"Ever served in a presidential cabinet in america's history. He has failed up more than anyone can imagine in the conflict in syria. Remember when barack obama thought that we could be involved in regime change in syria like like we were trying to win something in syria like that was going to be. You know the fifty first state or something well. They had general austin at the time. His job was to go and put together a syrian fighting force and after the first battle he trained four or five people who survived. They had spent forty eight million dollars on that project. And if you spend forty eight million dollars to train up a fighting force you should definitely know if it is four or five who survived the first battle. There should be no distinction that you should definitely know but this guy proceeded to fail up and when he became the secretary of defense his first action wasn't a sane analysis of what was really going on in afghanistan. It wasn't the interest of our fellow americans. He had a stand down in the military so we could all reflect on our white supremacy and our extremism. The problem faced by the united states. Military is the threat of radical islamic terrorism. Not the threat that comes from the patriotism of the people who wear the uniform. I am so sick of this guy. I really am key one. "So let's jump back on track because you know we can spend a whole I actually liked these assize. Because i feel like this is real conversation when you think about like what's going on t- space these are real. These are real problems. These are real. Thanks sir absolutely. I think that's that's real nifty and there make a wish. Nfc cool concept guys. Let's Chose a case study. Let's let's see. Let's see one of these happened in action and i. I think that will get the ball and bus. I wanted to anyway. I wanna talk to the real nifty. Nfc make a wish nfc. Because i think that they they are on the right the right track. I just think they need a little bit of help with marketing. So we'll try to make the habit cool you want me to you. Want me to shoot one cool. Let's do it all right so have you. Seen jam is j. a. m. b. dot com. I have i have bra. This area can't very cool. This is like cameo dog is like cameo except for telling people what to vie like our cameo for the people that don't know cameos a website. You can go there. You can find a lot of notorious people in notable people right on there and you can buy a shout out or one of a kind. I would say sane or phrase from them that specially made for you so you get the right and say you know if you want if you want ric flair to tell your best friend. Happy birthday you can pay ric flair a set amount of money. It's usually not that much right. Like i think the the highest cameo i've ever seen is like five hundred bucks. Now they have some. That's over that but the average cameo is actually quite affordable. Which is why. I think kamya works in ill record a happy birthday. They'll get to you within like forty eight hours and then you own. It's not an nfc though. So jam as a platform where marketplace's ryan likes to call it where they're taking jokes and selling those nfc's so it's really. It's really focused for comedians right because comedians. Have you know an archive or plethora of jokes and a practice. These jokes in they resonate. Sometimes they don't and what they wanna do is say. Hey you go to a show if you really liked this comedy special and you really like this joke from this comedy special you can own that joke you can watch it. I i would assume like. I haven't bought one here but the collection is pretty dope like from from what it is like. They've got the show they've got the performance sane in royalty. So you know the nonsensical joking. It's the i live. Comedy special produce distribute on public blockchain. And if you buy you get access to the royalties from it which is pretty dope. i did not know about the royalties part. That is very interesting. And i think the Like what i like about this too is that they didn't. They have a couple of pretty recognizable. Comedian names in here. Like i've heard a pete holmes Before and shawn wayans so like this is their first recorded this non hundred joke and and so you know you have all these specials. These shows that kind of pop up and in random places if you could somehow You know if. You're like an early avid fan of a certain comedian. And you're like man. This is the next kevin. Hart or pete davidson or tiffany haddish. Like oh i could totally see this person blowing up. You can own one of their first jokes that they're like work shopping somewhere and then some day. You see it on. Netflix comedy special. Like that's a really cool story if you could own. Somebody's like you know one of their first shows that they do or there. I tape shows I think that that in of itself is like that's like true. Fandom that's true collecting of a you know a celebrity that you like you know. Oh for sure one hundred percent so i. I'm a fan of jam is jam. I think so i. I think he's dope i. I think that they've got to get more comedians. They've gotta go. They've got to be cameo. Like what cameo is just anyone. That's a blue check or an influence there. They've got to be for anyone. That's a comedian. And i think that they can't boxed themselves in put them only in the like so they can. They can't just do the comedy. Show comedians right. The people that are going to go to the comedy clubs and do the standup. They need to also get the internet comedians. I'm talking about the people that are making memes in there like going stupid like conceded. Nyc's where like he is a me right and it's like okay. This guy makes sense or some of these people that you see that go viral on Like a world star or the shade room or like any of these or you know full saying or the knelt boys like when i started thinking about some of these these internet native comedians that people tune into millions of people tune into right. That's where if they can get the comedy show and and the internet comedians. I think they've got something really really. Because this is a new form of revenue for all of those creators. definitely i think the whole internet comedian things like a lot of them they. They rely on skit or sketch. Comedy right like they do like a one minute. Like or sketch. Sketch type thing. Where oh this is the as a as a detective or something you know like like exactly oftentimes like those like you know they might put out two hundred a year and you know if you look at the data usually only like you know. A small percentage five percent a couple of percent of those that really blow them up and get them to that next year. If you could get if you own one of those early gifts or one of those skits that