A highlight from Persecuted Apostles, Prevailing Gospel

"When I was a child there was a time in which trick birthday candles were all the rage. It was always somewhat interesting to watch someone's face as they tried and tried and tried again to blow out those candles but to no avail. Some of us tried with all of our might and no matter how hard we tried the light that we had thought that we had snuffed out came back. It's been like that throughout as history different leaders have tried to snuff out God's Word. Whether it's Antiochus or Diocletian, whether it's philosophers or false religious systems or communist regimes, many have tried throughout history either to chain or to cut off the Word of God. Some have tried to prohibit transmissions, others have tried to cut off translations, but they all have one thing in common. They have all ultimately failed and that long list of failure you might say in the New Testament Church begins right here in Acts chapter 4. As we make our way into the text first I want to briefly create some context. We have been studying Acts chapter 3. We just finished that. We're making our way into Acts chapter 4 but I want to remind you what happened in Acts 3. There was a man who had been crippled for over 40 years. He was lame from his mother's womb and he was miraculously healed. You'll remember that a crowd ensued as a result of marveling at the miracle and that a massed audience provided an occasion for Peter's evangelistic preaching. Those who played a part, some role or another, when you look at Peter's speech, Peter's preaching, some who had some role or another in Jesus's crucifixion were actually given an opportunity to have that sin and all of their other sins blotted out, wiped away. They could have left in that time. If they would have heard the gospel and repented they could have left being like those who would come to sing in later generations that hymn, my sins are blotted out I know. And there would be many that day that would respond to the gospel by God's grace but there would also be those who would add to their guilt. And I'm not simply referring to those who would hear Peter's message and then in an unwise and undiscerning way not respond to it with faith by God's grace. I'm talking about persons that we know. Familiar villains will reemerge on the scene in our study of Acts chapter four and they are going to try to snuff out what was to them a familiar name. We'll see all of that and more as we get into our text today. We begin in Acts chapter 4 verse 1 where we read, Now as they spoke to the people, the priests, the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees came upon them. So in the beginning of verse 1 of chapter 4 you see it says now as they spoke to the people. Doubtless this refers to Peter and John. You're going to see that the lame man was with them. He was with them on this day and he's actually going to be with them when they appear before the Sanhedrin, before the Jewish Supreme Court if you will the next day. But right here you get the idea that Peter and John at least primarily are the ones who are doing the preaching and teaching because look at verse 2 they were teaching the people and they were also preaching in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. Now before we get to verse 2 just a little note here a couple of notes about these parties that were involved in coming upon Peter and John. If you look at verse 1 we have three groups mentioned. The first one is the priests. The priests. They were the ones who essentially functioned in different roles at the temple. They had different responsibilities in the service at the temple. They might burn incense, offer sacrifices, teach the people, do whatever tasks pertained to the sanctuary. Now there were in 1st And now interestingly it looks as though they would serve in kind of rotations. So it could have worked out in one of two ways people usually say. It could have been that they served for two weeks during the course of a year. They would go to the temple and officiate at the temple because remember these were priests and Levites and remember they were scattered throughout the land of Israel to teach the people the law and so on. But two weeks out of the year they would come to the temple and they would serve at the temple. You also have the possibility that they would go to serve at the temple once every two years and they'd stay there for a month. So that's the first group here. The priests. They officiated in the temple. They offered sacrifices, burned incense, taught the law. Then you have the second group or a second person. The captain of the temple. Now he was essentially the chief of security and if you look through commentaries you find over and over again this role was a highly regarded one. It is repeatedly said that his position was second to the high priest. That's how prominent this role was. He served over the temple guard. He was kind of over the Levitical police force if you will. So he's there. And then you have the last group, a group that many of you doubtless are familiar with, the Sadducees. They were a religious group in Israel. Power brokers if you will. They had a lot of political clout and they also had a lot of religious clout within the nation of Israel but I think they are best known for what they didn't believe. Remember the Sadducees are those who did not believe in a resurrection. They are not they are those who do not believe in angels or demons. They did not believe in an afterlife. They only believed in the first five books of Moses it is often said as being divinely inspired. They had a lot of sad beliefs and like my grandpa used to joke that is why they are sad you see. They had a lot of sad erroneous beliefs. They were also political opportunists. They were those who were in positions of power. It appears that they came to their power after the period of the Maccabees, that intertestamental period. They're like a group of priestly families that get connected with the power brokers in the land and they try to solidify their power. That's why they tried to keep things nice and calm with Rome because they had a nice set up for them and they didn't want anybody rocking the boat. They're also have said to have been a pretty cruel group. Josephus had noted and I saw this in the pulpit commentary that the Sadducees were more severe and cruel in their administration of justice than any other Jews. They went on to note their tenant of no life to come made them look to severe punishments in this life and doubtless they would have looked for severe punishments right away for Peter and John but you're going to see in God's Providence God set it up in such a way in which they weren't going to be able to do what they wanted to do. The Lord will and will see that in future studying. So that brings us to verse 2. They make haste these three groups the priests the captain of the temple in the Sadducees and the reasons for their haste are found