"Smart Love has lasted tested for decades Who that's hard for me to think of mill robocop the the the both of the male versions came to me pretty quickly coming now win? Oh Oh interesting okay all right all right interesting just watching her for years on agents of shield. I've fallen off of that. She's just she can really bring a level of like she has a deadpan sense of humor linked delivery and she's really she's great you actually. She's one of those actors who actually believe when she throws a punch and I think that's kind of important in an action movie. I kinda get tired of seeing action films in which you don't really believe that the actor could hold their our own and I feel like she could so yeah a lot of Cuda ways. Yeah Yea Shirley's Darren terrifying. I would love that. She would scare the hell out of you love. Yeah just having entire movie of just a just a whole just squadron of just robocops just multiple over a because. Yeah and the dreamcast. Anybody I love it. I got two choices woodland Christy Nice and kind of on the back end depending on what happens. Louis and Gina Carano. Gene could be interesting. I haven't seen the rest of the episode demand laureate honestly the first two so I don't know how she is in that. She's made a number of comments that she feels like she's he's become better actress having worked with Fabbro. And there's certainly precedent for certain actors kind of discovering how well they can be later on in their in their process and she certainly had that. MMA background that could be interesting thing that could come into play in other words. I would love eventually. Lily do it as well. Torres would be another one. Oh yes very nice. I like that Gina Kronos fight CNN haywire. I think about like all the time. I haven't seen that movie in probably six years or something and I still the thing about. How old is it? Am I losing track of my but I think about that fighting a lot so she definitely has the physical prowess for a role that doesn't even like she said she feels. She's grown was an actress but like the role doesn't demand a tremendous around a range. The demands tremendous delivery physicality. Yeah Yeah and so. Certainly we saw that when Peter Weller does take the mask off in the original and is oh processing the loss of his wife and his child and his lights so all right. Let's move on to our next story here. And this is Star Wars Kathleen Kennedy and again Eh. Well there've been some new Congress and she gave an interview to rolling stone where she talked a lot about the future of Star Wars. She answered some really thoroughly some of these questions about why some directors have left the property shows talked about how much he's enjoyed working with j.j Abrams much Abrahams. She was hoping J.J. Abrams could have done all three three installments where she sees fives film which he claims to be is a ways off and when we might see the next star wars movie but what I want to talk about is Kim masters article in and the about Catherine about this interview can message someone. I really really respect whose work I've read for quite some time. Even got the chance to interview. For one of my podcasts. The center files. We talked about broadcast news with her. She's incredible and so to see her break. This thing down. I think she brought a lot of interesting points about the future of Star Star. Wars about Bob Iger wanting to pick his own person to run this because remember This whole thing happened. Kathleen Kennedy was picked by George Lucas. I think and then The idea of being lined up to possibly run this thing we talked about this talked about. I send it to the guests here on the show today to talk about what. What's she points out here? First of all. Let's address this. The idea of Bob Eiger and Allen Horn wanting to make their own pick do you think there's something bubbling underneath the surface here that that is what's going on. I like an to like football and sports too but like when an owner comes in or new. GM comes and they want to select their coat their own coach. They they don't be handed. A coach Eiger was handicapping. Kennedy here do you think that this is something he wants to do. What do you think yes? No I feel like if things had been maybe a little bit less tumultuous. It wouldn't be as much of an issue. But I think that the way. Kathleen Kennedy kind of runs. Lucasfilm is very different than The way that they run Disney and and to a lesser extent marvel I think Kathleen Alan Kennedy not take anything away from her. I think she is one of Hollywood's best producers ever she is a phenomenal producer has been onboard for so many classic classic films But she's not really a risk taker and she's not really the kind of visionary that they need to fully kind of steer this entire studio not in the way Kevin if ideas and in recent years especially since the successive I'm Su- I feel like Horn and I have been a little bit more their kind of realizing that they have to kind of evolve and they have to take risks. And I don't really see that happening in Star Wars. That's kind of the biggest the problem I I love Star Wars. But