seems like oh. This is going to blow this person up like that. that's interesting oh one hundred percent. I agree with that all the way through so cool. I wanna move on to the next marketplace. Because i think we might actually have to turn this into a part to. I think we might be able cover A few more marketplace. I know there's a there's a lot here don don deal like. There's a window many interesting angle. Yeah we're on right now I wanna talk to though like. Let's let's let's let's let's follow up so all these people that were mentioning because the space is so a new. We're finding them and we don't know these people are first time even mean and ryan are actually discussing it so i definitely want to go back around in we. We need to turn this into assist session. Where we we talked about it once and then we back some of these people. I think you're right absolutely because it'd be interesting to get inside some of their heads to see like okay like you know. Oftentimes you gotta plan these. These big marketing campaigns for marketplace. Couple months out right. You know probably have some ideas in in route or they have know big campaigns that maybe they wanna they wanna prime people four Because obviously it's not like they're they're just putting up a website and saying. Hey i'm make nfc with us like. They have a plan for sure that i got an idea jam so like i got an idea like when you think about marketplaces like one thing. That was really big on the era like the web. Two point era internet and for those. That don't know that was like web two point. Oh was getting away from blogs saw a web onepointoh like in a closed on like blogs. Rss feeds up two point. Oh picked up from that in may said okay. It's really hard for everyone have a blog. So let's just create social media in like twitter was eventually it was a yeah. Twitter micro blogging service. That's that was like the first version of marketing that they like spun out there right so people were like. Yeah like micro bloggers they were like. Oh you don't wanna full blogging over micro blog and facebook gain. They had the time line. You've got tumbler. So there was this whole era of people like just congregating digitally having digital presence in ensuring pictures and things of that nature right. Some of those pictures in the early days before people were taking pictures of themselves and going unique places in kind of being creators were motivational quotes. And there was like you know. You had the the spirituality stuff you had the like. Tony robbins ish stuff. You had just the general proverbs and there's whole sites that's still like to this day. Get millions and millions of hits Just because they have this this tremendous backlog of events brayshaw quotes eight of equal dot.

"It would be illegal not to. She was like older age back. Then that show like for sorry opera it holds up like i don't know what it is but it's it's pretty good for you know what i think it is. It's the music. The music is like all the big radio friendly bangers from back then. I've actually found the oc spotify playlist and listen to them. There are some some massive hits on that show But besides that close enough season two's out net flicks of started that really enjoying that. It's probably on it's a you know it's nothing to write home about and call. The best of fuel can fly. A adult animated comedy. That's kind of fun. I relaxed that one. So the created a regular shirt. But i lock it way way more than regular show And what else interesting. My life. i finished playing days gone. I think next. I'm gonna move onto super mario three weldon. The not might take a break. I've been playing. I've been so addicted to video games are needed to. it's getting. it's becoming a problem my life. I used to be like this when i was young but like lately. I'll just find myself. I'm working from home. No mark maybe. I can sneak off to play five minutes games and come back to work and it's like when you want to just play for five minutes. That's when you know you got a problem because what what am i going to accomplish in five minutes. Walk finding one enemy kilowatt like a checkpoint in five minutes to. That's just not going to happen like back in the day. That was a loading screen. That's not enough. It is a grand theft auto vice city leading screen. That's what that is it is. It is and that's okay. You know what. Maybe i've developed an addiction videogames break so i'm going to try and cut down but we'll see you know what i want. Cut down on is movies are what a segue. The segway king is back ladies and gentlemen. Let's get into trailers for the week showy actually before the trails you know. I just realized. I didn't mention stop. Did you watch the friends reunion. Well meyer view is it was fine. It was it was probably the best ever reunion. You could see is not scripted and the whole time watching also slack. Couldn't they have just starting to episode connecticut script the the sort of touch on it. And there's a lot of like wow kamya but it was fine. I guess it it kind of you know what else will be fine. Kind of was a drop in the water. Drop in the bucket. Sorry like i. Didn't i heard was coming out. And then they came out and i didn't hear anything else after that at all from anyone else like. Medina Spirits Kentucky Derby Drama, Explained

"Matt i know very little about horse racing so i'm so glad you're joining me today. Thank you. I appreciate kamya. Matt hegarty is covered horse for more than twenty years and he reports on the macintosh industry for the daily racing form. So i know that the preakness is tomorrow matt. I know that it's the second race into the triple crown. And i know that medina the horse that won the kentucky derby tested positive in a drug test after that win but before you walk us through exactly what happened there. How would you describe the drama in the sport that you cover right now. This is pretty unprecedented. We haven't had a derby positive in horse racing since nineteen sixty sixty when you start talking about drugs in horse racing it. It aims it up to the next level you know we've had drug positives and being debated in the past the the most important ones that have happened in acid involved. in the same trainer bob baffert. This is a continuation of a pattern. And i think. That's what's causing a lot of the uproar that this wasn't a trainer who got caught up in some sort of mix up with therapeutic medication. It's trainer who is at the top of the game hall of fame member. A person who has one more derbies eighty percent history as long as on stands and he has a pattern of being sloppy in his barn operations. And it's hard to believe that you could be sloppy going into the most important race on the calendar.