in verse 2 where we read being greatly disturbed in other words they were greatly annoyed in the Greek here this verb annoyed or irritated or angered and it's compounded by the preposition dia so they were very upset very disturbed and we're told that they were disturbed because they Peter and John taught the people and preached in Jesus the resurrection from the dead so this is why they were angry reason number one Peter and John are teaching and they're like who are these guys well we didn't give them the green light to teach we are in control we are the Sadducees they did not go through the rabbinical teaching system who was their rabbi we don't know who these people are so they were bothered that these people were teaching and they didn't have the the right to it as it were the religious leadership of that day they hated anything that infringed upon their authority that's one of the reasons why they hated Jesus he infringed upon their authority and they thought he needed to be stopped well Peter and John were doing so and they thought they needed to be stopped as well second reason why they were upset is basically I think this was multifaceted because Peter and John were preaching in Jesus the resurrection from the dead I think there's a lot of aspects to why this made them upset first they were a part of the Sanhedrin many note a primary part of the Sanhedrin the majority part of the Jewish religious ruling council that wrongly sentenced Jesus to death and handed him over to Pilate so a lot of these Sadducees were the very people who looked at the Son of God the Messiah and said he deserves to die and now Peter and John are preaching no no no Jesus has risen from the dead so they were upset doubtless they were also upset because they didn't believe in a resurrection and now they're teaching people that Jesus has rose from the dead and that's going to undercut their erroneous message and if you undercut their erroneous message you're going to undercut their clout and they didn't want their clout to be undercut being right wasn't the priority as much as having power and wealth and influence being right was incidental if they were right along the way that was great but protecting their power was the priority think about this you see this even in Matthew 28 remember after the soldiers come back and they are telling to the religious leadership what happened and they're saying that the tomb is empty and so on what does the religious leadership tell them they create a lie for them Matthew 28 verse 12 they give them money they give them a large sum of money Matthew 28 verse 12 they tell them the lie Matthew 28 verse 13 and they assured them that if this ever got to Pilate that they would cover for them suffice it to say the Sadducees in this case did not have righteous indignation one other possibility as well and maybe they're all together these aren't mutually exclusive is that they thought if word got around to the Romans that a Messiah was being preached who rose from the dead the Romans could esteem this as being somewhat revolutionary and what would be the problem with that it could ruin the nice gig that the Sadducees had so maybe to one degree or another all of these things are what bothered them in Peter and John preaching in Christ the resurrection but you'll find in verse three their indignation didn't just stay mental they weren't just upset on the inside it manifested itself physically look at verse three and they laid hands on them please know this wasn't a good kind of laying on of hands you know they weren't praying for them they weren't like ordaining them to ministry they weren't doing any kind of a good laying on of hands or so on this was a laying on of hands that was a seizing interestingly the word that's used here in the Greek epi ballo that word ballo means to cast to throw epi you think typically of being a preposition that means upon it's like they threw their hands upon them they seized them so that's the picture that I think is meant to be painted here they come down they laid hands on them now I just want to tell you something that I would do if I was a filmmaker and if I were recreating this scene in the kind of movie where we're trying to depict acts chapter four what I would do is that the moment that acts for three happens the beginning of it and they laid hands on them at that moment I would all of a sudden insert a flashback to Jesus's teaching on the Mount of Olives where he said but before all of these things they will lay hands on you and persecute you delivering you up to synagogues and prisons you will be brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake here is the initial fulfillment of those very words and it would keep manifesting itself but I want to remind you here that this was a prophecy that Jesus made this was the initial fulfillment of it and his word always comes to pass you can believe it you can believe the words of scripture you could believe every word that Jesus said he has a perfect streak that will never be broken some of you might remember my favorite pitcher when I was younger oral her shizer he pitched for the Los Angeles Dodgers believe he's a professing Christian brother in Christ and in 1998 he had an amazing year the Dodgers go on to win the World Series I believe he won the Cy Young Award that year and that year he pitched what I believe still is the record for number of innings pitched without giving up a run 59 innings pitched without a run being given up and if you were a baseball fan if you were oral her shizer fan then you were watching those games saying it's the street going to continue is it going to continue and when it did you were excited but eventually you were disappointed because that streak like other streaks in professional sports don't go on forever but with Jesus you will never be disappointed his perfect streak of having his words fulfilled will always stay it will never be broken and this is a witness to that right here in Acts chapter 4 verse 3 so they seized them and they put them in custody until the next day so the Sanhedrin had a rule they had a law that they essentially subscribe to that they would not try people at night before dawn didn't stop them when they wanted to kill Jesus that rule so they were okay with breaking their own rules probably they based this rule on Jeremiah 21 12 and ministered justice every morning and it didn't stop them from persecuting Jesus and having their kangaroo courts happen during the night but in this case they were going to wait they needed some sleep perhaps and they were going to wait until the next day Peter and John are put in custody until then and then we're told to get a it was late to use language from Matthew 14 15 notice a little bit of context here this event began at around 3 p .m. because remember that Peter and John were going up to the temple around the ninth hour that was 3 p .m. now that it's late now that it's evening you know that it's at least 6 p .m.

