Trump campaign goes on offensive with barrage of lawsuits

"Has filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Nevada. They've demanded vote counting stop so they can obtain access to watch the vote processing process or they've demanded the ballots received in the mail after Election day be separated out pending decisions on whether they should count it all. That was especially the concern in Pennsylvania before the election started. I said that I was going to be looking at three particular states through the election, and that was Nevada, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Jonathan Turley is a constitutional scholar and law professor at Georgetown. The reason I isolated those states was that their states where the vote was expected to be close. They're states where changes have been made relatively close to the election in either their laws, their practices and finally their states that they're dealing with either new systems or unprecedented numbers of ballots coming in from various sources, it turns out, those three states will likely Determine the outcome of this election. You know, we also keep in mind that things like recounts are good toe identify. Regularities. They're not is great in terms of changing the load count. It's very common in recounts to have just a few 100 votes nullified or changed. The exception to that was 2000 and I was doing that coverage for CBS, and we saw a great deal of Ah nullification because of badly designed ballots and also the infamous hanging, Chad. Determinations. We don't have anything like that in 2020.

"This morning. It's not my place or Donald Trump's place to declare who's won this election. That's the decision of the American people. But I'm optimistic about this outcome, but it was just after midnight Now. A short time ago, a Biden campaign official told Fox News. They believe Wisconsin and Michigan will go their way today. Millions of Americans genuinely love Donald Trump

"Millions of Americans sincerely love Donald Trump. They love him. In spite of everything they've heard, they love him, often in spite of himself. They're not deluded. They know exactly who Trump is. They love him anyway. They love Donald Trump, because no one else loves them. The country they built the country their ancestors fought for over hundreds of years has left them to die in their unfashionable little towns, mocked and despised by the sneering half wits with finance degrees, but no actual skills who seem to run everything all of a sudden. Whatever Donald Trump's fault he is better than the rest of the people in charge. At least he doesn't hate them for their weakness. That's Tucker Carlson, trying to explain the trump phenomenon. I don't know if he saw the 95 Mile Long Trump parade in Arizona over the weekend, and then that crowd that looked like Pope John Paul. The second had landed in Buenos Aires. It was absolutely incredible. There's never been a politician that has this sort of Ah Base backing similar examples all over America, too. I mean, just astounding. He just can't be that whole crowd out there. That has talked to that way all the time off. They couldn't be more enthusiastic about voting for Trump. Whether that's enough people to show up today and get him over the top. I have no idea. And if he didn't have the personality he had he would win. Oh, yeah, he would win in a landslide. Is the entire media against him? Yes. Was the Russian collusion hoax? Something close to an attempted coup? Yeah. Breonna Taylor’s Case and Protests

"To ah handful of cops about the raid in Louisville in which Briana Taylor was shot and killed. A story that was brutally miss reported by the media for a very long time, a lot of just utterly untrue narratives repeated over and over again and still going on today. By the way, there's a Yahoo news, which is unforgivably biased in an accurate is out with a story that is just It is the half truth. That is a lie, but a couple of things complicating the situation. The Briana Taylor thing was that there are multiple warrants being served simultaneously. Because it had to do with a drug gang selling all sorts of narcotics narcotics, including fentanyl, and there have been hundreds of overdoses and and it was seen as a very urgent thing in Louisville. And the situation Wass. They did not want to do the slower kind of search warrant you, Khun do if and this is the way the law enforcement officer put it to me if the evidence is too big to flush You do what's called a surround and call out. You can't flush a gun. You can't flush is safe, full of something or other or a person, right? You surround the house. You call him out. You say Listen, we're coming in. But why don't you come out and talk to us? We have a warrant. That sort of thing. There are dynamic search warrants where you have to go and quickly because evidence could be destroyed and this appears to be the sort that they were serving there. Because it was all about money and records and that sort of thing. Um It's incredibly unfortunate that that boyfriend the new boyfriend was there and he was armed and didn't know it was the cops, he says. A couple of criticisms. With all due respect from this law enforcement officer number one were they in plain clothes? That's not good. Now there is certainly a role for plainclothes officers, and you might have plainclothes lookouts toe have your back. Is your going in to do your stuff, But he said his agency, which is a large one, it is flaming Lee obvious. Who's a cop? So I looked out the window and I see somebody in Khakis and a shirt. With a gun yelling open the door, I guess is the police. Yes, I'll just hope it's the police. Yeah, he said. Now He's got to believe they're wearing bulletproof vests and whatever in something that identified them is police. But that's not been clear from the coverage. So he said That is something his agency would never do. And I brought him. I said, You know, we've been in the Housing developments, their apartment complexes or whatever the minute a cop is within a quarter mile year. Well, everybody, let's everybody else know that the cops were coming, he said. Yeah, that's just part of it, he said, but we always clearly identified himself. Ourselves. The other thing, he said, is that the one really out of bounds thing, and it violates every law of firearm safety. Whether you're kompromat is firing blindly through walls and or doors. You just You don't do that, particularly in an apartment complex. That's just an egregious violation of training and protocol. So that's why the one guy's getting Prosecutors on the one guy that did get charged. Got charged with that. Yeah, Yeah. Um, let's see him trying to, you know, the only Other thing I would throw in and it's funny. This is the third Ah! Large police department. I've heard this from directly in the last month or so. Morale is terrible, terrible, and they are losing officers by the dozens. Some big city police departments are down 101 150 officers. And there's a our particular equipment place that you go to get equipment or turn in equipment when you are resigning. And the officer. I hope I can only hope I live up to that title of guru. You're the Bobby. We see you're all all the TV shows. You're you're the guy that we go to for all the new cars. I am a former Bayer yet guy. Like a character. Car and funny, Mike, if we could before we get to the the newest stuff at the L A auto show, we were talking about GM GM, of course, in the news, and they're closing down a couple of plants in these plants apparently are are producing cars that really aren't all that popular. So our listeners were weighing in yesterday. We were just saying, okay, guys, what kind of car should GM do that would be popular. A lot of people are saying they should do with dodgers done with these these muscle cars that are actually very attractive and not that pricey. What do you think about that particular concept for GM? Yeah. I'll tell you right now, you're dealing with an entire catch twenty two and quandary in the auto industry right now. Right. So you've got Ford Motor Company who earlier in the year announces they're doing away with all passenger vehicles, which exception of Mustang. Right. So those are gonna go way they're going to be replaced by SUV's and trucks. Then you go over to.