Co Host Kamya Robertson Colin Colleen down on skype from. Munster Indiana I can't. Guarantee doing glad to be here. A little bit different weather than what we had last winter. You got that right I prefer this called you from Texas back. From Texas that was about sixty down there, it was like. In. They're off look there. Really. So Cam Folks Cam has come up with a really interesting story. He's been done some research again for me, and it is a I and the Muskie the muskie means the Muskie fish. You Know I. Think you guys all know especially YOU CHICAGO GUYS! This is for you. Chicago guys been Alexander in my bird. All you guys up there in Chicago I. I'm sorry I can't remember other names. been contacted by people from Chicago. But you know Lupu was a big fisherman and hunter. There's all kinds of pictures out there in posted on the Chicago outfit. facebook pages all the time of. Iu Holding guns, and with other mobsters, holding guns and hold an animals that he's killed, and and of course you know the the most famous story of all is that he shot five hundred, and brought them back from down here in southeast Kansas come up through Kansas City I. Guess to do that pretty much, but and the FBI was down there watching the in some discrepancies on. Exactly how this happened, but there were waiting on him when he got back to Chicago and his driveway in those five hundred all dressed out and in his trunk. I guess he liked them meat, or he wanted to throw a big big know guys. From home and I hear I'm heard and my daughter I'm not big on eating. While game, but people that are now have a great big wild game feed. And just have all different kinds of wild game. There is maybe maybe. Some of the outfit guys up there did that. That would be an interesting question to find out if they used to have. Big Wild game feeds 'cause. I was definitely hundred seven hundred fishermen, and he liked to have a guys. Go out to those places with him. That land where they've found the SPLOTCH rose right across little game reserve that I used to hunt. Yeah, so. That was down in Indiana to. A lovely step, he went up into the north. Wisconsin. Yeah, he did I'm sure that's where this fish game for him. But you know more about this and I do, don't you? That's where that's where this took place. It was an interesting story kind of came across really. Now Cams got down here that mobsters fishermen are notorious liars. There's something. Both lives it lends itself to exaggeration now. This is an example where both. Fishermen and line mobsters made That's right. That's right. It's It's kind of hard to tell the difference in this. "Like, no like you need to step out because people are going to vote for other like I, I would vote, even if I thought Cam Newton will flashback like three or four years. Kamya was the best player NFL. I would vote for that guy, and because I'm a jerk, and because I just don't like his personality, so I could argue to myself to find somebody else in the NFC that Oh, yeah, but look at his deep completion percentage, or he didn't behind oftens of live well, Yeah Cam, but he got his on the ground there playing eleven on eleven football. This guy has to play. You know ten eleven, football and I could. Could you know, make it in my head. Right habit argument where I'd vote for the other guy, and if I really this, if I yeah justified, thank you and if I really dislike Cam Newton, I could feel the guy's much as I want. That's another thing. Yeah is like you can stuff the ballot you know like we did for big nasty for the holiday. Hey, listen I voted many many many many many times. Different browsers all on the same day. I can't say every day, but a lot of days. I voted at least five days a week on three different devices. Yeah I get. There's I, swear. There are times when the the system was broken and I could just revote on the same device like again and again and again real quick for a while, but with the. Can you the pro bowl because I know you low unlimited time? I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure to yeah, so like now you've got you know like no, no no Pittsburgh steelers making it, you know come, hell or high water ain't no way. No Philadelphia and I'm a Dallas Fan. No Way Philadelphia Eagles. Eagles are making it like note note note, so you gotta take it I mean so. What do you give the fans to replace it? Yeah, you come up with some kind of like fan. Vote what you with special teamers, because like a special teamer is elected to the proble, basically a kick returner right now there's no position as far as salary cap. Go as a kick returner. There's not a specialist punters long snappers. But let's face it though as far as the The fifth year option though goes nobody WHO's doing a fifth year option is going to qualify as a special teamer, though Devin hester greatest punt returner of all time, Dion Sanders right, but where there where they're going to slot in though is at their at Oh i. see what you're saying. Yeah, that's True Yeah I! Guess Yeah, you'RE NOT GONNA. You're not getting that. They're not getting voted in Soley on that one thing. That's why Raymond Clay was taken in the seventh i. Gotcha got you okay. You're right. That's the way we're talking through it man. I tell you who I don't think should get a vote in this and it's the same people i. don't think you'd get a vote in the hall of fame, thing and much love and respect to all people out there balancing media has any business in it and voting, and we had entire shows on why the media doesn't need to vote for the hall of fame, and you know who needs to vote for the hall of fame, the people who are currently in the hall of fame them vote on who's going to come into their club Yep that's it. Period Story. Yeah, exactly and and that's what I mean when I say maybe there's a sort of its players club like you get to be a voting member or who gets into the pro bowl, and that's who decide. I don't think it can be like a vote like that like I'm like well. I understand yes I. Get what you're saying and but I don't think it can be a vote where it's well. Who Do you think should make Oh i? Think? This show is I think it should be a purely however you make up with the stats, and however you make up. The grading system may get a complete fares possible plug in the numbers and have the computer. Spit it out right now. It's going to be you know you gotta get really nuance for guards and centers, and tackles and defensive tackles, and and middle linebacker