Mark Levin: Judge Chutkan Should Be Thrown Off the Bench

"Yourself holy crap I've a got case here. I've already set a trial date in May. Here it literally involves 9 months of videos and 1 .1 million documents that's according to the government there could be more so again defense has a right to make their own case without being directed by the government or just using the information the government gives so they want to look at all the government information plus more. They want to conduct depositions. Maybe some of the people the government spoke to maybe some others can't get that done in 4 or 5 months in one of these cases. So what Judge Trumkin did being the Marxist bomb thrower that she is who should really be removed from the bench. If our justice system was working she'd be thrown the hell off the bench. She would. She's a disgrace. So what Trumkin did is basically tell Judge Cannon what are you going to do about it? Screw you. I'm going first. I picked two months after the government asked and two months your before trial. And so if my trial here in Washington happens to bleed your trial you move the date. Or if the discovery from my case which is going to come first now interferes with discovery based on the calendar that you set in Florida before I my set calendar that's your damn problem. You move your case. Because Trumkin knows that this is a kangaroo court kangaroo.

The thing about Karen Bass, just a couple of years ago, she was talking about how great it is that Los Angeles is a sanctuary city. So this continues to be the political own goal of the decade. Well, Biden said COVID shots are coming back, like it or not. People want someone they know can already do the job. President Trump has done the job. We have the best economy of my lifetime. Everyone was doing better. The border was secure. And now, in the ReliefFactor .com studios, sitting in for Mike today, here's Kevin McCulloch. It is an honor to be back for my good friend, Mike Gallagher, a colleague here at the Salem Radio Network, and also someone who cares very much about what is happening to our country. Kevin McCulloch is my name. You can find me on the Salem News Channel and many of the same radio stations on Saturday nights at 9 o 'clock Eastern with that Kevin show. If you're local in the New York area, you can listen to me on AM 570 each weekday afternoon at 3 o 'clock, AM 970 the answer each weeknight at 7. And we have a lot of fun. My handle across all social media at that Kevin show. Please be in touch with me. I love to interact on the top stories of the day. We've got a lot to get to this morning. Yesterday, one of the judges in the federal trials that is the former president is going to face in upcoming months set the trial date for March 4th. This is in the special case against President Trump that Jack Smith is bringing the U .S. District Judge for the District Tanya Chutkin. Remember that name? It will live in infamy. She's rejected a proposal by the Trump defense team that the trial began in April of twenty twenty six long after the election. She instead set the date far closer to the one proposed by Smith and the government who wanted it on January 2nd. And if you happen to be a criminal attorney, please dial me eight hundred six five five Mike eight hundred six five five six four five three. I'd love to have some validation on this, but one of the one of the broadcasts I do here in New York for AM 970 the answer focuses on litigative issues every Thursday night. And we just talk legal stuff. I'm not a lawyer. I'm fascinated by the law. I think that lawyers that that proves a faithful service to their clients and to the government are are valuable people in our society. But I think it's interesting to see this chess match being played to the public in a way as though lawyers wouldn't know what was really going on here. So let me kind of break it down for you. You had the indictment and the the perp walk and the cuffing and the fingerprinting and all the stuff that they wanted to do to try to embarrass forty five. They had their moment in the in the sun to do that. And then they come back and they say, oh, we're we're going to go to trial quickly. We're going to put you on trial on the second of January. And Jack Smith said, Judge, you've got to put them on trial on the second of January. And the Trump team said, no, we're going to ask for twenty twenty six. And the judge comes back and says, no, no, no, no, we can't give you that much time to prepare. We're going to make sure that you're ready for trial by March the fourth. Now, of all the dates and all the calendars in all the world, March 4th is the day that she just happened to land on. I'm just I'm just looking at this calendar and I'm just seeing of all the choices and options that I have here. And you know what? I'm going to go with March the fourth for no reason whatsoever. Except that March 5th happens to be Super Tuesday. And there's however many states, twelve, fifteen, sixteen states in it. I forget the number. It's one of the most important days of the election calendar. This judge, Tonya Chutkin and and the prosecutor in the in the in the Georgia case are both embarrassing themselves. Fannie Willis and Tonya Chutkin are both embarrassing themselves because their behavior begets kindergartners on day one of preschool. Like it's they're not even in the in the class yet. And they're already like goofing around. Here's what happens between now and March 4th of next year. The Trump team will do a number of things in all of these cases, but they're going to they're going to be filing mainly, especially in the in the state cases for a couple of things. They're going to want those cases moved out of the Georgia state realm and they're going to want to put them into the federal realm because the federal system will be one that's easier to to manage and to and to kind of go through. But beyond that, there are a boatload of motions that will be being entered into the record between now and then that they are going to do everything from filing a motion to dismiss to filing an extension for discovery. And let me just let me just tell you on this on this alleged interference in the 2020 federal case that Jack Smith is doing out of D .C. It's my understanding that there are more than 12 million documents. That will be entered into the evidence, and this Tonya Chutkin joke, this this judge, this this joke of a judge laughed yesterday when told by the Trump team that for proper discovery to be allowed, there's no human way that they could sit and read 12 million pages between now and March 4th. And she just kind of giggled like, ha ha ha. Well, you've already you already know a bunch of the stuff that's in there. Ha ha ha. Friends. We talked about this yesterday. The left is trying to systematically dismantle America and they're starting to let the evil be seen. Right. That was my theme yesterday on the show. We talked about it for three hours. This is another example of that. There's there's this kind of open knowledge that this judge is dismissing. The normal procedures that what would be accustomed to any other criminal defendant, they're not going to allow President Trump. Why aren't they going to give him the same rights and the same protections that they would give a serial killer or a gang banger or anyone else? They're going to have to. And if the judge continues this kind of embarrassing behavior, chuckling at the people that are involved, chuckling at the requests that are made. She's there's a there's a there's a circuit court that oversees this court. And those judges have authoritative roles that they play over the over the sitting judge. That's that's in the court. That is Tonya Chuck him. And if they don't want to be embarrassed, if they don't want to have their circuit embarrassed, they will advise their underling to comport herself differently. But I just find it amazing that we're supposed to buy all of this. This is this is the great lie. They sit here and they pull this stuff and they and they set these unrealistic dates. And by the way, I'm going on the record. They would not have made a January 2nd start date. They're not going to make a March 4th start date. You had it is law. His he has a right to an informed defense. He has he has a right to have his defense know every piece of evidence that's going to be introduced as it's introduced before it's introduced. If the if the prosecution has had twelve point eight million documents in their possession and the defense is just receiving and being made aware of what they're going to introduce. They have to have time legally to not only understand what every document says, but they have to process it and comprehend the implication of what that document has to do with within the case. And then they have to have the right to prepare proper defense of those facts. This isn't a kangaroo court. We're not in a kangaroo nation. There are still laws. And I know these Obama judicial appointees and the Biden administration and the Justice Department all think it's hilarious. What's going to be hilarious is when they get their teeth slapped back at them by their their their upper judges and maybe eventually the Supreme Court, because they're such lunatics with how they're proceeding at current pace. Eight hundred six, five, five, Mike, eight hundred six, five, five, six, four, five, three. Take your calls right now. Eight hundred six, five, five, Mike, eight hundred six, five, five, six, four, five, three. Do you think that Trump will be in court on March 4th, the day before Super Tuesday next year? By the way, some of his fellow Republicans think that he will be. Chris Christie, the shameful, shameful behavior of Chris Christie in recent days coming right back. It's the Mike Gallagher show. Donald Trump to Appeal $5M E. Jean Carroll Defamation Suit

"Here we are with today's news yesterday, of course, a jury as I predicted was going to punish Donald Trump, find him responsible for not the rape that E Jean Carroll alleged, but a sexual assault and defaming her, ordering Trump to pay 5 minutes. She ain't ever going to see that $5 million. She will never see a penny of that. Trump is going to dig his heels in, appeal, and I talked to three different legal analysts last night who said that there was so much there were so many shenanigans in this kangaroo court where the judge allowed the access Hollywood tape that had no relevance in this. The judge allowed other women to make similar accusations, which had no relevance. It didn't fall under any of the parameters of her accusations against him. And of course, her accusations included the fact that she didn't happen to remember the day, the date, the week, the month, or the year, which of course prohibited Trump from being able to present a defense. So, does it help him or does it hurt him? Common sense tells you all of this hurts him. But common sense does not seem to be on the ticket here. He just keeps soaring in the polls.

