The home was a horrific scene of Not only was the home physically trashed but they found the hardware the chemicals and ultimately over eight hundred grams of methamphetamine. My home had been turned into a meth lab along with other drugs. Would i refer to his a small arsenal guns. It was a hugely shocking experience. And so the. The tenant had how many brought against him. He left the scene while they did. The search ultimately caught up with him just later on that day in evergreen community that were from and he was arrested on fourteen. "I know that I have to do this. I know that It's really important for me to do this on many levels on many levels and It is not. And when I see an 84 year old friend of mine who I have a hard time, even keeping up with in the walk, I'm thinking Do you really want it moan and groan about doing this every morning. Look at this woman. How extraordinary is she? And I love that You brought that up because I think we can look to the older generations for inspiration. You know you I do flying trapeze for fun because you know don't well and you know, there's some people that are trump. He's really in their sixties seventies, I flew with the woman in San Diego who was like 82. And climbing that ladder and holding onto that trapeze bar and doing really good tricks. I want to be able to do that at that age, you know, dancers, you know, I look at some of the classic ballet dancers and their in their sixties and seventies, and they're still open it up on the bed on the dance floor. You know, I look to them is an inspiration and motivation of what can I do as I get older? You age more gracefully to age in a more healthy, sustainable way. I think that's a great a great thing to look towards. I can't believe that you do that. Yeah, you were You part of the circus that we don't know about Kathy know I'm a little fuel for that.
