you can file motions for sanctions, try to get the other side to pay, et cetera, but this seemed to be an attempt to bully you and your supporters. They didn't need to file it immediately like this. This just seems to be another act of intimidation to try to stifle the will of the people and transparency. Well, I mean, it's obvious that my opponent Katie Hobbs, there's no respect for the rule of law. And she's out there trying to inflict, I guess, pain on me, but I'm not afraid of them. What I am afraid of is an America where we don't have honest elections. And that's what we're looking at right now. Here are Maricopa County. The people who ran our elections in Maricopa County, the two men who ran them, started at the pack, a super PAC to raise money to defeat me while I was on the ballot. Katie Hobbs, my opponent actually was in charge of the state's elections while she was on the ballot. They've lobbied against election integrity. They worked to censor any discussion of our elections, not to mention the machines didn't work on election day, not to mention that hundreds of thousands of ballots had zero chain of custody, it is outrageous. And if we don't stand up right now, if we the people don't stand up and fight for honest elections, then I really do fear where our country goes. And this is we're seeing the result of what happened in 2020 with Joe Biden in office. We're on the verge of a war. We have an economy that is in complete failure. We have a wide open border and we have crime that spiking a drug crisis across the country. And that's because our elections are amassed and we're not actually in charge of picking who is representing us. And that's why this is the issue of the day in my opinion.

"Another loss for Carrie Lake. A judge has thrown out Republican Kerry lakes challenge of her defeat in the Arizona governor's race to Democrat Katie Hobbs, the judge rejected lakes claim that problems with ballot printers at some polling places on election day were the result of intentional misconduct, Maricopa County superior judge, Peter Thompson, added that there was no clear or convincing evidence of the widespread misconduct that Lake had alleged affecting the result of the 2022 general election. Rich Baris on His Testimony in Kari Lake's Election Challenge Lawsuit

"Welcome, everybody. Merry Christmas. And we are gonna start with the terrific and the tremendous testimony kind of reflection with rich barris who testified yesterday in Kerry Lake's trial and he did a wonderful job rich from big data polls. Welcome back to the program rich Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas, Charlie, to you and everybody at the Charlie Kirk show. Good to be here. So rich, you did very well yesterday. And, you know, I was able to watch a good portion of it. We were hosting our program, let's take a step back, tell our audience what you were testifying in regards to yesterday. How do you believe it went? And when do you think we're going to get a verdict or a ruling? Well, taking it backwards, you know, I'm not a lawyer, but I imagine just listening to the judge, who I got to tell you, I really do believe is trying to do the best job you can. I mean, I had days to sit there and watch while I was waiting to testify and think about it from his perspective. No judge wants this case to land on their lap, but I thought that he was being as fair as possible and thorough as possible. He seems like a fair minded guy. So, you know, that being said, I think that, you know, how do I think it went? When you have a story to tell and there's not really much that people can do about it, I do think it went, well, actually I think the cross examination went more effectively than direct. I mean, sometimes that happens. But as far as what I was doing there, just to make it very clear, I never worked for Carrie Lake. Unlike some of the other people who work, you know, the ones they got to testify, you know, the alternate version of their story to try to counter what I was saying, they indeed did work for Katie Hobbs in the past. I have never worked for Gary Lake. I simply found myself in a position where I conducted an exit poll in Arizona, and I've done exit polls in Florida and Arizona. I mean, I can't even when they ask me how many polls I've done, Charlie. I don't even know. But for over 6 years now, what I saw in Arizona, I have never seen, ever. And I don't think and believe me, I wanted to stay home with my family.

Kari Lake Scores a Huge Victory in Her Election Challenge Lawsuit

"I want to talk about Carrie lakes, lawsuit that she filed, Katie Hobbs wanted the lawsuit to be dismissed. And the judge ruled that there's enough evidence here that the court proceeding can be the lawsuit can be tried in court. And I listened to a some of the testimony I haven't listened to all of it because I got a whole bunch of other stuff I have to do throughout the day. But just listening to some of the testimony, I just don't understand how they certify the election in the state of Arizona. I mean, anytime you have people who are disenfranchised and disenfranchisement, see one of the people that were over the elections said that, well, 20% of machines were messed up and flawed, which was hundreds of machines, but they had an opportunity to drop their ballot in box number three or something like that. Remember the box it was. The box number three or whatever they call it. What is it? Yeah, box three. But that's not the thing, though. It doesn't matter if you can drop it your ballot in the box three because you should be able to use the machine as prescribed as made available. And if the machine is faulty at 20% of the machines, the government, the state has failed you on election day. You shouldn't have to wait. Ten, 15, more minutes than reasonable because their machines are not working.