I'm doctor Anthony Liz, and this is climate connections. Last summer, the asphalt and a ten block area in the Los Angeles neighborhood of pacoima got a fresh coat of paint and a street mural painted by a local artist. It has the California poppy on it, it has the nearby mountains on it. It has community members in it. It has the sun. That's Gina polino with a nonprofit climate resolve. She says it's not just any paint. It's a special coating designed to keep pavement cool by reflecting the sun's infrared rays. Traditional asphalt absorbs and stores heat from the sun, making urban areas hotter, and pacoima has a lot of pavement and little green space. So climate resolve partnered with the city and other local nonprofits on a project to reduce urban heat in the area. Manufacturer GAF developed and donated the coating and volunteers applied it to streets, parking lots, and basketball courts. The team will monitor pavement and air temperatures over time, but polino says that the initial satellite images and word on the street suggests the new coding is helping. People definitely seem to notice that it's cooler and they walk around and don't feel the heat as much. Cities already budget for recoding asphalt. So polynomial says they could easily adopt this technology if it proves effective. Climate

"Now the head of his own media organization. It's called just the news dot com and he is of course our good friend John Solomon. John, welcome to America first one on one. Yeah, great to be with you. So I presume, given what you've done in your decades of work as a true journalist, as the author of most recently of this book, let's put it up on the screen so everybody can order it, fall out, nuclear bribes, Russian spies, and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties. Yesterday's events didn't come as too much of a surprise to you, sadly. No, I think we've been inching towards this moment for 7 to ten years. The idea that we would create weaponize local prosecutors that George show us movement to get local prosecutors, fashioned in his own ideal ideology. The weaponization of federal law enforcement that we first saw with the Russia collusion case and continued. The ability to create false realities, which we saw throughout the 2020 election when intelligence community leaders like John Brennan told us that the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation even though it wasn't. Or that one Hunter Biden had done in Ukraine was legit when it wasn't. And I think the ultimate evolution of that would be to get us into that kangaroo court sort of moment where a political score that should be resolved by American voters is instead inject it into the court system by a prosecutor who upgrades a misdemeanor to a felony 5 years after the statute of limitations had expired. I think Stalin and Lenin are looking going, wait, why didn't we think of that? And I think this moment has just been a slow train wreck unfolding in yesterday was the first crash moment.

A Lot of People Had High Hopes for Mike Pence... Not John Zmirak

"Lot of people had high hopes for Mike Pence and would disappoint it. I never had the slightest hopes for Mike Pence because back in 2015, at the stream, I wrote a column on how useless he was. Mike Pence had put through a religious freedom bill protecting the rights of Christians to associate and hire people, despite the attacks of the LGBTQ my name is legion movement. In other words, it was a religious freedom restoration act. And what it did was, it said, Christian employers could not be forced to hire people who were advancing openly gay, lifestyles. It said that no federal law mandating gay gay rights could Trump the First Amendment. The Chamber of Commerce in Indiana rebelled. Under the pressure of the gay lobby, the Chamber of Commerce said, oh no, they're going to be boycotts. They won't have college sports games. Indiana will suffer and Pence caved. Penn's caved in a red state of which he was already governor. So I said, okay, this is a weak sister. This is not somebody we need. And when Trump picked and for vice president, I said, oh boy, we are screwed. And then the deep state conducted its coup d'etat against our legitimately elected president. It started during the transition period. When Trump tried to hire Mike Flynn to supervise the deep state to sort of see what they were doing because George Bush trashed the constitution by passing the Patriot Act. It allowed federal intelligence agencies to collude to surveil Americans. It created the kind of joke kangaroo court, the fisa court that would rubber scam, surveillance, and every American on the slightest pretext, Obama, the Obama administration weaponized that and started going after conservatives and Christians using the deep state.

"John trout, now 15 after, this is America in the morning. Former president Trump called the Georgia investigation into his 2020 election loss as a kangaroo court after the grand jury foreperson gave an interview to CNN saying you're not going to be shocked if people are indicted. More on the story from Katie Clark. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,000 780 votes, which is one more that we have because we won the state. A grand jury made up of 16 people from the Atlanta area heard more than 75 witnesses in over 8 months of testimony to investigate whether fraud was a factor in the 2020 elections and whether to overturn the election results in Georgia. The jury foreperson Emily kors spoke on various media outlets, including here on CNN about her reaction if the DA does not bring charges. I will be frustrated if nothing happens. This was too much. Too much information, too much of my time, too much of everyone's time. Too much argument in court about getting people to appear before us. There was just too much. For this to just be, oh, okay, we're good. Bye. Fulton county DA, Fannie Willis, has been criticized for her handling of the case, I'm Katie Clark. Concerning news from the air force, which is expanding its review of cancers among the nation's nuclear missile personnel, Washington correspondent Sagar Meghani reports. "One would pour out his life to death and it would be acceptable as a payment for sin and he would rise from the dead and enjoy the spoils with the victors and he would live. It makes sense because it is prophesied. It makes sense, and it's credible because Christ comes on the scene and from the beginning says it. Did you read the DVR this morning in the DVR? We have Jesus there, talking about this or at least responding with a couple of words when they accused him that you said you're going to destroy the temple. But of course, in John, we know that the reality of that was, he said, destroy this temple, my body, and I'll raise it up in three days. They use that as an accusation at the kangaroo court at the end of his life, but the point is earthly ministry. The point is, right? That he predicted it before it happened. Scripture prophesies and predicts and hundreds of years, he predicted in his lifetime. And then it happens. And it happens in a way that should be, it should be a resonating reality for us that we think, of course, this is the problem with being a human being. We die. And we don't want to die. We don't want to die. We don't want people around us that we love to die. We don't like death. Death is bad. No one cheers at funerals. I've done a ton of I've been to more funerals than you have unless you work at the mortuary. No one's like. They hate it. It's painful. It's awful. We in our hearts carry as the bearers of God, this reflection of eternity, we don't like the death is the problem. We fear it we're enslaved to the fear of it. And so it would be expected that if something's going to be a fix to this problem, we need someone to rise from a dead. It is a credible source of authority coming from someone who did the incredible thing that we all want and expect. He rose from the dead. Rose from the dead because we need the problem solved for us, we see the problem as death, but death was the payment for sin. In other words, the wages of sin is death. That's the problem. So Christ comes deals with the sin problem, reverses the death problem. And that's the thing I would expect from someone making the rules. And then, in time and space, and we as historians look back and try and figure out what could have happened, this guy was dead, killed by professionals. And now you can insert the sermons from Easter you always hear. This makes perfect sense. There's no other credible explanation for it. This incredible thing is a credible thing. It happened, and now he's saying, follow me and do what I say. And all we should be saying is, of course, we should repent and join the team that's following Christ and believe. I mean, of course, because this is the most credible demand there is. Why do we believe the Bible? Because Christ rose from the dead. That's the cornerstone verification of the demand of truth. Obligates to individuals consequence, right, reasonable credible, now you've got to respond. And you should respond in the best way possible, which is the last of the three options. You got mockers, you got the layers, you got people then that respond by joining and believing. And of course, first 30 repenting. You're going to respond, not just to the gospel, and maybe you need to respond to the gospel. You're not a Christian, but now you're a Christian, you need to respond to every installment of truth that is given to you.