that's one of the big problems I have right now is that they play it so safe because they're catering to that nostalgic fan base and it is hard to walk that line like don't get me wrong. It's very hard to learn when to kind of try something new and went to kind of re be true to the spirit of the original but but at this point I think that they need somebody who will maybe take a few more risks and kind of a little bit more in line with their kind of overall vision. I wonder under if that's kind of what's happening. Here is a kind of a clash of long-term plans master says that in Hershey speculate that in the article that could be fired. Yeah or could be Jon favreau. I hadn't really thought about to be honest with you until she frame did especially with the success of initially the success of Maine delorean day. Felony being involved here. You're could this be them grooming February because as many of you know and those who don't know Kevin Kennedy's extends up twenty twenty one and she's made it clear that they're they're we're having a lot of talks the next films not twenty twenty two which is a year after extension if she has a sign an extension. So do you think that's what's happening here. The she's like doing good brand saving saving dude good face-saving good pr here. And then they're going to move on and she senses. They're going to move on. Do you think to Fabbro or felonious. What do you think it's certainly possible of? All the idea favelas really peculiar. Not because I don't like his work. I'm very much a fan of most of his work and I think he's one of our best crowd-pleasing filmmakers bar not But just because his role in the industry and what he does is so very different from what Kevin Feige does and what Kathleen Kennedy does like. He is a filmmaker. He's an actor he writes. He does his netflix cooking. Shows like he's not solely focused on producing in the way that those two are. When you think of this sort of producers that take hold of a massive franchise enterprise whatever So I'm not sure I buy that just because I don't feel like now that he's not qualified but almost like that's not what he does necessarily I could see him being more of the Eh Weeden. And then the Russo brothers of what you know taking the home of the marvel for a for a time in passing the baton assery Kathleen Kennedy. When I you know reading this report there's a lot of it's all speculation? Essentially it's a speculative report it. We're all knew. Her contract was ending anywhere contract extension. So there's nothing in it that makes me go. Yep definitely happening. Okay I think of course Horst having those conversations as you do anytime. A contract is coming to an end especially again with such a massive franchise and company. But I I haven't i. I see what you mean about Nina to take chances but I also like the last year I just happened and I I do get why she might pull back on taking chances in the aftermath. I totally got that. I think I think the Star Wars Saga is kind of untouchable. But it's ending and so. I think you need to take chances like could you ever imagine we're doing a star wars like Tyke. What tyco edited with Ragnarok going full Zany comedy like I could not conceive of that in Star Wars as as it stands now I wouldn't mind seeing And this is really unconventional. But maybe that's what you need for Star Wars. I wouldn't mind seeing farrow and Dave Baloney Kinda tag team running Lucasville though because I think Dave Baloney He's he's truly the unsung hero of the star. Wars World Star. Wars fans know that most other fans don't on and he's he has a little bit more of the experience that you would need to kind of have because he's kind of the creative visionary for the the TV animated end of things which have been been amazing. So but as a as a protege of George Lucas do you think he can bring that change that you you're hoping to see he's he's doing the mandatory and he and five five road develop that so and that's very different than anything we've seen so I think there are going to be growing pains like one no matter what I think. This guy worker worker saga is done. It's coming to an end. And so I think that no matter what you're going to have some growing pains especially because you don't have like marvel the whole backlog alga comic books and yeah source material kind of fall back on their stuff to dip into but a lot of kind of doing from scratch so I think as okay master speculates about. She says like you know she. And she flat out says the Kathleen is not a creative producer forte right because she had spielberg kind of doing that. And Her and Frank Marshall Shepherding Film. So there's there is a possibility paying it. Because maybe that's why she was the perfect person for this transition in star wars out of Lucas into this Disney wrapping up the skywalker Saga and now that we have to create a bunch of new stuff is going back to the To a time period that we know no it's sat right after and before force awakens. So it's still kind of relative time period that we've been around with these films if we're going to start going nights have over public..