"You won't regret it. So Tyler, let's just start with this. I want to make sure I get this out of the way. Precinct committee man committee woman, every person here needs to become a precinct committee leader. What does that mean? Yeah. Leave your precincts. So the official representative of the Republican Party in your community is called a precinct committee man precinct captain precinct the officer precinct delegates a little bit different every day, but recent leader. You can actually go to TPUSA. All right, I'm sorry. TP action dot com slash PC. We'll help you get involved our team will contact you. Probably after Christmas and help you get involved here in January. But look, I mean, the grassroots, their voices out there, and they want they want to be heard. And we have more people now in this movie. I mean, look, there was there in America fest that existed really before now. Not especially out in the west, which is the other thing is that if there were any conferences, they'd always be D.C. or out east to the American West is going to determine the future of the American republic. Correct. And now finally, we have the central meeting point in Phoenix. We have patriots from Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, California, of course, Arizona. Nothing like this ever existed before. But a lot of people come up to me, I'm on the Republican National Committee. We're talking about this poll. And they're like, what can we do to fix this? Because we have to start doing the door knocking approach better. We have to start chasing ballots down, right? The Democrats are beating us at almost every level in the game. We got to change some things up. We got to shake some things up. Our legal strategy, we've just been talking about for hours today. Yeah, guys, this is the conservative movement. The Republican Party starts with you. And we have, you know, senator Wendy Rogers is right here, and we have so many others. Sometimes I'm telling you as a dad, Charlie is a dad. We're both dads. We're like, hey, I don't know if I don't know, I don't know if I'd be energy to do this all political stuff outside of raising kids and working and doing everything else. But I'm telling you, the same way that we go to church every week, you gotta involve yourself a few hours every week and saving your country. And if you do that, we're gonna save the country. And we can help you with that. So the next 30 days Tyler, so we have a couple big dates coming up one three Speaker of the House vote, one 27 Dana point, California, of course, it's a Dana point. It wouldn't be some working class place. Dana point California come join us for Newport Beach. And overly expensive, unnecessarily opulent meeting to go elect the next RNC chairperson. And data points gorgeous, by the way. It's amazing, big fan, but come on, like we're here to win elections, not they thought it was going to be a celebration retreat. If I was running the RNC, Charlie, you know, we would do this in cost effective hotels. And places like this. You do it like Tulsa. Where we would have. And we would invite in. We would invite in all the grassroots meetings. Or we do it in cities that we need to win. You need to immerse yourself in the culture, the geography and the demography of ready to win. Okay, but one 27, RNC is meeting 168 people, secret ballot. You're going to be there. We're going to be broadcasting live there. You're going to be there. I'm going to be there. I mean, unless they deport me and kick me out. Tyler, huge day, first time RNC vote so people say, what can I do? What can I do? Oh my goodness, midterms didn't go our way. Okay, get at that attitude. Let's win on one 27. We need a fresh perspective on leadership. We need a vision that's going to be cast and we need constitutional warriors that are going to go forward to represent us at the RNC. So we need everybody that's here. All of you at home, we need you to go and contact your Republican National Committee members. They represent you. I'm one of them. Blow me up. I've got thousands of emails. I can't respond to every single one, but I'm reading every single one. And I'm ingesting every single one. I've heard you loud and clear that you want change. And you want someone like Harvey Dylan to be the RC chair. So I appreciate that. We need to win in 2024. It is mission critical for the republic. Period. And the current RNC regime has lost every single cycle. Well, this is my question, Charlie, and this is my question for all my fellow committee members. And I hope that some are listening right now. How do you plan on winning with 99% of the grassroots? How do you plan on winning in 2024 without 98 or 99% of the grassroots? We can not. How will you plan on winning without Charlie Kirk? Tucker Carlson. Laura Ingraham. Mark Levin. Dan bongino. How will you plan on winning without 70, 80%, 90% of the donor class that is upset? You can't win. So let's stop being insane. And let's have a positive pathway forward so that we can win in 2024 because we got to. We have to do it for our kids and our babies in our grandkids. It's a real race. The grassroots are involved for the first time ever. Tyler deserves a lot of credit for his leadership and his courage on that. You guys, the website is higher harm meat dot com. Dot com..

