"Welcome back to another episode of reality life with casey unbelievably this week marks. The twentieth anniversary of the september eleventh attacks often referred to as nine eleven. They were a series of four coordinated. Terrorist attacks by the militant islamicists terrorist group. Al-qaeda against the united states of america on the morning of tuesday september eleventh. Two thousand one on that morning. Four commercial airliners travelling from the northeastern united states to california or hijacked midflight by nineteen. Al-qaeda terrorists the hijackers were organized into three groups of five hijackers and one group of four each group one hijacker who had received flight training and took over control of the aircraft. Their explicit goal was to crash each plane into a prominent american building causing mass casualties and partial or complete destruction of the targeted buildings. The first plane to hit its target was american airlines flight eleven. It was flown into the north tower of the world. Trade center complex in lower manhattan at eight forty six. Am seventeen minutes later. Nine three a. m. the world trade center south tower was hit by united airlines flight. One seventy five both one hundred ten storey towers collapsed within an hour and forty two minutes leading to the collapse of the other world trade center structures including seven world trade center and significantly damaging surrounding buildings a third flight american airlines flight seventy seven flown from dulles. International airport was hijacked over ohio at nine thirty seven. Am crashed into the west side of the pentagon causing a partial collapse of the buildings side and the fourth and final flight. United airlines flight ninety three was flown into the direction of dc. This flight was the only plane not to hit. Its intended target instead crashing into a field near shanksville pennsylvania at three a m. The plane's passengers attempted to regain control of the aircraft away from the hijackers ultimately diverted the flight from its intended target. Investigators determine that flight ninety. Three's target was either the white house or the us capital if you're a longtime listener you know that i've done several nine eleven episodes over the course of nearly four hundred episodes. I've interviewed the author of the oral history of nine. Eleven by gareth graph. It's called the only plane in the sky. I've also interviewed alison crawlers. The mother of wells cruthers when hijacked flight one seventy five hit the world trade center south tower people on the seventy eighth floor. Sky lobby huddled together frightened and confused. There was no escape as far as they could tell and then a man with a red bandanna covering his nose and mouth suddenly appeared from the wreckage and smoke. He spoke in a calm voice in guided them to a stairway leading them to safety the man in the red bandanna made three trips to the sky lobby saving as many people as he could until the burning building collapsed a few months later after nine eleven stories from survivors surfaced about this mysterious man wearing the red bandanna so when alison crowther. Read an article about the hero and the new york times. She knew that was her son. Twenty four year old welles crowther. He had carried a red handkerchief since he was a boy. He worked as an equities trader and was also a volunteer firefighter. The red bandanna is a documentary on amazon prime. But also a book by tom rinaldi. It's a great book to share with your children. And most inspirational story about heroism and i've also interviewed gideon and now day the french filmmakers who shot the only clear video of an airliner slamming into the world trade center's north tower. It is a gripping moment in documentary history. Watching the plane hit the building. They were in new york city at the time because they were making a documentary on members of engine seven ladder. One firehouse in lower manhattan. That footage shot in two thousand one was made into the two thousand documentary. Nine eleven and that video camera that jews was using the captured flight eleven crashing into the world. Trade center is now on display the national museum of american history in washington dc. I'd also like to recommend a documentary. Just watch this week. It is called nine eleven inside the president's war room it is available on apple. Tv when the planes hijacked by al-qaeda terrorist destroyed the twin towers in the world trade center it took a lives of nearly three thousand americans and the chaos was such that there actually was no single room that president george w bush is advisors afraid of their own safety and constantly searching for information. Were on the move all day and they had to conduct their business in an airbase bunker. The back room school and aboard the president's jet air force. So what's great about this documentary. Is it gives you that sensation of reliving. Each moment with the former president and his closest advisors in one of the most pivotal moments in. Us history that day is often described as a disaster movie that no screenwriter would dare imagine. What's most compelling is that each government official shares the recollections on camera so the vivid pictures are outstripped by these personal anecdotes for example. You hear from the situation room captain who recalls having debris herself against the presence desk as air force one made a steep emergency takeoff saying that they went partially weightless and they were petrified. And the deputy communications director. Who got flustered. when president bush's doctor handed out anti anthrax pills and then they took all seven at one time and then worried that they may have set themselves up perch for death. That incredible documentary includes interviews with former president. George w bush former vice president. Dick cheney condoleeza rice colin powell andy card ari fleischer karl rove air force. One pilot mark tillmon ted olson and others. Of course ted olson's wife. Barbara died in the plane crash of flight. Eleven this documentary. I really want you to watch it again. It's called nine eleven inside the president's war room on apple tv on nine eleven. I was living in a near a military base in virginia beach. I was with someone. At the time who was on deployment in england with the us navy and in a strange sequence of events i ended up giving the fbi a tip about hijacker who had been using a mail depot across the street from an apartment that i lived earlier that year. My sister megan was working for seven world trade center for city group that day and it would be more than nine hours before i was able to locate her later that evening and then finally my friend show from college was one of the first responders. The pentagon on nine eleven. And it's something that we've discussed recently. And i'm so grateful that in this episode he is opened up about what transpired that early morning. And also how it's impacted the rest of his life and career. Joe is a retired army ranger in green beret and he has a passion for helping veterans with their mental health struggles. every year. my kids. "Or if are team tom It's very hard to extricate south so that to me is seems to be what's behind the car crash narrative. I agree with you and now. What are the legal issues. They're facing now. What is the the latest update here. We are you know towards the end of august. And you have you know as i mentioned britain a ton of articles since then where what. What story angle are you kind of following right now. What's the next thing to look forward to see proceedings all about trying to find where the money went what assets are left liquidating them giving them to the creditors that are you know people that didn't get the money that some of them In that process takes generally years So they're really in the think process right now and all the Twitter jawing between erica. Jane's turning ronald richards is about that because he has been hired like a special counsel to try to sign all any money any assets of the durrani state of the firm. That are somehow made their way to erica's possession. She doesn't have to be aware that they were they belonged is letters anything else like. She just has to have them to be clothing. It'd be stocks bonds. It could be jewelry. Whatever so his job is to find that stuff and he wants to push her. He wants to question. This is manager anybody who has anything to do with her or older her rear and she has hired a new iron sort of taking a new tack in his said. Like i have nothing to hide. I will answer all your questions bring it. I mean that's what her lawyers were saying legally on twitter she and the statistic site all day long. It seems And she's made efforts scam remove that they've been unsuccessful but we're really right now in the find the money fines any little pot of are there offshore accounts. Does she have a wardrobe of. I whatever it is. All all that needs to be brought together liquidated and the money given to the long line of people that are owed money by girardi at germ loss along those lines. They have already sold it. One of the to law offices a downtown. La the pasadena. State is on the market. There's actually can be an auction in coming days for some of the contents of tom. Charities law office are you could purchase or put a bid on all this memorabilia that was on the walls or cadillac. That is owned by the firm or chin. General office supplies like a dolly. Or you know some statues so bad. Now that's online and that will go to creditors of the Kice bankruptcy proceedings. There's also Within chicago is which is where the indonesian plane crash case. Is you know whether to lawyers in tom. Charities law firm will be held in contempt. There's a hearing. I believe next month where there will be a lot of. i expect. There will be a lot of evidence aired about the law firm in how it operated And and whether these lawyers have some culpability Or more face legal consequences for what happened in the Misappropriation of the money that went to the supposed to go to these indonesian orphans. Widows by the way. The auction items are atrocious. I don't know if you scroll through. I'm like you guys food decorated your law offices with the furniture from staples like that makes no sense to me. He'd have a beautiful artwork in his home. And then have like a desk that you could get at salvation army. They mean it makes sense to be the you know. Tom was is homeless. Beautiful obviously and he lives lavish life. He had two plans. The people who worked in the law firm did not enjoy nearly as nice of a lifestyle. I mean i think some were paid well but many have described it as golden handcuffs where they were surrounded by this aura of power and wealth but it was never enough to leave And it was quite painful to leave. And tom could be very about it as well. Firm but So i can how. Tom skimped on office supplies to say the least what a case. I mean who would have thought if. I bugged you a year ago about this. She'd be like real housewives. What and now. I feel like you know your extra characters the season i mean you. Don't hold a diamond but connie like get your friends of the season. I hope that they send you a basket. It's i mean what if you made us. Sales are a. I think it's so. I'm excited to watch it every week because i feel like it's just like where's waldo like where you're just looking for every episode for the luxury items. You're paying attention to every little thing she says. I suspect part of the reason she got quite upset and went into the room and kreider face off is because she slipped up and she realized that she had said too much. Because one was -ssume that if you're wearing a mike and you're filming a reality show that everything is pretty much fair game. But i think that she had a moment where she either had a moment of clarity or she had a quick phone call with the attorneys and she panicked. And i think that that's what we're watching so i mean for me. It's enormously interesting. The classes misuse the legal issues. The friendship dynamics the way that sutton is question need bangs Why the others are not I mean you could just unpack this show for weeks and weeks. It's just a really fascinating thing. And i think back often to my interview with alex baskin at the beginning of the season. Like what can we look forward to. And i did ask. Are you at all frayed. That some of the footage will be used That you'll have to turn it over. And they said he said you know i. We all went into the season. And i said just. That's our job is adjust film and we can't think about if something You know rearranging around. Someone's legal case. We are just come. We shall the cameras and then we leave and worry about all of that later. So i just look forward to the next couple of episodes. We have heard actually during the course reporting the fault. They were recording. But i don't think we we knew for sure So it's it's been quite a ride quite a ride okay. Well will you promise me that you will continue to cover. This promise is dog dog reporters at a for. Yeah you are now made editor and feel free to text me like if you get access to old Cell phone photos that she's pissed about an affair and you don't. You're not sure right about it yet. You can always on them to me. I can do them. By the way what happens to that woman tricia that was accused of having affairs sheep onto hiding. Where is she now on the bench. She's a justice in in california as she hired a big attorney to send A cease-and-desist order. She said she's getting like a million calls from crazy erica supporters. I believe it. Wow that's fascinating a great okay. We'll tell everybody where they can follow you and read all all your articles and by the way if you have not read every single one of their articles. I don't know what you're doing for life go back. There is what it wanted. Jim almost like twelve articles. This is the best thing to do when you're at the beach. The summer is to just plop yourself down with a cocktail and a nice snack and just read every single article. They do fantastic work. I salute them all the time. Where can they find you eliot. Thanks dot com is churches. Google harriet ryan. You will find my own my stories and matt hamilton. elliott trump's dot com where. I'm on twitter. Not age journo cheo you are. No for journalists. "So you've got to watch that especially if you liked fire festival that's also on hbo. It's called woodstock ninety nine again tracked down. Dj who was there saw it all. And i had to ask him so this episode is for you if you love all things riaz wives especially beverly hills and hilarious stories about pivotal moments in the music industry. So here we go jenny. I've been dying to talk to you about erika. Jayne what is going on a real housewives. Beverly hills promised me that you've been walking. If not every week at least caught up. I would say i'm about eighty percent caught up. I like watch the three episodes. But i just finished documentary. I wash it. And i was freaking out. I had no idea it was going to reveal as much as it did and just to jump in really quickly i. I'm kind of shocked. Because i heard andy cohen had talked about his reaction to that documentary and i thought it would be like holy. Fuck all those poor families but it was more like old enemies talking about her. That it outright. I don't even know if he actually watched it. Because i would think in his position it's best to not watch it so that if someone asks you you can just say well i have no opinion of of it because i didn't watch it right true churchill because i think if you did truly watch it the whole thing you have to walk away from it going this in good yeah. This isn't good. This is in sane in the and how ironic that this is the erin brockovich lawyer. And now you know like you can't write. This shit is what happened. The first question i have for you is the pathology of someone like tom girardi. So it's my understanding and has always been my understanding. Because i used to work in. The legal field is that he had a stranglehold on the l. a. marketplace where everyone lived in fear of him because he had like a his thumb on everybody from the judges to other firms. So no one wanted to cross his path. What do you make of this guy that we saw for years on the show in the background and oh by the way always carrying styrofoam cup..