"Twitter too the Khan teaching hood Madeline Kenny from the Chicago sun times reports that Chicago St parts ways with former bears Notre Dame defensive tackle Chris Zorich on this the story goes Chris orange parting ways with the Cougars in a statement was on Tuesday wasn't clear if George who was hired at Chicago states athletic director last may he was fired or resign Jamelle bird Reno member of Chicago's states cabinet will serve as a D. on interim basis during a fourteen month tenure at Chicago's status or choose from Chicago was a standout defensive tackle for Notre Dame eighty eight finance last August that lance Ervin which sermon service the men's basketball coach and misty operates I would be the women's basketball coach on the house at that press conference by the way on ninety fifth so I I don't I'm perplexed on line there is a change already after kago state but but storage is out the former bear suit your Verizon their story yeah for flexing from one not only grew up in Chicago and is familiar with the city but familiar with the surroundings of Chicago state going to CVS in high school and growing up in that area as well so very perplexing I thought the move was definitely a great move and they've already been on the top ten in the top five list of several four and five star basketball player so seems like everything was trained and up so I don't know what's going on hopefully we'll find out well I'll I'll tell you this you know as far as is Chicago Steve concern I don't doubt that lance Ervin to get the job done because he's got a lot of connections in his family a lot of local and midwestern basketball connection so I don't doubt that lance Ervin can get this basketball program in the right direction but I will tell you if you continue to run this direction I don't see why Chicago state can't be the two forty three I know that sounds bad but you've gotta be able start someplace by trying to build your program to a certain level you know so they've been do you want for a long time it but if if if I saw tomorrow that they went to a different conference or different level as far as Iraq you know they're athletics it wouldn't surprise me it's so they can build from there you know because there's a lot of losing their you know from the baseball team to the basketball teams so that's interesting to watch that development there with their Chicago St ROC what's going on here in Indianapolis so the story is police officer from god he took a bite from his sandwich at it in the McDonald's okay so the Marion County sheriff's office look into the investigation and concluded that the police officer for got they took a bite from a sandwich last week in Marion County sheriff's office employee purchase to make chicken sandwich the employee took a bite out of the sandwich opponents are starting his shift at the Marion County jail to be placed in the refrigerator in the break room he returned nearly seven hours later having forgotten that he previously bit the sandwich he wrongly concluded that a McDonald's restaurant employee had tampered with his food because he is a law enforcement officer well what I guess were right it's one officer of the law the customer DJ is a regular at the McDonald's on west fourth street and hold road he ordered a chicken sandwich fries the cookies were suspects this is suspected someone took a bite was there which I started to one of my big chicken and took notice several bites are taken out of it I know I do need it no one else is around you know what I'm gonna go to McDonald's and try to get this taken care of I went to the he went to McDonald's and talk to the supervisor shop for me some free food I didn't hear anything about I just want to know who's the person that ate my food who who took care of my food in an inappropriate way they restaurant confirm that there where DJs come complaint managers reportedly told him they will check the schedule see who's in the food line during that time but the updated story is is that the of the perpetrator of the bitten me chicken sandwich was it actually the officer you're right we clawed out you don't remember you taking a bite of your own sandwich now I have you know the snake a couple of free for us you know you go out in the car and go back in here we want fries and a car Hey you guys didn't give me all my full this enterprise I'm sure yeah his check the back the free fry well rescue Danny saved says it proud to say that the Scottish farmers lose damages claim after neighbors bowl impregnated their cow oh boy so a Scottish couple has had a good a compensation claim rejected after arguing one of their pedigree highland towels became impregnated by their neighbors bowl Benard and Kathleen Alan sort twenty four thousand dollars claiming that they repeatedly found Ozzie E. belted Galloway bull on the land where they kept allowed livestock now it says here the Allen sought more than twenty four thousand dollars in compensation but their neighbors David and Cheney Hargraves have since moved tonight they were at fault after hearing the case they share projected the composition claim last week so so here's the thing unless you have video or a like photographic proof how do you how do you do this how do you soon I mean I mean you you can't claim Hey you know what my my towel did my neighbor's bull impregnated my my cow okay so what is the proof right what is your DNA test you can do is that can that can that can the bull and a cow be on Maury is that possible get a break that down do they bill Maury Povich to talk about this next on paternity court yes beau how on cattle I want to know how do you how do you tell me listeners photographic evidence of the cow and bull during their doing the nasty how can you tell I don't know about this story NBA's Aaron Gordon I'm out for drunk contest revenge it's been three years since Aaron Gordon sack Levin's epic slam dunk competition at the NBA all star weekend the face off between two room