"Problem. If you're not for America, then you really shouldn't be in politics at all. Another question, Carrie, is this trial going to be televised or is it behind closed doors? Will it be a private or a public trust? That's a good question. We're working to try to get its stream because there's so much interest in the approach. I want to see what's going on here. Who wants to watch every minute of this trial? The streaming of this through the county has been shockingly bad. They can't even have a dial in. I mean, I don't know if any of you guys try to call the conference call line. So we're working to be able to we're going to turn the cameras. There's going to be like a white Bronco on the 60s. That's Katie Hobbs. This will be the most watched trial since O. J. Simpson. Katie Hobbs and the white rock. It's a trial of the century. Now, a lot of people don't believe that. A lot of people don't believe that, but on our side, people who care about election integrity because everything rests on election integrity. Yes. Well, I can tell you this. We've been talking about the RNC a lot. You're just with Harvey Dylan. I just endorsed her. I know you were just on stage with her. She's wonderful. But the Republican National Committee has to build the strongest legal team that we've ever seen because this is the tip of the spear. What you're doing without enough support. I mean, we have not given Kerry Lake enough support. I mean, I just want to make this very clear. The Republican Party has not given Carey Lake enough support. This is what I've been screaming about all through this election. Arizona did not get enough support. This is guys, this is what's going to happen in all 50 states if we don't figure this out. So this is the tip of the sphere. And this is my message to everyone else that's outside Arizona. It's like, yeah, but I'm not in Arizona. In Guam or whatever and hanging out. Guys, if we don't figure this out, we don't support Carrie. If we don't support our Republicans, get the best legal team in Arizona to figure this out. We're going to lose in every state and we're going to lose our country forever. Truly, that's how important this case is. If we do not get our elections squared away, where they're fair, we're not asking for an advantage. We want them to be fair. We want to know that our one legal vote counts. We want to know that they're following the laws on the books for protecting us. Hey, if we're going to have mail in ballots, I'm not for them. I think it's ripe for fraud and cheating. The minimum is you got to follow the rules. You got to have chain of custody. You have to have signature verification. They didn't do that. And if people knew how bad the signature verification part was, that was thrown out, the judge did not let us bring that forward. If the people of Arizona were to see how bad these signatures were, every single one of them would say, we don't want these mail in ballots. This is crazy. And this is just Maricopa, right? I mean, schema is just get it. This is what they've done. Now, Charlie knows this really well, Oregon motor voter, right? It destroyed the state of Oregon. Washington destroyed California. This is what they destroyed states with. Flood ballots, no one can police them, no one can even no one knows even what's going on. By the time you figure out what's gone wrong, they go too late. Yeah, it's 6 months later. And we the people have to stand up. This was an election. This was a movie here in Arizona. This is a movement in Arizona. And we're looking at it going, how did these fools get elected? Because our elections are messed up. They're stolen in the rigs. Everybody, the trial begins tomorrow, Carrie like the Katie Hobbs Carrie like V Steven Richard, Kerry, like the Bill Gates, the trial of the century. "To keep the prayers coming. And you know what's amazing and you talked about it. We're not attacking the people working the polls. These were good hardworking Arizona to care about election integrity. They're the ones who came forward. I think it was like 85% of them when polled after the election. They said, we have no faith in this election. The poll workers themselves came forward and said, we do not have faith in how this election was run. They themselves witnessed it. I mean, they were there. I was there. My ballot went in to read. I know the lady that was my machine was done. She was like, I'm so sorry. This is crazy. She was there early in the morning. Yes. And said, when my ballot went because she knew who I was, and so I walked in and she knew I'm involved, she's like, oh no. She's my ballot when I read. And she's like, yeah, it's been happening to all our machines all day long. Yeah. And this was, and then we come to find out this is everywhere. So I go into mine, same sort of thing, lines forming their super embarrassed, they're running around like crazy. We call the technician, they should be here late in the afternoon, and then I text you, I'm like, hey man, mine's down. He's like, no, mine's down. And then anthem is down. And then wickenburg is down and then sun city is down and Peoria is down and then Queen Creek is down. And it was a valley wide ambush is what happened. Absolutely. Absolutely a 100%. And they're trying to tell us this is normal. Par for the course. Don't insult hey Stephen Richard. Don't insult my intelligence. We know what you're up to. And we're going to put you on the stand and ask you a few tough questions. So I feel very confident. My team is great. My attorneys are true patriots. We had attorneys who did walk away because the left is threatening them with their ability to make a living and practice law. And some of our attorneys said, look, I got mouths defeated. I can't do this case. I don't want to be sanctioned. So I really love I got to a point where I said, I'll take anybody. We'll take Better Call Saul to come on in here. Are you a patriot? Are you willing to fight? Are you willing to risk everything on this very important case? And that's who we have assembled. True fighters, and we're going to court tomorrow and Thursday. And we hope for a quick ruling. So explain to us, Kerry, just the best of your ability. What is the process? What's the timeline? So you guys are going to be in court tomorrow is it a virtual curing? Is it a physical hearing? I think there's a lot of questions of what we can expect. You said it's a pretty quick deal though, right? Yeah, I believe that my attorney told me is when you have an election challenge like this, it has to be handled in ten days. The judge is under pressure and he realizes there's a lot of evidence and he wants time to look at it. So today we've got our guy inspecting ballots. We were able to inspect ballots, which is a huge win. Random ballots. Tomorrow, the trial begins. It continues on Thursday. We don't have a lot of time. I wish we had more time because we have a lot of evidence we want to present. And then we'll give the judge some time to make his ruling. So hopefully we'll get a nice Christmas gift with a ruling in our favor. And we would like either them to set aside this election because it is so it is so marred or to do a new election with an independent capable competent people running the election. And there's some breaking news. A voice in my ear tells me Katie Hobbs just filed a motion to quash to try to prevent herself from testifying. Just breaking in the last couple of minutes. Katie Hobbs just wait filed a motion to quash. So you're telling me the lady that didn't want to debate that didn't want a campaign also doesn't want to testify. No way, Charlie. That's crazy. She should have recused herself from this entire talk. Yes. And she didn't do that. And now she is responsible for what went wrong. Not only was she working with the feds to keep us from having free speech online. Anybody who spoke out about their botched elections, they want to silence them. Katie Hobbs was sending Twitter to get rid of things that support you. That's right. And she was also actually with other counties. The other 14 other counties besides Maricopa. We have 15 counties in Arizona. Two of those other counties had leaders in the border supervisors who said, wait a minute, we don't want to certify this election. Under duress in Mojave county. And Katie Hobbs office used the power of her office to threaten them with the rest. You either certify that or you go to jail. And governor ducey didn't speak up at all, and it's just. It's such a disappointment. I think what we need to do is the Republican Party has to accept the fact that America first is the future. And there is no other alternative. And listen, I did too. I did try to bring establishment in. I really did. I'm from a big family. You got to work together and play together, right? You gave him a shot. I really did. And we need to realize that America first, it is about we the people. This establishment cabal, you got to come with us and accept that we are about making America great again. If you can't get behind that, I mean, you got a.