"I'm sure that many of you are familiar with the erika girardi. Tom girardi case adjusted patriot. She's got glam squad at least four deep. They always help her put together. Looks for international trips. And i'm talking luxury brands right out of the store. Like top of the top. She has not align on her face. Not one line. I don't know how you can be fifty years old and have given birth to a child and not have one line on your face. It is perplexing and on top of it. She decided she was going to be a midlife pop star so she tapes these music videos. And you're wondering how much in god's name does she spend on this. Her songs are a bit absurd. she got a two thousand seventeen song. Expensive now bear with me. This is the spouse of expensive x. x. p. e. n. dollar sign iv e. and the lyrics go is this. It's expensive to be me looking this. Good come for free. that's just who i be. It's expensive to be me well. Her husband age eighty one again. She's fifty her husband was surprisingly a consumer law attorney who had been practicing law since one thousand nine hundred sixty five rising to prominence for a very high profile case in nineteen ninety-three against energy giant pacific gas and electric company and its role in the contamination of groundwater in the small town of heckling california. That case became the basis for the two thousand blockbuster movie erin brockovich an elevated the prestige of his law firm girardi kice. Now as i've mentioned before. I worked in legal. Pr for many years. And i was very familiar with tom and his firm so well since then. His firms continue to handle many multimillion dollar settlements. Often involving class action suits against major corporations. So big time money will. Erica is currently in the process of divorcing tom. Who recently testified in a california court that he's broke earlier this week in an in depth exit. Bosie that i absolutely implore you to read in los angeles times. Maybe a couple thousand. I don't have any money. At one point. I had about eighty million or fifty million in cash. That's all gone. I also had a stock portfolio of about fifty million. And that's all gone. I know what you're thinking right now. How in god's name could you lose eighty million dollars. Where did the money go on october. Twenty ninth twenty eighteen. A new boeing. Seven thirty-seven max. Eight carrying one hundred and eighty nine. Passengers and crew members crashed shortly takeoff in jakarta indonesia. I'm sure you've probably remember this case. Blackpink: Light Up the Sky