middle. Guess you could do like. A middle linebacker now. It's like you've got to be able to cover like that would be huge for me. It's not really about tackles. Because then you know. If Derek books wasn't in Monte, kiffin defense. He'd still been a good player. Probable great player you know all. I gave them a more than fair chance that he would hall of Famer, but he wouldn't have those tackles, because at defense was set up to eat up all the blocks and Derek. Derek books speeches run everything down and he did and he and he didn't Miss Tackles. It was great at his job, but was also another inside linebacker Ooh didn't get integrated lull because he didn't make any tackles, 'cause that's the system is what I'm saying. You know, so you have to really sort of nuance in massage. How you grade. These players because of their importance to their defense, and the difference is between defense is shining on certain positions. However, they do it. I gotTA. Tell you though. However, they do it, this is. Not, going to be fair like there's always going to be, it's going to be a flawed system because I think the flaw in the entire plan. Here is the idea that they are basing so much emphasis on a pro bowl. With anything else then create something else. You voted on this for ten years. This is for the next ten years Oh. Yeah, they voted for this. Is for the next ten years, and you're something else. Come up with a system. That's what I'll do some sort of system having contract stuff that is based on the number of pro bowls. You get you know what else they could have had. They could have talked about if you've got selected to the all pro team or I. Got This idea from another podcast and they talk, and they said that like you know and I and I'm like Oh. That's interesting. So when I went to find you know in the finest CBA and find the section where this was expecting for it to be some tour of all. I was looking for the word all pro. I thought it was like didn't make any pro bowls made a pro bowl made. Made an all pro, and those would be the three tiers, but it wasn't so, and and because like all pro is a lot harder to get into, even though it's still voted on by the media, but they usually get it right like there might be a snub, but there's no like no one ever gets in all pro. That doesn't deserve it right..

"Welcome of course in other people's shoes. Of course you know. I'm your host Neal Matthews. Thank you so much for joining us. Today it's It's not every day you get to sit down with a blogger. In fact I think she is our first blogger so We'll get to all that in just a moment but she's also a mom she's also a wife she has so much going on with all of those things juggling around up in the air my next guest gave us some moments today to sit down with us and talk about her life and why her life matters. Welcome in my guest jess. How are you Shoes do you wear seven and a half okay. Seven and a half and you have a certain brand or style you like to wear well right now. Hey dudes now. What are those those? How would I explain it? It's kind of I've heard of Sonoko had a guest who has had a Pass who were smokes of. I'm not mistaken. They have the same. They're very light weight. They are very almost kind of like you know what the shoes at an older person would wear. The memory foam innocence and they look like boat. Shoes school boat shoes almost like some clogging shoes kind of more. Like you're going to go sailing those kind of boats so I doubt it. Yeah okay today. I'm wearing what am I wearing today? I think you're wearing some crocks. I did notice 'cause I'm kind of a shoe not and so I did. I did notice that it's a really bad habit. I Have I look at is and then shoes so I don't know why do that when I meet New People. I'm usually smile so okay. I definitely smile and maybe shoes to clear. I'm weird. I'm so weird. Though people people give me a bad time. Because I'm very weird about that because I do. I do look at shoes and you didn't get to see the studio. We're recording today out in my living room. So it's a dining room table so it's kind of fun today but The shoe collection is is upwards of fifty. Oh Gosh so far guy. That's impressive. Well it's kind of embarrassing to me and I have to. It's like every time I share it with a guest. I feel like I'm like a part of me is like getting to council. You know like like you're the counselor and I'm the patient like help me hold me over this Jewish. You never going to be like that right right now. I'm probably have double most girls say that we've had honored ladies. I should say That we've had on are like wow. I don't know if I have fifty and so yeah. It's it's very awkward. Oh I definitely do but I also share a lot with my daughter. Okay so I guess we technically have double. Wow if you think about it. I don't there's shooter share share shoes. Well I don't really share. Well I'm not a real good sharer. Oh yeah bad bad habit. I have so we talked about you. Being a blogger and a mom and a wife Anything else that we miss anything else. That's so exciting about you. Well paralegal also yeah weird Drop some contracts for us. Well okay now. I'm more criminal so so I used to work at the DA's Office. What's her name? I can't Heckert. Yes yes. She's to shop with me at macy's she's. I Love Her. Nice Lady yes I. I'm sure with her husband and her. Oh pick out. Ties has been so regarded. Remember me but that's true. Maybe I don't know why but But anyway so so. That's cool so paralegals. So that has its own little bag of excitement. I would imagine yeah I mean it was more exciting at the DA's office versus where I'm at now but yeah okay okay. So let's talk about your blog for a minute. How FIRST OFF? What are the blogs? Mainly about in. Then how can people go and find them and read them so Ridge inally I started blogging about being a step parent. It was new to me being a blended family and there was a heavy amount of stigma around. Beena stepparent just the way people thought of them talked about them And what their involvement was and so I started writing because I wanted to give a voice to other stepparents that were maybe in a similar situation and then from there it just kind of seemed like the more healing or more things that I went through in life. It kind of expanded so now. It's gone from also talking about that but also talking about things that bring shame primarily onto women just the heaviness of life The failures in what more or less makes us feel qualified. So what is one thing that