"One of the key components of a constitutional republic in a process oriented system Leo as a lawyer is an adversarial hearing This January 6th hearing is absolutely nothing of the sword This is the equivalent of a star chamber and I think that's why they keep trying to move the needle The left and Liz Cheney and they just can't do it Dan first of all I just want to say that you're the ultimate truth teller I mean you're a role model as far as dealing with fact And here's a classic example Where is due process I've been a lawyer for 30 years And for them and I said this at the outset of the first hearing a little clip here a little clip there a little bit clip here a little bit of this This is nothing more than a kangaroo court scripted by ABC media leftist for the Democrats and they got Liz Cheney doing the dirty work for Nancy Pelosi And it just seems embarrassing It's outright embarrassing The president has denied due process We're to cross examination I would love to annihilate these witnesses or play the entire segment of the testimony But it's really a dog and pony show and one final point The ultimate goal is to somehow some way prevent president Trump from running for reelection The Democrats and certain rhinos are afraid of Donald J Trump

I was on the streets for three weeks with third battalion. Hundred and sixtieth infantry. That's a riot what happened on capitol hill was a frat party. Okay no comparison all right and the only person killed on. Capitol hill was an unarmed trespasser veteran. Shot by a cop whose name we don't know. Dozens were murdered in los angeles. So you know. Save your drama for your mama. 'cause i'm not entertaining. It and nancy pelosi wants to have this kangaroo court commission so she appoints liz. "Say these are that they're bringing up the. I'm not so quick to dismiss the senators in their concerns especially senator cassidy. Because i think what he's saying actually makes sense. I think it's maybe a jumping off point or that. You know the republican party something to think about Moving forward. Because i don't think we were thinking about the long game here. There are things that i want investigated by congress and if we were tied to the mentality of what. We're just not going to investigate anything. These these other things are never going to get accomplished. I guess what really makes me sad more generally about this but also just the more overall tone is that i feel that this sort of extremism this lying oftentimes by members of congress has basically been normalized in the last. And you have you have greg. Pets right mike. Pence's brother saying hanging judge. Nancy pelosi is hell bent on pushing version of partisan justice. Complete with a hand pig. Jury that will carry out. Her predetermined political execution of donald trump before law enforcement has completed their investigation. Now there are at least two lies right in that statement about that commission but also the very fact that greg pants was with his brother the vice president when people were going through the capital. Saying literally hang. Mike fads with the while. I this is not the political world. I grew up. I picked that example. They're conservatives could certainly use some examples from from squad folks and so forth but the fact that that is the sort of thing that that cranks up the fund raising totals and just just just. It makes me almost physically ill. When i think about it. Yeah i when. I sat. And i really thought about some of the things that i would hope that this is the before late this week when when the commission was completely shut down. But i was thinking about you know what would i. What is the thing that. I hope for most Again like i go back to what senator collins said about the timing which i think is critical and then also the committee staffing the committee. Staffing is so important. Having a truly bipartisan and not you know a kangaroo court israel as you free quote unquote however you wanna put it by dancy pelosi. I think it's important You know that she doesn't control the narrative on this though. She would try to control the narrative. I think it's important that if we did do something like this if he did have an investigation that it was truly bipartisan. There were comparisons of this commission to to like the warren commission which i thought was crazy because i think the circumstances are very different There was a lot of comparison there in the media. And i kinda just roll my eyes at that against cynically. I'm trying. I'm trying to get away from the cynicism mike. I really really fight. It is hard because it's hard look at. That's my frustration. Is because i get the incentive structure here it magnificence especially in the house for these people to do this because look marjorie taylor. Greens fundraising totals. Look josh hollies. I mean this works aunt as long as this works as long as people respond. Well of course they're going to do that. It would be foolish for us to expect these hyper ambitious people to do anything other than that. And that's just said that's just really makes me sad because there's no easy fix to that because that's built into the nature of the political system that we have right now. Right and bipartisan. A truly bipartisan commission. I say truly in all capital letters..

"All day. Good evening, Jeff nor that Yeah, I noticed warned of Maura at the Capitol. But for some reason, Security wasn't stepped up there to meet the challenge that that attack would pose on how much of it was planned. How much of this was strategized ahead of time? People wandering around exercising their First Amendment rights don't bring ropes and ladders and sledgehammers to a spontaneous event. This was a planned assault, as if one week before the week prior. To the insurrection. I started to get text messages that I needed to be careful. And that in particular, I needed to be careful about The 60. Everybody knew. Well, how did Donald Trump's words? Then on the sixth insight, the insurrection that was ready, pre planned predetermined. Plotting, planning scheming that went into this apparently went on for weeks, and apparently everybody knew what did what steps that these people take to stop it. That's the bigger, scarier scenario. If you believe in protecting our institutions and protecting our elected officials Let's get to our phones. Say hi to Bob is in Texas. What's up, Bob? How are you? Glad you called? All right, Thanks for having me on your show. Thank you, sir. Discussion about the the his constitutional issues here, But I'd like to raise one that I haven't seen raised before. And that is that many members of Congress said that they feared for their life and they ran and they witnessed this crime. Of the capital being invaded well under 200 years of American jurisprudence. This disqualifies them to sit on a jury and the Senate should have really all the senators who said that they were harmed by this. Are you know now invalidated is being jurors in this in this trial in the sense that you're claiming that their witnesses Or that they're aggrieved. I mean, I've sat on Juries before anybody has a witness to the crime or anyone who's aggrieved. They can't sit in. They can't sit in the jury box, so they all refused themselves. Okay, that that would be in a system that actually cared even the slightest pit about impartiality due process, fundamental fairness. Um, before we even get to that point that you're making, which is a great point, and probably would be valid in a real court of law, not the show trial. This theater that's going on in the swamp. You wouldn't have a guy that is Procida presiding over these proceedings that has pre determined the guilt of the person that now he's presiding over and that would be Patrick Leahy. So I took Kangaroo court if you've ever seen one and the fact that this could even happen in this great country, this great constitutional republic is beyond any comprehension. That any any clear thinking intellectually honest American could ever support everybody sees right through this. John Roberts is not there for a reason. Because he doesn't believe it's constitutional. That's why he's not there. Now. The Constitution calls for the chief justice. He's not going to do it, so we replace him with a guy that is ready said to convict Trump. And we're supposed to buy that. I don't think so. Um, anyway, Bob. Good points. Uh, Doyle, Mableton, Georgia. What's up, Doyle? Thank you for calling. Glad you joined us. Hey, man, I've got to do a better job of keeping in touch with you. Um, since you left Atlanta instead of calling you your show every once in a while now I only call every once in a decade or so, by the way, Thank you for sticking with me. It means a lot. I'm really appreciate it and it means more than you know. Absolutely 2028 years ago, I found you 20 years ago. And if I could just refresh your memory, right quick and tell you a little quick story. Um, the last time I talked to you actually nine years ago, and I told you that I had actually gotten into radio myself because it's always what I wanted to do them. When I was on the show with you, Uh, we actually carry your show on our delay in station. Uh, well, except him to now, Wlbt used talk. You know where they are. State again. Yes, sir. Andre, The funny story Want to tell you is my managers are stationed on it was actually listening. When I was on there. He didn't know I'd called into your show and he hears me talking to you. And he says He told me later that you're laughing and cutting up with John Hannity going over the best of friends and said, You can imagine my shock when I realized there's one of my employees talking to. Oh, that's funny. That's very funny. You know, I was, but you know what I learned. I'll tell you. I learned a lot of lessons in Georgia and I have four wonderful years there. Have in my office a year and edition of the Atlanta Journal Constitution, right and in it, it says 1996 was a great year, but for two reasons. The Olympics came and Sean Hannity left, and I left to go toe. You know, a startup news channel nobody had ever heard of called Fox News. And by the way, I can't tell you how many people told me. You're an idiot for doing this, And I said Okay, Well, I'm an idiot. You know what? I got to lose, right? And I know it ended up being a now. I have no idea. How is possible. 25 year journey and I feel honored. I feel blessed. I'm very appreciative, humbled even and But I will tell you. I love my time in Atlanta. I learned some big lessons. They're learning to Richard Jewel lesson there. Hey, another story, and I don't know if you heard the show. There was a time that a guy a regular caller called in and said I just wanted to call and say one last. Goodbye. I'm checking out. I'm like, Okay. What you moving? What do you know What's going on? Where you going? I hate to lose listeners. I don't wanna lose one listener, right? I don't want to lose one viewer. And he said, not and I'm checking out..