"I watched this interesting netflix documentary last night it's called black pink light up the sky and tells the story of the South Korean girl group Black Pink. So it's all access documentary covering four years since black pinks explosive debut in two thousand, sixteen with video footage from. Your training days intimate looks into their day to day life behind the scene stories interviews, and it really does follow the trials and tribulations of being a K pop star the recording process of their album, and then one of the members pursuing a solo album and culminates with their two thousand nineteen coachella performance I. Didn't really know much about the K pop world. And these girls are really impressive. They're so polished their English is impeccable. Some of them grew up outside of the country and then moved to South Korea to be part of this K pop. Process this training process. These schools are no joke. You've seen documentaries about bands probably boy bands and they have nothing on these girls. For years and years, they would do three to four dance classes day vocal courses. Like an all. All encompassing life of a pop star every day all day long they live in dormitories. They still do actually these four girls and they seemingly have great friendships but you don't know how much it is totally true because. As the process of training the documentary is so So polished and controlled. And I just worry if these girls and a couple of years from, we're going to be like I went off the deep end. My life was so controlled I can't take it anymore. They're wearing luxury items in these interviews be you can't help but wonder how much of the money they're actually taking home with them. They have had so many people with hands in the pot. They have had trainers, choreographers and management and publicist marketing people, and then you go to their shows this. Crew this really large crew who makes it all happen so I'm just wondering again years into the future what they're going to say about how much money they actually got from this whole process, but it really shows you the difference between South Korea and America because Luke Roman. That creep that backstreet boys in the sink, he may have thought that he had the greatest training program in the world I'm telling you these Koreans got nothing on them like they're running a tight ship and that those k pop songs are pretty catchy I have to say so check that out. An Interview with Veteran Show Runner Kimberly Goodman

"Kimberlite Goodman is a Showrunner for two of your most favorite shows, especially this year, married at first sight and also selling sunset, which you guys know him obsessed with so welcome to the show. Thank you. How are you? I'm great tell me about this gem of show selling sunset. How did you get involved and tell us a little bit more about how this show is created? Well, it came from the mastermind of Adam do the low who's from the hills. And he I got a call last summer asking if I was available, and I was in Philly actually working the little bit on married at first sight. I was just getting going, and we had a meeting in the next thing. I know I'm I am out in the sunset hills with the twin brothers and all those amazing women that you guys are watching now from what I understand Adam was adamant Schuyler his right, hand development guy. They were looking through some real estate magazines 'cause Adam is obsessed with real estate, and and all of that and came across the two twin brothers and realize that he has a they have a Staffel of these gorgeous woman. He's like, oh, my God that could be an amazing show. And then he went and met with them. And I think it was a pretty long process to get. Everything, you know, get everybody on board and all of that. But they went and met and next thing. You know, we have a we have an amazing show all of these real estate agents had they've been working for a while. Because when you watch a show, it's you have to ask yourself, or at least, I think, I know most of the people that watch this show thing these people really real estate agents because they look like they are actors or models are later stage models. I don't know like they look like they've been in entertainment industry. That's funny later stage model. No, you know, what they are. They are all gorgeous. And yet they are all very hard working real estate agents, crystal as you saw the watching show, she the newest to real estate, and then newest to the firm, but yes, they are all legit real estate agent who worked there Calif. And it's funny because I've met real estate agents outside of the firm, and there, I think I think it's like a prerequisite all rotate didn't have to be there. Really good. Looking men are really hot women. The one thing that I hear a lot of my real estate agents. Friends say is that they're baffled that some of them will show up to the construction sites in like four inch heels is this how they always dress. Please tell me they once in a while show up in like yoga clothes, they did they they're actually very real people. And they do they do wear jeans and heels or they were yoga clothes, and they eat fast food some of them do so they're not they're not like these robots fixing. Yeah, they're not that that at all. Obviously, you know, when we're filming a television show. Everybody wants to put their best foot forward, and when they're selling in their meeting with clients they obviously want to do the same. So they they dress up for and there it's part of their brand. They are they're selling luxury multimillion dollar homes, and they are Representative of that just Christine really take clients out for shots. Is that is that like a typical thing?