you would feel would disqualify women? Oh Gosh or maybe a couple. I mean you're like near down to one simple so there's so many. I think that we as women generally in action even just say women. I feel like there's a lot of shame that we as human beings Kerry and it comes with failure. I mean feeling at anything a marriage for me. A big thing for me was marriage. Divorce Abuse Domestic violence. Anything like abortion is a big thing. I know and Addiction you I just recently told someone that I feel like. It's easier to admit to having an addiction or to having been in a domestic violence situation or even having a criminal history then it would be to admit to being divorced which is weird. Why yeah why? Why do you think that is? Why do you think divorce has such a stigma around our our society and culture? Because I'll be honest my wife and I have been married. Kamya and trouble here two thousand and one. I'm really bad at math. Really as soon as that's like nineteen years but but nineteen years and so you know prior to that. We met in high school and in high school sweethearts and all that. But I'm hearing more and more from people interact with whether it'd be at work or you know whatever. The social situation is that were an anomaly and nineteen years. Oh yeah is that. Is that true in your experience especially in mine. You know I for me personally. I think that there's I call it as the question that I say is how many so there's a certain amount I think there's a quantity that discredits or does values or make someone disqualified so you can be married and divorced twice in that's understandable and it's more understandable if it's for a good reason that they feel when it goes beyond that and it goes beyond the normal capacity for understanding considered inappropriate reason so like saying. Hey you know what I cheated and I left my husband and okay well disqualified you know or Yeah I just got bored and we fell out of love and I wanted to go whatever disqualified so I feel like that society that we're in a lot of people take time to form their opinions of you before they get to know you and so I feel like for me personally. It's more of how many you know like well okay. You did that one time. And that's okay but if it's been more than once that's more of a problem. That's that's more of a a makeup. That's more of of a characteristic versus and hopes so divorces in your your identity is abortion in your identity as well for me personally yes okay and then domestic violence from the sound of it might be also so really three very. We'll say Faux PAS subjects when you walk up to somebody like when we just met. Now we're meeting through mutual. Friend OF OURS CNN. So we'll give Shannon Shannon's middle school so she's more of a sister she's been on the show previous to but but it's not like you walk up to them like hi. I'm just I'm a blogger and my mom and my wife. I'm this I'm that by the way I've I've I've had an abortion I've been through domestic violence relationship I'm also divorced. So do you want to be my friend right right well and you know to be honest. I didn't mention or admit to an abortion until about a year ago and it should be careful with that because my husband knows my children no actually in their teenagers in there are people in my pass it. I'm I have shared when the timing was necessary Mike goal is a it. It's kind of a messy situation because I don't necessarily agree with abortion you know I if I could go back and do it. I don't know what my situation would have been. I know that I was in a very different situation. I was in an abusive home with an abusive father and a bad situation at sixteen years old. And so I know fear and I know the interaction that I had with the hospital at the time and the way that they kind of pushed me in that direction very heavily misinformed very heavily misguided And you know I knew at the time what I was doing was wrong in. It then sped me into attempting suicide. You just a couple of weeks after so I felt like I ruined my entire life over a very quick decision without all the information so today it's important for me to make sure that other girls know that a that doesn't have to be your choice. B There's more information definitely. Do Your own legwork to you and to know that it's GonNa far impact you for years to come. Wow how long did you carry that around this the well a year ago honestly I was on my way to work and I was talking to God and I went through this entire thing of where I started listing. Everything I've ever done in my entire life and just saying please forgive me for this and Oh and I forgot about this in. Please forgive me for this and Oh what about this and all of a sudden this like rush came over me of where he said? I know all that I was there I was with you. I already knew these happened. I still love you. You're still worthy. You're still have purpose you know I'm not done with you. And he told me that I needed to write about and it was actually when the movie unplanned came out is actually when this whole thing happened and I had this overwhelming urge to go see the movie even though I knew it was gonna spend me into like a really you know kind of like a self induced PTSD innocence. That movie was hard to watch not seen a but my wife and I don't know if my daughter's seen it but I know my wife seen it but it was hard. It was a pretty intense movie from what I hear it was. I mean I was in news up to my chest wrapped in with my best friend in the movie theater tears flowing because it was you know and it was and there was some of it. That was. I'm guessing worth theatrical because at least not for our valley because when I was sixteen it wasn't planned. Parenthood was in. Ashland your doctor's office and it was extremely quick like the next day and I was maybe four or five weeks so sometimes it makes me feel better even though if you really think about it. "And low everyone. Dr Denver Shock to you today from San Diego. I just want to give you a quick introduction to myself seeing away chatting with each day about keeping your immune system strong. I am a doctor. Physical therapy I have been a deter wellness advocate for just over five years really passionate about essential oils as they've changed every element of my life And I'm super excited about this topic because for me. What I find is arm. Unity is really what we do on a consistent daily basis how we take care of our bodies day in day out is really what means this. The difference