shakers is one of the greatest match ups in the event's history I disagree with that going to TMZ but none the less of course to give him a tumble somewhat disagreed about that it seems the use sports spoke to Gordon about whether that he would throw his hat back in the ring it for next year's contest which Levin's Chicago Bulls just have to be hosting at the all star game by the way is gonna be the United center this upcoming season I think so you start to look like that I'm I'm it's really up to the NBA will but we're going to do it so here we are hearing cordon at a bar was it was it was was a trap by TMZ and ask are you going to be a slam dunk competition of all the questions that you could ask you asking you Aaron Gordon Hey what's up Aaron I know that you're out here and party and have a good time we will send on competition and he says it looks like that so and by the way speaking of that shouldn't that shouldn't Zach Levin being misled on competition with the all star game taking place in Chicago I think you should but you should of the early returns and that he doesn't want to do it but he has to defend his title at home it's only right well it would only make sense to me it all you would only make sense to me hello he doesn't want to put that that undefeated title on the line well now here's the thing unless you just don't have the balls if you feel like you've been booed at home so often that even if you are able to be the slam dunk competition you still wouldn't get a lot of support then just don't do it that you know it just is by the way by the time we get to the all star break is already gonna be a long season for the bulls so I would just think that just to give the bulls fans something to cheer for the inside of the Cup competition be competitive and win win something for this upcoming season because nothing's coming to the bulls this upcoming season so do something that that's just me that will be the highlight of the bowl season that whole week in football fans well from minorities the thing around the city simple things will be in the same party to unite will be and I'll make sure that the party that we're going to go to they probably should be in the same place where the solid CJ McCollum also got a good deal today three years a hundred million I saw that yeah this is what you have to say about it.

"We design our organizations to reward cooperation to fit form to function to running on sunlight of free Renault resource, which I? I think is human energy to reward cooperation and Bank on diversity to tap, the power of limits. That's one section. But then you also have to kind of shift your mental model of your organization from an object to a living system. And when you start leading from a living system, mindset, you start acknowledging that the system already is moving. It's a static thing. Look at those and it changes that people only support what they helped to create they only pay attention to what matters, they are interdependent, they grow with information and knowledge. And when you start leading from that framework at changes the way you lead literally, it means that top down decision making isn't going to get bottom up. Support and viit. So the once you start treating people as living system and you start leading with a different way in a different way than a whole bunch of things, become possible, your leadership questions change instead of how do I create change? How do I transform the energy? That's. Sure, you know, instead of who's going to make this happen. You say, well, what connections and interactions will make this work. Instead of what do I need to control? You're asking. What do I need to unleash? I really like those reframe different. I really liked the non objectification in other words, just some feel any spot position. You really valuing the work value in your employees, because each one of them have say you think about the assembly line for Ford Motors when it was first created, if every if one person didn't do this in the props, there were only supposed to do one little bolt that was their lifelong mission if they didn't do that. Well, the car couldn't run it all. So I think somebody times organizations, we forget about the assembly line approach, and the sense of everybody has so much value. I love how you're able to take this from a nature inspired concept because you have to go outside or look outside, and you can immediately have understanding while I want my business to be able to thrive just whereas nature because. Like you said, billions of years of this is. Been proven already works. And one of the things I love about nature is that as nature involves into old growth forest and more mature in colleges like prairies and. Coral reefs. They become much more diverse. And one of the things that happens is that the diversity of species begin to create these relationships, cooperative relationships where the nutrient that one's BC's needs is actually something that another species has in abundance. And so they create these relationships of imagine the clown fish hanging out in help, and the clown fish generates. More oxygen that the Celts need in the kelp has more protection for fish from predators. Right. So that this, so what I love is the idea the possibility that we could actually create generous systems in our organizations instead of systems that seem to be driven on self interest and financial measures of success. Zach metrics of successor, be completely different. And those metrics of those people who have not yet involved. They're not going to be sustainable. And when you see that they're so high turnover rate, or you see that, that businesses struggling significantly probably because just like you said, they have not created a symbiotic relationship, or just really understood that the value of each of their of their employees is so significant because as you grow organism then you grow and develop for what the changes in the world around you.