"Okay. She hated the crab cakes. Bethany made she suggested that she just stick to making solid dressings Allah, Paul Newman. She. Made Bethany made a reference to a scene in to to the Jack Nicholson movie a few good men. You can't handle the truth. And then she screamed at our Al Sharpton, Al Sharpton, we're us confused as we were. Know that that made perfect sense to me. I mean, it was she was speaking to my soul and Ramona had a conversation Kelly acid, they're about to make out. And then she said it was to nineteen seventy nine to talk about feelings. What did she mean by nineteen Seventy-nine why that's very specific year? What do you think she meant? Nineteen seventy nine. I I I had no idea. Do you have any idea? What? With their no Kelly took everybody with the exception of Bethany, of course, out on a day, John to the beach, she could take modeling photos. Alex, of course, is no fashion model. So where are you impressed with Kelly's for tiger free skills? And did you think she was hitting a little bit below the belt when she kept screaming and Alex the names of children? Oh my gosh. Alex was Alex was so awkward taking those photos Kelly back of the boat. She comes out with jelly beans. And she says that she thinks it's creepy. Bethany went on the trip considering her father just died. No Bethany real she was estranged from her father. So do you think it is appropriate for somebody to go on a yacht yacht yachting trip as part of their contractual agreement to be on television show, if they're a strange parent passed away. Well, you know, she's getting paid big bucks to do it. So, you know, anything for the money. Apparently. I guess I mean, if if it's you know, if it's your estranged ad. I I could see some leeway there in the states chill and Liu and sit down and chill comes up with a plan to surprise them on the trip. Jill is on the Fritz with almost everybody on the trip. Do you think it's a good idea to surprise people? When they are on vacation when they all collectively hate you. I think I think adding another female to that mix is now now you have to tell me do they have do usually all them go on vacation. Why were they lucked out? Well on the Fritz, and what happens in the episode after this, which I'm sure you're gonna watch in your next airport. Excursion is that everybody is basically hit a psychological wall right because Kelly has flipped out. She's screaming at the end of this episode theft. And he just tells her go to go to sleep go to sleep go to bed get out of here. So they're all exhausted after a day and a half of this nonsense, and then Jill shows up, and then it takes things up to another level. So that's even a better episode to watch even after this. Because now that you've seen this episode. You will appreciate it. And I don't know how I didn't see sooner. Now, how can everybody finds you? You can find me on Instagram at eight twenty eight. And that's that's why you know, I I'm a big fan as you know, on a big fan of bachelor. So I I d my my weekly commentary the bachelor, and now, you know, it's funny after doing this. I when you give me a sign that Kate. Everyone's now kind of asking where the recap is of of real housewives. So who knows I might be something I have to do now. I don't know about you. So, you know, all I can tell you that Joey was phenomenal roommate because he was tidy it was organized. He had a white noise machine. Which absolutely helped me sleep. And you you've may have seen the configuration of the big brother house, but we were in that hallway. Right. So there are two bedrooms that have doors on them. And then there's one bedroom that's like opened up into the living room. You know, what I mean part of an L shape configuration. And so I had the the middle bed. That's the one that Ryan sleeping in now. And and so DNA was up in the corner. He was on the on the hallway I was in the middle bit. You know, I gotta tell you. You know, you're right out in the open. They're pretty pretty exposed there. That's about the closest I'm getting the camping. Who's gonna win this whole thing? I know that you've said slow and study race is the one that wins. There are a couple of people that have really seemed to play the game. Well, they kind of stay under the radar, but who is going to be ruthless enough to make it all the way to the end. Put your put your money on the table. Who is it? Go. I'm going to say Tom green and he's playing deliberately he's he's cautiously not trying to offend anybody. You know, the Lolo Ryan situation that he did exchange primarily born from probably the, you know, she really likes him, and you know, there Olympia NHS, but that he's exchange put put their nerves up. You know what I mean in that? 'cause Ryan it was a contributor in Ryan's early reject. It you Jackson fiction. Yeah. You know? So you gotta be very careful playing slowly you less longer. Also, you got gotta be very careful you got to dial into people's emotions and try to not get them riled up as it relates to you. Or they you know, you can't you can't do what I did the rights previous in the White House. You know is supposed to be the president chief networking officer and rice previous was so unnerved by. Me that he wanted to Vic me from the White House before I got started. And he was successful in doing that, you know. But then I put my pride and ego into it. And I got myself back into the White House. Then I went to go kill him. Right. You know? And that's where I made my mistake. I put my pride and he'd go in it. But but again, remember these are games of elimination for some reason. And so what do, you know about gains over the nation the alliances can't last and if you're getting down to one person at some point in the game, the collaboration and and zero-sum behavior of the win-lose behavior starts to creep it. So tell me the one thing that you're never gonna forget like one something that happened that you will never forget. And it's like when you go to sleep at.

"How hard you running on the treadmill? It's not gonna happen. Right. So did you ain't Margherita to did you drink Margaritas to or it's just like visa because there's no. So you you probably know this. But there's no hard alcohol in the house. You can have a couple of beers. They shoot in or a couple of things of why I'm not really a drinker to be honest. So that wasn't a big deal for me. But you know, we definitely eight and we ate, and we ate and by the way, if you ever get invited into the celebrity big brother house, they'll let you whatever whatever they want. We were ordering from trader Joe's and foods, and we had an endless capacity of high quality food. Taymor is phenomenal cook. So is candy. And so is Joey Lawrence. I obviously can't cook. So I was trying to clean as much as I could. Did you know who any of those contestants were before him? On the bible and on my five children and my beautiful wife. I had no idea, and that's one of the brilliant things about these producers. They do a masterful job of sequestering you. They dropped the bomb on the Sunday. I had no idea who the other guests or and we did a lot of promotional stuff, and they rotated us around different promotional areas where we never saw each other. So so I had no idea. And so, but by the way, when I walked out I was in the second wave of people when I walked out I recognize every single person that was on Beijing that was pretty cool from I did. Yes. I did. I recognize everything I didn't know Natalie even Marie name. But I recognize there from world wide wrestling, and I recognized from the the total divas show. I just you know, meaning I recognized or. I turn to Ricky you. I totally recognize. I'm big football fan. I said what was her name again? And I know exactly who she is. Because I've seen around the air and I've seen in wrestling promos. But, but you know, Dina Lohan, I live a Long Island with I've seen her. I've never said a loader, but I've seen her in restaurants that I heard I have traffic in. But didn't know her personally. I would never gonna go over and introduce myself. Did they by the way cake tell you something? Yeah. We're out, but the celebrity big brother house, can I be shacked up in the same room is Dina. Lohan, these Lindsey Lowe hands mom, amaze and not get in trouble with my wife. We've been in the same bedroom with her and my wife on with it. How about that E L? Your wife's probably like, I'm really not worried. I'm not worried at all. So. I believe that. So, but you get you get the drift. You know, just funny, so die more importantly did. They know who you were. So I do think so. Yeah. Because unfortunately, for me, my explosion out of the White House, it notoriety created some infamy, and you know, because my nickname mooch, and it's like a one syllable thing, and you know, liberals like that nickname because it's sort of a Perot for jarred like a mooching off key. So, you know, I think I think they did, you know, you, you could tell that if they didn't know immediately. They're like, oh, yeah. I do remember that guy was in the White House, and he's no longer in the white a question. I'm dying ask you were you confused by the rules, Mike, whether what was easier. What's easier to explain whether or not there was collusion with Russia or the definition of celebrity big brother's power of veto. So I was totally confused in the beginning. But I had a lot of time in the hotel. And so what the producer? Give you is the CD's of the last two seasons. So I watched the entire celebrity big brother season one. And so then once I started understand what the power veto was as a result of watching. It it became clear to me what it was. But yes, it would be hard to understand for neophyte. You know? And which would you gotta be worried about like for non fans, and let's say me host Bill Maher show when someone even mentioned the word twist, or we expect the unexpected or you have the power of Edo..