between our museum be strong and weak and we can really manage that by some simple consistent habits. We're GONNA talk about four habits today in some of my favorite hair products that use along those habits. The four habits are sleeping. Are Eating our water intake and the movement of our body so some of the oils. I love for supporting my immune system in these four key habits. I for that. I may talk about force. My favorite numbers fairly so lemon is the first one. We're going to talk a deadly about water intake. Inputting lemon in your water throughout the day really just helps support your body energizing. It helps you feel lifted him. Just keep everything moving throughout your digestive system and it really just can't gives you a little bit of backup end for me making you drink a little bit more water so when we talk about water take we wanNA make sure that we're drinking hardaway mouses armour in wire that's just to keep our bodies functioning optimally so when we're talking bookkeeping immune system strong were not consuming enough water. Our body is going to have more fights to fight and we WANNA keep it real simple and give everything. It needs to consume water throughout the day. In just one two drops in a twelve to fourteen out to water model. You can do that. A couple Doomsday Andrew. Lemon using your water and drink water throughout the day. The next one I really love is are on guard protective lead. When we're talking about supporting our immune system. We have talked about this essential oil in Ireland. To just use it preventatively I hauled the backup for my immune system. I like it to come and just be there to help. Give my support so you can take a job of on guard under your tongue at it to your oatmeal in the morning. Maybe put it into water drink yet if you had small ones at home it's really great to have the Ongart touch and you could just roll it. Onto the bottom of their feet. Being consistent with this product is absolutely key to giving us the support that weedy so using that unger turning to daily absolutely powerful. Unscrewing arming system. Another one that I love is Frankincense. In the reason being is this essential oil just supports our body in optimal function. I it it can help to lower stress level manager move. Just really help us kind of feel more. Even Keel in stress is really one of the worst things for our body when we're talking about immunity if we have a high stress level. Our Body has more battles to fight in. It's just it's really not optimal situation. I find taking a job break-ins in the morning when I take On Guard really just helped lower that stress level in just helps me feel ha more relaxed so grand that brecon sense when you're feeling the emotions rise you're feeling a little all over the place in just helped bring everything back down so that our our body can be a little more prepared to debate last oil. I want to talk about his serenity. Mentioned sleep being one of the four key habits that we need to focus on sleep tends to be the first thing loss for people and people are like. I don't mean that much sleep. I'm okay off five hours. Some sleep will research shows quite the opposite. We all need at adults need seven to nine hours of sleep. Kids need more sleep than that. There is research out there ladies that we need on average in our more sleep than men. So if you're at banner significant other give you a hard time even pull it out but really seriously when we're talking about keeping our museum strong we absolutely to give our mind to sleep. This is when our body recovers. This is when we allow our digestive system to get a break. It's when our body does its own healing and one of the best thing that we do to support. Our Body is give it that time to do that. Work so using your serenity. Essential oil in your diffuser making sure you're applying to your feet between thirty minutes before you go too bad if you wake up in the middle of the night and you're struggling to fall back asleep grabbing random putting a little bit more on the bottom of your feet really does the trick to settle your mind. That sleep is so important when we talk about our meeting so grabner serenity. Use It as much as you need you so those would be my top four essential oil that I incorporate in my daily routine in how these them. Let's talk about some supplements and how incorporate We cannot talk about though Tara or out without talking about lifelong vitality lifelong. Ray Tally is the foundation to our house. When we have our lifelong vitality. We're taking it warning evening. We are fueling our body with the tools that it needs to take your missile. We're giving it hope. Vitamins and minerals. We're giving it plant oils fish oils any oxidants Omega everything. Our Body needs to function Oxley. These AB absolutely changed my life in. I can't even express how many ways if I were to have to take one product with me. At all times it would always be my lifelong vitality But when we do not fuel our bodies with what what needs the vitamins minerals. Maga's our bodies struggles in match-winner `twin-arm immune system is weakened. And we need to give the bunny wet needs of communes assume CONSTRUC- so taking your leg on Taliban is absolutely key now if you have children two-tier has some really incredible supplements that you can give the Kiddos to make sure that they are getting the nutrients that so getting. The foundation is absolutely key so when we talk about eating that's one of the habits it so important for us right. We need to make sure that we are eating as much. Fresh as we can roots in veggies We're we're consuming real product shopping. The outside of the grocery store trying not to see me from the processed foods but even if we're eating organic eating high quality foods were not getting the nutrients that we need from the process today so ensuring that you have something like tear supplements for adults and for children for your family is absolutely key. And if you're in a time where you're having trouble getting fresh fruits and vegetables Tear Greens absolute wonderful options. Make sure that you're still getting the benefit of this region becky's without the fresh in veggies so eating real high quality foods real foods and limiting. Your body is absolutely key. Then I want to also talk about a couple other supplements. The probiotics are so important when we talk about immune. There's a lot of research out there now. To see the providing those products for our bodies