"Kirk Show with Judge Ken Starr's protects all persons, including but not limited to the president. Certainly the resident excise From the Constitution and the bill of rights. It is only so to come back to what is the core issue. Incitement is when you essentially are saying, we want you to go take violent action now and so now it's important to analyze the text as well as the context. The text points in favor. The president, especially the exculpatory text about do so peacefully make your voice is known and so forth on. There is thus far no indication I've seen Charlie that the president was in any way advised. By the way, there's some really bad actress in this ground. We have an intelligence briefing. Did he have an intelligence briefing that morning? That said, By the way, Mr President and TIFA is here. Some very violent right wing organizations air here who knows who's here? Mr President. If he had that briefing, That would be a fact that the decision makers should take into account in terms of incitement or and inciting to insurrection. I think it's far fetched now. The president is, of course, subject right here and now to indictment in the criminal justice system. I hope that won't happen. But that's part of our equal justice under law. He should not be subject to impeachment and trial. That's a travesty, but he obviously like any other citizen, is subject to the criminal justice process. Well or so we would hope without the kind of circus that happened in the house with no witnesses. No due process, no representation just complete and total. You know, multi, just a couple our process and then you're impeached. Which is extraordinary. We never seen anything quite like that, right? The house is supposed to be deliberative. The speaker of the house cannot suis Ponte A just unilaterally say we're impeaching the president. She tried to do that impeachment one, right? She she said. We're impeaching the president. Hey, will be impeached, so go draw up articles. I said at the time abuse of her power, there should have been a vote. 100. What precedes the vote. Look at history. History is a great guy, especially when we look at presidential impeachments. Each presidential impeachment was preceded by numerous and careful hearings, a sifting of the fax a new assessment of the credibility of witnesses. Not done here exactly as you say. And the Democrats are saying to play Devil's advocate that we don't need the evidence. The evidence came here. But the more information we actually find It's not that simple. There were groups that were, they're coming with the intent to try and take federal buildings with militia gear and with out any of the remarks of the president, and so it's not that simple and judge can you talk about for some of our younger listeners? Why our system is this design the way it is why it is Supposed to be deliberative. Why we're not supposed to be able to Convict somebody in 24 hours or less. You have to have time to be able to build the defense to submit evidence. It feels as if this is almost like the Russian system where they convicted the Alexey novel, Lonnie Guy in four days or less. I mean, I couldn't believe it. I said, look at the similarities between the two of this kind of rush to judgment. Can you just from a constitutional perspective? Talk about why our system is actually built that way. It goes back to Magna Carta almost 1000 years ago that government whether it's the king, whether it's Congress, whether it's the president, whether it's the governor. Can't abuse power and what we treasure and a constitution. Democracy throughout the English speaking world is power has to be limited. That includes the power of the House of Representatives. One Justice of the Supreme Court from yesteryear put it very well. The history of liberty is largely the history of procedure. Process counts. You inability. Let's say you're being accused of something in the university and high school, right? Don't you want to be heard? We don't need to hear from you. And there is some issues right under time home, huh? I would like to have my lawyer. You don't get a lawyer, right? And so the term kangaroo and I love kangaroos. I don't know why it's called Kangaroo Court. But I can't group court is one where you don't have fair process so always demand process. Right. Think about you're pulled over driving a fence and the police officers. I find you guilty. So excuse me. I was not violating the law and who are using I'm the judge. No, You're not. You're heavy. A hallucination. There's a process here, and I got to go to court and so forth. And I'll see you in court Officer. Oh, during your right, sir. Ma'am, you do get a trial. I forgot about that. This is America. It's not Russia. It's not China. This movement will not be silenced. You're listening to the Charlie Kirk show. Yeah. Room. Me, me, me, me, me, but also you the payroll fast forward His favorite porn film that the powdered doughnut. Okay, What's my line?.