"And so we sort of tell the origin story of wise Ayatollah she landed in Clearwater, how it went. When they first started there, and the kind of war that they took on with the city, the mayor in the seventies. The chief Commissioner the police Commissioner rather, and then the citizens, and it's very divided community there. And so it's a two part series really episode about clear water and the church and that relationship, and how it happens, and I think it's fascinating. And I think the individual stories of the regular civilians of Clearwater. That have taken issue with this church moving in. And then also, you know, we get the inside scoop from Mike and Leah on what it is to to be at the mecca, and what what is the intention of the church as their they remember and understand it. So that's really great. We have an episode talking about the history with the IRS and other thirties. And that's and then we have a special that is really still in edit. But it's a it's a special about people that have been on our air, and how the church handles sort of people that come out. We've done a lot about fair gaming. But also what? We've had people that have come to our to our show signed a release shot something, and then decided not to be in it because of intimidation, and we kind of focus a little bit on on what it is to make this show, and and work within this community of former members and how hard that is. "Instead of an organizing expert, they don't need somebody who can show them how to fold a linen napkins into four. Why think not like in the one episode that we were talking about the mom? She said that she's like, oh, yeah. Retail is my therapy. Like whenever I got outta my husband. You know? It was a way to really get back at like hurt his wallet. I'm thinking, and then we go into the stuff, and she's like, oh, all your clue Fags. Great. Yeah. That's not big issue. Isn't the clothing, you're not like a fashion? You the issue is like your sporting of like your way of, you know, dealing with your emotion. Okay. And the second thing that really bugs me is that I don't really think that she does a bang-up job. Let's just say the big reveal doesn't blow anyone's hair back like in this Katya. There were still boxes sitting out like you couldn't have coated like the container store. It gets some nice shelving units. Then we some bins something that looked like it matched. I feel like Marie dresses in clothes that are way too. Big for her. Like, I I don't know why they do that. Like she first of all she dresses like it's nineteen fifties. But she's by about eighty five pounds, and they put her in these like grease musical scoops. Yeah. I don't really agree. She wears and it's the same outfit. It's like her uniform like teeny tiny little cap, sweet sleeves sweater and skirt. They lines, Bert. I don't get it. So are you going to watch another episode of the show? Maybe if I can use it again as a way to convince my mom to give it a more crap Devin Hammonds is executive producer of Lia remedy Scientology in the aftermath. Welcome to the show. Thank you to you. Can you tell me a little bit about your career? And then how this project came about? Sure, I have been in unscripted or alternative or reality. Whatever you wanna call it. It's gone through different hitter rations television for fifteen years I started out in production. And then I worked at one of which was a syndicator, but also an internal production arm at Disney where we developed for cable and broadcast and syndication, and then I went back out into production for a couple of years, and then I came back to L to network side and joined eighty seven years ago. And so it's been nice to sort of bounce back and forth and eighties. The perfect home as we were able to do both development and production being there. It also is sort of a general entertainment network as a cable network, which is unique. So we've done everything from there. I have done everything there from shipping wars to Walberg IRS to Nightwatch to this series. And we started doing the series, right? When I came back. From maternity leave in two thousand and sixteen and at the time we were trying to go back to our roots of gritty visceral programming front row experienced that had given a any its core. And with shows like hoarders and intervention, and I forty eight and we had started to explore different different sort of controversial religions we were looking we were looking at Scientology on another project and Leah's book came out, and we started taking meetings and we met with her. And we thought she is the most prominent insider to leave and wouldn't it be fascinating to hear what she has to say. And besides that, we didn't really know what we were what the show was going to be except Leah going around speaking to this community that she is cultivating a former members of the church, Scientology and hearing their stories and as the series evolved, it really became. An investigation on how these this sort of practices. I will say 'cause we we call them abuses, and we call them, we we say, it's wrong. But a lot of what we're talking about what we're exposing are not actually crime. They are just it's just wrong or immoral or right up against the line of illegal. And then sometimes it is legal. But because the churches they recognize an organized religion. It's a very difficult thing to report on and to challenge because they have a protected right and people in their own free will join it. It's not like they're being kidnapped and captured behind wall. Even though we call it the prison of belief. So it's been a it's been a really fascinating series..

"Tidying-up with Marie condo is reality TV series developed for Netflix. Now, the show follows Marie a Japanese organizing consultant and creator of the con- Mari method as she visits families to help them organize and tidy their homes. She's got an interpreter that she rolls with and the con- Mari method is organizing by gathering together all of one's belongings one category at a time. And then keeping only the things that she calls, sparking joy and choosing a place for everything from then on I have asked Francine Seraphin, my old old friend that went to boarding school with me to review this show. And I'm going to tell you why. Pristine, and I were in boarding school together in high school. We went to a school called the Milton Hershey school when you're a student there, they make you do a God awful amount of chores. So we would wake up in the morning and the morning chore. Go to school come home after school do a chore to her homework. Eat dinner, Dewey, chore after dinner, and then go back to our rooms for any welcome to the show. Thanks for having me. We are both very anti mess. We have been brainwashed into making sure that we're we live is extremely clean an orderly. So for me to watch the show, it was a little bit of a bit of torture. And here's why the people's homes that they invade. Or I'd say Horder light. They're not at the stage. Where like they've got a bunch of cats living in a bathroom, but they're not necessarily somebody that we would want to hang out with like you don't want to go to her house and have a snack or anything, and they need some help organizing their stuff. What were your immediate thoughts? When I asked you to review the show. Well, I was interested because I kind of have been dealing with some of these issues myself. I've recently if my mom who has a tendency to find value in. I guess joy and everything. And like you said, obviously, we kind of come from those CD side of things. So I was interested to see if I could use it as a way to kind of try to clean out more of her stuff. But honestly watching it just gave me four awnings. I like the only air the entire time. I was watching thing. Oh my God. Oh my God. Like seeing on the quarter, and the junk and everything that people were hoarding it was actually kinda scary. We don't sparks joy for me throwing shit out. That's what. Yes. Actually, when it's all clean and nice and everything's organized and everyone on the show, they seem to realize that the end, but why they let it get so bad, you know, as it's going on. I mean, the the family like that, you know, stuff thing had and they're talking about earth from this from fifty years. I'm like, oh my God. I would've choking hunt. But by that like with a stock of baseball cards up to the ceiling. I'm like, no, no, no, no, no. What do you think? She and the interpreter a really talking about. Oh, I mean, they obviously I'm sure I mean Marie looks so sweet and Minnesota, and I know in the back of our mind she's thinking like like, I would laughing in this episode. We're they're walking up to the house and was like, oh, these people are Japanese descent, and then like actually walk through the door unthinking. She's probably thinking, oh hound view. Japanese. Like with all the stuff in the corner. And then and then one point like, the the father of the mom of whoever was search, talking Japanese. There's this complete look of confusion on her on her faith. And I'm like are they saying what they think there's? So bad. I think she thinks that Americans are like gluttonous raw put I think that there, you know. Yeah. That's what they're saying. Like as soon as they they're like, oh my God. This people are just now I don't want her to like come to my house and trip me or anything. But you're two things. I have to say about the show one. You know that the secret of these shows is that all the work is being done by production. It's not like Marie is hanging out the house and really going through all these piles of shit. It's like a productive Nelson. Okay. So nice try also lot of these underlying problems are emotional. So it's almost the almost need a therapist there..