"Carrie like is taking selfies here with the amazing grassroots. I'm back. So Carrie, tell us what parts of the lawsuits did they accept. Because someone was rejected, but two they did accept handing a ballots in the machines. Is that right? That's right. We're going to be talking about the lack of chain of custody involving hundreds of thousands of ballots with no chain of custody. You know, when you're dealing with mail in ballots, there's only a couple ways where you have security with those. And it's following a very strict chain of custody. That means you know where every single ballot is and where it came from. And you document that. They didn't do that with about 300,000 ballots. And that's a problem. So we're also going to be looking at another count, which is involving intentional basically failure on the machines on election day. And what was behind that. 59% of our polling locations on election day had in operational faulty equipment that wasn't working. My polling place. Your polling place. I went there. All broken. The ballot printers, I mean, you think the ballot printers would be ready to go on election day, right? It's not like you don't know when election day is. We can pretty much tell you an election day is. From here to eternity. So they knew it was the big day. Oh wow, the ballot printers don't work. Oh, there's not enough toner in them. Oh, they're not matching up with the tabulator. So there's a lot of problems that happened causing massive weights of hours long waits in line. And so we've got those two counts that we're going to work on. And our attorneys feel very confident in this case. And they're working very hard. But I'll tell you what, whatever happens, either side's going to appeal, right? And so we're willing to take this as far as we have to. Yeah, so let's talk about the machine thing in particular. So you have to approve intent. Is that correct? Yes. That's going to be difficult, but not impossible because how on earth was there this problem in so many locations so quickly when the test the night before worked? We have a cyber expert who worked for 9 years for the company that actually does the testing and certification of machines in Maricopa County. And he's saying that what happened on election day with this kind of a mass failure was not possible absent of intent. There had to be intent for this to happen. I mean, we all believe in coincidences, right? But this is something that goes a little bit beyond that when 60% of our polling places don't work. And they know for a fact that our people are showing up on election day. And the guy running the entire Maricopa County elections, Stephen richer, actually started a super PAC. Yes. To bring down one candidate. Me. And he's in charge of the election. So he's going to have to take the stand. Katie Hobbs will have to take the stand. Now, imagine this. She wouldn't even do a debate. She's going to have to sit on the stand in court and swear to tell the truth. She might take the 5th to be honest. We'll see what happens. Well, I don't know if she can get a sentence out. Every time I've heard her speak off the cuff, it hasn't been under the advice of counsel. I invoke my Fifth Amendment constitutional right. That might be too long for me. That might be a long sentence. Yes. She's being coached on that. That's right. So, but Carrie, this is really important though because I believe there is no other explanation other than sabotage or ambush. I agree. I saw it firsthand, God bless the poll workers, nothing about what we were talking about here is a criticism of our poll workers. These are police officers and firefighters and teachers and wonderful people. And when I went to go vote on election day, they were running around saying Charlie, we don't know how to fix these machines. We call the technician. They said they could get around here three or four in the afternoon. This was in the morning. Lines were starting to form people were starting to get confused. People that were then coming to go vote that way said, you know, forget it. I'll just drop my ballot. You are not able to vote the way you want it to, but it didn't just happen there happened all across the valley. Why? Primarily in Republican polling places. Yes. That is where it happened. The vast majority of the polling places that went down were Republican polling places. And you're right. People would say, I can't wait for two hours. I got to drop the kids off. I got to go to work. I'll come back later. Only to find the lines were even longer later, or they had to drive 20 miles away to find more lines at another polling location. And so we're going to get to the bottom of this. And you know, Hamid talked a little bit in the break about how it's an uphill balance. It's going to be a difficult case. My attorneys feel very confident with what we have. So what is the remedy we're asking for? I think that we need a new election. I think that there needs to be a new election. But we can't have the same clowns running this election. We can't put it back into the hands of people who have bungled the election time and time again. And yesterday, Charlie, when they were trying to get this thrown out, what they said to the judge was really astounding. They said astonishing, they said, this is just the kind of stuff that happens in elections. Really? 60% of our polling locations don't fully work on election day and they want us to just go, well, that's kind of par for the course. No, we're not going to accept it. Maybe it's par for the course with these incompetent fools. But the people of Arizona demand elections that are run well with people who know what they're doing so that our sacred vote counts..

"Give our opinions Happy Thanksgiving from the Dan bongino show. You know, it was a huge news day yesterday. Obviously the likely taking in the House by the Republicans, the calling the race and favor a Katie Hobbs by the media. I'm not done with that ring. I got some questions I need answered on that one. Sorry. The Maricopa disaster, Katie Hobbs being in charge. There was also the new gym. We got to get the liner from Pete for the next break about the conspiracy theories. From the file folder on the show that Jim and Mike keep, it's an old file follow just like you used to see in the office buildings of the 60s and 70s mad men style. From the file drawer labeled new conspiracy theories, can you please send us some stuff? Because our old one is completely empty, okay? Every conspiracy theory we have conspiracy theory we put out here on the show is now become true. As The New York Times acknowledges it, yes, there were FBI informants amongst the Proud Boys and others who they consider insurrectionists. We need new ones. I need to load them up. Loud about, send me your conspiracy theories because all the old ones are true. But before we get to that, I'll get to that later. Biden yesterday was in Indonesia, a country I'm very familiar with. I've been there multiple times. And he completely humiliated himself in the country again by genuflecting and kissing the rump of Xi Jinping from China. Didn't want to offend Xi Jinping, of course. Said mayor over in China and he said, he says, listen, I was clear with Xi Jinping and Xi Jinping say, well, not really because I had a different interpretation of what happened there. And then you get other clown show moments like he keeps saying, I've been clear on the one China policy while he simultaneously says he'll defend Taiwan. Well, that's not the one China policy. So I don't know what dog clear clarity or you need to Miriam Webster's dictionary or whatever. But he embarrassed himself again. The Jesse watters is on the 5 yesterday's obviously Fox host. And he brought up another interesting component of these hierarchical media narratives. Remember, it's not hypocrisy that the media doesn't seem to care about foreign influence and potential blackmail of the Biden administration, but talks endlessly about a fake peepee tape in Russian collusion. The media only cares about fake collusion fairytales levied against Republicans, but not actual collusion going on between members of the Biden family and foreign enemies of the United States. That's what power looks like. It's not hypocrisy to them. It's power. Their totalitarians, and when they get power, they're going to abuse it, and they're going to jam down your throat, a story, not the story. So Jesse watters brought this at BSA on the final. This glaring hypocrisy of Biden kissing the butt of China's Xi Jinping yesterday in Indonesia, while his son is alleged to have had some significant dealings with members of the CCP, that is the Chinese Communist Party for you liberals. And yet nobody seems to care. And yet you still got liberal goons out there. Who will insist this day that there's a pee pee tape? A pee pee tape, but with Donald Trump in it, a germaphobe, and yeah, I'm going to leave the details of baby tape out, because one, it's not real, and there are no details. It's fake, but liberal media goons still believe it. So again, there's actual collusion out there. The collusion story is real. It's just involves Joe Biden. Here, I'd like you to check this out. This is Jesse waters yesterday on the 5. Take a listen. Do you remember all that talk about whether the Russians had dirt on Donald Trump and that was maybe affecting his policies? Why don't we ever hear about maybe the fact that the Chinese have dirt on Joe Biden if that's affecting his policies? Do you remember the amount of pressure Donald Trump was under to constantly have to confront Vladimir Putin to his face? Hold him accountable for interfering in the election. Did you ask him if you interfered? Did you confront him about interfering? And he's like, yes, I did it. I did. I decided he didn't do it. I did. I did it. And then finally, no, there's no pressure. Except maybe from this show for the president of the United States to confront Xi on all of these deaths. If you add up COVID and fentanyl, you're talking over a million American deaths. Fentanyl, he goes on to talk about other things. I had to cut it short for radio, but the origins of the coronavirus, which clearly appeared of emanated from a Wuhan lab controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. I mean, these are all things we'd love to get an answer to, you know? No? No, you wouldn't. I'd like those answers. If Biden get any of those answers yesterday, no, it even seemed interested in those answers. Hell no. He's not answered. He's interested in these at all. It's weird. It seems like international influence peddling schemes. And foreign interference in U.S. election schemes. Are only crimes when you falsely accuse Republicans of them. Strange, right? You know, we forget the general Mike Flynn story. Remember general Flynn, Trump's national security adviser for just a couple of weeks before the whole disaster started with the attack on him. Remember the charge against him that he had lobbied on behalf of a Turkish citizen, but failed to fill out the requisite fair reforms, and that was worthy of a federal investigation, destroying the man's reputation, which is really crazy because Joe Biden's son is alleged to have taken a very expensive diamond from someone connected to the Chinese Communist Party and we have texts. Nobody's refuting the authenticity of between him and Hunter Biden's little like fang fang, type swalwell like secretary, you know what, I mean. But some of you are probably hearing about this for the first time on this radio show because the media, because it's a hierarchy, they're at the top, and the totalitarian regime they love, and they'll tell you a story, not the story. And if us story doesn't benefit them, they'll make the story go away. Why am I bringing this up now? About Biden and G yesterday as Xi Jinping. Because international influence peddling and dark money in politics, if you're by the way, if you're a Democrat right now, you understand like you're just getting worked. That was a thing in Queens. Like, I'm not talking about like that RuPaul song. You're just getting work. That would have been said a basketball baseball if he struck out on three pitches. If a guy dunked on you, hey, man, he got work. You're just getting work by these guys. It's really almost like hilarious if it wasn't so destructive to our collective prosperity. You suckers falling for this, but I love when these goons tell you stuff like, Trump colluded with Russia. They make it up and you like thirsty. I licked from the ball doggy. You like little dogs. You suck it up like dogs, like dopey clown dogs. Like dogs would clown suits on. You won't believe anything. You are so stupid. You will believe anything. I'm sorry, if this offends you, it's supposed to. But damn, this is you're not being delicate, but you said, I don't care. Zero F to give. I don't care. You are idiots. You were told this collusion thing, which is absolutely fake. Was a huge deal we should impeach a president over. Now you have actual collusion right here. The son of a president who unquestionably colluded selling his dad's name when he was the vice president with the nuclear armed weaponized enemy of the United States and China. And you don't give a damn. You have zero principles about