"Remember, this is not a legal case. This is not a legal proceeding. This is theater. I know. I know, quickly Political, and that's the hard thing for me is because I keep keep trying to wrap my brain around the fact that that's not a legal case whatsoever. It's a total kangaroo court, right. But here's why it's important. Because the only preached the only pretext that you could get to convince 17 Republicans to support a conviction vote would be if they actually made a talented legal case for why this was incitement. There's no chance of that. There is no chance of that. They can't do it so under in a normal criminal court, they would fail so as a result in a political court will fail even harder. Because Republicans, you won't get 17 Republicans to support a conviction on the basis of an argument that doesn't have any legal support for it. Do you think that there are Republicans who are cowed and will not vote for impeachment who may have been on the fence about it before? After seeing what has happened to those who voted in the House for impeachment, Liz Cheney and others. I don't know what I don't understand the question too. Well, what kind of voter you Cheney in Wyoming. She voted in the house to impeach the president, right? She waited for that. She is now being censured in her state, and now they want her to resign because majority of people she they're they're claiming she did not represent her voters shouldn't do her job. So I wonder if there are other Republicans who are maybe in the Senate side who are said Yeah, I could vote to impeach him. But they're looking at what's happening and the backlash from their constituents possible backlash from their concern. Twins, and now Liz Cheney has a challenger that wanted to resign in there like you know what? I like my taxpayer funded. Check the regularity of it a little bit too much. I was on the fence. I'm not gonna do it. Yeah. I just I just I mean, maybe a couple, but I honestly don't expect I mean there's no way I don't think there's any chance that they could get 17. There's none. There's none unless some crazy thing happens this week, not getting 17 Republicans. No, I think you're absolutely right. Joe Degenova choices that 75 Susan Preacher joins the city 35. "D dot com. Well, just one of those days where There's just a lot of stories that are breaking as I mentioned in the previous hour, by the way, Dan Mantis in for Rick Roberts today and for the next several days as he Recovers from his quadruple bypass surgery. I know we all look forward to Rick coming back, and he is most certainly In our prayers. President Trump By the way, coming up Rand. Paul tackles transgender issues, and so will we. And what did Marjorie Taylor Greene have to say on the floor of the house today? Earlier today? Just a couple of hours ago, I've got all kinds of audio. That I want to play for you. But more on President Trump's decision not to testify in this impeachment trial that he's got the upcoming You know the story. I told you about it in the previous hour. Hopefully, you heard that basically, if you just get off work, the Democrats, the House managers. They were demanding that President Trump testified. And I told you that I thought this whole thing was nothing but a perjury trap. And to me, it just was a sign of desperation. That the Democrats in the House managers, they know that they don't have a case. They know that they don't have the proof. They know that they don't have the votes. And so they wanted to get the former president in there to get him in some sort of a perjury trap so that they could convict him of perjury. See, that's what this is all about. And so basically they were daring the president, Please come on and testify. Well, now Fox News is reporting he will not testify in his Senate impeachment trial, according to Fox News. They say the president will not testify in an unconscious tutu. Sh Inal Proceeding Remember That's one of the things that I said What I said was by showing up the president would essentially be legitimizing. An illegitimate trial. He would be legitimizing this kangaroo court, so I love that the president is basically hoisting now one but two middle fingers at the Democrats. Nothing wrong with that. They say the president will not testify in and constitutional proceeding, says Jason Miller, Trump senior advisor. The former president's legal team. Just reading here to let you know the very latest. I just got this. The former president's legal team fired back and impeachment manager Jamie Raskin's request Thursday. For the former president to testify is part of the Senate impeachment trial, calling it a public relations stunt and saying that they cannot prove the allegations against him. Which, by the way, they can't so there you go. So yesterday was an epic day in, um In the Senate. There was a moment. And it was a great moment for anybody who's been following this story line about transgender girls or boys playing in girls leagues. Now no doubt in Texas Little League and the pony leagues and and sports. Generally speaking for kids, huge in the state of Texas, I've lived all over the country. And I can tell you that I have never in my life lived in a place that's so appreciated. Kid's sports. So I know that for a lot of people, this is a topic that hits home for a lot of folks where you have the situation specifically in Connecticut. We're going to get into all of this. But you have a situation. Where maybe your little girl you know, maybe you're 10 12 13 14 16 Year old girl. Maybe she plays soccer. Maybe she plays softball. Maybe she plays girls basketball. And then all of a sudden here comes a transgender girl. Or a boy? That says that he is going to play in the girl's league. And then with that does is that effects Your little girl and your girl athlete? And what happens is She may get her playing time reduced, She may get her spot on the team eliminated because they've got to make room for this transgender girl. So Rand Paul. He was speaking with someone named Miguel Cardona and Miguel is Biden's nominee for education secretary. It was during his Senate confirmation hearing. And Rand. Paul just said Dude. Why are you and the Biden administration? Why is it the president wants to see this happen? Why is he signing executive orders and sure, Ng. They're transgender athletes. Boys essentially can play in the girl's leagues. Here's how that conversation went for Cups of civil rights, sent a letter to Connecticut saying that boys can't compete with girls and in sports or voice to competing girls sports If you're Confirmed. Will you enforce that Office of civil rights opinion? Senator. Thank you for the question. I understand that there are AH lot of concerns about that it Z. If confirmed, it's my responsibility and my privilege to make sure that we're following Civil rights of all students. And that includes activities that they may engage in in high school or and athletics. What do you think, in general about boys running in girls track meets like they've been doing in Connecticut? I think that it's critically important. Oh educated education systems and educators respect the rights of all students, including students who are transgender on do that They're afforded the opportunity that every other student has to prove. Participating extracurricular activity. Visit bother you that, like the top 20% of boys running in track meets beat all of the girls in the state and that you know would be completely destroyed. Girls athletics. The girls are being pushed out. They don't make the finals in the state meet. They don't get college scholarships that it's really detrimental to girls. Sports. Do you worry about having boys running girls track meets? You know, I recognize it and appreciate the concerns. I I really don't think he does appreciate or recognize that concerns. When I'm watching this video. You could just you could sort of see Rand Paul, and he's rubbing his his temples. As this conversation is going on in because it is so incredibly ludicrous. That Joe Biden's nominee for education secretary. Is defending basically what it is that Joe Biden wants to see and that is transgender athletes be allowed to play in girls leagues and now They're tying federal funding to this. So if you have a little girl and she's in school, and she's got a spot in the basketball team, the girls basketball team and a transgender athlete comes in..