"I was have you seen that whole thing about the festival in the Bahamas. And he was like. Oh, no way do the fire fest. You were there. Hang on. Let me transfer. You. Oh. Get through to chase. And like I sent like emails to their corporate office. And eventually they just refunded me I think out of their own pocket. They basically were like this is screwed up. Here's your money back. So I actually got the full five thousand back so to me again, and I look back at the whole weekend. We had carry on luggage. So I didn't have to go through the luggage fiasco that was insane. By the way, not represented to its fullest on the documentary. Like can't explain the scene when we walked by pitch black everybody hammered, and they opened the back of eighteen wheelers and just dump out like hundreds of bags of luggage, and people are just scrambling fighting trying to find as they said in the documentary, they're black bag like out of a sea of black bags saying. So I didn't have to deal with that. I got my money back. It ended up being kind of a great story and a free weekend in Miami. So I kind of made out pretty good. This was a month and tear relationship, and you enter your girlfriend are still together. She you in some ways thank the fire festival for the union that you probably will have. Fire festival was a. Major part of our origin story. We were in zone where we really do each other. But it was not, you know, we had been dating two months and months wasn't anything. Crazy. I mean by the time of the festival, maybe four or five months, my mother right away after that was like called me. It was like tell you what if she's staying with you after that you keep her. If Billy McFarland is let out of prison for some reason will you have him officiate the wedding and we'll jaw rule perform. I don't know if I'd be able to get in touch with jar rule because booking is an artist is so difficult must say he's the fire up, but Billy, you know, really kind of ticks me off after watching the documentary guy knew what he was doing. And I like took some offense to this whole like Boy Genius portrayal of him. I think if anything the people, you know, the people who were the geniuses were like the guys who maybe put that promotional video together on an island on Schori spore, the people, you know, doing the buzz 'cause they were able to make you know, chicken salad out of chicken. You know, what Billy to me? It seemed like from watching this his come up was coming whether the fire festival happened or not the whole Magnusson thing. By the way, I lived in Manhattan at the time. I remember people talking about macneice, it's not a lot. But occasionally some poser would be like, oh, I'm going to this place in the west village. And like John rule is going to be there and like posting pictures with them. So like that was the scam to he was just lying to people if you just lie and kinda run this Ponzi scheme like over time. It's going to catch up to you. And then in the documentaries. It's like, oh, he's a master marketer. You could sell anything. Right. I mean, didn't you feel like watching that? Like, what is this guy was so special? I mean, the whole thing reminded me of Bernie Madoff like he was just making a new deal to pay for yesterday's deal. And hoping that the fund would never run out. The other thing is like he's really just a caricature of like a startup guy. They start talking about him. Like, he's kind of like this young Steve Jobs. Just because he wears like, a black T shirt and a blazer and jeans, and like, you know, walks around an office, that's predominantly glass. So we have to let like now think of him as this startup kingpin. Boy. And I also think he had a little bit of like, a, you know, I don't know much about his childhood. But he just strikes me as one of those guys who didn't who wasn't very popular growing up, and you know, try. To make up for it ever since..

"They would show like screen shots from the website and all the drawings. So in the beginning, we did the nest because again, I was with my girlfriend. I wanted some privacy. It seemed like the best deal. And then like as the events started getting closer as everyone knows by. Now, they started taking those pictures down. And then they started like kind of teasing out images on their Instagram where you could kind of make out what looked like what's now known famously as a geodesic dome aka like a hurricane ten. There's a lot of. There's a lot of like I did learn from this whole thing. I hope you know, I'm really not an idiot. But there's a lot of like in hindsight moments that you you start thinking like how did I think that would be cool? But I remember just trying to be upbeat about it. I guess I'm generally positive person. So my thought process rarely was oh my God. They're putting us on Katrina tents. It was like, oh, that's cool like a geodesic dome on the beach. I mean, they gave it a different name. So I thought it was. So the first thing right before that I'd love to add is that I was on the plane next to a guy who is the brother of someone really high up with fire. I could I could actually tell Netflix documentary 'cause he looks really similar to brother. He he wasn't like interviewed or anything. But he was in a lot of the scenes so this guy was like plugged in. And he was like it's going to be amazing. This is why I really believe a lot of the people weren't totally sure how much is like shit show is going to be. He was like it's going to be amazing. We're going to turn this into the earth wind and fire festival. It's going to be like all over the world. This is just the first one this is like on the plane going there. There's already the first plane has already landed and people are already like on the beach getting drunk. So then we got there. Oh, he did. I also asked me on the plane. He looked at me. And he said, you do know that their tents, right? And I was like, yeah. Yeah. That's fine. Starting to get you know, alarm bells this point. So we land and the Netflix doc did a good job of showing this part. They kind of just put us in buses and right away. Ferried us to that poor ladies beachside bar the lady who's now had the famous like go fund me to to sure up from the whole disaster. So we get to the bar and right now, I'm feeling pretty good. I have my luggage my girlfriend does to we only had carry on's. We get to this beautiful beach. Ladies just pouring drinks for everybody. Like, it's all just do. Whatever you want. There's a bunch of people there hanging out news, some friends of friends. There's a big dock people are jumping on boats like boats are just coming up randomly and taking people to the pig island. So I I it was pretty cool. And I'm thinking, okay. This is going to be fine. Then that's when it started to descend into chaos and behind the scenes, obviously. Now, we know chaos was already happening storm it up and the day before there's a lot of discussion about whether that really was like the final death knell. But I think it was completely screwed regardless that just made it worse to they're frantically trying to put the tents together and everything and the well, well, everyone is just laying at the beach getting blacked out. So now, you have a couple of hundred kids very aggressively drunk and the sun is going down in this kind of like distortion way. And they throw us back on the buses and my bus was I believe the second or third bus to arrive at the at the actual grounds. So when we arrived. In those in the docks. They show like the first people arriving and they're kind of like dumbfounded what they're coming to. I ours was even scarier because we got there, and there's chaos already on folding people running around like Lord of the flies like trying to claim tents, and it was dark, by the way..