"Do something, it's a kick in the junk. You're like, ah, that hurts. I had no protection on. Please, stop doing something. Whenever the government does something, it doesn't at your expense and it typically screws you over. Remember that pareto optimization, right? A good sign of a good government policy is a policy that helps at least one person while harming no one. That is never, ever, a government policy ever. There is no history, a policy in the history of the United States government. That has been pareto optimized. But they called the race last night for Katie Hobbs, the single worst candidate for governor, I have ever seen in the history of this country. I have never seen a more cowardly, frankly, disingenuous, outside of Biden. I'm talking about governor candidates here. I mean, you know, if we're talking about the whole cornucopia of people, Joe Biden in there, he takes the cake and all this, but gubernatorial candidates. I've never seen a weaker, more cowardly disingenuous candidate. And Katie Hobbs. She implemented the Biden strategy, which is do nothing, sit in the basement all day and pretend nothing happened. And they called the race for her yesterday in Arizona. Now, making this news even more disgusting, Katie Hobbs is the Secretary of State. Katie Hobbs is overseeing an election in Arizona. That had so many problems and I believe their largest vote in county Maricopa that if this were the situation were reversed, and let's say Kerry Lake was the Secretary of State. And they called the race for her. And there were numerous problems in a Democrat leading county. Ladies and gentlemen, there would be hell to pay. The media would be down there with their freaking hair on fire, screaming gripe and moaning, having to change their diapers every two minutes. You know what's fascinating about this story? The Democrats and their media goons and acolytes. They get to make up stories about voter suppression all the time. Maybe he's got to move the baseball after we clean the office up because if you don't move the baseball says by Gino, it says bong for the Fox nation thing. I don't smoke bombs. That's not my thing. I'm like a health nut. But just put in GOP voter suppression in any search engine, you can put it in your favorite one liberals, Google, because it'll always give you the GOP. You'll see thousands of stories about long lines and Democrat districts, these long lines are de facto voter suppression. Now it's really weird. Because we have an actual case of long lines in Maricopa County, where Katie Hobbs was administering the election as Secretary of State. We have tabulator machines didn't work. Printers that ran out of ink. How do you have a printer that ran out of ink during an election? Do you know Office Depot? Have you ever seen that? You could probably call your buddy Jeff Bezos and have an Amazon Prime delivery of a how the hell do you run out of ink? Yeah. Jim wants to know if that's something you'd prepare for if you're the Secretary of State running in election. No, not if you're a Democrat, not if you're a Democrat. If you're a Republican, you better or the media will be all over you. But because it's Katie Hobbs and de facto voter suppression in Maricopa County, benefits her, you're never going to hear another word about the story. Now here's what needs to happen going forward. What needs to happen is that the media, especially conservative media, because you can't expect the liberal media to do anything, but Katie Hobbs, but they need to go out there and canvas for people who may have been disaffected voters who showed up in Maricopa County with these long lines in one home. Folks, it's hard to prove a counterfactual. You know, you can't say well the stock market wouldn't went up if this happened because whatever you said the if this happened didn't happen. So you can't prove it, obviously. It's called a counterfactual. Pretty simple stuff. I can't prove to you that Katie Hobbs would have done worse and Carrie Lake would have done better. If the machines had worked in Maricopa, because they didn't, the tabulator machines. And a couple of these places. I can't predict what have happened if the printers would have happened if the printers worked because they didn't. I want you to know Jim queue this up for me, come on. I want you to listen to Carrie Lake, explain this abomination. Last night on Jesse waters show. This is just really embarrassing in a civilized country. We can't get our kids out of our butts and administer an election normally. It's insane. Check this out. A 158,000 ballots that have not been counted yet. And 94,000 of those are in Maricopa County where they took our sacred vote, and they and they just made a mockery of it. It's outrageous Jesse, what happened? I had a man come up to me at breakfast yesterday and said, I showed up to vote. There was a three hour line. They said the tabulator machines were not working. I drove across the way and went to another 15 minute drive to another center and the printing printers weren't working. They had no toner in them. I drove another 20 minutes and finally voted it was a half a day Odyssey to cast my vote and we're getting thousands of people reaching out saying the exact same thing. Good. We should publicize the story of those thousands of people because if that was a minority voter in Georgia, Stacey Abrams would be grifting with another email today. I just want my second term as governor. Send $100. You'd see it today. The graft would begin today. Folks, you're allowed to ask questions and to the swampy Republicans out there now. They're like, hey, just sit back and take it folks, don't ask any questions or we're going to call you an election that you could plan a big wet one on my ass. The biggest wettest one on my ass you ever have in your entire life. I will give you. I'll show you the ass and you could plant the wet one on it because you zeros and dip wads have zero credibility. You are so eager to lose. My gosh, we lost, Carrie Lake, election denier. Again, my ass