"You know, I've talked to Langford when he was in the house. And, um, I think there is plenty of room to come together. If people are eager to do what's best for the United States and improve and update I mean these laws in most cases, the structure Of the immigration system. Is what we did in 1965. No wonder it doesn't work in 2021. When you're talking to your Republican colleagues were, where are you finding common ground on this question. We had big, big bipartisan bill allows Congress having to do with farm workers. That was a bill that I drafted and we work for a year with Republicans and Democrats. And we had a big vote Senator the Senate, But then when the pandemic had they They didn't do anything but Okay, approved judges and covert bills. So I think there's uh we proved there was bipartisan support for that We had bipartisan support. For the Dream Act. We had bipartisan support to even out how diseases are allocated right now. I'll give you a good example. Western Europe has a population of about 200 million people. They have three times as many business visas because it's allocated on where you born Then the subcontinent of All right. Which is Indian, Pakistan, the like We're two billion people. How does that make any sense when the idea is it's based on merit? So this bill would go back to him complete merit system. On, uh, the business based visas. Business space visas should be based on who's gonna fill a place in our American economy that we need feel that we can't do our own right now. We're turning away coded researchers. We're turning away positions. And, uh, emergency care nurses that we need. That doesn't make any sense. But we got this tweet from Mark who asks if someone were deported because of unlawful entry. Would Biden's plan help them? It could. It depends on the circumstances. And it's going to be on a case by case basis on the basis of humanitarian need. Well. This bill funds a $4 Billion.4 year plan to increase assistance to El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. What is this money for and what safeguards are there to ensure it's used for that purpose? Well, that is actually that part of the bill is pretty much lifted a bill that I wrote. In the last Congress, the Northern Triangle bill, and here's the point. You've got thousands of people fleeing for their lives from these central American country. They're risking their lives to go thousands of miles to present themselves with the border. Wouldn't have made a lot of sense to go down to Central America and see what's happening there, and stabilizing situations of people did not have to flee for their lives. So it's not just Aid to deal with corruption and violence in those central American communities, but also to help them stabilize economically. And then also to provide for, um Processing and welcoming centers in Central America, and for those people who are refugees to allow them to be settled, not just in the United States. But throughout participating countries, you know People. Um, want to get away because they don't want to get killed. They might want to come to the U. S. They might want to go to Costa Rica. They just don't want to get killed. And so I think this should not just be a U. S burden that should be a Western hemisphere burden. We ought to involve the U. N. We are to involve other countries, especially in the Western Hemisphere. But the main thing is to stabilize that region so people don't have to flee for their life. Representative. There's a backlog of 1.3 million cases left in immigration court from the Trump Administration of these courts had a backlog before Trump as well. How would you like to see the immigration court system reformed and you've got about 30 seconds here before the break? Well, I have just written a billet at Ledge council now. To change the entire immigration court system. It's really it's a kangaroo court and really to make them actual courts.

"Four years I've ever had working. Yeah. No, I think it's I think that's the that's what a lot of people could say to him. But you used to be the best four years and again. They came after eight years of just total stagnation and and Higher taxes, more regulations and the new normal. That's what that's what Obama call that the new normal was everybody was going to get screwed, and government workers and government was going to get fat and rich and the deep state was going to prosper and Trump said. I don't think so. And he did it for four years. Thanks for the call Tim. John. You're next with Howie Carr. Go ahead, John. Hey, Good afternoon. Well, you know, I haven't heard this from anybody yet. It's a new It's unconstitutional. I agree with Dershowitz. It's just on its face. You don't need to be a Harvard law School scholar. Just look at the look at the wording in the Constitution. How could you? It's like trying somebody for a crime who's dead. You can't punish somebody who's dead. You can't you can't remove somebody who's been removed. That's ridiculous. "Also the Lucy Lawless, who's out there? Picketing or or protest ng petroleum outlets or something? It's all very dumb. So you got Kevin Sorbo bottom of the hour. Make sure you stick around for that. We've got a monumental week coming up. Do you expect from the week? What do your thoughts about the impeachment, Which is ridiculous. It's a sham. It's a Kabuki theater. It's a kangaroo court. What do you think about the president's legacy? I think his legacy is he brought conservatism. You brought jobs. He brought manufacturing back. He brought a love for country. He brought a stronger border. He met a stronger in the world stage. And now you've got a guy. Who, if you believe the evidence that we're hearing about from 100, Biden's laptop is basically the leader of a criminal organization, The Biden crime family, So that's what we have coming in your thoughts about that. Let me go to the phone lines line one Sharon, Massachusetts high Hi. Great. Thanks for taking my call back. First point. I got four quick ones here first point We can't lose Trump. We just can't so he cannot be impeached. That's what this whole thing is about. If they impede him. He could never run for president again. And we've got to get him in four years from now and get him back in there. Another point here, rush. Listening to the Rush Limbaugh show on January 7th Today, after all the mess they're in Washington. My brother. It's on tape and if somebody could get ahold of rush And have them review the Collins. It was around 2 30 on January the seventh and I don't know. I'm not feeling fine brushes. You give me the third point. I can't go back and check out his archive. But go ahead another point. McConnell, head of the Senate. He has no business in this impeachment thing. He is so tied into the Chinese. He's married to Elaine, Child secretary transportation. They have this shipping company that her father's president of she worked for her two sisters Do They've got $38 million through the family, and he is so tight into China. I don't see how he should even be a senator, let alone the big shot heading up the Senate. And my last point is this Republicans are so weak and when I watched and listened to all of that voting and Pennsylvania and they had the, UM Republicans stand outside the window and look in to be the watchers. We should have storm that place. We should have beaten up those Dominion voting machines that is at the Supreme Court not taken. His case is so pathetic. They have tied the hands. The Supreme Court has dirty hands in this thing. That means a blood on their hands. Because this isn't right. They should have taken that. But that we should never, ever have. We should've screamed and rant and rave at those voting places, and the Democrats have pulled the wool over our eyes. Right in front of our faces. They have cheated. We have all that evidence and nothing is going anywhere and that whole writing at the Capitol building was nothing more than to try to have something. Now they could try to blame on Trump which he had nothing to do with the rioting there. And I appreciate you ovary, good points, and I'm gonna comment on them. He has been impeached, so you can't say if they impeach him. They impeached him. He's been impeached twice Now. That was the reason why they did it. They wanted to be able to say they impeached him twice. You're talking about whether they convict him and the conviction would have to be what the help of 17 Republicans and yes, he would not be able to run for president again. If he were convicted. There's no way the Republican Party survives. If 17 people jump ship, a few probably will, either the vast majority won't and if they do, they're done. The Republican Party is done. Farrah storming these places, the making them stand outside. Look through the window was in Michigan. That in Pennsylvania tells me they made him stand. 25 30 FT away, which was illegal. And without a doubt all the counting should have stopped until that was settled. There shouldn't injunctions put in place. There should have been all sorts of things happening, but but to barge in and break the machines doesn't make sense to me. But I doing I do hear where you're coming from, and I understand the emotion of it. There are the right way. And there's the wrong way to do things and the right way is hard to do when, as you say, very, very eloquently. The courts are not listening. We need the courts to listen to do their jobs to make sure that we could have a fear free and fair election next time in its country, But what they were doing the observers wasn't okay.