really can help with overall health. So what I know is that if I keep my gut strong and what I can do to keep my gut strong is I can give it a Provi and by keeping my gut strong Mike Gut can do. Its job to participate in the immune system so maintenance sure that I have that probiotic and taking it. You have kiddos. They're lucky enough. They take the PBS. This it's delicious. It's kind of like Pixie stick. I wish I am take that everyday Version but providing that support for my gut is a way for me to support my own immune system through hell ended in the favorite garp. These are incredible. This is a combination of different essential oils designed to just help give you back your your immune system a little bit more backups. So I take these daily because I am around a lot of people teaching Van Yoga events. I have a little niece who I kindly referred to as Kuti Monster. Because that's just what kids I I WANNA make sure that I have. The support remind body that I need these every single day with my travel and everything to just keep me feeling healthy and strong so not a great option to just keep your immune system support it. And lastly in this upper limit department. We're GONNA talk about Serambi Complex and serenity is key because this is going to help support again your sleep so you have this. This essential oil complex. It's all natural You have lavender Albanian. Lemon Balm Passion Lower German. Kamya you soft gel or two before bed and again if you wake up in the middle of night you can grab that to help you sleep so really important

"Differing takes on why they all think everyone should vote including they're working class perspective. Effective that you may have to vote for a candidate. You don't love but one that will screw you the least and quote and Blau so this is taking things even further than the West Wing did back in two thousand five when they aired their live debate episode because at least the West Wing did not out attempt to shoehorn live news coverage into their show. Anyway moving on Last today what's review how to watch tomorrow night's debate so you can set your Dvr or whatever it is the kids do these days. I up timing climbing. The debate is Tuesday January fourteenth and begins at nine P M eastern time. Now Debate is actually taking place in Iowa which is in the central time zone but trust me? The debate really does begin at nine PM. Eastern live and if y'all abroad that is oh two hundred hours. Ut not see on January fifteenth all right so how do we watch this thing. It is one of many. CNN debate so far and that means you're going to need either a cable package with CNN or CNN international or CNN NS Bunuel or a CNN APP or a Web browser reading here from around up by Kate Sullivan for CNN. Quote that will stream live in its entirety without requiring log into a cable provider exclusively on CNN dot com homepage across cross mobile devices via CNN's APPS for IOS and android via CNN. Go APPs for Apple. TV roku Amazon fire chrome cast and Android Android TV and at Moines Register Dot Com and quote and one more option. The May appeal to some folks is Sirius. CNN Station and the the third one is the CNN international station although the CNN story. I just read from did not list. These channels official options. I am very confident they will. Oh carry this debate. Because they've done that for every previous CNN debate so check your schedule if this is how you like to listen. Those channels are Sirius. Xm One one six four five four and seven nine five all right set your devices accordingly and I recommend tuning in maybe half hour early just to make sure the stream or the the TV or the web browser or the I guess satellite radio is working. "Kamya Murkowski, Senator Manchin members of the committee. Good morning. I am humbled to appear to be here today as the president's nominee for the position of secretary of the interior was an honored introduced by Senator Gordon gardener. I deeply appreciate his support. Today's hearing is the third time I've appeared before this committee for a as a nominee for a position within the department of the interior. During my service at the department, both as deputy, and as the solicitor I've worked with many of you and your staff, I've met with many of you in person and by phone on various issues that we're actually of concern to you. And I will always make myself available to your request. For me. There are few duties as important to the country as the varied missions of the department in the interior no-one dedicates nearly a decade of their life to any organization unless they fundamentally believe in it. Even after holding nearly every single job within the immediate office of the secretary. I catch my breath every time I walk into the secretary's office crafts, you do that. When you step onto the Senate floor. The reality is I have spent over fifteen years a twenty five career year career in public service. Most of that time at the department in the interior. In fact, I was recently told that of the fifty two previous interior secretaries only Oscar Chapman who happens to be another lawyer from Colorado who was promoted from undersecretary to secretary nineteen forty nine had more experience at the department than I do now sitting before you to be considered for the very same promotion. I had a personal attachment to many of the places entrusted to the department. I know and love the various bureaus rich histories and they're varied cultures. I appreciate that the people who work at interior choose to do. So because they believe in serving the American people first I treasure working with them. I've known many of them for over twenty years interiors decisions impact livelihoods, they impact communities futures. And the impact people's very way of life that reality will not be forgotten on my watch. If confirmed. I have had the remarkable good fortune over the course of my career to work on many of the most complex issues affecting each of the departments. Bureaus? I have a very clear understanding of the often conflicting legal and policy issues that I will face if confirmed in balancing interiors, very admissions as deputy secretary, my focus has been on organizational improvement and execution within the department improvement efforts have included aggressively addressing workplace misconduct throughout the department beginning to fundamentally transform the ethics program across the bureaus and improving our business processes I've also worked at