"Katie Hobbs defeats Trump backed Carrie Lake in race for Arizona governor by Erik cordele. After a bruising election in which she was tarred by both her allies and adversaries for running a lackluster campaign, Democrat Katie Hobbs pulled off a come from behind victory against Republican Kerry Lake to clench the Arizona governor's office, according to The Associated Press. The AP called the race Monday night, after Arizona's most populous county released a new batch of roughly 71,000 votes, and Qing closer to completing the count. Most of those were mail ballots hand delivered on election day, which the Lake campaign was relying on to close the gap. Lake had been banking on the expectation that those voters would lean in her favor as former president Donald Trump won most votes who dropped off their mail ballots on election day in 2020. And analysts estimated that there were a substantial percentage of GOP voters who stayed on the absentee roles, but who didn't trust mailing them in or depositing them and drop boxes. Ultimately, those hopes faded when Monday's ballots dropped did not provide Lake with enough votes to surpass Hobbes lead. The contest for Arizona governor was defined in large part over the two candidates dueling stances on the last election. Hobbes, as Arizona's Secretary of State, gained notoriety two years ago for resisting a pressure campaign by Trump and his allies to decertify Biden's win. And defending the integrity of Arizona's elections. Lake and contrast was outspoken in claiming that Biden did not legitimately win Arizona, despite multiple investigations having found no evidence of substantial fraud. Late Monday evening, Lake suggested she might not graciously accept the results of her own loss either. Arizonans know BS when they see it, she tweeted to her nearly 700,000 followers. A Lake campaign source tells time that Lake who staffed a war room with dozens of lawyers ahead of the election was wound up throughout the day and that her advisers had been discussing potential litigation over problems with tabulators used to scan ballots at polling places and Maricopa County on election day.

"Bloomberg radio. Now, a global news update. Arizona's race for governor is tightening as more than 90% of the votes have now been counted in the Grand Canyon state. Democrat Katie Hobbs is still ahead in the race, leading Republican Kerry Lake by just over 26,000 votes or about one percentage point, Lake closed the gap a bit in Sunday's update, which had nearly 100,000 ballots counted in Maricopa County, which is Arizona's most populous county, final results are expected early this week. Fresh off a very good showing in the midterms for the Democrats, House speaker Nancy Pelosi says President Biden should run again in 2024. President Biden has been a great president for our country. He has accomplished so much. Appearing on ABC's this week, the California Democrat said that Biden has a great record to run on, including the creation of 10 million jobs during his term so far, Pelosi went on to discuss her own legacy as House speaker, but declined to say just whether she would run again for her leadership post. I'm Chris karashi. Your listening to Bloomberg intelligence with Alex Steele and Paul Sweeney on Bloomberg radio. Naturally, it is time for us to start talking about holiday sales, and to do that, Bloomberg intelligence senior retail analyst Jim bartas joins us now. All right, Jennifer, what do we expect in terms of holiday sales? We've already seen some warnings here from Amazon, looking at cost cutting measures, maybe not going to hire as many seasonal workers. You made the broad strokes here. Well, if you look at the industry as a whole, sales this year are going to go up, but that's mostly due to higher prices. And it's going to be the weakest holiday season that we've seen in several years. All right. So we've got inflation out there for the consumer. We've got a lot of recession talk out there for people to have to deal with. Is that kind of just the headwinds that I'm going to maybe pull back a little bit on my holiday shopping? I think people are still keen to celebrate, but they're going to be very selective in how they do it. In terms of spending patterns, there are some bright spots for this holiday season. Luxury is actually going to perform very well because we're seeing a bifurcation of that consumer where the people who have money are still going to be spending people who have less money are going to be a lot more careful about where they're spending. And then there are certain parts of the economy where we're going to see some stronger sales. So athleisure is one category where we think things will be pretty good. Gaming consoles is another beauty is a third. But then there will be other areas like apparel that will really be pressured this year. That's true. I will pay anything for my face lotion from skin cuticles, but forget any other clothes. If it's not on sale I'm not buying it. Are we going to be buying in store or online? And did Amazon's signals mean something for the broader industry? Or was that a specific Amazon problem? Well, when you look at Amazon, I think that partly is to an Amazon problem, but it is also a reflection of the greater industry. We actually took a look at Bloomberg's second measure transaction data from credit card, and we looked at the period of October up until the last week of October. And what we saw was that spending was up only 5.7%. And that's during a time when Amazon had their prime day sale, and Amazon was included in the companies that we tracked. And so it seems that the efforts by retailers to really attract spending early, they got some of that traction, but it's really wasn't as much as maybe they thought it would be. And so for Amazon, I think that there are certainly some issues that they're dealing with. But I think they're also looking at that broader environment. And they're not getting as much traction as they thought, and that stowed through when we saw the results recently. So Jen, let's talk about supply chain and inventory. If I go actually to a store and want to buy something, is it going to be on the shelf? For the most part, there will be things on the shelves. Some retailers were able to sort of change their purchase orders early on so that they didn't end up with too much inventory, but it depends really on what become hot categories across the board there should be enough inventory, but the real risk this year is that there are doing a much, much higher discounts. And while that's good for the shopper, that's actually bad for the retailers in bed for their margins. And the more inventory they have, the higher those discounts you're going to go and the more pressure we're going to see on margins as we look at the fourth quarter in its entirety. Okay, I'm going to be your channel checks for this because I only shop on sales and I haven't seen them hit yet and waiting. And I'm not seeing them hit full force. Where am I going to see them? Friday. Yeah, believe me. I say to my family, I'm like, guys, I'm hunkering down for a couple hours, no one talked to me. So where am I going to be doing that shopping? Which areas are too over inventory to this point? The areas that are too over inventory, it's really in apparel. And so across the board, no distinction between luxury and Kohl's example? Luxury, there's higher demand. And so they're probably have inventory size a little bit right based on demand. But a company like coal or Macy's or even Nordstrom to a certain degree, they haven't got those inventory levels right yet. And so we've already seen in October discounts in the 30% range. Sometimes 40% range. And that's the type of level that we think we're going to see as we get to Black Friday. And between Black Friday and then Christmas itself. And that's a much higher discount level than we've seen in years past. Okay. Hey, Jen, has the death of the bricks and mortar store has that been kind of debunked? I kind of feels like people are going back to stores. People are going back to stores, Paul, and it's really part of the balancing act. Because people like to go to stores for inspiration. It's still not easy to just browse and find interesting things online. Without having a starting point. And stores can really fill that function. And so what we're seeing is that people will go into stores, they look around, they shop around, but a lot of times now they'll be on their phone in the store, price comparison. And so they get those ideas. So the stores are still important. People will still go there. And don't forget with the holiday season, people who