"Were you as uncomfortable? As I was when she said, she wasn't impressed with the singles. I was concerned that we needed to get an alternate. Couple become in after date you. Yeah. That concerned that I will tell you that I'm glad they didn't leave and their storyline gets for riffing. Good. There's a lot to watch them. Then we have Casey and Evan Casey is has been living in sin her parents are super religious. And then we have Evan whose father was murdered an crazy. That's the craziest story ever now on paper. You're like, we'll no kidding. He doesn't want to be committed where you as transfixed by these two as I was. I was absolutely transfixed. And you won't believe this when I tell you, but it wasn't until we gonna in the show that I was aware of Evans full story. Oh, wow. So so I was transfixed just by their dynamic. I think you know, he's incredible the watch and eat really, let's just say, you know, he fully embraces the experience, and and Casey, and I had the greatest relationship born out of and I I haven't seen episode too. But I think it's in the first bonfire that we gotta butt heads pretty hard and made the cut out. I really don't know because I haven't seen it. And then we kinda bonded beyond that. And so she's a ride, man. She is a ride, and and boy is is there going to be allowed to watch. Did you have security measures set up in case? Someone wanted to throw another person into the fire. You know, I'm I'm sure we have security just because it was a TV set. But I don't think we ever got you know, where I was uneasy around the bonfire. It was uncomfortable almost entirely, but I don't think we ever really needed security, although if anything had gone wrong the size of these dues. I'm there's nothing I can do nothing. I can do and the women are be through. So we've just been you know, I would have just you know, run. So here's speed round of questions. Ready? Hit me did you ever see people making out like like borderline boning? And it made you uncomfortable. Yeah. Yes. Absolutely doing that on the show Rin life because no true on the show. Like, a I'm sure you're privy. I'm more than I am. But am I gonna watch this TV show with one hand on my eyeball? You're gonna watch it with one hand on your eyeball, and I will be watching with you. Because you need to know that the part you see me on TV is my experience. I have no idea. I haven't seen. I've seen episode one. I don't know. And even episode one all the cross talk that was happening during the single's revealing all that. I couldn't hear any of that. So I'm singing for the first time. So I'm kind of the episode was it hard for you to hear because they had that waterfall contraption in the home. No, I yeah. Maybe that has something to do with it. Although I was far away. And they when brings with a water bucket trust you by the way is part of a home. It wasn't added for the show. Oh, I see. Okay. Well, that could people live like that that kind of answers, but sort of my question, which is do you watch from the comfort of a hotel while smoking a cigar in eating nachos. I watch from my corner of the house when I'm on set, which is not often and the rest I've see when it is on TV. So when they're filming and you're not working. Are you just torn the island? You're going to get like shaved ice and surfing. That that's pretty much sums it up. Yeah. I mean, I'm reading whatever updates are being given to me, and I'm aware available for any other work than these happen. But the truth is the shows about the couples in the singles, and I do my thing, and I get out of the way until they need me. Okay. So this is basically the greatest job that's ever been conceived. Okay. Are you kind of I kind of want everybody to know that. But now I feel like this job ever consume. We just let the out of the bag are you and the grew taking bets with monopoly money. There may be some games of chance a foot. I I'm above that. Yeah. I'm not..

"But I just think that all of them heat, Mary, and I can kind of see why Mary is super aggressive like you. She very defensive. You can't ask her anything. She just flips out, and I know this because I thought a couple months ago, maybe if I join her Lululemon group and go onto one of her Facebook live interviews that could be my way of asking her to do some sort of interview because it's pretty hard to get through to anybody in the sister wives group, I guess unless you're going to buy one of their trinkets from the sister's closet. So I went on the Lululemon pay like the live show an NBA. Cleaner talking about leggings and shirts is asked her if she would go on the show, and she basically yelled at me through the screen and said, I am not doing any interviews. I'm only here to talk about Lululemon products. So I kind of get it like, I can imagine if they went to her and said, all right? Let's cut the shit. Why in the world would you be communicating with somebody named Sam like, obviously, you're not getting the sexual and emotional needs that you have met. And if you wanna branch out, it's cool with us. You're not even legally married to Cody anymore. You don't want to hang out with us. You bought that bed and breakfast in Utah? Like, let's cut the shit like go off and be with somebody else. And if you ask her anything she to screams at you Seiken kind of say, I'm sort of like in an adjacent situation where I feel like I've been victimized to some degree of to bury. So I hope that doesn't blow the chances of possible interview in the future. But my point is that I can kind of understand where the other sister wives are coming from. Oh, and they're also high town. An out of Las Vegas. They're leaving the coldest sack. And apparently, they're trying to move to Arizona. Some the sister wives are not too happy about it. The kids are upset Cody is just hell bent on getting out of Vegas. So I don't know what happened in Vegas. I don't know. Like, I think all those houses are paid off. I don't know how they're going to get some sort of situation where those homes can all be sold at the same time. But maybe I'll still keep following for that reason aweso sister seeking sister wives as back this show, super creepy. It's basically about people who are seeking the extra partners into their relationship and this season, we have Ashley and Dmitry back. So they're the couple with three children will last season. She was pregnant, but he seems really creepy like the sister wives situation is not for religious reasons is because he would like to spread a seats. And she keeps talking about how she wants other sister wives to be like a best friend. And it's like, I don't know. Do you want somebody to hang out? With to do the laundry, or are you also trying to get some pleasurable situations out of this? Well last season they brought this girl in and she was clearly like twenty years old and wanted to launch a modeling career. She boned Dmitri wasn't honest about the following day at brunch. So they kicked her to the curb so the pretended in this opening season premiere episode that they were considering this other candidate and choose clearly clearly not their type like much older didn't weigh like Wade much more than the first wife that they checked out..

"Didn't know this show was coming know wasn't promoted for like a year ahead of time. So I think once I got promoted people were a little confused, and then came out and the first night, it got nine million viewers, and people were very curious what they were missing. Okay. And then the other question I have is how did they get the talent to come on? What was I would love to know what the right up was with the description was it's going to be this variety show. But you're going to be wearing some sort of weird costume, right? Absolutely. I think it was a lot of them sending them be trailer and the success number from South Korea's version because once you see that this show did so well in some of these celebrities who works huge stars got even more famous from it the stars that maybe aren't so famous or are. But in a different way, that's you know, kind of thing if somebody's athletes, obviously, no one knows their singer. It's kinda give them away to show off a talent in a different light. So I think that that's why they're drawn to it. Okay. A couple of weeks ago. I feel like I saw a picture and people were thinking that it's a possibility. The KENDALL Jenner is one of the contestants. Do you think that that's a possibility? I do not think that and of course, I don't know because I was not at filming. But I don't think it's possible that they Kardashian Jenner would would want to do this. So I just can't see that happening. My worry is that they're all sort of like low level celebrities because the us far we've seen in Tonio Browns football player and Terry Bradshaw. I have a snuck in suspicion that the peacock may be Donny Osmond. Do you have any? Yes. So Donny Osmond is definitely a top contender for that one with the hints that he's given. But I have my few other guesses that I think in pretty short like pretty confirmed would be Tori, spelling at who. I know you mentioned earlier. So you're right on the go with that one would be the unicorn she's made some hints about Beverly Hills. She thinks hits about being part of a family. That's giving her a hard time over the years, and she actually called herself victorious, I think I think that's that's that one. And then my other big guesses would be Rumer Willis as the lion and he'd paying as the monster. Now, these are just guesses. I have no idea. But from offer clues that's my. First of all Rumer Willis, that's like going deep inside baseball. That's incredible. That's an incredible guess, how did you come up with that one? Okay. So she she dresses the lion. And first of all you can see she has like a killer body underneath a lion costume. She also said that her family was Hollywood royalty. We all know remember parents are Demi Moore, and Bruce Willis, but that she had this voice. She didn't really get to show off much her voices. Incredible make sense she was in Chicago on Broadway. And then the lion concept. She has a lion hat to on her shoulder. And she was in empire the Lyon family, so those that's my guesses. Emily. I'm gonna tell you this. If you don't want to write for us weekly anymore. You need to go to Vegas because that's pretty impressive. And you know, what I think you might be right? And if and if you are, right. She might even get like a better gig out of this like a recording contract or something. Boy, that's the biggest thing. People are also saying about t pain who people believe is the monster. I don't really know what about you paying. But his whole story is that he's done something that put him away for a while or put him in a bad light. And people see him as a monster. You pain has legal trouble last year. So maybe that's why. But regardless this guy can sing. So I think if this comes out that it's keeping he needs to put out an album. That's not auto tuned to show like, wow, I can really think like he's very impressive. All right. If you're not into this. I think Emily has just convinced you that you need to put this on your DVR immediately. So everybody needs to catch that the masked singer on FOX not where can they track down your articles more about you? Yes..