thoughtfully execute, the president's agenda in the department by issuing a series of executive orders and presidential memorandum. The president has transparently provided us an interior a very clear direction. On his priorities. We have moved with dispatch to apple Matt his vision. One of the president's priorities is to strive to ensure a conservation legacy. Second only to Theodore Roosevelt over the last two years. We have opened or expanded hunting and fishing opportunities on over three hundred eighty thousand acres of wildlife refuge at more than thirty refuges at the same time, the bureau of land management restored over six hundred and eighty nine thousand acres of prime sagebrush habitat that is vital to many game species. We're also working to reduce on necessary regulatory burdens without sacrificing environmental outcomes in doing. So we're taking actions to appropriately really respect the regulatory role of the states through our efforts. And honestly, also because of Congress's utilization of the congressional review act interiors, combined derive. Regulatory cost savings for fiscal year. Twenty seventeen and twenty eighteen had a net present value of three point six nine billion dollars. That's quite significant in the last two years, we've been in the top two and three in deregulatory efforts across the government interior secretary nominee, David Bernhardt, if I receive your consent to this nomination, I will approach issues with an open mind, I will actively seek input and listen to varied views and perspectives to help ensure that the conclusions. I draw are well informed when making decisions I strive to maintain a long-term view. And I often think of the guidance provided by Gifford Pinchot president Roosevelt's conservationists chief as he laid out his mission for the newly created for service. He said when conflicting interests must be reconciled. The question shall always be answered from the standpoint of the greatest good of the greatest number and in the long. Run this direction rings as true today as it did. Then I ask for your consent in the nomination. And I thank you for giving me the time. Thank you, Mr. Bernhardt. Appreciate your your comments this morning as go ahead and began energy committee, chairman Senator Lisa Murkowski and of questions I have noted in in my opening statement. I was reaffirmed by Senator mansion as well as Senator Gardner that in terms of qualifications experience within the interior department. You really come to us with a set of qualifications, and again, experienced that we? Really seldom see I think it's unparalleled in terms of the time and the extent of your background in these areas. So I would begin my questions then with something that is not related to the experience. But maybe experience outside of the time that you worked within the department. You are not the first nominee who has worked somewhere else in the past and has had recusals as a result. But for whatever reason you seem to have outside groups working harder against your your nomination. And most anybody else we've had in front of us and share. We'll hear some discussion about that today. So at the outset I will ask you how you handle or how you will handle ethics and potential conflicts both for yourself and for the department..

"So we're going to do this thing. Talk talk talk. So you're big as greasy paying lip still. Get triggered. This is a this is vice and vices, listen, I was not I can't say I'm surprised this is the movie that Hollywood releases that helps them by into the liberal bullshit image that they have especially. With an anti-trump slant to it, even though this is not Trump. And that's the thing about it. Trump is too obvious. So this was a nice pick. You know, the last bad guy. When Sherlock Holmes Sherlock is putting Trump in that movie. It's time to stay away from me. So this win went to, you know, they went back to something that was close to that sort of a parallel, and that was Dick Cheney and. Does it deserve to have a nomination? I will tell you this. When when Martin are reviewed this. I think we both gave me like a matinee. I Don I didn't see this has been a strong contender for best picture. I'm not surprised by it though. I probably would replace it with something else. Just you know, there's just me. But I I see where they're coming from. I mean, this was first of all is getting by on the powerhouse performances that you have exactly Kristen Bill. You know, a look if you can physically transform yourself and not with not having to use a whole lot of makeup to hear the mouth down the Malia. No yet. He doesn't now. Oh, oh, yeah. No. He he did. No. He did that at that penguin thing. Not but not cartoons. You really know dictate that mouth. Yeah. Yeah. A shed him in the state over the penguin. Do it again. But Kristen Bill who actually Alex Jones right there? Jason. Kamya Christian Bill gave a big performance. So did what's her name his wife Adams in this Iraq up? Of course, everybody's talking about Sam Rockwell. Then he got a nomination of boarding supporting this the performances that are really pushing this over along with the anti-trump message. That's in there on though, it's even those about Cheney also this is this the. It has a lot of creative direction. And that's what it is. Also the creative direction. Just like with the big short. I would say, you know, I did this this get up best editing because I don't know I get this movie getting nominee for best picture because it's it's the it's the parts of some of its parts themselves. Yeah. That's exactly it. You know, if you can you can get just two out of three if you can get them if you if you can get okay dig, it best editing nomination. Cool. It should have. No it was. It was very it was a it was there's a lot of creativity goes behind this movie. I don't think it was you know, as you say, I don't think it, I don't I as a whole don't think it made it for me. But I had after seeing it how how it performed the Golden Globes like, and this is not a problem with it. But it wouldn't have been my choice. So it goes to what's best director and all through the main leads to yet. Go man again. I don't. It will win. But it might I don't have my money on that. When I say it's between Roma and the favourite that they'll go for gin. You look, I'm the expert. I don't know. Yeah. Yeah. Gordon gets. This brings us to closer here. Number eight on I'll say this for last because it's the most simple the what the fuck..