"The people show up, I win. If the people of Georgia show up, we win. Are you ready to win this election? And if control of the Senate depends upon this, wow, the next month in Georgia is going to be extraordinary. Extraordinary indeed. Thanks, Jeff. On to Arizona, where CNN's kyung la has been on the ground for months tracking that critical Senate race between the democratic Mark Kelly and his Republican challenger Blake masters and that unbelievably interesting governor's race between Republican Carrie Lake and democratic candidate Katie Hobbs, who currently serves as the Secretary of State of Arizona. Kiang, what do our listeners need to know as they are prepared to watch Arizona and the vote returns come in on this election day? Well, David, we're seeing a slight shift in how Democrats and Republicans here in Arizona are delivering a message in these final hours. And really it's driven by voter behavior, both by what voters are saying and what voters are doing. And you really saw it at the Mark Kelly event. We got rising costs in a lot of places. And when I got back to D.C., we'll be back focused on this issue to bring down costs for Arizona. It's not that he's changing his message. It's that his emphasis has become now inflation. He calls it his number one issue in these final hours, leaning in on the economy. Campaigning with Republicans who support him. He's trying to reach those all important independent voters. A third of registered voters in the state of Arizona are independents. And we have Democrat, Katie Hobbs, running for governor here in Arizona. You know what's at stake in this election? The danger that Kerry Lake will be as governor and that's why we can't let her win. And so democracy is at stake. Abortion rates are at stake. Our public education, she's hitting a number of small canvassing events in the Phoenix suburbs, targeting those independents, those suburban voters trying to bring them out and Republicans, they're driving straight through the heart of Republican territory, really the heart of maga here in Arizona. This is a movement. It's not a campaign. It's a movement of patriotic arizonans who are sick of the crowd. We can't take much more Biden Harris. We can't take much more of Mark Kelly just rubber stamping their demented agenda. I really feel like this is a save the country election. Do you agree? All campaigning as a united slate with an eye at who they need to turn out as same day voters in Arizona, David. Turnout is certainly key it is key in Arizona. We'll be watching it quite closely. Thanks so much, kiang. On Wisconsin, as they say there in Madison, you've got a democratic incumbent governor Tony Evers. He's up for reelection. He's running against Tim Michaels, the Republican nominee there. And you have a Republican incumbent senator Ron Johnson, who has been in a very sharp edged battle with the democratic nominee for Senate fair Mandela Barnes, the state's current lieutenant governor. CNN's Omar Jimenez is in Appleton, Wisconsin. Now you remember Joe Biden won this state by a very slim margin in 2020, Omar, thanks so much for joining us. What is the energy like on the ground these days heading into the election? The days here pulls up to this point here in Wisconsin have shown no clear leader between senator Ron Johnson and lieutenant governor Mandela Barnes, but that's the thing about today. It's the ultimate and final poll of polls. Barnes just wrapped in more than a hundred stop RV tour. And he told me as it wrapped, their strategy throughout this final stretch has really been to meet people where they are and the biggest issues, and not take anyone's vote for granted. I asked him if he feels they've done enough to kick the two term incumbent Republican from office. I can honestly say we've done all that we could. We have been outspent by outsiders. The most expensive race Senate race in the history of Wisconsin that I can guarantee we have not been at work, we're leaving no stone unturned, all gas, no brakes. Now Barnes is planning to make a few more last minute stops today, but on the other side of things, senator Ron Johnson has also tried to leave no stone unturned. Finishing up more than 60 stop bus tour last night. He stayed mostly negative on Barnes, trying to frame him as a continuation of President Biden and as someone who hates this state and the people in it because of his past criticisms of its institutions, but he also hit on the wider implications here if Republicans regain control of the Senate. I would be chairman of the premise of command investigations. I'll be like a mosquito in a nudist colony. It'll be a target rich environment. The suffice for freedom. And it's not anybody else's fights. It's not someone else's fight is our fight. It's a fight that we absolutely have to. And those are the stakes that not just he set, but also barns. This isn't just a Senate seat. This is a vote for the future direction of the country. Thanks so much, Omar. We heard from one voter there in Milwaukee today courtesy of Wiz as to why he turned out to vote. I think it's always important to vote. It's our responsibility as in a democracy. For me, the economy, inflation, really where our country is going as a whole in terms of being able to compete globally. And I think those are some of the big issues that I'm concerned about. My thanks to this incredible team of political reporters that have just been owning this story for CNN. Be sure to watch their coverage all into the evening and in the days ahead. And I say the days ahead because I just want to end with this reminder. As you're tuning in to CNN tonight to watch the election returns or going to CNN