"Or how whatever, but that's just the way it's worked out, and he regrets being on the TV show, or do you think it's been valuable like what what do you want people to know about you outside of the show? I think the only thing I really want to say about that is, you know, you're seeing a part of my life. Archie. So, you know, obviously, people are going to judge in. That's one thing. You know? I really try not be super judgmental. We life is different for everybody. It was a pleasure talking to you. I like you very much, and I'm hopeful that over the fun. But I'm telling you, I think you're gonna meet somebody else. Don't get. I don't want Matt Matt. But I think that's what's gonna I'm not gonna tell them that that because it probably would be make them a little cranky. I don't know. But you know, I met my have something, you know. We're definitely we definitely have a story. The mask singer is hosted by Nick cannon with panelists Ken Jong Jenny McCarthy. Nicole Zinger, Robin Thicke Joel McHale, and it is a top secret singing competition in which celebrities face off against one another while unbelievably shrouded from head to toe in an elaborate costume concealing their identity and with each performance, the host, panelists audience viewers, and even other contestants are left guessing who the singer is behind the mask. Now, the singer may attempt to throw off the crowd, but keen observers might pick up on tiny clues burried throughout the show each week singers eliminated, and then reveals his or her true identity here to speak with me today about this weird show is none other than you know, her because you've probably read a bunch of articles on the us weekly website is Emily longer Eto from us weekly. Welcome to the show. Thank you so much for having me. I was loved the way that you cover so many shows that we all love what show do you? Find people get the most fired up about. Oh my gosh. There are so many. But honestly, like I have to save the messing recently just goes viral people are so obsessed with this Creevy conception of show. So do we know whose idea it was wasn't Nick cannon's idea? No. So this actually generated in South Korea. And it was a huge hit in South Korea. Ryan Reynolds, actually, like did it and in his deadpool costume before deadpool came out when anyone who was so that's kinda how it really got its start and the producer of the apprentice and dealer no deal saw on TV well in a Chinese restaurant, and everyone was watching it..

"Matching dresses, should you have a bachelorette party? Should you be registering for gifts? I think it's pretty ridiculous wanted to know what you think also the woman clearly went off the rails. She screamed at everyone. She had them wear these matching bridal squad onesie bathing suits, and then had did a photo shoot. And then yelled at them that they weren't model material. So yeah, again, I think it was a little outta line. And wanna know what you guys think I pretty sure everyone caught us all from the beginning that thought marriage wouldn't last I think it ended up lasting eight weeks. And it made me think of my phone first wedding. Remember, I got married when I was like twenty three years old it lasted like year and a half. I went to college. I met a guy that was in the ceremonial guard. Through my best friend, Dan. So it was in the military, and we got married and spent almost no time together, and it didn't last long but out of it. I got a bunch of awesome friends who lived in the town of Virginia Beach with me. But anyway, the wedding is was it disaster. And I wrote an article about it. I'm gonna posted in the Facebook group. So you can read it if you've ever had a disastrous first first marriage you and understand it was a shit show from the beginning. Let's just put it this by Mike groom's brother, tried to strangle him at the rehearsal dinner. I didn't even want to hang out with the groom at my own wedding reception. Like a kept avoiding him. Also, my sister. Megan she eloped two weeks before and she brought her own photo album to the wedding. I mean, it was a disaster of after proportions. So look for that in the Facebook group, the article about my first one. So anyway, the reason I bring this up is that I was fascinated by the wedding. It was a real disaster Julie era, Danielle stopped wedding. So I tracked down Julius Michael who did her hair and all the bridesmaids and Priscilla who did her make all their makeup to. They're the ones that you always see in the background when they show like behind the scenes of reunions or watch what happens live there like the makeup hair team. So I tracked them down to ask them what was really happening that weekend that wedding weekend. Because it was quite an episode. Remember, it's so important to subscribe to the show into leave an IT tunes review. Please make sure you do that. So please enjoy this week's episode here we go. I'm so excited. I get stuck to Hugh Jackson. He is chef author. He's a TV personality a top chef masters competitor turned top chef judge..

Bachelor in Paradise Ended the Summer of Scam in Epic, Appalling Fashion

"So this week's episode I interviewed Astros lock from Nick vile season of the bachelor and this season of bachelor in paradise that show just ended. Sadly it's a big summer hit and she found love with Kevin, went Kevin, was the Canadian firefighter who also appeared on bachelor winter games. He wasn't a relationship with Ashley. I can any for a little bit, and he claims that she cheated on him with Jared, and that basically it was upon to make Jared jealous. And of course now, you know, Ashley and Jarrod are engaged also sort of strange because they got engaged on the show right in front of Kevin. So astronaut Kevin found love, but then he broke up with her the last day of filming, he broke down into tears and said, he couldn't move forward. In their relationship. They ended up staying together getting back together after filming ended. And now she's spending a month with him, Canada and travelling to Bali. So I caught up with her to find out how it all worked out in the end. I really like her and I was excited to doctor because she seems really levelheaded about relationships. Now from that same show, there were two couples that got engaged crystal and the goose, Chris random, and then Jordan Kimball and Jenna. Jordan just found out the Jenna has been cheating on him, which was of no shock to me because I could tell you right away that that woman has lost her marbles. She referred to herself as an alien and seemed totally disinterested in anybody, but the camera. So he is such a nice person. I interviewed him last week and he's heartbroken and I saw screen shots that his mother had posted saying how horrible it is to hold your grown son as he weeps. I mean, do you just want to kick that girl in the face or what? She's pretty gross. And now she claims that the text messages with another man that were revealed, are all fake and that she's getting her lawyer involved. Eleven when people say that I have somebody investigating, of course, then you never hear from her again about the issue. So yes, she's awful and I'm not surprised, but I hope that Jordan has a huge career after this and that he finds love. Also on that finale you had analysts who was willing to be with anybody on that show. She's so consumed with finding her husband that she lost all sight of reality. She was involved with this guy, Camille whose job was listed on the previous season of the bachelorette as social influence or I mean, so he basically is unemployed. She felt deeply involved with him within twenty four hours and his surprise. It didn't work out. This is my suggestion. And the suggestion of a couple. In the podcast Facebook group, the girl should go on married at first sight. Of course, then my worry is that's not gonna work out and it's all going to spiral out of control.