"Brian Sussman and Katie green starts now. There is a story this morning that it's it's crazy. This guy's he's a tremendous journalist Jerome Corsi. And he's written some books. He goes where people just don't want to go. So he was the guy that wrote the book about Obama and the birth certificate, and even those who thought okay, come on Obama was born in Hawaii. If you just read the book just seriously just read the book the way he connects dots is so compelling and convincing. And he's like that with all of his work. He goes into these areas of investigation where everyone fears to tread, and as such you'll never see this guy at Fox News because he's a cook. But I mean, his his writing then it's investigations are so compelling and convincing. Anyway, he's he's gotten caught up into the Miller probe Russia. Russia Trump investigation. I'll tell you. What's happened in this guy? Just a moment. He he may be he may be going going away for a long time. And we'll talk all about that. The fires in northern California. Katie's got a couple of headlines on that. We'll talk more about as well. We'll open up the lines talk to you forward. Five eight zero eight fifty six hundred K as a morning show. "Brian Sussman and Katie green starts now though the department of homeland security saying the migrant caravan includes gang members. Individuals with significant criminal histories. Why won't you even doubt that for a moment? Of course, if you're a bad guy, and you had to slip into this country. Hey, let's do it with fourteen thousand people. Let's just go. I mean, if you go with the word criminal it is a criminal act to go somewhere illegally. So they're already kind of criminals off the bat. You know, when you go by the numbers when you go by the numbers, Katie. I mean, you look at last year's numbers, which I'll get to it. Just a moment. Illegal immigration has surged it was surging during Obama's last year as president. There's no question about that. But you look at how many people were napped at the border. And then how many were led across if you're a bad guy? You're thinking what do I have to lose? If they stop at the border. I just go back home. No big deal. If I make it in. That's it. That's it. That's the big. That's it is once they make it in. Then what nothing? It's. Yeah. It's like, okay. If they turn me, wait the borders. Throw me in jail. They just tell me to get out of here. There's no consequence. I could deal with that. If they let me in. Oh, buffalo, right? That's the deal you're spot on. Yeah. And I don't know what Bob below is. But it just sounds good. That's it. Bob low. There was Bobby from an old cartoon, it was quick draw McGraw, blah, blah, blah. I think I think there's a Barnes for him. I think there's this from somewhere I was thinking like Desi arnez like Bob blue. Maybe maybe that's it. Maybe I'm doing blue. But I did above below. Well, we'll get into these numbers. And then Brigitte Gabriel is going to be with us. Brigitte? Gabriel to hear our interview with Brigitte. She is. She's a woman who knows about terrorism because she suffered through terrorism as a kid you'll hear the whole story. But she believes there are terrorists amongst this group is well, we got it all for you here on ks if oh good morning six. Oh, four and away we go, Katie green.