"Is the officer Tatum show. Ladies and gentlemen, gentlemen, ladies, welcome back to the oxidative show. Uh oh, it's politics time. I gotta get on this subject of Carrie Lake and Katie Hobbs, the trashiest candidate that I have ever seen in my life is definitely Katie Hobbs. She literally runs from a debate. She can not articulate herself. She has no values for the Arizona people. And Carrie Lake is drowning her politically. Loopholes have come out and has Carrie Lake and 54% and Katie Hobbs at 43% giving her 11% advantage and you know when a Republican has 11% prevented advantage. That's like a 20% advantage. You know, she's probably blowing her out of the water. However, this is what I want to tell you guys. Do not let your foot off the gas. Put your foot on the gas pedal to the metal. I want you to stomp it till you twist your ankle. I want you to hit the pedal on the floor that hard. Because we need to run up the score, it's not enough for us to win. We need to landslide these people. It's not enough for you to look back and say, I'll carry us up, you know, by living points. It's totally fine. We're going to win. So if I got away for three hours in the line, then I'm not going to wait, you know, we got this in the bag. Do not believe the lies. They manipulate posts sometimes. It may be actually closer than this. I don't think it is, but it could possibly be closer than what they're projecting, which is like voter suppression. They make you feel like you got it in the bag so you don't show up. And then what do they do? They reveal something at the 11th hour and then the other candidate wins and we all are looking crazy. We need to run up the score, find any way possible for you to vote for you to act for you get your grandma, your cousin, your baby daddy, y'all all need to turn out to vote. Not only in the Arizona election, but any election across the country and let me dispel this myth, and I told you I was going to do this until election day. Stop thinking you only need to show up in person. Do not fall for the trick. If you can and you're willing to handle adversity on election day, then show up on election day. There are other options for you. It's not just a leftist talking point.

"Listen to, listen to CBS, White House correspondent major Garrett interviewing the Arizona gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs yesterday and wondering why she's unwilling to have a debate with her Republican opponent Carrie Lake. One more time before we let you go, because I think it is on the mind of Arizona voters. Are you saying this morning that there is no circumstance that you can envision or would even try to negotiate in which you and carry Lake would appear at a debate together before the election? At this point in the race with 30 days to go, our schedule in terms of forums is pretty much set. And I'm really happy with where we are in the plans we have to continue talking directly to the voters of Arizona. She's got a very tight schedule. You've got forums lined up. I can't, I don't have time to debate so that the voters can see two candidates side by side. Maybe this is why she doesn't want to debate. How about Katie Hobbs being asked by a Hispanic interviewer at some Hispanic forum in Arizona? What kind of impact has Arizona's Hispanic community left with you? What have you taken away? What have you gleaned Katie Hobbs, Democrat candidate for governor in Arizona from the Hispanic community? Get ready for the answer. I hope you're sitting down. What have you learned? Specifically, learned from the Latino community. That's a great question. I don't necessarily think about it that way in those terms. And I learned all the time from people in my life, my sister in law, she is let me know and her family, I love hanging out with them and practicing my ethanol. And I Arizona wouldn't be Arizona without the, what the less no community brings. So there's another one specific lesson we could share. Other than finally. It's one third of a state. Yes, yes, absolutely. I mean, I think there's many lessons of the emphasis on family values, hard work. Can you imagine that woman being the governor of a major American state? Think about that, let that sink in. I'm not kidding you. I don't want to be insulting here, but I'm not sure you'd hire her to work in a grocery store. This is not a smart lady. Now, a lot has been made about John fetterman. And should we try the search again? The mystical, the mythical hunt for the Loch Ness monster, a single fetterman supporter, one 806 5 5 mic, we keep one line. Line 5 is just held for John fetterman supporters. That line has stayed empty for weeks. I don't understand it. He's ahead in the polls, right? He's going to win in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania voters are going to elect the guy who voted to release a brutal murderer of an elderly woman. Oh yeah, that's true. John fetterman forget the fact that he needs. That he needs some kind of monitor to comprehend questions that are being asked of him. And apparently that's true. New York magazine did this profile, but they needed to put the questions that they were posing to him on some kind of a teleprompter because he can't comprehend questions. Now, I don't want to make fun of anybody who put down anybody who's had a stroke, I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it's probably not great for a senator to have an inability to comprehend speech. That might be a tad problematic, but hey, you don't need to talk about his stroke. He cast a crucial vote that led to the release of a man who was convicted of first degree murder in the killing of an elderly woman, just in December..

"Let's go through her record, just show before you get too enamored with her. And tell me if I'm wrong. I mean, I want to get your reaction to Tulsi Gabbard's announcement. And I want to see what you think about my reaction as well. One 806 5 5 mic. Let's just take a little Gander. Let's take a stroll down the Tulsi gabard policy list. Climate change. She wants to mandate an end to the use of fossil fuels by 2050. She wants to ban fracking. She wants tuition free community college and free public universities for most families. She wants to ban assault weapons. She wants Medicare for All a universal government sponsored healthcare system. These are just her policies, and this is as defined by PBS. We happen to get this list from PBS dot org. So this is not like some hit piece on a Democrat. She wants to protect abortion rights. She voted against a ban on abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy. So the list goes on, she's not a Republican. She certainly isn't a conservative. And I appreciate her message about how corrupt and wretched and I would say evil, many members of today's Democrat party are. But please don't get too excited about Tulsi Gabbard becoming a Republican because I think that's a bad idea.
